Then he is greeted by an Angel, saying he is the God of this world, participating in a game the One true God created himself

Chapter 1337 – Darkest Day in Human History
Gaia 9th year, 10th month, 20th day, a day worth remembering for mankind.

 At 9am, Gaia suddenly released a video on the official website. The video showed the base that the vanguard forces had constructed on Planet Hope - Hope City.

 Along with the city walls collapsing, the innumerable beasts surrounding the walls flooded in like a wave, forming a beast ocean.

 Amongst the beasts, players found the familiar Tyrannosaurus and Pterosaurs. However, there were also some beasts that the players had not seen before. All of them looked extremely fierce and menacing.

 In the city, humans were like ants that all sorts of beasts crushed underfoot.

 The beast horde that covered the sky basically drowned the entire city. To make matters even more terrifying, the laser weapons were useless against the titan.

 Even when the lasers struck the other beasts, they only suffered some superficial injuries.

Anastasia continued. "At that time, the neighboring races had gone through a major war and had to rebuild their economies. Our elven kingdom was dragged into it as well. Our kingdom was in ruins. Our economy in tatters. So we asked for a loan."

"A loan? From whom?"

"The major victor of the Great War was the Republic of Nymphs. The elf king at that time asked the nymphs for a loan to rebuild our economy. The nymphs agreed. However we had to promise to give the nymphs first pick on any magic products we made."

"OK...go on?"

"With the nymphs buying up our best products, we entered an economic boom. More money came in, we invested in infrastructure and were able to surpass the dwarves, fairies and other races in GDP, standard of living and social development."

"Sounds all good. What went wrong?"

"The nymphs betrayed us."

A dark silence. I glanced at Elisa. Her expression had grown grim.

Anastasia said, "The nymphs have magic in their blood. But it is weaker than ours. Before the war, they were never able to match the quality of our magic products and that was why after the war they wanted to buy from us. But we could've never guessed the diabolical plan they had."

"Which was what?"

"They purchased our A-grade magic products and used their superior technology to reverse engineer them. Then they developed manufacturing processes to copy our products with their weaker magic. Then sold it for a lower price."

"Oh..."

"We lodged protests with their government. In response, their Minister of Finance recalled all the loans so quickly that it was impossible for us to pay it all back before the deadline. Then they used a clause in the contract for late repayment to raise the interest rate to 100%"

Heavy breaths. Angry breaths.

She said, "Our economy collapsed overnight."

Boom.

Kurata Seiji is an English teacher. He has taught many students. But he has never taught elves. Until now. 

Kurata-sensei is summoned (read: kidnapped) to another world by Elisa. Why? Because she and other elves want to learn English. Why? Because they discovered a magical thing called Netflicks. 

He is tasked with teaching a class of elves. And he discovers that every elf has become hopelessly addicted to the Internet, Netflicks and video games. These elves need much more than just an A in their exams. They need some basic life lessons.

~Portland, 4th quarter~
11 minutes remaining... and the pelicans were down by 20 (82-102). This was their last chance to come back and Lonzo was determined to win the game.
Pelicans inbound the ball, Zo gets it and makes a fade-away over McCollum. Then the Trail Blazers waste a possession and so do the Pelicans. McCollum shoots a 3 over Lonzo and misses. Lonzo runs, gets the ball and makes a pull-up 3. Trail Blazers waste another possession, Lonzo makes another 3. The Pelicans were only down by 12 with 9 minutes remaining.
Lillard drives... jumps... and BLOCK BY FAVORS.
Favors passes to Diallo... Diallo passes to Lonzo... Lonzo drives and finishes despite the contact by Whiteside! Lonzo swishes the FT.
They were only down by 9 now (93-102).
"You ain't scoring on me," Lonzo said to Lillard
He accepted the challenge and got absolutely clamped, he bricked the shot. Then Lonzo got the ball and drove inside, he saw Ingram open and passed it to him.
*Swish*
Ingram makes the corner three with ease. Then Lillard misses a 3 over Lonzo. Then Zo brings the ball down the court.
"This is how you shoot 3's." Lonzo stared down at Lillard as he pulled up from downtown.
*Swish*
Lillard wasn't believing what he was seeing, the Trail Blazers hadn't scored a single point for 3 minutes while the Pelicans had put up 17 points in that time. The score was 99-102, Pelicans down by 3 with 8 minutes remaining. 
Then Lillard finally wakes up and makes a shot over Lonzo, it was a three. Then Diallo gets blocked by Whiteside on the next possession and then the Trail Blazers make a long 2. Pelicans were now down by 8...
"No... I CAN'T LOSE! I'm levelled up, I'm super Saiyan!"
Then Zo took over the game again... for two minutes. Then Lillard, Whiteside and McCollum went absolute nuclear mode...
~4th quarter, last possession~
Lillard had the ball, the Trail Blazers were down by 2. He wasn't planning to lose to a young team... and just for a second... Lonzo couldn't guard him.
Lillard dribbles... and fades over Lonzo... and it goes in.
*BUZZER*
*Splash*
Lillard makes the buzzer-beating shot...
There would be an overtime.
Lonzo looks down...
"If only I tried harder on that play... maybe we would have won already."
"Don't beat yourself about it, we can still win this game." Ingram patted Lonzo's shoulder
Lonzo nodded. "Right, we can still win this!"
~Overtime~
McCollum starts overtime off with a 3, Lonzo tries to stop the bleeding...
*Pull-up 3*
*BRICK*
"DAMN IT..."
Luckily, the Trail Blazers miss their next shot. Lonzo makes a smart pass to Hayes who makes an easy layup over Hezonja. McCollum shoots another 3 and bricks the shot. Ingram gets the ball and shots a dumb shot but Okafor grabs the offensive board. He passes it to Lonzo who then drives and makes an easy layup.
Pelicans up by 1 (133-132).
Lonzo takes over the game again and this time, there's no nuclear Lillard to keep the Trail Blazers alive. Well, the Trail Blazers did only lose by 2 points but still... Pelicans kept their lead the whole time. Lillard ended the game with 43 PTS, 7 AST and 10 3PT made in 43 minutes. McCollum had 12 AST and Whiteside had five blocks and a double-double, the Trail Blazers played well but the Pelicans played slightly better.

After being traded to the Pelicans, the basketball gods blessed our boy Zo with an endless ceiling. The LAKERS will soon realise that trading him to the pelicans wasn't a good idea. Read as he becomes what was promised, and more: Steph Curry With Lockdown defence and a 40inch vertical, the GOAT!

Even after somehow receiving the same kind of system as in the game my life was surprisingly normal, I had no way to level up since there was nothing in the Vault to kill and even if there was I am only a child and wouldn't have any way to kill anything.

With nothing else to do I decided to just live my life for now. I finally mastered walking at six months and held off on  trying talking until I was one, since I didn't want to be too eye catching.

Having lost all of my immediate goals and left with nothing else to do I decided to sneak into Dante's room at night while he was away at his lab, and start reading all of his physics books and research notes. After all I was living with a former department head of the Institute. It would be a waste if I didn't try and learn from him especially considering my ten intelligence and photographic memory.

I secretly tried to learn anything I could from his notes without much luck. Everything was just too complicated no matter how much of a genius I was, it's impossible to learn something if I couldn't even understand what I was reading.
 
 This continued until Dante started to notice someone was sneaking into his room while he was gone. He ended setting up a camera to catch them in the act and report them.

Imagine the look on his face when he found out the person he thought was stealing his research ended up being his own grandson.

When he and my mom confronted me about it I broke and told them how I don't like playing with toys or the other neighborhood children my mother set up on play dates with. Then I told them that I was really interested in learning and being a scientist like they were.

Needless to say they were shocked when they found out. Dante ended up quizzing me about what I had read in his notes and became even more shock about the amount of information I could remember even if I didn't understand all of it.

The very next day he took me to his lab and promised to teach me everything that he knew starting from scratch. I spent the rest of the day being lectured and atoms and the 4 universal forces.

That wasn't the end of it though, after I returned how and Dante told my mom how I was the most gifted student he had ever seen she decided that she had to start teaching me Biology to. Apparently that was her area of expertise when she was working at the Institute.

From then on I spent every day learning about Physics from Dante in his lab and Biology all evening. I was starting to regret my choice to start learning from my family.

That is until something completely unexpected happened. One day Dante had just finished lecturing me on the history of Fusion Core and who they work. We had been talking about this for several weeks already as it was extremely complicated and I finally though I was starting to understand them and how they worked.

When once again a panel suddenly appeared in front of me, I was so shock that I fell out of my chair scaring Dante. It was the standard bright green transparent color with a smiling Vault Boy giving me a thumbs up.

Looking at that message I smacked myself in the head for being so stupid. I had been here all this time and never bothered to check to see what perks I could get. I guess having max Intelligence only helped with learning and does nothing to stop me from being stupid.

I thought "Perks" to myself while imagining what I wanted to happen and just like I hoped another panel popped up.

Looking at It, It was the exact same perk chart from Fallout 4 with all of the dancing Icon's and everything. Up near the top of the chart I could see one of the icons was brighter that the rest and had a single star below it. It was the perk I just unlock Nuclear Physicist.

I was excited at what this meant. I meant that I didn't have to wait until I leveled up to get perks I could get stronger all on my own.

Looking at the Perk chart more carefully I noticed that unlike the one in the game this one had a small Exp gauge in the corner. Strangely it was showing that I was already half way to level one with 100 Exp. 

From what I guessed maybe unlocking a perk on my own was considered a special action like from the game. Similar to picking a lock or hacking a computer so It gave me experience even though I didn't kill anything.

For the rest of the day I was on cloud-nine now I could level up without ever leaving the vault and unlock tons of perks at the same time. Knowing that I threw myself even more into my learning which my mom and Dante were more than happy to ablige and increased my work load even more.

Reincarnated into the world of Fallout. Protagonist Dan Young is just doing his best to survive while fighting off Mutants, Aliens, and everything in between. All the while trying to unraveling the clues to an ancient conspiracy that could change the entire course of human history.

Note: The earlier chapters are all about 750 but, I changed it to 2,000 around chapter 10. So please don't stop reading because you think the chapters are too short.
