To Be A Hero (My Hero Academia Fanfic)

I think this will be the first time I give a 5 star review to something I have no intention to continue reading. This story is really well written. Like, extremely well. The characters all actually have personalities and the world itself is set and told in a way that even someone unfamiliar with the setting could read without prior knowledge. It all flows together so well compared to 90% of the content on this site. I highly recommend it. There is literally only one thing keeping me from reading this story and it's, Bakugo. Personally, he might be one of my least favorite characters in all of fiction. Not even in the "love to hate" category like Gon's dad, Ging or Orochimaru. I just really don't like the character, so it's very hard to read this story with the role he plays in it. Slight spoilers, he's not actually the worst thing alive in this one. He's still the same, but slightly tamer when the MC is around. He's even capable of showing remorse! Now normally, this would be a good thing since it gets rid of the reason I dislike the character, buuut, unfortunately, my very rational hatred for the character makes even that feel undeserved. I would much rather watch him suffer the consequences of his horrible attitude than see him in any positive light. Unfortunately, that doesn't look like the way things will be going here. All that said, my personal feelings aside, I would still highly recommend this story to anyone looking for an above-average MHA fic. Most people probably won't care enough about a single character to make or break a story for them, so it's probably a nonfactor for most. If Bakugo kicks the bucket later on in the story or something, (or gets his heart broken) I'd be more than happy to continue reading. But, that's probably a little unreasonable >.<

This is a beautiful fanfic, but Reina (MC) Is too much of a Damsel in distress. I really hope that changes soon, because I'm not sure if its a good idea if MC never really contribute to the plot. Even if the story follows the Canon, having her be captured on every incident/event probably isn't the best for the development of the MC, or the story. Otherwise, I can only say this is quality work, and the updates arent incredibly slow. Keep up the good work :D
