Basically, I'm going to be working on chapters of Pride of the Underdog Knight this week and create a manuscript for a story called An Ascendance Beyond Destiny. It is part of the overall 'Story Universe' I'm writing and is basically the sequel to An Adventure Beyond Greatness, my first fully planned out story that already has its manuscript done.

If you're wondering how a Manuscript differs from a Glossary. Then one is a collection of ideas put onto a page while the other is fully detailed plan on how to write the story. Showing a Glossary to others is fine but if you were to show a Manuscript to people, you could say that someone could easily write your story you put so much effort into making.

I'm going to put down my pen for now since I just don't have the time to write this at the same time as Pride of the Underdog Knight (Its other is name: A Pride Beyond Identity) and this at the same time.

You might ask why I'm dangling a decent plot in front of you before baling, but I guess you could call it the ordinary reason of 'Real life is asking me to pay attention to it'. I've already spent too much time in fiction to the point my relatives are worried.

I also don't live in a place with access to Internet all the time so my time will be spent studying the theories on writing rather than actually writing myself. I'll even post two blogs that analyse the Genres of Mystery and Comedy after this for those actually wanting to know what I learned about writing through research.

I'm holding off from rewriting 'Radiant Fantasy' (The original name of: An Adventure Beyond Greatness) only because of I have to wait for their reply (Have I said this before?). Either way though, I hope you can understand my sentiments.

Inspired by the Naruto Is Reincarnated fanfic on Webnovel. A story of how Sakura sent herself back in time after the Fifth Great Ninja War and vows to change everything for the better. To do so, she experimented on herself and created techniques. Until she finally created a Jutsu that could send her back using a rare medium.

LIGHT is in the Gold Dragon Hotel. Fu Quan's wedding is finally done and he just arrived at the hotel. He decided to stay at the hotel to relax for a bit.
But his relaxation was ruined when someone sent him a message in 〖Hello〗. It's the person who's listed in Light's list of the most annoying people in his life.
Light clicked on the notification and sighed before reading his editor's message.

Light hissed and typed a reply.

Light grinned when the editor surrendered. Well, he's just teasing him. He had already finished writing the first half of his novel. He just need to write the remaining parts and everything will be fine.
The novel he's writing is entitled "Go and Find It". It's a mystery/thriller novel about a cult led by the male lead's grandfather. Later on, all of the members of the cult were found dead inside their headquarters. The killer left a clue on purpose, and that clue would lead to all of the other clues. The male lead was the one who found the clue, and he already has a suspect in his mind.
Light unlocked his phone and booked a ticket for a flight to X City. He also sent a message to Fu Quan, telling him that he's flying back to X City. The reason why he's going back is because of his manuscript. He needs to finish it soon, because the deadline of the submission of the manuscript of the manhua he's writing is also nearing. 
He packed up his things and had a good night sleep. The travel time from Sanya to X City is very long. 


LIGHT looked around the X City International Airport and nothing had changed. It's still the same since he left for Sanya. 
He stepped out of the area and a cab parked in front of him. He checked the plate number and when he confirmed that it was the cab he booked, he entered the cab and sat comfortably in the backseat.
He arrived at his parents' house in no time. Right, he's still living with his parents despite his age. He has his own villa in the city but he doesn't want to live alone, so he just chose to stay with his parents.
His parents didn't hire a maid since they lived in the house. They trained Light to be independent since then and they always left the house when Light was a kid. He's used to being alone in the hose, but his parents' house still gives him a homey feeling.
Light opened the door of the house with his own keys because the sun is still not rising. It's just past midnight and everyone was asleep. He tried to make no noise while he's entering the house.
He went directly to his room and changed into his sleeping clothes. He brought out his laptop that was hidden in his study table's drawer and brought it with him to his bed. He turned his laptop on and clicked on the icon of the writing app. 
He decided to write a few chapters because his mind is very active at this time of the day. He started to type madly and the only noise that can be heard in the room is the sound of his fingers clicking madly on his keyboard.
He's currently writing the 36th chapter of his story. "It's time to write the 6th plot twist," He thought to himself.
Light's phone beeped and he saw that it was a notification from 〔Words by You〕. He clicked on it and he was led to SakuraKiss' profile. SakuraKiss just posted a message.
〖SakuraKiss〗: 「I won't be updating my story for about... two weeks, I guess? I need to submit my manuscript >3< For those who understand, thank you.」
Light raised his left brow as he finished reading the post. Hah, she's back? Too soon? 
He lifted his finger to share her post and he added a caption.
〖HeavenlySweetPotato〗: 「I thought you would be gone for a week? My peaceful life is ruined again :( [Shared SakuraKiss' post]」
He grinned as notifications flooded his account. He closed the app and locked his phone, but suddenly, his phone beeped again.
He checked his phone and smirked when he saw that the notification was from SakuraKiss. Only posts and updates from SakuraKiss can popup on his phone anytime. Notifications from other users are all muted. 
SakuraKiss replied to his shared post.

Light felt a bit saddened. After all, he's still a reader of SakuraKiss' stories. Her stories were really good, and it saved a lot of people, 'cause almost all of her stories are about hope and dreams.
He just continued writing and he was able to write 3 chapters before dozing off.


BLUE stared at the caption that HeavenlySweetPotato had written when he shared Blue's post.

She didn't wait for any replies so she just closed the 〖Hello〗app and opened the writing app. She decided to be serious while writing this time because she still has more than 60 chapters to write. If she altered some scenes, it would be too rushed. The pacing wouldn't be perfect, so she'll just follow her plot that was planned ahead of time.
Her novel is entitled "326", which means "Let Me Forget." It's about a girl with hyperthymesia. A girl who can remember every details of the events in her life. The things she wanted to forget, she can't forget. She was betrayed by everyone. "The book is in this bag?" Alice wondered. Alice opens the bag and pulls out a book inside it. "What a dusty book. Roy forgot to clean it before sending it to me. Phoosh!" Alice blew the dust from the book. Alice opens the book and she was surprised upon reading the writing format. "What kind of format is this? This is not an ordinary format for a story book. It's the format of manuscript! I don't believe it!" Alice's eyes widened. Alice read the manuscript that Roy gave her while leaving her spell book opened. "Huh...The tale of Vathek...What kind of name is that? This book said that this character named Vathek was born during the reformation of religion. Wait, what? What a strange tale," Alice exclaimed. Vine opens Alice's tent after he heard her shouting and enters the tent. "What are you doing, Alice? Your shouting tone can be heard from the outside," Vine asked. "Roy gave this manuscript to me. He said he found it while cleaning. I wonder if it belongs to the previous owner of the house. This book mentions someone named "Vathek" and I had no idea who that was. You may read it if you want," Alice wondered. Vine takes the manuscript and read it. "This manuscript is written in Arabic and I can't understand the language. Wait, you don't think that...this manuscript isn't from this world?" Vine asked in wonder. Alice looks bewildered and says," Maybe the timeline of this manuscript is from other era. Wait, I have an idea. Let's go back to the time of that manuscript". Alice turns her spell book's pages and found a spell that will help them understanding the language of the manuscript. "We're going to the past. This is going to be a scary strange adventure. Are you ready?" Alice asked. "I'm ready to go on an adventure with you anytime," Vine said. "Let's do this," Alice turns the pages and stop at the time magic. "Here it is. Quantum Leap!" Alice casted the time magic. "Whoo!" Alice jumped into the manuscript with Vine. "Whaa! What is this? I'm floating!" Vine screamed. "Not floating. We're on the way to the manuscript's time. This is the gateway of time, think of it as the road to our time destination," Alice explained.

Several weeks after discovering the existence of siren behind the myth, Alice receives a letter from Phoenix under the care of Roy Kivan. Opening the letter, Roy told her of how he found a forgotten dusty old book in a basement written in a language that he couldn't understand and send the book in a bag brought by the Phoenix to her hoping that she could understand the language and its writing style. With curious intent, Alice took the book and open it. Shocked by the language and format that she has never seen before, she take a closer look at the title of the book spelled Vathek. Vathek is a novel written by William Beckford and the second gothic novel of the 18th century after Walpole's Castle of Otranto that mark the beginning of distinguishable classic gothic genre which became the inspiration of the present gothic story. 
This story was written under Alice's exploration along with Vine of what happened within the story as she tried to save Vathek from his envisioned path of damnation.

"Where is he?" 

Juho wandered around the quiet house. Hyun Do was nowhere to be found, even when he checked the study, or peeked his head out through the living room or the patio window. Then, seeing that the watering pot and the hose were wet, Juho walked out to the front yard and smelled the wet grass. However, Hyun Do was still nowhere to be found. He had to have gone out somewhere. 

"He's really quiet." 

Coming back inside, Juho wandered around the kitchen for no apparent reason, left alone yet again. Then, he walked toward the innermost room on the first floor, slowly and cautiously. It was Hyun Do's writing space. The door was cracked open slightly. Although the young author was tempted to go in, he simply couldn't dare to set foot in the room. Instead, he looked through the crack. Aside, were a floor chair, a large desk, a laptop, and well-organized research data. There was nothing in the room. It was so tidy that the desk almost looked lonely. 

"Just like its owner," Juho said, wondering if writing in a room like that would help an author focus more. Comparing it to his own writing space, Juho tilted his head, thinking that it wouldn't be a bad idea to give it a try himself. There was definitely nothing distracting in the room. At that moment, something underneath the floor chair caught Juho's eyes. 

"What's that?" 

It was a sheet of paper. Squatting, Juho stretched out his neck as much as possible in order to get a better look at the writing on it. Upon reading it, Juho realized that it was a story about a teacher and their pupil. 'Is it the plot for the new book? Maybe it's an old idea that he decided not to use,' Juho thought. There were traces of Hyun Do having wrestled with his thoughts. Then, before Juho realized it, he leaned forward and reached for the sheet of paper under the floor chair. A dust particle floating around sparkled brightly with the sunlight.

"Is this…?" Juho let out, realizing why Hyun Do's description of his new work-in-progress had sounded so familiar. Backing away from the room, Juho rushed to the second floor, nearly tripping on his way. 

"I've read that book!" 

It was a story Juho had read in his past life as a homeless man, when he had wandered with nothing in his possession. After acquiring the book through desperate means, Juho had read it over and over again. Hyun Do had been just as competent as when the younger author had been on the rise. Hyun Do had never stopped writing. His books had never become stagnant. In fact, they had always been new and original, which had also made him one of the most respected authors in the literary world. The very book that had placed the literary great at the top was in front of Juho's eyes. 

"Why now, though?" 

The book wouldn't be released until much later, when Juho also was much older. 'Maybe this is when he starts writing it? Or did something change? Did Mr. Lim improve his writing even further somehow?' A wave of thoughts rushed into Juho's mind. Then, the young author looked at the painting in one of the rooms upstairs. Upon realizing that he could read the book once again, a smile grew on Juho's face. The fact that he could be part of the birth of such a legendary book blew Juho's mind. Then, hearing Hyun Do coming into the house, Juho straightened himself and went downstairs to greet him. 

"You're back." 

Staring intently at Juho's face, he asked, "Did something good happen?" 

"Why do you ask?" Juho asked, playing coy. Raising an eyebrow, Hyun Do said, "You're smiling." 

At which point, Juho decided to tell the truth, "Well… Maybe," smiling. Even while Hyun Do talked about the cloudy weather, Juho was in high spirits. 

"Aren't you going to write? I've never seen you write," Juho asked the next day. 

"There's no rush," Hyun Do replied.

"Right." 

Juho was well aware that not all authors wrote as fast as he did. Rubbing his hands together anxiously, Juho asked, "Do you think I could borrow some manuscript paper, Mr. Lim?" itching to write. Hyun Do nodded affirmatively.

"Take as many as you'd like," he said, pointing to a corner in his writing space, where the stack of manuscript paper was being kept. Taking the sheet of manuscript paper at the very top, Juho hurried out of the room. 

"Going somewhere?" 

"I'm sorry?" 

Hyun Do pointed in a certain direction. As Juho stared at Hyun Do's fingertip, he felt his back growing damp with cold sweat.

"You mean here?" 

"Do you not want to?" 

Juho didn't know what to say. He didn't really have a reason not to stay in the house either. He still remembered why he had come to Hyun Do's house in the first place. On the other hand, Hyun Do had a mischievous smile on his face. Juho glanced at the sheet of manuscript paper under the floor chair, which was still at the same place. 'I guess that's where it belongs,' Juho thought. 

"I figured that it'd be more convenient for you." 

"Don't mind if I do," Juho said, sitting on the floor chair. Since there was nothing on the desk, there was plenty of space. Juho grabbed a pen. 'I didn't think I'd be writing in front of him," Juho thought. He wasn't expecting that he'd be writing in the presence of the literary great before seeing his writing process. 

"You don't mind me sticking around, do you?" 

"Not at all," Juho said. However, he was actually quite nervous. Wavering and unsure. After brushing his hand down the manuscript paper, Juho said, "Here goes nothing." 

"All right." 

Unlike his usual posture, Juho buried his head, almost as if diving into the paper. He moved his hand without thinking of a story to write. 'I have to think about this.' However, he couldn't stop his hand from moving for some reason. Hyun Do remained silent amid the sound of the friction between pen and paper reverberating through the room. For the first time, the silence felt heavy and uncomfortable to Juho. As Hyun Do watched every single word the young author was writing, Juho's hand started to grow ice cold. Idle thoughts started taking over his mind. By the time the young author had started to have a bad feeling, it was too late. In the end, for the first time in a long time, he had made a rookie mistake. 

"Is it about a crow?" Hyun Do asked as Juho put the pen down and looked up. 

"Yes," Juho replied, feeling pricked in the heart. The story was about the crow he had seen at the beach the day before, cawing frivolously. Believe it or not, crows were intelligent animals. 

"Do you think you did well?" 

Looking down at his writing, Juho replied, "I think it's a failure." 

"Is that so?" Hyun Do asked calmly, which made it even more painful to hear. 

Clasping his head, Juho let out, "A crow turning into a squid? Seriously?" 

It was completely incoherent, even in Juho's eyes. There was no substance or meaning. Juho observed the expression on Hyun Do's face, which seemed calm and unfazed. Despite having read Juho's manuscript, the literary great remained silent. 

"I'm surprised that you're not saying anything." 

As Hyun Do gave him a puzzled look, Juho explained using an example he knew well, "Mr. Moon would laugh, get mad at me, or beg me to do better." 

"I don't know if any of those things would help in this case." 

Juho looked at him, unsure of what he meant. At which point, Hyun Do opened his mouth and said, "If I said that I didn't like it, would you change it?" 

Juho rubbed the back of his neck, reluctant to do so. However, there was only one reason why he would make changes to his writing. 

"I would because I'm not satisfied with it." 

Then, Juho grabbed the pen and started writing again. 'So, is this a lesson?' he asked himself. However, writing with such a mindset was bound to yield poor results. 'This might take a while.' 

"Mind if I take a look?" 

"Of course." 

It had been a week since Juho had started getting his writing checked by Hyun Do. The young author was quite used to the process by that point. Upon finishing his last sentence, Juho handed the paper over to Hyun Do, who read the sentences unhurriedly. However, that moment was still just as nerve-racking as the first time, even more so than when an editor was reading through his manuscript. Trying to remain calm, Juho waited anxiously. 

"Hm." 

Considering how anxiety-provoking the wait was, Hyun Do's response was far from informative or intuitive. At which point, Juho took the manuscript from Hyun Do with an awkward smile. That time, it was a story about a narrator who thinks of different ways to drive the crow away. 

"How is it?" 

"How is what?" 

"Should I work on it some more?" 

"That's entirely up to you," Hyun Do replied, looking as if Juho were stating the obvious. 

So far, Hyun Do hadn't offered a single piece of advice to the young author. He had never taught anything explicitly either. Instead, he seemed to be focused entirely on finishing his daily tasks, so Juho had no choice but to play along tactfully. Thinking about his observation of Hyun Do's lifestyle up to that point, Juho said, "You seem to follow a very strict routine, Mr. Lim." 

"It seems like you've been going to bed quite late." 

Caught off guard, Juho remained silent. 'How does he know?'

"Is there a secret to your lifestyle?" 

"I make an effort to maintain it." 

"So, that's the secret, huh?" 

"Does it look easy?" 

"You make it look easy, though."

"There are days when I feel like going to bed late and sleeping in the next day. Actually, I'm forced to do that sometimes." 

"And what do you do in those cases?" 

"I either resist it or accept it." 

During his stay, Juho had never seen him failing to go into his room at the appointed time. As Hyun Do took a sip of his tea, Juho did the same. It still tasted astringent. 

"I want to work on this story some more." 

"Your reason being?" 

"... Just because." 

Hyun Do stared intently at the young author for a while. Then, as he looked away, Juho murmured the words that he had barely managed to swallow internally, 'Because it's the polar opposite of your story.' Hyun Do's story was about a teacher who was fading away. The teacher left their pupil, all without giving them time to prepare to say goodbye. On the other hand, Juho's story was about a person who tried to drive away a crow that had made itself at home. While Hyun Do's story was about pursuit, Juho's story was about expulsion. 

"I'll do my best to finish it during my stay." 

"Suit yourself," Hyun Do said with a brief nod. Although Juho had said it confidently, the story wasn't making much progress. It had to be greed. The fact that he was writing it to show Hyun Do made him tense up. Hoping that he could see the literary great's writing process, Juho let out a quick sigh. 

"No, not yet," Juho said, sighing at Geun Woo's delighted voice, who seemed to get a kick out of the young author's misery. 

"You don't wanna be a burden, do you? You gotta make yourself useful!" 

"I don't know." 

"C'mon, now. It's not like you to be so timid," Geun Woo said, clearly delighted by Juho's struggle. 

"It doesn't help that Mr. Lim doesn't make it explicit," Juho said, sounding slightly disgusted. 

"That sounds about right. You're quick to catch on, though, aren't you? Do you really not know what he wants?" 

"Unfortunately, no." 

Hyun Do hadn't made any complaints or demands, which made it hard for Juho to discern if he was doing well or poorly. On top of that, not only was the young author in a rut with his story, but he still hadn't seen Hyun Do's writing process.

"You'd be an idiot to come back empty-handed from there." 

"Isn't that a bit excessive? I'm still learning, you know." 

"Yeah, right." 

Then, Juho heard some noise in the background. Joon Soo must have gotten back. Upon the author's arrival, Geun Woo busied himself with trying to defend himself. 

"So, did you keep your deadline this time?" 

"Shut up." 

After hanging up, Juho leaned back, checking the time. Hyun Do had to be asleep by now. Hoping for a change of pace, Juho tried writing in his room, but it didn't seem to help. In the end, he walked downstairs and stretched. The cloudy night sky became visible through the window. It had been cloudy the last several days. Feeling a decline in mood for no apparent reason, Juho guzzled down on some cold water. The coldness cooled his stomach. At that moment...

"Hm?" Juho let out upon hearing a sound, which sounded like a person moving. 

Wiping his mouth, Juho walked toward where the sound had come from. There was nobody in the study. Then, Juho slowly made his way to the innermost room, giving his eyes some time to adjust to the dark. Then, he heard the sound yet again. Although subtle, it was clearly audible. Realizing that it was coming from Hyun Do's writing space, Juho walked toward it. A light shone through the door crack, which gave it a completely different feel from how it looked during the day. The moon was the only light source in the achromatic house. Standing in front of the door crack, Juho peeked through it and saw Hyun Do's white hair. At that moment, a light flashed out of nowhere, followed by an explosive sound shortly after. As the thunder roared, Juho felt his shoulders tense up.

Yum Woo is the youngest author in history to enter the literature world. His debut work was a massive hit but this success was short lived for the unprepared.

A miraculous second chance comes his way one day.

This is the beginning of that journey.

After a few minutes of reading, Ms. Lei finally looked up at Tayaw in a new light. Noticing that Tayaw must have been standing for a long time while she was reading, she embarrassingly said "Oh, for f*ck's sake, brat. You should have at least asked if you can sit somewhere. Whatever. Drag that monobloc chair over there here, and sit down."
After Tayaw finally sat in front of Ms. Lei's table, Ms. Lei continued to talk to him. "Alright, let me print out a list of the names of the available agents I know personally. You can also state my positive evaluation of your work to these agents. They should at least not ignore you once they hear of my name. I'm also doing you a favor of including the names of the agents I know that are competent and are veterans in the industry." Ms. Lei said as she printed out a piece of paper and passed it to Tayaw. Tayaw accepted it with a smile. This was a huge favor to him by Ms. Lei. From the things he heard, it's really actually hard to make an agent notice a talent, and even harder to even make them interested in working for someone. He heard it talked about many times during his time with the Percussive Corrections. Many of their colleagues and fellow musicians took months, even years looking for agents, only to no avail. Even if one found an agent, it was just a tiny step in starting their careers in the show business. So with Miss Lei giving Tayaw permission to use her name, it will immediately eliminate many difficulties in trying to find an agent.
"I noticed a copyright symbol on the page after your title page. Publishers usually do the copyrighting of the books on their authors' behalf. Did you not know this?" Ms. Lei started chatting with Tayaw. She found Tayaw interesting and wanted to find out more about the young man. Tayaw, meanwhile, was surprised that publishers actually do the copyrighting, but hearing Ms. Lei's positive review of his manuscript, he did not regret copyrighting the fairytales himself.
"I was actually told by a friend, who is also an avid reader, to copyright my work if I'm planning to self-publish. I just don't have the money to publish my book myself." Tayaw replied, making up an imaginary friend.
"Well, a copyright is indeed beneficial. He must have liked your book too, to suggest you to self-publish. I also liked your book, and with its quality and it's immediately digestible originality, there's no telling if someone gets greedy especially the smaller publishing houses." Ms. Lei nodded. She at first scoffed at the copyright symbol in Tayaw's manuscript when she saw it, but when she immersed herself in the stories within, she found that the copyright symbol is indeed a good precaution against people who will have ideas on stealing Tayaw's work.
"Your title page says 'Vol. 1', are you planning to writing more? Or do you already have more stories in stock? " Ms. Lei switched the topic to Tayaw's book. "I do have a few more ideas stuck in my head, I just haven't had the time to write and polish them down." Ms. Lei was surprised at Tayaw's response. The manuscript has around 400 pages, each story having 3 to 5 pages; it means that Tayaw has written at least 30 stories. "You're impressive, young man! You also wrote your book in English. That tells me you're ambitious enough to dream of selling your books internationally. If a publishing firm picks up your book, I suggest you also release a version in our Teungebian language." She was also impressed at Tayaw writing in English. She herself, who loved books and hopped across many jobs in the industry, knew how hard it is translate books into English; much more write books in the language.  
Tayaw, on the other hand, was feeling guiltier and guiltier by each compliment. Yes, he can write well in English, but he knew himself he was not creative enough to write these stories by himself. But what can he do? The only use he can see for the literary works given to him is to publish them and share them to his world. It's not like he's stealing someone's work, right? Those works were given to him.
If it was before, he was afraid of the consequences and maybe even divine punishment of him publishing the works in his head. Now, however, he is confident that the roulette itself wanted him to publish the books it to him because right after Ms. Lei was done reading just a part of his manuscript, the "View Points" in his vision, which stayed at "0" since he it appeared, has changed into "Vision Points : 1". This was no punishment, but a reward. He also want to see how the people, maybe even the whole world, will react at the works he will release in the future, and in the process earn himself a fortune.
"I will, ma'am. I hope to sell internationally as well." Tayaw replied. After a few more minutes of chatting, an employee entered the office. "Well, look at the time, I should get going. I'm sorry for taking up your time. My work also starts in an hour at my job in Cioni." Tayaw, feeling like he already spent enough time at the office, looked for an excuse to leave. "Indeed. I was too absorbed reading your manuscript; I took up your time." Ms. Lei said as she didn't know what else to talk about with the young man. Throughout their conversation, the young man never took the lead when she gave him permission to. "It's actually a pleasure, Ms. Lei. I'm also thankful for sparing me the time. As a token, please keep my manuscript. I can make more copies of it. I hope to give you its book version soon." Tayaw said as he bid farewell to Ms. Lei.
Watching Tayaw leave the office, Ms. Lei had a smile on her face. "What an impressive young man." She said to herself as she opened the manuscript once again. She wants to look for a story she can tell her child later in the evening.
Leaving the building where the Writers' Guild was, he was already planning in his head how he would write the e-mails to the list of agents he received from Ms. Lei. While in the train, he checked his phone if he received any e-mails from agents who saw his postings on the job websites he made in the morning. Seeing no e-mails, he took out the list of agents and copied their e-mail addresses to his phone.
Aside from their names, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses, there are no further information about them, so he really had no idea how to pitch himself to each agent. He also cannot gather any more information after he looked them up in the internet with his phone. He can only work with what he has, so to pass the time in the train, he started writing and re-writing his pitch of himself to send to the agents.

Grimm's Fairy Tales of 95,000 words, is a compilation of 50 of my original fairy tales that defies the convention established by our predecessors when it comes to what fairy tales should be. With some of the tales' hidden social commentary for our world, it can also give our children a closer to life sense of reality and how the world works earlier and will prevent them from carrying idealistic principles and unrealistic dreams into adulthood.
Since time immemorial, we heard and saw stories that taught us lessons and gave color to our childhood, and helped reshaped us into the people we grew up to be. I myself can retell from memory some of the stories that my parents and teachers told me as a child. However, as I grew into a young lad and revisited the stories I have been told, it came to me that the tales we grew up with are nothing short of being too fantastical and too simple to pass on to the next generation.
I am currently about to enter as a freshman to Ouigab City's Northwestern university, but I have been writing and polishing the tales I have in my work for five years now. I hope that my skepticism of our currently established fairy tales along with my enthusiasm to change them shows through my stories' settings for you to see.
The first three short stories included in my work are enclosed to this letter, while the completed manuscript is available upon request. Ms. Nelly C. Lei of the Ouigab City's Writers' Guild of Teungeb office also spoke greatly of your experience in the industry.

Chapter 72: Lauren Culls 

Lauren have been thinking since the day that Kevin called him that other than Mia Lee knows about the crime that she did 4 years ago. 

She knows herself, that this isn't simply a copyright issue, she didn't write a single word nor change anything in that manuscript. It is theft.

"This will be a big problem if this gets out" then Lauren paces back in front in her living room, she is just starting to be recognized as a writer and her career is finally taking off. 

Everyone is looking forward to Her Last Memories, it was the reason why she was given a chance in the first place. 

"This won't do" she was beginning to panic but a few more days have passed after that phone call with Kevin but nothing happened. Lauren thought that maybe Kevin was just messing with her. 
Lauren then carry over with her regular schedules and finally began to relax. 

Today is just another regular Production meeting that she have to attend before the premiere of the film, she was called over by the Director earlier that day, he said that they have finally finished the film and that they will be able to preview the film before the premiere night. 

"It's finally done" Lauren then looked at the mirror as she was getting ready to go the meeting place. 

She can still remember that night when she stumbled at that script at Kevin Grant's apartment, at first it was just a night one stand with someone she met at the bar. 

Kevin is a beautiful man and also satisfied her in bed but Lauren saw an opportunity that she knows she can't let go. 

In the Kevin's study she saw an old manuscript that was lying around, curiosity got the better of her and started reading the manuscript. 

The more she read it the more she gets sucked into it, it was well written and something that she could never write. 

Lauren then decided to get it from Kevin in any means.

"You're finally here, Juno is looking for you, you have to see him first" with a question in mind, Lauren just went ahead and went to Juno. 

Arriving at Juno's office, she went and entered his office only to be welcomed by all the executive staffs of Yillis Production. 

"Take a seat Lauren" Juno, their Executive Producer said in a calm but with full authority. 

"Is there something wrong?" right this moment, Lauren's head is beginning to go blank, she has an idea on what is going on but she needs to keep this façade if she wants to keep her status. 

"This was brought to our attention" Juno then hand over her the manuscript that was given to him by Fraust Holdings. This is a big embarrassment to the whole Production team that could even cause the film to be shelved if they don't settle it properly. 

All that Lauren could ever think that moment is how to deny and conceal the truth. The moment the manuscript was selected, she already thrown away all shame and decided to stick to the lie that led her to success. 

"What is this?" then she grabbed the manuscript that was placed in front of her. It had confirmed her hunch. 

Lauren is having cold sweats break out in her back. 

"Did you really write Her Last Memories?" Juno and the Director of the film James Klerg already went to Mia's University to confirm that this was indeed written by Mia Lee and they found out that it had been their University's representative in a district writing competition where the script won. 

"Of course," Lauren said to the executive without even flinching. She has to keep this façade if she even wants to survive. 

"You see Lauren, We didn't even imagine that this would happen days before the premiere night, maybe it is also my fault to be this trusting" Juno then looked straight to Lauren's eyes, irritation is starting to creep up to him seeing that Lauren still have the guts to lie through her teeth. 

The meeting with Fraust Holdings earlier that day was really embarrassing on his side, when they asked Fraust Holding for an investment to do the movie, there was a mutual trust on the material that they are going to use. 

There is no question that, Her Last Memories is indeed a well written one. 

"It's not your fault Juno, we all know how good the manuscript is, we just didn't think that it wasn't written by her" this tie James spoke up, "that someone would dare steal someone else's writing" 

Game Over. 

Lauren can only hang her head low; she is both nervous and embarrassed. It's been four years since she possessed that manuscript. 

"It is my writing, Mia Lee? She even did the score and didn't say a thing and now you are saying that this was written by her?" She will get all of her cards out until she ran out. 

She cannot let this go and give up this her career. A career that she has built lies. 

"Just stop Lauren, we will remove your name from the credits and won't make a fuss out of this but don't expect anything from anyone of us from now on, you have almost shelved this project" Juno can't take it anymore. In their line of work, reputation is the most important thing. Once you screw up it is hard to get back. 

"Three years' worth of hard work almost went the drain because of you" one of the Line Producers also spoke up. 

None of them are having anymore of Lauren's lies, before she could even say anything, she was asked to get all of her stuff in the office and leave. 

"Please just leave" then everyone in the room left aside for Lauren and Juno. 

"When I read the script, it was really good and that I could work with you for a long time, but it wasn't yours." 

Juno was waiting for her response but this time Lauren decided to stay quiet. 

The only thing that she could think of is who messed up her life. 

"Thankfully Fraust Holdings wants us to handle this internally and didn't make a big fuss or else you can end up in jail" 

"The story would be credited to its original author, I can put you as the screenplay writer if Mia Lee agrees to it" The original material was still in a manuscript form, it was James and Lauren who worked on it to be a screenplay but they didn't do much aside from sorting out the lines. By that time, they decided to stick to the manuscript 100 percent. 

It was the last thing that Juno can do for Lauren and for the hard work that she has done in the past 3 years, but right now, he needs to talk to Mia Lee on what's going to be her decision. 

Whether he admits it or not, the whole production could be at fault at this situation if he doesn't sort it out as soon as possible. 






It was all a mistake that caused him to lose the most important person in his life changing everything important to him. 

Can he revert back to what it used to? Can he recover what was lost? 

He's willing to do everything but she just won't
