Morning, Yun Clan's Academy Classroom

There were 37 kids seated in mats with tables in front of them, over those tables there were books which had common knowledge about the Gu Master World, The Five Regions, Gu masters Rankings and Gu rankings, different paths and of course more information regarding the southern border

"Teacher! So we get to choose which path we want to focus on?" Asked one of the youths

The academy elder smiled and then answered"Yes today you have all completed your basic knowledge about all aspects of Gu Master world, now, you will switch these Common knowledge books for your specific path books, but remember, the clan specializes in Cloud Path and Water Path, but other Paths are certainly welcome like Wisdom, formation, enslavement, wood path and many more, so choose carefully"

He had many books and the students had some knowledge regarding the main paths and the Clans specialty. As for Yun Nu, it was a no-brainer, he'll certainly be choosing to be an enslavement path Gu Master, "That's the most powerful path, with enough numbers and strategy nobody can beat me" he thought and he was certain it would work for him 

The Vice-Elder who was also the teacher has a pile of books by his side as he asked the students one by one which path they'd follow

"Cloud path is always the most sought after, but this year there's also an enslavement path and a wisdom path, and both have decent aptitudes, this can be a huge factor for the clan in the future" the vice elder thought 

Yun Nu already knew that if he wanted the be an enslavement path expert, he needed a strong soul to control more beasts, and asked the Vice-Elder"Teacher, should I also pick a Soul Path book? Considering that I want to be an enslavement path expert" his teacher looked at him in the eye and praised internally before answering "unfortunately our clan doesn't have much soul path knowledge, it isn't popular within the Righteous Path, because of its' murderous nature, but don't worry, there are methods for enhancing your soul and modifying it in the enslavement book you picked don't worry"

"Ohh I see, thanks for your guidance teacher!" As he cupped his fists and walked back to his mat 

The Vice-Elder let them familiarize themselves with their respective paths for a while before going to the training grounds for martial arts practice 

Yun Nu quickly swept through all that precious knowledge and mumbled"Rank One Wolf Enslavement Gu, Guts Gu, Wolfman soul" he was marveled, and already knew which Gu he'd pick up first, Wolf Enslavement Gu! He needed it, even if it is Rank 1, if he can enslave the leader of a 10 wolves wolf pack wouldn't that be great? And he'd have an excuse to let his little Baiyun out 
...
This first week, things went normally, he learnt about his green copper primeval essence and that he had 58% of his aperture potential which was not far from a B grade 

Other than that he learned about the 3 factions within the clan each one ruled by an elder and overseen by the Clan Head, the Internal affairs faction, the exploration faction and the guardian faction, that once he left the academy, he'd join one of these, and had another 2 years to breakthrough rank 2 otherwise he'd be demoted to the logistics department where the "weaklings" stayed 

He walked around the clan a few days, but mostly he's been trying to breakthrough but is afraid of spending his primeval stones which amasses to 6 at the moment, since the first day it has been told to the students that the one who breakthrough first will get a prize of 20 primeval stones, 10 for the second 5 for the third, 3 for the fourth and 1 for the fifth, the stronger would get even stronger and the weak would be left behind even more, so he couldn't wait to get his Vital Gu, use his Primeval stones to refine it very quickly and then focus on breaking through

He was sure there'd be a prize for that too, prizes were always given to the top 5 or top 3 and most of the time the Main Clan kids would get them, like that stick up Yi Hai or Ba Dao and Xue Yue, but that didn't made him dispirited, he had to persevere to become stronger...

After absorbing most of the contents of the book very quickly, they went to the training grounds were the Vice-Elder teaches martial arts daily so the students can have a solid foundation...

Yun Xu would do pretty good as he used to hunt for the last year, but a Yu Nu's fighting skills were the ones that really caught the eye, most of the time making the most efficient decisions and being a though match up for anyone...

Everyday was like this for Yun Nu, he woke up, went to class, left by the evening and worked fully and breaking his light membrane wall in his aperture, he would muster up all his primeval essence and charge the wall until he fell asleep, of course he'd still talk to Yun Xu frequently, but mainly worked hard on his cultivation every single day 
...

Quickly another week has passed and it has been 2 weeks and a few days already, Yun Nu and Baiyun were being well fed and growing by the second, Baiyun was the most eye-catching he has gained like 5kg and had a more menacing look, also, there were strange membranes growing from the sides of his belly
...

But anyway, this was the day they'd finally be allowed to enter the Clan Gu storage and chose their Vital Gu, the Higher aptitude kids had the privilege of going first and it went like that

When they reached there led by the Vice-Elder, he gave the command for the 2 guards to open the storage and let the kids in, they just nodded as one stayed outside guarding against trespassers and the other watched the youths one by one to get only one Gu an not more 

Luckily for Yun Nu, no one else had interest in Enslavement Path, so after 9 other youths, he was the tenth to get in accompanied by the Gu Master Guard as he quickly held and Information Gu in his hands and searched for the Enslavement path ones

"Rank 1 Wolf Enslavement Gu, Rank 1 Wolfman soul Gu, Rank one Guts Gu!" He wanted them all but could only get one 

After thinking his head out for a while, he ended up choosing to get the Rank 1 Wolf enslavement Gu worm and was happy with it, once he use it, he could enslave a small pack of ordinary wolves it'd raise his strength sharply and he could then focus on breaking through 

As soon as he was about o leave he heard a whisper "Hey kid, you want another Gu don't you?" 

Yun Nu looked back saw the Gu Master and thought it was some kind of test, so he practically refused and walked away but when he was about to leave, the Gu master blocked his passage and said"I'm serious kid we don't have much time, I'll just put it simple, I came from a village too okay? Us villagers need help ourselves in survival, plus I've lost a bet so you can thank me later okay?"

Yun Nu was still doubtful but this was an offer he couldn't pass up so in order to help him control his wolves better, he chose the Rank 1 Wolfman Soul Gu, and put it in his pocket and when he was about to leave the Gu Master stopped him once again and said"How Can I let you leave here with 2 Gus in hands quickly refine the Gu I gave you and use it, it's a consumable type after all right?"

"I can't, I don't have enough primeval essence" Yun Nu said with a sad mischievous face 

"Hehe it's your luck that I have just acquired this Rank 3 Gu so I can suppress you Gu With it's aura so you can refine it, quickly do it!" The Gu Master said and kept rushing while looking if no one was coming in

Realizing his opportunity, Yun Nu not only refined Wolfman Soul Gu but Wolf Enslavement Gu too! And the Gu Master didn't seem to have realized, 10 minutes later it was all done and a grand total of 0 primeval stones spent which made Yun Nu really satisfied as they came out, Yun Nu walked back to the back of the line as one guard whispered the other"Trust me, our debt is more then settled you lucky bastard" as the other guard chuckled

Student after student came in and out and as all them finished and the storage was locked again they came back to their classroom so the Vice-Elder could end the class, but not before he announced the same rewards for those that refined their Gu first as the for those who broke through first, Yun Nu didn't want to raise suspicion so he'd use his Wolfman Soul Gu first and leave the Wolf Enslavement Gu in his aperture to show his teacher the next day and get his rewards, that ways he'd have around 30 primeval stones to try and break through, which was more than enough and could potentially give him 20 more primeval stones if he was the first, but that was very unlikely considering that Yi Hai, Ba Dao and Xue Yue seemed to be focusing on getting this reward

Regardless, the class ended he waived goodbye to Yun Xu and entered his room, this was his first time using Gu, and he'd already modify his soul, it was a subtle movement as his primeval essence was spent activated the Wolfman Soul Gu as he felt a slight pain in his head for a few hours but after it passed, 

he felt like he could really communicate with Baiyun and felt even closer to him, like if they were the same species, he looked at himself in the mirror and his eyes had become even more wolflike, almost fully yellow and his hair had grown a bit and darkened, like a darker shade of brown but those were only subtle changes people wouldn't really realize too much

Yun Nu was exited, the power of Gu Worms were simply too astonishing, one Gu Worm and he can now almost talk to his wolf and even change his appearance, also, his reflexes and reactions seemed to be enhanced, he couldn't wait for tomorrow so could get his Primeval stones and continue developing himself, he couldn't care less about the others, all he wanted was to get stronger
....

The next day, Academy Classroom

"Teacher, I'd like to Claim the Gu Refinement Prize!" A slightly more mature and taller version of Yun Nu spoke

I’ll be posting at least 1 chapter every day, and maybe more if I’m inspired, still haven’t came up with a time in the day to post it, considering that inspiration comes and goes all the time but still, 1 chapter everyday guaranteed

Let's think. Where should i go first? The nearest were the were-men that lived on this continent. Alright then. But I don't think that appearing like this will be of much use, since my object was to spy and not make a commotion, again and again with my appearance. What to change into...? Well, what was the first village's race. Therefore it should be a wolfman. Searching my panel for a few minutes, since there were many options to do in this world for me, I found the shape changing one.

I immediately used it on me and I was like a new player that was in the body adjusting sequence of the game. Floating on the white cloud, everybody has at the start, I had panels on which I could change the form and looks of the wolfman. A special thing in my empty space was that there was a plus button at the side of my avatar, indicating that I was able to save more appearances and immediately change into them. In the next few minutes I changed the looks of the wolfman and looking at the size, I realised that I had to lower it from my current one to a more appropriate one, a condensed one. Clicking on the create button below the avatar, I was asked like a real player where I wanted to have my starting place. I clicked on the capital of the wolfmen that currently was still partially locked as a player first had to discover it, which should happen pretty soon, as every player that made the job quest got a quest to find the capital for further training. They should arrive there soon, as the time in the game had been more than 6 days now, while the time outside only had been three days. Next, after clicking on it, a blinding light appeared on me and the cloud-space disappeared, being replaced by a bustling city, the wolfman capital. Every continent was as big as China in the real world and even a bit bigger with around 10'000'000 square kilometres and each of the continents had three capitals, even the nomads, who was a special case with it being the centre of fighting with at least ten different arenas. Spectating the NPCs around me, I see that there is an arrow pointing in the direction of a job trainer. The system obviously judged me a complete newbie, who has never been here. Turning off the help system for new players, I walked along the crowded streets, filled with all sorts of different looking wolfmen. There had to have been some major differences in either environement or educational background in the different tribes of every race probably, because alone in the wolfman society there were such huge differences. Some of these wolfmen looked rather savage with dirty hair spreading in every direction but their muscles differed from each of them. Other looked completely different, sometimes with glasses, robes, staffs and whole piles of books on their rather meekly arms with which they struggled to carry, instead of weapons. Apparently they had figured out the way of magic and were studying it. Standing at the corner of a street, I looked at the daily process here in the city. Some random guy, walking past me, took me for some powerless guy because of my new and weak appearance, which still carried the whole power of my normal body, and bumped against me completely 'coincidally'. Irritated did he call: "Hey are you blind? Can't you see anything? That was your senior which you should respect!" I didn't say anything to him and tried walking away into the street, but the guy held me at my shoulder and wanted to pull me down to the ground and rob me, but unfortunately for him, he met me today. But I wanted to know what the moral standards of the people here were or Flavius really hadn't done his job right before. But I won't only test Flavius, but the whole crew. I screamed loudly, so that everyone on the nearby main street could hear it: "Help me, I am robbed!" The guy that actually wanted to rob me didn't take it kindly and wanted to punch in the face. I didn't hinder him and simply laughed at him, showing my fake face, already thinking about how to torture him to his greatest despair for even touching me unallowed! But as Jesus said in old world, if someone hits you in the cheek, give him the other side as well. So that's what I wanted to do. But after a minute or so, nobody has come yet and my attacker was getting nervous about why I hadn't fainted yet. Just as I was about to hit back, having lost faith that anybody will come and 'rescue' me, a bolt of arcane energy suddenly flashed past me, directly into the face of the attacker. He however, not comparable to me, was directly knocked out and fell on his back hurting his backhead badly. One of the feeble looking guys I had seen from before on the street, stretched out a helping hand and looked at my bruised face and just as he was about to heal me with his powers, my regeneration set in, which was 1% of my health every five seconds and my body completely healed from everything the robber had done to me. The wolfman mage looked at me strangely and then with a frown he asked: "What did just happen? Why were you able to heal so fast? Even for the best of us wolfmen, who had been nurtured by the best herbs, best medicine and the best techniques there are available to us aren't able to heal this fast. So what happened? And why weren't you fighting back against that guy when you had such a good regeneration?" 
I was overwhelmed questions after just a simple, passive regeneration of mine. But I didn't want to expose that I am Kishtan, nor did I want to tell him my true health or level. "Euh... well, there was an item on me that had been in my possession for quite some time and it leaked some of its power, but it was taken from me quite some time, but luckily, the power partially remained. Why I didn't fight back... that's a good question on which I can't give you an answer, sorry." At least not everything was lied, just not the whole truth. But his actions made me curious about why he and not anybody else came to help me. "Why did you help me? A complete stranger? And by the way, who are you?"
"I am Gero. Although, in this times there aren't that much of us good people left as there were in the past, I am one of them. I belong to the order of God. If you know anything about history, you know that we were made to protect the ideals of the main deity, and since ancient times we protected his interestes, although we neither know his name nor his appearance, since nobody has told us yet. Even though, we searched all over the world, we haven't found a clue where he appeared or what his past deeds were, but we hope for a sign of him to confirmate our order and if we should come to the surface. Although I don't know why I am telling you this, as this is a very secret and delicate information, it feels just natural to tell it to you."
Blinking at him in confusion why told me these informations, I looked at him in suspicion if he somehow had found out. "Well, I am grateful that you shared it with me and I won't tell anybody about it. I promise!" I surely won't need to tell anyone as it is an order for my own religion and it just has to give out missions and gain influence so that the game started to make fun. I already though about new content I could implement if my order surface and started recruiting players.
Dreaming about possibilities, I didn't hear Gero shouting at me: "HEY, oh you finally hear me again. What do you want to do now? Where are you heading off to?"
"I don't know yet, maybe explore the capital a bit more or spend some time having a meal in a local tavern." Really don't knowing what to do until the players appeared, I asked him, if he could recommend a good tavern, where I could stay for the night that was about to fall.

Betrayed after nearly completing an SSS-ranked World-quest, he died. But something unexpected happened. Instead of getting kicked out of the game, he received the message of having completed the quest. From that moment on he knew, his life wouldn't be normal anymore if one could still say that after having completed a world-quest. 
Then, having received an offer of the gaming company to be the creator of their newest to-be-built game world as an uploaded entity, he begins a new adventure with the end goal of having the dream of becoming the highest being in these worlds, so mighty that not even the game developers can do anything against him. He might even come back by his own, after getting trapped in the game.

Afterwards Broly was announced the Champion of the tournament. Afterwards the ranks were announced for the top 10, as they had been fighting for it in the breaks between the rounds.

After the tournament those ten would be disciples under the city lord. It was also announced that every two years would be another tournament for another chance, but this wouldn't affect the already chosen top 10.

The win against Zinjo was naturally seen by Cana, who was awakened by the loud noise and the rumbling because of the last fight. She resented that Broly won the tournament as she thought he wasn't worthy of the title of the strongest prodigy of her generation. He was only ahead of her now, with time she would surly surpass him.

Alea was there when she awoke and tried to calm and comfort Cana, but with her red eyes it looked like she tried more to console herself than Cana. She had trained her whole life after all, while being praised as the best. Because of the position of her father Daz and the fact that she wants to become their race leader, she was okay with Broly defeating her but against Zinjo, she felt that she had dishonored her race. If she wanted to become the leader of the Saiyans, she had to be stronger. So, she renewed her conviction to work even harder.

Although Aize got less cp, he was satisfied in becoming a disciple and barely at that. Taro obviously expected more and by being defeated by the champion, he took his loss to motivate him even more.

3 days later the Saiyan group was already packed and ready to move to the city lords place, beginning their training.

On the way towards the city lord's palace, the Saiyan group coincidentally met Zinjo on the way. Zinjo turned to them and looked at Broly.
"Broly! I wanted to say sorry about what happened in the tournament. After Zyrd woke up, he told me that he provoked you for being different than the other Saiyans, so he kind of had it coming. Zyrd wouldn't have made it to the top 10 anyway."

Broly stared at him for a second before responding. "No worries. Well there is still the conflict between our races, so we would have clashed even if he hadn't deliberately provoked me."
"Hmm? You care about that?"
"Eh? You don't?" Broly becoming puzzled as he remembered Zyrd being rather hostile towards him since the start. Broly thought it had something to do with the conflict between them even though he himself didn't know about the conflict itself.

"Well it's only about the privileges of the fruit of life and the land you got. Actually, only the higher ups are upset about that, most of us don't really care. Ah. Yeah. Zyrd was just really nervous and tried to hide it by being over aggressive."

"Wait. So, I crushed him because he was a nervous train wreck? Oh god. No wonder he vomited all over the place."
"Don't worry, it was his own fault after all. Although many of us were infuriated by the way you handled him but Zyrd took full fault for it and calmed the rest down. I think it is the best if we just have a fresh start, the two of us at least. Forget about the tournament and start anew?"
"Sure, why not?" Broly answered as he grasped Zinjo's outstretched hand. He was feeling slightly guilty how he humiliated Zyrd, so it would be best just to accept this proposal of peace.

The 10 were gathered on an open court, standing in front of the city lord waiting for him to speak. 
"Now you have proven yourself to be the strongest of your race and among the other races. You should be proud to achieve your level of strength at your tender age. Of course, this is not the limit of your capabilities. 

As my disciples and the future pillars of this planet it is my duty to train you within the best of my ability. But. I'm no saint. You will have to work for the technique I have arduously created throughout my life. Most of those techniques however are manuals that I found when I was out in space seeking adventures. 

That is where the credit points take in their purpose. In the library to your left will be those techniques where you can exchange them if you have enough cp. On your right are the training rooms, where I will be holding general classes every morning for 4 hours. You can also always ask me about problems you might have, it is not restricted by the classes. Behind me are your rooms and the canteen. We will start tomorrow, you can have a look around and settle in today."

As he said that they all went around to have a look. First, they claimed their rooms. They were all 80 square meters big. With one room for their bed and another for the toilet. Apparently, they also had an open-air hot spring bath they shared.  

The training rooms were more than enough for everyone to claim one and it seemed like that was indeed the intention as all the keys were open for one to take. It appeared like the rooms were made of Katchin, one of the strongest metals in the universe, as it was entirely black. Well this was what Broly concluded as he punched the walls and nearly breaking his hand in the process. 

After settling their stuff, they went to the library. They were greeted with hundreds of books. Astonishing considering that this was the city lord's personal collection. It seemed that the city lord was a collector. They started to browse through the books and only saw a summary of the technique and the amount of cp they would need to exchange of it.
They were all divided into ranks from F to A, with F being the lowest and A being the highest. There were also different categories for different applications like movement-, attack-, defense-skills...

While they were looking through the books, they realized that many of the lower rank books described how to send out ki-beams, but why would there be so many books to describe the same thing over again.

For a few hours they looked through the books, until most had already their eyes on a few techniques they wanted to learn. They were eager to exchange for them, but the librarian, a Hera, told them to at least wait for a few months, so they wouldn't hastily waste their cp.

Broly also had few books, he was interested in. Ki attacks that he saw in the series back in his past life, like the Spirit Sword, a blade-shaped energy wave technique used by Vegito, or the Rapid Movement skill to increase the speed for dodging or to create after-images. If Broly could he would want to learn everything but as he saw the amount of cp needed, he quickly lost hope, but of course he would heed the advice of the librarian and see what the city lord would teach.

Born to be the strongest of Saiyans, surpassing and dominate everyone around him! This was supposed to be his path! But in the end he became a stepping stone for Goku. Until an otherwordly soul takes over Broly's body and changes his future path...

"Can't believe we are walking to defeat monsters in iron armor with sword. Sigh... this is sad"
"Come on Cass don't ruin the moment! I almost heard epic music in background, yet you just had to complain. Don't you have any romance of the man? "
"Yeah, yeah. I knew you were kind of crazy, but to walk into enemy territory so brazenly just before big battle... I believe it is finally time for us to go see a doctor."
Itami walked through the forest with great trouble. Every time he takes a step forward he could hear sound of his armor clattering, sound of twigs crushing underneath his feet and his own unsteady heavy breath. Little horned squirrels run through the tree branches here and there, giving him bizarre feeling.
Although Itami knew they were in different world, until now he didn't really see much difference between this world and old one. But now, in the forest he could see many new things such as winged snakes, a bird with many eyes like spiders, huge spiders making whole tree their nest, finger sized jumping ants and a bizarre animal that could hover in the air eventhough it has no wings of sort. 
Only after seeing these strange creatures did he fully accept that he were in different world with different nature and rules. Hovering in the air without wings , that fox like creature must have some kind of gravity negating ability... 
It seems I need to alter my way of thinking, common sense and science of my world can't really explain strange things of this world, Is it because existence of unique energy called 'Mana'? If I remember right, that black robed guy explained this energy exists only here in this world... 
"Doctor huh, If i remember right, Kael and you have taken to therapist around 9 year old right? You two never told me what happened that day"
Although they could remember what happened to the body and conversation with other people when they wake from sleep, If the both  observer and one currently at conrol decides to hide a part of memory, others won't be able to know about it.
Itami found about their visit to therapist when their father slipped some words about it when he were drunk.
"Just give up about it, nothing special happened that day... just the guy we met then said something strange to us"
"It is because you 2 are hiding it, I can't help but to be curious... why hide from me? and that is biggest question"
"Well, just believe me on this, it is better for you to not know about it"
"That is just not fair, This kind of thing makes me crazy! Wait... you hear that? "
Itami could hear sound of multiple roars and wimpers of beasts in the distant. It is like some fight is going on somewhere near to him.
"Yeah, probably some of wolfman are fighting against each other. It is little to the left, so what is your plan? What are you here for anyway Itami?"
"Well I just couldn't wait.. I wanted to see exactly what wolfman looked like. Isn't it exciting that we get to see werewolf? "
"Really? Did you risk our life just too see wolfman? You will see them anyway if you just wait for little longer... Besides they are not werewolf. Werewolf is a human who could transform into wolf right? Wolfman are just wolves with lot better intelligence and lot bigger than one in our world"
"You really lack romance, not having it is almost equals with being dickless you know"
"Oh shut up"
"Well, I am going in Cass! If something happens take over immediately and do sometthing with that speed of yours"
Itami started to walk to the source of the sound, he tried to make no sound as much as possible. As he walk, the sound of fierce battle between beasts got louder and louder, growls, roars, splashes and wimpers echoed through the woods. 
Finally he arrived at the place where he could see what is going on, ten or so very wolf like creatures were fighting against two huge bear like creatures.
Wolf like creature are probably what people call Wolfman, they seem to have average height of 2.5 meter and their front legs are almost two times longer than back ones making them look like gorillas if not for their wolf shaped heads. They had 2 huge sharp fangs almost reaching 20 cm making them look very savage, and worse their claws are colored black and were 2 times longer than their fangs. 
No wonder soldiers are afraid of them, basically humans are no match against them. In fact it is almost to the point to ask, how did people manage to survive with these kind of beasts around them? Well answer to that question is obvious, the blessing of gods. Without that humans would be like rabbits, hiding and shivering whenever these beasts come around.
And those bear like creatures were even fierce, having huge body of 4.5 meters height without standing these guys are like immovable mountain.  With so much fur covering their body attacks from Wolfman seems to be ineffective for them, and more importantly on top of being huge they are very fast. 
Whenever they swipe, all Itami could see is a blur and a wolfman falling down in two parts. It seems these two bear like creature already killed around 10 or so before he came here, and they killed 4 out of 10 wolfman in short time he were spectating them.
Their claws are not longer than wolfman's but whenever they swipe they could slice Wolfman in two... how are they even doing it? And two more wolfman are down, now only 4 more left. 
Surprisingly enough wolfman are not running away and kept attacking bear like creatures with blood shot eyes.
It seems they are frenzied so much by the battle, they lost all of the reasoning, simply throwing themselves at their enemy. 
3 of wolfman charged at a bear like creature while one keeping other bear like creature busy.
Bear like creature roared loudly freezing 2 wolfman at his front and charged at them with amazing speed, almost on par with speed of Cass. It felt like huge boulder going forward with speed of bullet, 2 poor wolfman now lay in the ground, painting it red with their brain and insides splattered everywhere.
Bear like creature didn't do much, he just run over them.Meanwhile other one took care of one wolfman easily so there is only one Wolfman left to deal with. 
Wolfman roared loudly and sped up towards one of the bear like creature. The bear just smashed him to the ground with one of his arms. And there left nothing but wolfman corpses in various pitiful form. 
"Damn, what are those things? Their speed and strength are abnormal! If it were just strength and big body it is acceptable, but what is with that speed? All I can manage to see is blur! "
"Itami, we better return now. If they find us we will end up just like those meat scattering over there"
"True, let's return. Forest is lot more dangerous than I thought! "
Itami turned back and slowly retreated taking a step at a time, trying to not to make any sound and alert those beasts. But just as he were about to take off running he heard a person talking in loud voice.
"Father, are you okay?" young voice echoed through the woods.
"Hn!" other voice grunted "Who do you think I am? Few puppies can't put a scratch on me! And I am not so weak for you to worry about" 
Old one's voice were haughty and croaky but younger one still continued with worried tone 
"But father, earlier when 7 of them jumped at you, it seemed like one got you good on your back"
"Cough" old one coughed once and said "Damned pup managed to stuck one of its dirty teeth through my skin, but it is not worth mentioning, it is already healed without trace"
"Father please let me handle things like this, you didn't need to jump in, i could have easily handle them by myself. You are already so old, just stay at home and watch over village kids like a proper elder would!"
"Hn! Talking big like a man eh? Where are my grandchildren then? If only you could marry and make couple of them, I would be more than happy to watchover them! "
Itami crept back and glanced at them. At the center of blood shed, stood two tall and naked figures talking with each other. 
"Are they the beasts from earlier? Really? Cass Casss Caaasss!"
"What!? I am still here listening, you don't have to yell so much"
"They are able to transform into 4 meter huge beasts! I found real were beasts! I want to see them transform so much! What should I do? Should I attack them, if I do so they will transform right?"
"Oi oi stop with those dangerous thoughts, If they realize us being here and attack, we will be unable to do anything against them, unless we wake Isano"
"Bu... but they are humans who could transform you know! I really want to see"
"If we wake Isano because of that, we will be unable to participate in the war and you will lose your chance to earn bounty on White Devil, since we will be unable to take control back from Isano for 3 whole days"
"Arghhhh I don't really care about bounty now, but promise with Elea... arghhh whyyy this is sooo cruel"
While Itami and Cass were talking, the naked guys put on clothes which they pulled out of a bag. 
"They are not from Ryusarfang's , their younglings are lot tougher than this, at least contract is not broken by these puppies."
"Father, I heard human towns nearby got attacked by Wolfman's and there are lot of refugees heading to Sun city. Are these ones from that pack? "
"Yes, Ryusarfang is not stupid enough to break contract with us, if we were to fight, we will both suffer heavy losses with no gains. So these puppies must be from different pack who doesn't even know our existence"
"So what are we going to do? From the looks of it their whole pack will be coming here since this guys are just scouts "
"Hn! Hunting in our territory... Let's go back and I will discuss this with other elders"
"Okay"

Maybe it was because the nature of civilization in this magic world involved many bloody fights, or because everyone was eager to prove how strong they were when a person’s fate was purely decided by their abilities. Almost every city seemed to have boxing facilities in addition to entertainment complexes. Anfey thought the boxing here was even more bloody than the underground boxing in his world.
The last match had just finished. Four human slaves were torn up into pieces. Blood and their organs were everywhere on the boxing stage. The audience had both men and women. They got excited, cheering for bloody scenes. If Black Eleven and Christian had not sat next to Anfey, Anfey would have thought he was in a party thrown by vampires.
Anfey never thought killing was enjoyable. It was only a way to protect himself. Anfey did not like the idea that the crowds loved to watch the bloody scenes, but he did understand these crazy people. The people who watched the boxing should be no less excited than the people who went to an arena to watch fights when it was newly built.
Walking in others’ shoes was Anfey’s strongpoint. In most cases, he could find a specific reason for any unusual behavior. He was never surprised by unusual behavior. His strongpoint allowed him to be able to think psychologically, including studying his enemies’ psychology.
"Do you have other places to go that are not so bloody?" Anfey asked, frowning. He was a ferocious assassin who killed many people, but he did it with reason and purpose. He had never been able to appreciate death in an entertaining way, so he did not like the crowds in the boxing arena. He liked neither the boxing stage nor the Angel Love Hotel.
"Do you want to go to the theater?" Black Eleven grinned. 
"Is there any theater? What is it for?" Anfey was shocked for a second.
"It has bard shows," Black Eleven said.
"Not bad." Anfey smiled. "If I do not have a job, I know where I should go to help make ends meet."
"Do you want to be a bard?" Black Eleven seemed to pick up on what Anfey implied and asked in surprise. Anyone who knew a little about Anfey should know he would never make it as a bard.
"I have the potential to be a bard because I have so many great stories." Anfey pointed at his head with a smile. "Camille, Faust, Madama Butterfly, Carmen, Romeo and Juliet. I promise you every one of them will be a classic."
"I think you have the potential to be bragger." Black Eleven did not believe a word Anfey said.
The crowd suddenly cheered and went wild. Many men and women started to stand up. Some of them threw beer bottles on the floor, some flipped their tables, some even stood on the tables. There were even some waitresses who stopped serving and just jumped and screamed. Gradually, all kinds of sounds merged into one: "Katuru, Katuru, Katuru!"
"What is Katuru?" Anfey asked.
"It is a scary monster." Black Eleven smiled bitterly. "You will know in a second."
A gigantic magic altar light lit up on the boxing stage, which signaled the most important annual matches at Angel Love Hotel were about to start. There were only three matches like this each year. The curtain on both sides of the stage opened. The boxers in this match were about to come out.
From Anfey’s angle, he saw an 8-foot-tall wolfman with blond fur walk out from the left side of the stage. Compared with the wolfmen Anfey had seen before, this one was bigger and had different fur. Regular wolfmen were 6 feet tall with grey, brown or black fur. The appearance did not make a huge difference, but his ferocious personality did. When the wolfman walked on the stage, his eagerness to fight showed on his face. He even tried to attack the bodyguards who escorted him out. The wolfmen Anfey had seen before were a lot calmer. That wolfman did not even have to make any aggressive moves, he showed his ferociousness in his eyes. His pupils were contracted to the size of peas.
The three boxers who came out from the other side of the stage were female. An elf wearing a gold crown walked in between, and two human swordswomen walked on the sides. They all were scantily dressed. Only a few layers of gauze were wrapped around their breasts. Small and thin panties barely covered their private parts. They all looked desperate. Anfey could clearly tell that they were trembling as they walked. Obviously they had been forced to dress the way they were dressed. They had been forced to fight on the stage as well.
The bodyguards escorting them were quite different. Although the boxers all wore antimagic bracelets, a senior magister and two intermediate magisters followed the wolfman, while only two junior swordsmen followed the three girls.
Before they even started their fight, Anfey knew these three girls were no match for the wolfman. Anfey did not understand the point of this fight.
Boxers all walked onto the stage. A senior magister and his assistants started to set up the magic array. A moment later, a swordsman walked onto the stage to check the antimagic bracelet on the wolfman, and then he turned around to take the antimagic bracelets off the girls. He walked back to the wolfman to take the apron off him. The wolfman stood on the stage naked.
Audience screamed, "F*^king kill them, F*^king kill them!" 
The elf had already loaded her bow and pointed it at the wolfman standing opposite her. The other two girls pulled their swords out and positioned themselves to fight. The wolfman wore the antimagic bracelet. The girls were ready to fight with their full force, but the girls did not seem to have the confidence to win and looked even more desperate.
"Is this the upper class you talked about? Is this the show you said regular people were not qualified to come in to watch?" Anfey said with an ironic tone.
"Anfey, let’s go back." Christian was anxious to leave.
"In order to bring you here, I had to pull a lot of strings," Black Eleven said, smiling bitterly. "These people looked crazy here, but when they walk out of this hall, they could be gentlemen. They could give money to the homeless and would shed tears for the unfortunate. Anfey, this is just a show. Every city has this kind of show. You cannot stop them and have no right to stop them. Many royal families just love to watch them," Black Eleven said.
"Supply and demand. I understand it." Anfey smiled and stood up. "I have no control over others, but I can control my eyes. There should be no one forcing me to stay, right?"
"I finally find someone who shares the same values as me." A girl’s voice rose behind Anfey. "The air here is filled with ugliness and disgrace. Sir? Did we meet somewhere?"
Anfely slowly turned around. He smiled, "Madam, we did meet at White Mountain City. I am sorry that I offended you then. I did not mean to."
"So you still remember me?" The corner of Honna’s mouth turned up.
"You are so beautiful. How could I forget you? I may forget where I am from, but I would not forget you," Anfey said.
"You have such a sweet way of talking." Honna looked at Black Eleven and Christian. "Don’t you want to introduce me your friends?"
"Hello, Madam. My name is Christian." Christian stood up politely.
Black Eleven followed him, standing up too. "Hello, my name is Armin."
"Nice meeting both of you." Honna nodded. "I am Honna."
The fight had just started on the stage. That elf and the other two swordswomen crowded into the corner of the stage, trying hard to defend themselves. The antimagic bracelet definitely constrained the moves that the wolfman could do. He had received two minor wounds on his body in the short fight. Those three girls were intact, but wolfman had the advantage of making offensive attacks.
"What is your name? Is it a secret?" Honna looked at Anfey with a smile.
"My name is Anfey. Honna? Your name is as beautiful as you." Anfey smiled.
"Thank you." Honna covered her little mouth with her hand. "I have something to do today. I am going to let you guys go, but I hope you guys can come by at my house sometime. Will you?"
"It would be my pleasure," Anfey said.
"Oh, right, where are you staying now?" Honna asked.
"Tuna Hotel," Anfey answered.
"Honna." A man around fifty years old called from the distance.
"I am sorry. I have to go now." Honna had a beautiful smile on her face. She moved back two steps.
"Sure," Anfey said.
Black Eleven waited until Honna walked next to the old man. He frowned and asked,  "Anfey, what does that woman want to do?"
"Who knows? It seems that she wanted to get to know us," Anfey said.
"Not us. She wanted to know you." Christian smiled. "Her eyes had been on you the whole time. Couldn’t you tell?"
"Idiot!" Black Eleven commented. He had not known Anfey for a long, but he knew Anfey was different than other young guys. He would not fall into the trap of a beautiful girl. Niya and Suzanna were famous for their beauty. Anfey did not make a big deal out of it. Even when he flirted with Suzanna, Black Eleven still could tell Anfey had a natural calmness in his eyes. If Anfey would not fall for Suzanna and Niya, neither would he fall for Honna. In addition, Anfey knew about Honna’s messed-up life. It would be a joke if anyone tried to connect with Anfey through beautiful girls.
The situation on the stage suddenly changed. The wolfman took the opportunity and dragged a swordswoman out of their defensive zone. The other two girls understood the importance of fighting together. If any of them died, the other two would end up the same way. Therefore, the other two girls went forward and tried to save that swordswomen from the wolfman.
Anfey looked at the stage and noticed that the wolfman was breathing normally, while the girls were out of breath. He shook his head. "Let’s go."
