Gun-Ho came back to Yangju and went back to his work at Bangil Gas again.
Once sales were made, Gun-Ho issued electronic tax invoices and added earnings and expenses to <Daily Earnings and Expenses> table in Excel, and then reported it to the owner.
 
Gun-Ho made sure to collect all receipts of every business expense incurred and attached them with glue to the back of an expense form he had purchased from a stationary store in order to properly document them. If there was a client with an outstanding balance for LP gas, Gun-Ho would make a collection phone call to that client as well. He also ran errands for the owner.
"Years of my life will go by like this?"
Gun-Ho was barely making a living; he felt anxious about getting old without saving money.
"It's Wednesday and I don't hear anything from that company in Asan which I had an interview with."
Gun-Ho was constantly checking his smartphone to see if there was any text message from the company. He increased the ringtone of his phone to make sure he didn't miss any calls. There was no phone call, let alone any text message.
"I don't think I got the job. Let's just move on; it is a lost cause. So many smart people are out there. I can't compete with them with my rubbish work experience and qualification. I just have to appreciate the opportunity for having a job interview with them."
Friday came around after Wednesday and Thursday. Gun-Ho gave up on getting a position in the company in Asan. He once again started looking through the newspaper classified section and WorkNet; however, there was no job advertisement which drew Gun-Ho's attention.
"The companies posting a bookkeeper job opening in a newspaper classified section will hire a female, not me. If they hire a male for the job, that's probably because the position is half bookkeeping and half irrelevant chores."
After work, Gun-Ho usually surfed the internet on his laptop in dim light or he went to the PC room in the neighborhood. He felt like he was falling so much farther behind in life compared to his high school friends, which made him feel depressed.
"Won-Chul Jo who is now married should be doing fine, shouldn't he? Byung-Tae Hwang who is working in a research facility of a startup company in Pangyo is getting married soon. He posted about his wedding on Facebook but didn't personally inform me. He could easily find my phone number by contacting Won-Chul or the others."
Gun-Ho drank soju almost every other day, and that increased his alcohol tolerance.
"I am destined to live in the countryside. My life is f*cked up. I have ShinWangJaeWang fate? ShinWangJaeWang my a*s."
 
It had been more than two weeks since Gun-Ho had a job interview with the company in Asan. The memory of the interview was fading away when he received a phone call from that company, a very unexpected one at that.
"Mr. Gun-Ho Goo? How are you? I am the manager of YS Tech in Asan."
"Oh, hi. This is Gun-Ho Goo."
"I am sorry that we took a long time to contact you. You have been hired as our bookkeeper. Can you start on the 1st of next month?"
Gun-Ho came to his senses by this unexpected and sudden phone call.
"Oh, of course, sure. I… I can."
"You have only five days left until the 1st of next month. Can you manage to quit the current job and start a new job with us within five days?"
"Of course, of course. I can certainly do that!"
"Let me tell you then what to bring on your first day of work. You might want to get a pen and a paper."
"Yes, I am ready."
Gun-Ho was so perplexed that he dropped his cell phone while looking for a pen and a paper, and stumbled over the computer power cord.
"You should bring a resident registration, a resident registration abstract showing the status of your military service duty, your highest school diploma, Consent to Collect and Use Personal Data, Identity Assurance Statement, and a work experience certificate letter from your current employer. I will send the forms for the Consent to Collect and Use Personal Data and Identity Assurance Statement to the email address indicated on your resume."
"Okay. I will prepare all those documents and bring them on my first day of work!"
"You can come by 8 AM on the 1st next month. I will see you then."
"Thank you. Thank you."
Gun-Ho felt so grateful to be hired by this company that he repeated "thank you" twice.
"I got it! I got the job!"
Gun-Ho clapped. He felt like he could fly.
"By the way, why did they call me just now? They said they would contact me by last Wednesday."
Gun-Ho sat on the chair and started thinking.
"I guess that the person they hired decided not to work with them, so they hired me instead as a substitute. Of course, I can't be their first choice. Well, they hired me anyway. Let's move to Asan."
Gun-Ho stopped by the Eunhyeon Township Office to get the resident registration and the resident registration abstract on the way to work after collecting bills.
"I can get my college diploma online, but what about the work experience certificate letter? There is no such thing in Bangil Gas. Well, I can find some samples on the internet and make one for me."
After he returned to the office, Gun-Ho drafted a work experience certificate letter referring to some examples he found on the internet.
"I need the boss' stamp to officially seal this letter… I have his stamp for the tax invoices stamping purpose; should I just use it?"
Gun-Ho thought he still should ask the owner for it.
"When he comes back from the gas pipe repairing work, I will carefully inform him."
A little after five o'clock, the owner came back to the office, looking exhausted.
"A*sholes! They tried to bargain for the repairing cost. I should have just left without fixing their pipes. Sh*t!"
The owner slumped down in his chair, looking really tired. Gun-Ho had to tell the owner that he would quit the job, but he couldn't because the owner seemed very tired.
"Gee, it is already half past five. Goo Jooim, you can go home."
Gun-Ho hesitated and the owner looked at him with a question mark on his face.
"What's the matter? Do you have something you want to tell me?"
"Umm… I am so sorry to tell you that I think I have to move to the city where my parents are."
"Why? Because your father is in the hospital?"
"My parents want me to come, and they are old now…"
"Hmmm…"
The owner looked very uncomfortable.
"I will have to find someone again. I really liked you here."
"Well, I've been thinking, and I think your wife can handle the work. You can save money that way."
"My wife? She doesn't even know how to work with a computer."
"She just needs to get the knack of it. She will become better and faster at the job after one or two months of practice."
"I know I can save money… But she always tries to argue with me whenever she is here in the office. That is the problem."
"Haha. That's because she likes you a lot."
"Well, I will have to think about it."
"I will work until the end of this month then."
"You leave that early?"
"My parents are pressing me."

"And once I move to the city where my parents live in, I might need a work experience certificate letter from this company."

Gun-Ho walked out of the office and turned his head to look behind him.
"Bangil Gas. I have so many good memories of this factory. The boss and his wife are good-natured people. Once I become successful, I will come and visit them."
It was getting dark; Gun-Ho drove to the Gwangjeok Township Office area where his room was located. He called the landlord to give him the notice to vacate his room.

A muscular Orc secretary in office lady clothing walked in big strides as he carried two cups of bloody chrysanthemum tea. He placed the teacups on the table and nodded to Andrew and the Gnome reporter before leaving the office. 
"Dungeon Lord Andrew, thank you for your hospitality. I'm here to conduct a special interview."
The Gnome reporter was wearing large black-framed spectacles. He adjusted his spectacles and spoke politely.
"Of course, as the Winterfell Dungeon Lord, I'm honored to be interviewed by the media. You can ask whatever questions you want."
Andrew was gloating inside. Finally, a reporter came to interview him. He was going to be in the headlines tomorrow. He had already thought of a title for the newspaper—"Dungeon Lord Andrew, a good Dungeon Lord who cares for his residents". 
This represented his intention and achievements. The most important thing was that it told the truth.
"The first question is, what does Dungeon Lord Andrew think about Lord Sherlock, who is highly praised by everybody?" the Gnome reporter asked.
"Er, from an objective viewpoint, Lord Sherlock is a pretty good Devil Lord. From what I know, he has a Dungeon with 2,000 servants. As a new Dungeon Lord, it's a good achievement. As for Winterfell, we have a million residents in the Dungeon. As a Dungeon Lord, I have already planned in detail…" 
Just as Andrew was going to expound the details of his "Let Winterfell be great again" plan, he was interrupted by the reporter.
"Apologies, Dungeon Lord Andrew, my time is limited. I have to interview Lord Sherlock next. Please do not deviate from my questions. Is that alright?"
"Ah?"
"Good, next question, is Lord Sherlock…"
"Pom!"
The door was pushed open, and an Orc rushed in nervously and said, "Lord Andrew! Bad news!"
The Orc didn't stop because of the reporter. He shouted, "Dungeon Lord Andrew! An Orc village was attacked by Ogres! Lord Sherlock is fighting the Ogres with his brave warriors!"
"What!"
Andrew stood up immediately. The eyes of the reporter lit up, and he indicated his intention to leave. He was going to obtain the Orc village's location from the Orc later. 
Seeing the leaving back view of the reporter, Andrew raised his hand slightly…
"Come and pay me a visit next time," Andrew smiled and said to the reporter.
The Gnome nodded politely and hurried out.
Andrew looked grave. He turned to look at the agitated Orc and asked, "Which department is that? From where did you receive the news?"
"Dungeon Lord, it's the Publicity Department!"
The Orc said excitedly, "I just received an anonymous letter. After checking it, an Orc did come to Winterfell to request aid." 
"Let me take a look at the letter," Andrew extended his hand and said.
The Orc handed the letter to Andrew, who examined it. Then Andrew said, "Thank you for contributing to Winterfell. You may leave."
"Dungeon Lord, it's what I should be doing!" the Orc shouted excitedly before leaving.
Andrew threw a punch in the air. He gritted his teeth and finished the bloody chrysanthemum tea in one gulp. He was full of jealousy.
Why did Lord Sherlock help those Orcs? Why did his green-skinned creatures defeat the Ogres easily? Did Sherlock discover his plan and Michelangelo's relic? Did the Ogres divulge the secret?
That was despicable! Why was Sherlock so lucky?
Andrew wasn't resigned to fate, but he couldn't do anything. He wouldn't give up Michelangelo's relic. However, Winterfell already knew about the attack on the Orc village. He couldn't stand by and do nothing.
Though the situation was out of his expectation, Michelangelo's secret wouldn't be revealed to the public. He could make use of the Merchant Alliance's power to pretend to help the Orcs and restrain Sherlock at the same time. This was a feasible plan!

"What? You're feeling the desire to join us against the Ogres? Aiya, I know you detest Ogres, but going into battle is precarious. I don't think it's suitable for you.
"Don't report it. Please don't report it. Eh? Please listen to me…"
After his futile attempts, Sherlock sent the Gnome reporter off to the Adventurer's Guild.
Then he went into deep thought.
"Is this Andrew's conspiracy? Or is some other creature helping Andrew?" Bru asked.
"Lord Sherlock, there must be a conspiracy!"
"I know, something's not right. The anonymous letter isn't from us. I don't think Andrew is putting on a show either, as he wouldn't take the risk."
Sherlock sighed and said, "Ai, we have already occupied the Orc village, and such a thing has to happen. Let the gamers inform Brainiac and see if they can transport Michelangelo's relic away."
"I understand, Lord Sherlock. I'll give the orders to the gamers," Bru said.

Brainiac looked at the huge chest in the pit and at the huge statue of a Devil beside the chest. He lowered his head and pondered.
"How can we transport such a large item?" 
The gamer before Brainiac was very excited. He received his reward and immediately returned to the battlefield.

It turns out one night when Martha was coming home the blood covered Alex suddenly came in front of her car and was struck by her, since then he has been in coma for nearly a month. When they found him there was no identification with him and on top of that after waking up he lost his memories, Martha and George decided to adopt him and named him Alex.

Since he had no educational proof he did many courses but was not able to get a good job. But this time is different, this time he has something which his father gave him. He can only use that as a last resort.

When Alex arrived at the reception and was inquiring about the interview details all the ladies were sizing him up on the other hand the men were ready to pounce on him and shred him to pieces.

The receptionist was a fair skinned lady with a height of 5'6", she was blooming in the right  areas.
She was dressed in white shirt and formal skirt, one could easily see some shades of black on her chest, which was bulging so much as if ready to tear the shirt and come out.

Alex: "Hello I am Alex I came for interview for the post in PR department"

Receptionist (Day dreaming about Alex): "--"

Alex: "Excuse me"

Receptionist (Drooling while thinking of Alex): "--"

Alex didn't know whether to laugh or cry, he slightly shakes the receptionist.

Ahhhh!!

Receptionist: "Sorry you were asking something?" she replied while blushing.

Alex: "Where should I go for the job interview?"

Receptionist: "Well the PR department is on the 4th floor you can go there and ask someone"

Alex: "thank you"

Receptionist: "Ah! C… Ca… Can I... I... have your number?" she asked hesitatingly.

Alex: "--"

All the nearby ladies started laughing at the receptionist.

"How can she suddenly ask someone for their number on the first meeting?" 

"She must be desperate"

"Vixen is trying to use her charms to seduce the guy, hmpf!!"

"It's not her fault the guy is too handsome"

"Humph! What's so good about him, I am much better than him" (snorts a man)

"I am at a good post still why won't girls go out with me?"

Receptionist: "Sorry it was rude of me I shouldn't ha..."

Interrupting her

Alex: "If I get this job then let me treat you to a meal, so beautiful lady can I have your number?"

Getting the receptionist out of this awkward position Alex replied with a warm smile.

Ever since he woke up Alex has tried his best to stay polite and not get in any kind of violence, so when he heard the remarks of everyone he tried to keep his cool and help her out.

Receptionist: "Are you sure?"

Alex: "Why? You don't want to give me?"

Receptionist: "No! It's XXX-XXX-XXXX" 

Alex: "Btw I am Alex"

Receptionist: "Oh! I am Susan"

Alex: "Nice to meet you, well I should get going otherwise I won't be able to treat you"

Susan: "Yeah, sorry I took a lot of you time"

Alex: "No problem, bye have a nice day"

Susan: "All the best for interview", she shouts from behind.

Soon Alex arrives at the 4th floor and after asking someone reaches the room for interview. Seeing the long line for the interview Alex tried his best not to feel down cast. After about 2 hours it is finally Alex's turn for the interview. As soon as Alex entered the room he was greeted by 5 men sitting across a table in formals chatting among themselves. Seeing him entering they stop their discussion but soon are in awe, seeing the demeanor of Alex they can't help but think "Is he a movie star or something?" but being in this profession for so long they soon composed themselves.

Alex: "Good morning gentlemen"

"Good morning"

Alex: "Sir, these are my qualifications"

"Hmmm"

"Why is there no record of your graduation?"

Alex: "Sir, I had an accident recently and I don't remember my past but I was adopted by a couple 
and these are the courses I had in past 9 months"

"Well to do so many courses in such a short time is good"

"But we can't hire someone like that, if word were to go out the company's reputation will be tarnished"

"Young man keeping aside the fact that you are knowledgeable give us a good reason as to why we should hire you?"

Alex: "Sir you can ask me anything related to work I will try my best not to disappoint you"

"You also know we don't have so much time and we can't be unfair to other candidates too"

Seeing things going the wrong way Alex can't help but think of the envelope his father gave it to him, forwarding the envelope to them. The envelope was sealed and had a peculiar marking over it which Alex was not able to figure out.

Alex: "I hope this is reason good enough"

"What is this?"

Alex: "I don't know my father asked me to give it to you if I don't get the job on my own"

As soon as their eyesight fell on the marking of the envelope all 5 of them were covered in cold sweat. After going through the contents of the letter they sighed in relief and couldn't help but look at the young man in front of them with reverence.

Alex: "Well?", he asked nervously

"We can hire you but first you have to go through a trial period of 3 months"

Being hired by just giving the envelope, Alex could not help but wonder about his old man's work.
Despite being with the couple for about a year Alex is not clear about the work George does as he is often busy not returning home daily.

"You will be assigned to a team to observe how the work is done, after that we will think about assigning you a permanent position"

Alex: "Thank you very much sir"

"You can join from tomorrow"

"All the best"

Alex: "Then I will take my leave, have a good day"

After Alex left the 5 gentlemen relaxed and starting discussing among themselves

"How can he get the recommendation letter from him?"

"Didn't he say, he got this from his father"

"You mean to say!!"

"Most probably"

"Anyways we have already recruited him on trial period and seeing his nature I don't think there will 
be any problem"

Unaware of the ruckus he has caused Alex walked to wards the elevator but as soon as the elevator door opened

The air in Yorkshire was inevitably a bit special. For both muggles and the wizards. In a small village in south, there laid numerous fields and tiny, little cottages. The folks who resided there wouldn't let their sheep graze on a full moon. 
They heard many howls. Some of their sheep go missing on every full moon day. The folks were scared and never stepped out in nights during that time. Who didn't know of Mrs. John's sheep? The poor things were torn apart.
Since then, there was this unspoken rule to never come out on a full moon. They recollected nothing at all, what happened. Hence they were a little afraid. Afraid of getting cursed.
And Remus John Lupin cannot be anymore thankful for that. This way, he didn't injure any innocent lives.
He sighed and went to his home. It was a tumbledown, semi-derelict cottage. But this was all he had. And he was fine with it.
Living in poverty was not a problem for Lupin. He was… accustomed to it. He had to. Being a werewolf, he couldn't get good jobs. And due to his sickness after every full moon, those hard earned jobs would lost too.
And it happened once again. He lost his job. Again. He didn't know what to do. There were extremely few places that were willing to hire him. And he was kicked out from almost every one of them. The underground had plenty of offers to him. But he didn't prefer them. He'd rather suffer in poverty than to do something that was against his morals.
He wondered why the fate was so cruel to him.
There was a knock on his cracked windows. It was an owl. The one he didn't recognize. Only few people remembered him. And it was not Christmas either. So a letter to him was rare.
He accepted the letter from the owl. The owl was peculiar. It didn't wait till he read the letter. It just flew away after it had given him the letter.
It was a good thing anyway He didn't have owl treats with him.
He examined the letter. It was a pure white envelope with a golden flower seal he knew nothing about. Quite different from the usual parchment. Curiously, he read the letter.

Lupin blinked and read the letter again. He checked for any charms on it. There was nothing wrong with it. 
He felt this was all very unreal. Someone recommended him. To work in Magnolia. It felt like a dream.
Because he knew it wasn't likely to happen in reality. But it was true. He could just hope this was not an elaborate prank on him.
If all of this was real, he would need to get this job. Especially if it's from Magnolia. The place he didn't even dare to step in.
Frankly speaking, Magnolia was a store. But not the mundane ones. It's a store which sold nearly everything. From potions to ancient spells, everything could be brought for a price. Except the illegal goods, most probably.
Many people were skeptical but they were soon flabbergasted by it.
Because the store remain a huge mystery. No one knew it's owner(s). But that didn't prevent anyone from going there. It had every single thing they needed. 
There were many rumours about that place. Like how the people who tried to do anything funny were taught a brutal lesson. Like how it had things which didn't exist anywhere else. Like how it even provided many services. Like how it had branches all over the world, etc.
And how it offered 'tickets' to a place called 'Fiore' which was even more magical. It was something that every pureblood sought after.
And Remus got an opportunity to work there. He didn't know what they wanted from him. But he would be regretting it if he didn't give his best shot.

Lupin arrived at Leeds. He wore the best set of robes he had. He went towards the Golden Acre Park and sat on a bench with a large Magnolia, similar to the seal on the letter carved on it. And he disappeared from the place and reappeared in front of a store. It was titled MAGNOLIA. It was his first time coming here.
He heard many rumours about this place. But there were no one present.
There was even a closed sign hung on the doors. As he feared, he was played.
As he was about to walk away in disappointment, the letter shone brightly and the lights engulfed him.
Moments later, he was sitting in a nice chair. He noticed there were many people other than him, inside this massive room which contained many chairs. Maybe few thousands.
Few people like him just appeared and the others looked like they've been waiting for a long time.
He decided to wait. After some time, there was a flash next to him. A brunette appeared beside him. She looked comparatively young. She looked at the man and asked awkwardly.
"Um… Hello? Do you have any idea where we are?" She asked with an accent he thought was American.
"Did you receive the Letter?"
"Yeah."
"Then please read it once again. It has some details."
The brunette nodded thankfully and read her letter. It had a note which asked to wait till all the recipients of the letter have arrived.
"Thank you for that."
"Your most welcome."
"Um… I know it sounds meaningless, but are you also here for the interview?"
"Yes. I am."
"Are you, English?"
"From Yorkshire." 
"So you came from England then, huh."
"Yes, I do."
"Oh dear!"
"Anything wrong with that?"
"No… nothing. It's just, I'm from New Jersey, America. I never expected to see an English wizard here."
"You can see all the wizards around the world here."
"Sigh… So the rumours that Magnolia had branches all over the world was true then."
"It seems to be."
There was a strained silence yet again. They both just stayed quiet. They were nervous, too.
Suddenly, there was a table in front of them. It had some food laid on it.
Both of them looked at each other and checked their letters once again. Nothing was there in it.
Instead, there was a little note saying 'Refreshments' on the table.
It was the same with everyone. All had them.
Remus looked at the food on the table. There were some pumpkin pastries, cauldron cakes and his favourite, chocolates.
He grabbed some and started to eat like everyone. The woman beside him too, started eating a serving apple pie.
"What are those?" She asked curiously. 
Remus politely stated all of them, and she did the same. Apparently, they both possessed a sweet tooth. The American Witch introduced herself.
"I'm Chloe Smith. You can call me Chloe."
"Nice to meet you, Chloe. I'm Remus Lupin, call me Remus if you like."
They both chatted for a little. It was uncommon. To meet international wizards or witches unless you have a travel permit.
Chloe was a young witch who worked as an enchanter in New Jersey. She resigned the job and then after sometime, she received the letter too.
They talked about many things. Remus told her about Hogwarts, and she said about Ilvermorny, etc.
After a few hours, the seats were full.
There was an announcement from the centre of the hall.
A huge screen appeared. It revealed the face of a middle aged woman. The woman started speaking.
"I thank all the Wizards and Witches who have come here on our request. I'm Regina Silvers."

"It would be so nice...if we could meet each other once again."
Mia died due to a mistake. It wasn't her fault, not any human's at least.
So as a compensation, she is given the ability of a 'Pancosmic Traveler'

She reached on correct time, but couldn't see anyone waiting for an interview, so she enquired at the reception.
"Please go to the manager's room. It's the first room when you go right." The receptionist said. She looked very young and pretty and had thick lipsticks because of which she was careful in parting away with her lips. Hence, it gave Bella a little difficulty in catching up the sentence.
Bella finally managed to reach a room where 'Manager' was return in the top of entrance. She knocked on the door and since she cannot hear, she took the bold step to open the door. There was two men, one on the chair whose face Bella couldn't see since he was faced with his back towards her and the other man jerked as he saw the door open suddenly.
"I did not ask you to come." The man who was standing said to Bella.
"Sorry! I cannot hear. I thought you might have asked me to enter. I ve already checked myself at the reception." Bella asked apologetically with her signs, hoping the person would understand.
"mmm… you are for the interview, right?" He asked seriously and pulled out a chair beside the other man who was still turned on the other side busy with something. He then stood up and walked towards another door which was in front of him swiftly. Bella wondered if she had seen him somewhere, even though she only saw a portion of his back. She shook the unwanted thoughts and focused on the current scenario.
"Yes." Bella nodded.
"Okay. Tell me. What's your dream. If we provide you with money and other facilities, what is it that you would like to become?" He questioned.
"My dream was to become a doctor, but with my disabilities, I think becoming a doctor would be almost impossible. So if I am given the opportunity, I would like to become a nurse, which I think, if I try my best, I can manage." Bella gave her reply.
"mmm… For that, you should promise to complete, within the course time, and study with full dedication. Moreover, you should promise to not do any other jobs at that time, such as part time jobs, or anything, that can tire you and prevent you from getting good results, are you okay with that?"
He was staring at Bella hard. It was as if Bella's answer meant life to him.
"But sir…" was Bella's expression and she was about to reject the said offer, when the man suddenly spoke,
"We promise to provide you with Thousand dollars per month for your expenses." Bella was open mouthed and she forgot what she was going to say.
"Its not like you got the job. It's only an interview!" Bella told herself.
"Is it okay for you?" The person asked with an anxious look.
"It's a huge sum of money. I would be grateful to you if you give me a chance. I promise to work hard and pay you back once I…" Bella was still struggling with her signs when the man opposite her stood up.
"You are selected. You have to do as you promised. Boss is a very impatient person. If he finds you are not following his requests, he may get very angry." He spoke in a serious tone.
Bella still couldn't believe what she heard.
She got selected! But how? Everything went so smooth and simple and there was nobody to recommend her. So how come she got selected? Bella was in utter shock. She has attended many interviews in the past, but cleared none of it, mainly because of her disability. And so, this time she couldn't believe..!
A tear started rolling out from her eye corner, and she swiftly stopped it from dropping to prevent from getting embarrassed.
"Can I meet your Boss? I really wish to thank him! He is really a god to help poor people like me. Where can I…" Bella was midway in conveying her sentence when the man interrupted again.
"No one is allowed to meet the boss in person. He is a private person. If you wish, you can pass a massage in the form of a letter to me, I'll pass it over to him. You can start school tomorrow. I'll search for the best nursing school and intimate you. You can go now." The man looked totally relieved after dealing this interview.
It was the one case that Boss ordered directly to him. He himself had only met Boss only once when he came for inspection a few days back. He appeared to be a strict man. And yesterday night, he got a call from him, asking him to learn sign language within a night, and interview a girl, and convince her in getting whatever she wanted.
"Was he crazy? What is the need to hold an interview for this? He can directly ask the girl what she wants and give her all those things. Why to eat my brain?" He wondered. He was really scared if the girl would reject to succumb to Boss's orders, but somehow he managed it. 
He was deadly scared to carry out the interview when his Boss was sitting right next to him, but he was having no other way as the girl came without any notice. His Boss was just giving him instructions and they had asked the receptionist to give the girl wrong direction, till they could prepare, but the girl seem to lose her way and reach the correct destination. 
He soon realized that Boss wished to hide his identity from the girl as he had escaped without showing his face, as soon as he got a chance. 
The girl quickly wrote something on a paper beside her and handed it over to him.
"Thank you! Thanks a lot..." The girl bowed too low and he was totally scared of it since she was someone important to Boss.
"Yes... Please...!" He was literally pleading the girl to get lost.
"AHhh!" He sighed in relief as soon as she saw the girl was out.
"You have done a good job." He heard his boss's voice and composed himself to a stern bow.

Irene was sitting at her office desk looking at some documents when her office phone rang. It was her secretary.
- Miss Irene, the lawyer you were waiting is here.
- Send him in. Oh, and Miss Lena please tell everyone that we are gonna have a meeting in half an hour. Make sure everyone is in the conference room.
- Sure thing, Miss Irene. Anything else?
- Not at the moment. Thank you.

   A few moments after she ended her conversation with her secretary, Irene heard a knock on the door.
- Come in. She said as she got up from her chair and walked to the door to welcome the lawyer in.
- Good morning, Miss Irene. The lawyer said.
- Good morning, Mr. Hunter. Please take a sit. Do you want a coffee or tea?
- Tea will be fine. Thank you.
- Miss Lena, please bring a cup of tea to my office.
- Yes, Miss Irene.
- I guess you know everything Miss Irene.
- Indeed, I know. My fiance explained it to me. I know what to do. You just have to follow my lead Mr. Hunter. There is one thing that you need to know. My fiance's sister is working here as well. So, please be careful not to tell her who the real building owner is. 
- Don't worry Miss Irene. The secret is safe with me.
- Thank you. Now, it's time for us to go meet with the employees. Said Irene as she got up, took a folder from her desk and walked with the lawyer to the conference room.

   As they were about to reach the conference room, the lawyer was shocked at the fact that no sound or talking came out the conference room.
- Don't be to shocked Mr. Hunter. I told the employees not to speculate anything before letting them know the situation. Let's go inside.
- Good morning, everyone.
- Good morning, Miss Irene.
- I will get straight to the point. Irene said as she and the lawyer went to sit down at the table.
- First off all, the owner sold the company as he moved out to another country. He gave us two months to move our stuff from the company and finish editing and publishing the books we have left. Second off all, I arranged for everyone interviews to another company and in the envelopes in front of you are recommendation letters from me if you want to go to another company for interview.
- Sis, how come for me there isn't a recommendation letter? Asked Jack with a frown.
- You keep forgetting that at the company before being your sister I am your boss. So, if you don't want having the other eye black you better behave.
- But, sis... I mean Miss Irene. Even if you are the boss you can't act that way towards me.
- What ever I say it stays that way. I didn't gave you the recommendation letter or even arrange an interview for you because since you're too lazy and I want you to find a job on your own without my help. So, stop talking. You already ruined your image in front of everyone.
- Sis, please...
- Don't make me repeat myself. Miss Lena, any news from Bree?
- No, Miss Irene. Miss Bree still doesn't answer the phone.
- Keep trying.
- How come you only show concern for Bree? I'm your brother.
- Stop complaining. You're too full of yourself that you don't see when others care for you. Now. go outside. I had enough of you. And, don't slam the door as you get out.
- Okay, okay. Said Jack who stopped his track as soon as he heard the last line Irene said to him before leaving the conference room.
- Now, let's continue our meeting.

   Bree woke up late because of her "nightmare". It was 11 AM when she reached the office. As she went in she clashed together with someone. That someone was Jack. Seeing that the person Jack clashed in was Bree he took her by the hand and dragged her after him and went outside the building. He only stopped when they reached a park near by.
- If you don't let go of my hand this instant I'll make sure you'll have both eyes black.
Seeing that Jack doesn't show any reaction Bree really punched him with her free hand.
- Sis, why did you do that? 
- Bree how come you're here? Where is my sister? I thought it was her that hit me. Jack asked her as he recovered from his thoughts.
- Look around you. You were the one who brought me here. You better get your things straight. Said Bree as she turned around to go back to the office.
Seeing Bree leaving, he run after her, stopping in front of her saying:
- Bree, you've changed. You look more alluring. But I still like the old you. When are you going to cook for me again? I miss your food a lot. Look I got so skinny since I haven't eaten the food that you make anymore.
- What? Should I make you taste my punch again? You have your fiancee to cook for you. Leave me alone.
- You know that she doesn't know how to cook. She is trying, but her food doesn't taste like yours.
- That's not my problem.
- Bree, please...
- I can't believe you. You only care about the food I make. Did you ever thought about my feelings? This is the last time I'll tell you this: "I WILL NEVER COOK FOR YOU AGAIN!" Don't test my patience. You don't know me at all. You never tried to know me, the real me. I'm going back to the office. Don't try to follow me or you will meet with my punch again. As she finished saying that she turned around and left leaving Jack in a trance again.

   Bree didn't had a chance to relax since she got back to the office. The other girls asked her if she can cook for the last party they gonna have at this place. As she was about to refuse them, since she doesn't want Jack eat her food again, she heard chef Leo saying:
- How about I cook for you instead?
- Wow. Chef Leo that would be awesome. Screamed the girls together.
- Bree, you don't mind do you for chef Leo cook for us?
- No, of course not. I'm glad.
- Yes. Then is settled. Bree can you go with chef Leo to buy the ingredients for the food he wants to make since you know more than us? Asked one of the girls.
- Of course, she will come with me. You girls go and prepare the table for the party. Bree let's go. Chef Leo said as he grabbed her by the hand before changing her mind and went to the closest store to buy the necessary ingredients for the dishes he planned to do. As they walked back, chef Leo felt that Bree squeezed his hand hard making him stop. He then turned to face her, put the grocery bags down and hugged her saying:
- Bree, I know that you're hurt right now, but can you consider the fact about coming with me to Italy? I know it's to soon, and you don't know me, but I would like a chance with you. For you I'm willing to show my bare face without the mask to the whole world. I love you.
- Chef Leo, thank you for loving me. But I can't come with you. I don't want to hurt you. I still love him and I tried to forget him by spending time with you, but is no use, I still can't forget about him.
- Baby I know. But I won't give up on you. Said chef Leo before kissing her on the lips. Since it might be the last kiss between them he put all his feeling in it, deepening the kiss. He didn't care if the people on the street were looking at them, he wanted to make this moment be stored deep inside his memory. As they both were left breathless, they broke the kiss and without taking their eyes from each other, both of them began laughing seeing that the people around them were looking at them as they were watching a romantic movie at the cinema. So, they took their grocery bags and run to the office where the girls were expecting them not knowing what took them so long to come back...

Bree is crazy about food. She is ready to create the perfect love recipe. Add to that an italian chef, a french girl, a mysterious playboy uncle who hides in the shadows as a final touch to make the recipe better. But there are secrets that can change the whole recipe concept and everyone wear a mask of their own.

"Good evening, Ladies and Gentlemen." The principal began his speech. 
"I believe most of you knew that Mrs. Yvory Smith-Gray had recently taken the entrance examination at our school as her preparation for taking over her late father's empire in the future. Yesterday, we have sent the letters to the rest of the applicants. "
The principal's words made Yve more nervous than ever. Now that the wedding was a success, the only thing she's been wishing for is to pass the entrance examination. She looked up to her husband only to see a calm Vince. Somehow, this gives her the courage and will to act the same way.
"As per Mr. Gray's request, the letter was sent to his office yesterday. However, he called me to ask if it would be possible to announce the result myself."
"Why would you do that?" Yve whispered to him and slightly tapped his chest.
The other caught her hand and pressed it between his hand and chest before answering her question, "Trust me on this one."
"There is another reason for couples out there to envy Mr. and Mrs. Gray. In main branch back in Australia, Mr. Gray holds the record of passing the exam with the highest score which was one mistake. However, today..."
The principal paused and looked at the people's tensed faces before staying his gaze to the loving couple.
"Mrs. Gray broke the record with a perfect score!"
His announcement was happily received not only by the couple but by the people around. Yve's tears flowed once more and jumped at her husband in happiness. Vince was alert enough to hugged her back and hold her in his arms. She looks like a koala once more. Yve didn't seem to notice that they were in public. The guests smiled at her cuteness and was purely happy for her. This announcement has piqued the interest of the invited businessmen.
'This shows she has what it takes.'
'It's not an easy feat to ace the exam of St. Michael.'
"With Mr. Gray helping her, it's quite possible. How I wish I can hire Mr. Gray as my tutor, too."
"You can't afford him."
"He's not even for hire."
"Let's give a toast to my wife for passing the entrance examination with flying colors." Vince as he handed a glass of champagne to his wife while the other hand raises his glass. The rest of the people followed him and shouted, "CHEERS!".
It was indeed a joyous occasion and the guests enjoy the roller coaster turn of events. As the event comes to an end, the couple decided to approach the principal. 
"I formally welcome you to St. Michael's, Yvory." The principal said and initiated a handshake.
"Please call me Yve, sir."
"Will that be okay?" He asked while smirking at his former student.
"Of course. I don't think my husband is petty enough to be jealous of his mentor." Yve replied and Vince was at a loss for words.
"You really have a way with your words. Let's nurture that natural weapon of yours."
The principal was indeed happy with the results. 
"I'm sorry to destroy our honeymoon plans but you have to give a speech at the press conference tomorrow afternoon."
"What? Tomorrow afternoon?" Yve exclaimed.
"Which is why we gave the letters earlier but then your husband...."
"It's fine. I'll do the best I can. Thank you very much." Yve promised.
Then the couple bid farewell to some of the other important guests when finally it's time to greet the media. 
"Thank you for coming to the event. " Yve said.
"No need. We should thank you for this exclusive chance."
"We're looking forward for a positive and great news in the coming days then." Vince told them.
"Of course, Mr. and Mrs. Gray. By the way, we would like to ask for an exclusive interview with you if that's fine."
"But we still...." Vince was about to reject the idea when Yve stopped her.
"If you don't mind, can we schedule the exclusive interview tomorrow evening? Around after the school's press conference? I will ask our secretaries to inform you of the time."
"Of course. Thank you very much. Congratulations!" The media exclaimed before leaving the ballroom.
Vince looked at his obviously tired wife and said,
"You could actually reject the interview, you know."
"It's part of the deal. If not only I need to make a speech for tomorrow's conference, I would still be able to do it." Yve explained.
"What?! Then how much energy will be remained in you to do our exercise?" Vince whispered a little louder in her ear.
"Exercise? What kind of exercise are you planning to do at night?" Yve asked.
"I'm referring to the thing that's bound to happen after the wedding….."
"VINCE!!!" Yve pushed Vince strong enough for the latter to stumble at the table behind him.
Maddie and the rest of Team Alpha with Edward and Nyelle turned their head to them. Maddie approached them as the rest let them be and returned to their respective posts.
"My dear son, please don't tease your wife so much. Please remember that she still has a speech tomorrow." 
"Mom! Don't tell me you don't want any grandchild any time soon!" Vince said in frustration to defend himself.
"Of course, I want to! But you also have to remember that being husband and wife doesn't give you the right to satisfy your needs alone. It has to be mutual." Maddie lectured her son.
This discussion was too much for Yve to take so with all her might, she runs to the elevator and presses the number of their floor. Maddie gestured for her son to follow his wife upstairs. Vince looked at Team Alpha and they nodded their head in acknowledgement. With this confirmation from his team, he ran after his wife just in time for the elevator doors to close. At first he thought, it would be better to let her calm down and waiting for the next elevator will do just that. However, he began to remember that his wife has the tendency to overthink so he hurried to his private elevator and activated it with hopes to reach the room faster.
'I must not let this memorable day gone to waste.' He thought as the door of his private elevator opened.


Today is another busy day for me. Work and home are the only places I go to for the past 3 years. The end of THAT relationship ended my happy, easy-going life. But then, when I think about it, it was not his fault but mine. My friends would tell me that I need to move on. I HAVE MOVED ON. It's just I don't want any side trips anymore in my life. I have my dreams and I am working hard for it. Little did I know what the destiny has installed for me.

"Mom, I still love her. She ended the relationship without any valid reason and I didn't agree."

"But son, what if the reason is that she doesn't love you anymore? Isn't that a reason valid enough for you?"

"I have to know it this time, mom. I did try to go out on dates but still failed. I think meeting her again will help me know what is happening with me."

"I guess I have no other choice. But remember, don't let her disrupt your plans and the family's business."

"I know, mom. Steph, book my flight to the Philippines tomorrow."

"Vincent! Why are you in so much rush?!"

"Because I believe that the early bird gets the worm."
