Q: Why remake "I kill for a reason"?
A: There are multiple reasons behind that decision. First, the quality: 
When I first started writing this novel, I hadn't given the quality any thought. I had a story I wanted to tell and started without given it any thoughts. This lead to a writing quality that isn't what this story deserves, so a remake will give me the chance to put way more thought and effort into the writing, this way it will hopefully become more enjoyable!
Another reason is that the pacing was all over the place. In one chapter everything moves really fast and in the next, there is no progress at all. Adding to that I myself felt that I always needed to explain everything so that there won't be any plot holes, which is a good thing in theory however if those explanations turn into boring exposition then that isn't good planning nor good writing.

Adding to that, while writing "I kill for a reason", I always got more and more ideas on how to improve the story or cool scenarios the characters could find themselves in. Still, with how I rushed through some story parts, I wasn't able to add everything I wanted thus a remake would give me the chance to explore more about the characters and even add some whole new, never before seen characters. An example for such a character that will turn up in the remake is the student council president, a girl with an interest in Jack, much to his annoyance. If you want to know more about the character chosen to lead the most important students of the world you need to read the remake! Speaking of the school, I also want to spend more time in it, exploring this unusual place. Build on the foundations of an old castle and having very odd rules, how does the everyday life of the students attending this school look like? How did Jack and Melody meet in the first place? Those are questions I plan to answer in the remake, so look forward to it!

Q: Why did you make "I kill for a reason" in the first place?
A: I had a story that I wanted to tell, simple as that. Well maybe not. I had written some stories before this novel, however I never made them public. When I had the idea of "I kill for a reason" one night, I wrote the idea down as a short story to write someday. Then a few months later I decided to publish my first novel online, however not one of my ideas where I put lots of effort into. Rather, I wanted to publish a story because I planned on practicing my writing skills. When I went through my paper with ideas I stumbled over "I kill for a reason" and decided to give it a shot. However LOTS of things chanced. For example Jane was intended to be the main character at first and Jack and Melody would have next to no screen time. All we would get were some glimpses of the aftermath they would leave behind. Another thing that chanced was that "I kill for a reason" was intended as a short story / a play. Maybe that was why I rushed the first chapter so much, because I still had that idea of a short story in my head... Either way, I originally intended to have very few characters, maybe five max, just like you would expect from a short story. And while I wanted to write a novel and not a short story, at first I wanted to keep the idea of having very few characters. But then I created the director and the whole plan was thrown out the window.

Q: Will the remake change the story?
A: Yes, it will. While the overall plot will probably stay the same, there will be lots of small changes and lots of new additions to the story. As I said before there will be more characters and more time will be spend in school. The huge story points will probably stay the same though, what will change is how the story progresses towards those plot points.

Q: Will the characters change?
A: Yes and no. While I plan to make some characters more fleshed out so that their motivations are understandable, others will stay just the way they are with only minor tweaks here and there. The best example for characters like that are Melody and Jack, who will stay just like they are, just more detailed with deeper characters. A character that will probably change quite a lot is Jane as well as the director. 
Additionally, with a changing story the character development will also change, so for example by the end of the first arc the characters will be different than the characters in this story. However I will make sure to preserve the most important parts of the characters, like Jack's arc of dealing with his lack of emotions.

Q: Will this story still be available?
A: Yes I will not delete this story, although because the main plot will stay the same, reading this story will spoil the story of the remake.

Q: When and where will the remake release?
A: I am currently working hard on it, but when I will release the first chapter, I am not sure. However If I will, Then I will update this chapter as well as the summary will have this information added. The first chapter will probably release once the first ten-twenty chapters are done, so I can frequently release them. They will release on Webnovel as a separate book. I am not sure about the name yet, maybe it will chance or maybe I will keep the original title. Either way, there will be a link to the new novel so you can easily find it from here. Furthermore the private detective Jane Watson is on their trail and during all that Jack might be developing feelings for Melody, something that seemed impossible to even think about...

Recently, I found that I've been able to re-unlock my creative imagination while I was writing a Death Game short story (which is in the auxiliary chapters now). It was after I asked my favourite Amino bois if anyone of them had a specific short story they wanted me to write did someone say 'Death Game'.

They wanted psychological elements and stuff despite not giving me anything to work with besides the genre tag. This forced me to use the imaginative side to me that could bullsht and wrote the entire death game story down in one sitting.

Feeling proud, I decided to post it in the Auxiliary Chapters of Battlefield Restart as well (where I blog and give writing tips). Who knew that writing was so easy as long as you had no fears and trusted my instincts as the writing animal that I truly am?

Anyway, this isn't just me bragging but saying I now have enough confidence boost to start writing this story again. I've decided the direction I'm going to take is ship baiting every Sakura ship that could possibly sail before going for NaruSaku.

The story from here has already been so changed that it can go a number of ways now, and even the Naruto characters have also subtly changed as well due to the events happening in the story.

We'll see how this works out~

To do so, she experimented on herself and created techniques. Until she finally created a Jutsu that could send her back using a rare medium.

Hello guuuuys!

So, this short novel has finally come to an end! This was actually quite the journey for me, considering this was my very first story to write and actually upload on a platform hahahahaha

I would just like to thank my friends who supported me (char) @/kate hahahha and ofc @/sadie asdfghjkl

It was very fun to start out with the idea of this story but it only dawned upon me, as I was actually beginning to write it, that damn writing isn't actually as easy as I had initially thought it was omg hahahaha I even came to a point where I was thinking of deleting it because I really didn't know how to articulate my thoughts in a way that could actually be understood by what would soon become my readers!

But I do say, writing this was a very fun experience! It was very enjoyable to think of the plot - who would die next, and how - and initially, I had actually thought of giving life to more characters. I had originally thought of creating 10 individuals who were stuck on the island, but as I continued toponder on that idea, I later realized that would've just been more work and a higher challenge for me who had just started out writing stories!

I ultimately decided to cut the character count in half and voila! this is what had become of my chaotic thoughts hahahah

Also, if it wasn't through writing this, I never would have imagined that writing a thousand words would only be considered "short" for a chapter, damn. I used to think writing a thousand was already really long but with the help of my younger cousin who had gorgeously volunteered to grant me her opinions as she read my story before some others, she had let me known that my chapters were actually quite short; and that, honestly, had kind of shocked me ahahhaha

Writing like this really gives you a new perspective in the art of literature. It made me understand how difficult it actually is being a writer and I have no shame in saying, it had actually given me a new-found respect for all the other writers out there, greenhorn or seasoned veteran.

As a beginner writer, I'd just like to share that writing is no piece of cake, but it's not like I expected myself to be good right off the bat anyway. I do look forward to writing more things in the future and to my growth as a writer as I continue to learn about the art of literature, and as I get to interact with my current and future readers as well.

I know this foreword sounds a bit like me just talking about my experience writing my first story but that's because I don't really have a lot of people to thank right now. I'm all alone in working on this and I really have nothing else to say, but you're a reader that managed to make it this far anyway, then I'd like to give you the biggest biggest biggest thank you for actually reading and supporting my debut as a writer hahahahhah

Cover: On the cover, you can see a girl on a swing and the background is blue. It is an animated cover with the title of the book and the name of the author on it. It is a short and sweet title that conveys the message of your book- that it is a collection of short original stories written by you. It gives me dreamy, fairytale vibes but not all of your stories fall under that category. I think that if you make a collection of tales, then the cover should be suitable for most of the tales, if not all.
Chapter 1: Christmas Rollercoaster
Title: Reading the title the audience can immediately get an idea about the theme of the book. I predicted the book to be about a Christmas filled with emotional rollercoasters. Technically, I wasn't wrong because Nate has gone through emotional rollercoasters due to his medical condition but at the same time, I was not expecting what I read.
Blurb: In the blurb of this chapter, you included a short excerpt from 
Plot: This is a short story and the plot is fictional. It mostly follows Nate and doesn't show much about his wife and daughter. I would have liked to read a little more about them. I was a little confused when the first transition from real-life to alternative life happened. The beginning was a bit confusing but it all made sense in the end. I like how the real Nate understands the value of family over money at the end of the story.
Theme: The theme of the book is Christmas, regret, grieve, family, and priorities.
Grammar and Writing Style There were absolutely no grammatical errors that I could find. Your writing style is quite captivating indeed. If you would like to experiment in your writings further, I could suggest using some more jargon words and descriptive words in your story.

Chapter 2: Shining Through His broken Pieces
Title: I figured that it was about a guy whose heart had been broken but the title doesn't give away the plot completely, which is great. It gives a tiny glimpse of the theme of the book but not what the reader would be expecting.
Blurb: The blurb doesn't tell you enough about the story, I think. It has a few sentences from the story but I believe that you should add some more mystery to the blurb and maybe give an abstract introduction to the main character. Leave some room for the imagination of the reader.
Plot: The chapter follows a young man and his story about meeting a girl who breaks down his walls. I think that most of the beauty of your plot was because of your choice to make it character-driven rather than plot-driven. It followed the young man and his emotional journey rather than the events of the story which was a great choice. I would have liked to read more about his childhood and his home. That would have given the reader a better idea about the trauma that he has been through, allowing them to be more connected with the character. I think that it is important for a reader to feel connected with the characters for them to fully enjoy the book. I think a little more detail about the girl would have also been a great addition to the value of the chapter overall. 
Theme: The theme of this book is trauma, first-love, emotions, and identity crisis.
Grammar and Writing Style: Just like your previous chapter, I did not find any grammatical errors, but when I tell you that I loved your writing style in this chapter, it is an understatement. The way you described his emotions and his thoughts, is so beautiful and engaging. I couldn't stop reading and how I wish it was a full novel instead of a short story. I also liked how the characters were anonymous like their names had not been mentioned even once.

This book will be a collection of short stories. It may be one stand alone chapter, or many chapters but not many. Keep in mind I may delete chapters either because I'll use the chapter in one of my story or use the idea of the chapter.

This book is mainly if I stuck writing one of my books and need a break and try writing a different style story that is different from the current one I need. Or I get inspiration but do not want to make into a long, full story, then it will be a short story here.

A man walks up to the middle of the arena. He seems quite confident as a small smirk gives him an arrogant air. With a flick of his wrist, a huge engine appears from the white veil converting the mysterious object of the tournament.
The host does his job well to hype up the crowd.
"And now! This contestant is a talented and blooming student at the University of Georgia!"
The University of Georgia is the only university in the capital of Keltc[1], and though some especially smart commoners are allowed in, they typically never manage to graduate for a number of reasons. 
"His work has once managed to win the prize for most innovative experiments and his work is often praised by the professors teaching this young lad."
If this kid is publicly appraised for his work then his father must have some connections as a businessman.
"Only 20 this year and already dubbed the small genius of Georgia! He has now presented himself in this new tournament, how lucky we are!"
Marguerite rolls her eyes, which doesn't escape Mathys who laughs at the unexpected behaviour.
He brings out a flask, and inside the flask is a few litters of milk. Marguerite tilts her head slightly at the odd sight and asks herself what could possibly be made with milk. Her interest is greatly spiked.
He takes another flask which contains a clear liquid. The host asks him what is contained inside and he answers that it's a secret. Marguerite has an inkling that it could either be water or vinegar, but she doesn't see the use for water in this case.
He heats up the milk and does a series of tasks, and with each task, Marguerite's eyes widen even more. She becomes excited as the crowd becomes more and more bored.
In the end, he pulls out a weird blob with an odd colour from the solution of milk and vinegar. Marguerite can hardly believe it, this guy just made casein plastic!
The others look at his blob with odd looks at first, but what he does next finally brings out a good reaction from the crowd.
He starts to mould the plastic into very fine sculptures: animals, flowers, birds, you name it.
As the crowd admires his artistic skills, Marguerite is more amazed at his ability to figure out the chemical formula to make casein plastic without a guide. She feels her heartbeat become stronger and stronger as his fingers glide across the milky figures.
This man, he is the one!
The tournament continues for a while after that, and Marguerite fell in love with 3 other people: a woman making a water filter, a man boiling water without heat by reducing the pressure, and a child making a homemade bomb. The homemade bomb made her especially worried and surprised, but she felt that these concerned were not worth overlooking such talent.

Marguerite has decided to kidnap the 4 men she found in the middle of the worthless other contestants that presented themselves. She found it interesting how none of them was the winner of the prize, the first guy, who's name is Martin, went on a rampage about how none of them understands the art of his science and the beauty of his worldview. Marguerite found him quite eccentric but didn't let it bother her, a genius is a genius in the end.
That same Martin is actually currently yelling at everyone present in the room with him, complaining about the indecency of today's youth. Marguerite walks in laughing herself to death out how a guy younger than her[2] talks like a 50-year-old grandpa yelling at his mischievous grandkids.

Marguerite is oblivious as she folds Arthmael's body into beautiful silhouettes. Following the familiar choreography, she dances relentlessly.

Grand Jete! Penche! followed by a series of graceful pas de chats. All concatenated in front of the enthralled emperor.

When the music reaches the outro in a full stop, Marguerite falls gracefully on the floor in a pose. She stays there and waits for the king to tell her she can leave.

She stays on the ground for a long time but hears nothing from him. Wondering if she did anything wrong, she wants to lift her head to look at the king's face, but quickly remembers the warning he gave her. If she disrespects him any further, who knows what he might do to her.

She suddenly feels her chin being lifted, her eyes meet the hazels of Demian. She forgets to breathe and falls from her pose onto the floor. She doesn't have time to regain her senses before two strong arms lift her off the floor.

She is about to question him on his weird behaviour when her mouth is suddenly covered by his in a kiss.
