The morning sunlight peered through the window...

"Ugh -I ...what happened?"

Alex, who woke up, felt a sharp pain in his arm.
 Looking at the surroundings he saw, he was on the school's hospital bed. His right arm was hanging on drips, and because he turned over, he twisted the needle providing the saline, he felt the pain in his arm.

"Hold my grass! What am I doing here? I'm not sick! Strange!"

Feeling that his body was not uncomfortable, his head not hurting anymore and his limbs full of spirit, he was dumbfounded when he saw himself lying on the school's hospital bed. Alex felt a little uneasy. A strange thought coming to his mind...

"No!"

Suddenly, Alex screamed imagining of something...

"Have I tried committing suicide when she refused me yesterday?", "No that's impossible! Not even in my last life even had that idea? Is it true that..."

Alex seemed puzzled, his brain not working properly. 



"Hello, hellooooo! Hey, Alex, what are you doing daydreaming and mumbling to yourself this whole time? Don't you see you are sick? Take a rest man!"

Alex startled, felt someone standing beside him.

The visitor shouted with an unhappy face and smoothly pushed Alex into the bed.

"Lie down well! The patient must behave like a patient!"

"I'm not sick!"

"You're sick!"

"I'm not sick!"

"You're sick!"

"No, I am okay!"

"You are really sick!"

The person who was waiting outside the Nurse's office heard Alex talking inside, immediately came inside and saw Alex muttering to himself. This person is no one but Han Yu, Alex's best friend.

Han Yu put his hand on Alex's forehead, "I wonder if you got a fever! Have you had gone mad? It's over! A good man trying torture himself for a woman's sake. sigh"

"Get out of here! Han Yu, I have done nothing! I wonder how I was abducted here. Besides, do you see me as sick?"

"Yeeeeeeeees! "

"Han Yu ~~~This father will kill you!"

Alex finally couldn't help but jump out of bed and strangle Han Yu by his neck.

"Damn Fatty, I choke you! See!, I'm not sick! No disease nothing!"

"Ugggh ..release me bastard..."

After a while, they stopped.

"Come on bro, what the hell is going on? How did I get here?

"Man! When did you get so strong? You almost strangled me just now! You weren't so strong before!"

Han Yu rubbed his red neck and asked sulkily.

"All right, all right! Don't bother about it, tell me how on earth I got here?

"ah, so it's like this..."

Han Yu gave the explained.

" I don't know the exact details, but last night when the lights in the dormitory are about to be turned off and me, Dale and Roy were going to bed. Suddenly, I got a call from the school's clinic saying that you were sent here and they need a person to accompany at night. It happened that the first person on your phone's log was me, so I was called! You're the one who made me stay in this dark ghost place all night!"

Han Yu said while still complaining.

"But why didn't you guys phoned me when you saw I wasn't coming back till late?",Alex asked.  

"Oh we actually called you more than tens of times but you didn't pick up, so we speculated that you might be crying lonely somewhere in a park's deserted corner and left you alone "

"F@@k you guys with all your stupid reasonings..... but that means you don't know how I came here?", urged Alex with a sigh.

"...Well, it should be like that."

"You! What do you mean- 'should be like that'?

"Ang-yeah, although you were already admitted here when I reached here last night, but I know how you got here?".

"Come to the point, talk less nonsense!"

Alex, irritated, looked at this miscellaneous not getting to the point, and impatiently interrupted him.

"All right! Coming to the point, the point! "

Han Yu slowed down and went on to say.

"When I asked the nurse how you got here. She said that a girl sent you here. You were unconscious at that time and had a bad fever."

"Who is that girl?"

"I don't know."

"No way, as long as she studies in our school, someone in the infirmary in the might know her!"

"Well, that's true, but the nurse said she didn't see the girl clearly because she placed you at the door, knocked on it and left. The nurse just saw a blurred figure!"

"Huh?"

Alex felt a little strange.

"Who, can it be?" Xiao Long thought to himself.

"Well, no more talking! You have a good rest, and get better quickly, or won't get into a good university."

Han Yu stood up and patted Alex on the shoulder, ready to leave.

"My God!-I'm all right! why don't you believe me?!"

"Well! It's no use telling me. Tell the doctor. I'll go first. You'll get well. I'll see you again at noon."

After that, without waiting for Alex to answer, he disappeared immediately.


"Huuuh", Alex had a white look of resentment and ire on his face.


"But what's wrong with me?" How can I faint suddenly?.... Yesterday... Yesterday... Yeah! Yesterday I felt a little dizzy after running out of the classroom, and then... And then... It must have happened. At that time, I must have fainted. And after class, someone might have seen me lying on a bench under the tree on the school's ground and sent me over here. The school doctor rubbed Alex's head with his big hands.

"I... I am just going out for a walk, was getting suffocated to death here!"

"Oh, going for a walk with your backpack,...not feeling tired?", the doctor mocked Alex sarcastically.


"I... I'm all right now. So I want to go back and study,I have exams too a few days after.

"Ha-ha! Want to go? No way! You fainted on the way and now saying 'is okay!' ".

"By the way, Yesterday, I examined it carefully and there's seems to be something wrong with your head! ".

"I..."

"All right! Now, go back and lie down. I've have asked your teacher for granting you leave. You go back and take rest, its only for your own good."

And the school doctor laughed and whispered in Alex's ear, "Didn't you wanted to go home and study by yourself some time ago? Didn't the teacher always disagree with it? That's why you are free to study here. It's quiet and warm. Uncle will accompany you too!

##P.S - previously Alex never used to come to school and stayed in his dormitory most of the time so his class teacher always scolded him about it.##

"I'm all right!"

"Yes! I know you're okay.

"Then you..."

"Hey hey... Study here, darling."

After that, without waiting for Alex to answer, the school doctor hurried and closed the clinic's door.

"You pervert! I... I... Mom, I want to go back and self-study, I don't want to study here. The smell of medicines, how can I stay here all day!"


Alex kept complaining.

Although this school doctor is a bit weird, still he has some skills, and he's only over 30 years old, not much larger than Alex, but in order to take advantage of the doctor, Alex addressed him "uncle" as an elder every time.

From the past, both of them have a very strong relationship. Alex used to come here often to take medicine for his cold and fever - as he had no money. These two's were great friends.

"All right! I'll study here. Although it's a little bit smelly, it's a quiet place at least."

Reluctantly, Alex returned to bed, threw down his backpack and lay down to sleep.


"Urrgh -", Alex's head suddenly began to ache again.

"What's WRONG with me today ?", but just as he was about to call the doctor, the pain suddenly disappeared as if it had never occurred.

"Is it... Playing with me?!

"Gurrrr..."

Alex's belly suddenly screamed loudly. He was somewhat embarrassed to cover his stomach.

"Damn it! The pain is over and now I am feeling hungry! What logic is this? Why I am suddenly hungry?

"Though, hunger is better than pain. let me Eat!"

"Uncle Miller! Get me something to eat! I am hungered to death!",Alex shouted.

"Right! Come on, I knew you might be hungry!"

Alex was fighting against his stomach when the door opened and Jay Miller, the school doctor, came in with a large bag filled of food.

At this point——

"Gurrr ~"

Suddenly there was silence in the room and only the voice of Alex's belly could be heard...

"You never said you were hungry so much?'

Alex swallowed and foamed.

"Neither do I... I also not aware of it! Now give me the food quickly!"

Alex rolled over from the bed, rushed to Dr. Miller at a fantastic speed and grabbed the food.

"My God, are you the reincarnation of a starving ghost?!"

Jay Miller opened his eyes, looked at Alex's weird ways, and opened his mouth in surprise.

"Yeah, I am... Hungry... Hungry as sh*t!"

Alex muttered vaguely, not forgetting to stuff food into his mouth.

Before Dr. Miller was able to respond, a whole bag filled of food was gone!

Nothing remained in the bag!

"I say Jay big brother! Why didn't you bring more food? Why is it so little? I am not filled!

Swallowing the last package of cakes, Alex looked at Dr.Miller with some complaints, he had a look of a little woman who was abandoned!

"Well, all right! I'll get you some more!"

Dr.Miller grinds his teeth hard.

"Go back quickly! I'm starving to death!

Neither of them noticed that the food swallowed into Alex's stomachs quickly turned into a stream of energy that converged onto Alex's forehead.


"Gurr..."


"You shut up! Never I've eaten so much!"

Just stopped for a while, Alex's stomach began to sing again!

Bearing his hunger, Alex Cain waited bitterly.

Soon, Dr. Miller came back with two bags of food, sweating.

"You... Let me tell you, this... This time, I bought two roast chickens, six boiled eggs, ten chicken legs and six hamburgers. I'm going to see if you can finish it all! ",Dr.Miller too has gone mad.

Alex, who was already starving, started eating without saying a word. It's like a wolf in a herd of sheep, a gust of wind, and two bags of food is already less than half!

"Damn it Pig! what's wrong with you? Is there actually something wrong? Got the legendary eating disease?

Dr.Miller was shocked this time. This is not the reincarnation of a hungry ghost. Alex himself has become a hungry ghost.

"Too hungry, still, not enough!"

Don't know how long it took Alex to wake up. He had a strange dream. In his dream he was wearing a purple and gold crown, bearing a golden sacred armor, carrying an Ancient sword, controlling the clouds and the weather, standing alone at a height of 10,000 meters, facing against a huge cosmic fortress...
Suddenly Alex woke up with a start!  Alex felt Bitter as well as confused, "Oh, I have become an Immortal warrior"

Touch his forehead he wanted to see if it's a cause of fever.

"Well?"

Alex was shocked. He felt something round on his forehead. He quickly picked up his mobile phone and looked at it.

"WTF! is that the eye of God Shiva?!!!"

A vertical eye slowly disappeared from the screen of the mobile phone.

"Well? Was that an Illusion?"

Alex hurried to touch it again, but his forehead was smooth and there was nothing...

The wind was cold and the sun started to rise from the east. The birds woke up and tried to announce that a new day had arrived.

Xie Samuel woke up by the sound of the birds. The room was dark and cold. Slight light was coming from the window. Xie Samuel understood that it wasn't morning yet.

Though it was cold, Xie Samuel felt warm as he was holding a human flesh. He looked at the woman in his arms who was sleeping soundly. His heart suddenly filled with warmth and an emotion he couldn't describe. He gently flipped her over on the other side of the bed, she frowned a little bit when she felt the cold bed sheet instead of his warmth. He gently stroked her hair, then stood up from the bed, before placing a pillow around her hands. She hugged the pillow tightly, thinking that it might be Xie Samuel. He chuckled seeing her childish behaviour. His heart melted at this site. He placed a kiss on her forehead, before entering the washroom to freshen-up. 

After thirty minutes, he came out of the washroom. He looked at his sleeping beauty who was sleeping soundly on the bed. He glanced at her before heading towards his study room, next door. He flipped through some of the documents, signed on some of the them and then for the rest of the time he kept on working on his computer. He worked till the time, when Tanie woke up in the morning.

At nine in the morning, when sun light peeped inside the room from the window, it made the dark room lightened. She stirred a bit in bed, before opening her eyes. The first thing which she noticed, after waking up in the morning, was to look beside her on the opposite side of the bed. The opposite side of the bed seemed to be cold. 

'He might be working in his study room.' She thought before rubbing her head in a sleepy manner. She still felt a little bit sleepy. But it was already nine in the morning, how long does she wanted to sleep now? She rubbed her eyes, then placed her legs down to wear her slippers before entering into the washroom to get fresh.

After half an hour, she came out of the washroom freshly bathed, wearing a bath robe. Her long hair was dumped wet and the fragrance of the spread across the room.  She stood in front of her dressing table to dry her hair with a towel in her hand. Later she applied her body lotion, then changed into a cotton dress. She walked downstairs, to prepare a mug of coffee for both of them. After fifteen  minutes she ran upstairs, holding mug in each of her hands, towards his study room. She was about to knock on the door, but suddenly she stopped her hands in the middle of the air, when she saw the room was slightly opened. She pushed the door to open it, with her legs, and frowned when she entered the room.

Just as she walked into the study room, she looked around but Samuel was nowhere to found. She frowned, then turned around. Suddenly, she felt a cool breeze attack her. Subconsciously, she shivered a little and turned. She noticed that there was a gap in the French windows leading to the balcony. She was puzzled and quickly made her way there. To her surprise, she saw Xie Samuel standing tall in the wind by the railing as he looked up at the sky outside.

When he heard footsteps behind him, Xie Samuel unhurriedly turned around. Upon seeing Xie Tanie, who stood by the window watching him, he thought about something. He smiled gently, then, he hurled out a hand to her while saying, "Come over here!"

Xie Tanie's brows raised slightly. She quietly looked at the hand that he extended to her. She extended her left hand to hand him his coffee mug. He took the coffee mug from her hand, then pulled her towards him. She followed him wherever he pulled her. Then, she stopped by his side.

"Such good weather's hard to come by. Normally, neither can you see this kind of skyline in the city, nor the air is this fresh."

He was in a pretty good mood.

Xie Tanie looked up at the azure horizon to see a soft, golden light pouring down from the sky. She could not help but nod gently and answer calmly, "Seeing such a weather puts one in a pretty happy mood."

He shot her a side look as he lifted the hand holding his coffee mug and sipped his coffee before commenting calmly, "Why are you up so early?"

Xie Tanie's brows raised slighlty, before she asked him back, "Are you teasing me for getting up late?"

He chuckled hearing her response. He replied while stroking her back, "When have I ever teased you? It's still a bit early. You worked hard yesterday to suprise me, you should have rested more."

"I've been resting too much the past few days. I suddenly felt like I've slept enough, so I just woke up. Ohh right, by the way, how is the company doing? You seem to work a lot lately." Xie Tanie asked him calmly while turning her head towards him, leaning on his shoulder.

"Everything is on track. Why do you ask? Wifey, don't worry, I will earn enough money to feed our children." He smirked and looked into her dark eyes before replying to her.

Hearing his response, she chuckled softly, before she shooked her head helplessly.

'He is already the CEO of the company, yet he thinks he will not be having enough money to feed their children. And on top of that, we both are earning.' 

"I didn't meant that. By the way, when can I join the company back. I am bored by staying at home all the time. I just need something to divert my mind. Also, I have recovered enough, so there won't be any problem if I start working now. Right?"

"Okay!! If you want to join the company, I won't stop you but before that, you need to get a full body check-up before that. I'll ask Yu Jin to come here and check on you tomorrow." Xie Samuel agreed to her request with one condition.

"Ohh, you don't have to worry for that. I already requested him to come today to do the check-up. That way, we can enjoy ourselves tomorrow." Xie Tanie replied to him quickly as soon as he finished his part.

'Seems like she prepared everything beforehand.' He shook his head helplessly, before caressing her cheeks with his thumbs.

"Okay!! I'm going downstairs to prepare breakfast. Quickly, finish your work and come down in half an hour." She patted his head the way he always does, then went out of the study room.

After she went out of the room, Xie Samuel locked the door behind her and took out his phone. He glanced at the phone for a while, before making a call. 

After few rings the call was picked.

"Boss!!" 

"Pull out the shares!" With one simple sentence, Xie Samuel ended the call and headed downstairs to help his wifey in the kitchen.

..."Good. So what are we having?"...

Su yan pulled into his driveway at a little past 8pm, the drive home wasn't boring at all, Tale knew how to hold up a conversation pretty good. 
Tales phone rang once they entered the house and Su Yan unintentionally looked over her shoulder to check who it was.
"It is boyfriend number three," Tale told him and ran up the stairs she didn't notice his reaction to what she just said. 
"Hello. How are you little sister?" Tale answered  the call on the last ring.
"Hello Sisi. How are you doing?"
"I am good and actually better"
"I'm glad. How is it that you have been staying with Su Yan and didn't tell me. I mean we chat everyday, everyday sis."
"What?"
"Yes, what. How did you think I wasn't going to know."
"What do you know?"...

Su yan avoided calls from family as much as he could in the last few days since Tale had been staying over. He really needed to learn how to keep up with his sisters at the very least, especially Angel. So instead of going to his room for the night in the hopes that Tale would join him he took a turn to his study to start with that little decision.

"My sister called, and she says hi, how are you?" Tale stood at the doorway to his study in one of his tee shirts again. He agreed she always wore it better.
"I like your sister, she cares about me more."
"You wish big guy. Is something wrong? You are still in your clothes."
"Come here, I'd like to show you something special.."
"Is it another jade bracelet?"
"No, better than that"
Tale walked over to his table and took the sit he offered her, she had no time to make a run for it when she saw what was on the screen of the computer.
"What in the world!!" Tale reached for a throw pillow on the cushion beside the desk, Su Yan took it away. 
"Hello," Angel waved at her through the screen smiling widely.
"Hello, Angel right?" Tale waved back , a bit nervous. "I am sorry for meeting you dressed like this for the first time, let's both agree your brother is to blame."
"Agreed" Angel replied in the same tone.
"And I thought you were cute." Tale turned to Su Yan as he quietly took the sit opposite her.
"Oh I know I am." 
If angel was surprised by her brothers relationship status, it didn't show. She was all smiles and welcoming of her as she talked about her brother and how much she misses him, she also talked about meeting Tale someday soon. 
"I'm so happy to talk to you, I always wanted another big sister and even better, you are from a different culture. I have so many fun things to learn from you."
"The feeling is mututal Angel, although your brother is the least Chinese person I've ever met."
"I'm the only one you've ever met." Su Yan interrupted.
"Can you not interrupt me while I'm talking to my new best friend, no one invited you into this." Tale fired.
"Well, Precious would be heartbroken."
Tale laughed as she thought of how Precious would react for a second before turning her attention back to Angel.
"Oh my, the both of you are so good together. I love it."
"Well we try, your brother is a handful though."
Angel laughed
"And might I add, you are so beautiful and radiate so much positivity, I love it," Tale complimented.
"Thank you big sister.  Have a good night rest."
"Big sister? You could just call me…"
"No she can't
"Oh, okay. Bye then Angel."
"Bye." The both ladies waved each other before Tale disconnected the video call.
"That was exciting and quite a rush, why didn't you think to even warn me. I just met your sister,"
"I'm soirry I snuck it up on you" he stood up to come meet her. "It was going to happen sooner or later, plus it was only fair you did. I've met your family."
"When you put it like that, how can I get mad. Also your sister is really beautiful." She stood up then to leave the study.
"So are you." Su yan put in conversationally. He loved the way she always reacted when he complimented her beauty.
"I'm going to go to bed now,"
"You mean my bed?"
"Yes!" she said as matter of fact while stomping out of the study before he paid her any more compliments that always made her feel fluttery.

It was weird, he realized how easily it has been for him to be comfortable with Tale in his life, having her around for two weeks in a row was a major step in a relationship that had barely even started but he loved every minute of it, and he sure wasn't going to forget the experience anytime soon.

Tale had been avoiding his face since the moment they met but now she could see clearly under her mini chandelier.
His face was well sculpted and all clear with a jawline to die for and It embodied the very essence of masculine beauty, he had a perfect forehead and his eyebrows were perfectly winged that they made her fingertips throb and made her a little jealous. The only place that held a little softness were his eyes, there were as dark as night but beautiful. His hair was midnight black and fell to one side of his face covering a scar she couldn't see yet.
Such a face did not belong to a man who was sweet but of one who commanded, demanded and took action. His lips were so fine and firm, it sent a seductive shiver down her spine. Men like this-- who looked like he did led women to sin... And into loosing their peace of mind.

Though reluctant, Alliena reached the folder and open it, she anticipated this at some sort to sign a "Post Nuptial Agreement" she mutters.
"Mmmm" Anton responded, then he pick the telephone and utter "Attorney, you may come in" 
By then, the man in Black suit came and greet them  "Good evening Mr. and Mrs. Sari" the two nodded  then he introduce himself to Alliena "Mrs. Sari I am Attorney Frederick, this is the Post Nuptial Agreement, aside from what Mr. Sari's stated conditions in the last page there's a blank page.  Mr. Sari is generous enough to  include a this to which you can freely state your personal request" 
Even Alliena anticipated this to happen she is totally dumbfounded on the scene she is right now it is as if she's tortured and showered by a pale full of ice. She look at the folder with a shaking hand and to Anton and the tears she held back since the beginning all fell out then she said "So this is what you thinks of me?" 
"What? do you think this marriage is for real? Do u think I'll return after 5yrs just so I can marry you and be my beloved wife". Anton in a harsh tone exclaimed.
Without words her tears continuously fell
"This is just a marriage of convenience as stated in the contract after a year we will go for divorced
Don't worry u will have all the money you'll need and luxury  you want just act for a year specially in front of grand father." He added.
Upon hearing all that, Alliena's heart sank in her mind he she thought to herself "how could this be like this, I married the man I love since then but here she thought me not less than a shit." She silently cried herself out and with out reading it and ignoring the blank page she signed the paper"I hope this will do" she said before she sped out of the study room. 
Attorney Frederick after doing the task he was called for leaves the room while Anton was left with complicated expression "This is all what you supposed to do Anton, don't go soft because she showed crocodile tears, she is just a bitch" he mutter to himself.

Alliena after crying for a while now made her way to change into her pajama. Today is her wedding day, it's a dream come true but it turns out to be a deal to which all they do is act. 
Inside their room are scented candles, rose petals scattered on the floor, and in a big size bed the ambiance is very romantic. She laid on the bed and heard a screech from the door, it is Anton who is now walking to the closet and then to bathroom to change his suit. Though their encounter in the study room is chaotic, Alliena's mind is complicted as  this is their bedroom and tonight is their wedding night. She's a bit nervous of what is to happen, she's not a virgin and though they have done it in the past, tonight is different as she was sure that he doesn't have the same feeling to her anymore. In the end, this thought filled her minds and can't fall to sleep. Up until Anton left the bathroom with just towel on his hips, her eyes are closed but she cannot help imagine her husband every move until he settle in bed too and their backs against to each other. 
He then ask " "Pajamas?" then he smirk

Infact Anton has woken up long while before she did. He was surprised how his body betray him and unknowingly hugged her while their sleep but he can't found a strength to let her go so he pretended to sleep and stay with her on the bed.
"Go-good morning" she mutters with blush all over her face.
"Wife, Where do you think your going?" 
"Bathroom, then downstairs to prepare ...". But before she could finish her words, Anton kissed her. At first she doesn't want to respond on his kiss, but Anton sudden attempt, it was magical making  all her agonies wiped out on his mind and her heart melted.

Although his Father wanted to bury her at the ancestral graveyard his kids said to place her grave at this place for the moment so that they can visit it more often his Father agreed and told his kids to move it near his grave when he dies.

After visiting his mother's grave he went back inside and headed for the dinning room this time.
