Wilmer didn't say anything because he trusted Danny to be very observant. When Danny mentioned the flaws of his beloved princess, he was ready to strike back but held his tongue. The secretary shuddered. Wilmer Wilde lived up to his name as the Wolf of the business world. He worked alone and was merciless to his enemies. Even to his children, Wilmer didn't give any concessions. Strangely, she felt as if the CEO had high hopes for them despite throwing them to the sharks.

The restaurant cafe, Ludwig, was a so-called hidden attraction.

The stores in Europe generally opened at 9 AM and closed at 6 PM.
Many Korean travelers who were used to 24-hour convenience stores had trouble finding stores in the evening. Youngho, who had been living overseas for nearly three years, sometimes still had problem with this system.
That was why he and the siblings were excited when they arrived at Zurich Central Station. It was 8 PM in the evening, which was like the midnight in here, but stores were open with bright lights on. There were about 200 stores lined up and ready for customers. They sold a variety of things. Tempted by all sorts of things, the siblings did not want to go to hotel. After visiting a souvenir store, mini-sized electronics store, and bookstore, the siblings went to a place where music was coming out. It was the season of Christmas. They could see a giant crystal Christmas tree displayed in front of a building and a few musicians playing carol songs together. People passed by looking at the scene with smiles on their face. Youngho's heart was warmed. 'Have I seen such a warm scene like this before?' he thought.
Listening to the peaceful carol songs, Youngho calmed down his busy heart due to the exciting trip. When he was settling in the atmosphere, Fatima came near him and took his arm. She whispered,
"Oppa, this is such a peaceful place. All these people look like they don't know about any sadness of the world."
At Fatima's remark, he felt guilty for forgetting about the struggling people in Southeastern Europe. At this moment, people were fighting and dying. Many people did not even have food to eat and struggled to survive.
"We should still be thankful for the developed countries. They still reach out to other countries in need to help them."
"These people's wealth and comfort were all established by the sacrifices of weak countries. Looking at their relaxed face and attitude, it feels like they are two-faced. All they have is because of their ancestors but they think they are superior."
Youngho could understand why she was feeling this way.
She had met many foreign travelers when she lived in Istanbul and she could never forget how they looked down at her and her siblings. Even during this trip, many people whom they conversed with seemed to be surprised to found out where the siblings were traveling from. They were ignorant. Not to be treated badly, Youngho took out his US passport whenever he needed. Fatima seemed to be curious about why Youngho was using a US passport. He felt like she was going to ask about it in near future.
"That is why we have to strengthen our economy. Economic power is the national power and people would be treated nicely if the nation has power."
"I felt that too during this trip."
"The reason that West Europeans can be confident when they travel as backpackers is that their country is strong."
Fatima smiled softly at Youngho.
"Their confident attitude is cool but I don't envy them. We'll try to be our best but we'll always have you on our side."

Touched by Fatima's words, Youngho almost hugged her.
Regardless of the serious talk between Youngho and Fatima, Zeynep and Szechenyi were busy looking around different stores. Szechenyi was 16 now and Youngho trusted him as a bodyguard of his sisters since he had trained him hard.
Spending a long time touring around, the siblings now complained that they needed kimchi and ramen. Because of Youngho and Jongil, they got used to steamed rice, kimchi, ramen, and other Korean dishes. Whenever they ate oily foods, they wanted kimchi to go with them. They were serious, since they even visited a Korean restaurant in Frankfurt after searching on the internet.
After spending a night at Park Hyatt Hotel near Zurich Lake, they visited downtown for a tour. The siblings were impressed by the antique designs of downtown but Youngho did not pay attention to them. He liked much quiet places. In fact, if the siblings were not with him, he probably would have spent the whole day working out in the hotel. Youngho was just following the siblings in responsibility. He thought watching people was more interesting than touring around the city.
There were people who were obsessed with taking pictures to leave proof of their trip. They must have prepared for the trip a few years in advance. There were other people who liked touring around museums and looking at man-made artifacts, they were more classy-kind of people. The siblings did not belong to the two groups of people mentioned above. They did not take pictures nor did they visit any museums and galleries. They just searched for foods and shopping places. They walked long distances touring around city and searching for what they needed, and naturally they had to eat often for all the calories they burned.
Fatima and Zeynep loved shopping for little decorative stuff and Szechenyi liked collecting pocket knives and climbing gears. He bought a few stuff for his friends from school.
Youngho also picked a multi-functional pocket knife and ordered 100 of them to be delivered directly to Baku. It seemed to be a great new year's gift for anybody.
Due to snow, they had to cancel the outdoor camping near Zurich Lake which Fatima had planned. It was relieving for Youngho.

Youngho was touring around Louvre Museum when he heard about the war from Park Jongil. It was a week before Christmas. He needed to cancel the rest of the trip to go back to Baku. The siblings felt a little bit bad but they were satisfied with the past trip. Zeynep and Szechenyi complained a little but Fatima comforted them with a warm smile.
Youngho hastily came back to Baku from Paris.
It was a ten-day short trip, but it was a valuable time for Youngho and the siblings. The siblings seemed to have fully accepted Youngho as their family now. They did not hesitate to request anything they wanted, bought anything, and even complained to him during the trip. Even seeing their food preference has now become similar to his, Youngho felt that they were now very used to being around each other. Physical contacts like hugging were also usual and he could now accept them easily.
The airport security clearance process was stricter at the Baku airport. Youngho and the siblings came out after a long while. Park Jongil, Karajan, and even Gerhardt were waiting for Youngho at the entrance.
The company split in two cars and drove to the farm. On the way, Youngho heard what went on between the two countries. Jongil said that there was a shootout two days ago and heavy fire arms appeared at the battlefield yesterday.
Azerbaijan was preparing to launch missiles at right time. They would not take long before firing since the international society would try to stop the war if the war lasted long. What Azerbaijan wanted was to retrieve their territories and borderline as it was before the past war with Armenia.

On the TV news, an anchor reported that Azerbaijani army had recaptured a region in Nagorno-Karabakh. Youngho, now used to Azerbaijani language, could understand most of what the TV said.
'This morning, the army reported that they had gloriously recaptured some of the Western regions of Nagorno-Karabakh. The regions are now returned to us after 20 years. Also, yesterday the army had captured 20 Armenian soldiers…'
Even though the anchor was delivering the news in excitement, the government always reported selected information for their own advantages. However, everybody knew that Armenian army would not be easily defeated. Especially the soldiers who used to be in the militia, they were strong and harshly trained.
Russian army had not shown any movements to involve in the war yet. However, if things go bad for Armenia, they would ask for Russia's help. Because of this, Azerbaijan side had to end the war before too long.
Youngho called his friends in Yerevan to never get involved in the war even if their former militant trainees ask for help. If they got involved in the war, he might not be able to see them forever.
The international opinion was looking at the war lightly as a local battle. When it seemed that it had come to a state of lull, the Azerbaijani air force's full-on missile attacks to annihilate Armenian core military unit began.
Armenia tried to fight back but they were helpless in front of Azerbaijan's attacks using advanced weapons.
Most of Armenian soldiers in Nagorno-Karabakh had retreated or were killed now. Only the former militants who were transferred to the official army and were isolated in Nagorno-Karabakh hid in mountainous areas. They were hiding to conduct guerilla operations.

Amy went to the studio early morning to explain her plan to Gabby and how he could be any of help

"This is the only way I could think of" Amy said after explaining it to Gabby 

"It is actually not bad, at least it could regain yourself a little" Gabby analyzed Amy's plan in his mind 

He helped her search all of the orphanages in the whole city and there are only about 10. Since this orphanages are very far apart from each other, Amy will take days to go to all of them so he asked his friend Gale to give her a ride and the charge will be on him

Amy had also connected her phone to the studio's internet connection and saw there was a message sent to her new account from an unknown person

"I hope this will help" the message comes with two clear pictures of her DNA test from before with Carol and her sister's original birth certificate

Amy showed the pictures to Gabby

"Who could have sent that to you from your house?" Gabby asked confusedly

"I think I know who" Amy smiled warmly while looking at the message

The pictures are not enough proof so she still need to go to all of the orphanages to see if there was a record of her being an orphan and being adopted

Amy had a list of the 10 orphanages and Gale is already taking her to the nearest one

3 hours had passed after they were finished with looking at the records of the orphanages and she still have time to go to another place and record her video about what she found

Amy is back at the studio and asked for a room she could record in. She had already brought all her equipment since this morning and left it in Gabby's office. She also decided to put a wig that will match her old hair since she does not want anyone to know about her new hair yet. She thinks it might cause another issue when she revealed her reddish hair

"Hello everyone! It's Amy again. I see that everyone has been talking about me lately?" Amy started cheerfully as always. Her video right now is streaming live and once people saw this they left comments immediately after her intro

"How could we not? You're a funny joke!"

"Ohh it's Amy! Is she going to explain another lie?"

Amy saw these comments and replied to them straightforwardly through the camera

"Oh I am the joke? I want to see you guys laugh again at me after this live stream as I, Amy Mills, will actually explain another lie.." Amy paused for a moment to see other's comments

"Everyone you heard her she will be lying again!"

"No where! Because I was not adopted ever since I was born!" Amy said firmly

She removed her phone's screen on the stream so everyone can see her face "I know what you are all thinking, 'Amy this are just in town, what if you are in an orphanage somewhere else?' Or maybe you are wondering 'You could have not been in any orphanage, you might have been just left somewhere and the Mills took you' or maybe 'You might have a different name in the orphanage you just don't know about' Guys I am telling you all to not believe anything from my old mother and sister because here is my DNA test with Carol Mills to prove I am her child" Amy once again showed her phone's screen to show the clear photo of her DNA test

After a minute, she removed again her phone "Still not convinced? Then I demand another DNA test with Mrs. Carol Mills, if you deny then you are not willing for everyone to know that you have lied about me being adopted. Come on, mother, is this how you treat your only daughter?" Amy emphasized the word 'mother' to really challenge Carol. If Carol did deny to take a DNA test with Amy then everyone will suspect she is indeed hiding the truth

"Another thing everyone please look at this video" Amy connected her phone for the last time to let everyone see the video she took from the hospital with the doctor's permission

In the video, only a doctor can be seen but the female voice was obviously Amy's

"Dr. Lin, how are you?" Amy started the conversation

"I'm fine miss Amy, what can I do for you today?" The doctor asked

"I just want to ask about my brother's surgery with you. Are you proud of it?"

"Why of course! I never thought I could make him look like you to be your sister"

"Yes, it is wonderful. You could never tell she was a boy" the two laughed as they continued their conversation

"But Dr. Lin, are you aware that Ally was not acknowledging you for your work? I mean, you worked so hard to change her face and body but never had any credit" 

"It's fine, I'm used to it, people are just embarrassed to tell they undergo an appearance change" Dr. Lin explained "May I please see a record of the before and after the surgery of Ally?" Amy asked for the main reason she was there "Of course, here it is" Dr. Lin gave her a folder he took out from his drawer

Amy opened the folder making sure the camera can see it. On the left side there is a picture of a young man with the word 'Before' written under it's picture and on the right there is now a picture of a woman with the word 'After' written at the bottom. The picture of the woman looked exactly like Ally and side by side with the man's picture, there are features that are similar to it

The video was freeze to that picture so everyone can have a closer look

All the viewers were too shock of what they are seeing and had not been commenting the whole time. They just went back to their senses when Amy ended her live stream there

Shameless. Thrown out. Not needed. No one cared about. A MISTAKE!

I woke up and look at my Alarm clock and it was 7:15 am. Well, that's weird because I set my alarm for 6:30 am. I take my dress out of the cupboard and place it on my bed. I have two dresses for formal occasions. One is black and the other one is a beige one and I mostly wear them on Sundays. I hurriedly jumped into the shower because I didn't want to be late for the sermons. In 15 mins I walked out wearing my white bathrobe. After being done with the hairdryer, I was about to apply some moisturizer when I heard a knock on the door. I look through the peephole and it was Carol. I opened the door, didn't wait for her to come in and just get into my bedroom to get ready.

"Morning Jane, I wanted some coffee beans. I promise I will return this time." She yelled from my kitchen. 
"OK, close the door while going out. And take the cream too if you don't have because I am leaving in two minutes." I replied from my bedroom. 
"No, I am sure that I do have some cream." I heard her saying and after that I heard her getting out closing the door behind.

I was applying sunscreen when one of my eyelashes get into my eye. Oh God, I am definitely gonna be late. It was when I heard the knock on the door again. I knew that she doesn't have cream.

I took some time on my eye. And get to the door while rubbing my eye. Open the door and again didn't wait for her to come in and run to my bedroom.

My eye was all red. I applied some mascara and chapstick. Satisfied with my look I turned to my bed where my dress was all ready to slip in. I opened the knot of my robe and was about to take it off when my bedroom door creaked open.

I turned around and found a tall man standing in front of me. My eyes got widen and jaw dropped to the floor. Am I dreaming or is this the same man I met in the club? I found my hands quickly grabbing the sides of the robe and tightening them around my body.

"Hello again, beautiful." I heard that man says. 
A lot of questions were running through my mind. How? Why? and Carol?
Yea Carol. I yelled her name "Carol" hoping that she is still in my apartment. 
"No, there is no one out. It was me for whom you open the door. Just relax." he was telling me to relax while his eyes were roaming all over my body. I was hyperventilating.

"G-Get out of m-my p-place." I was stuttering and my left leg was uncontrollably shaking. 
His eyes were getting dark as he steps forward. I could not go back because my legs were already touching the bed behind. A lot of scenarios were going through my mind. Am I going to be murdered, raped or abducted? A lot of documentaries that I watched flashed in front of me. My throat was feeling stuff and eyes stinging with tears when I found myself falling on the bed.

Alex POV

Though I was hell-bent on paying her the visit at that time but couldn't. As one of my old partners decided to contact me at that time. I needed to see him, to talk about two new Casinos I was about to open in his hotels. Wow, I can't even have my Saturday night free.

I woke up at 6:30 am. I am so excited just like I was used to be for Christmas when I was young. Well, not so much difference as I will be getting a gift today. I am gonna take her in every way and she will be screaming my name on top of her lungs. And the irony is that she doesn't have any clue yet. I like things this way. I changed into a formal suit. Skip my breakfast as I plan to have my breakfast with her today. I also grab some take-out coffee and bagels for us. I had already read the file so I knew that she was divorced. Good for me. I bet she is experienced in giving pleasure. And the second thing that I liked about her profile was the reason for her divorce. The file says that she is infertile. So, no need to worry about conceiving. So, I plan to cum into her every time. I will fill her with my seed over and over again. Third, she never dated in the last 2 years after her divorce. So I hope that she is clear so I can really do her without any protection.

"Please let me go. I swear I won't tell anyone." At last, I managed to say with my teary and hoarse voice while he has me pinned on my own bed.

I tried to wriggle out but I was no match to his strength. I wanted to scream help and plead to him more but the lust in his eyes and his bulge on my stomach was telling me that he won't back off no matter what.

"Shhhh, Don't worry sweety. Nothing will happen without your consent. So, I am giving you one whole minute to relax and give in." His mouth was so close to mine that his lips almost brushed mine while he said those words.

When I began writing the biography of Death, I was not sure where it would lead me. Real life inspiration and the darkest recesses of my mind competed to see which could be the more sinister. To a large extent I blindly followed them, and merely wrote down whatever sweet songs of madness they crooned to me along the trail. 

Like most writers I wrangled friends and relatives into giving me feedback. One, a millennial snowflake, was invaluable. They seemed to consider this fantasy nightmare I had created, to be some sort of manifesto. For the record this book is pure fiction. Fiction inspired by real world events in a few cases, but fiction nonetheless. Like all works of supernatural horror, this book is meant to be entertainment. It is perhaps a meditation on the zeitgeist of the modern west, but it is still as fictional as 1984 or A Christmas Carol. 

Another person seemed bothered by the apparent moral contradictions in my lead character. To this I can only say that a man is the sum of his contradictions. People love to apply the rules to others, but find reasons to grant themselves exceptions to their own rules. I did not want an incorruptible white knight monster. I wanted a complex and thinking human monster. To my way of thinking his inconsistency was his most human feature, even after he leaves his humanity behind. 

Should anyone find a mirror image to themselves in these pages, then it is only their own ego. The sum of this work has been so thoroughly washed in the waters of horror and fantasy that no living or deceased human could ever be reasonably compared to its contents. 

No rational person could ever compare the buffoons portrayed in these pages to a real life counterparts. Any person contending to the contrary is either a snowflake melting in the flames of my mad vision, or a lunatic in desperate need of having their mental faculties examined by a competent professional, I have time for neither. The fact that this book is fiction cannot be over emphasized.

One day while driving in Texas he finds that he has the ability to wish death on those he hates. Being scientifically minded, Nom proceeds to experiment searching out the scopes of his new found powers. He begins in Texas, a state he despises. As he moves on from each experiment, he picks his prey to match some facet of modern western life that he hates. Each receive a fate customized to match what Nom feels they did wrong. Nom then travels home to Michigan after initially defining his new role in life. In Michigan he uses his powers to settle a few old scores and family business. A run-in with an old friend convinces him that he is being selfish for not using his god like powers to better mold humanity. The end of the book sees him taking on the leader of the free world. Nom now personifying Death, learns that he has a true foe, Life.Nom will return.

Right now Alex and Nicole are standing in front of the house of Grangers. Nicole sent an owl early in the morning, and it was back by afternoon with a reply.  

The house was not very extravagant from the outside. As any middle-class fulfilling family, it was on the outskirts of London. It was not a very big house, but there was a garden in the front. The houses on either side also looked the same.

Nicole went up and knocked on the door. After a few moments, a middle-aged lady appeared in front of them. She was the one they met on King's Cross.

"How may I help you?" Mrs Granger asked the two of them.

"Good evening Ma'am, we are..." Nicole was introducing herself when she was cut off by Mrs Granger.

"Are you here to sing Christmas Carol dear? Wait let me call the rest of the family". Mrs Granger said and went inside the house to call for her relatives.

"Ma'am, wait, you...".

But Mrs Granger was calling her family out. Soon more than a dozen people, mostly ladies, from children to elderly were on the front door. Looking forward to the sibling's carol.

"Alex, Nicole, you are here". Hermione who followed her mother said as she saw the siblings.

"Hermione, do you know them?" Mrs Granger asked.

"Mom, we go to the same school, you saw them at King's Cross. They are here to visit me for Christmas".

"Ahh... sorry dear, I mistook you for someone else. Please don't just stand outside, come in". Mrs Granger looked at the two of them apologetically.

"Thank you, Mrs Granger". Nicole said as she followed them inside. Alex followed at the last.

Alex and Nicole followed the family to the living room. Mr Granger was sitting there along with a few other men, chatting happily.

Mrs Granger walked up to him and whispered something in his ears. He looked towards Alex and Nicole and smiled towards the two of them. After excusing himself from the others, he walked up to the siblings.

"It's great to have you here..." Mr Granger welcomed them.

"Alexender Ashbridge, Sir, and this is my sister Nicole". Alex introduced.

"Nice to meet you, Mr Granger". Nicole greeted Mr Granger.

"Such a sweet lady you are Nicole, why don't you go to Hermione and get to know her cousins?" Mr Granger said as he wanted to talk to Alex for a bit.

Nicole looked towards Alex, to which he nodded her to go.

"Come Alexender, let's sit here".

"Please sir, just call me Alex, and there is no need for such formalities. I can see you have many guests to attend". Alex said as he sat down opposite Mr Granger.

"Well, they are family, so they are not as special as you two siblings, you know what I mean". Mr Granger said as he grabbed hold of one of the boys running around and asked him to get some snacks and drinks for Alex and himself.

Alex nodded in reply. There was no use denying to the fact they were indeed special among all the other present.

"Sir, this is our gift". Alex said as he gave Mr Granger the bag he was carrying.

"There was no need for this". Mr Granger said as he took it from him.

"I received Hermione's gift this morning. I did not know what to gift her, so I just brought this with me on our way here".

"This bottle of wine looks expensive, your parents must have spent a lot on this". Mr Granger looked at the wine inside the bag and said.

Alex did not explain the origins of the wine or about his parents. He asked the Reverend mother to help him arrange the bottle.

On the other side

Nicole joined Hermione and her cousins.

"Where is Alex?" Hermione asked seeing Nicole coming alone.

"Your father asked me to join you, I guess he had something to talk with my brother". Nicole said.

"Hey, Hermione, who's she?" One of Hermione's cousin asked.

"She is my classmate from my new school".

"I heard you are going to school in Scotland. Why are you studying so far away from home?" Another one of her cousins asked curiously.

"Well... we just heard that it was kind of a good school, right?" Hermione started to explain, but by the end, she was asking Nicole.

"Yeah... you can say that".  Nicole approved of what Hermione said.

The most difficult thing for muggles, going to Hogwarts was to come up with a lie, which could be easily bought by their relatives.

They were soon joined by Hermione's mother and others.

"Mrs Granger this is for you". Nicole said handling Mrs Granger a bag.

"Thank you, dear, this is beautiful. Did your mother select this?" Looking at the makeup kit inside the bag Mrs granger asked.

"No, I did".

Mrs Granger saw Hermione trying to say something to her, but she could not understand.

"You should have come with your parents. But they might also be having guests over. Is it alright for you to be here? Do you need to rush back?" Mrs Granger said. She that she would love to meet their parents.

"Mom!!" Hermione called out her mother anxiously, scaring all the others around her.

"What?" Mrs Granger asked with one hand on her chest. She was really scared.

"It's alright Hermione. Well, Mrs Granger, our parents are no longer alive". Nicole said to Mrs Granger.

Mrs Granger gasped with shock, with some guilt in her voice she said, "How awful, sorry dear, I did not mean to..."

"It's alright Mrs Granger, you did not know".

Soon the awkward environment returned to normal once again, and once in a while, a huge burst of laughter could be heard from the side of ladies.

Back to Alex and Mr Granger

"Do you live around here, Alex?" Mr Granger asked.

"It's quite a distance from here".

"I wanted to ask you something Alex, can I?" Mr Granger looked a bit cautious.

"By all means Mr Granger, don't be so polite".

"You see after Hermione started schooling in you know... we also did some digging into it and heard things from here and there. There is this famous boy Harry Potter do you know him?" Mr Granger asked curiously.

"I do know him Mr Granger, but if you want to know about him more, you need to ask this from Hermione or my sister". Alex said. Once again Potter. How famous can one get?

Mr Granger looked confused.

"I think you are mistaken sir, Hermione and Nicole are in the same house as Potter, but I am in a different house". Alex said.

"Ohhh... so you are in?" Mr Granger asked casually.

"Slytherin".

Hearing this, Mr Granger looked a bit astonished, a bit intimidated and a bit shaky.

Looking at the intimidated expression of Mr Granger, Alex shook his head helplessly. How infamous are we that even the muggle parents are scared just by listening to their name.

"You don't seem to have a very good opinion of the Slytherins". Alex asked

"Umm... it's not like that".

"There is nothing to feel awkward about, we are the ones responsible for being so infamous among the masses".

"Hey, you two what are you talking about?" Another middle-aged man walked to the two of them and asked.

"Nothing Drake, I am just asking him about their school, Hermione won't tell me everything, you know".

"So you go to the same school as Hermione, I heard it's very expensive".

"I got a scholarship".

"Why? What do your parents do?"

"They Died"

Silence... pin drop silence. Drake who asked Alex about his parents had his jaw wide open. Mr Granger also looked towards Alex strangely. How could he just tell about his parent's death so naturally?

Alex glanced towards all of them before finally settling his eyesight on Mr Granger, " I understand your concerns about me being from the house of Slytherin and a bit odd. I can try to have an as minimum interaction with Hermione as possible. But I do hope that you won't stop her from being friends with my sister." Alex whispered so that only Mr Granger could hear that.
