"Naku pagpasensiyahan mo na at hindi kita masyadong namukhaan dahil alam mo na tumatanda na ako at isa pa'y lalo kang gumaganda!" Hindi pa rin nawawala ang pagiging bolera nitong ni Aling Susan. Hindi naman siguro gumaganda, blooming lang… Kay Keanne? 

"Salamat ho Aling Susan kayo talaga… Kamusta na ho kayo?"

"Halika't pumasok ka para naman makapag-usap tayong bata ka at tiyak matutuwa si Keanne pagnakita ka niya..."

Nagulat ako sa sinabi ni Aling Susan at hindi ko napigilan mapangiti habang naglalakad kami papasok ng bungalow. Totoo kaya yung sinabi Aling Susan na matutuwa nga kaya si Keanne pag nakita niya ako? Kinakabahan tuloy ako lalo… Ano na kayang hitsura niya? 

Aaminin ko I missed this house very much. Wala naman siyang pinagbago, maganda pa rin at napakaayos ng sala…

"Ipagtitimpla muna kina juice at kukuha muna ako ng makakain sa kusina." Tumango ako at naglakad si Aling Susan papunta sa kusina.

Habang hinihintay ko siya ay napasilip ako sa may swimming pool, may nakita akong babaeng nakatalikod at naririnig kong may lalaking tumatawa.

Mukhang masaya yung lalaki at ng nakita ko kung sino.

Bumilis ang tibok ng puso ko at napangiti ako.

Si Keanne…

Ngayon ko lang siya nakitang sobrang saya at kitang-kita sa mukha niya na tawa siya ng tawa.

Napalitan ng lungkot ang naramdaman kong tuwa. Nung mga panahon kasing andito ako at ako ang kasama niya, ni minsan hindi ko siya nakitang naging masaya. Ewan ko pero parang nagseselos ba ako sa babaeng kasama niya.

"Naku nakakatawa talaga silang tignan…"

Napatingin ako sa likuran ko, si Aling Susan na may dalang juice at hotcake.

"Sino po yung kasama ni Keanne?"

"Ah si Ilona, bagong physical therapist ni Keanne." Siya pala ang pinalit ni Mrs. Lacey sa akin at mukhang nagkakasundo sila ni Keanne hindi tulad nung ako pa ang physical therapist niya ako.

Inabot sa akin ni Aling Susan yung juice at uminom ako. "Alam mo bang kakakuha lang ng batang yan ng board exam at nung nalaman niyang kailangan ni Madam ng physical therapist para kay Keanne ay pumunta siya agad dito."

Tumango ako sa sinabi ni Aling Susan at ngumiti kahit na nasasaktan na ako sa nakikita ko. Tinutulungan ni Ilona na maglakad si Keanne at si Keanne hindi mawala ang ngiti sa mukha niya. Napahigpit ako ng hawak sa baso parang hindi ko na kakayanin ang nakikita ko.

"Ahm Aling Susan, kailangan ko na hong umalis."

Napatingin sa akin si Aling Susan at mukhang nagulat. "Ha? Ang bilis naman ata... Hindi mo ba kakamustahin si Keanne?"

Ngumiti ako sa kanya. Hindi na kailangan mukhang okay naman siya. "Naku okay naman ho na siya, pumunta lang ho ako dito para tignan kong may progreso na po sa situation niya at mukhang inaalagaan naman ho siya ni Ilona ng mabuti." Liar! 

Tumango si Aling Susan at buti na lang nakumbinsi ko siya. "Isa pa po malayo pa ho ang pupuntahan ko."

"Saan ka ba pupuntahan hija?"

"Mula ho rito ay didiretso na ho ako ng Baguio."

"Aba'y ang layo... Ano nga palang gagawin mo doon?"

"Mag-aaral ho para sa board exam, may review center ho kasi na pagmamay-ari ang Tito ko dun at nabanggit ko na rin ho ang plano kong yun kay Mrs. Lacey."

Napatango-tango si Aling Susan at napangiti sabay yakap sa akin.

"Ingat ka na lang doon at salamat sa pagbisita mo. Kung makakaluwag ka'y bisitahin mo ulit kami rito at sana'y makapag-usap kayo ni Keanne." Sana nga po…

Tumango ako at ngumiti sa kanya. "Sige po mauuna na ako..."

Naglakad na ako papunta sa pintuan at bago pa ako makalabas narinig ko ang boses ni Keanne. Sa wakas… Sobrang na-miss ko yun…

"Really? Yes! Thank you so much Ilona! Aling Susan may good news ho ako!"
Napapikit ako, sobrang sakit palang marinig yung boses ng taong gusto mo pero hindi siya sa iyo nagpapasalamat. Yes, I admit now, I am falling for Keanne pero mukhang imposible siyang mahulog sa akin…

Nagmadali na akong lumabas ng bahay at dumiretso sa dala kong Chevrolet. Pina-init ko agad yung engine at pinaandar ko yung kotse, pero bago tuliyan akong makalayo ay  sumulyap muna ako sa bungalow nila Keanne.

"Where did you get that voice jar?" Andrew asks.

"I got it from the black magic market," Samantha replies.

"Huh?" Andrew confused.

"Of course. You don't know. Your a sword bearer, sword bearers are useless when it comes to magic. A black magic market is a place that illegal magic gets sold to. you can basically find anything illegal there," Samantha explains.

"So we're can I find a Black magic market?" Andrew asks

"There's multiple places but the one closest to here is the one at Harrendail Kingdom," says Samantha while putting the jar back into her bag.

"That's where I'm headed, lucky I don't need to turn in the opposite direction to find the BMM (Black Magic Market)," Andrew wiping his forehead from relief.

"So are we done here? if we are, then DIE!" Samantha shouts as she throws a acid potion towards Andrew.

"What?!" Andrew shouts as one of his eyes gets burnt from the acid.

"Hehehe," Samantha chuckles.

"ARRRGGG!" Andrew shouts in pain.

The Cyclops has collapsed and Becky and the others have came out victorious.

"Ok now onto Andrew. Where is Andrew?" Becky asks.

"I don't know. The only thing I know is that a dash of lighting went across the field while me & the Cyclops were fighting," Cruiser explains.

"Jezzzzzz... Why did you have to take of like that?" Clair asks Cruiser, while healing him.

"Sorry Princess Clair. I won't do a stunt like that ever again," Cruiser apologizes.

Clair and Cruiser start looking at each other and blushing.

"Awkward..." Evan whispers, breaking the romance tension in the air.

"What? Be quiet Evan! What's awkward. Nothing happened and nothing was happening," Clair nervously stuttering nonsense.

"Uh..." says Cruiser.

They both (Clair and Cruiser) Look in the opposite directions of each other.

"Anyway which direction did you see that dash of lighting headed," Becky asks.

"I saw it going that way," Cruiser replies while pointing more in the forest.

While the team was patching themselves up, they hear a loud yell coming from the same direction of light was headed.

ARRRGGG!

"Huh!?" everyone rushes towards the loud noise. When there, they (Clair, Becky, Cruiser & Evan) see Andrew on the floor with his hand covering one of his eyes.

"What have you done!?" Becky shouts aggressively.

"Nothing much. Just accidentally, but accurately spilled magic acid on his (Andrew) eye, making one of his eyes blind forever, Even healing magic can't heal it. HEHEHE!" Samantha chuckles as she takes her leave by casting smoke everywhere and then disappearing into thin air. 

"You! get back here NOW!" Becky shouting at nothing.

"I think she's far gone from here. Her teleportation spell was pretty grand, she could be anywhere within here to Harrendail Kingdom," Evan explains.

Andrew rips a part of clothing from his T-shirt and wraps it over his burnt eye and ties it behind his head.

"How could I be a fool? how could i just let her surprise me like that," says Andrew while sitting on the ground with his head in his arms.

"Hey. Don't be so worked up. You still have us (Clair, Evan & Cruiser) with you, so if you need someone to fall on you got us, ok?" Becky cheering up Andrew.

Andrew looks up towards Becky & the other behind her.

"Yes not all has lost, it's just my eye & plus, I know where I should look when we get to that kingdom that is taking forever to get to. HAHA HAHA!" Andrew laughs, regaining his attitude.

Becky pulls Andrew up onto his feet.

"Welcome back ma dude," says Evan patting Andrews back.

"Same here," says Cruiser.

Andrew looks at Clair.

"Fine. Whatever they said," says Clair.

"Ok let's head out," says Andrew, as he and the others head closer, towards Harrendail Kingdom.

After a long journey back towards the footpath that they left off, they begin traveling again, getting more closer towards the kingdom.

"Do you know how much distance we could've got? if somebody (Cruiser) didn't plundered into some random forest," Clair hinting towards Cruiser.

"I get it. I'm sorry and won't do it again," Cruiser apologizes.

"Well no time for squabbles. We can't change the past, but we can focus on the present, and the present is us trying to gain much distance by lost time," Andrew explaining the goal, harshly.

"Ok Mr bossy (Andrew)," Clair replies with a attitude.

"See that's the attitude I'm talking about," says Andrew.

"What attitude?" Clair says sarcastically.

"Stop mucking around," orders Becky.

"Wait, me? I didn't do anything," Andrew explains.

"Yes! we have been walking for hours, our legs are tired and to make it worst I have to listen to you two complain, just be quiet," Becky loudly explains the reason why she's mad.

"Woa! so grumpy. Amirite," Andrew looking at his party.

"No one here is in the mood," Evan explains.

"Well. I did tell you, if you want to join me, you have to keep up with me," says Andrew.

Andrew looks at his party (Becky, Clair, Evan & Cruiser), they are all have wobbly legs, sweaty clothes and they all smell. Andrew stops and takes a look around and spots a creek, In that moment Andrew makes a decision.

"Ok. Break time. Everyone let's have a break here. There's a creek beyond the bushes. Girls go first and after men. go wash up, yo stinkyness. Shoo, shoo," Andrew brushing them away with his hand.

"Rude," says Becky while her and the girls take a bath in the lake.

Peter got himself burning in a fire of anger... He was sure that the girl this old man is talking about is his Bella. "What are you saying? What happened to Bella?" Peter asked Andrews in a tone of urgency...
"You know Bella? Then you should really help us right now... I don't have any idea what to do .. I am her godfather, her father's best friend, Andrews. I heard Bella was going to get married, so I went to give her my blessings... But then on the way, I saw her being kidnapped in a huge car... I am sure it must be the work of that bastard, Fernandez. Please, gentleman, whoever you are, please help my Bella. I think if I return those papers to him, he might leave Bella. So please give those papers back."
Pleaded Andrews.
"My name is Peter. And I am Bella's... friend. You need not worry. I'll save Bella. Noone can dare to put even a finger on her. But you should promise me, unless I tell you, you should not tell Bella who saved her." Peter warned Andrews.
"I promise you. Just save her. We will be indebted to you forever." Andrews felt that this man was not joking. There was a fire in his eyes and a strange mixture of emotions that Andrews couldn't read. 'What relationship would this two of them have?' Andrews shook off his thoughts and was thankful that this man was ready to help. 
Peter knew quite a lot of places which Fernandez kept underground. He was sure Bella could be held in any of those places. But he has got very little time. There was no way he could go to every place and search. But he was lucky he has fixed cameras on all those places on his past visits there. He has followed his would-be-father-in-law secretly in the past few months to his every secret dungeons and has fixed cameras. So, it would only be a fraction of seconds for him to find Bella's location.
Peter took out his phone and dialled the number which has become very familiar to him now.
"Elizabeth, Bella is kidnapped. I want you to check out all the camera footages and give me the location within a few minutes. I don't think it has become time to expose Fernandez at this moment... We need more evidences. But I need to save Bella. 5 over!" Peter took out the SIM from his mobile and crushed it. After disposing it, he took another SIM from his pocket and inserted it into the phone. It was his SIM6 and only the coding genius Edward, Elizabeth's brother can crack this new mobile number.
He was glad that he chose this duo to accompany him in this risky job. They were not only fearless, but were a pair of geniuses. They were waiting for the moment to charge upon Fernandez.
After a while Peter got a text on his phone. 
"Site 11... 3 people... Girl unconscious... Immediate action... Danger!!"
Peter knew very well what these text meant.
"Mr Andrews. We have found the place. I need you to come with me..."
They entered Peter's car. The car sped as if at a speed of lightning to the spot...
Peter suddenly halted to a stop and got down from the car.
"I will be back in a minute. Just stay inside." Peter told Andrews.
Andrews gazed out of the car window and watched the young man walking towards a shop. 
'Who is this man and what made me trust him? What if he too turned out to be a part of Fernandez's dirty tricks...?' Andrews wondered... But in Peter's eyes , he had seen a determined concern towards Bella. His costume and attitude reflected that he was really wealthy..  Even though Andrews did not know who this gentleman is for Bella, he was sure that he should be someone really close.
He hoped this man was true to his words and would save Bella.
Andrews was jerked away from his thoughts by the sudden sound of the car door opening. Peter entered the car and there was some kind of bottle in his hand.
"What is this?" Enquired Andrews.
"Just wait for a few minutes more and I will show you!" Peter started the car again and this time towards the final destination!

Bella knew there was no good in struggling in the arms of these monsters. Their strong hold was paining her and they hardly allowed her even to get a peek outside the car window...
'Where are they taking me?' Bella had no idea.
She could see a personal vengeance against her in their eyes. Her head was spinning and she could not make out anything before her. The blurred images in front of her were starting to get totally black now and she felt as  light as a feather as she fell on the ground....

It was just passed midday when the trip was finally coming to an end for the pirate trio. They were glad to be sitting on the fancy train again and headed back to their ship. Once again they took advantage of the chance to eat their fill and after a ravenous meal they slumped in their chairs and relaxed.

"Mr. Redstone, you're needed in the storage car," a voice said through the wide end-pipe above their heads.

"What the Hell could this be about?" Redstone complained, pulling himself out of his chair and leaving the car.

Out of thin air, as was normal, Andrews appeared next to the pirates as they relaxed.

"I hope you've enjoyed your trip," he told them.

As Andrews finished his sentence, the section of the car next to him was torn apart by an incredible force. The walls on either side and much of the ceiling had been blown away and Neko, who had been sitting in the area, was nowhere to be seen. With the outside visible the pirates could see that the train was moving much slower than it should have been.

"Enjoy the afterlife," Andrews said, taking a step back and disappearing.

Dart and Nog instinctively threw themselves to the floor as another section of the car was blown away. The force shredded the wall they had just been sitting next to and the furniture had been tossed into the wind. With their view cleared, the pirates saw another train traveling along up a hill and matching their speed. A giant cannon was mounted to a flatbed car and was taking shots at them.

"Are you as fast as a train?" Nog asked Dart.

With only a glance of an answer, Dart got to her feet and jumped out of the ruined car. She landed on the grassy hill with a roll and quickly sprinted up to the other train. She pushed herself to catch up from her landing and beat their reloading sequence. Nog stood and dusted herself off, staring down the barrel of the cannon.

Breath heavy, Dart grabbed hold of the cannon car and ran passed each of the crew managing the big machine. Her rapier slit their throats without them ever noticing their attacker and she gave extra attention to the gunner, who she threw off the train. Taking the seat, she rotated the cannon forward and fired the readied load. The metal bolt ripped through the cars in front of her and slammed into the steam engine, tearing it apart and tossing shrapnel into the air with the released pressure.

Nog let out a sigh of relief. Playing chicken with the barrel of a giant gun was not an enjoyable thing, she learned.

"Well, well," Andrews said, appearing in the car with Nog. "It seemed you three are more capable than I thought. Take out one of your little knives so that we may have a proper fight."

"You don't even know what I can do," Nog said.

"I'm sure it's nothing I can't handle," Andrews replied. "Now arm yourself!"

"Fine," Nog said.

The captain opened the left side of her coat and selected a black knife from the many that she had sheathed inside. She rolled her wrists and looked at Andrews with squint.

"If you have so many blades I suggest you put one in the other hand as well," the navy man mocked her. "You'll need it."

Getting annoyed, Nog held open the right side of her coat and the many knifes that dangled loosely came out like they were shot from a gun. They flew in a large spread and four of them found their way into the flesh of Andrews as the rest dug into what remained of the walls behind him.

The navy man was shocked in his dying breath, staring wide-eyed at the pirate. Nog gave him a smirk of confidence as she walked up and dug her black blade into his throat.

"Your goddess isn't going to be happy with you," she told him.

Andrews fell to the floor in a lifeless lump of flesh just as Redstone came back into the car. His face was that of anger, but when he looked at the state of things he seemed to lighten up a bit.

"What a fool that man was," Redstone said. "Where is you crew?"

On queue, Dart climbed up through the ruined wall and sat on the floor to catch her breath. With a thud, Neko fell in through the opened roof and stayed where he had landed, looking upward.

"We'll sit in the next car for the duration of the ride," Redstone said.

As soon as the human calendar reached 1000, the world came down upon them. No longer content with the many islands and scattered dock-towns, the bestial peoples grew violent and lashed out at the main continent. The humans, who exclusively owned the land, fought hard and long to keep their precious footing in the vast water world. But humans proved no match for the brute force and numbers of the beast people.

Those who did not fall were scattered. Forced away from the continent, the remaining humans took refuge among the islands and dock-towns, building upon what the bestial peoples left behind. Although anger and resentment was strong, the power of the human race had become insignificant. In time, life became calm and mankind settled into its new accommodations.

As centuries passed, humans forgot the power and numbers they once possessed. The romantic idea of their own continent became a bedtime story for children. Humans adapted to life at sea and ocean and never did it seem out of the ordinary.
