A week has passed since I started learning about the force. The outpost has developed wonderfully, we have been using the gold we have stockpiled to buy supplies we did not have, we built a few houses as well as a wall to protect the outpost. I have forbidden the citizens from entering the dungeon due to how dangerous it is.
The commandoes have reached level 20 and can be called supersoldiers when compared to their older selves.
Due to the dungeon, we won't ever have a food problem and there was a river a few miles away so we won't have any problems with water either.
I spent the next week in the dungeon with Kir and the Commandos to grind some levels and improve my mastery of the force.
Now that a week has passed and we all leveled I learned some new things about the dungeon, the dungeon's inhabitants cant leave their respective floors. We also found out that the bosses we killed before respawned and they repeated appeared to be furious at Kir and me due to killing them before. 
For the entire week, we killed the 10th-floor boss 28 times, and the 20th-floor boss 4 times.
From the boss's chests, we got: 16 Earrings of Flame, 8 Long Swords of Flame, 3 Salamander's Breath of Fire skill books, and we got a couple of new items in the chest.

I was taken to a large, newly built stone mansion. Inside, a few Lizards already awaited us. They were dressed in elegant robes, and had a scholarly mood. Moreover, they were similar to Jora. Their royal blood was not as pure compared to him, but I could see some hints of golden streaks across their skins. One of the Lizards speed forward, and welcomed. "Welcome to our newly built library. Follow us, we will take you to a more private place, where you can view the books". I nodded, and followed them, Jora also joined us, and walked next to me.

They had loads of books, but not as many as Voltars had. We entered a room inside the library, where the leading scholarly Lizards said. "You asked for the period where they Greys were banished, right? Have a seat, and we will bring you everything we have on that".

I nodded and took a seat. Jora sat next to me, then asked "What exactly is that relic?". I made up some lies on the spot, "There are supposedly a few of them, and they reach antiquity. Those weapons are supposedly so powerful, one could overwhelm an army with their use". He thought about it before replying, "I never heard of such things. I'm not well versed with the history, but don't you think those relics are just fairytale?".

I said with a smile, "That's precisely what I'm trying to find out". A while later, the three scholarly Lizards returned, and each of them was carrying a few books. Altogether, there were nine of them. They placed the books in front of me, then the leading scholar said. "Those are the records from that period. I read them myself in the past, but found nothing about relics". I grabbed the first book, and read it. The book described how Grey and Royal Lizards worked together, but then mentioned some sort of betrayal on Grey Lizards' part.

The record wasn't detailed, but from what I gathered, the Grey Lizards overstepped their qualifications. Not much else was mentioned, but that's what supposedly warranted their banishment. It mentioned how the Royal Lizards were benevolent, and took all their previous work under consideration. Hence the Royal Lizards didn't kill them, but let them leave. I found it a bit fishy, that was when I recalled something. 'The history is written by the winners' I thought. 

The Royal Lizards might've simply wrote betrayal, but the book didn't even detail what betrayal it was. Only some vague notion of overstepping their qualifications. This could mean anything really. The cooperation between both factions was also vague. Supposedly, the Grey Lizards were responsible for Formations that helped improve water quality. How they overstepped those qualifications, was a mystery to me.

I placed the book down, and said to the leading scholar. "I don't get it. The book mentioned that Grey Lizards betrayed you guys, but it doesn't mention anything about it. So what happened?". All of them narrowed their eyes, and I could feel that question was out of place for them. I smiled, "No need to be so stressed. I was only curious. Anyway, this book doesn't have anything on relics, I will check the other ones".

I grabbed the second book, and read it. That book described a period after the Grey Lizards left. Supposedly, their race thrived without the Grey Lizards, and they established more cities and villages around the Obsidian Mountains. The weird thing was, they hardly mentioned any resources with which that was accomplished. They did mention Atols, and how they helped them craft some of those new settlements. The book talked about two new cities, and three villages. Coincidentally, that was the same amount they had currently. Yet, Atols only built one city, and two villages for them. The rest was supposedly built by Lizards alone. 

'Hmm, I don't doubt Lizards could create a city, after all Arangard was made by them. I feel like something is off here, like this is not the truth' I thought, and placed the book down. I looked at the scholars. I didn't want to arouse more suspicions with my question, therefore I decided to ask none about that book. Instead I said, "This book details construction of new cities and villages. It does cover a longer period of time, but has no information on other locations. Is there anything else before the Grey Lizards left?". 

The leading scholar took one of the books from the stack, and handed it to me. He asked, "Why do you concern yourself so much with Grey Lizards?". I replied, "It was during that time those relics were lost, or rather seen. From the records I got, it was around that time period. I'm looking for mentions of locations, or strange events in overall. This could help me locate those relics". An obvious lie, but I said it so confidently, they could find no faults with my statement.  

I grabbed the book he handed to me, and read it. The book indeed described a period before the Grey Lizards left, but it focused on relationship with Shades. At first they were hostile, actually everything was hostile in the North. Those races did everything to protect themselves, and their territories. 

Although small conflicts arose here and there, it was never bad enough to warrant a war. The book described a deal that Shades made with Lizards. Because Shades lacked knowledge of Formations, the Grey Lizards were supposed to help them out. The book didn't mention with what exactly. While the Shades offered information on other races. That wasn't all. They proposed an alliance, which lasted till that day, as well as a few other things like resources. 

'My guess would be, Shades needed water. The Grey Lizards were sent to help them out' I thought. That seemed like the most logical conclusion. The records were always all over the place. Voltars might had sorted their records properly, but they simply didn't allow me to view them. How much truth was in those records, no one really knew anymore. 

I placed the book down, and shook my head. The leading scholar said, "If you are looking for books that describe more locations during that period, I'm afraid we might only have one or two more. The books you see here, will mostly not describe that". I asked him to bring those two books, but he refused. "Only the Royals have access to those books. Even me or Jora aren't authorised to take them out". This made me wonder what those books contained. Truth perhaps?

I told them that I found nothing new. The scholarly Lizard said, "I read loads of books here, but I never heard of such relics. Where did you find such information?". I thought about it, but in reality I was making some more lies. When I got an idea, I asked him. "Do you know who Bramans were?". He thought about it, but shook his head in the end. I continued, "It was a race that lived in antiquity. Humans waged a war against them, and won. Bramans no longer exist, but they were originally living here in the North".

He asked shocked, "I'm aware that Humans fought a war, before we made home here at Obsidian Mountains, but I wasn't aware how that other race was called. Where did you get that history?". I continued, "Partially from Voltars, and some from other sources. Unfortunately, there is nothing in those books that can help me locate them. I will have to search in a few other places". 

Jora said, "Maybe you are simply chasing something that never existed? This happened so many years ago". I came up with another lie. "Remember when Vanauts were digging for something? What if they were digging because of those relics?". This was such an absurd lie, I wouldn't believe it myself. They were obviously digging toward those cities, not looking for any relics that I just made up. 

But for some reason, they bought it without a second thought. The scholarly Lizard said, "That is entirely possible. Eterians might know about those relics too, and they are searching for them". Jora jumped in as well, "Do you need help locating those things? We can send a few group, if we have an approximate locations". I was stunned by their immediate change, and willingness to help. 'They really want to get their hands on those non existent relics' I thought.

I had no location for them to search, but I could make one up. I said, "I might have something in mind, but I'm not sure. If you don't mind sending a few people, then that is alright". He asked me for the location, quite excitedly I might add. I told them, "Don't get excited. Do not send too many people. For one, we don't want this to look suspicious. The other reason is, you might be wasting resources. I have a location in mind, but I'm not sure about it at all. Treat it as a guess".

They urged me to tell them the location, so I did. "I think the area where Dead Forest was, might have some clues about those relics. Again, send only a few people. If they find something, that will be great". Jora stood up while replying, "I will send a few people there to check the area. If you find anything else, be sure to share it with us". He then left, while I returned the books to the scholarly Lizards. I left Arangard soon after, and headed to Olrad.

When they saw Zhang Zian in the chatroom, the readers, who had been annoyed by the prankster, thought that he had actually found a book about life, so they moved their chairs and turned back to stare at him. However, they were immediately disappointed.

Rhesus monkeys inhabited South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Southern China. This rhesus monkey was covered in yellow fluff of varying shades, and there were a few shallow wrinkles on its light pink face. Its short tail was hanging down under the table. It seemed frightened and restless, but also looked grateful and excited. 

Then, a pair of old-fashioned pince-nez glasses appeared on the monkey's nose. The two thin lenses connected by a strip of brass metal. The monkey looked at Zhang Zian and then looked at the book. It was using its other hand to draw circles on the table. It seemed as if it was pleading Zhang Zian to give it the book back.

Zhang Zian wondered about the book. He didn't want the book, but he wanted to see if the book was really all-encompassing. However, the book was crucial to the survival of the Molecular Monkey, so Zhang Zian should return the book. 

So, he released his hand. The Molecular Monkey held the book tightly in its arms and grinned, as if it had won a treasure. In the meantime, Zhang Zian finally pressed the "capture" button on his phone's screen.

Auron scanned through the expensive item he got. He smiled happily. None of the armor and weapon could he used since the level requirement for each of the equipment was way higher than his current level.

Well, if he could not find such a player, he could still collect skill book until he had 10 and exchange it to the NPC for a skill book he needed. A skill book was still precious whether you could use it or not.

After making sure that he didn't miss any more item on the ground. He happily left the camp. He could not continue to hunt since his potion supply was not enough to support him cleared another camp. Auron went back to Gancit.

Rex paused, then immediately ran as fast as he could into the cave, hoping there was a place to hide.

But the Skeleton Sphinx didn't shut up when his guests didn't get away, so he chased Rex at high speed.

After a while of running, Rex found a small hole, but it was too small to enter, so he cast the Vibrate spell to expand the hole, after being wide enough for Rex to enter.

Rex jumped into the hole, but the Skeleton Sphinx caught in because his body was too big, and writhing forced to enter.

'It would be useless to fight a legendary monster, so it would be better for me to use it with quicksand so that it stopped moving, then vibrated the ground to close the road.'

Rex slowly approached the book floating in the middle of the altar, then when he arrived in front of the floating book, he looked a little first.

'Hmmm, is this some kind of weapon or something? Well, better just hold it first, right. '

After that Rex tried to hold the book and suddenly the book approached towards his chest and then entered like it penetrated his body, seeing that Rex was initially silent because he could not digest the incident so quickly.

After seeing his new status, Rex was shocked, wasn't this better than his previous status, but what surprised him was the stat section.

That changed completely, the Int was still as exaggerated as before, but the other stat points grew somehow.

Rex could only sigh because he had to repeat from the beginning again, but after he read the whole new status, he was happy because he had already used the Equipment and Skill as he should.

Orbis, a VRMMORPG game run by Super Computer Primus which was discovered in 2067 by an American genius scientist Thomas Fregor, and was developed by him and other Jenius Scientists at an institution called Dev Group. 

Rendra, a 16-year-old Jenius young man, who helped his father in the restaurant kitchen, was forced to stop because of evictions carried out by private parties who owned land in his restaurant.

Tempest awoke and came over to where the ghost and Auriel was playing reversi.

"What are you two doing?" Tempest asked when she saw them taking turns placing and flipping the black and white pieces.

Auriel turns towards Tempest and begin explaining while waving her hands, "First, you take this piece and put this here, then you see the same color, then you see where your color is and flip all this here to your color, and then, and then if you have many of your color you win."

Looking confused, Tempest tilt her head and looks at the ghost.

Instead of explaining to her, the ghost said, "Come sit here and take over me, it's better to hands on and learn rather than to listen to an explanation."

Hearing what the ghost said, Tempest sat on the chair while the ghost flew to the side.

"Mr. ghost, here is the recipe from the altar." Auriel called out to the ghost as it seems like he was about to leave.

The ghost teleported over to check the swamp level that have been completed.

Once he was there, he saw that there were some sort of weird blue grass growing around the place. Curious what it was, he took out a knife and started gathering some.

Next, he summoned all the zombies and skeletons to his location, by using his summon spell or getting them to appear as 2 of his zombies had been wandering around and his skeletons were farming in the crypt while the others are training. Once they had all assemble, he had the zombies lined up in a row together with the skeletons. He then unequipped the leather gears from the skeletons and equipped them on the zombies. Once he was done, he got the zombies to burrow around the entrance of the swamp. After that, he teleported in the 3 set of reinforce iron armor and 2 iron daggers he made and got two of the skeletons to start harvesting the azure grass, just in case as the battle will destroy most of the herbs. He bought 2 herb basic herb bags from the item shop and equipped them onto the harvesting skeletons.

He then equipped the other 2 skeleton that were farming in the crypt with 1 set of reinforce iron armor and the other with the previous wraith knight's iron armor, next he summoned two bone spears as it seems that the previous bone spears was almost broken from the grind. He also bought 2 large sack for the skeletons to bring the weapons back, as it took too long previously when the skeletons had to carry all the weapons back to the blacksmith by hand.

After he was done tasking the crypt skeletons, he got the other 4 skeletons to go back to training in the training grounds. 

The ghost headed towards the main hall where the 4 weird statues were. Once there, he being searching the item shop.

After much deliberation, the ghost bought the scroll of turned Gargoyle to save some DP for backup if the goblin army manage to get into the second floor.

The ghost immediately used the scroll on the four weird statues. The four weird statues around the ghost begin trembling as stone shards begin falling off them. All of a sudden the statues flap their wings and begin flying with their hands and legs dangling in the air, before landing on the ground on all four limbs, looking at the ghost awaiting his command.

The ghost opened the dungeon menu to check the gargoyles status.

"Seems, like I made the right decision, since we won't have much time before that goblin army arrives." the ghost begin gloating as he saw the stats of the gargoyles.

"Stay at your spots and use petrifaction, only unpetrify and attack the enemies when the metal gates are closed." the ghost commanded the gargoyles. The very next second, the four gargoyles begin to turned into stone.

After seeing the gargoyles turned back into statues, he teleported back to the dungeon master room. Once he was back in the dungeon master room, he went to the pile of items at the corner of the main hall and took the magic crystal before heading over to the blacksmith to check out what was the new recipe about. At the corner of his eyes, he could see that Tempest and Auriel were still playing reversi, however it seems like there was another black glob on the table looking curiously at what they were doing.

The ghost smiled at the sight of the group and headed over to the blacksmith. When he entered, there were a small pile of about to be broken weapons at the side of the blacksmith, after smelting down all the weapons, he got another 5 iron bars and 2 steel bars. 

Next he opened up the recipe scroll and begin following the instructions on it. Unlike previously where he could easily create equipment however he want with the steel, it seems that he have failed to reshape the mithril, the mithril either deform from the start or it would be too brittle after forming.

Wondering what could be wrong, the ghost begin searching the item shop to find if he could discover something that would help his current situation. Not long after he came across a book titled, 'Mithril and it's properties' by Donovan [Cost : 50 DP]. Without hesitating he bought the book. In the book, it explained the intricate properties of mithril, the ability that it could alloy with other different type of metal, it's melting point, other type of ways to use mithril and some theories of what mithril can be use for.

After reading for an hour, the ghost realized that his current furnace was the problem causing the mithril to be deform or becoming too brittle. Next he tried to buy a blast furnace from the item shop, but to his surprised that there wasn't any blast furnace available for him to purchase. Confused on what to do next, he took a looked at his upgraded blacksmith skill.

Without further ado, the ghost immediately purchase all the upgrades. Before he realized it, he was already floating outside of the blacksmith and a notification pops up in front of him.

Since, the ghost couldn't do anything with the blacksmith, he headed over to the alchemist room.

When he arrived, he immediately flip open the book of alchemy to check what he could do with the new herb  Azure grass that he found on the first floor.

After seeing the recipes, he purchase some set of glass tube and cloth, and got his skeletons to return to the alchemist room with the azure grass. Once the skeletons arrive, he begin using the herbs that they harvest to create some healing potions and mana potions. Before he realized he had used up all the azure herbs, though he had some failures he manage to create 5 low quality mana potions and 10 low quality healing potions.

By the time he was done, he went over to check out the blacksmith. As he walked into the blacksmith, it seem to have triple in size, there was a staircase leading downwards and the blast furnace was almost 3 storey tall.

This time the ghost threw the mithril ores that he got previously into the top of the furnace, next he went down to the bottom level where all the blacksmith equipment and tools were at. Not long after he manage to get 5 bars of mithril. He then begin crafting the magic staff again, without any problems he managed to craft the base of the staff successfully, after the base cooldown he added in the water core at the top of the staff, he then use a vice to clamp the core in place.

Feeling contented with what he had crafted, he brought it over to Tempest to get her to test it.

"Hey, Tempest I need you to test out this staff." the ghost said as he arrived at the trio's location, tempest was stressing out as she was on the losing end of the game. 

Hearing the ghost call her, Tempest immediately stood up and said, "Cutie, Mr ghost called me, I'll be back later."

Tempest grabbed the staff from the ghost and sneaked away before Auriel could react. 

Kuro however, jumped into Tempest's seat and suddenly place a piece on the reversi board as Auriel was looking towards the training ground.

"Meow" Kuro meowed at Auriel trying to catch her attention.

Auriel looks back when she heard Kuro meowing at her, her eyes brighten and asked, "You will play with me Kuro?"

"Meow" as Kuro immediately replied her.

Seeing that everything should be fine, the ghost flew over to the training ground to see how the new staff would fare for Tempest.

"So how's the staff?" the ghost flew over to Tempest as she was casting water bullets from a distance.

"It's pretty good, it's better than casting without any medium, but the water bullets other than the first one seems to fly to other locations." Tempest reply as she continue using water bullets.

Although the water bullets she cast form from a single point, but the water bullets were flying everywhere when she wave the staff to release the attack.

After a few spell cast, he realized that Tempest might not be able to fix this problem in such a short amount of time, as the goblin army might attack any day. 

An idea popped up in his mind, thus the ghost immediately flew back to the blacksmith while letting Tempest continue her training. Back in the blacksmith the ghost bought a new water core [Cost : 200 DP] which looks like a diamond shape ♦️ from the item shop.

He begin by smelting down the a few mithril bars, while the mithril bars were smelting, he created a barrel mold, a half pistol grip mold (both left and right), a trigger mold, a slide mold with iron sight to lock the core and the half pistol body mold (both left and right) which left an a empty slot at the ejection point in order to place the core in.

Once the mithril bars were in liquid form, he poured it into the the cast and waited for them to cool down. He assemble all the parts together and added a spring for the slide to lock the water core in place. After he assemble all the parts together, a notification popped up.

'Magic gun'? the ghost hesitatingly input into the blank space on the notification.

Happy with how the new weapon turned out, the ghost took the element pistol over to Tempest to let her test it. 

"Tempest, try out this weapon, all you need to do is chant the water bullet spell and pull the trigger, instead of waving it around." the ghost explained to her, as he passed the pistol to her.

"Okay!" she begin chanting the spell and the water bullets started forming inside of the barrel, when she pulled the trigger, since there were no recoil, all the water bullets flew out of the pistol in a straight line . However, the water bullets did not even hit the target board once. 

Seeing that happen, the ghost realized that he didn't taught her how to aim, so he explained to her, "Tempest, on the top of the gun there is 2 notch, it's called the iron sight, you need to align the front sight in between the 2 rear sight, as long as your target lines up with the iron sight you will definitely hit the target."

After listening to what the ghost said, Tempest tried casting again. This time she hit bulls eyes on all her water bullets shot.

"Ohhh, this weapon is fun." Tempest said in delight.

An old man who died of old age, his spirit was transferred to another world and he became a ghost dungeon master in another world, and the first thing he saw haughty little girl, asking him to do things.
