I wrote this book because I really want to find a book that I read on here before. If you have also had this problem, leave a comment with the best description of the book you can give and I'll post it in a chapter.

I was taken to a large, newly built stone mansion. Inside, a few Lizards already awaited us. They were dressed in elegant robes, and had a scholarly mood. Moreover, they were similar to Jora. Their royal blood was not as pure compared to him, but I could see some hints of golden streaks across their skins. One of the Lizards speed forward, and welcomed. "Welcome to our newly built library. Follow us, we will take you to a more private place, where you can view the books". I nodded, and followed them, Jora also joined us, and walked next to me.

They had loads of books, but not as many as Voltars had. We entered a room inside the library, where the leading scholarly Lizards said. "You asked for the period where they Greys were banished, right? Have a seat, and we will bring you everything we have on that".

I nodded and took a seat. Jora sat next to me, then asked "What exactly is that relic?". I made up some lies on the spot, "There are supposedly a few of them, and they reach antiquity. Those weapons are supposedly so powerful, one could overwhelm an army with their use". He thought about it before replying, "I never heard of such things. I'm not well versed with the history, but don't you think those relics are just fairytale?".

I said with a smile, "That's precisely what I'm trying to find out". A while later, the three scholarly Lizards returned, and each of them was carrying a few books. Altogether, there were nine of them. They placed the books in front of me, then the leading scholar said. "Those are the records from that period. I read them myself in the past, but found nothing about relics". I grabbed the first book, and read it. The book described how Grey and Royal Lizards worked together, but then mentioned some sort of betrayal on Grey Lizards' part.

The record wasn't detailed, but from what I gathered, the Grey Lizards overstepped their qualifications. Not much else was mentioned, but that's what supposedly warranted their banishment. It mentioned how the Royal Lizards were benevolent, and took all their previous work under consideration. Hence the Royal Lizards didn't kill them, but let them leave. I found it a bit fishy, that was when I recalled something. 'The history is written by the winners' I thought. 

The Royal Lizards might've simply wrote betrayal, but the book didn't even detail what betrayal it was. Only some vague notion of overstepping their qualifications. This could mean anything really. The cooperation between both factions was also vague. Supposedly, the Grey Lizards were responsible for Formations that helped improve water quality. How they overstepped those qualifications, was a mystery to me.

I placed the book down, and said to the leading scholar. "I don't get it. The book mentioned that Grey Lizards betrayed you guys, but it doesn't mention anything about it. So what happened?". All of them narrowed their eyes, and I could feel that question was out of place for them. I smiled, "No need to be so stressed. I was only curious. Anyway, this book doesn't have anything on relics, I will check the other ones".

I grabbed the second book, and read it. That book described a period after the Grey Lizards left. Supposedly, their race thrived without the Grey Lizards, and they established more cities and villages around the Obsidian Mountains. The weird thing was, they hardly mentioned any resources with which that was accomplished. They did mention Atols, and how they helped them craft some of those new settlements. The book talked about two new cities, and three villages. Coincidentally, that was the same amount they had currently. Yet, Atols only built one city, and two villages for them. The rest was supposedly built by Lizards alone. 

'Hmm, I don't doubt Lizards could create a city, after all Arangard was made by them. I feel like something is off here, like this is not the truth' I thought, and placed the book down. I looked at the scholars. I didn't want to arouse more suspicions with my question, therefore I decided to ask none about that book. Instead I said, "This book details construction of new cities and villages. It does cover a longer period of time, but has no information on other locations. Is there anything else before the Grey Lizards left?". 

The leading scholar took one of the books from the stack, and handed it to me. He asked, "Why do you concern yourself so much with Grey Lizards?". I replied, "It was during that time those relics were lost, or rather seen. From the records I got, it was around that time period. I'm looking for mentions of locations, or strange events in overall. This could help me locate those relics". An obvious lie, but I said it so confidently, they could find no faults with my statement.  

I grabbed the book he handed to me, and read it. The book indeed described a period before the Grey Lizards left, but it focused on relationship with Shades. At first they were hostile, actually everything was hostile in the North. Those races did everything to protect themselves, and their territories. 

Although small conflicts arose here and there, it was never bad enough to warrant a war. The book described a deal that Shades made with Lizards. Because Shades lacked knowledge of Formations, the Grey Lizards were supposed to help them out. The book didn't mention with what exactly. While the Shades offered information on other races. That wasn't all. They proposed an alliance, which lasted till that day, as well as a few other things like resources. 

'My guess would be, Shades needed water. The Grey Lizards were sent to help them out' I thought. That seemed like the most logical conclusion. The records were always all over the place. Voltars might had sorted their records properly, but they simply didn't allow me to view them. How much truth was in those records, no one really knew anymore. 

I placed the book down, and shook my head. The leading scholar said, "If you are looking for books that describe more locations during that period, I'm afraid we might only have one or two more. The books you see here, will mostly not describe that". I asked him to bring those two books, but he refused. "Only the Royals have access to those books. Even me or Jora aren't authorised to take them out". This made me wonder what those books contained. Truth perhaps?

I told them that I found nothing new. The scholarly Lizard said, "I read loads of books here, but I never heard of such relics. Where did you find such information?". I thought about it, but in reality I was making some more lies. When I got an idea, I asked him. "Do you know who Bramans were?". He thought about it, but shook his head in the end. I continued, "It was a race that lived in antiquity. Humans waged a war against them, and won. Bramans no longer exist, but they were originally living here in the North".

He asked shocked, "I'm aware that Humans fought a war, before we made home here at Obsidian Mountains, but I wasn't aware how that other race was called. Where did you get that history?". I continued, "Partially from Voltars, and some from other sources. Unfortunately, there is nothing in those books that can help me locate them. I will have to search in a few other places". 

Jora said, "Maybe you are simply chasing something that never existed? This happened so many years ago". I came up with another lie. "Remember when Vanauts were digging for something? What if they were digging because of those relics?". This was such an absurd lie, I wouldn't believe it myself. They were obviously digging toward those cities, not looking for any relics that I just made up. 

But for some reason, they bought it without a second thought. The scholarly Lizard said, "That is entirely possible. Eterians might know about those relics too, and they are searching for them". Jora jumped in as well, "Do you need help locating those things? We can send a few group, if we have an approximate locations". I was stunned by their immediate change, and willingness to help. 'They really want to get their hands on those non existent relics' I thought.

I had no location for them to search, but I could make one up. I said, "I might have something in mind, but I'm not sure. If you don't mind sending a few people, then that is alright". He asked me for the location, quite excitedly I might add. I told them, "Don't get excited. Do not send too many people. For one, we don't want this to look suspicious. The other reason is, you might be wasting resources. I have a location in mind, but I'm not sure about it at all. Treat it as a guess".

They urged me to tell them the location, so I did. "I think the area where Dead Forest was, might have some clues about those relics. Again, send only a few people. If they find something, that will be great". Jora stood up while replying, "I will send a few people there to check the area. If you find anything else, be sure to share it with us". He then left, while I returned the books to the scholarly Lizards. I left Arangard soon after, and headed to Olrad.

From what I experienced over the past week, and from the reading materials Amber gave me, it didn't seem like Badoth was in any way chaotic or disorderly. As a functioning and stable state, Badoth could have readily established neutral or friendly diplomatic relations with Kitrod. What caused these two kingdoms to go to war with each other? Why did nobody ever decide that 70 years was too long for a war?
The texts Amber gave me didn't talk much about the Demon King Badoth and the history of the kingdom he founded 70 years ago, so it was probably unlikely that I would ever find the answer to my questions unless I had the chance to talk to the king himself.
In any case, I have the demon language's alphabet drilled into my head now, so I should be able to read any text written with it. I wouldn't be able to understand what it meant, but I could always ask Amber to translate that for me.
"Are there any diviners or warlocks in town, Amber?"
"None. Why do you ask?"
"Well there aren't any herbalists or alchemists around, so the only thing I can learn here in Badoth is new magic. For that, I need someone capable of using advanced spells."
"Aren't you retired from that?"
"Just because I retired from being an adventurer doesn't mean I can't still be an archmage. I still feel an urge to learn new spells every now and then. Whether or not I can actually cast it is a different issue, though."
"So you want to learn useless knowledge."
"Hey, it's not entirely useless. Learning a new spell, regardless of whether or not it's usable, allows me to recognize when someone is about to cast that spell and properly assess how dangerous the situation is. Of course that scenario will probably never happen, but you never know what life might throw at you. Who knows, maybe someone might challenge me to a duel some day."
Amber gave a long sigh to my response.
"…You might want to try the library."
"Do they have spellbooks there?"
"I'm not sure. They might, though."
"Then please show me the way there."

The population of Sachiru was less than 20000, so there was only one moderate sized public library serving the entire town. It was located at the very center of town, a fifteen minute walk from the shop.
It was currently around 4 o'clock in the afternoon, so the streets of the market district were bustling with townsfolk trying to purchase the freshest food they could find for making dinner. As we left the market district, the bustling sight gradually faded away in favor of quiet residential areas. There were children playing around on the wide empty streets, occasionally stepping aside to avoid an oncoming carriage.
Looking at the children having fun on the streets, I couldn't help but reminisce a little about my childhood, when I could live every day without a single worry in the world. It was only unfortunate that those days couldn't last long…
"It's quite a relieving sight, don't you think, Blaze?"
"Hm?"
"We're so close to where the war takes place, but people are able to live on their daily lives normally."
"It's always good to have some optimism even in times of crisis, I guess…"
It's hard to ignore the atrocities of war, but if the people are still able to continue living their lives normally with optimism, the soldiers can at least etch in their minds the sight of the peace they're fighting to protect and fight on. It would have been pointless to go to battle for a group of unhappy people, after all.
We arrived at the library before long. At first glance, the library building looked no different from a stone fortress. On each side of the entrance was a statue of what looked like a goblin man sitting on a raised platform and reading a book. The fortress was minimally decorated, having only one single banner above the entrance, with a drawing of an open book painted onto it.
While a fortress shaped library building was great for asserting that "knowledge is power", I can't say I'm fond of the building design at all. With the exception of the ground floor that had none, the upper floors only had two small embrasures on each side of the building. The library's interior would no doubt have received very little natural lighting because of that.
"Is this… really a library?"
I couldn't help but wonder what I was looking at when I opened the door and went in. It was far different from what I had in mind. While there were several bookshelves in plain view, the interior gave off a wholly different vibe.
There was no natural lighting due to the lack of embrasures, and the ground floor was only dimly lit with faint red lights. Small reading desks with empty flasks on top were scattered throughout the floor, and there were numerous drapes hanging from the ceiling that one could pull to create an enclosed private space around each reading desk.
A very light flowery aroma was lingering in the air. It was hard to imagine anyone being able to read normally in this kind of environment. Better yet, how is it even possible to read anything under this dim lighting?
"Huh, they remodeled this place. It looked a lot brighter the last time I was here."
Seems like even Amber is surprised at this sight.
Out of curiosity, I moved towards the nearest bookshelf and grabbed a random book. Like with the rest of the books on the shelf, the book was unlabeled and had a solid color cover, so I had no idea what was even inside. After taking it out of the shelf, I quickly flipped through the pages to see if I could figure out what it was about. Apparently the dim lighting in this library was sufficient for reading. One would have to focus on a page to make out the details, though.
A brief glance at the contents soon made me realize the meaning behind the library's interior design, but to confirm my suspicions, I took another book out and flipped through it. As expected, this book was yet another provocative magazine full of lewd female pictures. Were it not for the red lighting here, one could probably see my face turn beet red.
In any case, this floor's ambient lighting and abundance of private space certainly was a great setting for those looking towards partially satisfying their sensual needs. I reckon the flask being there was to make sure the carpeted floor wouldn't be ruined.
"Oh, a living human? This is quite a surprise!"
Turning towards where the voice came from, I saw a curly haired short woman walking towards me. She wore very revealing tight clothes, which emphasized certain female parts of hers that already had an unnaturally large size. She had a small pair of wings on her back, and a slender long tail with a pointed tip, suggesting that she was a succubus.
"Welcome to Sachiru's one and only public library! I'm the librarian. Very curious to know what your tastes are like."
The succubus librarian had a somewhat devious smile as she said that.
"I don't think I have the time for that today…"
Succubi were a female-only race that needed to consume the bodily fluids of males to sustain themselves. Normally they would achieve this by giving men erotic dreams, so I found it quite abnormal to find a succubus stocking the library's ground floor with countless lewd magazines… Well, at least I know why there were flasks on the reading desks now.
"Is it even appropriate to arouse people here?"
"The orcs and goblins in this town keep flailing about dangerously in their sleep, so I had to find another place to do my work."
"Still, shouldn't a library be a place for learning, not for sexual pleasure?"
"The upper floors are normal!"
"Also, just curious, how long ago was the library remodeled?"
"About half a year."
If the library has been like this for half a year already, then I guess the authorities are fine with it. If anything, having a lewd collection of books here for everyone to access might even have a side effect of lowering the rate of sexual crimes in town. Not only that, the library would actually encourage more people to come in and read books… assuming the readers still had the energy and motivation to go upstairs.
"Well, since you're the librarian here, could I ask where I could find spellbooks?"
"Libraries don't usually carry those. You have to find a warlock or archmage for that. I think we have books that talk about magic, though."
"That's close enough. Could you tell me where I can find the magic books? Preferably ones written in the demon language."
"Let me check on that. Nobody ever reads books about magic in this town, so I never bothered remembering their location."
"I'll come find you in a few minutes, then. Thanks."
I kept watch of the succubus librarian as she walked away so that I would know where to find her later. Speaking of finding people, I wonder where Amber headed off to. She disappeared somewhere after commenting about how the library was remodeled earlier.
I walked around the ground floor in search of her and eventually found her sitting at one of the reading desks, looking attentively at a book with a plain blue cover and occasionally making sounds of surprise.
"So there are lewd magazines aimed at women here too, aren't there?"
"Seems like it."
"Are you enjoying that book?"
"Yes."
"Can I take a look at the types of men you're making sounds at?"
"This book doesn't have men in it."
Well, this is quite a shocker. If Amber wasn't looking at a book with lewd male pictures, then…
"Wait a minute… Does that mean you're into other women?"
"Huh? What are you talking about?"
Amber looked up at me with a confused look on her face.
"If you're not looking at a book with male pictures, then you're looking at one with female pictures, right?"
"There are other kinds of books on this floor, you know… And for the record, I prefer men."
"Oh… I'm sorry for misunderstanding…"
I really shouldn't have jumped to conclusions so quickly like that. It felt rather relieving that she didn't appear to be mad at me.
I walked over to Amber's side to take a look at the book she was reading. It was filled with pictures of what looked like fish.
"That isn't a book full of lewd fish pictures, is it?"
"Not everything on this floor is lewd, Blaze."
Come to think of it, that was probably a stupid question. What in the world would even count as a lewd fish picture?
"I want to see the ocean once in my life, but it's so far away, so the only way for me to learn about what it holds is through books like these."
"That's interesting. Can I read that when you're done?"
This continent was so large that most people have never been to the ocean because it would have taken an extremely long time to get to the coast. Stories of the majestic aquatic creatures that lived in the ocean occasionally got told and spread around by traveling merchants, but it was hard to take them seriously since word of mouth tends to get exaggerated after going through several people.
Nonetheless, I've never been to the ocean, so I know hardly anything about it. The fact that Amber was learning about the ocean through books piqued my interest.
"There are plenty of books like this one here. Look for a shelf with a missing book."
Before I knew it, I was taking out and flipping through the pages of random books about marine animals. I should probably borrow some of these to read at home later.
I couldn't help but feel like I was forgetting something, though…
As I was busy immersing myself in the illustrations of the mysterious creatures, I felt a sudden light tap on my shoulder. Standing behind me was the succubus librarian, with a slightly annoyed look on her face.
"You kept me waiting at the desk for so long!"
Right, that's what I was forgetting. I was supposed to come to her desk to know where those magic books were located.
"I'm sorry, I got too excited about all these animals I've never seen before…"
The librarian let out a soft sigh at my response.
"…Well, we only have a few books about magic since the demand for those is low. You can find all of them on the shelf labeled 'M' on the third floor."
"Thank you. And sorry for making you wait like that…"
Amber still seemed to be busy reading her book, so I think I'll just go upstairs by myself. If I find any interesting books, I could bring it downstairs for her to translate.
Contrary to my expectations and to its downstairs counterpart, the upper two floors of the library were actually very brightly lit. I don't even know how that was physically possible, since the embrasures on the wall were relatively small. Tiny windows like these shouldn't be able to let so much light through.
There were long reading desks lined up in an open space along the floor, with chalkboards placed by the end of each desk. There were scribbles and formulas written all over the boards, making these floors actually feel like a place where people would come to study or research and hold scholarly discussions with their peers. Too bad it was empty at this hour… and most other hours for that matter.
Now then, time to look for a shelf labeled "M"...

Some say that being an adventurer doing quests for a living was a wonderful job because of the freedom and exploration that comes with the job.

Unfortunately, that kind of life wasn't suited for everyone. A mage who found the life of an adventurer too difficult decides to retire and operate an alchemy store instead.

He gains a bit of fame from running one of very few alchemy stores in the world, but things don't go too smoothly for him, as he is once again forced to go on adventures...

In Hailey's perspective...

I'm already on the fourth day and I still can't figure it out!! I've heard that Mom is doing some experiments and Tom is still giving me reports but I don't see him anywhere even though his motorcycle is at the garage. Dad is still busy on his side... And I've heard that Big Sis is doing some work on the Canadian Branch to research if the upcoming plague is sensitive to extreme temperatures. I've been really busy and tired of this... Tom is still sending his reports as usual but I still haven't heard of him in the past days. I'm feeling that something horrible happened to him, but others say he'd just visit here to log in and drop the reports for me and it's really been suspicious. Also, Mom's gotten busier than usual... Dad is at the hospital with the other confirmed patients... I just can't think of anything without help... Tom... Please... Be... Safe...

In Tom's perspective...

"Subject is stable from the final procedures. Increase the dosage now." as I heard the voices of the doctors that are experimenting on me... My consciousness is coming back. Sir Neal... I'll do what we planned for. I drowned myself from this medicine and lessons from Sir Neal Kirkstoic. From what he said to remind me that Hailey is also been guided. 'Tom, remember that Heaven will Help you, and it'll come down to be with the both of you.' I don't consider this to be the end... I mean look I'm on the part of my life was everything comes to a climax... So this is what they call the 'Sharpest part of Our Lives.' Miss Hailey just wait a bit more don't lose hope I'll be there and help you with work... Time for me to sleep...

Hours later... "Mr. McClain? Is he awake?" I hear a distant female voice as I open up my eyes... "Thank goodness I have to tell you som-" I saw Mrs. Kirkstoic about to apologize but I knew what they're doing and I replied. "Mrs. Kirkstoic I already knew what you're doing and I understand but for now I don't have much time left before Hailey loses it. I need to go to her Lab immediately." I walked out of the lab with my coat and went to Hailey's lab and looked for her from the lab and I saw Hailey passed out on the floor... "Hailey! How long did the research take you! You need to rest... But first, I need you to come with me." I carried Hailey to the place that Sir Neal told me to go to. I walk as fast as I could while carrying Hailey I looked for the place... And I saw two guards on the main door and they said. "Hey, kid! Do you have any kind of access to the area?" I replied. "Yes! And I don't have any time for that, I need to go in there or Miss Hailey here will not find her answer!" The guard replied. "Wait... Did you say, Miss Hailey? What floor do you need to go to?" I replied. "The original floor of Sir Neal's research lab." The guard nodded and opened the elevator going down. She's breathing and that's enough for me to calm down. We reach the floor of the original lab and it looks the way I expected it to be. A lot of books and a lot of notes... So this is the famed the wall of Last Words... I lay Hailey on the bed on the lab for her to rest and I began to look for a book... Sir Neal said. 'It's a special book listen carefully Tom. It has a unique book cover... It's one of a kind book, more like a journal of a person I use to know for me to explain simply. A book on the left shelf in the right section of the bookcase. Remember Hailey needs to read it.' The left shelf in the right section... Hmm... I looked on the shelves and I did find the book and something else too. A  diary of some sort... Hailey is still sleeping and I did prepare some food in case she's hungry from passing out. I read the diary and saw basically Sir Neal's life during his time when he was alive. And the secrets of everything related to the plague. His happiness, anger, depression, and sadness... He's been through a lot, and even to the point of killing innocent people to prevent them from infecting others. All of his emotions written in this diary of his.

As I heard some noises Hailey seems to wake up from her sleep. "Assistant? Where are we?" She says. I replied while holding the book. "Were currently at the original laboratory of Neal Kirkstoic." She was so surprised that she grabbed my hand and asked. "How did you find this!? I- I mean why did you bring me here? And how did you brought me here?" I replied. "I carried you obviously
but let's get the misunderstanding out of the way, for now, I need you to read this archive." I gave her the book and she did not reply. She read the book and focused. Then she told me... "Assistant. Give me a pen and a notebook. ASAP! How long were they hiding this?! It has everything, down to the atom of the original plague." Of course, I've brought a notebook since I knew that this will happen. "Assistant while I'm reading this... Can I ask you a question... Where did you go after I gave you the cold shoulder." I replied. "Well I went home and asked myself... Will I make a long or a summarized report. Weird isn't but I was fully expecting this. Since Golden Week has been the most anticipated event in my life." She replied. "But why bring me here? Why didn't you told me this place a long time ago?" I replied. "Well Ma'am someone told me that I should bring you here yesterday."
She replied. "Then who told you about this place?" I replied with some doubt of her believing it. "Well... You wouldn't believe this but... It's Neal Kirkstoic himself..." Here comes the doubt... But I hopefully Hailey understands why I'm doing this right now.

"Tick, Tick, Tick... Dead." The sound of death by just waiting for it to come... Sad, it seems. Neal Kirkstoic, a Doctor who cures the sick using death. His motives aren't intentional but that what it ended up as his job with a history known for being an executioner and the right-arm of the Secret Service. 

"Is it really worth dying for my success? Am I a bad person? My medicine is nothing to be proud of from a man who only knows how to create death-inducing medicine for execution. But working behind the lines, I can do that."

May death be my punishment...

In distance Xin see a giant man lying on the sandy beach, his whole body is full of wounds.

Xin can see that his wounds are not from a huge hurricane or storm in the sea,his wound is from battling some strong opponent.

Because of the cut mark from a sword or knife some gun wound and burn mark, Xin knows that he help Olivia to escape from the marine.

Robin come closer and ask," Xin what should we do about him?"

Xin said," Let's get him out of here first and help his wound."

Robin nod, then Xin use Levitation Magic to carry Jaguar. D. Saul to their secret base in the woods.

While carrying him Xin constantly releasing Healing Magic to heal his wound, he add bits of his own godly power to make the healing faster.

He noticed too that Saul is not only full of wounds, he also weak right now and he needs to eat food to replenish his energy.

After they arrive at their secret base, Xin made a bed using Earth Magic he reinforce it using Hardening Magic so that it will not crumble from Saul's weight.

Then he takes out a big chunk of Sea King's meat and start to roast it,while Robin can't help but ask," Xin you can cook too?"

Xin nodded his head," Yes I can ….. I'm always at the sea i and I don't want to eat dry food i learn cooking , with that skill i can eat whatever I want even I'm traveling at the sea"

Robin nodded," Then …..do you think girls should know how to cook?"

"Why did you ask that?"Xin said.

Robin said," I read it a book"

"So the library in Ohara has a book like that?"

Robin nod," Yes, of course, there is,I read books like Etiquette, Proper manner for Ladys and many more"

Robin said," If I remember correctly that book cover is colorful because that book is not really teaching about archaeologists and scholars i just casual read it and did not read the book name and the author if it"

Xin thought that book is not really an original book from the Ohara Library, from the colorful cover of it Xin can tell that it's a new book and someone forgot to take that book at home.

Robin shakes Xin and asks again," Hey don't daydream I'm asking you ...do you think girls should know how to cook?"

Xin said," Well for me .... it much better if you know how to cook"

"Knowing how to cook is not a waste of time ... it was practically a good skill for everyone"

"As for your question … well for me cooking skill is a must for girls especially from every woman who already has a family?"

Robin stare at him and murmur," Family ha ~?"

Xin then continue cooking the big chunk of meat in the fire.

While later Saur start to wake up.

"Umm.."

Saur slowly opened his eyes, he checks his surroundings and see that he was inside of a forest.

He knows that someone carry him here, Saur slowly sit up to check his wounds but he sees that all his wound is already healed.

As Saur gaze to see who saved him, Saur see a big chunk of roasted meat in a large stone table and two little children talking to each other.

One is a girl with short black hair and big clear eyes, she holding a book while talking to the boy beside her.

Saur stare at the boy, the boy has silver-white hair, and reb blazing eyes, he was writing something on a piece of paper while talking to the girl.

Saur thought that the two of them are locals here so he looked around to see if there's an adult nearby.

But he did not see any adult near them.

And when he gazes at distance he saw a big tree, he knows that he successfully come to Ohara Island.

He still remembers why he came here, because of his own justice, he Jaguar D. Saul a Vice-Admiral from Marine quit marine and help a woman archeologist to escape from the world government.

And before the two of them separate the woman asks him to take care of her only child.

The woman uses her self as a bait to make Sour escape from the people chasing them.

Saul successfully escapes but he heavy wounded already at that time, he can only helpless pray that the ocean wave take him on the place he wanted to go.

While Saur is in deep thought, Robin notice that the giant is sitting while staring far.

Robin whispered," Xin the giant is already awake"

Xin turn around and see that Saul is awake, so he walk at him while Robin nervous grab his clothes while following him.

Xin shout," Hey old man!"

Saul snap out and see the boy shout at him.

Xin asked," Are you okay?"

Saur said," Are you the one who same me?"

Xin nod," My friend see you a little while ago in the beach and i carry you here"

Saul stared at the boy in front of him, he thought that he already see him somewhere but he can't remember where he sees him.

Saul bow at him," Thank you im Jaguar D. Saul from Giant race"

Xin smile and said," I'm Xin Fei from the other world" then he point Robin and said," And she is Nico Robin The youngest Archaeology and scholar here in Ohara"

Saul was shocked who thought that he needed to ask around to find that woman daughter,who thought that the girl he need to find is already in front of him.

Saul can't help but laugh," Dereshishishishi!"

Robin nervous hide at Xin while Xin smile at this foolish giant.

Sara stared at the system messages, reading through them carefully, one by one.

She closed out of notices, then opened her character information.

Sara found that three more stats had been added to her character information, along with her level and her reputation had increased as well. Her background now said she was a Rudimentary Mage graduate rather than just a mage student. She figured this was just the system telling her what her official class was.
Sara closed out of her character information window and made her way out of the ceremony room. She began making her plans for the future as she did.
She needed more combat spells, that much she was sure of. She looked up and stopped a fellow graduate.
"Excuse me? Where is the library?" She asked.
The student, almost certainly an NPC, pointed to a direction and gave a few less than helpful instructions on how to get there after giving Sara a strange look.
Sara gave her thanks and opened her map as she walked away. She saw the library lit up in her map. She rushed to get there as quickly as possible.
The library was as Sara would have expected it to be. It was huge, with books lining the walls and on giant shelves, giving the room aisles to walk down and peruse. There were tables scattered throughout where one could study the contents of the books, with paper and pens readily available.
Sara began looking through the books present, hoping she could find something helpful. 
Not knowing what she was exactly looking for, she pulled a handful of books from the shelves, hoping to figure it out as she worked.
As she opened the first book, a notice popped up in front of her.

Reading can help a character increase their intelligence stat. The more difficult the book, the more the stat will increase. With an intelligent stat being low, only low level books can be read, with it being high, more difficult books will become available to read.

Sara sat the book aside and continued to go through the pile of books she'd taken from the shelves. As she "read" more and more, her expression continued to darken over the useless and sometimes incredibly wicked tales they held within their pages.
Finally, as Sara finished yet another fairy tale, she sighed.
"Where the hell am I supposed to find another spell!?" 
Sara left the table and began to meander around the library. Reading the books wasn't entirely a complete loss, she'd been able to raise her intelligence by two points. Of course, she'd read through dozens of books in order to get those points….
Finally, Sara found herself in the back of the library. She slowly walked down the aisle, trying to find something that could give her a better chance of winning her upcoming arena battle.
Her eyes fell onto a book whose spine was tattered and torn, as if it'd been read and re-read over and over again countless times.
She pulled it from the shelf, along with another old looking book. As she made to turn away, however, she remembered something.
'Didn't I gain the ability to sense magic? Maybe I can sense a magical tome…'
As Sara thought this, she focused on the books around her, activating her new ability.
She saw no magic around her, nor felt any. As she sighed and was about to leave to sit at that table one last time, however, a faint wisp of energy caught her attention.
Sara rushed over. There, on the far wall, Sara found a thin book wedged between two much larger books. It was so thin; one would have been unable to find it without knowing it was there.
Sara pulled the book from the shelf and hurried back to her seat.
She set the two larger books aside and hurried to read the title of the thinner one.
"Chaos magic theory…? What's that?" As she read the title, a notice popped up.

Chaos Magic Theory
This book contains the beginning teachings on Chaos Magic Theory. Would you like to read it?

Sara frowned down at the notice. It was very similar to the previous notices.
'Guess it's not a spell…just the theory around one?' She wondered.
She went ahead and selected yes.

Sara gritted her teeth. Of course, she finally finds something that might be able to help her out, and she doesn't have enough intelligence!
Sara tossed the book aside in a huff.
This game was broken. How was she supposed to grow in strength if she didn't even know how!?
Sara rubbed her eyes as she felt a headache coming on. 
Seeing no other way around it, she picked up the older book instead.
Brakendorfs Fall-

A great victory!
Brakendorf's fall was an important turning point for the Drow race. His army's were one of the biggest threats to the Drow people. The ruins of his kingdom have long become a proud monument outside of the Drow territory that many wish to visit, but few get the opportunity. His riches were immense and the weapons in his treasury are still some of the greatest within the top Drow family's arsenals.

Sara sighed and set the book with the other's she'd read. She picked up the last one.

She didn't have much hope for the book and didn't even read the title notice before selecting to read it.

Though his book was difficult to read, you found yourself pushing through to the very end due to it's incredible amount of information. +2 intelligence.

Sara was pleasantly surprised as the notice of getting two additional stat points. She once again picked up the thin book and tried to read it.
She was met with a disappointing message once again.

Sara tossed the book aside once again before slamming her head down on the table.
It hurt.

Sara pulled off the headset and set it aside. Outside, the sun had begun to go down. Sara removed her body suit and sat at her desk. She began transfer her gaming video onto her computer as she surfed the web.
Maybe she could find some idea as to where to find more spells in the forums.
Most of the posts seemed to be about surface races. She clicked through, hoping to find something that could help her.
She paused as she came across one post that had almost three thousand engagements on it.

This game is broken…
So, has anyone else leveled up yet? I'm not asking to brag or anything, but I noticed something weird about leveling up. 
OK, so I leveled up after the tutorial. I know a lot of people probably did the same, I'm not trying to brag or anything, I was just wondering if anyone else noticed that…leveling up doesn't really give you much??
I'm now a level 2 swordsman; I got two stat points after leveling up, one that's automatically put into strength and the other given for me to place either in strength or agility.  But other than that…I'm able to still defend myself without armor? I guess, it's to make it so I don't have to wear heavy armor, which I am capable of doing. But, other than the weight it adds to the character, there isn't really any reason not to wear heavy armor.
This is just speculation on my part, but it seems like the main way you gain strength in this game is just through game play, rather than leveling up. Higher levels seem to be more of a convenience rather than a necessity. Does anyone else feel this way???

-I play a high elf mage, not getting benefits from levels is kinda *content censored*. I can't figure out how to gain more powerful spells! Since live play is activated, I guess that means I have to head out into the world an dsearch for them? But, my character itself isn't able to yet, he's considered a child in his clan, which means he isn't allowed outside of his village…But, He's considered a child until he's like…I think 100 years old? He's currently twenty! I have to wait another eighty years before I can head out into live play. Sure, there's a time difference between real life and the game, but in the real world that's still twenty years!-

The last comment made Sara wonder about her own character. She knew from the character information screen that she was twenty one years old, but she wasn't sure when she was considered an adult in Drow society…or when she'd be allowed to leave and head to the surface… From the looks of the adult Drow in the community, it didn't seem many left for the surface and if they did, they didn't stay for long.
Sara continued to search on the internet, trying to find a way to find more spells for her character. Finally, she found a hint.
Apparently, in previous games, doing missions gave not only experience, but also other rewards, like skills and spells. Or gave hints to those items. Thinking back, Sara knew that her first mission to attend her graduation ceremony hadn't given her any new spells, but had allowed her to find one, in a way.
Her second mission…if she was successful in doing it, she might actually be able to get more spells. The advanced classes were called advanced for a reason, obviously. It was unlikely that they would leave her without any new spells after completing the course.
But, that was only if she was able to complete the mission itself.
She still had to gain spells in order to complete it. After seeing that battle in the arena, she knew her current spell list was insufficient.
As she sat trying to figure out her next plan of action, her computer alerted her that her video files were completely downloaded. She began sifting through the hours upon hours of footage, trying to bring the amount down to under an hour. As she was working, she heard her front door open and close, signaling that her parents were home.
Sara didn't pay it any mind and continued to edit her video down.
She heard a knock on her bedroom door.
Sara looked over to see her father poking his head in.
"You're still awake?"
Sara nodded. "Yeah, I'm editing a video."
He nodded. "Your mother brought home some chicken from Little Stevie's. Her group was taken out today as a compensation for having to keep them for so long before."
"Alright, I'll be out in a bit."
Sara's dad left the room shortly after. He wasn't old, not really, but the long years in the Labor Force had taken their toll on him. The circles under his eyes were a little darker than they would have been if he wasn't in the force, and his body was a little weaker, skinnier.
Other than that, Sara's dad was a good looking guy, especially in his youth. If he'd started on his content at a younger age, he would have probably been really popular. Sara got up from her desk shortly after and headed out to the dining area to have dinner with her parents. It wasn't something that happened often, the three of them eating together. They rarely even got to interact with each other. Of course, this was Sara perspective anyways. Her parents actually worked in the same building, so they saw each other throughout the day. 
Sara's mother was quietly getting her family's plates ready for them, it was a habit she had developed back when Sara was younger, but she hadn't been able to do it since she was placed back into the Labor Force. Women are given the first five years of their child's lives off from the Labor Force to be stay at home mothers, but are returned back after the child turned five. Because Sara was sick when she was younger, however, her mother was able to stay home with her an extra year. 
After her mother returned to the Labor Force, Sara's dad had begun trying to build a following online in earnest. Sara wasn't sure if that was for her mother's benefit, or for her own. 
Or, maybe he just felt too stifled by the life as a Labor worker and wanted to try to find a way to make him feel like he was doing SOMETHING about their situation, even if it wasn't something that could actually amount to much.
They ate in relative silence, with the occasional comment on the food, or Sara's parents talking about something that happened at their jobs.
Sara finished her food quickly before excusing herself. The long breaks of silence felt stifling to her. She didn't want to sit there longer than she had to.
She returned to her room and continued with the editing of her video.

This is a story about an untalented girl named Sara Smith. She's more ordinary than you and makes a lot of mistakes, but she does it in a way that, at least she thinks, is epic.

She cant figure out why she isn't a huge star and why people don't love her, but maybe, just maybe, she'll be able to figure it out by the end. Or maybe she'll become that huge star that she's been striving to be.

After the conversation with the old man Elkrain left the technique hall. Rather than heading home and having to deal with his father though he began to wander around the city avoiding any place members of the Halidom family would go eventually ending up in the public royal library. As he entered he noted a lack of people the only person other than himself was the librarian a young scholar with a dusty brown lions mane of hair sitting behind an old desk with his nose buried in a book.

Rather than rouse the young scholar from his book though he simply went into the library and decided to read more about techniques and how resonating works for fear of him doing something wrong so he walked over to a shelf about the history of cultivating and began to look for a book until he found one he hoped would help 'On the nature of resonation'

"All techniques come from one of five elements and follow the path of becoming one with nature and so most techniques focus on an animal but in my investigation on cultivation itself I found evidence that the first cultivation techniques focused on making themselves on with their elements. How does resonating fit into all of this? Resonating isn't solely about the technique but on the material the technique is on all techniques that a person can resonate with are taken from a person's soul and put onto soul jade this is then added into an array that uses a crystal as the core to transit the details onto whomever's soul that is making contact with the crystal. Nobody has been able to understand what process makes it possible for a person to resonate with a technique while others are completely unable to resonate with a technique."

'Nobody has been able to find out why? Maybe this book is just old.' With that Elkrain continued searching through the books but no matter what couldn't find any books on the subject. "Hey kid you've been in here for a while what are you looking for?" Without Elkrain noticing the young scholar had finished reading his book and came over. "I'm trying to find out why I can't resonate with a technique." Upon hearing this the scholars face change for a brief moment. "I think I have something that might be able to help you out but you won't find it here." 

The young scholar beckoned for Elkrain to follow him deeper into the library into an old section with dust covering every shelf. Until the young scholar walked toward a shelf and picked up a book. "This book is largely disregarded because of the ideas in it but it basically says that the people who don't resonate with a technique might need an different element but since there are only five cultivatable elements and nobody who does cultivate cares to upset the way things are and the people who fail to resonate only know that there are five they don't try to cultivate a new element."

Elkrain hearing this didn't really understand what he was being told but decided to read the book any way to see if it could help him. Sadly after reading for a while the young scholar kicked him out saying that the library was closing. Elkrain got home as it got began to get dark when he got home his father was standing in front of the door "Let me guess you failed me and were hiding away so you wouldn't have to deal with the reality of having to wait three months for you to fail again!" Elkrain's father began to rage has he shouted at is son until he wore himself out screaming and eventually went to sleep.

The next day Elkrain woke up and ran of to the library to continue reading the book about different elements. Everyday he would go to the library early in the morning to read after finishing the book on unknown elements he read books on the history of cultivation and how it was founded until eventually two months passed every day Elkrain would go to the library read books and eat lunch with the scholar. Eventually the scholar introduced himself as Akdra and decided that when Elkrain decided to stop with the pretence of trying to resonate with a technique and just tried to make his own he would show him something. Eventually the time came for Elkrain to try and Resonate with a rare technique.

He went to the technique hall with his knowledge on how the crystal works he was the only person there he walked up to the crystal placed his hand on it and again nothing happened he tried his best to figure out how to make the array react to him and yet no matter what he did nothing happened. After a minute of him standing still he eventually took his hand off of the crystal without a second thought he rushed out of the technique hall.

'I failed no matter what I did I failed.' Elkrain ran home in hopes that his father wouldn't be home yet but when he got inside his father was standing there as he was three months ago. "Hello 'son' tell me what technique did you resonate with?" Elkrain's father's face looked as if he was about to go mad. "Father I didn't end up resonating with a technique." "You. Didn't. Resonate? WHAT!" As if the last threads of self-control in his mind snapped Elkrain's father rushed towards him ready to strike him but just as he was about to get out the door to attack a metal pot hit him in the back of the head. 

"Deran that is our child you need to calm down." Standing behind him was Elkrain's mother holding a small paring knife. "Elkrain you should head out to play for a while maybe go for a walk through the woods outside of the city just remember the path." as Elkrain heard this he remembered what his mother had told him about the forest and so he slammed the door to his home and began running towards the forest. While he was running he could hear the sounds of fighting behind him looking back he could see two giant silhouettes standing over where his home is. A giant red serpent and a smaller, slightly hazier green bear. These were representative of his parents cultivation techniques and elements his father the Burning Snake technique and his mother the Forest Bear technique both of them were at the same rank of cultivation the element soul level but the size and clearness of their silhouettes showed the difference in their power with his father being of a higher level.

As he was running away he noticed members of the city guard running towards the Halidom family compound and certainly Halidom family guards are being sent from the main house in the compound to take care of the situation and to give the city guards a reasonable explanation for what happened. Eventually though Elkrain made it to the edge of the forest and saw the path that hunters would use whenever they went out he rushed forward on the path until the path curved. After running for a few minutes he made it to a small pond that glimmered with a faint golden light.

Upon reaching the edge of the pond he stopped and looked into his reflection in the pond for a moment. "So why'd you come here?" Without a single warning a young girl appeared behind Elkrain she had short blonde hair with light green eyes and a white dress and around her neck was a wooden necklace carved in the shape of a peacock rising out of the earth. "I ran here after my father tried to attack me because I failed to resonate with a technique." Upon hearing that the girl frowned "I ran here after my dad died and my family wouldn't let me try to resonate with a technique."

This time it was Elkrains turn to frown "That doesn't make sense technique halls were established by the royal family and made public so that major family clans couldn't stop people from cultivating." "That doesn't stop the large family clans from stopping children from going outside without a chaperone to stop them from going to the technique hall if the family doesn't want the child to cultivate." Hearing this Elkrain was confused "Why wouldn't a family want more cultivators in it, the more cultivators in a clan or sect shows more prestige?"

"It's my aunt's fault she thinks that if I start cultivating i'll take away the limelight from her son so she sent my mother away for awhile and poisoned my father and afterwards she was able to use her influence to suppress the news that she did anything wrong." "Then what about your mother what has she been doing about this?" "Mother was sent away when Dad died but nobody's heard from her since she left and I was worried that since nobody is willing to protect me in front of my aunt then she was going to kill me next."

"That's awful at least my mother was around to protect me when I failed to resonate with a technique." Upon finishing that statement Elkrain realized something "My names Elkrain by the way, what's your name?" Upon hearing that the girls face froze for a second and then lit up. "Oh silly me my name is Rowenna Ceirana nice to meet you Elkrain."

"Hey since you ran away from home where are you going to live from now on?" As if not already realizing that she needed a new place to live Rowenna looked as if she had never thought about it before being asked. "That is, I, where?" Of course she hadn't thought about where she was going to live after running away "I have an idea follow me I think I know where we can go for awhile."

Nature, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water these 5 elements have been the base for all cultivation techniques for centuries. Starting at age 6 you get three chances to find a cultivation technique that resonates with your soul. If you can't find the perfect technique by the third time your future potential will crumble to dust.

Sects only select cultivators that have a technique that resonates with them and the heirs to major family clans follow the same rules and have, for centuries protected the status quo of how the world is run. Until one day a new entity came to be from the frustration of two people burned by the way of the world.

In the end Magnus never got to brew his potion that day. He kept chatting with Tonks and got to know her well. She's a sixth year preparing for her N.E.W.T.s with the goal of becoming an Auror. Magnus got to know interesting information from her as she spoke about the O.W.L.s and the N.E.W.T.s exams. Tonks seemed like a nice girl and was a veritable source of information regarding many topics. And the best of all? She's a Metamorphmagus. How awesome is that? And her magical level was among the highest he had seen among the senior students at 52. Charlie was a 50 and he was among the best. 
Tonks always searched for abandoned classrooms to study for her exams as her common room was way too noisy. Most subjects were manageable but potions had always been a tough subject for her. She always wondered how Snape let her in for the N.E.W.T class. Maybe he took pity on her? Who knows, but she made it in with a grade of EE instead of the usual O required by Snape. Then again there were too few students willing to take N.E.W.T level potions so there's that.
When she first saw Magnus with a potion's setup, she thought it was another first year in over his head. They get a few of them every year especially in Ravenclaw. But his prowess at healing and the way he answered her probing question about potions made her think otherwise. 'Hmm, just maybe,' she had an idea.
"Hey Magnus, how about we make a deal?" she questioned.
'Just what I wanted,' Magnus thought in glee but he didn't show it on his face. He read about a book on negotiations from his father's stash during the holidays and he was itching to try. "What do you have in mind?" he asked nonchalantly.
"How about you help me brew some potions and I'll teach you some cool spells?" Tonks offered.
"I only know potions curriculum up to the third year," Magnus revealed. Well he did learn some potions not taught in class but she doesn't need to know that.
"Only up to third year he says! You seem smart and I can see you brought the ingredients for the Wit-Sharpening Potion. That's a fourth-year potion at the very least. I want you to supply me some of the Wit-Sharpening Potions you make, when you make them. They are in great demand for students preparing for the O.W.L.s and the N.E.W.T.s. There's always more demand than supply and the prices of the potion skyrockets during this time. I would've liked to brew them myself, but I have other subjects to worry about. What do you say?" Tonks offered. It's cumbersome to get potions from the outside not to mention their cost. While there are some good students in her class that do brew and supply them but they were mostly from Slytherin so that's a no. 
"Why don't you ask your year mates?" Magnus questioned curiously. Surely, they would be better than a first year?
"It's not that easy. There aren't many students taking N.E.W.T level potions. Those that can and are willing to brew ask for a price I'm not willing to pay. Besides they don't easily sell them, less competition for them that way. And don't even talk about the other years. The professors don't look kindly upon the students who take the potions despite them knowing most do. They just let it slide as long as it doesn't become public knowledge. I don't trust others to keep it a secret," Tonks clarified.
'So, you trust me? You met me an hour ago!' Magnus's face showed his thoughts. Tonks noticed his expression and said righteously," I got a good feeling about you firstie. You are a healer, right? Keeping your patient's secrets is part of the duty."
"Right. Hmm, I can manage that, but the price you pay needs to change. I can learn enough spells by myself from the library," Magnus shrugged.
"I can help you catch girls," Tonks teased.
"What will I need girls for? If I want them for something, I can catch them myself," Magnus retorted.
'Ugh, right he's still a kid. His way of talking makes him sound older,' Tonks sighed." Then why don't you tell me what you want?"
"You are planning to be an auror right? So, you must be good at dueling. How about you teach me that?" 
"I don't see what a kid like you want to learn dueling for, but alright. Keep in mind though, I'm not the best at it," Tonks shrugged.
"It's alright. You must be better than me and that's all that matters. Why don't you also teach me one or two spells while you are at it?" 
"Sure, I guess."
"And I need a lock of your hair once in a while," Magnus suggested. This was what he really wanted ever since he heard she was a metamorphmagus.
"What do you need that for? You aren't going to curse me, are you? No funny business!" Tonks said seriously with folded hands.
"Don't worry, I'm not such a guy. There's a certain potion that needs the hair of a metamorphmagus. You are the only one I know and you are pretty brilliant," Magnus offered the last part to placate her.
"Damn right I'm brilliant. Alright I'll give you some, but you have to show me whatever you brew," Tonks relented.
"You have my word," Magnus agreed." How about you also teach me about catching girls? You know just in case."
"You cheeky little shit," Tonks put him into a choke and gave him a noogie. She calmed down eventually and agreed on the condition that he'll heal her for free whenever she asks and to also help her revising potions. Magnus readily agreed. He would have healed her anyway if she came to the medical wing so he's not losing much. He just needs to read up ahead to help her revise potions. Eventually they parted ways and agreed on a time to meet up every week.

Magnus made a beeline to the library. He planned on waiting till next year before learning the higher curriculum so as to not feel bored during the classes, but since he has a reason now, he can simply learn ahead, at least in potions. Classes were just a way to earn points now anyway. 'Ugh, I have to look for another abandoned classroom. At least I made a good deal today. Wait a minute, will "that" help me? Only one way to find out, I guess. Right after hitting the library,' he thought excitedly. 
He collected many potion related books up to the N.E.W.T level as well as any other advanced potion books he could find. He still had the permission slip Madam Pomfrey wrote for him. She never bothered to ask it back so he kept it. This made finding the advanced books easy. Students can find the books if they search hard enough, but that would waste a lot of time and the slip made it all easy. 
Just as he was about to go away, he saw something out of the corner of his eye. It was a book placed on one of the higher shelves that seemed out of place. The other books around it were all related to magical subjects, but his one was titled "How to scrub your cat." No book about scrubbing cats could be that thick. He pulled down the book with a levitation charm. It was heavy and when he touched the cover on all sides, he smiled. It was another tricky book. He always made sure to check the books in the library for any sort of hidden tricks. Apart from the nasty hexes that the librarian put on some books to prevent defacing them, some books were hidden using other means. A charm that changes the name or a false cover were the common types. This one seemed to belong to the latter. He didn't remove the cover though. It would make it easy to check it out of the library if it looked normal. A quick [Identify] and the [Instant Read] option showed which 200 points to read it only further proved his guess.
He tapped himself with his wand as he approached the counter. It was a charm to make himself smell like a fresh book. It took him a while to understand what made the librarian, Madam Pince, tick. She seemed to hate everything except books. Roger got the scolding of his life once when he scratched a book cover. 
"Good day to you Madam Pince. You seem to be becoming beautiful by the day, just like a book," he greeted her. That's the best he could do on a short notice. Madam Pince looked up from whatever book she was reading and looked at him questioningly. Her eagle nose and parchment like skin tone gave her a stern countenance. "What is it Mr. Webb?"
'At least she's not sneering so that's a win. And she remembers my name. This should go well.' "I need your assistance in checking out some books Madam Pince," he spoke confidently. Madam Pince nodded her head and looked over the books he placed on the counter. She looked at them one by one. Whenever she stopped at an advanced book to stare, he would complement her and she would move on. He had her ticks down by now and he would not allow her to reject any book. Finally, she was done and he placed the books in his sling bag and he was off. 
'Done at last! The things I do for the sake of knowledge,' he lamented. It was time for dinner so he went to the Great Hall. The Weasley twins seemed too busy these days as they huddled together wherever they are. 'Probably found some new toy. They'll tell me later anyway, no need to ask.' He ate a meal with his housemates and went back to their dorms later. He took out all the books he borrowed once he reached his bed and placed them on the study table. Of course, the titles of the books were all changed now and looked like different history books. And just as he expected Roger was checking them out from afar. 'Oh Roger, you never learn.' 
He picked the false book and got onto his bed. 'Let's see your true face,' he peeled back the cover of the book slowly. It was a fake hard cover stuck over the real cover. Once it was done, the book was revealed to him, "Most Potente Potions."  
 

Magnus Webb undergoes a tragedy right as he enters the wizarding world. In his quest for revenge he becomes involved in a conspiracy that’s centuries in the making. As if all of this isn’t confusing enough, why is this Dark Lord guy always interfering with his plans? 


The story has a slow start and will pick up as it goes on. The 'system' elements aren't heavy here. The content will get mature as the story progresses.

Tony spent the next few days controlling the Symbiote body to bond with his internal organs. He was not going to be using it anytime soon so he might as well just let it protect his body. This way, any bullets or other piercing weapons would never reach his organs. It would also help his symbiote body grow back to full energy since he could absorb energy from his body. He knew that his own food consumption would not likely be able to satisfy it but at least he knows that no external influences will be able to affect it until he took full control.

Tony got ready to retrieve the Darkhold. Since he did not get an artifact, Tony settled for a Vibranium weapon as well as his portable armor. 


Tony got transported by Ancient One outside the town. The town was peaceful and Tony easily found the house where the book is supposed to be buried. 

Tony checked out the surroundings. The house looked abandoned and the garden was overgrown with weed. Tony checked the area for signs of life but his nanites did not detect any signs of life.

He entered the house slowly and just as he entered, he felt a chill. He checked the nanites but there was no fluctuation in the temperature around him. He wondered if that was just his imagination but did not disregard that feeling.

Just a few days ago, he learned how to conquer a body. Him seeing ghosts does not seem that impossible to him right now. His armor was also mostly electromechanical so JARVIS might not be able to detect any changes in the mystical side of things.

As Tony went inside the house, the main door we went through suddenly slammed shut. He got startled and conjured shields on both his arms. "Damn it, this is one of the times I hate being here. Back home horror movies were just movies. Here, souls and ghosts can pop out from nowhere"

As he walked inside, the walls creaked and Tony hurried to the basement. He used a magic spell to find the exact point where the book was buried.

He got a couple of clones to do the digging and soon he held the book in his hands.

Tony: Red skull and Whitehall(AN:A HYDRA research head) were not able to find this. Even Fury would not be able to find this in the future but here it is. I guess magic item can only be found using magical skills. Well, that and destiny.

As Tony was packing the book inside one of the pouches he prepared to contain it, an ethereal entity was rising from the ground and starting to approach his back.

When Tony turned to go back to the stairs, he was surprised by what  he saw. 

Tony:" Mot*******er, what the hell"

?: Who are you and what are you doing with the Book of Sins

Tony got to see what he was talking to and it looked like a skeleton. He was wondering what he is since ghosts should still have a hint of their previous life. "You first, you look like Ghost Rider but why are you not burning"

The skeleton did not continue with his scare tactics since it did not seem to work on Tony. He also couldn't do anything scarier since he was conserving his powers.

?: "It is rare to see a person calm while looking at me. I am the spirit of who you call Ghost Rider. It is just that someone used the hellfire to burn a very evil soul recently and the hellfire is still recovering.
Now, why have you unearthed the Book of Sin.
"

Tony felt a little awkward. He figured out who that evil soul was. Ooops

Tony: Oh yeah, about that, you see, about this book.

He thought about lying to the spirit but did not proceed since he might get caught.

Tony: I want to read the book. I need this to complete some things I need.

?: You do not lie, but I do not recommend you do that. People only get corrupted after opening that book.

Tony: Well good thing I can handle it then. No seriously, try you eye voodoo on me or something if you want to.

The spirit felt that the man was sincere so he tried to test his mental resistance. When he asked Tony to look him in the eye, he found out that Tony had some magical defense set up around his conciousness.

?: You are a sorcerer. I guess you are the one she spoke of. I trust that you know how to handle this book?

T:"I got this, never let anyone else read it. And if things become a problem, destroy it. Any thing else?"

?: You seem to have two souls in your body but there is no conflict of control. You don't look that old so how did you figure out how to maintain such a balance between the two of you? I am curious as most of my hosts reject me at first and took years before they embrace what they have become.

Tony remembered that the symbiote body was still bonded to him and that should be what it felt. He paused for a bit trying to figure out how to reply without possibly revealing anything. He did not know of the spirit after all.

T: Haha, what should I say? Well you see, me and my other resident are of the same nature. Since we enjoy almost the same things, we rarely get into conflicts if we do at all.

The spirit just sighed, most of the Ghost Riders become what they are due to the contract with the Devil. There was only a rare instance where it could match up to someone of similar nature.

?: It is of no help to me. I shall leave now, I trust that you take care of the book properly.

Tony assured the spirit and waved goodbye as it slowly vanished.

Tony then went out of the house and back to Kamartaj.

Tony reported to the Ancient One about his success. She just reminded him to not look at the contents directly and that he should prepare for departure once he got what  he wanted.

Tony created the clone and prepared to read it. The book could affect how the brain's cells worked so he let the clones read it first. That way any physical harm would only be on the clone's body and not on his real body.

Tony looked at the book. This was the only thing left to study and he would graduate. He wanted to read Ancient One's personal library but she said that he would have all the time in the future so just wait patiently. 

Tony: So, you're supposed to contain knowledge on how to build what I want the most? 

Tony then decided to hypnotize his clones into wanting a way to create matter out of nothing. Tony then ordered the hypnotized clones to create more until the maximum they can.

The clones started to read and when they felt partially overwhelmed, they immediately dispersed themselves. They did until Tony realized what the object was and stopped. After processing what he read, he closed the book and laughed.

Tony: Now why would I want to build a dimensional portal to Hell? You stupid book. You really think you can trap me with that? 

Tony went back to the Ancient One and reported what he found out.

Ancient One was secretly spying on Tony so she did not care about his report anymore. Since Tony figured out a way to get information without getting corrupted, she felt at ease and got Wang's arrangements ready.

There was a meeting of the Masters to officially recognize Wang as a master. Since All-Black was not presentable, Tony decided to just use the Darkhold as a magic relic. The other masters did not care about the book since even jars could be relics. Having a magic book was not that rare.

Ancient One: Master Wang. Now that you are officially a master, I would like you to man the Sanctum at Antarctica. It is an isolated place so you should be able to do your research without concerns. Is there any objections?

The masters did not opposed her. She had led Kamartaj for a long time and it was still standing. They just wondered who would happily go to such a place but those concerns were silenced when Wang confidently accepted his assignment.

(AN: Yep I create a sanctum in Antartica. But remember that all Sanctums are in the Northern hemisphere. Had to create one down where people won't ever go so that they know of Wang but rarely see him.

Also, the defenses of Earth is incredibly imbalanced and I don't want Australia getting affected by magic. That place already has all those crazy creatures, imagine if they get Domammufied and the snakes, spiders and all those deadly animals there suddenly go Godzilla, the Leviathans of thanos would get rekt)

So this guys dies, gets reincarnated to MCU  as Tony Stark

Well, he had a chat with god/random powerful guy before reincarnation so he got something.
