The flight back home was long but pretty fun considering that it was my first time flying. That lady that didn't get along with Olivia didn't bother us after being bitten. I couldn't hear what he whispered to her because my Grandma was still waiting for me to answer her from earlier and her face was becoming even scarier than Tiffany's dad's. I hugged Grandma before she thought about punishing me and then revealed everything that happened to us.

"So first we were at the mall and then while we were hanging out at the mall this strong bad guy alien crashed down in the middle of the mall and hurt a bunch of people and since I'm a hero I was like I gotta stop him from hurting anymore people! So that's what I did. I used my hero powers and beat him up so that he couldn't hurt anyone again. Then this is where Me, Olivia, and Tiffany were wondering what to do with him. I thought we should let the police lock him up while Olivia thought we should give him to the military so that they could give us money for the body. The military was definitely going to dissect and cut him up like all the tv shows say the government does, I couldn't let that happen! He might have been evil but he didn't deserve to die and I wouldn't feel right receiving money for the death of someone else. But anyway while me and Olivia were talking, Tiffany grabbed this teleporter thingy from the bad guy's body and was looking at it but then Olivia scared Tiffany into pressing the teleporter and I didn't know that it was a teleporter so I jumped towards them to protect them from the thing but actually it was-" Grandma covered my mouth with her hand.

"I can see it's a long story... Let's get home first girl so that you can tell us what happened." She was holding her head with her hand. Did her head hurt or something?

"Don't worry Miss B. I got it." Tiffany said to my Grandma.

Another electric ball flew past me and Olivia summoned a mirror that the magic attack flew into, stopping it from burning the house.

"What in the world is happening...?"

"Penny!" Grandma's yell made me stop in my tracks. "Now I know for a fact that these two girls couldn't do this stuff before! What happened?!"

"No cap, Penny gave this alien dude a beating, we went to another planet, Penny gave us some lit AF superpowers, we saved the planet from some green jerk, and then we came back home." Tiffany explained.

"I can't even say I don't believe you... You clearly have some supernatural ability." Tiffany's dad said.

"Our daughter became a freak!?" Olivia's dad screamed before getting slapped by his wife.

He let us ride on his back until we meet this cute little space penguin! He looked like a penguin we have on Earth but had fur, a horn on its head, and could shoot ice out of their horns! His name was Yrek and he was in trouble and needed help! His planet was under control of this alien criminal that forced them to work as slaves with these collars that shocked them whenever they didn't do what they were told. Seeing that these cute penguins were in trouble, we had to save them! They were called Trennac by the way. Yrek took us to his village after we agreed to help his people from the evil Garlax! We had to decide on a plan on how we should save them. I thought we should---"

"I think we heard enough Penny. When you said important details girl I thought they would be actually important."

"I will spank your behind girl. Do not play with me and take your butt to sleep. You tested my patience enough with that bath." She warned me.

  Once she threatened to whoop me, it was time to just listen and obey. Taking a whooping was not worth trying to avoid falling asleep. She turned off my light and strangely enough, I drifted straight off to sleep. Even though I tried so hard to avoid this and even planned on staying awake after Grandma left, my body didn't agree with the plan. It was in shutdown mode and I couldn't even bring up my heroic will to resist.

The night was festive, and Eric and his now ex-coworkers were dead drunk when they finally fell asleep.

An advertising director is reborn in 1988 Hollywood as an eighteen-year-old blond-haired westerner named Eric Williams.

From then on, he starts writing movie scripts and television songs, becomes skilled in directing every kind of film, wins over all kinds of female celebrities, and takes the path to becoming a Hollywood legend.

With the blazing sound of rock music a young boy could be seen within a dark blue wall bedroom. He sat around a small 1 long computer desk filled with random object such as pictures pencils, books. He wore a black short with a dark blue shirt with monster illustration on the front.

As the music blaze he nodded his head as he span around in his rotating computer chair. 


Lip singing the words of the song he suddenly stop up and moved his body dancing to the rhythm. 



* Bang* Bang* Bang* 

At the sudden banging at the door he open his eyes on confusion and walked toward the music box at the opposite side of the room. Turning of the device he looked at the door confused before heading straight toward it.

His eyes turn slightly as he gaze to the time on his laptop screen. Confirming that it was 3pm he ponder.

" Mom or Dad shouldn't be here yet. Orleen?" He mutter in confusion before he heard the loud banging on the door again.


Hissing his teeth he hurried his step and pulled open the door angrily.

What came into his view was a young girl around the age of 17 with long black hair and dark green eyes. She had olive brown skin and wore a simple dark blue sleeveless blouse with a Jean that stop below her knee.

" Brat. How many time does mom have to tell you, not to skip school." The girl said in an angry tone as she saw the door open.

Seeing who it was the young boy sigh and before he could finish hearing what she was saying slam the door closed and locked it from the inside.

Ignoring the yell of his older sister the young boy glance around at his bedroom shaking his head.


" Karlen. Karlen. Im telling mom you skip again!!" She yelled from outside the door but Karlen simply jump onto his bed and sigh.

" Stop yelling in the house" He ironically yell back before grabbing the Tv remote and turning on the small screen television within his room.


On the other side of the door Orleen groan in annoyance as she heard the sound of the television. After stamping her feet on the ground she groan before heading back down stairs.


" You and your brother have problems" A young girl voice echo through the living room area the moment she saw Orleen come down. She had bushy brown hair tired in a pig tail and similar color skin as Orleen. She had cute freckles on her face and wore a simple dark green short sleeve blouse with a Jean short.


" I have problems. It that brat. My parents spoil him too much" Orleen said upset as she threw her self into a living room sofa.


" If you say so. Well I heard the rebellious stage pass soon." The brown hair girl said sitting in a sofa opposite to Orleen.


" Rebellious?" Orleen hiss her teeth at that word before speaking.

" Just because the brat is smarter than his entire grade and the grade above he believes he doesn't have to go to school. When he doesn't I'm the one that his teacher look disapproving at" Orleen said in a high tone.

" Calm down girl. Anyway he still pass at the stop of his grade with out going to school so it not a big deal. Anyway.. You remember that party happening tonight" She said as she gave Orleen a grin.

" Nope, Nope, Nope!! You know my mom will kill me. Lisa" Orleen said before she got up and head to the kitchen. Getting up also Lisa followed her as she presume to convince Orleen.

" Come on everyone will be there. Plus didn't you tell me your parents won't be back until 11 tonight. They won't even be coming home before going to that dinner right so you have no excuses" Lisa continue with her debate but Orleen continue to shake her head until...


" Tony, will be there" Lisa said causing Orleen to stop in her track. With the fridge handle still in her right hand she stare hesitantly before closed mg the door.

" Okay I go but I need to be back by 10" Orleen said as she turn around to face Lisa.

" Yes. don't worry I'm driving." Lisa said as she led Orleen upstairs.

" First we need to get you some clothes before we head to my house." Lisa said.

" Wait. You remember that dark blue dress you got. Could i borrow it"Orleen stop at the foot at the steps as she recall something.

" That thing. I guess it fine. Okay my house" Lisa said with a frown before turning excited again.

She then held Orleen hand and drag her through the house out the front door.


Back upstairs Karlen could be seen at the top of the steps apparently hearing every word of his sister and Lisa. After pondering her smile as he tool out a 5 inch smart phone out of his pocket.

Unlocking the phone he enter a messing apps on went on to entering chat group call the flyers.

" Mr. Argot?" A soft feminine voice echo in the middle age man ears causing him to frown. Glancing at his watch the middle age man then took a peek at the woman behind him.

" What is it Penny. I already scheduled to leave the hospital early today" he said as he stood at the front door.

The receptionist stood slightly froze at the reception area as she ponder about the situation.

" Are you sure. Dr. Conner request me to tell you to see him at his office now though" Penny said as she stare at a piece of paper.


" Conner?" Mr. Argot mutter with a frown. Glancing back at his watch he sigh and went toward the reception counter.

" Could you keep this for me?" He asked while passing the suitcase in his hand. Nodding, penny received the suitcase over the counter before watching Mr. Argot walk briskly to the elevator door.


After traveling several floor upward he came off the elevator at the fifth floor and walk directly toward the end of the hall.

Stopping at a door  that say ' Head of Surgery Department' He frown and open the door.


Glancing around he spotted a middle age man with dark blonde hair and white skin. He had blue eyes and wore simple dress white shirt.


" What do you want Peter, I'm kinda busy" Mr. Argot said slight upset. His brows cease as he thought he was going to be late.


" Okay Okay I won't be long. Anyway Nick. You remember Lorena Labs that requested some of our best surgeon a month ago." Peter said calmly as he flip through a thick document.

" Yeah what about them" Nick asked.

" Hmm. They have been at the lab for a month now and it time for them to come back. I'm not getting through to the lab today so I want you to check it out for me. Just give me a call and the go about your business" Peter said.

Nick frown but knew it wasn't exactly a request but a order. He hated how Peter always drop his responsibility onto him. He was the one who agree to lend those surgeon to the lab but he want him to check up on them.


Sighing to himself Nick turn around and quickly left the office. He took out his phone and texted to a Id ' Honey.'

After seeing that the text was sent he place the phone back into his pocket and waiter until the elevator brought him back to the ground floor. He then got his briefcase from penny and left the hospital.

Ignoring several people entering into the ER he went straight toward the parking lot and enter a crisp black BMW. Throwing his briefcase at the back seat he close the door and started the engine. In a matter of second her was zooming out of the Hospital Parking Lot.

"What is it Maria?"  a middle age woman asked as she packed up several document.

" It nothing Barb. Loss my temper a bit. Nick said he would be a late" Maria mutter with a frown. 

Barb rose a eyebrow at her friend before she chuckle.
" Just take it easy. If i remember he is the deputy of his department right. Something must have come up. Atleast he didn't cancel" Barb said.

Maria shook her head before placing several brown folder within the file cabinet of her office. After sighing she glance at the window.  A perfect view of downtown Lorena.

" Yeah, you might be right. Anyway how the kids." Maria said deciding to have a small discussion with her secretary.


Barb smile before sitting within Maria client seat. She lean her body back as she ponder.

" I really should be asking you that. I heard Karlen skip school again." Barb said.

Maria sigh before taking a seat her self.

" I know but the thing is. A child go to school to learn, socialize etc right. Karlen is a bit different. You already know he smart for his age to the part that his elder sister work is easy for him. He a smart kid. The socializing part now. Well he has some friends" Maria said.

" Yeah, the same with my Marcos. Well he Karlen friend too anyway" Barb said.

* Bang* With the loud swing of the front door Karlen frown as he look at the people at the front door.

" Dudes why are so late. It seven?" Karlen said before he left the door open.

Turning around he walked back inside the living room where several bowls of snacks could be seen on the main table.


A game station with for Control was connecting to the living room flat screen TV and two 2litre could be seen on the floor surrounded by plastic cups.


" It kinda hard to get out our house on such a late notice" A young voice rang out as he enter the living room. His gaze scan the room but didn't seem surpise by the snacks or the other preparation.

The boy was of similar age to Karlen, 14 to be exact. He had short dark brown hair and hazel color eyes with olive brown skin. He wore a normal black Jean with a dark grey shirt.


Behind the boy was two other person of similar age. A girl with bright red hair and dark blue eyes where a casual Jean and brown short. Her hand could be seen holding the other boy.

 He had dark brown hair and dark blue eyes. He wore a black pants and dark green sweat shirt.


" Yeah. You texted us at 5 saying you have the house to yourself. It a miracle we tool 2 hours " The red head said as she sat on one of the sofa. The dark short boy sat beside her.


Karlen face cringe when he saw the too and said.

" I understand. But i will say this now. If you guys want to make out with each other get out" Karlen firmly said looking at the lovely couple.


" Jealous?" The red head smirk slightly but Karlen ignore her as he set up the game station.

" Karlen why don't we go to the party at Jane house?"the dark hair boy on the opposite seat to the couple spoke.


" Where you invited Jamie?" Karlen asked as he sat on the soft chair directly opposite to the tv and perpendicular to the two sofa. The table was in the middle of the four filled with snacks and the other three game control. 

Hearing Karlen Jamie simply shook his head being truthful.

" Then there is a good chance going will not end up well?" Karlen said as he started the game. Seeing this the other three seemingly anxious grab a controller before leaning back in the sofa.


" Yeah so what. Your sis.." Jamie

" My sister is popular" Karlen interrupted Jamie as his finger began to move hectic on the controller.


" Plus I bet you hanging out with friends is alot more better than going to a party" Karlen continue.


" If so stop skipping school" the boy beside the red head said.

" Yeah,Yeah, Charlie, I will stop when my mom stop thinking of making me skip grades." Karlen said as he role his eyes.


Charlie heard this and groan as a remainder that he was speaking to the top of their grade slam in his head.

His made a weird smile before he sigh and curse under his breath.

" Damn't you kill me on purpose?" Charlie said as he saw his avatar in the game got shot in the head.


" Becky you have to revenge me" Charlie continue as he lean on the red hair beside him. 

Hissing her teeth her eyes were glued to the screen.  Many watching the scene would think these were wasteful people and should be studying or doing something more productive. Well there two things they might be unaware of. After Karlen these three were the brightest in their grade and also excellent in a field. 

Jamie was surprisingly a good basically player, Becky is on the cheerleading squad and Charlie is the best artist in the school.



As the group continue to play guns game something strange could be seen within the sky. 


" Ah man. Karlen tell me this for real. All the time you skip school it just to pratice video games isn't it?" Charlie said as he place down the controller in his hand. The snacks bowls where empty and the soda was more than half way there.


" Shit guys it late. About 11" Becky said as she jumped up. 
" Sorry for leaving the mess with you. I will make it up to you" Becky said before bolting out of the house.

" Hey wait up" Jamie and Charlie yelled in sync as they dash toward the front door.

Karlen face twitch before he shook his head. He had already document it in his mind how to milk this favour from them.

Looking at the scatter scene infront of him he sigh and stood up. Suddenly he frown. He didn't her the door close.

Looking toward the front door he exit the living room only to see the group pause at door.

Surpise and confused Karlen walk up toward group and that was when his eyes caught the night sky.

It wasn't pitch black with countless white dots like the usual. This sky didn't even have the moon. No the sky was a mixture of several range of color or lights. An Arora of light that reflected in all of Lorena citizen vision today.

As Nathan pulled himself together, Stacy and Penny walked around the room. The former was slowly taking note of everything in her vicinity; the framed family photos, the little bobbles and memorabilia, and the old fashioned furniture all made the home feel a bit cozy to her even though it was the first time she'd seen it. "Where are you two going to study?" Penny asked, walking over to a table and picking up a knickknack to dust it off.
"How about here?" Stacy asked, setting her things on the table as she opened up her bag. One by one, she pulled out notebook after notebook until the entire tabletop was hidden under their covers.
"That's a lot…" Penny mumbled, looking over at her brother as he finally regained composure; a small smile formed on her face. "Why not study in his room, you'll have more space and some silence." She suggested, winking to Nathan as he tried to dissuade his classmate.
"I don't mind." Stacy smiled, quickly packing up and following Penny over; much to Nathan's dismay. Entering the room, she took in her surroundings again. Crumpled up scraps of paper littered the floor as a desk overflowed with paint that ran down its side. She brushed that aside, pulling over the chair by the desk and taking a seat as she put out her materials again. Nathan looked over at Penny as she closed the door, silently cursing his sister for putting him in this situation.
He shakily walked up, taking a seat on the floor as he could feel his heart start to beat faster. "Where do we start?" He said to try and ease his nerves.
"How about history? Stacy suggested, pulling out her book on the subject to flip to a particular page. They spent the next few minutes going back and forth to make sure that the information stuck, repeating for every new lesson that they needed to learn; all in all, they were done in less than an hour. "That was faster than I thought it'd be." She said, surprised. "What do we do now?" She looked over as he pulled out his phone, playing the game he had just gotten into recently. "Really?"
"What? We're done studying, might as well enjoy my free time." He retorted, setting himself up on his bed with his eyes glued to his phone. He heard a sigh from her as she looked around at all the crumpled sheets of paper. She flattened one out on the desk, revealing a sketch of a man in the front seat of a car. "Can you not?" Nathan asked, looking at it with a frown.
"Oh, sorry. I was just a bit curious. After all, you do things like this so well, I just wanted to see more of it." She said, setting it down on the desk as she walked over. "Why do you draw?" She asked as she watched him switch off his phone and get up.
"It's a long story, but if you want an answer…" He paused as he made his way to the door. "It's because I want to. That's the short answer." With that, he left the room with her in tow; Stacy following him out of curiosity. The two of them made their way into the garage, where Nathan's latest project was out for them to see.
He sat down, quietly getting his things together as he started working on it again. "Because you want to? It must be nice to have that much time to goof off and do things like that." Stacy's voice turned a bit cold as she uttered those words, her gaze drifting downward as she took steps toward the easel to get a better look. "Is that game fun, the one on your phone?"
"It's enjoyable." He said; his focus solely on his painting. "Why do you ask?"
"It's nothing. It was just a silly question to fill the silence." She said, walking around and noticing the other paintings in the garage. "What does your sister think of this? She told me that you don't really like talking to people, but by the looks of things, you seem to spend most of your time here."
"What does it matter?" Nathan stopped his brush, setting his palette down on the floor. "I mean, I know she means well by worrying, but what she thinks of it doesn't really affect it, does it?" He asked with a smile.
"Of course it does, she's your family. You should at least consider her opinion on things." Stacy retorted, her hand hovering over her bag.
"Stacy. I'm not going to let other people decide how I live my life. It's my life, after all. And I'm not doing anything bad; it's just a hobby anyway." Nathan smiled. "What about you? What do you even do other than study?"
"I…"
"Hmm? Sure, sure. Studying is great and it will help your future. If you like that, then good for you." Nathan started pacing around her. "But think about it, who are you working so hard to please? Is it you, or someone else?" He took a step toward her, getting her to take a few steps back and toward the door.
"I think I'll be going home now. My work here is done." She said, hastily walking out of the door as Nathan saw her off. After a few minutes of painting after she left, Nathan returned to his room and thought about what had happened.
"Fuck…" He mumbled to himself. "Why did I say that?" He flailed in his bed, screaming into his pillows as he repeatedly slammed his head into his mattress. "She's gonna think I'm some kind of weirdo now, is she?" He mumbled again. His thoughts ran wild like that over the next hour, slowly lulling him to sleep as he wore himself out from worrying too much. He tossed and turned in bed, his heart rate going up more than usual as he woke up in a cold sweat the next day. He opened his eyes, wiping his face with his hand as he groaned.
It was the weekend, but he only felt tense due to his actions the previous day. After pacing around the room for a while, he entered the bathroom to stare at his reflection. For five minutes he stared; brows furrowing as his lips curled into a discontent frown. "Hey? You okay? You've been there for a while." Penny knocked on the door, opening it slightly to sneak a glance at her brother.
He was hunched over the sink, gaze directed at himself as he muttered curses and insults at his reflection. "Idiot! Why did you let this happen again?" He mumbled, slamming his hand down against the sink as he let out an exasperated sigh; stomping out of the bathroom and into the kitchen where he got something to cool himself off. "Me and my big mouth…" Chuckling at his blunder with a melancholic look on his face, he sat down at the sofa and turned on the TV. His sister would join him soon, taking a seat beside him while browsing her phone.
"What happened this time?" She asked, switching off her screen and looking over at his face.
"I talked too much and it pissed her off." He leaned back; letting his arms dangle on the sofa as he stared up into the ceiling. "I guess I'll be alone again this year."
"How can you say that she was mad? She didn't look that upset when I saw her leave." Penny interjected, placing a hand on his shoulder. "Don't beat yourself up over something that might not even be true." She added; rocking him gently as he sat back up and looked around.
"Is it just the two of us today?" He asked, walking over to the window to see if anyone was outside."
"Yeah, just you and me. Anything you want to do?" Penny smiled, standing up and walking over to a cabinet they had. She opened it, revealing some more photos and a few old and beat up boxes.
"I don't feel like playing today. I think I'll just paint…" Nathan sighed, turning his body to make his way into the garage. He heard footsteps following behind him, stopping as he got to his chair and continued on with his painting. "You just gonna watch or?"
"Probably. This is more your thing." Penny said, taking a closer look at the painting. "I want to go back there. We had such a great time the last time we went there." She moved over a few empty paint cans and used them as a makeshift stool for herself.
"Yeah… Maybe when you learn to drive or something…" Nathan smiled, picking up his brush as he looked at what he'd done so far. He stared and stared at the canvas, his brush floating inches away from its surface as his hands started trembling. He'd finished most of the work already; the background was done, the mother and father of the painting were nearly done, and the sister was only missing a few details on her clothing, yet he couldn't find a way to tie it all together.
"You stumped?" Penny asked, chuckling a bit to herself as she got up and walked over. Nathan nodded, setting his things aside and stretching his hands. He looked around the room, eyes glossing over his previous paintings. There was one of an apple that he started with, the one that made him think that he could do this for more than just a hobby; next was one that he was proud of: a piece that looked as if it were a stained glass mural akin to those in churches, it was of a tree in fall as its leaves were drifting toward the ground. Penny glanced around as well, following his eyes with her own as she tried to think of something to break the silence. "How come you never show these to people? Some people would pay to see this or have you make art for them."
"It's not about the money, sis." Nathan looked at her, putting his hands behind his head. "And these aren't even that good. It's nothing compared to what others have made."
"You know, you've got to stop comparing yourself to others." Penny got up, walked toward him, and trapped his head in her arm as she dug her knuckles into his scalp. "And these are good. Your standards are too high." She joked, releasing him from his torture as she walked toward the door. "Want to go out today?"
"Well, I have nothing else to do." Nathan thought about what she said. In truth, he felt his chest swell up a bit as he looked around the room, but he wouldn't tell anyone that. He chose to keep his pride hidden by degrading his skills, though there are times where he believes his words more than his feelings. "Where do you want to go?" He asked, following after her as the two of them made their way to their rooms for a change of clothes.
The two walked out to the street in casual wear, riding on the bus out of the suburbs and into the town. "There's this new café I went to with my friends the other day. I'll treat you since you and your girlfriend had such a great time last night." She grinned, looking out as she tried to remember where to get off at. Nathan's cheeks grew flushed as he averted his gaze.
"One: We're not even friends. Two: It didn't go well." He crossed his arms, staring out into the sky as a bright and sunny day was ahead of him. He lowered his head a bit, gazing into the interior of the buildings they were passing by. An arcade had opened up with some new games from overseas, new clothing stores were drawing in droves of people, and an old bookstore was stocking the shelves with new releases. He smiled softly. "Do you think a museum or an art gallery would open up here if they had the chance?" He asked, leaning back in his chair as they neared their stop.

Nathan is a young painter with a bad habit of never being satisfied with his art. Secluding himself in their garage for hours on end, cutting off most of his surroundings, and distancing himself from his peers are all things he's done in an attempt to focus on his skills. But is this really what he should be doing?

Lin Lijuan wore a sad expression all the time, and damaged the relaxed atmosphere in the Lin family's house, so nobody felt comfortable.
Zhang Meiyu had tried to persuade Lin Lijuan not to divorce Gu Qinxiang, because a divorce wouldn't do any good to the children. As long as Gu Qinxiang stopped cheating on her, they could still live a good life. However, Lin Lijuan was drowning in sorrow now, and refused Zhang Meiyu's advice, so Zhang Meiyu gave up.
In order to avoid having to get along with Lin Lijuan, Zhang Meiyu often left the house and went to shop or play Mahjong with her friends once she was free.
At this moment, Zhang Meiyu was cooking in the kitchen, while Lin Lijuan was sitting in the living room with an absent look on her face.
Lin Yuehao was half lying on the sofa playing on his phone.
After ads, a hostess said in the TV, "Welcome back to Fashion Broadcast, we're going to show the release conference of Jade Beauty Jewelry and Charm."
Hearing that, both Lin Lijuan and Lin Yuehao were surprised and watched TV. They all knew that Jade Beauty Jewelry was Gu Ning's company, so they paid special attention to it.
The hostess continued to introduce Jade Beauty Jewelry and Charm before the release conference was shown on the screen.
"Although Jade Beauty Jewelry and Charm are newly-established companies, they've attracted a lot of attention and have gotten many positive comments since their products went on the market. Their boss, however, is a senior in highschool who is just 18 years old."
Afterwards, the release conference was shown on the screen, and Gu Ning and the others went on the stage.
Lin Yuehao was always scared of Gu Ning, but he didn't hate her. He was just a hoodlum. Once he realized that he didn't have the ability to hurt Gu Ning, he was unwilling to annoy her again. 
Lin Lijuan, on the other hand, hated Gu Ning more than ever, especially after Gu Ning became so successful. Her daughter was still in jail! Although it wasn't Gu Ning's fault, Lin Lijuan blamed Gu Ning for everything. Therefore, when Lin Lijuan saw Gu Ning on TV, she glared at Gu Ning like Gu Ning was her biggest enemy.
"OMG, Gu Ning is so awesome!" Lin Yuehao exclaimed in shock. He wasn't jealous of Gu Ning, but admired her.
Hearing that, Lin Lijuan gave Lin Yuehao a glance with dissatisfaction.
Lin Yuehao ignored Lin Lijuan's glance, and despised her in his heart. In his eyes, Lin Lijuan was an idiot who held a grudge against such an outstanding niece. If Lin Lijuan's family hadn't annoyed Gu Ning, they wouldn't be in such a dreadful condition now. Lin Yuehao totally forgot that he had bullied Gu Ning before too.
Zhang Meiyu heard Lin Yuehao's voice, and walked out from the kitchen. When she saw Gu Ning on the TV, she was also interested. Seeing that Gu Ning was so successful now, Zhang Meiyu hated Lin Lijuan for what Lin Lijuan had done to Gu Ning.
If Lin Lijuan's family could have gotten along well with Gu Ning, Gu Ning would have been willing to give them a helping hand now.
Gu Qinxiang's construction company could barely stay afloat now. Gu Qing's family, on the other hand, lived a much better life than them because of their close relationship with Gu Man and Gu Ning.
Gu Qinyang's family had also changed their attitude towards Gu Man, Gu Ning and Gu Qing's family. If anything bad happened to them, Gu Ning would help them without a doubt.
Although Zhang Meiyu wasn't a generous and kind woman, she wouldn't criticize or bully her poor relatives. In addition, it wasn't something shameful that a woman had a premarital pregnancy nowadays, but Lin Lijuan and Gu Man's mother had used that to humiliate Gu Man and Gu Ning many times.
All of a sudden, Lin Lijuan smashed the remote control on the coffee table with a loud sound, which scared Lin Yuehao and Zhang Meiyu who were enjoying the news on TV. "Why? Why am I living a terrible life now, but the bitch Gu Man and the bastard Gu Ning are in the spotlight!" Lin Lijuan shouted in anger and with strong hatred.
Hearing that, Lin Yuehao and Zhang Meiyu frowned with dissatisfaction.
Lin Yuehao snorted with disdain. "Why? Because they have the ability to live a good life!"
"No, no, no!" Lin Lijuan couldn't accept it.
Seeing Lin Lijuan being crazy, Lin Yuehao didn't bother to argue with her. Zhang Meiyu also remained silent. However, Lin Lijuan grabbed the ashtray on the coffee table and threw it at the TV with great force. In her eyes, Gu Ning along with her release conference would be ruined once the TV was broken.
Neither Lin Yuehao nor Zhang Meiyu expected Lin Lijuan's abrupt movement, and the TV screen was broken at once. Lin Yuehao and Zhang Meiyu were struck dumb.
"Are you crazy?" Lin Yuehao jumped up from the sofa and glared at Lin Lijuan.
Lin Lijuan was also struck dumb by her behavior, and trembled in fear with a pale face. She had no intention to hit the TV, but she just lost control of herself.
At this moment, there was black smoke coming out of the TV, and Lin Yuehao dashed over to pull out its plug in case it would explode.

The next morning, Luo Qun was just as shocked to see the clean floor.
She looked at Ah Ow quizzically, who lied on Crispy Noodles. "This little one didn't pee wherever she wanted?"
Li Du said, "I've already taught her to pee and poop at fixed times."
Ah Meow and Crispy Noodles stared at him, astounded. Someone so shameless actually exists!
Luo Qun went to change into her police uniform as she prepared to go to work.
She nodded with satisfaction. "In that case, let's just keep it."
She was actually pretty fond of Ah Ow. Compared to an ocelot and a raccoon, a wolf was more similar to a dog. As a cop with a lot of experience with police dogs, she preferred dog-like animals.
Ah Ow did not know this, but if she did, she would be in tears: I'm a Mexican wolf, how can you compare me to a dog? Aren't you belittling the wolf species?
Li Du was not going to keep her in the community; he brought the three of them to the car, and drove the Ferrari back to the cabin.
At the cabin, Chen Haonan chatted with Lu Guan. "A llama from the south had five pounds of grasshoppers in his hand; a mute from the north carried a horn on his waist..."
Li Du asked, "What are you doing?"
With a not so accurate pronunciation, Lu Guan said stiffly, "Learning Chinese tongue twisters!" Lu Guan had pronounced the word "Chinese" in a different tone. It sounded like he said "Korean" tongue twisters!
"Your tone is wrong. You use a harsher, shorter tone for this word!" Chen Haonan corrected him. "Are you learning Korean? Buddy, you must remember this: the Chinese language is extensive and profound, with 5,000 years of history and glory! We're not speaking Korean here! It's important that you pronounce everything the correct way."
Godzilla shook his head and sighed, "What a talker!"
Li Du noticed that Hans was not around and asked, "Where's Big Fox?"
Godzilla was concise in his reply: "Sell cigars, sell boxes, sell guns!"
Li Du nodded and then put Ah Ow down to let the three children play together at the cabin.
Upon seeing that his playmates had arrived, the golden retriever ran over immediately.
The usually domineering ocelot was terrified. Why the f*ck is this idiot still here?
However, with Ah Ow around, the golden retriever didn't want to play with them anymore. Upon seeing Ah Ow, who resembled him more than the other two, he dashed forward to lick her with his tongue.
Ah Ow cried out in displeasure; she wanted to leave. Soon enough, she discovered that the silly animal was licking her, and licking her dirty fur clean.
She was delighted with her discovery, and stayed put to let the golden retriever continue licking her clean.
The golden retriever was happy too. This little friend is very cooperative. Will she also be cooperate if I do something else?
Ah Ow was female, and so her urine had the taste belonging to a female canine animal. After licking her fur for a while, the golden retriever pressed her down onto the ground, pushed her bottom up and got on top!
Ah Ow was about to pee out of fright; she thought she was going to get sat on again. She howled at the top of her voice, "Owwoo! Owwoo!"
The wolf's howl was tender but shrill; it started to sound very much like a wolf's.
If he were an ordinary dog, he would be scared of a wolf's howl. But the golden retriever was a little loony—like his owner—and foolishly pressed Ah Ow down with all his might.
On seeing that, Li Du dashed over and pushed him off. He then carried Ah Ow, before hollering at Lu Guan, "F*ck, manage your Little Plane properly! D*mmit, if he goes near Ah Ow again, I'll gun him down!"
Lu Guan glanced at the innocent-looking golden retriever and asked, "What happened?"
Li Du explained, "My dog treated him like an older brother but he wanted to mount her!"
Lu Guan went over and gave the golden retriever a shove in fury. "In heat again? Didn't I relieve you in the spring? Why are you in heat again during autumn?"
Li Du, Godzilla, Chen Haonan and Big Quinn—the four of them looked shell-shocked.
"You relieved him?"
It was so shocking that Chen Haonan only managed to say these few words without providing his usual blabbering.
Lu Guan answered matter of factly, "Since the first time he was in heat, I've been helping to relieve him. Gotta give this son of a b*tch a good time, right?"
"Yes," Chen Haonan said as he looked down at his own hand. They had shaken hands earlier. Now he felt like something wasn't quite right with his own hand.
They were well into the autumn of October, when it was no longer that warm.
Li Du pulled a chair up and sat at the door of the cabin reading with his cat and wolf for company—an ideal way to rest.
At noon, two treasure hunters dealing in second-hand items came by to look for stuff. They needed a television set; coincidentally, Li Du had gotten two sets at the last auction.
"What are you using to barter for it?" Li Du asked.
The treasure hunters trading with him were a couple—Sean and Penny. Sean said, "We have a TV here but there seems to be a problem with the CRT..."
Since it used a cathode ray tube (CRT), Li Du knew it would be an old-style television. He shook his head and pointed to the cabin. "I've got two in there. I don't need one."
Penny said, "Maybe you need some small carts? We have four very beautiful small carts here."
This Li Du would need; they moved things all the time here at the cabin and it would be handy to have the carts.
In the end, the carts that Penny unloaded from the pickup truck were too small. They were only a couple feet long and a couple feet wide. There were cartoon patterns on them—they were obviously children's toys.
Li Du said mockingly, "What's the point of you giving me these? For me to play house with my buddies?"
Big Quinn joked, "This cart's not even as big as Godzilla's fist."
"It is," Godzilla laughed, "but it's not as big as your butt."
Penny waved her hand dismissively. "Don't be this way. These are small carts for Scouts. Look, scouting activities are ongoing now—someone's bound to need these carts."
Big Quinn nodded. "That's true Boss, she has a point."
Li Du thought about it. "Wait a minute, let me make a call."
He gave Mother Mesa a call. He asked if any children there participated in scout activities.
Mother Mesa said there were, and they had all gone to sell cookies.
Hearing that, Li Du nodded and said, "Alright, we have a deal."
Four small toy carts for a television set. They would be useful for the children to push around when selling cookies. 
In the US, scouting activities were highly-regarded. Their core mission was to help youngsters explore and build strong personalities, prepare for their future careers and allow them to assume civic responsibility.
Parents were always more than happy to allow their children to participate in this civic organization.
Big Quinn's children were Scouts too. There were different scout groups for the various ages, which undertook activities according to their capabilities. Selling cookies was one of the more common activities.
Scouts usually sold cookies in two ways: one was to make them at home, the other was to buy them from supermarkets.
Li Du brought the four small carts over to Mother Mesa's home. After his phone call, the black woman had waited at the door for him. She beamed when he pulled up. "Welcome, good son!"
There was a simple tent set up in front of the welfare home's door. There were many boxes there, all filled with cookies.

Holding the fort, there’s an ocelot, a wolf, and an Andes condor. At the side, there’s a loyal hound, an irascible ape, and an African honey badger. Who said that you can only rely on humans when treasure hunting?! 

Years, it's been years since I seen them. It's been 20 years, but hey who's counting!? I walked into my "home" or liked others call it my mini mansion. Ever since I disbanded from the top wing things have changed. I became a famous music artist by day and a police officer by night. Yea my life's pretty complicated, no wife, no kids, just me myself and I. I always wondered what happened to the other top wing?
I shrugged it off and sat down on my couch, flipping through the channels on tv. I notice the mail on the floor, probably bills. I went up and grabbed the mail from the floor.
"Bills, bills, taxes, fan letters, hmm hello what's this." I said, It read TW reunion, I opened the letter and read what it said. 

Dear swift
This is mister groper, it's been the longest since I saw you guys and I wanted to make a little reunion to catch up with each other. I was hoping you can come to the reunion and meet all your friends again. If you decide to come be at the old school this Friday. I hope to see you soon.

A reunion? That'll be great! I get to see all the top wing again and my best friend too! I don't see why I won't attend.
I pulled out my phone and called the police station. "Hello this is the police station. How can I help you?"
"Hey Miranda this is the Officer swift, I wanted to say I won't be at work for a week, I'm going back to Bubbletucky for a little reunion."
"Y-yes commander, I'll make sure the office is advised about your vacation."
"Thanks Miranda. Got to go bye." I hung up and got packing. Bubbletucky here I come.
Penny  POV- Friday night of the Reunion
"Hey Penny, long time no see!" Janet 
"Hey Janet . I just saw you yesterday. How's your acting career going?" "Pretty good!"
I was at the reunion greeted by all my friends. We all kept in touch well with almost all of us. It's been 20 years since I saw my best friend and crush swift. Everything changed, the top wing everything seemed sadder and I was left heartbroken. If only he knew how I felt for him.
But that was in the past, I mean I don't have feelings for him, right? I shouldn't have feelings for him, I have a boyfriend who is kind, sweet, selfless, handsome and argh who am I kidding, I still have feelings for the goofy guppy.
But does he have the same feelings for me? Probably doubt it, he's probably married and has kids already.
All my friends seem to marry the person they loved from the beginning. Brody  and peak got married 2 years ago, Janet and rod got married a year ago.
And me well I have a boyfriend who I have been dating since college. He proposed to me once but I declined. So right now me and him are on a break.
"Come on Penny cheer up, it's a reunion have a drink and have fun, he'll show up." rod told me
I turned towards the other guppies and started to party.
*Ding dong* We all stopped and brody  turned down the music while peak went to go answer the door.
peak s POV
I opened the door and met face to face with a tall man with blue eyes and blue hair. (Guess who's that)
"How can I help you?" I asked him, he looks strangely familiar. "peak ?" How does he know my name? "Yes and who are y- wait a minute, swift!?"
The man smirked. That definitely him. "What gave it away the hair or the looks." Yup that's him.
I let out a squeal and hugged him with all my might. He hugged me back, damn he's tall.
"What's going on here? And why are you hugging my wife?" I heard brody  say.
swift POV
I was hugging peak  until I heard a voice behind her. "What's going on here? And why are you hugging my wife?" He said.That voice sounds familiar. Wait a sec brody ? Wait hold up, they're married!?
peak  let go of me and face her husband I think. "Brody,  that's no way to treat a friend!" She said
"Friend!? Who is he and why is he hugging you?" He exclaimed back
Before peak  could open her mouth I started to speak. "Come on brody surely you remember your friend swift?" His face went from scowl to a smile.
"swift! You made it!" He came up to me and hugged me very tight. "I've missed you too brody ." I said as I hugged back.
"What is going on-"Janet  started until she saw me "-swift! You're back!" She swam to me and hugged me very tight "Hey rod,Penny , swift's back! He's really back!" Penny  she's here?
rod suddenly came out from the corner. "swift your back!" rod said give me a hug.
"Yea long time no see. How are you , you haven't aged a bit." I said
"But you have swift it's nice to see you after 20 years." He said while chucking.
I look around the room looking for her, where's Penny ? Before I could ask Janet  beat me to it. "She's by the balcony, she said something about needing to think."
"Thanks." I started to walk towards the balcony until Janet  caught my hand and whispered something in my ear. "She's been waiting for you all night, please make our girl happy again."
"I will." I whispered back and continued to walk to the balcony.
Penny  POV when peak  went to answer the door
"Guys I'm going to be on the balcony if you need me." I said starting to walk off until Janet  caught my arm.
"You okay Penny ?" She asked "Yea I just need to think." I told her "Okay take your time."
She let go of my arm and I started to walk towards the balcony. I reached the ledge and saw the beautiful stars shining bright in the sky.
If only he came. Wait why are you still thinking about him. Because you love him. It's been 20 years he is probably married and has a kid already. Or the person on the door was him ready to sweep you off your feet. Or it's the pizza guy. Maybe he is the pizza guy. swift wouldn't be a pizza guy.
Yup here I am arguing with myself, I must be insane. *Sign* "if only you were here swift." I said to myself.
*knock* *knock* I turned around and gasped. "Hey Penny ." He's back.
swift's POV
"Hey Penny ." I said "swiftl your here?" She asked. I chuckled a little "Of course why wouldn't I be here?"
"Well I thought you're probably busy and have better things to do." She said softly.
"Not really, I took a little vacation to come and see , the top wing, and you. It's been 20 years since the last time I saw you, and I just thought maybe I should come to this reunion. Catch up for old times sake, you know?" I told her I also quit playing music unless it is for you then he called officer Miranda at the station and said I well only by doing the crimes in Bubbletucky because I am not living my friend agen she said ok then he hung up the phone then penny said that was nice of you .
Then he said "You know Penny , you still look gorgeous after all these years." I told her.
She blushed a bit giggling catching on the game we used to play when we were little. "And you're looking handsome like always Mr. Gordon."
"Ah I see we're using last names, well Ms. Gentilella, 2 can play that game." I smirked I usually win these games.
She giggled and playfully pushed my shoulder. "You might have changed on the outside but you haven't changed a bit on the inside swift."
"Neither have you Penny , that's one of the things I love about you." I told her, shoot she wasn't supposed to know that. Well swift you've gone this far might as well tell her how you feel, who cares if she has a boyfriend, I'm going to sweep her off her feet.
"Love?" She said softly.
I took a deep breath, "Penny  even after 20 years, I haven't stopped loving you. I rejected every women, never had sex, nor get married to someone. Because I've been waiting for you, and you only. The reason why I came to this reunion is to see you again. I know you probably have a boyfriend already but that doesn't bother me. I- I just wanted to see you again and tell you, because if I didn't I'll explode. Penny  Gentilella I love you and I will never stop loving you." I looked straight into her eyes we were almost nose to nose.
"swift,-" well rejection here I come "I feel the same way too." "Huh?" She giggled "Even though I had a boyfriend I kind of told him we're on break, meaning if you come back to me after this reunion then I won't be with him anymore. swift I have been waiting for you for 20 years, hoping you'll sweep me off my feet, you're the reason I'm happy and nice all the time. You showed me the positive side of everything and that's why I love you. You're the reason why I rejected marriage  swift. I love you and I never ever stop loving you." She said.
I can't take it anymore, I leaned in and kissed her, wrapping my arms around her waist, while she wrapped hers around my neck. The kiss was passionate but soft, just enough to make up for 20 years.
I pulled back and put my forehead on her. "Does this mean we're a thing?" I asked her. She tapped her chin "I believe it is." I carried her bridal style and started to walk towards the others.
"swift! What are you doing?" She asked. "Well you waited for me to sweep you off your feet and here I am." She giggled and I kept walking.
Then they saw me carrying Penny , "Looks like you made our girl happy again." rod said.
"Yup, not only that but I swept her off her feet." I put her down but we were still hand to hand.
"So when are you going to get hitch?" Janet  joked I think.well he got on one knee and said Penny will you be my girlfriend and she said yes I will love to be your girlfriend they kissed then Swifts radio went off he answered this is officer Swift how can I help you it was officer Miranda their is a hostage situation at the Bubbletucky bank  can you deal with it he said only if my girlfriend can come with me officer Miranda said yes she can they got in his car and went to the bank he told her to stay behind him she did he got a megaphone and said come out with your hands up he did he put him in handcuffs and then took him to jail they went to Penny's house she introduce him as her boyfriend her sisters said finally someone asked her to be his girlfriend he asked if he could stay with them they said yes you can he said every morning I have to go to work they asked what do you do penny said he is a police officer and he is aloud  to take 1 person every day with him Penny's little sister asked if she could go with him tomorrow he said if it is ok with your parents it is ok with me they said yes you can go with Swift he said but you have to listen to what I say so you don't get hurt she said ok I well he said ok go to bed we have to get up early she said ok they all went to bed he stayed up all night 5:00 they took off he got a call he told her to stay down and gave her his bulletproof vest he got out and went to the door and said come out with your hands up he did not know it but someone came up behind him he got hit with the butt of a gun they ran off sunny ran up to him took his radio and said officer down send back up 
than she sat down and held him until the ambulance came they put him on a stretcher put him in the ambulance took her and put her in to then left for the hospital they got there she said she was staying with him they said ok they checked him out they said he just has a cushion he well be fine she called penny and told her swift was in the hospital but he will be fine she asked what happened she said that he was hit with the butt of a gun i'm with him but he is in a coma but the doc said he will be good she said she will be there in 10 minutes  where is swift's car at a place called 7 11 penny said I will get it then I will be there she left a not for her parents then got the car then went to the hospital and asked where is swift I am his girlfriend the Nurse showed her were he was she saw her sister wearing the bulletproof vest she said did he gave that to you to pricked you she said yes he did not want me to get hurt her parents called her and asked her if her sister was fine she said yes they said they will be there in a little while she said ok they got there they went to the room and saw sunny sleeping on swift's lap in a bulletproof vest they asked Penny if Swift gave her that she said yes because he didn't want her to be hurt they said your sisters want to stay here until he is better she said ok they left Swift came to Penny's parents were on the way home when they got shot by the same guys that hit him but he had to be right his friend came in told penny the bad news Swift said he had to go toke to them he tried to get up but had some trouble getting up 

he asked peak to help him up she did he walked to her parents room he asked them to describe their attackers they did then asked Swift if he could adopt the little ones he said he would then the machines that they were hacked up to started to beep he went to his room and called officer Miranda and told her that she had to come to Bubbletucky  she said ok I well be there in a day peak came in and told them they did not make it the little ones cried in to swift's shirt he asked peak for 2 big beads she said she would get them Penny's sister sunny fell a sleep it was late peak slept with penny and one of her sisters the other sisters slept with Swift in the morning Miranda showed up and asked were Swift was she showed her he was up put all of the others were sleeping he gave Miranda the sketches of the people that killed pennies parent's he said that if you find them I want you to bring them to me so I can teach them a lesson she said can do she left he finds that Penny was up she asked are you going to beat up the people who killed my parents he said yes I well she called his family and told them what happened they asked who this is she said his girlfriend Penny they said they will be there in an hour they got there they asked were us Swift the doc showed them were he was Penny said you most be swift's family I'm penny his girlfriend he is sleeping and my sister keep him safe when he got it with the but of a gun by saying officer down send back up the doc said he should be able to live here in a week
