This turns into crap after chapter 12, this novel started out really well, with him being a cold-hearted assassin, etc, and thinking logically. However when canon arrives.. that goes down the drain.. his personality changes, in literally a chapter or 2, and is now wanting to save people he barely knows, and starts doing rash things for these people he does not know! dropped

Don't be a pushover and write everything that the readers want. This is your work and you need to consider what is good or help improve the story and ignore demand like MC pairing which doesn't align with his personality. 3. I like it a lot. At first, there was a lot of time skipping, but it made sense because he had to train for so long. when i found this particular novel i was interested in the title because of the similarities it had with irregular in magic high, however the story is pretty good with an interesting mc and i feel that it can go beyond the original anime story line for the setting of becoming a god. Perhaps the author should take up writing this story again if they find my review helpful. For the original storyline within the anime portion you should slow it down to match the pace of the anime from where you left off and continue to develop hte relationstip between mc and esdeath.

A really mind-boggling question for me. Why is Seion's works considered top worthy while something like this isn't? I know he makes chapters as fast as I lose brain cells reading his work but they are all quite short and they are written even worse than chicken ****.
