Hello everyone, author is here))
I want to take a break today, because due to growing story and continious improvement of MC it is really hard to manually keep track of what changes and what increases. What one ability does and etc. 
Therefore, today I started on creating a software that will help with that issue. I started it in the morning and still doing it now. 
Because, I spent most of my day typing program and sitting while doing so, I don't have strength to write a chapter for a story. It takes on average around 3 to 4 full hours to write a chapter if idea is clear, however lately chapters take longer, due to all foundation laying and story progression.
So, I don't want to write a wacky chapter just for a sake of new chapter. I will continue working on software to keep track of the MC progression and hopefully tomorrow I will do the chapter.

#Wednesday Update#

So, I am still working on software. Saving objects and modifying their copies is huge problem in C# cause it has no direct way of doing and apparently I forgot about it ;_) so... I made vital parts of interface and implemented them but still got stuck with copying objects. Takes a lot of time and I am really tired, but thought that not updating chaps for you for 2 days straight will be bad, so I decided to dedicate less time to software and started finishing chapter I started yesterday. 
After all, today I had to do less things for soft then on Tuesday))   
Without software really hard to keep track of all skills and abilities and other stuff. And paper not very editable in my opinion AND Wednesday chapter was especially heavy on this, but I did it XD .  
Thankfully I started it yesterday, so I was able to make it)))

Anyway I am going to continue doing software. See tomorrow. And don't forget to leave your feedback. I always try to read your comments. 

P.S. this chapter is auxilary so I am not sure if it will visible like a new one. In future probably will use these for announcements.

Some motherf*cker hacked my pc! Before I was able to realise all my accounts have been compromised. My YouTube (200k + sub) has permanently transferred ownership. My PayPal got compromised and all my google accounts were compromised. I will need a lot of time to recover those accounts.

About how I got hacked. Some motherf*cker sent me a sponsorship email wanting me to test their software. Of course I accepted it but it didn't actually install. The software was about 500 mb in size. That was a warning sign for me but the software didn't ask for admin permission so I didn't care much also the antivirus didn't detect anything wrong. But after 24 hrs all my accounts have been compromised.

Do you guys know if it's possible to hack someone like this? When I wanted to reset my pc I saw something weird. There was an app called 'Adramax Keylogger v2.7'. I don't know how a keylogger got inside my pc even with all the protection.

Anyway this is just a rant. I'll delete this chapter as soon as I write new chapter. I hate posting this sort of announcement on the story. But this was a special case.

I'm a beginner writer. So, please don't mind if there are some basic mistakes especially some grammar and sentence structure. 

PS: I do not own anime, manga, and novels mentioned in this novel. This is just a fanfiction.

　　After an unperceived amount of time, he woke up once again.

　　Yet again he felt disoriented, and a feeling of panic slowly started creeping up on him once more. However, this time, he quickly suppressed those feelings. He knew that once he let himself fall into panic, he would once again grow tired extremely quickly. He did not know why this was the case, but he could feel the tendrils of exhaustion slowly trying to get a hold of him already.

　　Even thinking such simple thoughts caused him to grow increasingly tired. He quickly tried to get what he knew in order before he succumbed to sleep once more.

　　He knew he had been on a tight schedule, finishing his software by double-checking the code so that he could send it to the company the next day. Being a programmer was hard at a time when AIs could write most of the code by themselves, and the only way to earn a living was to constantly come up with new, creative ways of using the coding language, to differentiate your software from those of the AIs.

　　Creativity was the only field in which AIs had not been able to surpass humans… yet.

　　He remembered being extremely exhausted and anxious while working, when he suddenly felt his heart beat at an irregular rhythm. He felt a sudden sharp pain start in his heart as it clenched tightly, then the unbearable pain shot up, through his spine, and he felt his consciousness start slipping away.

　　He felt death approach him.

　　He could not even make a sound.

　　The only thought in his head was, "Am I going to die? Just like this?"

　　He had not known his parents, for he was an orphan. With no relatives to speak of, and because of the immense societal pressure, he had had to start doing part time since very young. Due to always being preoccupied with putting food on the table and paying for his own education, he had extremely few and distant friends, and as for close friends, he had none. Of course, it was self-evident that he had never been in a relationship of any kind.

　　As his life up to that point had flashed before his eyes, he only found himself in school, university, and work, without any rest at any time. It was understandable why he would feel that life was unfair, trivial, and worthless. As though he had served no purpose, made no impact on anyone or anything.

　　The only feeling he had felt before his consciousness had left him, was indignation.

　　Just recalling what had happened previously had already taken up all of his mental strength. He could no longer keep himself conscious. As the bindings of fatigue fully coiled themselves around him, he once more slipped into a deep slumber.

　　When he next awakened, he no longer felt as disoriented as the previous two times.

　　He quickly got to sorting out his thoughts, for he knew that time was limited, and he had to figure out as much as he could before he succumbed once more to whatever was impairing his stamina so severely.

　　He tried to figure out what had happened that had caused him to suddenly undergo a near death experience.

　　After a while of deliberation, he came to the conclusion that he had most likely had a heart attack due to a lack of sleep, exhaustion due to over-working, and severe anxiety over many days. He suddenly felt concerned about whether he still had the job or not, whether they would still pay him for the software he had made or not, whether all the time and effort spent on programming for that software had been in vain or not…

　　No, he should not think in such a manner.

　　He knew that it was a miracle that he had survived, since he had not been able to make any sound to call for help, and almost no one knew where he lived, much less visited him. But after coming to this conclusion, he was even more puzzled.

　　Why couldn't he open his eyes? Why was he cramped in such a confined space? Why was being cramped for such a long time not uncomfortable? Why did the air he was breathing seem to be so viscous? Why did he have such a low amount of stamina? Why did he not feel any hunger at all?

　　Why?

　　He was far more confused now than before. Getting his thoughts in order had not helped at all. He also still had no idea for how to escape his current predicament. He was far too weak to be able to break through whatever was confining him. He did not know what the future held for him.

　　Was he crippled or disabled in some way due to the accident? How much would it cost to cover the medical fees once he was cured? Would he ever be fully cured?

　　No.

　　Stop.

　　He forcefully stopped himself from thinking.

　　He knew his thoughts were going in circles. Worrying would not do anything helpful in the current situation. He was powerless to do anything, and he had to accept it.

　　His ability to stop his thoughts from going awry was one of his strong suits. He had trained himself in meditation when he had started getting overwhelmed with work during high school, and that had come in very handy on a daily basis since he had been able to relax through it.

　　He let all thoughts fade away from his mind, as though uncovering a veil that he never knew was covering him.

　　Then he let that thought fade away as well.

　　He started progressively going deeper and deeper into nothingness as he let his perceptions slowly fade away layer by layer.

　　After a long, unperceived amount of time, he felt calmer than he had ever felt. Suddenly he felt as though there was a slow and steady warm current washing over him, the feeling was almost imperceptibly faint, but he had felt it. And the moment he noticed it, the slight amount of deviation of his focus caused the feeling to instantly disappear like a phantom.

　　As soon as that faint feeling disappeared, the fatigue struck him so strongly that he immediately lost consciousness.

　　Hello everyone, I'm Shaptarshi Joarder, but you can call me Jovian.

　　I hope everyone enjoyed the start of the story.

　　I'm planning on making this story a very long journey where everyone can follow alongside the MC as he lives his life filled with fun and adventure. This story, while it will still have the occasional dark scenes filled with intensity and intrigue, will most of the time strive to be something to help you relax. This is a story about the adventure and fun-filled life of the first magus in a world that only knew cultivation. Join his journey as you experience his joys, horrors, excitement, indignation, and triumphs. Watch him grow and change along with the people and places that he visits. This is a story about life in a world filled with fantasy and majesty. This is the story of the primus magus.

The Story is based in a BPO ( Business Process Outsourcing ) industry or a Call Center Company where a competitive, rude and greatest Team Leader, Vee, handles agents with life experiences that is based on every employees' everyday lives. It tells the stories that we're hearing from our co-workers everyday. Some are fictional and some are real. I didn't put any propriety information from the company that I worked for. I tried my best to change the information, titles and names as much as possible. If there is anything that you can catch while reading the story, please let me know as soon as possible. Don't sue me.

I got the idea of how the story runs by the influence of TV Shows like Orange is the New Black and House M.D. Since I don't have prison and medical experiences I thought of using my experience in my work days back in a Call Center. So that's how I started this story.

I will give you the definitions of each terms that any non-call center agents need to know. You don't need to read them all now. You can just go back to this page if you see a word that you don't know. Consider this as a Call Center Dictionary.

1. BPO or Business Process Outsourcing - is the contracting of non-primary business activities and functions to a third-party provider. BPO services include payroll, human resources (HR), accounting and customer/call center relations.

2. Coerge - Company name used in a story. It is a corporation based in Cincinnati, Ohio, that sells customer management and information management products, primarily to large corporations. Customer management products include agent assisted, self-service and care software tailored to the communications, financial services, technology, retail, healthcare and government markets. Information management provides convergent billing and business support system (BSS) products and services including revenue management, product and order management, and customer care management to telecom, utilities, and cable/satellite/broadband service providers. Coerge 1 is a specific site located in Makati, Philippines. There are other Coerge Sites around the world.

3. Bolt - is an American telecommunications company that provides wireless services and is an internet service provider that is used in this story. A cellphone service in layman's terms. Like Globe and Smart in the Philippines.

4. Account - ( I tried my best to find the exact definition of this but I couldn't. So I will just explain it myself. I will appreciate it if someone will share to me the right definition ) So an account is a product or line of business of every call center agents handles. Whether it is a Cellphone service, Finance, Sales, Technical, Medical, Hotel etc. Bolt is an Account.

5. ACW ( After Call Work ) - If this function is on, you're not going to get calls. This is your chance for you to finish notes or have a breathing after the call. Some Call Centers have limited ACW like a minute or two.

6. Agent - This is an individual or an employee who takes calls.

7. AHT ( Average Handling Time ) - The range of time of you having a call with each customer until call will be disconnected.

8. Alaya - It's the telephone for Call Centers. This is one of the important or common tool we use. This is where our headset is connected. This is where the calls routed. All the functions are here in this baby.

9. AWOL ( Absent Without Official Leave ) - One step ahead for termination.

10. Bio Break - You have some minutes for you to go the bathroom. Not all Call Centers allow this.

11. Call Avoidance - Any kind of behavior that you avoided the call on purpose.

12. Asuria - it's an insurance company or a 3rd party company partnered with Bolt to cover the phone's damages or defects in a discounted amount. It depends on the customer's eligibility of their accounts. It's only a made up name in my story. But most phone service has a special warranty on it just like this.

13. Coaching - The Team Leader will coach the agent. They will have a one on one conversation relating about work like absences, calls or any kind of behavior in work.

14. CSAT ( Customer Satisfaction ) - Positive Survey

15. DA ( Disciplinary Action ) - It's a lovely paper of warning. A step for the termination.

16. DSAT ( Disatisfied Customer ) - Negative Survey

17. Ghost Call - A call that even if you provided your opening speil, no one's responding. So you'll end up providing your closing/ghost speil and disconnect the call.

18. Inbound - Incoming call

19. Irate - Angry

20. Leave - Not present at work.

21. LOA ( Leave On Absence ) - An approved leave without pay. This is especially applied to agents who have medical issues that needs a very long break. ( Like a month or so )

22. Login/Logout - It's like in Facebook. You login and logout in work.

23. OM or Operations Manager - The boss of the Team Leaders. Who discuss Scorecards, the Site's ranks or standing and the strategies for the teams.

24. SOM or Senior Operations Manager - The boss of the OMs.

25. Director - Highest boss of a Company Site.

26. Clients - They are the bosses or part of the management teams in the original Converge Company. They're the bosses of everyone. They're foreigners or Americans since Converge is based on Ohio.

27. Metrics - It's like subjects in Call Center.

28. Outbound - Outgoing call

29. PTO ( Paid Time Off ) - Approved leave with pay.

30. Queue - a list of data items, commands, etc., stored so as to be retrievable in a definite order, usually the order of insertion. In a Call Center World, queue is the line up of calls from customers.

31. Rapport - Having a good conversation with the customer.

32. Repeats - It's a metric. If one agent already got the call and another agent got the call on the same day in different time, you'll hit the repeats. The higher your repeats are, the more you fail. The lower, you'll pass. Simply because the company would not want to have their customers calling back because that means that the issue is not resolve and that's a bad record for the company. Some Call Centers have their own terms of this like 72 Repeats or 30 Day Repeats.

33. RTA - Real Time Adherence. A way to track each employees current status or activity at work. Whether they're on lunch, break, leave, late, absent or on call.
  
34. Scorecard - It's like a grading sheet in Call Center.

35. SIL ( Service Incentive Leave ) - Approved leave with pay

36. SME ( Subject Matter Expert ) - In other Call Centers they're called "Floor Support" and some other terms. They're the assistant of the Team Leader. The support of the team. They do the job like what TLs do. But they're just more of a backup.

37. Spiel - a fast speech that someone has often said before and that is usually intended to persuade people to buy something, agree to something, etc. Or we can call it "script". Agents use this so that we'll know what to say.

38. Sup Call - Supervisor Call

39. TL ( Team Leader ) - Leader or the boss of the team. Who makes reports, listen calls randomly on his own station, who walks around and slamming agents' tables ( well, not all ) Who reports the team performance to their boss which is the Manager.

40. Transfer - Transferring one call to another.

41. Unauthorized Absence - Unapproved Leave without pay.

42. Workforce - They're like the weather channel and the scheduler on the Call Center World. They're the ones who approve your leaves, coaching and team meetings. The ones who predicts if the Site will have a high queue or not.

43. WFM - Workforce Management. A software to track your schedule.

44. CLEAR - it's a software and a tool where agents use to make changes and view customer's information or account of their Cellphone Service. CLEAR is just a name that I thought of. There are other software that agents use in real world.

In a BPO World where TL Vee and her Agents tells their stories of how and why did they become of who they are now.

Hey guys, the author here. I've been feeling better, but not quite there yet. And as I have sat here trying to write, I've been thinking. This story is something I want to keep writing as I enjoy it a lot, but as it sits, I'm struggling to continue. I'm finding it hard to write this with out any planing and all that I do write, fells forced. I wanted this story to take readers on a journey that both you and I would enjoy. I honestly can't continue this with it as it is now.

That is why I want to ask you guys this. Would you be mad if I rewrote this as a system story, one that will not make him overpowered. Logan, would still have his backstory as a soldier, doing a great deed of his home world, and getting rewarded. I already have this as a simple outline, no real story written yet, just simple ways he interacts with others and the system. The reason I bring this up, is so that I can generate missions and scenarios I can work off of, as I am a novice writer.

So far for the system, I have the following:

Stats: Name, race, and age, Special points (Like Fallout game series simplified, 1 being the worst; 10, being the best) S= Strength P=Perception E =Endurance & aura C=Charisma  I= Intelligence A= Agility L=Luck

Abilities: None overpowered abilities, things from anime/manga/games are there but cost a lot and drain aura fast (Example: Sharingan price 1,000,00 system points and heavy aura drain)

Titles: Give small boosts to small things.

Shop: Where he can buy the things he needs/wants Categories: Weapons, Armor, Skills, and Misc.

Missions: Where Missions/Objectives will appear.

This is just the simple outline I have already. I might add more if this is okay with you.

Hastin clicked on option ten. Definitely he must decide what to write, even if the ideas are from the app, the story truly belongs to him.
The app went blank for a moment and then a snake almost popped out of the screen while hissing. The phone slipped down from the Hastin's hand but before it could touch the ground, he caught it.
"Cool. Awesome Effects!!" Hastin shouted out loud ignoring the shock he received when the snake popped out.
The app displayed, 'Thank you… I hope you enjoyed it. Since you like it we will make sure to give you many more surprises in the future'
"Did the app just reply to me?" Hastin once again spoke out his mind.
'Yes! We have Slaughter as your virtual assistant. He will help you with any queries you have and  will also be your emotional support throughout this journey'
Hastin decided to check how slaughter works.
"Hello, Slaughter! I am Hastin"
'Hello Quietus'
"No, it's Hastin! Hasss-Tinn"
'Ok! Quiii-etuss'
"Oh! Forget it! All these user interfaces are useless. They can't even repeat the words properly! So dumb" he complained.
'Slaughter is hurt! Slaughter is angry'
Suddenly a dark figure with an ax appeared on the screen. Its hand almost came out but the app stopped him.
[Not yet! We will still have use for him]
The dark figure disappeared. The app displayed a warning message,
'Warning: Error: Punishment: Free trial gets deducted by a whole month and views offered reduced to half.'
'Current offer: Five months of free trial and five hundred thousand views'
"What the…" he couldn't believe what just happened.
"Really! How could you?" Hastin demanded.
The app displayed a warning message,
'Please adhere to the rules and regulations properly. The punishment will be severe next time if the author continues to not follow the rules'
He tried to go back to the rules and regulations page but the app did not allow him. Instead, it displayed,
'Error: page does not exist'
He sighed and asked slaughter for help, "Slaughter, take me to rules and regulations page"
'Sorry, currently the page is still under construction. Please continue the game for now. Slaughter would pop up a message once the page is available for Quietus to see'
He rolled his eyes. This app is definitely weird. Fine! Let us just play along for now. If it does not give him any proper ideas, then he thought to uninstall the app later.
He completely forgot that he cannot uninstall the app for the next six months as per the agreement. Hastin waited for the app to display the next option.
A red color spider now crawled on the screen while pulling the next page.
'Quietus, please select the location where your story will be taking place'
"Did you guys really change my name? Forget it..." Hastin by now accepted that it is way past to correct them anymore.
The app displayed the options on the screen,
Abandoned warehouse
Haunted mansion
Dark forest
Deserted Motel
Tumbledown Penitentiary
Neglected Asylum
Ramshackle cottage
Forsaken fort
Stranded road
victims home
"Oh! All the options look too good. I am so confused now to choose just one option" he said anxiously.
"Slaughter, why don't you help me choose?" He then asked for help from slaughter.
'No, Quietus has to select this one. Slaughter will help you to slaughter all the victims for you'
He had some unsettling feeling whenever Slaughter spoke with its creepy voice. Since slaughter would not help, he chose option one.
The app spider took him to the next page. Now it showed all the abandoned warehouse locations with pictures for him to select.
As usual, the options displayed were ten in number. All of them had their own threatening and spine-chilling descry.
Hastin selected the spookiest of them all and clicked enter. The app now asked him to enter the number of people he decides to put inside the warehouse.
He typed five and clicked enter. The app spider then took him to the next page which asked for more specific details of the victim. Victims name: Address: Age: Phone number: Email address: Gender: Country:
All the way down, he scrolled the page and in the end, it asked,
'If you are unsure of the details, do you want the app to randomly select the victims?'
'Click OK, if not tap the spider to scroll to the top'
He uncertainly clicked Ok.
The app then displayed a message which said,
'Please wait until the victims are chosen and sent to the warehouse. This may take a while. We advise you to form the outline of the story until then.'
The app closed automatically and disappeared from the screen.
He rummaged the phone for the app but it looked like it never existed on his mobile. The app just vanished into thin air. He couldn't find the app and thought that he was fooled by some junk app. The sky had become darker outside. The old antique clock showed its almost seven o'clock.
He couldn't believe that he wasted the whole afternoon on that rubbish app. He thought of preparing dinner and moved towards the kitchen. The phone blinked once again…
'Warning: Please prepare the outline for the story"
"Oh! You are back. I thought you did not exist for a minute there. Where did you disappear to…"
'Warning: Prepare the outline for the story'
"Ok fine! I will but once I finish my dinner. I need to have the energy to write. Don't I?"
The snake once again appeared without any warning. It hissed at him and disappeared. So the app was real and it's not a dream. Fine! Good! Let's create a novel that will get a million views tomorrow!!!
He felt happy for the first time in his life after his father's death. Even when he wrote books and got his first hundred views, all Hastin felt was zeal but no joy. But now he definitely sensed great pleasure and triumph. 
Even though he did not receive a million views yet, he could feel that the day was not away anymore. That made him jump up in gratification.
Meanwhile, the app sent lucky draw links to a few random people across the world. When they clicked on the link, they were all asked to answer some random questions which also included questions about their personal details.
Few people ignored the link altogether. Some looked at the details they were asked to enter. They backed off at the last minute after looking at the questions they were asked to answer.
But among them, there were thirty-five people who were in desperate need of money, and the prize amount definitely tempted them. Twenty people filled random junk as an answer while remaining gave the exact answer to each of the questions asked.
Once all the details were filled they were allowed to spin the wheel for the lucky draw. Among the thirty-five, exactly five got 'Quietus' displayed on their screen.
Within no time, they were all pulled inside their mobile. And no one ever heard about them again. For others, they were asked to try once again next month as this lucky draw will keep happening every month until noticed otherwise. Hastin's mobile blinked once.
All of them who were pulled in were dumped into the warehouse. They all laid in one corner almost looking like they were in deep sleep except for one guy. He stood up and searched the warehouse for the exit.
But before he could reach the exit, a giant creature caught him and lifted him in the air. It suddenly vanished along with the guy.
Hastin's mobile on the nightstand blinked once with a message.
"It's ready. Let us launch the horror..."
He, who still doesn't know what actually happened, slept peacefully in his lonely mansion. Also, Hastin completely forgot to create an outline for the story which the app specifically insisted several times for him to do.
As he was having a spooky dream, a giant vulture landed on his front yard with a half-dead guy. It slowly started to peck on the food in front of it with bright blood-colored eyes. 
Let us wait and watch the punishment he would get for missing his target set by the app this time.

Hastin was running out of ideas for his horror novel. By chance, he comes across an app which gives him ideas for his story. In the beginning, everything was smooth flowing. But later he finds out that whoever reads his story disappears and becomes the story character themselves...

Mei Xing woke up with an aching body. To add to this hardship, she had a pounding headache since she did not dry her long ash brown hair before falling asleep last night. However, Mei Xing was used to waking up this way for the last 3 years. 

She threw two pills in her mouth to help with the pain and swallowed them before getting up to brush her teeth. She took a long shower and picked out an outfit to cover her bruises: High-waisted dark jeans and a maroon knitted sweater. She tucked the front of the sweater into her jeans as she walked toward her vanity.

Mei Xing had gotten a black eye, so she needed to apply makeup. She turned on some music as she covered the evidence of her father's abuse. The song "Hourglass of Memories" by G.E.M TANG began to play.

"The puzzle pieces all disappoint

Mei Xing sighed. Just a little longer until she could escape this hellhole of a home. Since she was 17, there wasn't much she could do to escape her father. She couldn't just pick up and leave since she was still a minor. Mei Xing also couldn't call for help because no one would believe her. After all, her father was technically rich since he took all her mother's inheritance after she died, and no one would believe that the "pampered" daughter of a rich man would be abused. Huh, what idiots. Whatever, in 2 weeks, she would turn 18. Then she would be a legal adult, free from her father at last.

The thought of freedom put a small faint smile of Mei Xing's face. She finished applying her makeup and picked up her designer bag. Her father always made sure to provide her with such luxuries to keep up the illusion of a pampered daughter. 

She left her empty house and headed off to Star Academy where she attended high school. Her ultimate goal was to one day become a star in order to gain fame.  Once she had enough money and fame, she could get her payback.

Hello everyone, it's your girl, the author. I just want to thank everyone that has read up to this point. I know there aren't many of you, but since this is my first novel, I am happy that I even got 5 views to be honest. I actually just hit 400 views (it might not seem like a lot to most of you, but that means like the world to me.) I just really want to thank all of you, even if it seems cheesy haha. So down to business, in case you haven't noticed, the story is progressing a bit slowly. I would like to apologize for this issue. I realize that authors usually don't go into a character's backstory until like the middle of the novel, but I'm new at this and I had no idea how to start this story or later incorporate Mei Xing's origin. Also, for everyone who is anxious to meet our Handsome CEO, please understand that I am trying my best to get there. However, I have hit a bump in the road: I can't find a good name for him. I know it sounds ridiculous but Chinese is not my first language and I want to find a good name for him.
