'husband and wife lungs sliced'  become a trademark for my dish, Ming Er always helps me selling the food and I always thinking she's my lucky star. We live a simple but happy life at that time
Later when my delicious dish becomes popular, I receive an invitation to become a cook in the Palace, which I gladly accept. My family also delighted with this invitation, but who knows the job as a cook in the palace brings me to my bitter end. 
So, since this new business is her proposal, I'm thinking to use this dish as one of the menus on our food truck. Since the cooking time is quite long, I decide to make two servings of this dish for lunch and dinner while preparing the ingredients for now, which is preparing the meat and braising ingredient. For one serving to 6-8 person, that will need: 
INGREDIENTS
• 3 to 3.5 lbs beef brisket, chuck, tongue, and/or tripe 
Braising ingredient:
• 1/4 cup light soy sauce (or soy sauce)
• 1/4 cup Shaoxing wine (or dry sherry)
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 4 dried chili peppers
• 3 green onions, halved lengthwise
• 2 large slices ginger
• 1/2 cinnamon stick
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 teaspoon Sichuan peppercorns
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder

Place the beef in a big pot and add water to cover by 1 inch. Cook over medium-high heat until boiling. Turn to medium heat and boil for 10 minutes. Skim the surface using a fine mesh strainer and discard the foam until the broth turns clear. Add all the braising ingredients. Turn to medium-low heat. Simmer, covered, until the beef turns tender but not tender enough to fall apart, 2 hours or so.
Once the beef is done, transfer to a plate to cool enough to handle. Slice the beef against the grain into 1/8-inch (4-cm) pieces. Now I can serve the beef or store it in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 4 days before serving.

After that finish, I only need to prepare the sauce and sliced meat into the plate and pour the sauces. Drizzle with plenty of sauce, top with cilantro, sesame seeds, and peanuts will give the dish more attractive appearance.
For the sauces, the ingredient that I needed is,
• 4 tablespoons homemade chili oil with 2 tablespoons chili flake residue, or to taste
• 3 tablespoons braising liquid 
• 2 tablespoons homemade flavored sweet soy sauce
• 2 teaspoons Chinkiang vinegar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon ground toasted Sichuan peppercorns, or to taste
• 3 cloves garlic, grated
• 2 green onions, chopped
• 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl. For an even better result, mix the sauce in advance and let sit for a couple hours before serving.
Preparation time for this dish only takes time around 30 minutes, and since the cooking time a little long (2 hours), I have much spare time until the cooking done, I decide to see how my lovely wife doing with her cleaning duty.

The  day  on  which  the  dark  clouds  were  scattered  all  around  the  sky , there  was  an enormous  villa  from  which  screaming  voice  could  be  heard  that  can  cause  chill  to  ran  down  through  spine . 

A  woman  with  sexy  body  yet  exquisite  facial  features  was laying  on  king  size  bed  and  beats  of  sweat  were  dripping  from  her  forehead .

He   kissed  forehead  of  his  child  and  told  both  women  who  were  preparing  to  leave  " You  have done your  job  well  but  both  of  you  are  not  allowed  to  reveal  this  because  I  personally  want  to  see  their  fucking  shocked  faces  when  my  child  will  overtake  this  company " .

He   turn  around  and  took  the  suitcase  full  of  money  and  while  passing  it to  them  he  again  reminded  " This  information  should  never  be  leaked  because in  the  business  world  people   with  extraordinary  background  can  remain  at  the  top " . 

While  playing  with  his  kid  he  said  in  stern  voice  " I  do  not  want  him  to  grow  in  this  messy  atmosphere  where  he  can  be  killed  anytime  and  if  anything  happens  to  my  child  because  both  of  you  then  I  will  be  the  first  one  to  become  yours  worst  nightmare  regardless of  our  friendship ". 

The  women  in  white  suit  took  the  suitcase  and  said  in  somewhat  unpleasant  tone  " You bastard , do  you  not  consider  me  your  friend ?? Hump... I know  that  because  of  your  wife  you  never  loved  me  but  at  the  very  least  you  can  trust  me  and  beside I  want  you  to  repay  me by  marrying  your  son to  my  daughter  and  we  can  call  this  even ". 

@$??#....Mr.  Shenazard  suddenly  chocked  and  didn't  know whether to laugh  or  cry . This  women  sure  was  crafty  and  she  even  set  her  eyes  on  his  son . Thinking  for  a  while  he  said  with  uncertainty " Suzen  even  though  I  will  be  sending  him  to  a  remote  country  but  I  will  never  decide  who  he  has  to  love  or  marry ". 

He came closer to her and  said in  low voice " Your daughter  is  six  month  older  than  my  kid  and  do  you  know  that  capacity  of  your  husband  is  really  great ".

" Holy Fuck " She thought in her mind  and  with  an  embarrassed  face  she  glared  at  him angrily .

He  quickly supported  his  wife  to  sit  and  gave  her  medicine . Sunita's  eyes  became  gentle  as  she  said with great difficulty  " I  just  want  you  to  give  name  to  our  son  " .

These  full  of  confidence  words  made  Sunita burst  into  tears  and  with  a  light  smile  she  closed  her  eyes  as  if  she  had  found  peace .

Suzen  who  stud  in  the  corner  of  the  room  was  watching  all  the  scene  going  on  in front  of  her  made  her  eyes  somewhat  red  as  if  she  was  recalling  the  scene  of  her past  when  she  has  giving  birth  to  Sneahit's  child.

After few minutes, he heard a soft snores coming from his wife, and he chuckles silently as not to wake his wife. 
He then carried her to their room and laid her down on the bed, change his clothes that are being wet with his wife tears(he doesn't feel disgusting but he cannot wear a wet clothes). Softly closing the door, he makes his way down and start preparing for their snacks and tea. Finishing up, he holds out his phone from his pocket and start calling his assistant to prepare a meeting for changing their company based and told him to inform every one about it, with the he hangs up the call. 

A few minutes before  James return, his wife comes down the stairs and approach him to give a kiss.Pulling away from the kiss, both heard the sound of door being unlock and his wife made his way towards his son and gives him a hug and kiss to welcome him. 
He expected his son reaction to be shock, as they never stayed more than one night. 
He too gives him a hug, and his soon gives him the same gesture as them. Then, his wife shoos his soon to clean up and joined him. After a few minutes, he happily joined them. 
Sooner than he expected, his wife cleared her throat and gave him a glance to start what they discussed. 
He knows that his wife is desperate to clear the heavy atmosphere between them. So, He called his son name, who in return look at his Dad, putting down his tea cup. 
Father James asked, "Can you spare us some times, If you're not too busy. "
James: I'm not busy, carry on, Dad.Even if I'm busy, I'll always give you my times as your both are first my priority and nothing come first before you both. 
Hearing his words, Father James feels proud while mother James shed tears, they thought that their son will never give him his time and priority. 

 James sits next to his mother and calm her down and hugging him and signal his Father to continue with it. 

Father James: I know saying sorry to you after 17 years is worthless, still I'm sorry because of my selfishness, I leave you all alone and takes your mom with me, when you need me the most. 
During that time, I was at the peak on setting up our company, to make it success, I skip eating and looking after my health but our(him, & his teammates)hard work pay it off, but one day, I lost conscious due to malnutrition, lack of sleep and my body start becoming weak, day by day, and I was admitted to the hospital. My assistant informed your mom and you're only a year old, it's difficult for your mom to take you with her as she won't be able to look after you, staying with a small child in the hospital is not a good choice, and we won't you to get sick, so your mom left you with your nanny and every time we call home to talk to you, the nanny told us that you're already sleeping or you're playing and you're doing fine.So we don't to disturbed you, enjoying your sleep and play. We always tell her to inform us if something comes up. With that we both stayed there, but every time we have a off day or two,  we went home to visit you but you'll always be already sleeping and then we return before morning comes. 
And it's our fault that it become a habits, I'm sorry. 
But I'm happy that you grew up well and thanks to your nanny. 

Still in his son arms, Mrs.James too said her apologies to him for not being there for him.
