A human mind who saw it up close would see it as something similar to a massive revolving escalator. A human mind that saw it from far away would see it as something like a massive drill or pump. 
 
 Inhuman minds and those human minds that had gotten a peak at how the cosmos really worked would know better. 

 Danke and Wis were in the drain. It was a giant stabilized 'anti-'space that Abwickeln used to get rid of things that it had no use for. What these 'things' were varied. Ranging from ordinary trash in realms that were ordained for cleanliness.... to beings of the void that managed to sneak into the unwinding world and didn't learn to make nice, forcing their inevitable deaths. Which naturally meant that the world had to get rid of the parts of their bodies that it couldn't safely use. 

 Everything that fell into the drain would eventually fall into Abwickeln's great black sea. The sea would dissolve everything converting it into either magic, or data, or cosmic law. 

 Figments and few others were willing to bear the risk of being dissolved by the world's sea, could use the drain as means of quickly travelling between the layers.

 Ordinarily, unless one was incomprehensibly powerful, or was following a prepared path with anchors to help bridge the gap, teleporting between the layers was impossible. The space between them was just too vast, and the energy required to make the trip too steep. 

Thus most people and beings would have to travel to the drain and make their way to their anchor of choice from their. Figments were no exception, no matter how much they were loved by the world. At least that was the case for the young figments. 

"Master, let me ask you the question that you're the most fond of asking…What exactly are we doing here?" said Wis. Pacing the little block of stabilized space they'd landed on. Arms crossed in a self-soothing manner.

Danke chuckled, tugging on one of his long fuzzy ears. 

"I...uh...there's two answers to that. The one that sounds good and the actual answer. Which do you want to here first?" 

Wis gazed at the fuzzy little figment and then sighed. 

 "Actual answer, please." 

 "I've no clue what I'm doing here. I was just trying to get us away from that guy before he caught us or killed us. That dude's level was four, maybe five times my level." said Danke. Looking upwards as the platform they were standing on continued to spiral downwards into the endless darkness of the drain. 

 Wis sighed a second time. 

 "A wise judgement, master. It seems you were listening when I told you to avoid fighting or flee if the other side's level is many times that of your own. Just for curiosity's sake, what would the good sounding answer have sounded like?" 

 If Danke's stitched mouth could mouth, he would have been smirking. 

 "I brought us here because after three months of doing nothing but sleeping, hunting birds, and absorbing their data I've learned enough about my powers as a dream-hopper, my powers as a figment, and the synergistic possibilities of both to feel it was time to move on to an important next step..." 

 "Ah...That was almost convincing, master." said Wis. 

 "I know, right?!" said Danke. 

 The truth was his "good sounding" answer wasn't completely hoccum. They'd spent three months in the plain of birds. Danke had used that time to rest. Learning how to best make use of his dream absorption power. He'd also used the time to hunt. Making the best of his ability to turn to real objects into absorbable, consumable dream objects. 

 This was how he was able to combine the data he'd gained from the birds with his mimicry ability to create wings for Wis and himself. Using that same data to imbue the two of them with the knowledge of how to fly. 

 It might have only been three months, but it was three months that he'd spent diligently working. Studying the difference between reality and dreams and how blurry he could make the line of separation. 

 As he worked, and hunted, and slept, more of Danke's inherited memories unlocked and supplied answers to his biggest questions. Now he felt himself on the verge of understanding something. A key something. A something that would be utterly ground breaking for him if he could take advantage of it properly. 

 "Wis?" said Danke.
 "Yes, master."

 "Is there a layer here that sits at the crux of several dead or dying lucid worlds? Preferably in one of the emptier, or abandoned layers, since I kind of don't want to be bothered by another version of that winged asshole." said Danke. 

 Wis tilted her head to the side. Tapping her pale chin in thought.

 "What you ask for is a bit much but...I do believe that there is a sublayer in a layer 798 that would fill your requirements. The path would be too dangerous and the environment too hostile for most, but you are a figment and in this world you enjoy certain special privileges. Such as your ability to teleport. Congratulations, on awakening that power by the way. I meant to say so but was distracted by everything else that had happened." said Wis. 

 "Thanks. I was kind of surprised when the knowledge popped into my head a few days ago and I hadn't expected to have to use it so soon…. Anyway, so there actually 'is' a place like the place I described." 

 "There are several such places, master. It's just that most of them are neither as isolated nor as quiet as you asked." 

 "Cool. Can you guide me there?" said Danke. 

 "Guide? Hm...Honestly, by the point a figment gains the ability to fold space they've usually absorbed their puppe already and have the overall layout of the unwinding world imprinted within their souls….I...One second. Let me see something." said Wis. Sounding unsure and lost one moment and then becoming determined the next moment. 

 Wis walked over and picked the plush figment up. Holding him to her chest. Danke a felt a warmth flow into him as Wis extended something through their connection. Then suddenly he knew exactly where the 798th layer of Abwickeln was. He also knew where the sub-layer Wis had mentioned was. 

 "Did that help, master?" said Wis. Sounding shy. 

 "Yep." said Danke. 

 The space around them rippled and suddenly they were in a desolate hill covered in ornate but craggy outcroppings. The hill was covered in mist and above was a pitch black sky with a single massive silver moon dominating it. 

 "This is… different." said Danke. Frowning up at the hill. 

 "This is the memorial of Zerbrechen." said Wis. 

 "Zerbrechen?" said Danke. 

 "The graveyard of shattered keys and broken doors. Every day worlds are born and every day a world dies. This is just the nature of the cosmos. It's only when the birth and death is capable of shaking the very fabric of the higher realms that Abwickeln takes note. There are countless sublayers dedicated to such...memorializations. Zerbrechen is the graveyard of lost possibilities and shattered dreams." 

 "Shattered keys and broken doors…" said Danke. Understanding what the puppe had meant now. 

 "The cosmos does its best to protect and collect worlds with unique possibilities and potentials. Sometimes those possibilities and potentials are too minor for too much effort and energy to be expended, and a world is lost. Zerbrechen was made in remembrance of those unlucky worlds." 

 "Ah…. Bummer." said Danke. Looking at the hill and the seemingly endless number of gravestones that covered its surface. 

 "Yes, master… Indeed." said Wis. Her voice soft and wistful. 

 For a time neither the figment nor the puppe said anything. They simply stood at the bottom of the hill contemplating all the death that had to take place for the memorial to grow to its current scale. 

 "Why did you want to come here, master?" said Wis. Turning to her plush liege.

 "Huh? Oh, yeah...I figured out a lot of things about dreams. I figured out that even the dead can dream. I figured out how to distill reality into dreams and dreams into reality and vis-the-versa...or at least I've started to figure those things out." said Danke. 

 "All excellent achievements, master. But I'm still not clear why you asked me to bring you here." 

 "This seemed like the best place for me to figure out even more things and absorb even more dreams for me to further my evolution. No one is using these dreams, right? So it shouldn't hurt if I just hole up here and gorge myself for a fee millennia."

Wis looked up at the hill and then looked down at the little figment and then she looked up at the hill again. 

"Master ...Are you telling me you are capable of consuming even faded dreams from long dead dreamers?" 

"Well...Yeah, that's I how I stopped myself from absorbing you. Don't you remember? I can absorb anything if it's made of the same sort of…'fictive' energy." said Danke. Wondering why Wis was acting so surprised. 

"....." 

Wis gazed at the figment with more than a hint of fanaticism and madness in her gaze. 

"Truly, master ...Of all this world's children I think you might be one who truly resembles Abwickeln's true nature." 

"Huh?" 

"Nothing...It's nothing. So You just plan to stay here for a while?" said Wis. Shaking her head and hurriedly changing the subject. 

"Well, yeah...What's the point of having a cheat power if I don't properly take advantage of it. I mean? The alternative would be being an utter dumbass, and wandering off to have more 'adventures' while I'm still under-powered so...yeah, I think I'm just going to build myself a little hut on the side of this hill and chill for a while." said Danke. 

"Understood, master." said Wis. Nodding. Her eyes falling upon the hill as she tried to consider where the perfect spot for Danke's cultivation-hut would be.

Katarea's eyes widened as she gasped. Looking at Bora she could see he was serious. It seemed that it didn't take long for them to get serious and start doing some important things instead of lazing around in their hotel room.

Both Bora and Katarea jumped a little when they heard the phone ringing. Bora then ran to the phone and picked it up without even checking who had called him.

«  How are tou doing, Bora ?! » 

Bora froze as he heard the familiar voice. Katarea was confused for a second before she remembered who that voice belonged to.

«  Mister Yama ? »

«  Hahaha ! Call me Yama, I don't like it when people call me Mister. »

«  Very well then Yama, what can I help you with ? »

«  Well I heard you saved a team of hunters, huh ? You sure work fast. I just called to thank you and remind you that I'm waiting for you to sell any interesting items you get to me. » 

While Bora was talking to Yama, Katarea had took out all the loot she got from the spider. She already knew her Master would want to sell some stuff, after all he said that they would speed things up now.

«  Well I've some stuff to sell to you. I will come with the items soon. »

«  Then I shall patiently wait for you, friend ! » Said Yama before the line went dead.

Bora stiffly turned towards Katarea who was busy sorting out the loot, he walked while chuckling and gazed at all the loot. He then looked down and grabbed his necklace.

' Yoru, prepare yourself, because it's going to be difficult.'

´ Don't worry, I know Master. I don't like it, but we need a lot to get you strong enough to wield your powers.'

« Katarea, you finished ? » Asked Bora in a gruff voice. Katarea nodded and then went besides him. They stood like that for a few minutes, before Bora sighed heavily.

«  Katarea, I'll check the value of each items. I'll also let Yoru enter your body so he can  multiply the necklaces, they ought to be extremely expensive. »

«  What are we going to do next Master ? »

« ...We'll make some money...An awful lot of money. »

Weeks had passed since the "animal attack" and the school was worse than ever. As the summer drew near, every teacher attempted to squeeze in some last assignments and exams so that every student would have the oppourtunity to save their grades if needed.

As if those who never attended the classes and never did a single homework during the whole year, would care or be able to fix them now right before the graduation. The only real accomplished effect was painting pimples and acnes on my and a few other persistent classmates' faces due to the stress. I couldn't wait to escape the slave drivers and this godforsaken place.

During this period I had also met Nora, the psychriatrist, a couple of times. Every Tuesday after school the shrink tried to force me to reveal my deepest thoughts in order to evaluate my condition, but each and every time my walls were built high. I did not appreciate having her digging around in my brain. My thoughts belonged to me solely. I did nevertheless try to act normal. 

When asked about the incident I stuck to the version that everyone else seemed to follow and kept my real opinions about the incident to myself. My acting was quite convincing, but Nora had a sharp eye and saw through me almost instantly. As a result, it had been a fierce battle of wits ever since the first appointment. I tried to act stupid and guillable, while she utilized every trick she knew of to break me from my shell. The meetings usually went like this:

"Good evening, Melinda."

"Hi"

"How do you feel?"

"Fine."

"That's good to hear. How has your day been?"

"Stressful as always."

"Right, your graduation is drawing near. Isn't that great?"

"Yeah."

"Do you have any future plans? Are you going to work or keep on studying? Or maybe take a break and travel around the world?"

"No." 

"No? Don't you have a list of things you want to experience or accomplish?"

"Not really."

"Are you sure? I remember when I was in your age. I had tons of ideas and things to do. I wanted to try bungy jump, climb Mount everst, sky diving, experience new cultures and so on. You must have thought a bit about it." 

"I am sure."

Nora would then sigh and continue to pester me with questions which I answered with as few words as possible. By being uncooperative I hoped for her to concede and let me go. Unfortunately, her will was stronger than diamonds. I must admit that her patience was admirable, since I had to rank top 3 of her worst clients in her career.

Meanwhile, Sasha and I have gradually drifted apart. At least that was what I had been thinking. We still hung out and talked about the latest rumors or events, but I couldn't help but feel that a barrier has been set between us. I was no longer capable of speaking freely in her presence, because I knew she just like everybody else was questioning my sanity.

Speaking of my sanity, even I was starting to have my doubts. I had invested hours and hours of my precious time on the library and Google with hanging dark bags under my eyes and almost a divorce with my bed as a result. My researches of vampires had been quite unsuccessful. The majority of all gathered information was twisted folklores and fictive works of the creatures, whose trustworthiness was questionable. 

A week before graduation, I did however find an old article from the 90s written by a professor Crossfield in Great Britain, who based on the wording seemed to believe in supernatural beings. He was famous for his contributions to the history, which ranged from the Inca empire to the medieval events. 

According to him, vampires were pale and known as bloodsuckers because of their creation. Vampires were born without blood in their bodies. Blood was the essence of life and without it any creature would suffer, including vampires. As a result, vampires sought victims to steal their life force and ease their sufferings. However, since the bloodcells would gradually be degraded, they would have to continually replenish their blood supply.

In line with Darwin's theory of the survival of the fittest, vampires needed to acquire skills to successfully attract and reel in their targets. They thus could be persuasive and alluring. Based on their skills, the vampires could be divided into different ranks; lesser, normal and greater vampires. Some of the elit were known to possess mind controlling abilities, which included erasing the victims memories. 

After reading professor Crossfield's article, I saw a light in the dark for the first time since everything started. I literally started to laugh like a maniac in the library, because I felt such a relief. Many evil stares were cast upon me, but I didn't really care at that moment. 

Maybe this was a large scale of manipulation in order to cover one of their own's tracks. Considering the fact they probably wouldn't like their presence in this world revealed, it wasn't unlikely. It would afterall be easier to hunt for preys while being hidden. If this was true, however, how come I haven't fallen victim for their brainwashing? This was a giant flaw in my hypothesis. 

To confirm my suspicions, I would have to speak with the professor and preferably as soon as possible. Despite my eager, I knew that discussing the circumstances through email or per phone would be unwise. I had to take precautions in case someone would collect evidence for my insanity. No matter how important meeting the professor was to me, I knew however that I couldn't take the flight to London at that moment. I had to finish the school first. But soon, very soon, I would hopefully finally solve this mystery.

"What are you willing to sacrifice?" I asked him with a weak voice. 
He stared at me intensely with so much emotions which I didn't dare to interpret. 
"Everything."
Just this one word was enough to cause a painful ripple in my heart.
"I see."
Slowly, I moved my hands to caress his cheeks and felt him leaning into my palms. This small reaction made me want to hold him forever and never let go. Even if I had to. Watching him, I smiled sadly. 
"Even me?"

It's already late in the afternoon, the class is overrrrr, and I have to commute all by myself. I was told to find my way there, independently. So I started to walk. Some of the girls are annoying me, so I put a "Don't fuck with me" face. On the phone, my relatives also said that my servants will not be there to help me with anything anymore. I have to learn to be autonomous, as in Erik Erikson's theory, 18 months to 3 years old is when the child has to be autonomous or he/she will face shame or doubt. So next week, they will deduce the amount I spent in my credit card from my real money allowance. Now this is a problem, I have to save to buy One Piece phone case for my fucking phone.

I think I forgot (as usual) to tell you that I am an anime fan. It's the fourth thing that I like. I don't watch TV, use social media, or read books other than philosophy, science, art, anime, and manga. There are many other things that I like, that I won't bother to mention for all of you. It's tiring to talk, even when its all in my head.

I walked on the left sidewalk, and I passed by some church, I think. because there is a cross on it, and it is red. And there are people who wear white inside, I guess they are the servants to the church. And oh! there is an ambulance coming out of their garage. Churches have garages? I didn't freakin' knew that. I know many things, but this is new for me. Maybe it was for people who are on the verge of death, and then they will have to pray in the church as fast as possible. Smart. 

Talk about religion, I don't believe in it. 

So that makes me an Atheist?

I am an Agnostic.

Aetheists are the people who deny the existence of a Divine being. They can suck up their own dicks. They are so limited inside their standpoints. They act as if they know everything, in fact they are just prideful imbeciles. Most of the reasons why they kept denying the existence of deity, is that there is not enough proof that a deity exists. When I look it in the other way, we can also say that there is not much of a proof that a deity does not exist. They based their denial on the scriptures that humans wrote, not the possibility that these were only interpretations of what actually happened. What if aliens have actually visited earth and played with us? We can't deny it, there's a possibility, and to tell you, we are a lot smaller than we think compared to the universe. If the atheists based their denials on the scriptures, then there is a possibility that they deny the existence of aliens - which most of them believed in. That is why I think that they don't make any fucking sense as fuck. And that is why they are stupid. So close-minded. Not considering possibilities. It is like believing that when he tosses a coin, it will always be tails. See what I mean?

They "think" that a deity does not exist. They can say it as they are "conscious" that God does not exist. Then those fuckers can explain what will they feel after they die, I'm sure that they will say that they will feel nothing. Then I will ask that how do they feel that they feel nothing when they can't feel nothing? Since they cannot think about it, how can they think that they cannot think about it when they can't think about it?

 I am an agnostic. I don't deny nor fully accept that there is God. I am open to possibilities, since I don't know everything, and yet I have much to learn. If they hate me for it, then what can they fucking do about it? Nothing. The same will happen from them. What can I fucking do about them? Nothing.

I'll let them believe what they believe, because I know what I believe.

But after all of that explanation...
I think God is the Universe. He lets anything happen. Like what the scriptures said that it is part of his plan.

He lets bad people live
But
He lets other children prosper
He lets other good people prosper
He lets other bad people die. 

I think that the scriptures are only interpretations of humans that could've thought like me, but then interpretations were interpreted in other ways, so the true meaning might have been lost. 

God is not good nor bad, but like the universe, anything can happen, even if it is beyond my understanding. 








I see that I have arrived... 
The apartment building looks fuckin' average. They should've built me my building, I would've been fucking happy. And the landlady is too young, might be around my age, and her hair is bright red. She gave me the key to my apartment, and I went to my new apartment without caring about her.

Once she sees him, she automatically thinks of Uncle Anderson's death.
She has already felt guilty about Uncle Anderson.
Now, she really can't feel at ease with him.
She doesn't want to blame him or even quarrel with him because of Uncle Anderson.

Her mind is really in a mess, and she needs to calm down alone.
While Katrina says that euphemistically, Aaron could understand the subtext, what does she mean separating for a period?

She first advised Aaron that she wanted to separate from him for some time and did not make the decision to break up with him.
She simply wants to be alone for the time being. 
But he kept pestering her. He mentioned Uncle Anderson in front of her...
Does he know that he would hurt her even more?
She has a lot of unspeakable feelings at the thought of Uncle Anderson's abrupt death because of him.
Hence, in this kind of emotion naturally, she utters "break up" two words.
When he hears Katrina say those words, Aaron's mood turns terrible suddenly.
Until now, she doesn't know who really loves her and cares about her.
She thinks Carl Anderson is important.
Just because he has a slight connection with Carl Anderson's death, she easily breaks up with him without any hesitation.
But what about Carl Anderson?
Does he really look like what she thought?
Aaron, in most depressed and miserable, finally growls out, "Carl Anderson is just a snob! You think he's really nice to you?"

After Katrina slaps him, she realizes that she has beaten Aaron.
It never occurs to her that one day she would have the guts to slap Aaron.

when Tai Kong heard this he almost laughed but he holds it with his utmost strength after he finally calmed he told the sect leader

"NO WAY, that kid is just a coward and disgrace to humanity... he doesn't even have the right manners... and don't know how to join a sect at all... if there was something special is he was probably the snack that the divine being was preparing to eat later" 

".... if that the truth then be it... I trust your judgment, but we need to at least test his talents later to be sure"

after this, the sect leader started to order the 2 elder next to him about the war against the divine beast

"Kaoru, breath," Eureka instructed as Kaoru starts fretting over her.
Kaoru followed suit, inhaled all the air he could and exaggeratedly exhaled.
"I'm fine, I was exhausted and that's all. It's in the middle of the night, don't disturb those who are already asleep," Eureka sighed.
"Still," tears welling up his eyes.
"The last time we talked you were imprisoned and we separated on bad terms, then I would suddenly hear that you were injured in a mission, you can't do that to my heart Eureka," Kaoru complained.
"Kaoru, I'm fine. You should be resting yourself, look at those bags under your eyes. Get some sleep."
"Can I stay with you here tonight?" Kaoru asked.
"Don't look at me like that I just want to watch over you."
"*sigh* Then rest, don't be anxious cause I am completely fine, if you start getting anxious in here I'd end up not getting enough sleep" Eureka answered defeatedly.
"Eureka?"
"Hmmm."
"What's wrong?"
"What do you mean?"
"Normally you would have kicked me out of the room already, why are you being nice right now?"
Eureka glared at him. Before he could react again he was suddenly kicked out of the room.
"I'm just asking," *knock knock* "Let me in," Kaoru pleaded.
"Go home and rest," that's all he heard.
"You're so mean," Kaoru complained but smiled afterwards.
<Really speaking with you calms me.> he thought before turning around and he walked away.

"Are you here to berate me again?" Akihiro asked when Kaoru knocked on his office.
"No, I'm..." Kaoru started not looking at him and went straight to his books.
"Hmm?" following his movement with his eyes.
"Thank you," Kaoru said barely a whisper.
Akihiro's eyes went wide, "What did you just say?"
"Th..." this time the words are no longer audible.
"What?" Akihiro asked once again.
"I said thank you, when you found out that she can't be in the hospital, you offered a room in here to let her rest, that's why I am thanking you. That's all, goodbye," Kaoru said before leaving in an instant.
Akihiro smiled, <that brother of mine, he actually thanked me. After 20 long years, he actually thanked me.>

"What do you mean?" the five of them looked at Raven outrageously.
"Just as I said it," Raven replied.
The six of them are currently on their way to Eureka's room.
"It's what I want to ask her yesterday, but she just woke and the king told us to let her rest," Raven said as they reach her room.
Opening the door, they found her outside, standing in the balcony watching over the kingdom. Approaching her,
"Eureka, we..." they started before looking at Raven.
"Seeing how you have difficulty on starting a conversation with me, I'll assume that Raven have already told you," she faced them, "That…. I am blind."
"Then, all this time?" Mamoru said in a low voice.
"Is there something wrong with not having your eyesight?" Eureka asked.
"No, it's just….. But were you always blind? I mean were you blind ever since you were born?"
"No, I was blinded instantly when I was 10."
"What happened?" Feena asked this time.
"It's my choice. That's what happened. I chose to be blind," Eureka replied.
"You were that strong, even though your a zero, even though you are blind?" Hideyoshi couldn't help but ask.
"Physical strength is not in born, you have to strengthen yourself on your own. You can't rely entirely on your ability or the people around you."
"Just how much have you trained?" Feena asked, feeling her emotions taking over again.
"As long as I can remember I suppose, it was not that I was not allowed to play, but playing is not fun to that place."
"I thought you have no memories?" Raven asked.
Eureka looked at him, "My past does not exist."
Everyone was baffled. Her past does not exist, what does that really mean? She would sometimes tell them an experience of hers, or something from her childhood, just like today, but all she says is her past does not exist.
"Are you from this place?" Raven asked once again.
"What, do I look like I came from the outer space?"
This sentence caused the others to laugh. They knew what Raven meant and obviously Eureka does too. And yet for the second time since she woke up, she actually made a joke. Yesterday it was the king, today it's Raven.
"I am from this place, I was born here," everyone once again fell silent.
She was born here but her past does not exist? Just what does that mean?
"I think I've said too much already," Eureka once again said before returning her attention to the surroundings.
"Then how were you able to fight the way you did all this time?" Azusa asked bringing their conversation to the real reason they visited her this time.
"Auras, each person's aura is different from the other," she replied seriously.
"But why are you not hitting any inanimate objects?" Mamoru followed.
"Even those have their aura, an aura that tells you, that such a thing won't move but it's simply just an object," she answered.
Come to think of it, their academy had no written examinations. If they ever have, they never saw her take it.
"Then those exams?" Feena asked.
"Why do you think I'm not the top of the class when I kept on defeating the instructors?"
"Ah, You weren't taking them?!?!" Karen exclaimed.
"I'm not, we barely had them anyway so it does not matter to the instructors whether it's a zero or not," she nonchalantly replied.
"But how did you know the line up of our battle with Kyro's group back then?" Karen after remembering asked.
"You guys were talking about it, all I have to do is to listen right?"
"Then why were you always in the library?"
"If I want to expand my knowledge I could only stay where a lot is reading or studying, some of them love studying while reading aloud, did you know that?"
She then sighed, "Adding to what I have said a while ago, even the things used for writting and to create books have their auras. It's just, concentrating on all those things are very troublesome. So I prefer hearing rather than reading."
"But you were blind since you were 10, how did you?"
"Oh, my companions helped me out."
"Companions?"
Eureka was taken a back, she didn't expect that this casual conversation of theirs would reach this point.
"Where are they?" Raven urged.
"They're..." Eureka paused.
"They're?" this time it was Feena.
"They're not with me."
"Where are they?"
"Who knows."
"In the end, how did you appear here?"
"By the time I realized it, I was already here."
"Before that, where were you? You were gravely injured they said."
"I was, indeed I was."
They waited for her to continue but she didn't.
"You're not going to tell us?"
"Tell you what?"
"More about your past."
"My past does not exist."
"Then what do you call all those childhood of yours?"
"Childhood."
"But-"
"Okay that's enough. We've asked more than what we should," this time it was Raven who stopped them. Seeing how she started avoiding the questions again, he chose not to pry any longer.
Eureka sighed, "Maybe there'll come a time, when all stories could be said. When all questions could be answered. When all things could be revealed. But that time has not yet come, not just yet."
They couldn't react, cause this time when she looked at them for the first time since they met her, she was smiling not bitterly but instead sadly, she was actually smiling at them sadly and apologetically. Seeing this they knew that she had started accepting them as more than acquaintances.
"I guess, it's more than enough," Feena tearyly said.
"Yes, this… is more than enough," Karen followed as she walked closer and hugged Eureka.
"Thank you," Feena added before hugging Eureka as well.
Karen then pulled Azusa who was just close by.
"I can't breath," Eureka said when they hugged her tighter.
The other guys were genuinely happy, cause Eureka finally accepted them as friends. She finally accepted them in her life.

"Could you help us then?" Raven asked, after the girls calmed down.
"I guess I can, I can help you train your senses to be stronger."
"I still can't sleep properly, admittedly," Hideyoshi clenched his hands.
"We were defeated so easily even with the special abilities that we had practiced so hard. It's like were fighting a forest fire with just a pail of water."
"That's what I have been telling you all those times, you can't just train and rely on your abilities. You have to train your physical and mental strength as well," Eureka lectured.
Hideyoshi have no rebuke, she did tell them but just because they were one of the strongest among those of the same age as they are, they thought they were already plenty strong.
"Then this time, we will really train as hard as we can," he said with conviction.
"Train then try your hand with the generals," Eureka added.
"Eureka, how are you against the generals?" Mamoru suddenly asked.
"Who knows, I never tried myself."
<But she doesn't look like she has no idea.> That's what they thought.


She had to be strong, she had to work harder than anyone, she needs to always be on guard, she had to keep all the secrets sealed, but would all this be easy?
