The summer passed in a haze of work and two close calls when Aaron was in the area but before she knew it, Keeley stood in front of her dorm building with two suitcases and her father in tow. 

It was time for her to move in because school started the following day. They used her recently acquired student ID card to pick up the key downstairs before lugging her things up to the third floor. 

As a freshman, she would be living in a traditional style dorm with no kitchen and a communal bathroom. 

Her room consisted of two beds, two desks, two dressers, a mini fridge, and a microwave. It was long, skinny, and had a single window located between the two beds. 

She decided to claim the right side of the room and asked her dad to set down the box of school supplies and wall decorations that he was carrying to help her set up a little. 

"Where do you want this?" he asked, holding out a few sheets of flower wall decals. 

She looked up from where she was putting away clothes and squinted at them. 

"Oh, I'll deal with those later. I want to spread them out across my half of the room evenly. Could you start organizing school supplies on my desk? I have a little plastic storage box with drawers for them." 

"Sure thing, honeybun. Where's your backpack? Do you need any to go in there too?"

"The notebooks should already be in there but I have a little pencil case. If you could put a couple of pens, pencils, and an eraser in it I'd appreciate it!"

Keeley did not have nearly enough room in this dresser for all of her clothes, as suspected. It was a good thing she only brought seasonal items and could go home to swap things out in her bedroom in Brooklyn anytime she wanted. It would still be warm for another month or so before she had to break out the fall outfits. 

After unpacking nearly everything she decided to do the decorations herself and sent her dad off with a hug and kiss on the cheek, promising to come visit him the following Sunday and make dinner. He hugged her tightly and told her to call him after her first day to tell him how it went. 

Just like that, he was gone and Keeley was left alone in her new home. She finished setting up the corkboard on her desk with a few photos on it and was working on spreading out the decals of roses, daisies, and leaves around when the door opened. 

A petite Hispanic girl with curly hair stood in the doorway with three large suitcases. 

"Hi!" she greeted with a Spanish accent. "I'm Valentina Benavente. Nice to meet you!"

Keeley set her decals on the bed and hurried over to help her with her bags. "I'm Keeley Hall. Here, let me take something."

Valentina smiled gratefully. "Thank you. Have you been here long?"

"Only about an hour. My dad helped me move in. Do you have anyone with you? If you don't I can help you unpack."

"I would appreciate that! I'm here alone; my parents sent me off at the airport in Lima. I want to go to an American medical school before going back home and opening up a practice," Valentina disclosed cheerfully. 

She had been here less than two minutes had been smiling the entire time.  

"Oh, you're from Peru? That's so cool! I've lived in New York City my entire life but I've always wanted to travel," Keeley said as she finished putting up the wall decals before helping her new roommate. 

"You will have to show me all of the good places around here then."

"Sure!"

They happily chatted about their expectations for their first year of college as they set up the room and discovered that they would be taking a lot of the same science classes in the future because their majors had a fair amount of overlap. They even shared the same introductory biology class this semester.

 Keeley was thrilled to meet such a friendly person right off the bat. 

Once the room was set up, it was about dinner time so they headed to the main dining hall nearby. Valentina was fascinated by all the different types of food and asked tons of questions. 

The dining hall was similar to a buffet but not quite. There were several stations offering different meal plates that could be chosen at will, plus a dessert bar that also boasted an assortment of cereal and a waffle maker for breakfast. 

Keeley got a plate of chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans plus a blueberry muffin. Valentina wanted to try a bit of everything and got plates from multiple stations, making her roommate laugh. 

"Slow down there, friend. You'll be able to try everything by the time the school year ends. I guarantee you'll be sick of the repetition at some point." 

She remembered how tiring the meal plan got back at Boston University. They had a rotation of different meals every two weeks but that was still not a lot of variety to last two semesters. It was such a relief when she moved out of the freshman dorms into an apartment that had a kitchen. 

Valentina was a bit sheepish. "You are probably right…but I have never seen this much American food in one place before."

Keeley clapped a hand on her shoulder. 

"Don't worry, you'll get acclimatized soon enough. I have to ask…have you ever had pizza? Or a hot dog?"

"No?"

"I'll have to take you to the best places around here then!" A thought struck her. "Oh, do you have a job?"

The other girl nodded. "Yes, I have a work visa to be a TA for an upper level Spanish class in the linguistics department."

That was good. Eating out in the city was not cheap. 

"That sounds a lot nicer than my job," she said with a laugh. "I work at a Burger Barn."

"I have never had a hamburger before. Should I get one from Burger Barn?"

"Nah, you'd be better off getting a higher quality burger somewhere else. We're meant to be cheap, fast, and easy but not necessarily good. I'll take you to a nice burger place, don't worry!"

By the end of the dinner, Keeley felt like she had made a new friend. Back in their dorm, someone knocked on their door asking if they wanted to come down to the rec center and join the ping pong tournament going on. 

They decided to do it since there was nothing better to do and ended up meeting a fair number of their neighbors that way. Dorm life had officially begun and Keeley loved it.

Keeley, a simple plain Jane, hits the jackpot.  [No, she did not win the lottery!]  At least that's what she thinks when she marries the most eligible bachelor in New York City: Aaron, a wealthy cold-hearted heartthrob and Tycoon. 

She wants to show the world that she deserves her position and bends over  backward to fit into his world.

One beautiful day, Aaron hands her a document asking her to sign.  A divorce paper...

"She's pregnant, and I need to take responsibility."

That is the last thing that keeps on playing in her mind before she takes her last breath.

My name is Justus Erickson and this is my story. Today has been slow as usual in the restaurant, cleaning dishes and wondering what kinds of people were eating these fancy dishes like lobster and oysters, etc. It is now the end of my shift and the boss is sending me home. Walking outside and heading over to my car, the unexpected happened. I was struck by a bolt of lightning out of no where. There aren't even any clouds in the sky! What the hell! This is what went through my mind before darkness overtook me. Little did I know that my true life was just about to begin. 



I am now awake and am currently laying in a hospital bed. I listen as a nurse talks to a doctor at the foot of my bed. "It's incredible doctor! His hair has grown down passed his shoulders and is now pure silver in color, as well as his eyes. His skin tone has become a healthy golden color from the pale white he originally had, and his height has increased from 6 feet tall to over 6 and a half feet tall! This just goes above and beyond the realm of science. This can't even be explained by science. He was hit directly in the heart by a lightning bolt and instead of dying, his body became the peak of the human male, if not more. After all doctor, we have yet to have him go through stress testing, assuming he is even willing. Oh, look doctor! He is awake already! How incredible.." 



I sat up and made eye contact with the hot nurse and the sexy and mature female doctor, whose name tag I could see said Dr. Mary Sue. Are you kidding? Actual Mary Sue?! Isn't that supposed to just be a bad joke guys like to use? Now a real person with the name has appeared! Anyway, clearing my throat I asked the doctor, "So, from what I hear my physical condition seems to be unusual. Is there anything for me to be worried about? If not, I would really like to go home. Today has been too eventful of a day for me." Looking at me thoughtfully, the doctor held her chin before nodding and saying, "Go on home, if we have anything further that we require from you we shall contact you. Go home and rest." Thanking the doctor and the nurse, I got out of my hospital bed and grabbed the spare change of clothes that they had prepared for me along with my keys and wallet and swiftly made my way for the door. Let's go home.



Finally out of the hospital, I called a cab and had it bring me to my work so that I could retrieve my car. It's just an old 1995 Ford Taurus with black paint and blue flame decals down the sides of the car. Climbing into my car, I turned the key over and started the engine. Home is only three blocks away from Kerrie's Dining Hall. I live in a one bedroom apartment at Cherry Hill Apartments. In no time I have made it home, and walk into apartment number 10 on the second floor. Sprawling myself out on my sofa, I sigh in disbelief and stay this way for a good half an hour or so. However, I have grown curious as the nurses description of my appearance was so far from my original appearance that it sounded like an elaborate prank. Though, now standing in front of my bathroom mirror I stare in disbelief. I stare at the face and body of a god. Because in my mirror I see me wearing some ancient battle armor and lightning flashing in the sky. My eyes have flashes of sparks in them as well in the reflection. Suffice it to say that I have gone catatonic at this point. After all my reflection is just too terrifying and epicly cool at the same time. I am confused, because I feel like I recognize this appearance. Wait a minute.. Thor God of Thunder! Holy crap... Did I somehow become the reincarnation of Thor or like his vessel on Earth or something? This is nuts, so then that makes me a hero or a god. Whichever is the case, I am sure to have godly strength and power over thunder and lightning. This is totally badass!  



Finally calmed down, I walk out of the bathroom and change into my own clothes from my closet. Noticing that my clothes don't fit anymore, I sigh before changing back into the black tee and blue pants that the hospital gave to me. Looks like it is time for a mall shopping trip!

Dondondon! Han Shuo stood outside Fanny's door and knocked with an outreached hand.
"Bryan, is it you? Come in." Fanny's faintly lethargic voice sounded from inside the room.
When Han Shuo pushed the door open, he was greeted with the sight of Fanny's wet purple hair plastered to the white nape of her neck. A few translucent traces of water still clung to her charming face. Fanny had obviously just showered as she was wrapped in a soft white robe. A small patch of milky-white, creamy skin was revealed on her chest as she toweled away the water in her hair with her jade hands.
It was a simple room with a cloud of mist billowing out from the open doors of the bathroom, which was located in the back. Fanny was sitting next to a round table, a pair of troubled eyes roving over Han Shuo's body.
"Master Fanny, what did you want me for?" Han Shuo looked around the room and his heart seized upon seeing how tempting Fanny's beauty was, but he kept a dumb, honest, and even slightly fearful expression on his face.
"What for? Hmph. You were certainly bold on the back of that horse today. I've always thought you were cowardly and timid, but you commit the most outrageous acts when your lewd desires rear their head!" Fanny took her measure of Han Shuo and snorted lightly with a frown.
Here it comes. Han Shuo thought as his expression grew even more innocent. He scratched his head and held his breath until his face grew red, then took a deep breath and hung his head. "I'm sorry Master Fanny, you're so beautiful and pretty, and you were suddenly so close to me. I don't know what came over me, but I couldn't control my actions. I was wrong, Master Fanny please punish me?"

Fanny suddenly slapped the table in anger and Han Shuo backed up "in shock", watching Fanny fearfully.
"Damnit, you violated me! Do you understand?" Fanny glared fiercely at Han Shuo as she shouted hoarsely.
Han Shuo nodded his head honestly and said with an open face, "I was wrong Master Fanny, I'll bear responsibility!"
"Hah! You, take responsibility? Are you able to?" Fanny laughed in the midst of her rage upon hearing Han Shuo's words. Although she giggled as she stared at Han Shuo, there wasn't a single trace of a smile on her face.
"Eh… then I'll do whatever you say. It's all up to you!" Han Shuo was certain that Fanny wouldn't do too much to him, so he sighed with a face of resignation and responded genuinely.
With that said, Fanny didn't really know what to do with Han Shuo. From her perspective, it was highly likely that Han Shuo hadn't committed that act on purpose, plus she had been the one who told him to get on the horse. Although that had happened, it wasn't as if Han Shuo had committed a heinous crime at the end of the day. He was just a mere errand slave, it felt a bit awkward trying to decide how to punish him.
Seeing that Fanny's brows were slightly knitted and that she seemed to be having difficulty in figuring out what to do with him, a thought struck Han Shuo and he said, "Master Fanny, didn't you say that I'm your experimental subject? I actually have felt something weird with my body lately and something strange is happening to my mind. When I heard Lisa chant the incantation for the bone arrow spell a few days ago, I tried saying it as well and actually activated it."
Fanny had been deep in furrowed thought, but started upon hearing these words. She immediately looked at Han Shuo in astonishment, saying excitedly. "Really? Did you really mean that? Can you try out the bone arrow magic for me?"

Han Shuo knew that Fanny was addicted to necromancy magic and was extremely curious about his body's condition. He was also well aware that he wouldn't be just an errand slave for the Academy forever, so this was a perfect opportunity to slowly change his image in Fanny's eyes.
Indeed, as soon as Fanny had heard his body's peculiar condition, she immediately forgot about punishing him and temporarily focused all her concentration on this matter.
"Of course I can!" Han Shuo smiled faintly and raised his hands, chanting lowly, "Oh endless darkness, turn into destructive bone arrows, and destroy according to my will. Bone Arrows!"
A cuttingly-sharp bone arrow appeared out of thin air in front of Han Shuo as soon as he completed his incantation. The bone arrow flew towards the wooden wall at his gesture, but started to wobble halfway through, and then finally exploded with a sharp crack.
"No no, the incantation was correct, but your hand seals during casting were incorrect. The right hand should slowly lift up, and the left hand shouldn't be on the same level as the right hand." Fanny first started to teach in her accustomed manner, then abruptly reacted with a sharp intake of breath. She looked at Han Shuo with a face full of shock and her lithe body trembled eagerly. She cried out breathlessly, "Oh, my gosh. You can, you can really cast necromancy magic!"
"Yes, yes. I don't know what happened either. Oh right Master Fanny, can you explain to me in detail the proper hand seals to cast the magic?" Han Shuo sniggered inwardly and spoke to Fanny with a look of confusion.
"Of course I can!" Fanny was truly excited and threw the towel in her hand to the side. Her limber legs walked rapidly to Han Shuo's side as she started explaining in detail.
"This, this, like this?"
"Raise your hand higher, concentrate your mental strength, and don't relax even a bit. Right, that's the correct hand seal. Mm, slow your left hand down a bit and show me again."
"Oh endless darkness, turn into destructive bone arrows, and destroy according to my will, bone arrows!"
When the bone arrow appeared this time, its direction was correct, but it abruptly exploded into pieces again just before it reached the wooden wall.
"Bryan, mental strength. Keep an eye on your mental strength and don't relax for even a second. You can only relax after the bone arrow has successfully struck its target, otherwise the bone arrow will explode halfway. Try again."
"Oh endless darkness, turn into destructive bone arrows, and destroy according to my will, bone arrows!"
Upon completion of the incantation, the bone arrow flew as fast as lightning without changing its position towards the wooden wall. It pierced the wooden wall with a sharp pfft and then vanished without a trace.
"Oh, gosh. Bryan you're a genius. You're absolutely a magical genius. I've only given you tips twice and you can successfully cast the bone arrow magic. Students typically need one to three months before they can master this magic. You're so incredible." Fanny was utterly stunned by Han Shuo and capered around, exclaiming loudly. She looked very excited.
"Damnit, who's randomly casting magic! It almost hit me. Eh, Bryan, Master Fanny? Bryan, what are you doing in Master Fanny's room?" Lisa's startled cry suddenly came from next door as one of her eyes peered in from the hole in the wall.

"Nothing much, I grabbed Bryan for a bit of bone arrow practice. Lisa go to sleep soon, we won't be disturbing you anymore." Fanny walked hurriedly to the hole in the wall and replied charmingly. She picked up the towel that she had thrown to the ground earlier and filled in the hole before Lisa had a chance to respond.
She turned and look askance at Han Shuo, walking quickly towards him. "Stand still and don't move, let me see what's going on with your body?"
"Alright." Han Shuo smiled responded faintly. I only spent ten days to fully master the bone arrow magic. According to Fanny's words, maybe I do have some potential for practicing magic.
"Hmm? What's that weird smell?" Fanny had walked over and was about to reach out to inspect Han Shuo's body when her refined nose wrinkled, and she asked in confusion.
Han Shuo stopped in his tracks, then abruptly understood. He looked down awkwardly, saying wryly. "My room doesn't have a bathroom, so I didn't shower. That's why there's still a smell left."
Fanny's beautiful face flushed red after these words and she glared violently at Han Shuo, cursing lowly, "Despicable!" She then pointed to the bathroom with its doors ajar, frowning as she hurried him, "The water is still warm, wash that disgusting crap off yourself!"
It truly was "despicable". Han Shuo could still feel a strand of sticky liquid leaking out from a slit in his lower body. Fanny's words echoed his current inclinations. It was indeed quite uncomfortable for his lower body to remain in a sticky state, so he walked merrily to the bathroom that Fanny had just occupied.
A simple, crude, round tub was inside the bathroom. The water inside still gave off steam, and several pieces of Fanny's sexy lingerie was laid out on a nearby rack. It only took one glance of the small silk pieces that were as ephemeral as cicada wings, for a ball of flame to violently rise from Han Shuo's lower body.
Just as Han Shuo was salivating fixedly over the lingerie that Fanny had changed out of, she abruptly rushed into the bathroom and hurriedly put away all the items of clothing in great embarrassment. When she turned and saw that Han Shuo's eyes were just about ready to spit fire, she involuntarily made a light spitting sound and spat out, "detestable". She finally left with panicked footsteps after violently pinching Han Shuo's backside.
Han Shuo peeled off his clothes and lay within the round pool, breathing in the mesmerizing scent that Fanny had left behind in the bathroom with his mouth. Luxuriating in the water that Fanny had previously used, Han Shuo felt that the perfection of moment was indescribable with words. He basically didn't want to leave.
Han Shuo took a long time to wash up, and carelessly scrubbed his underwear only after Fanny had checked in a few times, finally walking out of the bathroom clutching his underwear.
"It's getting late, I won't inspect your body today. Hurry and leave." Fanny acted like nothing had happened after Han Shuo had walked out and spoke dispassionately to him.
Han Shuo nodded with an honest smile and happily walked towards the door. Fanny called out lightly just as Han Shuo was about to leave, "Bryan!"
Peering back in confusion, Han Shuo scratched his head and asked dumbly, "Yes?"
"Nothing, just that you don't seem like someone who's crazy!" Fanny sized up Han Shuo and said oddly.

"I don't know what happens when my head hurts, but when I'm not being affected by anything. Everything is normal." Han Shuo's heart skipped a beat. He left in guilty haste after his response.

“If I don’t die… I swear I will act on all my evil thoughts..”


Not exactly everyone’s typical thought when they’re about to die. What will a cowardly young man do when reincarnated with the evil powers to redefine his destiny? Can the natural kindness of human nature triumph over evil? Will he become the cold-blooded demon king of legend, or will he forge his own path and rain down another kind of terror?

I was finally getting ready for a shower. The whole story with Kaiba and the tournament made me a little upset. It is true that I am a sensitive person, but agree with the fact that this time there was a good reason for these feelings to shake me. With the dripping water, maybe I could wash away the sensation that runs through me and the body too, it would be very welcome.

 I removed my clothes, and as usual, left the millennium hanging from one of the support pipes for towels and went into the shower. I turned on the shower at last, and let the water drain, getting used to the temperature. I stayed for minutes in the water, and when I went to get the soap, I realized that it wasn't in the soap dish. I sighed, annoyed that I had to get out of the warm water to get one from the bathroom drawers. That's when I heard a deep voice in the boxing gap.

- On here.

 I turned around, totally distracted, and took the hand that stood between that gap, the soap.

- Ah thank you.

 It was when I turned around, already running the soap over my body, that a snap was made. Almost a reality check. Perhaps because of the extreme distraction, I just didn't realize that it was impossible for someone to be inside my bathroom.

  A chill ran down my spine and I froze for a while, trying to discern something through the box's foggy glass. Unfortunately by the steam of the hot water, the glass was really foggy, and I had to move my shaky legs to move out of the box and see who my intruder was ... manic soap maker.

  I slowly pulled the glass out of the shower, making it slide to the side and giving the least space for my shy head to sneak around and look at the rest of the bathroom. My heart was already racing, it started to hurt so fast that it was after I noticed who was in the bathroom. Atem's silhouette was formed on the opposite wall, his body against the wall. Arms crossed and legs put for support, one being folded against the wall.

 Even with his eyes closed, I felt extremely exposed. His expression was soft, as if it were normal for him to invade me that way. Unable to move my lips to say anything, I waited paralyzed for his eyes to open.

  It was a bad idea, in the end. Atem was provocative. Even if it was not his intention, all of Pharaoh's movements were charming in the extreme. His eyes slowly opened and his lilac irises looked at me intently. The parted lips and the imposing posture made my cheeks not hesitate to blush completely. I quickly entered the box and closed the door, almost slamming it, so fast. My breathing was already starting to get high, since I couldn't control myself and calm down.

- Yugi? - Pharaoh's low voice called to me.

 - Uh… F-pharaoh? - My voice came out shaky - What are you doing here?

- Huh, my thoughts are connected with yours. So I knew that you needed soap, and it was also an excuse for me to get out of this millennium. My office is strangely irritating today.

- Huh, thanks, but ... can you excuse me? Back to the millennium ... I don't know.

- Huh? Why?

- Come on ... I'm taking a shower. Please, I'm ashamed.

- Ashamed of me? The voice came out gravely and then came a muffled laugh.

- What are you laughing about??? - Said a little annoyed. He was laughing at my situation!

- Excuse me. It's just that we have the same body ... it's not like something new to me, Yugi.

- It's not what I'm saying! Is different! - At this moment, I realized that the boxing door was already beginning to defog. I needed to be quick and get him out of there. - Please, I don't feel comfortable. - The voice comes out more childish for some reason, as if he was hurt by something.

- It's all right. I'm leaving. - His voice was muffled.

 In addition to my heartbeat, I could now hear Atem's footsteps roaming the bathroom, and the sound of the door opening and closing. I sighed in relief and put my hand on my heart, which was now beginning to calm down a little. I don't know if I was rude to him, but if I was, it wasn't my intention. Maybe I should apologize to him, so I tried to finish my long shower while I thought of some good words for a short excuse and an explanation to Pharaoh.

 I wrapped myself in a towel, and left the bathroom. I looked at the room completely, but Atem was not there. I took the opportunity to dry off and get dressed. I was putting on my warm shirt already, when the bedroom door creaked warning that someone was coming in. Pharaoh's slender body then entered the room, closing the door behind him. His eyes found me for seconds, before straying to any other point.

  He sat in the corner of the room, on a chair, crossed his legs and rested his face on his arm. He looked at me for a while, with his serene face. I myself had to scold myself, because it seemed even more provocative that way. Heavens, what's happening to me? Had he always been like this?

- Pharaoh - I called graciously - Sorry to expel you like that. It was rude of me. - I scratched my hair, shamefully.

- Okay Yugi - He smiled slightly, and his cheerful eyes looked at me. - I owe you an apology.

- No, no, you're right. I shouldn't have bothered so much. You are always with me. - I smiled widely.

 He stood up and walked over to the window, his expression soft and neutral again. He looked at the view a little and turned his eyes towards me.

- So, you don't mind?

- No, no. It's okay, it was just a surprise. - Smile.

- That's not what I'm talking about. He crossed his arms and looked at me more intently.

- Huh ??? - I frowned.

- You don't mind the fact that we kiss? - His eyes strayed.

  I was immediately surprised. My cheeks flushed again and my hands sweated again in nervousness. He had really touched on the subject, one of which I thought would eventually succumb to our relationship.

  I looked down and bit my mouth, thinking about what to say. I really loved that kiss. I liked Atem that way, in a different way than just our usual friendship. And for me, it had been magical to feel his touches. However, I wouldn't tell him all that, it would sound strange, and I don't know what his reaction might be.

- I was very happy, actually ...- The voice came out shyly.

 He looked at me and then approached me, pushing me lightly with his hands to the wall. His eyes now looked at me very closely, and his arms lightly hold mine, pinning them to the wall. My heart was racing at this moment, and I was looking at him in some surprise.

- That means - He ran his lips over my ear - What can I do what I want then? The voice came out thick, seductively close.

 I was unable to answer anything. I looked away quickly, while I felt a shiver run through my entire body. That voice ... I just stared at him again when his lips came to meet me. He brushed his lips over me, before taking me in a kiss. I let go and came back, coming and going with those touches. Infinite pecks that pressed my lips together in an addictive sensation.

 Pharaoh then stopped kissing and turned his eyes attentively to the door. I was too nervous to notice, but Atem managed to hear the footsteps of someone close to the room perfectly. The door was already opening, when he stepped away from me a little and put his hand quickly in my hair, gently pulling a lock and examining it.

- No, no, it's normal. - He said suddenly.

 My grandfather was entering the room at that moment and I turned my eyes to him, as well as Atem, who already expressed a neutral face. Grandpa smiled a little and looked at us.

She quickly switched on the water tap of the basin and made another gagging voice. Side by side, she climbed on top of the pot seat and jumped out of the window, stepping on a large bush.
