What's more, the cost of these interruptions goes way beyond the added amount of time to finish this damn thing. They likely distracted my train of thought, reducing the quality of my writing, thus causing a need for more edits and revisions. They likely created anxiety as I spent much of my distracted time anxious about the fact that I wasn't working and much of my time working anxious that I was missing out on text conversations, email threads, or news updates. They likely made the process of writing itself less enjoyable and caused it to appear more taxing in my mind.

These distractions aren't just unproductive, they're anti-productive. They create more work than they replace.

[The Divine Armaments, are not a product of this world. To be precise, I and all of the Divine Armament were created with resources from another world. A world that had been obliterated by evil monsters.
The origin of this could be traced back to 347 years ago.
347 years ago, in Starfall Year 494, due to the resurrection of the 'Ancient Dragon – Blazing Black Dragon Alatreon, the Great Ajax volcano erupted, puffing great smoke enough to blanket the icy North entirely. With the great magic power surge spreading through the airspace, the magic teleportation circle that was meant to sent troops from the Empire of the south to the land in the north was ineffective, causing the early sages to fall in the ancient Starfall Ocean. With their demise, the fortress that had stood the test of time—Fort Dark Forest—had lost their only hope for reinforcements.
Desperate times called for desperate measures; hence, the Empire had gathered an army that could be said to be the greatest gathering of the strongest soldiers in the history of mankind. The army comprised of elites. The army was only a small company of 200 men. However, each man was so strong that they could take on a thousand soldiers alone. Hence, with such gathering of powerful men, they were sent to subdue the ancient dragon, pacify the Great Ajax volcano, and to fix the teleportation circle to restore the pathway from the Empire to the Northern land.
The subjugation of the ancient dragon was completely flawlessly and Alatreon was nowhere to be seen. It was unknown to where it had disappeared to start its long hibernation. The Great Ajax volcano was also pacified easily. There were nine magicians that had reached the pinnacle of sorcery worked together to create a powerful magic circle to cease the molten lava activity deep within the volcano. As such, the Great Ajax volcano would never erupt again for thousands of years to come. The teleportation network was restored and the fortress had restored their means of reinforcement. The great army rested in the north before the return to their place of origin.
Everything was according to plan, until one fateful night. The next day, in the forest located somewhere at the foot of the volcano, was a light. In the center of the desolate forest, there was a glow. A small glow that radiated with strong abyssal darkness. It was alien to all, the dark and corrupting light was spewing out smoke. Not long after, the smoke formed a strange line formation. A powerful burst of magic erupted from the source of the light and the land pulsated, like a beating heart, until the earth itself cracked and split apart around the lines that were created by the smoke. Within the gigantic crack, out came monsters that had never been seen. They came in all shape and sizes. Some looked like plants, yet some looked like machines. The monsters that came out were not vulnerable to magic or Combat Aura. Strangely enough, they were weak against physical attacks.
However, even though the means to destroy the alien invaders were simple, the powerful army created by the Empire to subdue the ancient dragon was unable to stop the monsters. Amongst the dwarves that were within the army, there was a powerful dwarf named Ironborn Moira. With his keen eyes and sharp observation, he had noted that the monsters' own claws and fangs were capable of inflicting powerful damage onto themselves. That was not all. He had even managed to observe the death of these monsters which resulted in the conversion of their dead corpses into thick black ash. Furthermore, the death of the monster would result in drops; materials that were very strong and capable of absorbing powerful supernatural forces. Hence, it was discovered why the monsters were not vulnerable to magic or Combat Aura attacks.
Moira proceeded to craft weapons for the army, using the materials gathered after the initial killing of the first wave of monsters. As such, with the provided new weaponry, the army of soldiers was able to slice through the monsters' thick carapace like a hot knife through butter. As such, even if the monsters' spawned unlimitedly, the soldiers would not face any trouble to destroy each and every one that spawned.
The battle lasted for only a day and a night, resulting in the black ash soaring into the high skies, contaminating the clouds and shaded the sun. However, along with the disruption of the burst of magic power from the point of origin, the monsters had stopped spawning and the source had seemed to have closed. The army exterminated every single monster that was still roaming in the forest and went back to report to the Empire.
Concerned over such a mysterious event, the Empire had ordered the army to roam freely in the north to stand guard and to provide instant reinforcements to those who needed them. This allowed the Empire to gather its mightiest warriors.

Normally, in the game, as long as a player managed to get behind a wall, a Frag Grenade would not be able to damage them.
However, the Frag Grenade hit at a radius. Hence, not only could it deal horizontal hits, but it could also deal vertical hits. In that current version of the game, for the Frag Grenade's hitreg mechanic, its horizontal damage had a certain level of wall penetration.
Especially in a place like that kind of building, if a player were to toss a Frag Grenade on the second floor, the impact could be felt on the bottom floor. This was something the game did not tell players.
In other words, this game still had a lot of hidden mechanics that was not known to the public.

Hearing Da Sima's words, the whole chatroom of the livestream went wild…

Liu Zilang had a well-kept secret — he was a prodigy in competitive FPS eSports. His specialty? CSGO. He even entered the finals in the prestigious world tournament.

I push my magic into the tower and watch with delight when it begins to glow. I placed the towers around the entire City like a large circle. In theory, The power I push into the first tower will begin spreading to the other surrounding towers.

Once every tower is glowing, all I need to do is continue pushing the power in one direction. The coils, glass, and mirrors placed inside the towers will then act as conductors. Once the flow has been established I can remove my hand. In a way, it's like a gigantic lightbulb but with magic.

The flow of energy should continue flowing around and around as long as nothing happens to the towers. It'll act as a force field for the City. As I placed the towers in the ground I wrote a symbol of invisibility on them in order to protect them. 

I begin pushing my power into the first tower and when I feel that it's full I begin pushing more power into it towards the right. Righty tighty, lefty losey, right? Hah! I push harder when I feel the second tower beginning to glow.

After thirty minutes or so I'm nearly panting. This was a little harder than I had originally thought...  I grit my teeth and glare at the last remaining tower to my left. "Let's go! I don't have all afternoon..." I say in a low growl.

The suns were almost completely down, nearly giving me an anxiety attack. When the last tower was completely full I feel myself smiling. Now I just needed to connect the first and last one... As the two come together I suddenly feel like the resistance I had been fighting is gone.

Before it felt like I was pushing through thick mud... but now it felt like water. I begin pushing the power around and around and watch with delight as the light begins to grow brighter. "It's working..." I whisper as I take my hands off the tower.

I hold my breath as I wait to see what happens but when it continues to circulate I can help but smile in victory. I shift over to the top of the wall when I see Alec watching from above. "You actually did it... Will this work?" Nero says walking up behind Alec.

I shrug my shoulders and say "I really don't know... It's just an Idea. I took what I read in the text and made my own invention. Hopefully, it works." I turn to look at the suns nearly disappearing. "Soon we'll find out one way or the other..." I say quietly watching the golden circle.

The people in the City quickly run to their homes, no longer wanting to be out on the streets as night begins to take over. "Chip..." I call and he soon appears at my side once again. "Oh great... this again..." Chip says lowering himself on the wall.


"Can't you have a little faith in me?" I ask with a frown. Chip snorts and says "Do you have faith in you?" I flick his ear and say "Let's just see...." Soon the walls were covered with Alec's men. They were strapped with the largest guns available but everyone knew they couldn't kill the things with them.

I think it just made them feel better... Remi and the others walk up to my other side as we all watch the suns completely disappear. No one says a word as we wait in silence but nothing happens. Nothing comes... and after two hours people start getting tired.

I yawn and fight to keep my eyes open... this is night two without sleep. It was starting to catch up with me. Suddenly the hair on my arms begins to stand. Everyone on the walls freeze as the northern part of the walls begins to glow.


We were more on the eastern side but we can't bring ourselves to move. No one moves as the trees begin moving... It was like the pressure in the air suddenly became stronger, causing all of us to breath harder. The men on the wall facing the creature shook with fear. 

It was like their blood suddenly became ice as they briefly caught a glimpse of the thing... No way... One man drops to his butt and quietly crawls backward. I grit my teeth as the men at the top begin faltering. I shift over to their wall and give them the universal "Shhh"

After the failed attack on Windwood Sect, the remaining members from Dark Star and Overwhelming made it back to their own sects. There has been no word on their sect leaders.

The elders of both sects believe that they are out dealing with Shi Huang. While others think that they were killed by the new group. The new group's name is White Roses. 

Stories from the battle spread through both of the sects. People that survived the battles said that they were winning at first. They were about to completely destroy Windwood.

Though, suddenly a group called White Roses showed up. The soldiers said that everyone fought like they were at least Middle Stage Gold. When people heard of the stories they didn't believe them at all. 

The two sect leaders Wang and Zhou both regained control of their minds. Because they were able to regain control of their mind, they are now very strong. Each of them is now Martial Lord Rank. 

Martial Lord Rank is quite powerful, not a lot of people on the continent is Martial Lord Rank. Meaning, that it was going to be quite hard to take down the two men.

Both Wang and Zhou were wondering around the continent gaining resources and building an army. The two men didn't underestimate Zuhn, they knew about his true strength. 

Liu brought the 29 members of White Roses to Zuhn's courtyard. The courtyard was just the right size for the members. There was a total of 30 people in White Roses if you counted Zuhn.

White Roses was a considerably large group. Zuhn brought everyone to the courtyard to speak about White Roses and the future of the group. Once everyone was settled down, Zuhn started to speak.

"Welcome to everyone that is new. This meeting/announcement is going to be about White Roses."

Everyone turned their full attention to the stage.

"Firstly, I would like to explain the rules of the sect. Number one, which is the most important rule. Everyone in White Roses will follow this till their death."

The crowd nodded their head waiting to hear the rule.

"Rule number one, Membership For Life."

When everyone heard the rule, everyone understood what it meant.

"If you don't understand what this means, then I will explain it. Membership For Life, once you join White Roses Officially, you cannot leave. Everyone here has not joined officially just yet. If you ever want to leave White Roses, there is only one way… Death."

Most of the already veteran members of White Roses stood still. They were all pretty much devoting their whole lives to the group. Most of the veteran members saw how Zuhn is. Meaning, they understood the risks of following such a man.

"Rule number 2, Another big rule, You may not kill one another. You are allowed to have a duel against someone else in the group. Though, this duel depending on who you are or standing in the sect will be watched over. If you are high standing in the sect, you must have a personal disciple of mine or elder watch the duel. If you are a regular member, then you may duel as you wish. Just don't kill each other."

People throughout the crowd nodded their head, the four disciples of Zuhn were all standing at the back of the crowd. At the moment, they were the strongest people in the sect excluding their master. 

"Rule Number 3, Follow Direct Orders. Yes, I understand this is quite a stupid rule. Though, I have a reason for this. Firstly, If I give you a direct order you must follow it. If not there will be strict punishment. Now, If one of my disciples or elders in the sect gives you an order. If you find that the order is too extreme, you may either come to me or another high ranked member."

"Rule Number 4, Don't tarnish the name White Roses. I don't want people in this sect walking around and talking about how they are in White Roses. This sect is going to be a very private sect, It will be a long time before we open this to the public."

"Finally, Rule Number 5, No Stealing of any kind. Once again a very simple rule. Though, I think you all understand why I have this rule."

All of the members stood emotionless has their master spoke. Zuhn cleared his throat before he continued on. 

"These are the five major rules, Liu will speak to the rest of you on a later date of the rest. We are now going to talk about the structure of the sect. Starting off, Sect Leader, my position. This position will never be given to anyone else, ever."

"The next couple I'm just going to name, their names pretty much explain their roles. Majors, Captains, Lieutenants, and finally Officers. These rules are going to be the ranking structure during war times. Of course, we will also have Veteran members and just members."

"Now, I will explain different groups after all of you become join the sect."

Smiles appeared on the disciples at the back of the crowd. Other people in the crowd stood out, the man with the spear and also the youth in purple and black. They both had wide grins on their faces. 

Zuhn understood that White Roses was already quite a powerful group. People were going to be tempted to leave, or try to join. Zuhn was also worried about other sects trying to influence White Roses. 

Zuhn has read quite a lot of his Ancient Magic Book, inside he found a certain pact. This pact doesn't have a name in the book. Though, Zuhn named it 'Sect Pact'.

The Sect Pact was a great pact. It pretty much bound the person to an idea or person for life. The pact outlines certain ideas and rules. Each person wanting to join the sect had to drop a small amount of blood into a magic circle. 

Once the magic circle completes the spell the person is bound. This bounding spell prohibits members of the pact to break the rules put in place. The rules that Zuhn put in place was betraying, and breaking their loyalty for someone or something else.

There were small details hidden within the text that Zuhn couldn't read just yet. Though, he understood most of it. Zuhn got everyone to drop a little bit of their blood into the magic circle.

Once everyone did so, the magical circle activated. Causing shockwaves to hit everyone in the courtyard. Above the courtyard, birds dropped out of the sky from the shockwaves.

Once the shockwaves disappeared, everyone was refreshed. None of them were tired and all of their wounds that they had were gone. Zuhn stood on the stage looking out only smiling.

"Congratulations, Everyone here has joined White Roses."

Later, the police along with the government set out to capture White Rose. The police attempt to capture him multiple times but end up failing.

Finally, White Rose turns himself in but is later shot on the way to jail by a victim's father. White Rose wakes up in a new world in someone else’s body. His new body is named Zuhn Sheng and he is being hunted by every large Mortal Sect in the region because of his powers.

Follow Zuhn Sheng as he sets off on his journey to become stronger and explore his new profound powers, While sticking to his roots of being a skilled killer.

Deep inside a forest, where all sorts of creatures and animals live, a crack in space suddenly appeared 200 meters above the ground. From the crack came a shadow, falling at blinding speeds towards the ground.

Where the shadow fell a crater formed, 3 meters in diameter and 2 meters deep. From the crater, a person came out riddled with bone-deep cuts and bleeding pitch-black blood, that when hitting the ground it dissipated into steam but when hitting any living thing it would quickly wilt and die.

The person was Lorthic. He quickly climbed out of the crater as his wounds closed up at great speeds where you could actually see new tissue forming and skin mending. Within a few seconds, no sign of any wounds remained only his poor tattered robe hanging loosely from his boy as if it would tear any moment now leaving him naked.

Lorthic quickly grabbed his robe and started tying it around his waist so that only his lower body was covered. Making sure the robe was secure around his waist he finally started surveying his surroundings. 

The forest was quite dense as leaves covered the ground and tree leaves started changing color as it heralds the coming of autumn. The forest floor had a lot of oversized ferns covering it wich many animals could hide in or use to stalk there pray.

Lorthic, couldn't help but frown, not because of his surroundings but because of the insatiable *Ding* sound that kept on resounding in his head. He quickly started checking his body and soul for any issues. Finding none on his physical body he started checking his soul.

"Oh"

His deep voice echoed through the forest, so deep it felt like it came from the darkest reaches of the abyss while carrying a heavy ancient feeling.

-There seems to have appeared a set of strange ruins in my soul, well more like a runic circle but still. It also seems that this rune has a deep connection to the laws of this plain while I did not have something like this from where I came that can only bring me to the conclusion that whatever this is it has to do with this plane and its laws and seeing how it only appeared in my soul when I came here it can be rightly stated that all things within this plain will have something similar.

While studying the rune Lorthic chose a random direction and started slowly walking. Any animal that he passed would just blatantly ignore him as if he did not exist.

-It seems the sole role of the Rune is to give a numeric value to all of your attributes as well as skills abilities and other personal information all summed up. The question is how do you access this information? The answer lies in a passcode but I do not know this and will at least take 3 years to learn it by studying the ruin. The best alternative will be to find some form of sapient life and ask for the information or if they are unwilling, to take it forcibly from there soul.

-But first I should probably establish a base somewhere. If there are Humans in this realm it will make it easier I can just go to a quiet village and enjoy my research, no obligations nothing. That idiotic king really did me a favor. If there isn't thou I will have to make a base here somewhere in the forest, maybe find a nice mountainous area. I hope there are dragons in this world they would make the best guard dogs. I should probably see what the power level of beings in this world is too before doing something that will bring dire consequences.

-Finally, the *Ding* sound ended, I wonder....

As Lorthic continued with his musings about this strange new world he found himself in, he suddenly felt a gaze lock onto him. He turned his head towards a nearby fern as a small green humanoid jumped out of it screaming at him as it charged forward.

Looking at the barely a meter tall humanoid charge towards him with an iron knife in its hands, Lorthic couldn't help but smile at this absurd image. What made it even funnier is when you compare the barely meter tall green Humonoid to his 2.2 meters tall and muscular body it really is a funny sight.

-This little thing has some intelligence do to its ability to recognize that I am here, any non-sapient life form will ignore my existence, to them, I am nothing more than an oddly shaped rock.

As the green goblin came near it jumped towards Lorthic plunging its knife towards his thigh.

*Cling*

Instead of the dagger embedding itself into his thigh like one might expect (or not) it could not even leave a scratch as the rebound force made the poor little creature fall down on its butt. It quickly got up, the web between its thumb and finger ripped and bleeding, it just turned around and started running away.

-Well at least it knows how to retreat when it knows it cannot win, but alas you really did not choose your pray well and for that, you will perish.

Lorthic flexed his big toe against a rock on the ground as it shot with great speed towards the goblin.

*splash**Doep*
*Ting*

The rock pierced right through the poor green humanoids head and embedded itself into a tree on the other side, after its death, a sound resounded in Lorthics head. Lorthic walked closer to the little green humanoid to inspect it, suddenly grey text appeared above the green humanoids head.

Surprise flashed through Lorthics eyes as he saw the text.

-This must be the rune doing, that should mean everything in this word can be shown through words and numbers, Interesting. Also, the little thing is called a Goblin, next time I should try and inspect one of them while one is still alive. Maybe what happens to the text if I injure one maybe rip off an arm. Also what is this level thing that it showed, I will have to research this as well. The sound it that reverberated in my mind should also be put on the list of research topics, but I believe that it also has something to do with this strange ruin in my soul.

Lorthic sets off in the same direction with a new goal in mind.

-This is going to be fun.

Follow the story of a country's guardian a being that stood at the apex, betrayed by his own country's king he sucked into a wormhole created by one of the country's sacred treasures.

After who knows how many years wandering chaotic space having it rip at his body only to heal over and over again he found a weak spot in space and broke through to find himself in another world.

The strength of the beings in this world was abysmally low but it mattered not to Lorthic because he was tired. He sought nothing more than to finally enjoy the life he never could as a Guardian.

His chance was finally heard and he will take it.
