tired of the same fanfics so ideas fill free to add are ask.

The person who stole my work, suddenly had a "flash of inspiration" and stated they will redo their last volume.  :(
It also coincidences with  my decision to repost chapters.

Because of this, I hope everyone understands why I won't be continuing to post here.  I feel it is an endless battle with this person who stole my work.
I won't be posting my work here as there isn't a way to prevent theft.  I've started working on a subscriber website.  Hopefully, with the subscriptions, I can track who is stealing my work.

When it's done, I'll post the link.

Originally, I started posting here to share my writing with others.  I wasn't looking to get paid.  At the same time, it's disheartening when someone steals your work and doesn't credit you properly.

Update:  8/27/19

I won't be making my own website, as I will join with another group of writers.  I will start writing and publishing there.  The writers all write transmigration stories, so I can't post any non-transmigration stories there.

However, I am going to post volume 3 here.  I will post the chapters only for volume 3 here.

Debbie didn't comment much about Scarlet's errand as she kept the poker face.
"Welcome back."
Scarlet nodded and tried to wipe the smile off her face. The governess noted that despite the calm mask on the blogger's face, Scarlet's eyes were livelier now. The lady was glad that her little assignment had done the trick.
"I was able to look through most of the story," she informed Scarlet and the girl became more serious. "I'm impressed by your creative ideas. Can you tell me where you got the inspiration from?"
Scarlet blushed at the praise and shuffled awkwardly. "I was researching when I came across something called Cats the Musical from Broadway*... I thought that it would be easier to model some people after talking cats to better portray their struggles in a comical manner?"
Debbie looked pleased with Scarlet's response and had a huge smile on her face. "Great! While it isn't ready to be turned into a book, I think we should commemorate your very first masterpiece. Does this story have a title?"
Scarlet didn't seem to think of it in a bad way, so Debbie was secretly relieved. Rejection can be a very harsh thing for writers and she didn't want to stamp out the burning flame in Scarlet. It might not be a huge bonfire yet, but the passion was still there. Fortunately, the girl was a fighter. She accepted it with grace and moved on, seeking further improvement.
"I think we can call it 'A Catty Conversation'. Would you mind pointing out where exactly I've gone wrong?"
Debbie blinked. "All in due time, Scarlet. For a first attempt, it was very good. I just needed something to be the gauge of your current abilities before we move on from there. From what I can see, you have a rather strong grasp of the English language. The grammar and structure are not worrying. You also have an intuitive sense of how to pace your stories with a very natural way of telling it. Your characters spring to life with how you describe your scenes, although some transitions can be shaky. But don't worry, we will work on them."
The blogger nodded as she heard her mentor's feedback. "Actually, I've been thinking of a question for a while now."
"Yes?"
Scarlet hesitated. Should she admit that she wasn't a natural prodigy when it came to writing? Would Debbie no longer be impressed or will she express her disappointment? After a while, Scarlet eventually decided to go with the truth. After all, it was harder to conceal the truth with time. The blogger knew that if she was truthful right from the start, she wouldn't disappoint the editor too much. Sure, Debbie might be disappointed for a while, but maybe she would come to understand how to help Scarlet more?
"Actually, I researched some writing tips for writers online before I attempted to write something. A Catty Conversation isn't my first work. It's probably my third or fourth? I've lost count. Also, It has been revised twice and edited once before I submitted it. I just want to know, how does an author create their personal style? I've tried finding answers for there isn't a definite answer."
Debbie smiled. It's a question that all young writers ask. Sadly, not even she could give them the answer. Instead, the editor gave Scarlet her very first homework.
"It's a very good question, Scarlet. I would be rather worried if you hadn't asked about it or research anything about writing beforehand. This shows that you have a levelled head and aren't egotistical. There's definitely room for improvements for everybody in the writing world. It doesn't matter if you're young or old, have published best-sellers or won the Nobel Peace Prize. Style is something that comes over time with experience, practice and wisdom. It's not learnt or taught, it is discovered and created. Think of a writer's style as their writing personality and DNA. It's unique to every individual."
She then picked up the blank exercise book and smiled. "This is going to be a very good starter. I'd like you to write all the questions you have about writing and write them down in this book and I will answer them next week. Don't forget to decorate the book and give it a name too!"
The blogger was puzzled. "I have to give this book a name too?"
Debbie looked at her as if that Scarlet was asking if the sky was blue today. "Of course! It's only natural, right? You name the things that are precious to you. For writers, what can be more important than books?"
Scarlet didn't know what to say. One should never judge a book by their cover, and at this moment, she thinks that it is especially true for Debbie who packed her things and bid the Wilde's goodbye. On the surface, Debbie sounded sane and looked nothing out of the ordinary. However, after getting to know her tutor a little better, Scarlet decided that all writers have to be a little bit insane at the very least to produce such stories.
Once Debbie left, Scarlet looked at the book in her hand. The press plants were currently still in the processing. Tina was helping her to dry them out by pressing them in between the pages of thick phone books. Alex had also agreed to lend Scarlet some of her art supplies when the plants were ready. Scarlet was excited about how the communication diary would turn out, but for now, she had to come up with a name.
Something that means secret... Scarlet didn't really know the meaning of names, so the best way to do it was by searching it up on the internet. It didn't take her long to find a list of names that had 'secret' in their meaning.
As she scrolled down the names, one of them caught her eye. It was a name with a double meaning and Scarlet thought that it was actually perfect for her first communication diary.
"From this day forth, you shall be known as Judah!" the blogger proudly announced to the blank exercise book.

As y'all can tell I've put Draconic Void on hold for the time being. I'm on my last year of high school and it my priority to keep my grades on the passing side of the spectrum. My grades were failing so I needed to pause writing this story and instead work on those. I've also been experiencing major writers block.
The final exams for this semester are coming up so it'll just be a little while longer until I can update. Over winter break I will work on Draconic void and attempt to update, it's not guaranteed though. Hopefully I'll have a spark of inspiration and writers block won't screw me over.
Until then if y'all wish I could create a chapter that explains the world the story place in, or y'all can simply wait as I slowly reveal things about the through out the story, up to y'all.

            Home for many writers and literature. Aspiring writers go there dreaming of publishing their works in the place known for its blooming culture and love for novels.
I was one of these ambitious writers, I was good, really good. It wasn't until later that I found out, nothing comes for free.

Every fairytale we read says work hard and you will achieve your dream. But we keep forgetting, that in fairytales we know who is evil and who is good but in reality, evil wears masks that are difficult to be uncovered. 

My first book was one of the best sellers in japan, but I was betrayed by my publisher and editor. My book was published under the name of one of Tokyo's top five writers.
it wasn't until later that I found out that most of his novels were stolen and I wasn't the only case.

 I got angry and tried to tell the public about what happened. I was mocked, ridiculed and made into a laughing stock.

But put yourself in their shoe as they say in England, who you will believe a young writer just celebrating that he can legally drink beer or the man that his autograph is considered a national treasure.
The publishing company sued me for falsely accusing them of stealing the book. So I had only one option which is to SHUT UP AND TAKE THEIR MONEY. The following days followed the same routine wake up eat ramen, drink till wasted and sleep hoping not to wake up again.

One night after a heavy round of drinking I went to sleep. Instead of my room I found myself in an unfamiliar place. "This is definitely not my room, and not some place I know either" I thought sarcastically. It was a desert with no city in sight, all I could see were enormous triangular shaped buildings built with large stones in the distance and the sound of fighting and yelling. But no matter where I looked I couldn't find anyone.

"You're finally here" a sweet voice said from behind me "took you long enough".

"What do you mean you're finally here?" I yelled while turning around "and where the hell am I?"

"For now that doesn't matter, but if you really want to know then go search for the book" said a woman of about 20 year. She had long black hair and wore a necklace that looked like a knot in the shape of a man and a pair of rainbow colored wing on her back that gave her an aura that I had never felt before, it made me want to kneel and worship her.

"you have to find the book of Ani and decipher what it says, if you don't …" suddenly the sand erupted and a giant snake rose up, it was so big that it look like it can reach the sky, when he moved the earth start to shake. It kept rising, opening his mouth and showing his large fangs, his long thin tongue playing around so hard that one whip with his tongue can split the earth in two halves, his eyes seemed like a gate of hell that you can't dare look at it.
It kept opening his mouth until it covered the whole sun then in one bite it swallowed it.

Suddenly the world went dark and water gushed out from the earth turning it into a giant sea, "Finally, Ra is gone. And all those annoying pests will be no more "said the snake in a voice so powerful that it felt as if my heart was tearing apart.

I woke up, in cold sweat with my heart beating loudly. "it was only a dream" I thought, my body felt so heavy it was like I was shackled in the bed, it took me a long while till i got up. When I got up to wash my face I noticed a black tattoo on my forearm, it was in the shape of a man-like knot, similar in shape of the necklace of the woman in my dream. "Where did this mark come from?" I shouted. "That dream, it can't be real right?"

In the times where the tides are changing , where the gods are returning and the wars are close.

I , Matsuraki Ken shall prevent the war from starting , i will face the gods and prevent their beginings and endings.

I will find the book and collect the missing pieces and awaken the forgotten magic.
As they say Egypt was the start of civilization ,
it will also be the start of my path.

We think this novel's idea is new and we haven't read anything like it before.
if you have any comments , we will happily listen and try to fix it in the future , after all it is our first project so finding flaws is completely normal.

It's a hobby but we will try to make a fixed schedule.

Su-hyuk Jang, a producer with five years of experience, clicked his tongue in disapproval the moment he stepped into the meeting room. "Jaehyung!" he yelled, turning towards the youngest producer in the team. "I told you so many times to get this place cleaned up before I get here! It's like a damn barn in here!"
"Oh, another team just got done with their meeting, so..."
"Hey. Kiddo. Didn't I tell you to just get moving and not give me stupid excuses? Getting into weird habits, aren't we?"

Jang raised his hand towards the young producer, who cowered in fear and quickly dropped his head.

"I'm so sorry, sir."
"Get on with it then! Chop chop, get this place cleaned up!"

Jaehyung scurried over to the meeting table, frantically getting rid of all the used cups and stray pens and markers rolling all over the place. As he watched the young man work, Jang muttered to himself, wholly dissatisfied. Such laziness, and from the newbie of all people! How was he supposed to trust this boy with running errands? Huffing and puffing, Jang took his seat at the head of the table, followed by three writers. They each sat in their respective seats, sharing nervous glances between each other.

"A-Anyway, Ms. Kim!" one of the writers spoke up, attempting to lighten the mood. "What happened with that tip from the other day?"
"Nayeon went to check it out. Go on, tell us."

Nayeon promptly arranged some pictures on the table and began to explain.

"Have you all heard about the "reading boy"? He went viral a few months ago, and you can definitely tell why. He has this sort of... other worldly feel to him."
"Hmm. I'm not familiar," said Jang, scratching his head as he scrutinized the pictures.
"Oh, he's so cute!"
"I've seen him!" exclaimed the young producer. "I remember thinking he was really good-looking. Weirdly so, to be honest. Still, you can't stop looking at him."
"Huh. He must be pretty famous, if even Jaehyung knows about him."
"Yes, actually. His pictures were trending on quite a few search engines at the time. Anyway, the tip was about him. Oh, I have a picture from when I went to talk to him!"

Nayeon quickly tapped her tablet screen, searching and searching, as the others continued to admire the pictures on the table.

"Wow, look at him. He seems pretty photogenic, yeah?"
"Definitely. Guaranteed views right there."


Found it! Nayeon held up her tablet triumphantly. "Here! He shot an ad!" The picture on the screen was of a young boy sitting at a desk, intently reading a book. It was an ad for the public library, yes, but a sort of picturesque fantasy feeling emanated from the picture despite the modern props.

"He's a model?"
"Not professionally, but the picture that went viral was taken in this library. So they took this as an opportunity to advertise the public library in time for the fall exhibit, and had him be their model."
"Okay, that's enough backstory." Jang sighed as he waved his hand dismissively. "Tell me about the tip."
"Oh, of course. I spoke with his homeroom teacher first, to confirm the tip, and she claims that he's not like the other kids. All the other teachers know about him, too, so he's pretty well known in school. He's really good at math, and he's started to learn physics. Alone."
"Alone? He's self-taught?"
"Yes. Just like our tip said, he doesn't receive tutoring at school or at the institute. Spends most of his time at the library. I spoke to the institute as well, and apparently he borrows books from the older kids and reads those all day. Of course, no private tutor. The kid confirmed this."
"Reads books, huh...? What about tests?"
"I went ahead with the interview before giving him the test papers, but honestly, it was pretty easy to tell he's different."

With that, Nayeon recalled yesterday's events at Inpyeong Elementary.

The two sat across from each other in the counseling room.

"Oh, it's warm here," noted Nayeon. "I'd heard that schools had good air conditioning now, but I didn't think it'd be this good."

Lucid stared at her blankly, which made her laugh a bit. "Don't worry, I'm just talking to myself. Should we start off with some questions? First things first, what's your name?"

He told her.

"Did your parents name you?"
"No. From my understanding, the chairman of the institute I'm staying at came up with it."
"Oh, really? Well. It suits you. Anyway, I heard you like reading. Is that true?"
"Hmm... Yes, I suppose you could say that." Lucid answered rather hesitantly.
"Could you elaborate?"
"I think it's more accurate to say that I like reading books to study."

Had she heard him correctly? She wasn't exactly sure. First of all, where the hell had that answer come from? And second of all...

"I'm sorry, but you are in the first grade, correct?"
"Yes."

That was answer enough, but Nayeon still had to stop herself from asking his age.

"Alright, then. Could you explain the difference to me?"
"I think that reading and reading to study have different objectives. When I first came to school, I read everything I could get my hands on, because I liked to read. I read biographies and textbooks on math, science, grammar. My goal back then was to immerse myself in the books and marvel at the ideas in them. But now, my goal is to study. I'm reading books so I can understand their content and gain more knowledge. So, since there are two different goals, I think they should be seen as two different things."

Nayeon thought (or rather, knew) that further interviewing would be rather pointless. If a first grader was able to convey his thoughts with such eloquence and sound logic, didn't that automatically qualify him as a genius? This wasn't just a tip. This was a huge scoop.

"Well then," she continued, "what books have you been reading recently?"
"Physics, mainly. I'd like to learn more about physical phenomena. But I found out that you need to know a lot of math to understand physics. So I've been reading math books, too, but I'm not that good at it, so the physics books make little sense to me."
"How far along are you with math?"
"Just the four arithmetic equations. I think I understand linear equations well enough."

Was he really a first grader? He sounded more like a middle schooler.

"A first grader who knows linear equations?" Jang asked, interrupting Nayeon's recollection. "Are you sure he's in elementary? Not middle school?"

Nayeon cringed internally at the realization that she and Jang had thought the same thing, but powered through to continue her explanation.

"Yes, sir, yes. Anyway, we don't need to have a long meeting about this. With his looks and his brains, he's going to be a huge hit! I know it."

Jang turned around to look at Wang, one of the writers.

"Do you have a story in mind?"
"First, we need more information on his school life. Or even his life at the institute," Wang answered, twirling a pen between her fingers. "We'll include some more interviews, get his IQ tested, and ask a science high school or even a university to collab and get a professional evaluation. That good?"
"He's even more stunning in person, I guarantee it." Nayeon chimed in. "He doesn't look wholly Korean, but it's not like he looks like a foreigner, either. It's weird, but it works. You take one look and you know he's objectively really good-looking. My point is, the story doesn't matter! His face alone could bring in so many views!"
"Nayeon, sweetie. I admire your confidence, but his face is something the camera crew will take care of. We're writers."
"I'm just saying. There's nothing wrong with having something pretty to look at."

Jang ignored this whole exchange, instead turning to the younger producer to relay directions.
"Jaehyung, get the cameras ready. Ms. Wang, I trust you to come up with a good storyline and a solid schedule. Get back to me with both."
"How long?"
"We're not sure this'll work, so 20 minutes for now."

And with that, the meeting was over. As they left the room, one of the writers, Yunseon Jo, approached Nayeon.

"Was he really all that?" she asked.
"Oh my God!" Nayeon shouted. "You have no idea! Like, so much better than any child actor I've ever seen! I literally had to stop myself from hugging him, it was insane!"
"Look at you. You're totally gone. I saw it coming, with you going on and on about his face instead of focusing on a story. Are you into kids?"
"Hey! That's going way too far! I'm just saying, his face keeps popping up in my head..."

Smack!

A loud noise rang through the hallway as Yunseon slapped Nayeon's arm.
"That! That's going to far! Watch what you say, Nayeon. That's honestly going into lovesickness territory."

Nayeon rubbed her arm gingerly, but still looked like she had more to say. Thankfully, Wang stepped in just in time to stop her.

"That's enough. The producer told you already, but I'll remind you just in case. We're writers. We come up with a story for the program. The camera works on the looks. Or do you want a transfer?"
"Ms. Wang! Aww, that's so mean! I was born to be a writer, you know that!"

Nayeon tried her best to escape her situation, using her status as the youngest writer to act cute and innocent. It didn't exactly work, per se, but Wang still found it endearing enough. She invited her juniors to dinner, and the three took the elevator down.

Lucid, having reached middle school level mathematics, had gotten a new idea during class a few days ago and was now attempting a new type of magic. He found that the best thing to come out of this whole "prodigy" ordeal was that none of the teachers scolded him for not paying attention in class.

"Kyung-ho," Hee Yeon warned,"pay attention, sweetie."
"But plaster face...!"

Indeed, "plaster face" wasn't paying attention at all, but before Kyung-ho could point that out, Hee Yeon sighed and warned him again.

"Kyung-ho! You know better than you talk back to your elders, don't you?"
"Yes..." said the boy, his voice barely a whisper.
"I'll let it slide just this once, because I know you're usually a very good students who listens to what 
I say. But it's just this once! Next time I catch you doing something else, you'll have to be punished. Is that clear?"
"Yes..."

Hee Yeon knew that she was being rather unfair, but she pushed her guilt aside. Even during the slight commotion, Lucid appeared to have been lost in his own thoughts, but Hee Yeon was actually quite grateful for this. Though it had only carried on for a short while, the other children all rather enjoyed watching their teacher become increasingly flustered at Lucid's incessant questions. It had been something of a game for them, and they had grown to look forward to Lucid asking questions, going as far as to persuade him to do so.

Thankfully, however, Lucid's interest had shifted to self-study (or so Hee Yeon firmly believed, as she didn't want to think that he was disappointed in her lack of knowledge), meaning he now spent the majority of his time pondering to himself or reading books. This meant that Hee Yeon could finally relax, with no need to be on constant guard for potential questions, and it was also why she left Lucid be in class.

During break, Lucid left the classroom and made his way down to the courtyard, which he had been staring at for the better portion of class. As it was, Myeong-su, from the classroom next door, had also come out to play. As excited as ever, he ran and ran, determined to make the most out of the ten minute break between classes.

"Oh hey, plaster face!" he called. "Aren't you cold?"

While Myeong-su was wearing a thick jacket, Lucid was only wearing a T-shirt.

"Oh, yeah. I'm fine." Lucid grinned.

while the Russo's covered it up with quantum suit and another jump

they probably won't be using this for Phase 4 ,
may be later but not in the near future,

so just going to side with the writers on cap existing with another cap



basically no change if some are following the MCU timeline

doesn't really matter to the story though since cap never took off the watch for a significant amount of time. I can work the plot with him unable to remove the watch if necessary due to MCU decision

So this guys dies, gets reincarnated to MCU  as Tony Stark

Chapter 5. Contract (1)

"Why are you smiling?"

His mother asked Rei as he was eating his breakfast. 

"Am I smiling?"

"Yeah, there is a big smile on your face. Did something good happened"

Ren was obviously smiling because his book was getting published. He can't wait to see his book in the bookstores. It's been 20 years since his last book was published.

"Yeah, something good did happened"

"What happened? Tell your mother about it"

"I will tell you later. It is a surprise"

"You are now hiding things from your mother"

His mother asked with a smile. She was happy that her son was smiling. These days, Rei will always copped up in his room to write his novel, making his mother worried.

His mother obviously didn't knew that Rei was writing a novel, she was worried seeing her son always writing something with a serious expression.

Now, that she saw her son smiling, she was relieved and happy.

After some casual talk, her mother changed the topic and asked.

"Are you really fine with not coming with us today"

"Yeah, I am fine"

"Your uncle will be dissapointed not seeing you"

Today his mother and father would be going to his father's friend house, meaning they were going to his uncle's house.

They had also invited Rei to come but he had refused since he didn't wanted to meet his uncle and his family.

It wasn't like, Rei disliked his uncle. His uncle was a good person, rather he didn't wanted to meet his uncle's daughter.

His uncle's daughter was a rather haughty person who had continued to look down upon the previous Rei.

He would rather write, then waste his time to meet a person who he didn't like.

"It was better if you came with us, Yuzu-chan will surely miss you"

"...Yeah"

'If you know what type of person she is, you will certainly not say those words' thought Rei in his heart.

Rei was alone now, his parents had already left for his uncle's house.

He was bored alone, he also didn't have any desire to write. He had been writing non stop for many days and his fingers were now hurting from this much writing.

He knew he had to take a break once in a while or he can suffer from some injuries.

Getting a hand or a finger injury can end a writers career early and Rei certainly didn't want that.

Rei looked around his room and sighed heavily. His room was a mess. 

Various manuscripts were scatter on the floor and books were thrown everywhere.

Rei didn't notice the state of his room as he was too busy to write but now that he looked around, his room certainly was a mess.

He decided to clean his room since he can't leave his room like this.

Although he was a high school student on the outside, he still was an adult inside.

It was pretty embarrassing for an adult to leave his room like that.

Ring!!

As he was about to clean his room, the sound of doorbell resounded in his ears.

'Is it mom and dad?'

Hello everyone again. I really wish I had positive news when I post these and I felt like I have done this more than I should the last little bit. I dislike being a downer.
So as an author, I made 5 stupid mistakes when starting volume 2. 
1: I let peoples threats and negative commentary get under my skin. Even though I know there are more of you that love this story than the people that are filled with negative and hostile comments, I got caught in one of the many author traps.
2: A lot suddenly happened right around the same time as the start of volume 2 and I let that compound my stress. 
3: I became obsessed with sharing with you the world lore. This is my own fault, I was worried about broadsiding you with information without proper background since I didn't understand the complexity of my own world back in this version of volume 1. I realized recently that that very thought caused me to break my own lore in order to show it to you which is completely counter-productive. Which means, the lore I showed wasn't ever correct.
4: I was pushing myself to 120% on like everything which is bad of me. (No wonder I made myself ill earlier) Like literally, I re-wrote chapters 4, 5, and 6 more than 6 times each. Eventually I posted chapters I didn't even like. 
5: I have come to hate roughly 60% of my own volume 2. I'm sure many of you could feel it as well. My lore showcasing was both timid and forced. It created far more questions than not. It caused things to become far more messy then they needed to be.
These 5 compounded issues have caused me to reach writers block and when I can write it feels way too forced. 
After taking a short time away from my story (not spending 16 hours trying to write 1 frustrating chapter in 12 different ways...) I realized, that I was trying so hard, that I broke my own lore and created excessive holes in my own story... I was trying so hard that certain characters ended up not acting like themselves at all. I was trying so hard that I made certain characters have stories they shouldn't have. 
SOLUTION! 
I'm glad I found it now, rather than later. But I am going to have to re-boot volume 2. Most likely the core of the story progress will remain mostly the same. The 40% I like will stay while the 60% I have come to hate will most likely be changed, adapted, or removed completely. 
I will stop trying to overthink everything and just story. I will return to the hearts of my characters and keep writing. That way, I can write something I love again and I can clear the self-created obstacles in my writing.
This re-boot IS for this version, so you will see these changes when I am done with them. But for the next bit, I am going to focus on that so I can actually clear up the path in front. 
Like one of my favorite misquoted analogies in Fru-ba: Start at the piles of laundry at your feet so you don't trip over them as you work on the mountains of laundry nearby. Sadly, I forgot that...

I would rather write what I like rather than what I hate. I would rather take the time to re-work this now and improve your experience then to try and force myself to continue in this unpleasant emotional state. 
My theory, If I can continue to love my work, then the future will move more smoothly and I will hit writers block and make myself ill less often. Thank you again for all your support and patience with me. It has meant a lot. 
I'll keep working at it. After all, my desire is to eventually publish all of Jericho (Past and and future) in book format. 
In positive news, I am more than halfway through my first major edit of volume 1 and so far, it reads so much better. (of course there is going to be more major edits but yeah...) Also! I may have found an illustrator to help me with the book art I have wanted to include for a long time. So while things haven't moved too smoothing moving forward yet, the other parts have been. 
Well, I know you were hoping for the chapter tomorrow, but I care both about my own feelings towards my work and also you guys. Sorry for putting out work that I didn't even like. 
I'm sure there are many of you, that could feel my dislike some of the work I was putting out there in this volume. So, sorry.
