I put this novel on hiatus because I've been really passionate about a new novel that i'm planning to write in the near future.

Heidi did not know what her seven hundred-year old ancestor was thinking about at this moment and was doomed to not understand the plans that she thought were too remote and grand. However, she, too, seemed to be affected and motivated as she followed Gawain's gaze and looked towards the lively and energetic campgrounds.
A land built from scratch, an entirely new order, a promising future—Heidi thought she had passed the stage of impressionable girlhood, but at this moment, she still could not help but hope and look forward for better things to happen on this land.
This was what set her apart from traditional aristocrats—traditional aristocrats could not anticipate change.
"Just keep to yourself what I told you today, for now," Gawain reminded Heidi as he whipped his head back suddenly. "These matters are too progressive. The people would not understand if they hear about it, but if the aristocrats were told… and don't understand it, they'll regard you as a lunatic, and if they do, they will think you a deadly enemy."
Heidi was startled, but she was intelligent and understood Gawain's meaning quickly.
The new order, even though there only appeared to be glimpses of it for now, there were enough issues to strike a nerve in the sensitive aristocrats. It might indeed bring prosperity to the land, but that prosperity might not be palatable to the traditional aristocrats.
After all, they were unlike the Cecils, and were still living splendid lives.
"I understand, but can I tell this to Rebecca?" Heidi nodded, but pursed her lips and shook her head immediately after. "That child perhaps may not be able to understand something so complicated…"
"No, you've underestimated her." Gawain laughed. "Rebecca is actually smarter than you think, just that her intellect has not been expressed through the right outlet. Recently, I've seen her…"
Before Gawain could finish speaking, a little shadow appeared in his vision out of the blue. Betty was sprinting on the embankments of the field towards him. The little maid with her lovely freckles came up to him, panted for a while, before bowing awkwardly. "My Lord! Miss Rebecca is looking for you!"
"What does she want me…" Gawain stopped mid-sentence. "Oh, you must have forgotten."
"I haven't this time!" Betty stood up straight and crisply, "She says it's about to start, and she wants you to see what happens!"
Heidi walked up from behind. "What's about to start?"
Betty thought for a while before shaking her head. "I forgot!"
Gawain and Betty: "…"
"Well, I know what it is." Gawain did not know whether to laugh or cry as he patted the girl's head. "She's been working on the magic circles for the past few days, and it looks like she has finally finished the 'magic web'— I'd actually thought she needed more time. How about coming along to see it? There's nothing here that is particularly urgent to settle anyway, why not go and see how Rebecca's first 'project' has turned out?"
"To be honest, I'm a little worried about how she's doing. After all, for an untalented Mage who only knows how to make fireballs to create such a large-scale magic circle… even though those runes are elementary." Heidi smiled as she shook her head and turned towards the wooden shed. "Sir Philip, I'll head over to the Blacksmith Store to see what's going on, so I'll leave you to take care of things here."
The young knight stood up straight in an instant and knocked on his breastplate. "Leave it to me!"
Overseeing the reclamation works was only a small job, yet he had declared his commitment so epicly… Gawain could not help but sigh with emotion. How was this young knight behaving so old-fashionedly, to the point of conforming to strict rules like a classic knight… was this really the power of faith?
Gawain and Heidi left. Betty looked around and decided that it was nothing to do with her and slipped into the wooden shed. It was still too early to make food and she had already done the laundry, so the bored little maid's interest was piqued by the things that had many words and pictures on the wooden table.
Sir Philip observed the little lady's movements and kept a close eye on her, in case she messed up anything of importance—he was ready to stop her at any time.
Meanwhile, Betty was looking at a piece of paper with a drawing of a waterwheel on it. However, her interest quickly shifted to the records with the names and numbers. She moved closer to the table and pointed to the stationery. "May I write?"
Sir Philip moved to shift the stationery away. Looking seriously at the little lady, he asked, "Can you write?"
"I can't write." Betty shook her head and added, "I don't know how to read either."
"Then you're not allowed to touch them," Phillip said a little sternly. "The Lord has spent money to purchase the stationery. It's not for you to play with."
Betty paused for a while. Disappointed, she nodded, "Oh…"
Sir Philip frowned as he saw her disappointed face. He thought he might have been a little too stern, but protecting the assets of the Lord was his duty—especially when everything in the territory was in short supply. Even a single piece of paper or pen had to be brought in from Tanzan Town, so he could not let the little lady waste the precious stationery.
In the end, he consoled Betty for a while, but the little lady still went away disappointed and sorry.
As he watched the disappearing silhouette of Betty on the embankment, Phillip could not help but remember what he had heard in the conversation between Duke Gawain and Lady Heidi earlier.
To teach them to read and write.
To teach everyone to read and write.
Could this really happen? Was it really possible? Would they really do it?
If they really did it, then the little maid would be able to write too.
Upon his arrival at the Blacksmith Store, Gawain discovered that this had become a construction site. The wide yard was filled with many busy "construction workers" and there were a few soldiers guarding the pile of various resources in a corner of the yard. Rebecca was standing in the middle of the yard with a bunch of papers in her hand, familiarizing Hummel the old blacksmith with something, while Hummel's disciples stood by, listening attentively.
It looked like it was important, and it was also evident that Rebecca had only called for Gawain to come after the construction had begun successfully.
"Ah! Lord Ancestor!" Rebecca spotted Gawain's almost two-meter tall frame from far away before noticing Heidi beside him. "And Aunt Heidi…"
This girl was quite in awe of Heidi.
"I wanted to come and see your progress.." Heidi smiled mildly. Even though she still did not know how well Rebecca would perform, she felt like she had to at least smile and encourage her because of how orderly the place was. "Looks like you're very confident."
"Yeah! I've been at it for a few days!" Rebecca placed her hands on her hips as she said. Even though she had burned the midnight oil and seemed a little out of it, she was still full of energy. "This magic circle is super awesome! And those formulas… Lord Ancestor, let me tell you how easy it was to use them! They're so much better than those rigid rune permutations and spell models by a hundred thousand times, and they are applicable to anything, and this magic circle even…"
"Stop, stop, stop. We didn't come here to hear you brag," Heidi quickly interrupted Rebecca's boasting. She knew that her niece was very good at calculation and theory, but she was afraid that she would bore her ancestor to death by talking so much. "Just tell us how you intend to complete the magic circle."
With that, Rebecca nodded vigorously. "Oh okay, I'm going to bury it under the ground…"
"Bury it under the ground?!" Heidi was stunned. "I saw all the holes you dug, but you're really going to bury it under the ground?!"
Gawain had seen Rebecca instructing people to dig those ditches in the ground as he walked into the yard. The lines were curved, straight, crossed each other or were parallel, and formed the rough shape of a magic circle. Also, there were stakes placed around as markers where nodes seemed to be, with auxiliary white lines drawn around them and considering that all of the laborers were illiterate, these guides and markers must have been placed by Rebecca herself.
Firstly, she would draw the lines on the ground before telling the laborers where to dig and how deep to dig. This was probably her work process.
After hearing Heidi's words, Gawain shifted his attention from the ditches and looked at her curiously. "What's wrong with burying the magic circle underground?"
"No… there's no taboo regarding that." Heidi shook her head. "It's just that most magic circle are exposed, because on the one hand, it would take more effort to bury it, and on the other hand, it would be troublesome since the Mage would need to control how the circle operates and monitor it."
What she said was common sense. As a third-level Mage (even though she only knew how to cast fireballs), Rebecca should know this. However, she still did this, which meant that jumpy brain had lost control once again… Heidi was feeling uneasy and was afraid that Gawain was going to scold Rebecca because of this, which might unfortunately destroy her hard-earned confidence.
However, this child had been through many hardships growing up. She should be fine after a while, right? 
Just as Heidi's thoughts were running wild, Gawain spoke again, "Let's not talk about why you've decided to bury the magic circle underground first—I want to know how you managed to get it precisely onto the ground."
Rebecca was stunned for a moment, not understanding what this old ancestor meant by his question.
Gawain had actually asked this question with great dismay.
Rebecca had drawn a magic circle full of geometric shapes with high precision on a plain up to a 100 meters in diameter using only her naked eyes, which should have produced errors!
In Gawain's home world, such a thing was not difficult at all. They had countless mapping instruments and mathematical tools which could draw out such diagrams. In this world where magic existed, these things could be accomplished as well—Mages usually used the Eye of the Mage or Eagle Vision to obtain an aerial view and then completed their large-scale magic circles, which were both simple and crude methods. However, could Rebecca even use them?
Except for a few stakes and auxiliary lines, she had no advanced tools. No perfect mathematical or geometric system existed in this world to help her either, and other than fireball casting, she was ignorant of other forms of magic.
She was not even capable of casting the Eye of the Mage, a second-level Mage skill.
Then how did she do it?
Gawain repeated his question once more. "How did you draw it out on the ground so accurately?"


During Gawain transmigration, a little problem occurs.
After hovering in the sky above the land of a strange world for over hundreds of thousands of years, he realizes that perhaps his transmigration is completed by acquiring a physical body.
Never did he imagine that he would have to guide the body out of a coffin after going through great difficulties to obtain it, only to come face-to-face with his two extremely shocked great-great-great-great... great-granddaughters, and also—
Be thrust into a world that's the verge of its era’s end.

Angie had figured out how true circuits worked by the time her avatars were finished filling out. It took her over a month, but she managed to write one. She'd long since advanced in proficiency enough that regular circuits were beyond easy. She could effortlessly write fourth level circuits, though she had difficulty with composite ones. Now having access to true circuits, her battle potential went through the roof.

While she was doing that, I spent my time learning how composite runes worked. It was the most difficult process I'd ever needed to understand, as the principles behind how it worked and why were hidden behind much more advanced circuitry.

I had to build an eighth level class two circuit before I finally started to see flaws emerge in how the structure was put together. Finally having leaks, I was able to see how the flaws were generated. Every circle was a reflection of the state of the core rune, having the same number of faces aligned in the same orientation. Essentially, every circle was a composite rune of the core rune. The problem was the empty space, meaning every successive circle was causing greater pressure on the last, resulting in the breakage of the first circle by the time the eighth was built. It was the same reason why human circuits couldn't go over the fourth level or class, as their circles were actual circles and as such had less stability. Mine were better, but I was still only using a fourth of the total area of the circle to build circuits.

I'd tried filling in the rest before, but those had all exploded. Now I knew why, being able to see the continued stability of the first circle where there were runes proved that it was a matter of weight. Each rune was an explosive force that was strongest in the center while each circle was an implosive force that strengthened with each layer, meaning it needed balance. If the balance was perfect, the true circuit wouldn't need to get larger as every circle would compress the circuit while the runes would maintain the shape. The greatest stability was the shape that conformed most to the core rune. Using the shape of composites, it was easy to create the correct shape to make sure each circle had the same shape.

Armed with this knowledge, I was finally able to advance my mana true circuits. I could also alter my will-core circuit, but I still remembered almost dying due to lack of mana and will. I needed all the mana and will I could get before I advanced myself to the next level.

I had to be careful, though. Circuits exploding was one thing, but if one of my mana true circuits exploded the force would be enough to obliterate a city. Ten times over. I started with the weakest ones, making sure each was a large distance from the next. I had long since planned out the runes I wanted, so it didn't take long for the first to have gained its second circle. To maintain balance, I had to write composites onto each rune. The structure stable, I advanced another level and class. This time, though, there were hints of leaks. It wasn't surprising, the levels of mana active in altering one of my mana-cores were so far removed from mere spell-craft that it was ridiculous. My solution was the next twenty faces of the circuit were given runes.

Stable once again, I advanced another class and level. It remained stable, but the amount of mana I'd need to advance again was too high. Instead, I started advancing with my other mana-core true circuits and each nexus.

The nexus circuits seemed less stable than the mana-cores at second level and class, but that issue was resolved by quickly advancing to the third.

Once all of those were advanced to equal the fist, I started up again. The quantity of mana each level three class three core produced exceeded what I'd gotten from all of them before. Digging my experimental core deeper, I advanced it to the fourth without incident. Advancing to the fifth was a little different. The end result was stable, but tenuous. I added the next twenty faces, but that destabilized the structure. Before I could build the sixth circle to regain stability, the whole thing exploded.

The force of the explosion was astounding. Had I thrown it at the chicken, it would have been reduced to dust. The movement of mana was so violent that my will was shredded so horrendously it took me three days to collect the shattered remains. Luckily, it was an explosion under the earth. It wasn't even discernable from the surface, though the cavity was so massive a hundred cities could be built within. The most shocking part of the aftermath to me, though, was that the earth seemed to have no interest in taking it back. I waited another two days, but the cavity remained exactly the same as it had been. I decided to check back every once in a while as I started advancing the next one.

Six seemed to be an unlucky number, as my attempt to build the sixth circle and then add the next twenty runes resulted in another explosion. On the next attempt I did both at the same time and the result was stable, though the cost in mana was so massive I had to stop and replicate the process on all the rest of them before I could advance to the seventh. Each nexus was unstable on the fourth instead of the fifth, but I had enough mana that it wasn't hard to build the runes simultaneously with the circle. I realized then that the feel had been identical to the second for each nexus instead of the stability that the mana-cores had.

The seventh advance went without a hitch. Advancing to the eighth required me to stabilize the structure with the next twenty faces and catch up with the rest. The nexus circuit started breaking down at that point, so I added the last sixteen of their runes and stopped their advancement.  In the process, I realized that all the space I'd left in their circuits for the next two levels of composite work had been erased. With the pressure coming from outside, the circuit couldn't maintain the space. The ninth was easy, but required everything else to catch up again due to the cost in mana.

The tenth circle and class was different from any that came before it. Not only did it fill out all of the space I'd given it when I designed it in the first place, I recognized the feeling from the nexus cores. This was the limit of the rune itself. Giving it the last twenty faces managed to make it stable, but there was a feeling of tension and fragility. I was sure that if I tried to make an eleventh circle it would collapse. Given the scale of destruction a fifth level and class core had wrought, I was too fearful of the consequences to test what the destruction would look like.

With the power I had access to now, I felt confident that I could advance my will-core circuit to the next level. I had exponentially more will than I'd had when I wrote the circuit the first time and I had enough mana to build it again infinitely.

While I wasn't nervous about the threat of my own destruction due to what I was about to attempt, the fact that I wasn't nervous caused me to be slightly nervous. The excitement and euphoria that was rushing through me was so powerful that all I could muster was a little bit of apprehension about potentially destroying myself. I'd expended my restraint in making sure I understood every level and class of circuit before I advanced myself at all, and now that excuse was gone. The mana rune had one hundred faces, the same as the will rune. Given the fact that each nexus was based on a sixty four faced rune and maxed out at the same eighth level and class, it stood to reason to believe the will rune would work similarly to the mana rune. Each of my cores was stable, if so packed full of energy and power that it seemed horrendously fragile.

Finally banishing my doubts, I started building the second circle of my circuit. This time, I wasn't surprised as my will was devoured by the circuit. The mana cost was negligible, but I made sure to keep an eye on my will. I had a limit to how much will I could expend.

I wasn't frantic this time, so I could appreciate what I was doing. Each line was precise and purposeful, nothing was out of my control. I already knew I couldn't write any duplicated runes in my own circuit, so I didn't make the mistake I had last time of wasting will on runes that would be consumed by others. While the rune was the same on the second circle as the first, the composites didn't have to be, allowing me to manipulate the results by quite a lot.

Given the expenditure, I was confident as I finished the second and started the third circle. As I finished with the third, the expected instability was evident. Now, I knew enough runes to fill the next twenty faces without hesitating. The cost in will was higher than expected, though, and by the time I'd finished I had less than was ideal.

Since I had plenty of mana this time, I immediately felt the difference as my new circuitry activated. I may have less will than I did before I started, but I was far more powerful. I barely had enough will to retain all of my bodies in each army, but I was now third class and level. Not only was I more powerful as an entity, but my capacity was increased. Everything I could do before, I could now do better. I was also generating will in usable quantities. I'd been mostly reliant on eating the wills of others to gain more, but now I generated more on my own that I got from a person every second.

Angie seemed to have a preternatural sense of what I was doing, as she closed in yet another circle in her orbit of myself right as I finished modifying myself. With her advancement, I could see that the new will had come with her, clouding the next layer outside of my will-core. This confirmed that it wasn't hers, but rather a reflection of will that was mine that worshippers of sufficient devotion could access. Since it was different from any personal form of will, I decided it needed its own name and dubbed it faith.

I decided to be generous with my devoted worshippers. I started advancing the circuits in every will-core that orbited mine. I needed names for the tiers, so I decided to do that as well. The cloudy proponents would gain the perfect, if basic, will circuit adapted for their specific limitations. The solidified zealots would get the second class and level. The priests that generated my new will were given fourth class circuits. My worshippers had acted like devotion to me was a measure of their power, so why not make that a reality? The few that had advanced to the next stage and became cardinals, they'd get avatars with true circuit bodies along with the sixth level and class will circuit. It would be a long time before I got a pope and advanced them to the eighth class and level, while the angel phase was still unknown if it was a real phase but if anyone achieved it they'd get a tenth class and level will circuit.

My consciousness started in a singular moment.
"I created life! I am a genius! Genius! Slave, tell me how marvelous my genius is!"
So started my life. Created by a moron who thought himself a god. Unfortunately for him, reality has a way of showing you what you really are. Maybe it will show me too. Eventually.

After the initial explanation from Harold, we set up an impromptu lecture hall and called those who knew nothing about magic to learn from those who did. Those with more filled out knowledge of magic and its working sat in a circle and talked about which system it likely followed and if it was proven to not follow any system how to set up a new one. 

So it was like a scientist sharing circle while a couple of people that had learned to use the magic of the Void chimed in every so often and then in turn where bombarded by questions. I just stood slightly away from the circle and started a journal over all the different systems of magic and how they could interact and complement each other as they spoke. Dalia came over every so often after helping others with learning magic and said she liked my journal and that I should keep going. 

I don't know why but Dalia's praise made me happy, maybe its that aura of wisdom around her. Like a teacher praising a student. Anywho once the scientist's social circle was ended in favor of hands-on investigation I walked up to them one at a time to ask for revisions on my journal. They pointed out a few mistakes and oversights for example instead of classing the elements in one according to strength to class them based on how broad the elements reach is.

Erm, I can geek out later, I decided while we still have a manageable amount of people and the influx is low to start a registration desk. So that we can have identification, population, and other statistics that would need the mass of population for. Address obviously will wait for later once we have housing, streets and figure out how large this town will end up being. It's doubtful our group of people will grow over the rough estimate of town population due to the diversity, most would likely want a town or even a country to themselves. 

Quickly detailing the desk, stacks of paper and writing utensils in my mind I opened my eyes after the tugging in my chest went away and saw the desk awaiting. Sitting down on a soft chair someone made for the lecture hall I set up some materials for census like clipboards, the form itself, and pens. Also, quills in case they can't write with a pen. Wait, what do I do for the illiterate? 

 I waved over Harold and wrote down my worries. He nodded and called over someone he knew couldn't read or write when she was alive. "Hello Dear. Could you attempt to read this paper for me? We need to test something." Harold spoke very calmly not to alarm her. She looked skeptical but tried. Surprisingly she was able to read it and quickly answered some of the multiple-choice answers and said some answers she needed weren't on there. 

She was still hesitant to try writing but she told us her name was Jillian with no last name. Harold quickly wrote out her name and she quickly learned to write and finished filling out the form after making up a last name for herself. After remembering I didn't have a way to keep the forms organized I made a small filing cabinet and a small tablet. The tablet couldn't do much other than keep the forms organized and give a search function, but it worked.  Harold soon left after grabbing Dalia to help me and went to give a lesson on how to write. 

Dalia handled the forms that were quickly being filled out and filed them away into the cabinet after I entered the information into the tablet. Soon a long line formed and I grabbed a couple of younger-looking people to help Dalia with the forms and to help me enter information into the tablet. I also had to make 4 more chairs, 10 more clipboards, 6 more pens/quills and make some ropes to organize the line slightly.

 We went through the people quickly and soon only had a couple of people left in the line. I had entered the information of almost 60~ ish people and was exhausted. I waved over Dalia and quickly told her I was going to find somewhere to sleep.

"Ok, John and Nora should be making a good amount of tents somewhere near the lecture area. I'll wake you up once we get things a bit more organized. Also, you should do something that will keep people you don't know out of your tent. We don't want some weirdo waltzing in and kidnapping you." Dalia rubbed my head and looked around to see if she could spot the tents from here. I tapped her shoulder and raised the scribbled note to her face. 'How old do you think I am?' Dalia looked at me and patted my head again "17?18? A bit over marriageable age correct?" I gave her a look and wrote on my paper and shoved it in her face. 'I. Am. 25.' 

Dalia took her hand off my head and looked very awkward. "Oh. I am so sorry. You just look really young...." She trailed off and looked away. I noticed her ears were slightly red and realized this really embarrassed her. 'It's ok. This is not the first time it's happened and will definitely not be the last.' I tapped her shoulder and let her read my note and she smiled. "That makes me feel kinda better. But I still feel bad. Tell me if someone bullies you for looking young. I'll beat them into the ground." I felt a smile tug at my lips and smiled before waving and going to find the tents.

John and Nora did well on the tents, Nora despite being an underground dwelling race had camped in tents a good amount being an ambassador for her country when she was alive. She had quickly made a good amount of tents and taught John about them as well. Over half were already claimed and some people had already made changes to the outside and added small yards, pink flamingos, garden gnomes, fake crocodiles that look scarily real, you name it. I found a medium-sized tent that holds two people with cots maybe four max. I set up a cot along the side of the gray tent and made a couple of blankets. 2 thick blankets and a couple of thinner ones to help with overheating. 

I put one of the thick blankets on the other cot on the other side of the tent in case I got a roommate, I also placed half of the thinner ones on the other cot as well. Creating a pair of pillows and setting one on the other cot I made my cot and slipped in and fell asleep rather quickly.

Why do all those systems and gods threaten people with the Void when they want them to do something? I mean with the darkness and everything is nice and quiet why would you hate that?

I mean you would get a bit bored but our protagonist Aline has that covered. With her willpower to survive mentally through a mental asylum, you got to be a little...how to say? Mentally unstable? No that's rude. Different. That's the word.

Spirit Animal

You can chant it if you like, it would certainly speed up the process and make the spell more powerful. Remember, this spell only works on SMALL cuts and miscellaneous bruises, but it can heal bigger cuts and bruises the more powerful you are.

Begin by saying the following to the angles.

Simple Sleep
When it is your bedtime just close your eyes and chant this, "spirits of day, spirits of night, help me go to sleep this good night. I want to sleep, so mote it be"

Luck and Money
To start with, anoint your candle with the peppermint oil. Visualize the oil charging your candle with a green energy. Now, visualize this energy drawing in money or financial profit.
Place the candle at the center of the green piece of paper. Around its edges draw money symbols or other symbols that represent what you want this spell to draw in. When you are finished slowly sprinkled the herbs around the edges of the symbols and candle. Visualize these herbs and symbols helping to further charge your spell with your intent.
Now, take the white sheet of paper and write down what exactly it is that you want. Visualize yourself having the money that you need, etc. When you are done, light the candle and close your eyes. Continue to visualize your desire, your intent. As you do so, slowly chat:
"Money, luck, I draw you in. May my worries be forgotten. May I get what I need."
Chant this as you continue to visualize your goal, visualize your words doing exactly what it is that you are saying. Focus on them bringing you what you need. Then, when you feel you are ready, open your eyes and burn the sheet of paper that you wrote your intent on. As it burns, visualize this action sending your will out into the universe to bring you what you need.
Keep in mind, this will not drop money into your lap or have you seeing results the next day. It will bring you what you need, in time. Be patient. To help strengthen your spell, you can repeat it for as long as you need to.

Beauty
First light the pink candle then go sit in moonlight by a lake, take the lake water and rub on your face and your hands you need to believe in yourself then chant three times "I am beautiful on the inside and outside as well but they don't see the beauties in me last them see the real beauties out and in me please mote it be." Then blow out the pink candle and say "I believe I am beautiful on the outside and inside".

Honey Elixir
Put honey outside at noon, at the peak of the sun's rays, and let it sit for an hour, after, take the honey and put some on a spoon and hold the spoon to the sky and say: ''Honey preserve me, fire change me, air raise me.'' Then eat when feeling old, sick, ugly, weary...Etc.

Become a Powerful Witch
Say this spell one time only. As clearly as it's possible. You must speak loudly. Be careful when you do the spell you can't say your name for 4 hours or the spell WON'T work and you will be in danger. You will have to watch the moon while you say the spell. Don't think about anything else just magic, forests and how much you want this to happen.
Put 6 candles around you and stand in the middle. Say the following spell 1x time while looking at the full moon. Wear a pentagram or a symbol that has a special meaning to you.

Finding a Familiar
When you find a creature that you wish to become your familiar, you must first ask its permission by passing your hand over it and crying:
By the Moon that shines at night, and the Sun so very bright,
"I ask you once, I ask you twice, but more than twice would not be nice. With a wag, a croak, or mew, pray tell me now what you will do. Will you my familiar be? Give your answer to me!"
Wait until the creature does something you take to mean, ''Yes!'' While the animal may have had another name such as Rex, Mouser, or Quacker, it is now important for you to choose a secret magical name.

Cat Instincts
Set the big leaf down while saying, "Bast, goddess of cats, give me the reflexes and instincts of the cat and I give you this offering." Put the pine cone in and say, "Give me long, soft hair, like the fur of a cat." Put the stick in and say, "Give me a strong, flexible structure like the cat." Rub the stones together, put them in and say, "Give me the nighttime sight of the cat, the vision is greater than mine."
Lastly, put the small leaf in and say, "And give me great hearing, to hunt down my prey." Place the offering in a sacred spot outside, and chant 3 times, "Hum-bay-gat-a." Then say once, "By the power of three, so mote it be!" By the next day, the offering should be gone. Wait a few days for the effects to take place.

A spell for inner power
For this spell, you need to know exactly what time you were born (e.g. 1:59 pm). In the minutes building up to your birth time hold your hands together and imagine a ball of energy inside you slowly waking up and turning on. As soon as the clock hits your birth time say '' I think I have inner power, I have inner power, I am my inner power, by the power of my belief, the full moons energy and my birth time of turning ( your age), this is my will so mote it be!'' While saying this imagine the energy getting bigger and brighter like it is feeding off your words. As soon as the minute is finished imagine the energy spreading out and all over your body.
Symptoms so far to look out for:
A shiver down your spine when you send the energy out
Feeling lighter than usual

Emotional Improvement
Meditate so you can form energy because all spells need your own energy because otherwise, they won't work as well as you may think or even may not work at all.
Cast the Circle and Call the Elements and invoke your chosen Deity that corresponds with Happiness or Joy. As said previously if you have not chosen a Pantheon yet then invoke Hathor. Now, get your candle (red) and hold it in your hands and visualize the energy that you gathered from meditation going into the candle, then when you're done with that dress the candle with the herb you must dress the herb up the candle because that symbolizes bringing something in(pepper).
Light the candle and visualize within the flame that your goal is complete, so you would visualize yourself happy, then get your piece of paper and write what you want the invoked deity to do for you. Then what you want to do is fold the paper toward you, then turn it clockwise and fold it toward you again. What you need to do then is burn the piece of paper while chanting. Underneath if you have not chosen a pantheon, I will put the invocation of Hathor, then chant:
"Great goddess, Hathor.
I ask that you bring
Your presence to this room.
Upon this night,
Help me with my magic
Fulfill my intention
Offerings I will leave to you.

Leave an offering to Hathor after the spell has worked okay if you don't have anything suitable as an offering then simply write on a piece of paper:
"Thank you, Goddess Hathor, for helping me with my spell".
Then burn the paper in a candle, fire or whatever so that your message will be sent to the heavens.

Fitness spell
Visualize a white gold energy in and around yourself. Now hold this visualization, only this time visualize yourself as physically fit. Hold this visualization while affirming ''I am physically fit''. Affirm 5-10 times. Be sure to do this on a regular basis for results.

Better singing spell
Chant this 5 times:
My voice needs improvement,
like the moon, it shall shine.
My voice's ten times better,
let it be mine!
Side effects:
-Your throat will feel itchy and a bit sore.
-You will feel quite thirsty.

Think About You Spell

4. Take the piece of paper and burn it from the Candles fire
(It doesn't smell fire or something so don't worry)
and chant it one more time at the same time the paper burns.

and blow the Candles out.

Gay Love Spell
On the white sheet of paper write your name and last name. Under yours write down his full name then create a circle around them. Take the cotton and dab it with honey then rub it around the circle. Don't get TOO much honey either just dab it and surround the circle on the paper with it. Grab the cinnamon powder and say "With the Cinnamon sprinkled, my spell is now complete. To bring attraction from this man towards me" Sprinkle the cinnamon around and inside the circle on the paper. Then fold the paper in half then in half again making a square. Keep it with you in your wallet or pocket at all times and the relationship will start flourishing.

Acne Fix
This spell must be cast on a Sunday during the Waning Moon.
Meditate until grounded.
Light your candle and concentrate on the flame.
When you feel like you've centered your energy, say:
''Goddess of Beauty,
Goddess of Cleanliness,
Oh! Please, Aphrodite,
Rid my skin of Blemishes.

Repeat as many times as you feel necessary, although it only needs to be recited once.

Increase Spiritual Awareness
On your altar or your quiet and sacred place, take three deep breaths of air
and begin to ground and center yourself. Light the altar candle and
sandalwood incense.
Ask the Lord and Lady to bless this spell with the highest good of all. Gently
sprinkle the purple candle with some of the spring water, repeating:
"I cleanse thee, oh ye magical tool in the name of the Lord and Lady,

Now, move the purple candle over the sandalwood incense repeating:

candle burning, repeat quietly to yourself, LOVE is the Key! LOVE is the LAW!

Element PPF
Using the chalk draw a large pentacle with a candle at each of the points of the pentagram. Now surrounding the pentacle draw the symbols as follows:
• God,
• Goddess,
• Spirituality,
• Protection,
• Peace
• Friendship
Now you should place the picture of the person you want to be as the target.
Start meditating, as your body drifts off light each candle as you light each one you will need to imagine energy moving from your heart, lungs, and head into the pentacle and through the candles connecting with the spirits, gods, and goddesses getting more and more intense but having a calming effect at the same time.
Once you feel calm and relaxed, you need to chant this three times: (or as many times as needed)
"From Earth, Air, Fire, and Water, come here as three. The Gods, Goddesses, and Spirits. I command thou to thee; protection, peace, and friendship, so mote it be."
Once your body feels drained of energy (try not to feel to drained as this could make you get into a deep trance hard to get out of.)
You should imagine the energy slowly reducing in about and let your body regain back to reality, you then blow each candle out and pour the wax in the center where you placed the picture of the person you as the target.

Friendship
Open your plastic bag and place your Sweet Pea Petals inside in the bottom visualizing a new friendship being planted
Drop the dirt on top of the petals in the bag, imagining a new friendship growing.
Carefully place your Lemon Peelings on top of the dirt, and sprinkle the Rosemary next to the Lemon peelings.
Close the bag carefully while saying the following chant:
"I open myself up for new friendship, allowing it to grow as long as it needs. I request the God and Goddesses help in hand leading me to the right friendship for me. While this candle is their guiding light, I will be looking for their sight. This is my will, this is my plea, so mote it be"
Light the candle while doing the chant and place it on top of the bag, if needed, place a metal jar lid on top of the plastic bag then put your candle on that, allow the candle to go out on its own, pay attention to the smoke of the candle fire. If needed, snuff out the candle.
When the candle has burned all the way down and has gone out on its own you may bury the bag outside. If you choose not to bury it, you may place it in a safe place where it won't be bothered.

Anti-depressant
THIS NEEDS TO BE PREPARED A DAY EARLY!
Wrap the hair in yellow fabric. If it's long woman's hair, roll it into a ball first.
It's important that the fabric is yellow becomes yellow symbolizes; peace, happiness, confidence, and charm. If you're trying to cure this person of depression, then those are the things you need.
Soak the 'wrap' in water for about a minute. Then let it dry for at least 24 hours.
24 HOURS LATER
Set down the bowl/plate, and place the strand of hair in the middle of the plate/bowl.
Circle it once with honey, then sprinkle the salt and herbs over the honey so it sticks.
Grab the three (or four if you use orange and yellow) candles and arrange them all around the plate.
Light the red candle first and say,
"Red, fiery bright.
Come and help thy heart tonight.
Bind with the joy and the love of a thousand ones."
Light the orange candle and say,
"Orange, courageous and helpful.
Let thy mind dodge the fears and
strive in cleanliness."
Light the white candle and say,
"White, as bright as light.
Purity and clean thy sins,
And wear away all darkness."
Turn off the light.
Take the fabric hair wrap and let the flame touch it a little, only a small bit of flame. Make sure each candle fire has touched it once. Best if it happens 3 times though.
Set the burning fabric and hair into the center of the honey, herbs, and candles.
Chant 3 times,
"Oh, gods and goddesses of the earth.
My dear ______ (their full name including last) is very ill. With the fate of early death in their eyes.
Please cure them of their sickness. Bring happiness and love to their hearts.
Oh, gods and goddesses hear my plea,
I beg for ______ (their first name) So mote it be."

Banish Fear
On the paper write 'I am fearless' all along the edges to create a box. Write your fear in the center.
''In this box, I place my fear
To send if far away from here
Do not let me deviate
From my mission, nor my fate
Banish that which holds me back
So, I can get things back on track.''
Bury the page.

Easy, Proven Wishes
Take the bowl of water and place it in front of you. You need to say your wish 3 times, and after each time drop one drop of food coloring in the bowl. Once you say your wish 3 times and put 3 drops of food coloring in the bowl, say
"Gods and Goddesses hear my plea, this is my will so note it be. I have a wish so fine and true; I want it to come right out of the blue. Gods and Goddesses hear my plea, this is my will so more it be."
Now dip the charm in the bowl and say "blessed are thee, bring my wish to me" if you have an item associated with your wish dip that in the bowl too. Keep the items with you at all times and say "by the power of three" pour the water in a garden.

Once he had awaken from his slumber, the sun was already out and shining. Most of the candidates were already up and making rustling noises as they started writing again. Pei Zi Yun stood up and stretched himself. With a patrolling official following him, he went to the toilet and back to the room. He drank some water, taking small sips at a time.

After having more pastries and an egg, Pei Zi Yun felt rejuvenated. He then began to check the answers on the scrap paper and ensured that he had solved the three big questions without mistakes. As he sighed, he knew that if he did not become an Elementary Scholar, something was seriously wrong. 

He then started to copy the answers from the scrap paper into the actual answer script. 

“The last section is the final part, poetry.”

“Frankly, regardless of which discipline is the emphasis, poetry is the least important. The last question thus tested the candidates literary abilities.”

“All I can say is, if it is an outstanding piece, bonus marks will be rewarded.”

Although Pei Zi Yun was not the most poetical person, he had many poems in his memories. 

Between these two worlds, surely there will not be two identical poets. 

Looking at the topic, "Start of Spring”, Pei Zi Yun was shocked. This looked familiar to him. His head felt slightly painful from the number of poems he could choose from to write.

As he was thinking, he held the inkstone and his gaze was fixed on the question. He finally decided on which poem he would write, "I shall write the poem by Xi Han Yu”

“This poet was part of the Tang dynasty, and poems from the Tang dynasty are the most expensive. This was because no other dynasties could compete in poetry with them. And this person was conferred numerous titles for his ability in literature. Bring me some luck!”

Pei Zi Yun’s heart was glad with confidence. This time, there was no need for the scrap paper, he decided to write directly onto the actual sheet.

<Spring>

The streets were wet with light drizzle as the grass swayed in the wind. 

The best time of the year is spring, infinitely better than having smoke filled skies.

Phew

When he had finished, Pei Zi Yun relaxed every muscle in his body. He checked the entire script three times to ensure no mistakes were made. He looked around him to see everyone was still buried in their writings, each of them looking pale. He had finished before time was up as he shouted, "Submitting my paper!”

The official asked him curiously, "It’s not even dark, yet you have finished writing?”

Pei Zi Yun replied, "I have finished.”

Without delay the official called for the official in charge of receiving scripts. He checked that everything was in order before saying, "Release!”

All these submitted scripts will then be stamped with the candidate’s names to prevent fraud of any sort. Several officials will then transcribe the contents of the paper and pass the copies for marking. Only after the top percentile of candidates have been selected will they be able to view the actual papers. At this point if it was well done, marks can be added. Before this process nobody was allowed to see the actual test scripts, not even the officials collecting the papers.

Pei Zi Yun exited the examination hall and realized how stuffy and stifling the atmosphere had been. He did not want to stay longer than he had to. It was rumoured that the next tier of examinations required three days to complete and candidates were not allowed to leave early. He wondered how blank he would be if he had to do that.

He recalled that just as he was copying the answers down onto the actual answer sheet, a student had to be carried out. He had an entire head of white hair and was wailing to be let back in again. Pei Zi Yun watched from afar and felt somewhat distressed. 

That was how it was for the examinations. If you did not pass the Elementary Scholar examination once, and succeeded even after several attempts, you will end up like that. 

Unless the candidate is exceptionally lucky, or exceptionally talented, the higher tier examinations would usually require a few attempts. Pei Zi Yun felt completely drained and exhausted but completely relieved as well. 

Since the examinations are over, and he should become an Elementary Scholar with the relevant status, the Plum Blossom mission would be completed. 

As he stepped out, Pei Zi Yun realized how blank his mind felt. 

Apart from a High Scholar’s family, scholars, servants and cart drivers, everyone else traveled by riding. In the history of examination candidates, many have collapsed from exhaustion and sickness. Walking under exhaustion like this would not be safe, and since he did not feel like walking anyway, he waved his hand for transport.

An oxcart stopped beside him, as Pei Zi Yun said, "Safe Travels Inn!”

“Sure, have a seat, passenger.”

The ride back to the inn was very bumpy, but at least the hotel serving staff were on the ball. As soon as they saw him, they shouted, "Prepare the hot water!”

Pei Zi Yun immediately took a warm shower before coming out to some meat porridge. After having his meal and some tea, he started seeing candidates returning from the examination hall. He noticed that Tang Zhen looked extremely pale. The moment he saw Pei Zi Yun he hurriedly approached him and bowed.

Pei Zi Yun was shocked and said, "Brother Tang why do you have to be so formal?”

He looked up and saw Tang Zhen looking embarrassed as he said, "I am thankful for the scolding you gave me a few days ago, and forced me to revise in my room before the examinations. One of the questions that came out, I had just revised during that period. And so I have to thank you.” 

“Haha, that really happened? Then it is your destiny.” Pei Zi Yun smiled as he spoke sincerely. This man truly has some good fortune, having a question that came out during his revision.

As he finished his porridge, he noticed a few more candidates returning but was not bothered. He went up to his room and lay on his bed. Within moments he was immersed in sweet dreams.

School, Marking Hall

The top papers had already been arranged by merit, but had to wait for the rest to be sorted before they could be released. The marking hall consisted of people who recorded the marks, script collectors and seal affixers. In the west hall, officials were in charge of reading and internal circulation. 

The script collectors will ferry the scrips to the seal room, where they will be stamped to protect the integrity of the papers before they are delivered to the recording room to be copied.

Once copies had been made, both the original and copies would be transported across the hall to reading rooms. The officials will read both documents to ensure that they are exactly the same. They will retain the original and pass the copied version to the great hall. 

The great hall was some distance away and the scripts have to be handed outside. Within the great hall, an official would be reading the scripts behind a screen, making it resemble an office of sorts. 

When every official had finished reading the scripts and were satisfied with its quality, they would each indicate with a circle on top, before handing it to the room chief. 

After the room chief was satisfied, he too would affix a circle onto the top of the script before sending it over to the deputy chief examiner. Likewise, when the deputy chief examiner was content with the quality of the script he would indicate with a circle and finally send it to the chief examiner. 

The night sky was littered with an abundance of stars. Just as the room was littered with candles, illuminating the entire place. 

The layout of the room was very simple. There were a couple of tables and chairs. The table was full of examination scripts. The chief examiner was called Ye Xiang Gao and he was a 50 years old man with an entire head of white hair. He was looking at the reading officials, "Today you are here grading examination papers, do not forget those hard years of studying. But more importantly, do not forget the trust invested in you by the dynasty. Be alert when marking the scripts, if there are any discrepancies, be sure to voice it out.”

The officials acknowledged and proceeded with their duties.

The reading officials were all professors in the relevant subjects, and there were fixed answers to the first section, so the grading for this part was straightforward. 

After a short while, one of the officials shouted, "Question five of the justice segment had been answered wrongly. Everyone was able to get this question right but this candidate made a mistake.”

As he said this, he threw that script into the bottom percentile. 

In this examination, there were around two thousand seven hundred scripts. But with many marking officials, within moments the first part of it had been graded. 

“Your excellency, of two thousand seven hundred and forty one scripts, three hundred and ninety one had fallen behind due to error in answers and are at the bottom of the cohort. 

Those scripts that had fallen to the bottom are deemed hopeless and will only receive attention when all the scripts had been marked. Unless a miracle happens, chances of these scripts making it are very slim.

“Two thousand three hundred and fifty scripts shall now be marked on the next segment.” Announced the chief examiner. 

“Yes!” Now that they were marking the big questions, the speed would be much slower. Late in the night, one of the officials yawned. Even if there were many marking officials, with so many words to read, they would surely feel dizzy and see stars after some time. Holding on to one script, he read the contents before shouting, "What rubbish is he writing.”

It was then tossed to the bottom of the cohort. 

Moving on to the next script, he straightened up and smiled, "Not bad, this is a good piece!”

He then circled the top of the paper and was about to put it aside but could not bear to, "A script of this quality is hard to come by. I shall enjoy reading it once more.”

The white haired official read it through once more, sampling the quality and sighed, "Rare, a rare quality piece.”

He then wrote, ‘top quality’ below the circle. The official in the room will take a closer look. In a heartbeat, the script had been delivered to the inner room.

If the reading officials were likened to tired dogs, the official in the room was as free as a cat. All he had to read were scripts with a circle on top.

The official in the room was not tired, as he read the scripts without expression. He then called out to the official outside and asked, "This script, was it you who deemed it to be top quality?”

“Yes it was.”

The room official considered for a moment before drawing a circle on top too. He then wrote, "Matured piece of writing, possible top scorer.”

The reading official saw and was shocked. The room official then told a scribe, “Take this to the assistant chief examiner.” 

There were only a few scripts with circles, and even fewer were those that had two circles. When the assistant chief examiner picked up the essay he smiled and said, "There is indeed an outstanding script.”

After reading it, he paused for some time and was stumped. He then drew another circle before handing it to the chief examiner. 

When the chief examiner saw three circles on the paper, he knew that it had been justified by the reading official, the room official and the assistant chief examiner. He then started to read it. 

Before long, the chief examiner sank deep into thought. 

“How is it?” Asked the assistant chief examiner.

The chief examiner paused for some time before saying, "This piece had a certain maturity and depth to it. It is not treacherous, and was written wisely. As for discussion, he has the potential to become a High Scholar. In this examination, he would at least be in third in the first band. However, I noticed a certain regret and self reproach. I am afraid this candidate is not young anymore. 

The assistant chief examiner paused for a second before understanding, "What a shame.”

To say that the road to becoming a High Scholar is free of discrimination is not true. Although merit is important, the candidate in question matters too. Awarding High Scholar status would mean that the dynasty has selected the candidate to potentially become a government official. If the candidate is too old, he would face some discrimination. 

You are already forty five, how many years can you serve after appointing you as an official?

It is evident that an old age comes with a lower chance of scoring well. Many old candidates actually do not stand much chance in succeeding. 

There is some depth to the essay. But someone like this, might not be good for the dynasty. The chief examiner was not satisfied, "So he shall drop?”

“That is so, he shall drop.” The chief examiner considered for some time before saying, "Place him in the middle of the second band!”

Elis-nee quickly hand me a glass of water and help me drink it.
That one surprised me, Elis-nee never mentioned anything about when will the test be held, she did say if I pass the test, I would be able to attend the school next spring, but, she didn't mention anything about the test that will be held next week?

I gulp down the water and wipe my mouth, I feel like my chest puffed and my breath labored, the shock from the choke, I can still feel it on the back of my throat, I almost spit out of what I gulped down before after I heard about the time for the entrance test.

"Why is with you Erwin, can't you eat carefully?"

If I use my ice magic, I will be able to pass the test easily, I can use high-level skill magic, I won't get fainted or anything because I've trained hard for it and at least I will only get exhausted.

The inside of Jake's mind is in a mess. The layout of the translucent board was identical to what he knew. However, he was a stranger to the information contained within. The skills and his <Gift> were unknown to him with the exception of <Complete Mana Manipulation>. 

Jake's brain was in the process of working non-stop on what to write on the piece of paper. There's no reason for him to write <Complete Mana Manipulation> as it would scare the hell out of people that understand what it means. He decided to write everything except for that specific skill.

Lee and Kana showed interest in the piece of paper. It causes Jake to wonder whether the 'him' from before, ever told them his status.

Kana's eyes went round as she read the information on the paper. Lee wasn't an exception either. He has a more exaggerated expression as his mouth hangs open.

"What the hell? Jake. You have so many skills. Why did you never tell us about it?" Lee exclaims in surprise. He knew for sure that the skill was obtained during the awakening as he never saw Jake showing interest in the world of the awakened.

Jake showed a confused expression. He didn't understand the reaction from Lee and Kana. It was just 3 skills. 

Lee and Kana misunderstood Jake's response. They thought that he was confused at Lee's question since he didn't have any memory of it. That realization made Lee feel a little guilty. 

"My bad. It's just that you never mention anything about your status before so we thought you might be embarrassed by it. Well, the name of your <Gift> is a little dull. That might be the reason why you did what you did." Lee tried to explain himself.

Kana recovered from her shock without any problem. She placed the paper on the table, showing the content for everyone to see as she continues her explanation.

"<The Shopmaster>, this is your <Gift>, Jake. You should be able to see its description by clicking on it. Try it out." Kana suggested.

Naturally, Jake knew how to operate the 'interface' even without Kana's explanation. He pretended not to avoid any suspicions from Lee and Kana. He clicked the <Shopmaster> as suggested and its descriptions popped-out in front of him.

A master in every non-combat class. 

A simple but direct sentence. Although it wasn't enough to determine the potential of the <Gift>, it was enough to understand what kind of <Gift> it was. A <Gift> which specialized in a production type work. 

Jake was a bit startled at the explanation but he was satisfied with it. He felt that he no longer need to carry the burden of a world's hero. A heavy load was lifted from his shoulders as he smiled. 'A production-type, huh? I guess it's a great retirement plan'

Jake was tired. He no longer wished for an adventure. The journey he had in Aestes was enough for him. The only thing he wants right now is to spend his days in peace, surrounded by those he loves. A boring but stable job was perfect for him.

The existence of monsters in this world didn't bother him in the slightest. Jake felt content at the civilization he has seen so far. Everyone seems to be living a normal life with minimal exposure to danger. There might be some danger but he's sure that this Earth has its own hero to protect it. The realization further solidifies his decision to not be involved in any conflicts. His desire is to become that commoner A.

"It says that it's a non-combat class," Jake told Lee and Kana about the description of his Gift with a smile. Contrary to his reaction, Lee and Kana have a bitter smile on their face.

"It's okay, Jake. A <Gift> doesn't mean everything. There's even an A-Class hunter with a blacksmith related <Gift>. The important part is the skills and your will to grow stronger." Lee commented as he raised up his fist.

In his heart, Lee could finally relate to Jake's previous behavior, before he lost his memories. The latter never agreed to any physical training or monster hunting. Lee assumed that the reason was Jake's <Gift>. 

Production-type <Gift> doesn't mean it was bad. It just needs more sweat before it can be turned into a lifestyle, one that could earn. The amount of knowledge and research needed differs greatly from any other combat class.

"Thanks" Jake received Lee's comfort with a smile. 

A certain term caught Jake's attention.

"What's an A-Class hunter?" Jake asked with curiosity.

"As the name suggests, a hunter refers to the awakened whose main job is hunting monsters. They earn money from killing monsters and selling the corpse to the association. We will get to that later. Let's finish the explanation about your status first." Kana answered as she took a huge bite of a cookie. 

"Next is the 'class'. This term refers to your fighting strength. The higher the circle, the stronger the awakened usually is. Although, there are also cases where someone in a lower circle defeats those in a higher circle. In my opinion, the circles are only a rough estimate of someone's strength."

Jake nodded at Kana's explanation. He agrees with Kana's view as he was once capable of such feats. There are some points that could be added though.

The 'circles' written on the 'class' section refers to how much mana and magic power someone could use. Naturally, someone with a lower circle will be weaker than those in higher circles. However, it was only in terms of quantity of mana.

In a battle, those factors alone weren't enough to determine the victor.

There are also differences between the quality of each circle. It depends on the method someone used to create them. They might create an unstable circle, only capable of increasing their power by a small margin. 

A stable circle, in contrast, will provide the user with a much stronger foundation.

This information is available to Jake after his experience on Aestes. He would love to share them with his best friends but refrained from doing so for now. Doing so would only increase cause him more trouble. He prefers to do it in the future, where everything has been settled.

Kana was happy that Jake could understand her explanation without any difficulty. She continues on with her explanation.

"The last one is <Skills>. This one is a little bit complicated. Similar to <Gift>, <Skills> refers to your personal ability. From the name of your skills, these must be skills related to your gift. Try to read their descriptions."

Jake did as Kana suggested, opening the description of his skills on the interface.

Kana's assumptions were spot on.

The three unknown skills were indeed related to Jake's new <Gift>. The descriptions of the skills almost made Jake jump in surprise.

The <Skills> were too overpowered.

The knowledge saves Jake an entire lifetime. He was aware of the value of the information. Jake's dwarf friend, Cain, doesn't even dare to claim that he knew every single smithing material. If Cain were to know of the existence of this skill, he might have killed for it.

"Was I right?" Kana saw the surprise in Jake's face. She smiled in satisfaction, assuming that she was right. She gave herself the credit for making that startled look on Jake's face.

"Yeah, you're right." Jake smiles but didn't correct the misunderstanding. 

"Hehe." Kana seems happy as she took another cookie out of a jar.

"Next! I'll explain about the hunters." Lee said as he opens up another bag of potato chips.

He remembered all the magic information he had acquired during the course of his trip until discovering that thanks to his heart's desire, he was able to obtain spiritual magic when he made the contract with the last spiritist on earth and became the last magical cultivator in the world.

Despite having lost that characteristic, Qiang Shen did not complain because he was building a great force to prevent the fateful day. "Japanese?" Lu De asked. "That's right, this is a sealing spell that I learned from a friend who came from Japan a few years ago," Qiang Shen replied.

The friend referred to by Qiang Shen was an apprentice monk Onmyodo who he knew in his previous life. He was a 12 year old boy named Ryugamine Takashi and was considered a genius of the Omyodo but could not finish his training because his Master died when the Kyoto temples were destroyed. From him he learned most of the spiritual magic that he knew how to use, however he died two months after they met because he had spent almost all his energy to free thousands of people from curses and when he was in his weakest state, they were attacked by the who performed the curses: The fallen angel Sachiel

To eliminate Sachiel, Takashi managed to use a spell to trap and seal Sachiel inside his body and once sealed, he used his vital energy to release a last spell where he extinguished his soul and body also eliminating Sachiel's soul and saving the people to die that were there.

Everyone nodded at the words of Qiang Shen, because he was the one who had the most knowledge and was the one who had given them hope. The only one who frowned was Jiang Chen. Some people may feel jealous of all the knowledge that others can show, it is the competitive nature of the human being to be envious of others better than one but Jiang Chen was different, he did not know if it was because they had known each other for several years, or if it was because of the bond of brotherhood that he and Qiang Shen had, but he could see the slight changes in the expression that Qiang Shen showed whenever he mentioned a friend or acquaintance who taught him the knowledge that he had, were expressions of sadness, grief, pain and repentance. Apparently all those people were important friends who died without being able to protect them.

After he finished writing the spell, he made them come down to Lu Yue and lay her on the ground on the spell, grabbed the wrist from both hands and started to write the word 封印 (seal) on them until she surrounded the wrist.

After Qiang Shen finished writing, he separated from Lu Yue and began to explain to them "this seal will stop the curse for a period of 6 months, but little Yue will not be able to wake up during that time, but she will be able to receive energy from the seal to prevent the body from weakening however, once the seal is broken, the curse will be activated with all its might killing her life. The strangest thing of all was that while the characters traversed the body of Lu Yue, they saw that what started to appear was black smoke from his body and after the last character was absorbed by the characters in Lu Yue's wrist, everyone saw how Lu Yue's skin color returned to normal but she could not wake up.

"Ok, the sealing spell has been completed successfully, now it only needs that little Shan advance quickly in his training of spiritual magic" Qiang Shen said.
