¨ok so i didn't really lose much after all the only change now is that instead of being able to 
make any material i know the composition of i need to have them to make something out of it¨ James said, even though he said this, he did find it a pity that he lost his ability to make anything 
out of thin air

¨alright so i am in a bath now lets first remove impurities in my body¨

this wasn't all that hard, he just had to will the impurities towards the blood in one of his fingers.

seeing that his finger was pure black. he made a cut in his finger and let the black blood leave 
the body through the cut.

when it all left the body he used his biological manipulation to close the cut steps out of the 
bath and when he looked into the mirror he saw that his skin was a lot whiter than before and his body had almost no fat left

¨alright let's make me a little sturdier¨ James said and used his Biological manipulation to make his bones and muscles denser. while also making his body age 20

after doing this he found himself surprised by the fact that his body now looked like steve rogers just that instead of being small with no muscles or fat he was small and his body was filled with muscles to maximal capacity. if you were to put them next to each other with clothes on you wouldn't see a difference

Tony was sitting at the back of his car in a black suit and goggles as Happy, Tony's bodyguard was driving him to the S.H.I.E.L.D's headquarters. 

"So Tony…" Said Happy as he looked at Tony through the rear view mirror.

"Yes Hogan?" Replied Tony with a smile.

"You going to tell me about that shiny thingy on your shirt? That a new reactor? Didn't you removed the arc reactor from your body a while ago? Pepper won't be happy seeing this you know."

Tony chuckled at Hogan's remark and said in a snarky voice

"Seems like you know a whole lot about what Pepper is gonna like and not like."

Anthony knew that in the comics, Pepper marries Tony's dear friend and bodyguard Happy Hogan. And Although Anthony doesn't like Pepper, but he still regards her as a useful asset and due to that, he would do something about this bodyguard of his.

"It's just a flashlight Hogan, you know, for doing stuff at night." added Tony with a smirk.

Hogan just sighed at his Boss's sarcastic reply and though he thought that he looked a little different today but this sarcasm of his was the same as before.

As the screen started, The footage of all the Avenger's mission started to play. The destruction they did to stop aliens, ultron, crossbones, etc.
All which were present frowned upon seeing this and when the footage of their last mission was showed, where Wanda, the Scarlet witch had blown up a building to save Steve Rogers, both Steve and Wanda dropped their eyes as the guilt started to act in their brains.

"Ok Enough"
Said Steve as he couldn't stand watching the deaths which happened as a collateral damage in his Captaincy of the Avenger's missions.

"Captain" Said Ross bringing the attention of everyone to him

"People are afraid." Continued Ross as he placed a thick file in front of him titled "Sokovia Accords".

"This is Sokovia Accord, According to this, your missions will be overseen by a special UN council. No one with superpower can run around the street being a vigilante. They have to register their powers and they will be put in-check. The government will decide if the Missions you are doing are worth the trouble or not, and a couple more things you can read in this file."

Tony saw as Steve hesitated at the idea of being a government's puppet and knew that a Civil war will be imminent. 
People who oppose this law versus the one who support it. Although he can stop Captain right here and now but he needs to wait till King T'chaka dies in the conference in Vienna where this will be ratified. There he will have the permission to hunt and kill Barnes and no one will point fingers at him for doing so.

'Although I don't give a flying fuck about Bucky but his death will let me have my way with Ant-man and Vision since they were the ones protecting him. And I need to subdue that idiot T'Challa. He gave Bucky a cryogenic asylum in Wakanda.'

Thought Tony as he saw the Avengers argue in front of him with Ross.

"What do you think Tony?" Suddenly asked Captain making everyone silent to hear his response.

Tony didn't say anything and looking at his silence, Natasha said with a clear disbelief in her eyes.

"He agrees."

This shocked all of them as Tony was the most careless and arrogant guy they've met and him agreeing to put his powers in the hands of government was simply unimaginable.

Tony got up and took out his liquor flask and said after taking a sip.

"I was giving a speech last month at the M.I.T and as I completed the said speech and was going down the stage, many people rushed at me for the autographs and pictures. A number of them were students while some were parents too.
Do you know what one of those parents did, Steve? She called me a murderer as her eyes were red while glaring at me.
I was confused as to why someone would have such grudge against me. I mean I have donated billions to charity, saved the world many times and helped the world with my technologies. But soon I remembered my past, where I was regarded as a "Merchant of Death" because of Stark weapons. I thought that maybe her loved ones had died from my weapons so to repent for it, I researched about her. Do you know what I found Steve?"

Tony looked at Steve with red eyes. His expression was of that of hurt, as if he was dying inside. A guilt so huge that could crush him, an arrogant playboy.

"Her family home was in Sokovia. Her very brilliant son who studied at M.I.T went to their family home after 2 years to spend some quality time when Ultron came and ripped them to shreds to make the vibranium machine to lift the city up....Their deaths….They are on me. I don't care what is written in that file, I'm game with whatever the government decides. We need to be put in check."

As Tony finished his speech which he prepared last night, he willed a tear in his left eye before immediately turning around so that others get the idea that he is hurt and crying in his guilt.

Tony although had a smirk on his face at the silence of the room.
He knew that his speech will garner him a good image in front of everyone so that in future he can be more relaxed about doing a certain things.

"Tony…" Said Steve as he tried to console his friend but he couldn't say anything as he knew that his conscious wasn't clear as well.

Charles Xavier was using his cerebro while Wolverine and Beast were standing behind him.
Wolverine had recently returned to the Xavier's School of Special People as there were multiple attempts at his life. At first he thought that they were just some people with grudges against him but he soon found himself on the run as he was being hunted by seasoned bounty hunters and experienced assassins.
He found out that someone had put a $3 million bounty on his head and to find out who it was, he needed the help of Xavier.

Xavier was using cerebro to reach out to his other friends about Wolverine's situation and found that there was no trace of the person who had done it. He was still recovering after the fight with Apocalypse when suddenly Wolverine had come to ask questions. He thought that Charles's best buddy Magneto had something to do with it.

"*Arrrgggghhhhhh*" 
Suddenly a bloodcurdling scream from Charles stunned both Beast and Wolverine as they saw that Charles's ears have started to bleed and many veins on his head were protruding out.

Tony had come straight here after the meeting with General Ross and was currently levitating above the Xavier's school as he looked towards the Cerebro that he just hacked. Tony was shocked when he saw Cerebro's power. Charles could kill every single mutant on the planet with a slight amplifications from him.

Tony used electromagnetic waves and intercepted Charles's brainwaves to get what he wanted and gave his brain a shock after he did that. He can't have Charles interrupt him for what he was about to do.
Suddenly Charles was taken out of the Cerebro as both Beast and Wolverine rushed towards a room and put him on a bed. 
Beast quickly started to wipe the blood and dress his injury as Wolverine, in his rage rushed out of the school to look for a mutant responsible for this.
Tony smiled as he looked at Wolverine rushing out of the school while some other mutants were asking him questions and some went to Charles.

'Jarvis, Do you have a visual on Apocalypse?' Asked Tony in his head.

Jarvis quickly affirmed and showed him a live feed from a security camera where Apocalypse's body was lying in a lab with people in white lab coats taking his blood and experimenting. This never happened in Marvel but due to him transmigrating, many things which were left unexplained needed to be explained in the reality.
In comics, Apocalypse was never truly killed. And when he was, he was resurrected many times to fight Dracula, as a child, and Genesis cloned him by the end too.

Apocalypse's blood and body were a game changer in his plan as they were comparable to a Celestial.

Tony could've only found him through Charles's cerebro and hence his visit to Xavier's school.

"Now for you my Adamantium source, James" Said Tony while looking at Wolverine.

Very soon all the students went to surround Charles while Wolverine was just pacing towards the Cerebro hoping to find the culprit. However as Wolverine reached the Cerebro, the color from his face drained as all the veins in his head collapsed.

Wolverine soon saw Ironman in his nanosuit come in front of him from his behind while retracting his hands from his ears.

"Neural Stunner. Don't even try to resist. This thing almost killed we when Stane used it to steal my arc reactor, and now I shall use this to steal your adamantium." Said Tony as he caught the paralyzed Wolverine and immediately ingested some nanoparticles in his body which blocked the blood from going to his brain.

"So many things, what to do first." Said Tony, lifting Wolverine on his shoulder and shooting up in the sky.

The Reason I'm writing this and not continuing my other novels is that I am in hospital and the chapters of those novels are saved up in my desktop at home. Now till I recover in this Hospital, I will write this fiction and maybe more from my mobile.

Steve's POV

I woke up at 500 hours, like normal, to go on my morning run. As I was getting ready I heard a very small noise. 

On alert, I reach for my shield as I ask, "JARVIS?"

"Yes, Steve?"

"Is there anybody else in the tower."

"No."

I pause. Confused. "Then who would be up?" I ask as I put down my shield.

"That would be Alivia. She is currently on her balcony."

'She's already up?' I should check on her. Normally, people don't get up so early unless its habit. I wouldn't mind having a running partner. Besides, it could be a great way to get to know her.

With that in mind I head up to her room.

It took less than a minute before I was at her door. I knocked on her door, "Alivia?" No answer. Instead I hear music. 

I knock again. Nothing. "Alivia? I'm coming in." Still no answer. JARVIS did say she was on the balcony. She probably didn't hear me. I slide her door and enter. "Excuse me."

When I enter, I see her patio door slightly open. The music to enters her room, allowing me to hear... singing. Her singing. Sure she's singing along, but... she's pretty good.

She doesn't seem to notice me as I walk to the patio door and lean on it. Watching her, I see a tear roll down her cheek, then slowly she starts move to the music. Occasionally snuggling and cuddling with her stuffed wolf.

She continues singing and moving with the song. Its both sad and inspirational. I'm amazed she even knows such a song. I stay back, watching so I don't interrupt her.

When she finishes, she's by the railing. Looking at the sky. Watching the sun rise as its light break through New York's buildings. I watch her stand there as the red light also hits her. Even that green blanket hanging from her shoulders can't mask the scene before me.

But that light also reminds me why I'm here. I decided to alert her to my presence, 

"Hey."



Alivia's POV

I wake up early in the morning, laying on the bed. It's not like I had a nightmare. Nor is the bed uncomfortable. It's because I'm in a new place. I find it more surprising that I woke up at my normal time, yesterday.

Not an ungodly hour like now. 

Normally, when I go somewhere new, for the first few days, I wake up super early. Just like that time my family went to Hawaii. I had to wait for everyone for at least 5 hours before they woke up. 

 Lucky me, I just happened to be wide awake and unable to go back to sleep. I had to find a way to be entertained, quietly. Some people in my family don't wake up so nicely. So I played with my DS in the bathroom, recorded the radio on my MP3 player, listened to music and hung out on the balcony to watch night turn into day.

Maybe thats what I should do, watch the sun rise. I might be lucky this time.

I may not know when it'll come up, but it'll be a way to pass the time. Sure, I could look at the clock, but I don't want to slow down time. A watched pot never boils and working in retail, going to school ...constantly proved that theory correct. 

As much as I want to, exploring or watching TV aren't really an option at this point. I mean I could, but I don't know... what the boundaries... or rules are in Tony's tower. I mean sure, I have the whole floor to myself, but that doesn't mean much if the walls are thin. I don't want to wake anyone up. Maybe it's just a force of habit.

I get out of the bed. Grabbing Wolverine and my MP3 player. I head towards the balcony. Opening the patio door, I feel the cold air. The slight breeze allows me to smell fresh air, not the polluted one I was expecting. 

It was nice, but also chilly. I went back inside the room and grabbed my green blanket. Heading back out, I didn't see a chair, its not like I needed one anyway. Gently cradeling Wolverine in my arms, I kneeled. I've found it's more comfortable to sit on my legs rather than sitting like a pretzel. Maybe it's because I've read too much manga.

Even though its dark and chilly, I somehow find this relaxing. I turn on my MP3 so I can listen to my music. I don't want one of my upbeat songs, I want to listen to a steady song, mostly so I'll keep my noise to a minimum. 

I search my songs an pull up 'Sound the Bugle' by Brayan Adams. I've always loved the movie Spirit, and loved the songs even more. Even if its in a sad point in the movie, it doesn't have to be a sad song, and right now I find it rather calming.

Before I hit, play I look to the moon. What I see really does sadden me. No stars. Just a lonely moon. She seems so out of place in a new world, yet somehow tranquil. 

How I've wish at times I could be her, but at the same time grateful I'm not stuck. I've always liked to look at the stars, even talk to them. 

Thinking of them as a type of friend who's always and will always be there. And right now I miss them. I miss seeing them. 

I could always find Ursa Major, Orion, sometimes Cancer, and even the selfish princess who was strapped to her chair the 'W' formation. To her, I would curtsy in respect since she is a princess, after all. It was fun. But being here in the Big Apple, ... its just me and the moon.

'Sound the Bugle', some how just seems so fitting.

I hit play, and as the song starts I get comfortable as I start swaying to the music, holding wolverine in my arms.

I hadn't noticed it was so close to sunrise. 

It was breath taking. 

Simply stunning. 

Even with all the sky scrapers, it's beautiful. The way the suns rays break through the cracks, the spaces between the buildings. A gentle light of scarlet red, breaking through a lonely night. A crisp breeze, making this morning all the more wonderful.

Gladly, I take a deep breath as my next song starts. It just so happens to be 'Hallelujah' by Celtic Thunder. I  start to sing along again when,

Thanks for waiting! So far I'm taking this one day at a time, and wow... her days are pretty long... I promise you these long days are not my intention. I'm more or less trying to go by moment to moment, oh well. I did have to look up rogers morning routine, it was quite interesting.

You start your life working at a coffee shop (gotta start somewhere) when Tony Stark walks in for a cup of coffee. You can't believe your eyes! Robert D. Jr  is buying coffee from you... er where you work.... ... that's beside the point!! Don't freak out! Huh, what was that Sopihe? Tony Sark? Haha, nah then the Avengers would exist!

Richard was walking down the street when he saw six men with knifes trying to **** a girl in the alley. He tried to ignore it but the farther he got the more guilty he felt. The girl was crying for Richard help but he kept walking until he saw that the men were her family. Now Richard is frozen in place and thinking what to do then he had a super crazy idea that would save the girl. 

Richard: If I ever find my past self I will beat him blue. 

The crazy plan of a stupid dumbass: 

1: Get their attention

2: Knock one man out and take his knife. 

3: kill the one armed with a gun and then take his shit. 

4: Kill one more man then ultimate move. 

5/ultimate move: Run and cry for help like a little bitch. 


Now the plan worked until the point where he jacked that one dude gun. Little did our mc know is that all the gun was unloaded and when he tried to shoot he was beat down. He could only look at the men who were beating on him because he cock blocked them. Now before he dies one thought go's through his head: this is so tragic I'm gonna by some old horny bastards. 

Unknown god: Hahahaha stupid dumbass did you really think they were going to let your plan unfold?

Yang Xiu was in a tense state. The car suddenly stopped and he immediately looked at the driver.
"Are we here?"
"Where is this? Where have we been taken to?"
The people in the car leaned out of the window and looked out. After driving for four or five hours, they had already left Henan. They did not know where they were now.
The driver didn't answer. He got out of the car and leaned against the driver of another van to light their own cigarettes.
Although the newbies in the two cars were dazed and surprised, they dared not disturb the big bosses.
As one of them finished smoking a cigarette, there was a sharp cry in the night sky. A huge eagle spread its wings and glided low. A girl with denim shorts was hanging on its talons.
The two drivers stamped out their cigarette butts in a hurry, stood upright, looked up, and watched the eagle fly by. The girl fell from the sky.

"Umm dinners ready they sent me up to wake you." said a child when a copy of himself packed from the other side of the door and both approached the spartan providing a hand.

"I dont think that's a good idea I weigh to much" I tried to explain to the child who's only reaction was to turn around and look at 4 more copys enter the room and attempted to lift me only for the clones to not be able to budge me even an inch.

During their efforts in trying to lift our mountain of a spartan his armour reacted to the physical contact and scanned the DNA of the copys and original.

Deciding enough was enough I told them to step back as I wanted to try the new thrusters activating them my armor is lifted up my an inch off the ground before I disable the thrusters and land with a BANG fragmenting the wooden floor and dropping the jaws of the clones or copys whatever they were.

"Where to." I asked snapping them out of their daze they just looked at me then each other then walked off saying in unison 

"Just follow me."  then they walked off with me just pacing myself so I dont accidentally break anything or anyone.

hearing my foot steps I activate my boots sneak feature where my footsteps are completely silent.

With the sudden change in the surrounding noises one copy turns around to make sure I was still there he looked kinda confused but just turned his head forward and kept walking along with the other copys.

walking I realized this facility is much bigger they seem to have hundreds of rooms and finally we walked down a set of stairs while they kept looking back cause of the wood groaning beneath my feet.

walking into a dining room all noise and chatter disappears when I enter.

The professor is looking at me from his seat all the way on the opposite side of the large dining room table.

"I hope you had a good night's sleep, please join us."


I looked back at him and stared it seemed to unnerve the others but Charles seemed to keep his smile.

"I'm not sure if that's possible SIR the chairs may not hold my weight." 118 knew they were going to insist so he prepared his thrusts and jet back as to avoid doing more damage.


well Colossus here is entirely made of metal and the chairs can with stand his weight why not give it a go.


Colossus was about to say something when Charles cut him off telepathically 'dont worry this is a test let him sit just watch.'


118 just took a chair pulled it out to give him more space and slowly lowered his armored checks until he just sat on it and put all his weight on his jet back extended out and thrusters were ready not even a second later the chair completely broke and even less then the time it took to break the spartan activated hit thrusters in all the right places to allow him to maneuver his body into a perfect flip and with a BAAM he landed cracking and splintering the floorboards.


Every one was speechless they couldn't even see what happened.

until a monitor appeared in the middle of the table showing off the spartan in slow motion.

every one was stunned.

The spartan didnt say anything instead he just walked off out of the dining room and to the front doors of the school deciding to sit out on a rocky floor outside next to a pond and just think about what to do he knew that it was a test to see his reaction and yet he still feels uncomfortable it felt as if he was being studied for potential weaknesses.

wolverine looked at Charles for a few seconds but said nothing, he prioritized the kid instead he walked off and found him sitting by tr he pond chucking rocks that would skip across the pond  and become embedded in some random tree.

with a few twitchy eye brows at the seen were even a rock could turn into a projectile in the hands of this kid he just shook his head and sat next to him picking up a rock and skidding it with minimum force so as to not launch it across the pond.

"Kid try not to use to much force the goal is to get it to skip in the water not into a tree." chuckled wolverine.

"I cant I'm already holding back" and that's when wolverine noticed the kid barely moving his arms he was just moving his wrist.

sighing at the kids ridiculous strength, he gave up and just sat in quietness noticing the Spartans ceasefire and just sit there staring at the sky.

"Hey kid its better when you can actually feel the wind on your skin try to at least take off the helmet."

Hesitant as he was more accustomed to having it on he eventually unlocked it and with a hiss and a psh he pulled the helmet off.

and resumed staring at the sky remembering the feeling when his helmet would recive enough damage for him to feel the wind.

his usually cold and emotionless face cracked and faded away only replaced with one of sadness of horror of rage hatred and with a sudden mournful howl it all vanished he realized what it was some one forced him to feel and if they wanted to see his emotions and to understand his weakness his face regained it's cold callus look only replaced with a silver of killing intent he immediately took his helmet in and and reclaimed it turning to wolverine who had a concerned look on his face he carefully said 

"This is the last time I take my helmet off in the presence of Charles Xavier". his cold voice drifted out if his speakers with cold fury.


wolverine immediately understood what happened he was frightened when he saw the kid his expression it looked so broken. 

and he knew that Charles had finally done it he had pushed some one away nearly broke them if it wasnt for all his training he could have probably been in a state where he would be brain dead.

seeing the Spartan sprint away Wolverine hurried after him.

The Spartan activated his radar on his HUD.

"Ares I know you tracked every one tell me where my broken armor is and where Charles is located.

seeing through the walls he noticed Charles was in a secret underground room with one of the purple mutants with glasses. examining his armor activating sprint and his jet back he launched himself up activating his armor lock he smashed through the floors and into the room where Xavier was in he calmly walked to his armor and activated the Promethean wormhole to transport his armor away he stood up and sent a hologram towards Xavier while cloaking himself and exiting the room letting his hologram continue.


"I'm disappointed Xavier I believed you to be a man of great integrity but now I see you for the hypocrite you are Xavier."

"You give me a place to stay only to study me and find my weakness you may have seen my pain but you have yet to see my wrath next time there wont be a next time for you I will kill you."

making sure my voice was transmitted through out the mansion.

"You have invaded my mind if it was any other person they would most likely not have noticed."

"How many people Charles how many people have you been manipulating."

"will you erase this event from the mind of the others to protect yourself how far will you go."

Before anyone could say anything the spartan disappeared.

leaving a eerily quiet place.

Hank looked at Xavier remembering how he said that the Spartan had given them permission to study the armor, looking at the recent turn of events he understood Charles lied and manipulated him to find a weakness in the armor.

This would be the day that Charles would lose the trust of everyone.
