After the banquet, everyone knew better than to disturb Wang Zheng and Aina. The international situation was very tense. This was the time when danger and opportunities co-existed. Yan Xiaosu and Ye Zisu didn't want to miss out on this opportunity and therefore busied themselves with it.
Wang Zheng and Aina completely ignored the disputes of the outside world as they enjoyed this space of their own, breathing the air of freedom and love. Wang Zheng was in a great place since he was with Aina. He thought it might be short-lived, but he realized that he was immersed in it. Aina seemed to be constantly nourishing his state.
Aina had the same feeling ever since they joined their bodies. Her spiritual world had become clearer. She thought at first that it was because Tita was filled with nature and vitality. Of course, it was no longer the natural state when she felt the breath of nature.
She could feel the trees beckoning her, the wind praising her beauty, and the welcoming earth, overflowing with vitality and nourishing her body. Everything was so intimate. Tita really liked her. 
This was an important manifestation towards the spirit according to the Atlanteans. In actual fact, the Atlanteans had proved that it was unrealistic, that the pure spirits couldn't exist. However, the spiritual realm was supreme and able to magnify power to an incredible state. Aina was the miracle of humans, this power had just been sealed away. She could have broken through if she was a warrior faced with constant life and death. The Atlanteans felt it would be difficult for her to achieve it in her normal life. Aina concurred. She herself wasn't very eager to explore that mysterious power, nor did she have much ambition. She felt that a person with too much power would ignore the weak. It wouldn't be something good to cultivate as someone who was going to rule over Aslan's future.
She had broken through unexpectedly, obviously because of "that". Aina reddened. Having a breakthrough because of that was simply too embarrassing, but this intimacy with nature felt really good.
"Dear Xiao Shi, I feel your ability is really special. You are the second one that I've seen with such an ability." Wang Zheng smiled. He already had keen insight now that he had crossed the threshold of Heaven-rank. 
"Oh, who's the first? Tell me so that I can get to know her. Don't worry, I won't be jealous!" Aina said.
"That can't do. I'll be jealous. That guy's the typical tall, rich, and handsome type. He has been snatching my limelight ever since we met each other." Wang Zheng shook his head violently.
"I don't believe it. Don't tease me. You are the Greatest King, the leader of Saruman Snake, who dares to snatch your limelight?" Aina smiled.
"Xie Yuxin has greater innate ability than me. I just don't know what he's thinking most of the time," Wang Zheng said gently.
Aina laid in Wang Zheng's arms. "Don't be too worried. Your friends are outstanding and have their own lives to lead. They will make the right decisions."
"Haha, I've been seen through by you. My mistake. Xiao Shi, shall we play a game?"
"Sure, but that's quite difficult. I'm smarter than you, but you are stronger than me physically. How can we play so that it's fair?" Aina smiled playfully, with an I'm-not-afraid-of-you stance. 
"I'm the student of Alan Tucker after all. Moreover, as an upright man, how can I take advantage of you!"
"Hmph, you've taken all the advantage of me, how dare you deny it!"
Wang Zheng felt the beast in him awaken as he stared at his love. He knew Aina was teasing him, but a real man couldn't give up. How could he be looked down upon by the woman he loved?
"We'll compete in swimming without using our abilities, in cooking, and in drawing. The one who wins two rounds wins!" Wang Zheng smiled. He just wanted to see Aina in her swimsuit Aina in water was even more alluring.
"Drawing? How are we going to compete?"
"Simple, you draw me and I draw you. Whoever draws better wins. Of course, we shouldn't be burdened in these beautiful surroundings, we should be as natural as possible!"
Aina finally knew what he was gunning for…
In the Oracle Star, someone who had really become a beast was kneeling on the ground with a peaceful and devout expression.
Sharjah nodded. "Great Elder, the success rate of copying is not high. I divided the experiment into two stages. The first stage needed young and vigorous bodies of no more than thirty with strength above the Earth-rank. They also had to have wood properties and an outstanding phagocytic ability. A balance must be struck between Ability X and the person's physical techniques - only then is it possible to pass the first stage. There's a critical point here, that is the subjects have to possess a strong desire to become a new species. The second stage involves the branding on life. This is in the field of bioengineering at least a hundred years away from our current technology. The rough estimate of the success rate is about 1 in 100,000." 
Constantine started at Sharjah unblinkingly, judging whether he was telling the truth. The Thirteenth Elder nodded. This was tantamount to eliminating the chances of their transformation. The odds of 1 in 100,000, a ridiculous ratio. However, it was really difficult to find people who met all the criteria. Only these two weirdos were voluntary.
Constantine stared at the Abyssal Zergs and then turned towards Lear. "Give me a reason to allow you to live."
Sharjah's body trembled. The moment of life and death had arrived. Constantine only gave Lear such a chance because of what he had said. If not, he would have been dead. A newborn Lear was definitely no match for Constantine.
Lear smiled without any fear. "A king is great not because of his own strength, but because he knows how to use his pawns. I'm a monster, a monster that doesn't want to be known by others. The great Aslan Empire wants to conquer the Milky Way Alliance and the Abyss, and even what's beyond the Milky Way. I can be a vanguard and a shadow. I can do things that Aslan cannot do openly as long as you give me a chance. I know very well that a monster can never appear in the light."
Lear's words were contradictory but very clear. He might have become a monster, but he didn't want others to know about it. He still desired the life of a normal human, but the Milky Way Alliance would never allow a monster to exist. This was a dead knot, so Lear's fate was in the hands of Aslan. His ability to control the Zergs was indeed special, which could be of great use in the future. For example, sneaking the Zergs behind the enemies.
Constantine wasn't moved. "What do you want?"
As the Emperor, he obviously knew there was no love or hate without reason in this world.
Lear's eyes showed a hint of remorse and even anger. "I want the Solar System, I want those who looked down on me to regret!"
Lear's expression was savage and uncharacteristic of him. The murderous intent was exposed from his body, and his body became somewhat deformed. He seemed to have gotten a little out of control. Constantine gently pressed him and his murderous intent dissipated instantly.
Lear shuddered and squatted. "Your Majesty, I wasn't trying to be disrespectful to you…"
Constantine smiled. "I understand. Remember your words today. I've given you a new chance at life. Your life is the Aslan Empire's. Sharjah, you'll service Lear from henceforth. Awaken his complete power as soon as you can."
"Yes, Great Elder," Sharjah squealed in excitement. He could do it as long as he had resources. 
"Thank you for giving me this chance. I'll bring Wang Zheng in front of you once I have the power to. To kill him is my greatest wish!"
Constantine smiled in response. "I await that day." He knew that Wang Zheng had taken everything Lear had. Of course, those weren't Lear's in the first place, but Lear wasn't one to think that way. That was why he was so bigoted, and such people put him at ease when using them.
Lear continued kneeling on the ground until the Great Elder and the Thirteenth Elder were gone. No one could see his face, which was so calm…
That spur of the moment just now was just to reinforce to Constantine that he was a monster and was easy to control…


He received a genetic score of 28... completely disqualifying him from applying to military college!
He helped deliver a friend's love letter... and fell into a lake becoming infamous for dying for love!

TL Note: This is a novel about doing the impossible, seeing the invisible. Follow along for a ride across the universe!
TL;DR: Not Shakespeare, not complex, but fun and easy to read. Come support! 
As the translator, I've enjoyed translating this novel and I hope to bring the essence of what the author has tried to portray into the chapters you will read.
To sum it up in 3 words: Mechs! Explosions! Science!
To be perfectly honest, this novel is about your typically overpowered protagonist who does get looked down from time to time but always overcomes the odds with his own special power. He's abit more mature having grown up on his own and just a littttttttle bit dense.
Although it always ends up with him winning, it always happens in an interesting (subjective) and fun way that makes me enjoy reading this.
The novel has elements of lighthearted comedy from time to time and I do chuckle at how direct the humor is.
It's not as smart as say WMW nor does it weave an intricate story much like Ergen's novels. More importantly, its fun and it doesn't try to hide it.


"As you wish, your highness." Baudelaire walked out of the temple and a green bridge appeared beneath his legs. He walked up to the Floating City one step at a time on the bridge, as devout as one on a pilgrimage.
Saleen saw that Baudelaire was dressed in a lavish, elegant robe and that his face was covered with an intricate mask. The mask was transparent, with a blank, deadpan face of the figure visible underneath.
Green holy prose coursed over the transparent mask, exuding a mystical charm.
The eyes of the figure were made from a pair of tiger-eye stones. Such low-level gems shone with a brilliant light over Baudelaire's face.
Baudelaire did not conceal the fact that he was a figure. He had used unknown means to get the adherents of Nature Faith to acknowledge him as the pope.
People who had been in contact with gods had all learned a trick or two. The tricks were either used for deception or salvation.
The green bridge was conjured using divine spells. Saleen did not know that the Goddess of Nature had once created such flashy yet practically useless divine spells. That might have actually been an invention of Baudelaire's. However, Saleen had to admit that the believers loved that scene very much.
The feeling of walking up to heaven, and the temptation of attaining eternity.
Baudelaire came before Saleen, kneeling to kiss Saleen's shoe.
Saleen did not feel any disgust over what he did, as Baudelaire was a devout follower. None of what he did there was seen by any of the 800 thousand believers below, but they were able to feel it nonetheless. The pope submitted before Saleen. Saleen behaved very in a very composed manner.
In other religions, such a scene would have wrought havoc. But then again, Saleen was the one who had established the entire Nature Faith in the first place, and every single believer knew that. 
Furthermore, with even more shocking scenes unfolding right before their eyes, what they saw right then did not surprise the believers all that much.
That was the subtle influence that Saleen had on his audience.
On that day, he shocked the believers with the advent of the Floating City. Baudelaire took the chance to channel his faith through Saleen, making his silhouette look even clearer in the minds of the believers.
"You've done well, Baudelaire," Saleen said to him in encouragement.
Baudelaire did not stand up. He simply straightened up while still kneeling and answered, "Your highness, I feel that now you have all the power you need to crush the Holy See."
Baudelaire was talking about the Floating City. The size of the city notwithstanding, what was more important was that every inch of the city's land could be used to craft equipment. 
It was extravagant to the extreme, yet such extravagance was played well. It exuded their weight and importance instead of only their wealth.
"Baudelaire, I know that you hold great enmity for the Holy See. But there are two level-12 oracles there, and they are from his divine kingdoms..."
Saleen looked at Baudelaire's demonic eyes and found the resentment and hatred within them to have considerably thinned since he last saw him. Baudelaire then lowered his head and said, "Your highness, I shall keep waiting then."
"Yes, you need to keep waiting." Saleen paused for a bit and sensed no ripple from Baudelaire's soul. He only continued after feeling that. "I've killed Theisio completely. I take it that you've gotten rid of the great head inquisitor, no?"
Baudelaire's body only shuddered as he said, "Indeed, I've completely eradicated the great head inquisitor. Not even the Divine Tablet spell would be able to save him."
He did not know what he felt when he heard news of Theisio's death. There was no way he could have asked to be allowed to exact revenge with his own hands.
While Theisio looked amicable and kind, the Tribunal had only been able to pull off all their unforgivable atrocities because the pope had given his silent permission.
Theisio had died, but Baudelaire had wanted to end him very, very much.
The Holy See had only regained its vigor over the past several decades because of Theisio. Because of him, the power of the Holy See had expanded significantly. Theisio had raised over 100 red-robed bishops by himself. While they were not extremely powerful, they were good at management and administrative work.
The Tanggulasi royalty had only been able to take back some of what was theirs after toiling for hundreds of years, all of which they lost again during Theisio's time as pope. Such was Theisio's worth. 
If he had not encountered Saleen, Theisio would have definitely become the greatest pope in history. However, was also the weakest in terms of combat capacity.
The previous pope had been at level-12 when he'd taken up the position.
Saleen did not care how Theisio died, but Baudelaire did. He had hoped to see Theisio die within Holy City, right before his devout believers and the red-robed bishops. Instead, he had died unceremoniously and silently.
"Your highness, I mean no offense, but I feel as if Theisio is still alive," Baudelaire blurted out all of a sudden.
"Maybe. If Theisio has methods to resurrect himself, there is nothing I would be able to do about it. But at the very least, he has already died once by my hand. The Holy See is truly a pain in the a**..." Saleen answered nonchalantly.
Baudelaire did not continue. Saleen was an astrologer, so Baudelaire's words put him on guard. The great head inquisitor had means of resurrecting, so why was Theisio, the leader of the Holy See, killed so easily by my hands?
Night fell. Pope Baudelaire and Saleen the Lightning King spent hours talking. Millions of seeds rained down from the Floating City, taking root, sprouting, blossoming, and finally, bearing fruit in Nature City.
When dawn came, Nature City was filled with the fresh scent of the red fruit.
It was the purest fruit of the Nature Faith, a favorite of the Goddess of Myers.
The Floating City hovered above Nature City for three days, sending down hundreds of thousands of demons. All of them were clad in temple knight armor as they joined Nature City's ranks.
Baudelaire gained his first bishop as well—a kind spirit.
It seemed to be a sign that the light of the Goddess of Myers was about to shine on other planes.
The spirit was a jade skeleton, was, of course, assigned from the Winged Skull's side. The Winged Skull had finished cordoning the seas off. Alchemy City had attempted to break through, but they were met with resistance from Grand Duke Iron Blood's fleet.
There was little left to the imagination when it came to naval battles. The power of the Ancient gave Alchemy City a hard time. Unless Alchemy City came to possess warships of similar class, the Ancient would simply be an insurmountable pass at sea.
The alliance between Grand Duke Iron Blood and Saleen was also a technical one. Restoration of the Ancient was one of the terms they'd laid out. Saleen had acquired dragons bred on Dragon Island, all manner of methods for taming dragons, as well as a large number of dragon eggs.
Grand Duke's investment paid off. Saleen released part of the Ancient's schematics to him. They, of course, had the manufacturing process of magic power furnaces omitted, but some technical aspects of building the magic net were included.
Laying out a magic net was costly. Without something like the Magical Element Tower present, a magic net was only good for defense and utterly incapable of being used for offense. 
Of course, it was possible to set up a magic net on the Ancient, but the warship was incapable of flight and was only able to sail on the sea.
Saleen had no fear of the grand duke using the Ancient against him. The grand duke was not that stupid. In the same way, Saleen would have been able to use the dragons against the grand duke.
Saleen sent his teacher back to Metatrin City after he finished with the affairs at Nature City, He then assigned Sika to his side.
Saleen was unable to continue looking for temples because he had two matters to address first. One of them was building a memorial where Pompeii City had once been. The other was giving Gaine the Star Gathering Needle in the Imperial City of the Abyss.
He was unable to delay with either, as Saleen had promised to meet Gaine at the Imperial City of the Abyss as soon as he reached level-10 as an astrologer.
It was fortunate that Saleen already had the Star Gathering Needle with him, so he did not need to spend more time locating one. As such, he decided to make a trip to Pompeii City.
On his way to Pompeii City, the number knights in the Nature Faith's corps expanded to 500 thousand strong, 400 thousand of which were demons. The number of human knights increased to about 100 thousand.
It was a very frightening rate of expansion. No religions had been able to expand at such a speed in Qin before.
Furthermore, Nature Faith's expansion seemed to be increasing. It was like a monster that kept bloating up, taking up more and more of northern Qin. Pope Theisio had perished, the Holy See's forces were crushed by the flood, all 49 of the red-robed bishops were dead, and the great head inquisitor was nowhere to be found.
All of that robbed the Holy See of their remaining powers in northern Qin, forcing them to retreat to Kroraina.
The Nature Faith absorbed the knights into their forces, preparing to retaliate.
Within Holy City, the church that had once belonged to the pope was gone, replaced with two towering buildings. The two oracles had moved two mountains and had the holy masters carve them out, building two churches that were near 1,000 meters in height.
The pope's chief of affairs, Sharjah, had taken over the position of the pope for the time being. Sharjah, who was armed with the Ring of Many Gods, could have become a supreme figure at one time. But given the return of the two oracles, he was once again made into a figurehead.
His use was only to serve as a temporary appointee within the codex.
Until the next pope was elected, Sharjah would wield the powers of the pope in the pope's place. However, Sharjah did not even have the right to appoint red-robed bishops. All of the new red-robed bishops were appointed by the two oracles.
Sharjah was vexed, yet there was nothing he could do about it. He was no match for the two oracles. Despite being pope, he was sent to Glorious City to investigate an important case from almost two years prior.
Glorious City had once served as the core of the Holy See. It had since fallen on hard times. Sending him to such a place was apparently a part of a move taken by the two oracles to get rid of any figures deemed as eyesores. The oracles needed to fool the Lord of Glory, so they were unable to outright kill Sharjah.
The pope's chief of affairs was a position appointed by their god. If both the pope and the pope's chief of affairs ended up dead at the same time, their god needed to take note. As a precaution against this, the two figures never ventured outside together. 
One of them needed to take care of things at the core of the Holy See, getting ready to face any unforeseen circumstances.
The two oracles appointed a new pope as soon as Sharjah left Holy City.
The new pope was a boy. It was said that he had not been a part of the faith's ranks for long. He was not even someone from the Tanggulasi Empire.
The name of the boy pope was Gagas.
The intention to cast Sharjah aside was apparent, but he had no choice but to take his orders. His entourage consisted of less than 100 people. He had lost the position as the pope's stand-in while he was on the road. He was no longer able to serve as the pope's chief of affairs. 
Sharjah became little more than a joke in the Pivotal Council. Furthermore, if he were to return to Holy City, he would have to surrender the Ring of Many Gods.
The 60 holy masters he had with him felt dejected as well. It was as if all of them had been exiled. The Holy See's core powers no longer had anything to do with them.
The horse carriages moved along the road, making almost no sound. The horse carriage at the front stopped suddenly. Sharjah frowned and his body froze. He saw a young man dressed in a white robe before him. He had no idea when the intruder had entered the carriage, or how he was sitting right in front of him.
"Lord Fycro..." Sharjah addressed the man before him.


It is said that the true meaning of a mage is to fully understand the truth of the world. A mage named Saleen Metatrin goes on many missions as a normal mage to try and change his fate. This in turn led to many problems and adventures.  

Monsoon at my door, little bit feeling drowsy that day but I had to attend my first day of school.  Who am I? The common question of the society, whenever we human had to say something about anything but I wanted to skip that old fashioned approach of introducing every character that I am going to mention. So, where was I, oh, yes, I was feeling less active for my first day of high school. The rainy season just trying to whistle to my ears when my first day of high school started. I wasn't ready for it, out of nowhere sudden rush of airy storms in my ways, pushed me to hurry. By the force of weather, I ran off to my school, there I rushed to fall over a guy in black raincoat. He was there for his little sister's admission. I was fully awake after fallen into him. Me and him were not ready for that accident. As embarrassing as it was, we didn't even glanced each other, nevertheless about introducing each other to know but he managed to ask me where was the admission office, so, like a good, obedient, well mannered kid,  I showed him where it was and he apparently went there with his soaked up documents. I wasn't late but I didn't wait for him either.  It turned into a beautiful day within 10 minutes, gloomy heavy day turned into a little bit stormy airy day. I found out that we had to attend to a student orientation program. Our orientation program held in the hall, it was far from our school and teachers room, in between we had a field surrounded by the rose and lily garden along with iron benches and just in the back, there was a student hostel with cafeteria, there was a hospital alongside in the corner of that row just for school campus,  there was a staff room with it and student activists space, various kinds of student clubs free spaces that were still not reserved by the students,  indoor swimming pool was only attached with the hall where our student orientation was held. It was a grand arrangement. On one side of the hall there was arranged all seatings for the students for seminars and on the other side there was a dance floor, buffet arrangement with washrooms.  From the hall, the beautiful view of the sea green swimming pool could be enjoyed. Our swimming pool was tiled and designed with sea green, white marble floors and there it was engraved, our school and university logo, a snow white swan getting ready to fly. We could use wash room as a lounge. It was wide enough to coexist with other gender, to lie down or to change our uniform. We also had our own lockers. It started, our orientation, we all shared our own colourful dreams with our dean who had a great influence on our headmaster and principal. He assured us that we all could achieve it if we work for it. What I saw that we all had our own dreams but it's all inexpensive. Garden of dreams shining through the all students eyes with hopeful colours that could be seen in the near future probably, but who was going to care if it's not going to be achieved or shine because all we like to see was, the shining stars that didn't even needed any teachers guidance by their own brilliance. However, our school was separated in three sections elementary school, high school and university where students could take higher studies as many as they could. I was in high school section. Our school tried to make us as good as they could trained, to be a good citizen of our country, so we should not be the burden of any kind by staying, living, eating and shitting in our country, that's the main objectivity and aim of our school, atleast that was what I thought on my opinion.  They educated us, trained us through student activists various club members. These clubs got their membership through the interest on particular subject, it could be book readers, ancient historic relic or book collectors, cartoonists,  manga artists,  journalists, speakers, planters, stamp collectors, theaters, writers and many more things, as long as we were not harming the environment of our university, it was okay. Our activists were chosen by the school authorities, school and high school was under the same jurisdiction ruler as precisely I might say a warlord who was the member of university authorities. So, nothing was easy. Everything was under the moonlight trees where everything could not be seen. Our activists work were simple, they just needed to approve and welcome us with their open arms as a club member and help us to trained ourselves on our subject, so we could make out a profession from it, if we could.  Our uniform was also provided by our school. Sewn, cleaned, dried and ironed uniform,  we had to collect it from the school every week. It was easy to study in our school,  we just needed to attend everyday that's all, everything would be helped out if we any numb skull ever suffered. Yes, we knew that we were not the children of any scholars or inventors or any dripping brilliance humanoid or any scholarship achievers or born intellect so, we needed to work more harder to make the environment clean of our country, atleast not a burden or garbage that's what we had to prove by graduating from there. Meanwhile,  that guy I met earlier was a police officer, later I knew from him when I spoke to him. He was there for getting admission of his little sister in school. He was writing an application for installation payment program, so he could pay  without suffering. I said earlier, we all trained up there from our primary level to highest level. I saw how seriously he was applying for his kid sister.  I said nothing but to walk away for that day from school to my heavenly pleasurable armchair that was waiting for me at my room.

" Baby, wake up, you'll be late for school." I felt a slightly shake on my shoulder as I heard my nanny's voice. 


I woke up and looked up at the smiley face of yaya Didang who was just waking me up. Here in our country, we call our nanny, "yaya". 


"Good morning yaya, what time is it?" I asked.


"It's six in the morning my beautiful princess and you need to be in your new school before eight o'clock, you have been taking so long to take a shower so you need to hurry up and get your breakfast ready."  Nanny drove me out of my room.


" Where's daddy and mommy and my siblings?" I asked.


"They left early almost at the same time. You know the municipality needs to be up early every Monday. Your mommy has a taping on the tv station and your sister is in the studio for the recording of her new song."  yaya's long explanation.


I sigh. Why am I not used to it? I have always been alone in this house. Today is my first day as a high school student, they should be with me because of my new environment but none of them will support  me. As usual, only my yaya is with me again.

I got out of my room gloomily and followed my nanny downstairs. Our house was huge but I was always with our house helpers, they are my constant companion. 


Since my elder sister Shane, entered showbusiness as a singer - actress four years ago, my life has been this way.
We used to be together a lot before and she was helping me with my school assignments but that changed when she graduated in grade school because Aunt Jellyn persuaded her to enter showbusiness. Aunt Jellyn is the youngest sister and only sibling of my mommy, she's a singer - actress and she is really into acting. And I think, being a celebrity really runs in our blood. My mom Eliza Guererro Gallardo used to be a beauty queen and is now a host of her own show entitled All About Beauty, which has been aired on television for five years.


While my dad, Adrian Gallardo, came from a family of politicians. His dad served in the province as a municipal mayor for 16 years and at the time of his death it was my daddy who took his position but eventually ran for congressman and is now in his second term in this position.

My brother Andrew is five years older than Shane. And at a young age of 22 he is already a municipal councilor in our area. He is often away from home and he and dad are always together on the streets serving people. He also intends to run for mayor in the next election.


So I grew up with a miserable life. I have all the material things that I want and everything that a teen age girl like me needed but I am not happy.


They loved me as the youngest of the family but they just didn't have the time to accompany me. I was thirsty for my own family's attention.


It is sad to eat alone. It's always been this way but I'm still not used to it. In this kind of situation, I feel like I'm an orphan. 


And at my age, I still feel insecurities in life, I'm smart but I don't feel like I have anything to do with myself.  My nanny says I'm beautiful but I can't see it in me.

When I had finished dressing up, I invited my nanny there to accompany me to my first day of class.


I got into my car with my own driver, obviously I had never been able to drive alone even though I know how to drive.I haven't had a license yet because I am only 13 years old. So since they bought me a car, my older brother Andrew gave me his driver, Mang Simon to be my driver.


We got to the school in no time. My nanny and my driver will wait for me in the parking lot until my classes ends. 


I looked around the school premises. My sister Shane is also a student here back in her high school. She is very popular in this school because of being a famous celebrity. I don't want this school to give me a special treatment because of that. I want to make my own name in this school, not as a famous celebrity's sister but as a smart student. 


When I saw my room, I hurriedly went inside.I thought I am late already but it was a relief to find out that our teacher is not around yet. 


I chose to sit on the right side in front, and not long before I was seated, two cute girls were smiling towards me.


"Hi! I'm Venice Gomez and this one is Charlotte Fuentes and you are?" She acknowledged as she handed me her hand.

"Aira .. Shanaia Aira Gallardo."  I answered and reached out for her hand and did the same thing to Charlotte.


" Gallardo?  Are you related to Shane Adriana Gallardo, the latest famas teen best actress?  "Charlotte asked.


" Yeah, she's my sister. "I shudder.

The two of them asked so many things about my siblings. And I gladly answered. We talked about a lot of things and before our teacher arrived, the three of us instantly became friends.


We seat side by side because our teacher arrange our seats alphabetically. We will be seatmates until the school year ends. Yey! 


At lunch time my nanny came to give me the lunch she had prepared for me and since I have too much, I shared it to Charlotte and Venice. We happily ate my lunch that yaya brought me. 


Later in the afternoon, when our classes ends, Venice and Charlotte went with me to the parking lot where their drivers were waiting too.


So far, my sad life instantly change into a happy one because of them. I felt giddy and excited everytime I go to school because of my newly found friends. They became my happy pill and I don't even notice what I'm missing out in my life. 


Happiness is a choice. I can be happy if I want to. The time my family couldn't afford to give, I can take it with others.


Happiness doesn't come to those who didn't appreciate what they have.And I love my family so even though they don't have time for me, I just understand.They are the ones that I have that comes from God. 


And the secret of being happy is accepting where you are in life and making the most out of it everyday. 


Acceptance is the key. 


In this state of my life, do I need to ask for more? No. definitely not. Just be happy. Not everyone is born with a silver spoon in the mouth.


Maybe one day my lonely life will suddenly change.

A lot of gazes are directed towards two high school students as they walk towards school.  

Fellow citizens cowered in fear, making way for high school students to pivot through. With eyes that screamed malice, an ominous presence was emitted. 

It seemed like they had planned a crime, and with crooked smiles, it looked as if they were executing the plan already. 

"Fujiwara. It's early but isn't it empty here?" 

"I was thinking the exact same, maybe it's just gotten a little colder, don't you think?" 

"Fujiwara, let me reaffirm myself. You haven't forgotten the plan, right? 

I turn my head to match his gaze with my twisted facial expression.

"Hey, hey. Do you know who you're talking to? Do you honestly think royalty as I could possibly forget?" he replies back. 

We unconsciously kept our facial expressions throughout the stroll until we arrived.

Entering the school building, we notice that it's empty in the halls. Not a single trace of humans is seen. 

We proceed to our classroom with firm steps. No one is inside, thankfully. 

We go to our own benches. Shun's bench is the one in front of me. 

The atmosphere in the classroom is heavy but it breaks as soon as Shun drags his bench to connect his with mine. 

However, silence is built up because we get overwhelmed by that remaining fact... 

The silence breaks.

"Daichi! Are we doing it? Right here, right now?!

I agree with nodding.

"Yeah! Shun, it's time."

We grab our pencils and simultaneously swallow our saliva. Our scary foe is right in front of us. 

"WE'RE DOING THIS, DAICHI. WE'RE SCRAPING THROUGH THIS."

He screams. I follow up by letting out a battle cry. 

"Daichi, we're doing this until our hands fall off." 

I can see flames in his eyes.

"If I die, tell my parents that I love them!"

You're the one supposed to do that, hey.

Yes. Our foe was the scary, almighty English assignment that we hadn't done. 

"Shun, we fin... We finally did it..." 

He murmurs and it looked like he had lived through a century. I see tears flowing.

I don't blame him though, I'm exhausted. No, exhausted would be an understatement. My body is slowly withering. 

We both rest on our benches.

"Shun."

It takes all my energy just to raise my head. 

"Yeah?" 

"My wrists... they're aching so badly. I think I'm on the verge of amputating them real soon.

Are you hearing what you're saying? I couldn't help but chuckle. 

We hear sounds coming from the hall. I look at the time and realize that there are only a couple of minutes left until class starts. We barely scraped through.

Shun drags his bench back to his former spot. 

The classroom is getting filled by the students. 

Shun gets greeted by classmates, the same as usual. As for me who doesn't interact with anyone during school, I'm alone. It's my ordinary yet trivial high school life. 

It's all noisy until Tachibana-sensei enters the classroom, the first period is English after all.

Shun turns around and strikes a thumbs up with a disgraceful smirk.

The first period is over, and the English assignments were collected.

I feel the need to go to the toilet. 

When I head back I see that Shun isn't in the classroom. He must have gone somewhere probably. 

I couldn't care any less what he does in school, none of my business. I go back to my own seat and start minding my own business. 

The break is over and everyone quietly returns to their classroom. Shun isn't usually this late, coincidentally, he arrives shortly after I started to worry about him. 

He looks a bit troubled, I wonder what happened.

The teacher isn't here yet, I reach out to him.

"Fujiwara, what's wrong? You look troubled. Did you get scolded?"

"Hey, you're seriously associating me as a delinquent or something?" 

I look at him with an earnest look. 

"I didn't get scolded. It's just something else."

Have I gone deaf, or am I hearing things? I knew he had his interests, but this goes to another level.

How does one find joy in education that requires laborious grind? Is it because of our inexperience that we dream of a fantasy? We lust for entertainment for our boredom even though we know it was never good for us. Is it wrong for us to dream a fantastical fantasy? We were never mentally incapable just mentally unprepared. 

The notation of equality comes up between students, but each of them have their own ideals. Just how can anyone satisfies all ideals? 

Our fantasies is the product of our culture, every move we take was never meant to be meaningless. It was our commonalities of wanting a different outcome, no matter how good or bad, brought us together.

Issac, camelia, oliver and everyone had their own history that moulded their little fantasy. We were so engrossed in our fantasy that we created our own personal club, the supercalifragilisticexpialidocious fathom fantastical fantasy or as we like to call it the SFFF. 

I would be straight up lying if I told anyone that I know what I'm doing as the president of this club. At least I'm proud to watch this club grow to a stunning 8 members. Keep in mind these 7 extra members that have faith in this ludacris idea; not to mention those who join aren't ordinary student. In truth, no one would be ordinary if they join this club, but you get my point. 

To my right, we have Issac, the co-founder of this club and the vice president of this club. He is also the one who came up with this idea and forced me in this position; that's my best friend for you! {That's better than being a no friender(I made this word up, it means: a person who has a limited friend pool or has entirely no friends [including pets]) like me} 

To my left is also a vice president named Camella. To be honest, I believe she would be more suited for being the president for this club than me. In addition, she is already the president of the student counselor; that's the most prestige position in our school and...

The students of Yokai high school was ordinary, or so they believed. Gathered up like packs of wolves, each with their own leader; the strong prey on the weak. In a certain class, there was a treasure hidden inside a cobweb warped vintage box. Unknown to them, the box contains a jeweled like gem; sealed within is a gate to another dimension. You could hereby say miracles engulf this gem.

When the tide peaks on a full blood moon, the wolves' screech took the night by surprise; the poles unwillingly shift its direction and the gust came to a juddering halt, the box lightly creek open and the gem exploded in brightness. Everyone in a 200 meters radius of the box mysteriously disappeared; this event was given the name, moon lock blood terror, by its surrounding residents.

A lax security meant that It was usual for students to sneak in campus, especially during a rare night like this. Some ridiculed them for breaking the law that lead to their demise and others prayed for their well being. However, everyone agreed their disappearance was unfortunate. No matter if it was for thrills, research or luxury, there was more "lurkers" around the campus today than usual; amongst them, a group of students who call themselves SFFF had possession of the box. 

For where they might have taken this box was nothing but untouchable darkness. What remains unquestioned was that they had anticipated some sort of mystical sorcery going in the box. The fact that they snuck in school to study the blood moon at midnight while the event happened, suggest that it wasn't coincidental at all; relate that to their lust for fantastical dreams, everything aligned way too perfectly, someone seems to be pulling strings here.

As a being without a physical form, even I, fear the rise of an other worldly being. Who knows what they will be able to do?
