This is my first time writing, well, in this site which I'm very new at, pft I don't even have a cover cause my laptop just suddenly broke out and I cant upload the cover currently.
This are the things that I think you readers should know.

1. Mysterious Things
There are things that are left to be not explained, currently. Because it will be just clues to the future things that will happen. So if there are things confusing, well, leave it confusing. But actually, there won't be that much mystery as how this just follows the canon of the story of Harry Potter. 

2. Story
Yes, I will follow the canon of the story. There might be a thing or two that will change, I won't be the author that will change the story entirely for the mc . He may be more talented as he got the plot's armour of course. But I won't be make the MC rebellious and such.

3. Dialouge
There will be dialouges where the speaker is not said. But it will play out like this always.

4. Dropping Chance
There will be a chance that I will drop this, and I already want you to know that. I only made this because of the time I have because of Covid19, I'm also writing other books in other sites, which if you add this one up, it's already 5 books I'm working at everyday. But the thing is, I treat the other three books seriously and doesn't publish it until I'm done with the whole story, and that's because I know how everything will play out. Not like this book and the other one book, where as I write, I get ideas while working on it. Might seems stupid but that's how I like it.

5. Copyright 
Of course, I don't own Harry Potter, I'm merely just using the story as m a fullfiller of my imagination and to spend time doing something and actually leveling my skills.

6. Mistakes
Yes, I'm a human, I do make mistakes. Such as grammars, spelling, and basically, my life is a mistake. I'm open for anything, I'm a laid back guy tbh, hate me like me, neither I care for really.

I'm not pursuing you to enjoy the story, give me some stones nor anything like that. I merely made this book for my satisfaction. And would like to share it with you guys for some idk reason.

7. If you find my story bothering, bad, or anything negative, please say it immediately. I mean, if your reason is rational. I'm very open to criticism, and even try to say how can I improve it, I would thankful to try it so. Even though Im writing five books, doesn't mean I'm already good. Bruh, you will puke once you see prolouge. I'm actually new in writing. And just really I write to fulfill what I want to happen in certain story's. 



8. Lastly, Ideas
I do know some readers here wants also their imagination or ideas to be fulfilled. That's a natural thing for readers to feel. Well, if someone do comment an idea that they want to happen. I may consider it or not consider it. That's one of the hard things in making a fan fiction that follows the canon. It's because you have to watch out for the things your MC will do, and it's consequences, you have to be logical, and things the MC should be always rational to continue with the plot. 

So I'm sorry if your idea doesn't get to happen. 
But then, I'm not expecting a lot of viewers. I once made a book on watpadd, when like, years ago, and hell it was already an achievement to get hundred viewers in it. 

Btw, when it comes to updating, idk even know if it will be frequent, even tho it's quarantine time I'm still busy af.

Surprised by the question, Madam Ling thought Ling Tianya was distressed about the 50 million asked of the Ruan Family. She said disgruntledly, "Yes, 50 million."

"What is this, Ling Tianya? Where did you get 50 million? Are you trying to fool me with this piece of paper?"
Ling Tianya had already sat back down in her seat. She talked with ease in her voice. "Grandma, I think you underestimated the real value of your grand-daughter. In the past few years, the copyright and royalties of any one book of mine has exceeded that amount."
Madam Ling gasped when she heard that. Then, still with doubt, she looked over at her son. Ling Tao looked equally shocked, but he didn't seem to doubt what Ling Tianya had said one bit. Madam Ling finally realized that the check must be real.
Madam Ling had never expected that Ling Tianya had become so rich. Fifty million seemed to be nothing to her… If the copyright and royalties of one book had exceeded 50 million, and she had written so many books, that meant…
Eyes bugged out, Madam Ling suddenly seemed to realize something. At that very moment, she was feeling perplexed and regretful.
Qu Wan was shocked too. She had underestimated Ling Tianya all that time and never expected that she had so many assets. No wonder she was doing things without worries. It was really hard to tell from the clothes she wore and the car she drove.

To be honest, Madam Ling was really regretting things right then. The 50 million price was way too low. Her granddaughter's status was definitely worth more than 50 million!
While Madam Ling was pondering in her head how to raise the dowry money for the Ruan Family, Ling Tianya opened her mouth again.

Chapter no. 6

(Elizabeth's POV)

I am feeling well right after I awoken earlier this day. The manor became extremely busy with the preparations for the emperor's banquet tonight. According to my personal maids Lin Sha and Lin Tsu, the crown prince will be celebrating his 19th birthday, which will mean he is finally choosing an imperial consort. And each of the noble maidens is invited to join the selection. 

Instead of going to the banquet, I spoke with my father and told him that I'd like to stay in the manor. I fell asleep and woke up a few hours ago and it will be hard if I acquire trouble for myself when I get out of this residence. He did not disagree, so that means two things; one - is that he actually cares about my well-being and second – is that my father has another motive in letting me stay, and if it's the second case then crown prince might have not qualified as the successor of the current emperor. 

It is likely that I will be betrothed to the successor of the throne and that is to ensure that the kingdom will have equilibrium. The footing of the family has rooted deeply in power, the king must be thinking of possibilities and ways to engage me to the successor. The previous owner of this body has met the imperial family before and they have been 'very kind' to her based on her memories, though she acted unruly and willful. Well perhaps snakes are kind to their peers before they scheme for a kill. 

"Lin Sha, Lin Tsu, accompany me to the library." 

"What are you going to do there miss?" 

It was known that in this era women only focus on learning the four arts, but I'd like to differ from them. I want to do business and martial arts, so it is likely that I will need to review books about palace etiquette and imperial law first. This place is full of dangers, women aren't liberated to the extent of choosing their own marriages. I might as well teach myself the knowledge of law. 

"I have forgotten many things and I'd like to learn them once more, I bet the library of the prime minister is wide and full of wonders. Lin Tsu go and tell my mother that if she ever need me we will be at the library." 

"This servant obeys and excuses herself." Lin Tsu went to my mother's hall and did her task. 

Lin Sha and I continued on entering the library. 

It was said that ancient libraries contain handful of secrets so I'd like to get my hands on these secrets. The walls have shelves but you can tell how the librarian took care of the place to leave no dust. The books and the scrolls were separated into sections and those books were grouped together in numerical orders. 

"Third young miss?" 

"Greetings elder" I greeted the old man before me 

"Oh, third young miss what are you doing here?" 

"This place is full of wonders and I'd like to have an adventure. I will need to trouble elder for his guidance, this humble one hasn't visited this library for ages." 

"Oh it is no trouble. What books are you looking for young miss?" 

"I am looking for palace etiquette and imperial law, perhaps elder can give me instructions on how I could find these books" 

"Good child..." 

The bookkeeper gave me keys to access the locked shelves which I find interesting.

I want to do business and martial arts, so it is likely that I will need to review books about palace etiquette and imperial law first. This place is full of dangers, women aren't liberated to the extent of choosing their own marriages. I might as well teach myself the knowledge of law.

It was said that ancient libraries contain handful of secrets so I'd like to get my hands on these secrets. The walls have shelves but you can tell how the librarian took care of the place to leave no dust. The books and the scrolls were separated into sections and those books were grouped together in numerical orders. 

"Third young miss?" 

"Greetings elder" I greeted the old man before me 

"Oh, third young miss what are you doing here?" 

"This place is full of wonders and I'd like to have an adventure. I will need to trouble elder for his guidance, this humble one hasn't visited this library for ages." 

"Oh it is no trouble. What books are you looking for young miss?" 

"I am looking for palace etiquette and imperial law, perhaps elder can give me instructions on how I could find these books" 

"Good child..." 

The bookkeeper gave me keys to access the locked shelves which I find interesting.

Ah er, Hello there. . . This is getting a bit awkward but anyways hello, apologies if I make any mistakes in my writing, grammar, or story if you find any I would really appreciate it if you can point it out, I'm just trying to learn more.
    This is my first time writing anything so I might not be as good as many others. I myself am just a fan of danmachi and just wanted to write something, I won't be able to dish out books like others would as I am a just  a school boy and I may not be as free as people older than me so expect maybe a chapter a week at the least. (I assure you I'm at least 13).
    Btw I do not plan to incorporate a harem, personally I don't like it when the mc suddenly becomes an idiot around his harem. I probably won't do romance as I'm not good with that type of stuff, if it gets to it I might do it.
    I don't plan to make a stupid gullible mc and  plan to make things different by creating some sort of an a--hole to make things interesting.
    Most importantly all credit goes to the original makers of that content, the only things I own is my oc and maybe a few things I might make up on the fly but basically if you're the owner of that certain thing tell me and I'll take it down. (I really don't want a copyright claim T~T).

I was making a fan-fic but because this is my first one, it won't let me make it a fan-fic so I have to move this. Rookie mistake I guess...

"You may not know this but those rapid sounds you hear as raindrops has a very distinct similarity to one item in my world." 
The tall man continued when only silence reigned between them for more than ten breaths. The boy seemed to forget his presence as he scrutinized the inky empty space in their front.
"What item?" the boy muttered as if in afterthought while he was still intent on gauging the mystery before his eyes.
"It's a device called the keyboard." 
"A keyboard? What's that?"
"It's a technology created by our people that enables authors to write books."
"A quill?"
"Exactly!"
"You're implying that whoever is out there can be referred to as our Maker?" the boy, Li Qiye concluded.
"Maybe, maybe not. At least only one person may have seen the truth so far." the tall man, Superman shared his thoughts.
"Who was he?"
"He was a man known as Sherlock Holmes."

Jing Jiu was in the library now; but he didn't go to the reading room as usual. He sat in the grand hall instead.
The reason he sat in the grand hall was because he wished to listen to the discussions of the people around him. Though he could hear their discussions when he was in the reading room, he was still concerned that he might miss some information if he stayed in the reading room.
He uploaded the novel to many forums when he deployed the fake digital marks and information skipping bridges in the upper level network of the Stargate Base and the interplanetary network.
He had always hoped that the novel would reach more readers in the Federation of the Milky Way.
According to Zong Lizi, one needed to earn the right to publish the novel in those networks with a large number of hits; and it must go through a scrutinizing process.
Since it was so troublesome, why shouldn't he achieve the same result in an easy way?
His hacking skill was good enough to evade the surveillance. The administers of the forums wouldn't be able to find out the traces of behind-scenes manipulation; as such, they wouldn't delete it for no reason.
It had been one day and one night. The novel had drawn a great deal of discussion. If some ascendants had hidden in the Federation of the Milky Way, it wouldn't take long before they came to look for him.
It was true that he had used the word "hide" when he considered the issue.
It was because he hadn't found any recording about the ascendants, nor could he find it in the hidden network.
He couldn't even find any myth related to the ascendants.
He was certain that nobody had talked about the novel in the grand hall and displayed a somewhat disappointed expression on his face, which was rather rare for him.
When he came to the reading room, he connected the data fiberglass cable to the silvery computer and inserted his finger into the node for data input in the computer, starting to search with his eyes closed.
He had searched several hundred forums in a short time and read all the responses and comments. And he found few likes the readers gave to the novel.
And he found no comment on the novel in the private messages of those media companies, cartoon and gaming companies.

The novel "The Path toward Heaven" had finally attracted some attention.
In the grand hall of the library, Jing Jiu heard the discussions among the students of the New Era Institute again. This time they were not discussing the origin of Zong Lizi but the novel itself. Some students were at a loss, wondering how she had gotten so much money that she could earn the right to publish the novel on so many forums.
Jing Jiu thought it was indeed a problem. He came to the reading room and got online, and started modifying the copyright declarations of the forums, adding "reproduction" behind the title but leaving the name of the author and the private contact information intact.
In the end, he modified a local website in the Stargate Base and uploaded the ownership declaration of the novel. After he did some casual data analysis, he noticed that one user had spent more time than average reading the novel.
There were many reasons why this person spent so much time with the novel. One was that the person read the story as if it were a literature of super stream of consciousness that had won the Star Award; another was that this person was too tired everyday after work and fell asleep each time the person browsed to the pages of the novel until the person woke up the next day; and the last possibility was that this person was an ascendant he was looking for.
Without hesitation, Jing Jiu traced the marks left by the user to investigate further.
He encountered a barrier soon; but it didn't make him feel troubled. Instead, he was tremendously encouraged.
The regular internet user wouldn't set up such a barrier.
It only took a brief moment for him to break through the barrier. By the time he arrived in the local network of the person he pursued, he found he was mistaken.
This was a private network of a gaming company, which is why they had set up so many data filtering barriers; and the user was a regular staff of this gaming company, working in a studio at the department of designing.
Jing Jiu found a few files in the computer of the office worker and figured out why this person was so interested in the novel "The Path toward Heaven".
The name of this gaming company was "The Twirling Rain", the largest gaming company on this planet, gaining sponsors from the military, government and its various departments, universities and the clans of the priests. It was well known in the whole of the Federation.
This studio was an ordinary one in the company. It was on the brink of being laid off after the studio had produced two disappointed games back to back. As such, they must come up with a new popular game to secure their jobs.
There were countless novels, cartoons, movies and TV shows on the interplanetary network; however, the major companies had owned all of the popular products and modified products a long time ago. The copyright department of the Twirling Rain Company had many products, but they kept them only for those studios with outstanding performance; so they wouldn't give the products to a studio on the verge of being laid off. As a result, the staffs of the studio had no choice but to look for materials by themselves in hopes of finding a cheap and excellent modified product.
What kind of product could be called "cheap and excellent"?
It must be someone who was new and ignorant.
Or in other words, the person was a dreamer.

The staff of the studio found the novel "The Path toward Heaven" in a forum and liked it very much; and he thought it was rather easy to modify it.
Though the Xianxia novels were not as popular as they had been, they still could draw a certain type of readers. The story was uneventful, but it had enough hidden plots for the readers to mull over. As long as the author wouldn't let up, be it changing the maps or plots, it would be popular.
However, he didn't have the right to purchase the copyright; all he could do was to make a suggestion. And the studio had to apply to the higher-level department of the company for purchasing the novel.
If the company consented to the application, he would contact the author of the novel on behalf of the studio to start up the process of purchasing copyright.
In so doing, the influence of the story would increase, and more people would know the sceneries, the Cultivation sects and the people in Chaotian. As a result, it would be easier for his colleagues to find him out…

Jing Jiu turned and went back to the library. He got online and began to invade the gaming company by the name of The Twirling Rain.
He entered the private network of the Twirling Rain Company effortlessly after he dismantled a few firewalls and got on the data platform at a high-level, where he saw the application sent in by the studio.
To describe the situation of the application in a visual form, it was placed under a pile of applications as tall as a hill; perhaps, it would not be seen by anyone until it was crushed to pieces.
Jing Jiu pulled out the application and placed it atop the pile. After some thought, he found it might still be too slow for it to be approved. As such, he read the application approval process of the Twirling Rain Company and found out that an application would pass through at least seven departments before it was approved.
The process of a company was very troublesome; the larger the company, the worse it was. For the staffs of the company, it was no different from a long nightmare.
However, the matter was quite simple as far as Jing Jiu was concerned. He had simply brought the application to the seven departments, copied the electronic signatures of the department heads and written a few lines in the name of the chairman of the Twirling Rain Company; in the end, he wrote the word "approved" on the application.
Technically speaking, Jing Jiu was not concerned that what he had done would be discovered by somebody, nor was he worried that it would be exposed later.
Such a small trick and a tiny project with limited budget would not draw any attention in such a large company; it was tantamount to a rat in a sewage ditch to which nobody would pay any heed.
Even if the department heads and the chairman saw the project sometime later, they wouldn't be able to remember whether they had checked it or not.
Most of all, he wouldn't be troubled even if the Twirling Rain Company discovered it.
It was believed that the studio would receive the reply of the application and obtain the required fund. Then they would contact the author, design the game as quickly as they could and advertise it to the whole of the Federation of the Milky Way.
However, Jing Jiu was not aware of one fact even though his idea was brilliant.
The chairman of the Twirling Rain Company was a member of the Federation council, lived on the Main Planet all year long and was seldom involved in the company everyday business.

Thinking that some ascendants who were his former colleagues would find him soon, most likely the Snow Girl, Jing Jiu was in a much better mood now.
In the evening when he returned to the apartment, he opened a bottle of rice wine, which was rather rare. He tasted it and found it was still tasteless; he handed it to Zong Lizi.
Zong Lizi didn't see him drink the wine. She thanked him before she took the bottle and drank it.
Jing Jiu waved his hand to indicate that she had no need to thank him. Then, he lay on the couch and started reading the books with his eyes closed.
Zong Lizi didn't want to disturb his rest. She went to her own room with the wine bottle in her hand and resumed cultivating.
In the middle of the night, a surprised cry rang out in the apartment, followed by a loud noise of the door being pushed open.
Zong Lizi came before the couch like a draft of wind and awakened Jing Jiu by shaking him. "I…I…I've passed…the fifth level test!" she exclaimed while faltering.
