The Dan Wu Academy's Scripture Library was divided into three sections. The second section was only opened for those who were in the Spirit Condensation Realm. The current Ye Yuan naturally had no right to enter.

The main hall, built into the mountainside stood magnificently, is one of the core areas of Cloud Valley, as that is where all the books are stored, and was heavily guarded, with three guard posts and 5 guards per post, with various spirit beasts patrolling the areas in between.

The Spirit beasts, were actually just wild monsters, but unlike the ones in the wild, these spirit beasts gained have the power to control spiritual power as a result of how they were raised. As such they were regularly tamed by cultivators as pets. Their strength however is not to be underestimated, as they can cultivate to the same levels as humans, and a spirit beast of the same level is always stronger than a human. Moreover, once they recognize a master, they are highly loyal, and will never betray their master and would even fight to the death. It is because of this that Cloud Valley used many of them as guards.

A roar echoes through the hills, as Lin Xuan gets within two hundred meters of the main hall. As the roar fades away, A red flash of light arrives in front of Lin Xuan, it is a large red tiger, however unlike normal tigers, this one is twice the size, with light flames all over its pure red body, causing the nearby grass to begin to burn.

The imposing manner is definitely that of lions and tigers, its tyrannical aura, making the body run cold.

Fierce Fire Tiger, first-level low-grade Spirit Beast!

Spirit beasts are divided into eight stages corresponding to Spirit Condensation through the Tribulation Ascension , each level being divided into low-grade, mid-grade, high-grade, and best-grade.

With first level corresponding to Spirit Condensation stage, second-level being Foundation Establishment , and so on...

At the same rank, however, although spirit beasts have more power, they cannot win against cultivators because they do not posses the same level of intelligence.

The Fierce Fire tiger, after arriving in front of Lin Xuan roars lowly, however Lin Xuan's appearance is undisturbed, and as the Spirit beat examines Lin Xuan, the hostility in its eyes gradually fades away, quickly replaced by a pleased look, as it recognized Lin Xuan and moves to the side.

Once through the door, Lin Xuan arrives in the hall, Lin Xuan examines the surroundings. The entire library being divided into  three levels, the first level containing the most volumes and was open to all students. However most of the books on the first level are merely storybooks, and held little value to cultivators.

The true collection began on the second level, as they contained instructions for Alchemy, skill books, as well as different cultivation methods, and only foundation building experts and higher were allowed to borrow those books.

The defenses on the first level are even more powerful on the second level, as it is guarded by not only an Elder, but also layers upon layers of spirit formations.

As for the third level, that was where the most precious items were kept, they contained the cultivation manuals of each generation of school head for Cloud Valley, as well as the best training methods they discovered, only those accompanied by the school leader were allowed entrance there, as for the guard for the third layer, it was several high level monsters.

As each disciple was only allowed to borrow up to three books at a time, Lin Xuan began to carefully began to search of information.

As the entire first level occupied several thousand square feet, with rows of bookshelves, neatly organized, Lin Xuan begins on the left side and begins to scan titles.

"You surprised me young adventurer. I can see you have more silver coins in your pocket. Tell me, are you interested in secret serial dungeon key?"

I looked suspiciously at Shin. If That NPC's words were true then Shin got over 9 silver coins when he returned from the store. How on earth did he manage to get all these coins? 

I wanted to ask him in chat directly but he was one step ahead of me as he sent in the chat saying in one word:
"Later."

Then I heard him saying with an excitement he failed to suppress:
"I want this dungeon key please. Here are 6 silver coins."

"You are a very good fellow to do trade with. Here is the dungeon key. Do you need anything else?"

That NPC face showed a weird smile. He seemed to me that he was very happy by our deal with him.
"No thanks, I don't have any more coins to buy."

"You still have some copper coins. Don't you want to buy something with them?"
I felt worried. That NPC knew exactly how much wealth Shin had. 

He didn't intend to make us leave with a single copper coin I believe. All my coins I had previously gave them to Shin before he went to that store. I looked to Shin in a worry but he looked not worried at all but rather excited.

"I only have 120 copper coins. What can I buy with it?"
"You can't buy any skill book for sure, but you can buy any forging scroll. I have plenty of forging scrolls here. What forging scroll do you want?"

"Do you have normal scrolls?"
"Yes, but the cheapest of them is way above your little money. Your money can only buy you a forging scroll."

Shin looked hesitated for a few seconds before asking:
"Can I return one skill book I had just bought?"

"Sorry adventurer, I told you before I only accept coins. I'm not a pawn shop."
This NPC was really treacherous! I didn't know what these normal scrolls were. 

From their higher price than forging scrolls and Shin's trial to get them I figured out they must be very unique.
"Ok. I want a rune forging scroll. Here are 120 copper coins."

"You have a good eye adventurer. Here is your scroll. Do you need anything else?"
Shin replied in an obvious regretting tone:

"No, thanks. I'm broke now."
"I hope I can meet you young fellow later."

Shin looked at the NPC with doubt then he held my hand and moved away from the stall. He kept his silence till we exited from the village. 

He then led us towards the woods again. I noticed the presence of many players there, so he moved deep in the woods. We went a longer distance than when we were fighting here. 

The deeper we get, the fewer players we met. Until we reached to a place with no player at all he stopped and turned to look to me. I already knew that he didn't want to speak in a place full of players.

"Now you can speak freely."
"You are smart little silly girl. What we got is a big fortune and we need to discuss what we should do with them."

"You need to explain what we bought from that cold cunning NPC. I don't really know anything about any of these books. But first tell me, how did you manage to get these 9 silver coins?"

"Dumb girl! You forgot that I had collected the equipment that dropped from the 50 players team at the gate of the village? 

We killed 44 players and each dropped 2 pieces of equipment. So I had 88 pieces of equipment. Also I had 13 pieces of equipment from that 10 players team we killed from before."

"Ah, i really forgot. Then what about these books? What is their info and uses that made you that excited?"
Shin smiled but didn't talk. He first got two books. He gave me one and explained:

"First you need to learn this observation skill."
"What is observation skill?"

"It's a must to have skill. Through this skill you can get all the available info about anything. Any equipment, ore, herb, monster and even players with disguise equipment like the ones we have aren't immune to this godly skill. 

Of course there are limitations to it, but it's really a very useful skill."
I got the skill book in my hands and tried to know its features but I couldn't. I looked to him and asked:

"How can I learn this skill?"
"Put your hand on the book and think about learning it likes usual."

I followed his instructions. I put my left hand over it and then thought about learning it. I suddenly heard a voice in my ears:

"Do you want to learn Observation skill from this Observation skill book?"
I said without any second thought:
"Yes I want."

I felt very comfortable warmth seeping into my body. Then I looked at Shin who had learned the same skill and asked:
"How can I use it?"

"Like always silly girl. Think about it when you look at your target."
I kept looking at him and thought of using the skill. Suddenly, there were new multiple rows of info that appeared above Shin's head.

Class: Swordsman "

It was a brief info but it would really help me a lot. If I knew the classes of my enemies, then I could formulate better plans to kill them. 

I could also know much info like monsters info without the need to ask Shin every now and then. It was an awesome skill that I liked a lot. Shin smiled and said:

"Now you won't need to ask me in every step you make, lousy noisy girl."
"Don't be happy so soon, I will always ask you none the less."

We laughed then he took out all the books he bought from that NPC. There were 23 different skill books in front of us. Shin first separated them in different smaller groups. 

There were two identical groups each had 7 skill books. These were the skill books of lifestyle players. There was another group of 5 skill books and two groups each had two skill books. 

These 5 skill books group was the auxiliary skill books group. The last two groups were CC and AOE skill books. After he finished his organization he stood in front of these big skill books and said proudly:

"These melee class skill books will be enough for both of us till we reach level 30 at least."
"Do they have expiration date?"

"You know that you have this nasty habit of asking very silly questions. There is no such a term here in our tech empire. What I meant is at level 30 many players will be stronger than now. 

These skills will limit our fighting abilities and many players will have suitable counter skill for ours. So by level 30 we either upgrade our skills or dump them totally."

"How can we upgrade these skills?"
"Any skill has a Mastery value. Each time you use the skill successfully you will one Mastery point or MP. 

If you successfully hit a higher level or grade monster and managed to cause even 1pont of damage, you will get double MP. Each skill has a fixed upgrade rules. 

Basic grade skills are the ones you learn from the start. Intermediate grade skills needed 10K MP. Advanced grade skills needed 20K MP. Expert grade skills needed 40K MP. 

Master grade skills needed 100K MP. Sovereign grade skills needed 500K MP. God grade skills needed 1M MP. So you either you managed to upgrade your skills or you dump them and use more powerful skills."

"I would rather upgrade them all."
"That would be difficult. The more powerful the skill is, the longer its cooldown becomes. So in every fight you might only use these powerful skills once. 

The easiest skills to upgrade are those passive skills but they are the weakest."
"But finding new skill books will be hard, right?"

"Not that hard. When we reach town, dungeon system will be opened. Also we will have couple of Boss Field monsters. These two usually drop skill books. Although their drop rate is very low, we can get them from there."

I didn't like low chances at all in my life. I made up my mind and then declared my decision:
"I will upgrade these skills."

"This is not possible. For each skill you need to use them 10k times. That is a lot of uses especially to these powerful ones. If you want my advice, you should focus on one or two skills. 

At least when you reach level 30 you will have two trump cards up your sleeves."
His words made sense. I was much excited about these skills. Shin started by the biggest group of them pointing to each skill book of them:

"These lifestyle books are very essential to you. If you needed to make unique Mechas in the future, you need to hone your skills from now. Forging skill book gives you access to the blacksmith world. 

It's just the preliminary stage, but with it you are eligible to use forging designs to make different pieces of equipment. Alchemy skill book is the same. It makes you a preliminary alchemist. 

Machinery skill book is very unique skill book. Mechas are built from different types of ore. In addition they have different machinery systems inside them. 

The more powerful these systems are, the stronger these Mechas can get. You need to raise your grade as a machinist if you are really serious about Mechas."

"I'm really serious. It's my dream you know. I want to build a full legion and cause great terror to my enemies, especially those arrogant aristocratic families."

"Then you have a lot of work ignorant girl."
I ignored his usual teasing and pointed to the remaining four skill books asking:
"What about those?"

 "That is mining skill book. It will grant you the class of basic miner. It is very important and useful class. Every time we are out in the wilderness you can mine different types and grades of ore. 

These ores will help you a lot in your blacksmith and machinist classes. The same applies for gathering skill book, which grant you the class of herb gatherer. Herbs are very important to your alchemist class. 

Collecting skill book will give you the skill of collect. This skill will be useful. Every time you kill a monster you can get additional resources from his body by using this skill. 

The last skill book is helpful at battles especially PvP. There are nasty classes which are very difficult to deal with if you don't have this skill. Those are thieves and assassins. 

This skill is the perfect counter for any stealth class. You can discover any hidden enemy in certain range near you. Of course it's not that omnipotent but the higher you go with this skill the less enemies you will miss."

They were really a mix of very practical skills. There were skills useful during leveling, some after killing monster and some during fight. I liked that mix. I looked at the second biggest group and asked:

"What are those auxiliary skill books?"
"These are very important and rare skill books. These skills don't affect you but they affect your weapon. 

They grant your weapons additional stat points for some period of time. That would turn you into a god in the battlefield. This book for example added double the Strength stat to your weapon for ten seconds. 

That means when you use any skill with your weapon, you will Attack value that equals to the weapon Strength points plus triple your Strength stat points. 

Even you face player higher in level than you by 5 levels you can kill him with ease in ten seconds. These skills are godly skills in PVP battles."

The sun hadn't even cleared the horizon before Rykar and Loki excitedly dashed out of the room fully equipped as though ready for war. With Rob in tow, they quickly scanned their bracelets before descending the lift and venturing into the forest of bookshelves.

Being recognized immediately due to their extravagant masks, a librarian silently began to trail behind them with a silver cart after informing them that he would be waiting on them and willing to answer any questions. History, mathematics, statistics, culture, science, weaponry, biology, farming. Walking through just two of the hundreds of bookshelves, they were already baffled as to which topics to explore while recited the titles of any books they pointed to on the shelves.

Growing annoyed of the aimless searching, he took the initiative to turn towards the librarian. "Excuse me, where can we find books related to exploration? Mainly focusing on geography, animals, plants. Information on fragments and worlds, along with travel information are also needed." While speaking a thousand times more refined than usual, he straightened his back while attempting to put on a façade of someone who could actually afford his getup. 

It didn't even take two seconds of thought before the woman smiled and lead them just a few shelves across. "This row, along with the next two, house books which are mainly focused on the world around us, the sea of stars and more of the commonplace flora and fauna. Please let me know if there are any specifics you are interested in and I will do my best to help."

Like kids in a candy store, the twins no longer even asked Rob any questions as they pulled books off the shelves and looked at the covers with glistening eyes. There were an assortment of designs, some very abstract, while others giving a clear idea of the contents of the book. Plants, animals, mythical looking beasts, stars, swirling clouds. These books were piled up on the cart one after the other while the more blank and dull designs were put back on the shelves without suspense.     

It wasn't long before there was a second librarian right next to the first, along with a second trolley due to the first being too full. While one went to take the first set of books to their study, the second was also half full when the next question came from Rykar. "Where are the story books? With generals and armies!" 

Barely containing his excitement, he only calmed down slightly when Rob tugged his shoulder to get him to stop skipping while they followed the librarian across the shelves once again. 

"Just these shelves?" He asked when they arrived at a quieter section of the library. This was a walkway dozens of metres long and with books lining the sides, yet it didn't seem to be even a drop in the ocean compared to all the shelves they had walked past to get there. To awaken a person's talent one must stimulate a person's bloodline and this can be done using different ways but most common is drinking medicinal paste made by alchemist association.
As humans stimulate their bloodline for the first time they awaken different kinds of abilities and talents. Till now all the children have completed their awakening while none awakening abilities only awakening talent for elements.

My father just smiles and says "Don't be afraid it's an artefact spirit which keeps check on library and if someone other than me and your mother tries to barge in it will alarm me today I will also add you in the list and you can come here to read the books. There are books about everything from pill concocting, weapon crafting and talismans to books about history of this world and beyond not just this continent. But always remember son never to bring these books out of here and never tell anyone a word of what you read here even to your siblings. When time comes I will tell them myself."

"Archean Mountain disciples need to become transcendent-grade Godfiends or high-grade Godfiends," said the cyan-clothed woman with a smile. "You have just joined the sect. I believe all of you have great ambition, wishing to become a transcendent-grade Godfiend."

Acewill smiled, the books were trying to oppress him, but then something weird happened the crystal on Acewill's hands started to tremble, then it flew out.

It was now floating above, just then it started to glow, the three books also started glowing like a fight was going to happen, the crystal was glowing stronger until.

The light burst and enveloped everything, Acewill and the two covered their eyes trying to avoid the blinding light, after a few seconds the light subsided, what they saw next was so cool.

All of the books were floating, circling around it, the three books were also close to it and circling around it, Acewill suddenly heard something, he looked around then turned his head into the crystal.

He then felt like the crystal was connected to him and understands what it wants, Acewill then took the Pagoda Creation Emblem from his inventory.

The Pagoda Creation Emblem flew out of Acewill's hands and it flew to the Crystal, what happened next was something like you will see in dreams or fantasy.

Acewill was suddenly transported into a very large room with tons of empty shelves, it looked like a library, No, not just a normal library, it was heaven library.

The books suddenly flew off and went to the shelters, Acewill noticed that the heaven library has top floors, the weakest Martial techniques went to the shelves in the lower floor the stronger books were top floors, Acewill toured around.

The Grade 1 and Grade 2 Techniques were on the bottom floor, then the 2nd floor was where the Grade 3 Techniques reside, then on the 3rd floor had nothing the same for the 4th, and 5th, Acewill continued climbing at the 6th floor.

The 6th floor has the Earth Rank Techniques, it was looking empty because it only has few techniques but it the interior design looked much more majestic, then on the 7th floor was where the Heaven Rank Techniques, it has fewer shelves but much more majestic than the 6th floor.

The ten Heaven Rank books were neatly displayed, it has a crystal above it, Acewill then saw a small pamphlet at the sides, Acewill picked one and tried to read it.

It was the Manuals on how to learn heaven rank techniques, "So they have to put their consciousness on the crystal then they will see how to learn the technique, and it has time limit of 2 hours?" Acewill read the manual and was surprised.

He wanted to try it so he followed the manual, first he went to a technique its name was Shadow Darkin Footwork, he put his hands on the crystal and focused his mind on it, he felt his body was becoming light, Acewill then opened his eye's and found himself on white space.
 
Acewill noticed words appearing above him, then it suddenly rushed and entered Acewill, he felt a strong headache it  was unbearable, after 10 minutes that felt like forever the pain finally subsided and the pain was also gone.

Acewill felt like a series of information appeared on his mind, then a silhouette suddenly appeared in front of him, to be clear it was a shadow.

The shadow started moving its feet was not making any noise and was light it felt like he was never there, Acewill was sure that if he lost the shadow, it will be hard for him to find it.

Acewill studied its footwork, from how it moves and how it executes it, Acewill tried to do the footwork and found that it was pretty hard, he then continued practicing, with a shadow performing the move, it was easy for Acewill to learn the move and after one and a half hour.

Acewill learned the Shadow Darking Footwork, Only if he focused his steps but when he looks on the shadow it felt natural and Acewill was feeling something was missing as he was thinking, his eye's blacked out and found himself back again at the library.

Acewill tried executing the footwork again and found that the hard work did pay off, even though Acewill felt something was missing to the Shadow Darkin Footwork, he didn't go again.

Acewill climbed up again and saw a room with a barrier on it, he tried to touch it but he was able to get past it, there he saw the three books that were trying to suppress him, the books were flipping on its own and words flowing out of it.

Acewill didn't bother to go close and went to the stairs, he saw that there were still plenty of rooms but he knew those rooms were empty, he then went back down, after he got down he found out that the crystal was nowhere to be found.

Acewill turned his head around and found nothing just then "Ummmm" he heard a voice below him and found a white-haired kid who was looking very cute.

He was stupefied, how come there was a kid here? he thought, "Hello" Acewill said.

"Father" The kid suddenly cheered and hugged him, "What?" Acewill was shocked to the core, how come I have a son? I never had a girlfriend! did someone defile me? is this a joke? he was panicking, I am too young to be a father! He yelled inside.

"Wh..What ish" Acewill stuttered, he calmed himself down after a few minutes, "What is your name?" Acewill asked.

"You named me Serenity" Serenity answered.

"Serenity? You mean the crystal?"Acewill asked

"Mhmm" Serenity nodded

"Oh!!!" Acewill was happy, "so it was the crystal, I almost had a heart attack," thought as Acewill sighed on relief.

"How did you transform into a human" Acewill asked

"I don't know father," Serenity asked innocently, "Gahhhh" Acewill almost puked blood, this kid is too cute, I don't mind to be a father anymore he exclaimed in his mind.

"Okay let's forget about that do you know how to leave here," Acewill said as he patted Serenity head.(A/N: He is not a Shotacon I think--)

"Yes Father" Serenity cheerfully replied as he was getting patted by Acewill, Serenity then raised his hand and flicked.

"Swooosh"

Acewill again found himself back at the guild residence with Serenity beside him, Keht and Zthu noticed Acewill, "Hey Where did you go you suddenly disap..." Keht was asking as he noticed Serenity he stopped.

"Booom"

Keht suddenly kneeled, Zthu was startled why Keht kneeled and then he noticed Serenity who was hiding behind Acewill.

Zthu also fell down on his knees, Coincidentally the girls also arrived and noticed Acewill, Lily saw Zthu kneeling on the ground and thought Acewill was lecturing them, she walked close and was planning to hug Zthu when she noticed Serenity.

Acewill felt a gust of wind passed by him, then the next thing he found was the girls were already behind him, flocking on Serenity, Zthu and Keht finally stood up.

"What happened?" Acewill asked

"He was too cute that my knees gave in" Zthu said.

"Serenity, Stay with them for now," Acewill said as he looked at the girls playing with Serenity, "Okay" Serenity answered as he got to know the girls.

"Keht, Zthu come with me" Acewill called out at the two who were acting like grandfathers when they were talking with Serenity.

Keht and Zthu followed Acewill, After 20 minutes They arrived outside the Feyre City, Acewill looked at the plot of land that was 1 hectare wide, it was enough for building the sect, the city has plenty of territories.

Acewill then took out the Sect Creation Emblem.

Then the ground started trembling as if hell had erupted, fissures opened up around the perimeter of the land.

The Sect Design Blueprint gave Acewill a birds-eye view so he can see everything, I placed the main hall on the middle, which was the highest, if someone wants to go there they have to climb stairs.

Acewill also placed the pagoda on the north, the treasure storage was also at the north, the treasure exchange Pavillion on the east, then the Merit Job Billboard on the West, then the profession hall on the west.

Profession Hall, it was for alchemist and blacksmith and the others, in simple word it was where the types of equipment were placed if they want to use the profession hall they must have sufficient merit points.

After a while, Acewill finally finished, he then read the Sect Blessing he got.

"So it improves the qi on the sect pretty good," Acewill said, then it was finally time.

The trio walked and entered the Sect, As they walked they were amazed, it was so big, it took the trio 2 hours to finally reached the Main hall, As it was a mountain it was very hard to climb up.

The Main Hall was very huge and stylish, Acewill entered the Main Hall and found that its interior design was also very majestic, Acewill toured around and found a room that was big, and what happened next destroyed his fantasy it was the scanner.

It Scanned Acewill full body before opening, inside was like a tomb room or something, Acewill found a crystal ball in the middle, which was the same as the City Core, he put his hands at top of it
