Urology deals with the urogenital system, specifically organs such as the kidney, prostate, bladder, urethra, testes, penis, and associated glands. Urologists are surgical specialists who treat patients for problems and diseases of the urinary tract, adrenal gland, and male reproductive system. Joint Replacement - damaged or worn-out joints (usually hips or knees) are surgically replaced with artificial devices
Trauma Surgery - patients with critical or multiple injuries to the musculoskeletal system (involves close cooperative efforts with many other specialties in surgery)
Oncology - the management of benign and malignant tumours affecting the musculoskeletal system

Plastic
Plastic surgeons focus on repairing, replacing, and reconstructing defects of the body's covering and its musculoskeletal system underneath so as to restore normal form and function (eighty percent of all plastic surgery is reconstructive surgery). While cosmetic surgery is probably the most visible and perhaps the most glamorous aspect of plastic surgery, it's a relatively small part of the specialty. Plastic surgery may be used not only to enhance a person's looks, but also to restore a patient's appearance following an accident or a bout with cancer or another disease. Cosmetic surgery reshapes normal body parts for aesthetic reasons, while reconstructive surgery repairs or replaces body parts damaged by accidents, illness or malformation.

These types of surgeons can specialize in head and neck oncology; adult facial deformity; orthognathic surgery; cleft surgery; and facial trauma management.

A facial and oral abnormality could not only interfere with someone's ability to function normally, it can affect every part of their life. Oral and maxillofacial surgeons have the skills necessary to restore a person's function and appearance, but foremost, a person's ability to live normally. An oral and maxillofacial surgeon is really a combination of both a dentist and a medical doctor - many oral and maxillofacial surgeons have degrees in both dentistry and medicine.

Bariatric
Bariatric surgeons are specialists who specialize in the treatment of obesity with surgery. The most important role of this PDF was that it saved lot of time for all the players. It doesn't matter whether this PDF is really from the relevant government department or not. Because of its appearance, everyone skipped the happy and curious period of exploring the DD system and learned almost every thing about the DD system.

It is also because every one skipped the DD system exploration period so quickly, everyone's attention shifted to the sudden emergence of the DD system, and the unknown risks it brought with itself.

The crowd slowly dispersed one by one helplessly.   

At 9:40 AM, a figure flashed at the companies front door.

     Wala siyang nagawa noong magdesisyon ito na i-take over ang pamamalakad sa unibersidad na pagmamay-ari ng tito nito kung saan nag-aaral si babaeng nililigawan, wala siyang nagawa noong nabalitaan niya ang kumakalat na ispekulasyon kung saan engaged na ang dalawa. At wala siyang nagawa noong magpaalam si Brian na babalik sa probinsya... to woo his first love.

     "Paano ang pag-aaral mo?" tanong niya kay Brian nang pagdesisyunan nitong bumalik sa probinsya. "Nagpumilit kang makabalik ng Manila, tapos ngayon, wala na lang iyon?" 

    "Hindi naman, Chel, ito ang magiging OJT ko imbes na sa kumpanya namin."

     Hindi niya tinuloy ang pagde-dentista. Awa ng Diyos na nakapagtapos siya ng pag-aaral kahit nahuli siya ng isang taon. Hindi siya naging dentista gaya nang mga naunang plano at noong semestre na iyon ay hindi niya naabot ang matataas na grado. She also failed in two of her major subjects.

Sa kaparehong taon ay na-hook siya sa Interior Designing kaya naman nang sumunod na taon ay napagpasyahan niyang kumuha ng course na related doon. Mabuti na lang pumayag ang kanyang mga magulang at nagpapasalamat na hindi siya p-in-ressure sa pag-aaral. She already failed them once, she would never do the same mistakes twice. 

     Noong una, lagi niyang sinisisi ang sarili. She was always asking herself why didn't she do well when she knew she can do very well?

     Hanggang sa napagtanto niyang minsa'y ganoon naman talaga ang buhay, may mga bagay na nais nating abutin at hindi natutupad. It's either you lose and give up or you lose and continue striving. Hindi man siya naging dentista, masaya at kontento na siya sa kanyang nakamit. Na kahit paano'y lumaban siya kahit natatalo na ng kahinaan ng loob, at hindi nagkamaling huwag sukuan ang dagok sa kanyang buhay.

     She sighed. Sana lang ay maging matagumpay ang project niya. This was her biggest project so far. Kadalasan kasi ay iisang kwarto pang ang dini-design niya o 'di kaya'y maliit na gusali. 

     Nakausap niya ang sekretarya ng may-ari ng mansiyon at ang sabi ay gustong makipagkita ng boss nito sa kanya. They set up the date next week. 

     Buong linggo niyang tinrabaho ang ipe-present na design sa kliyente kaya naman noong araw na magkikita sila ay maaga siyang gumayak. Hindi baleng mauna siya sa restaurant kaysa ma-late. Iginiya siya ng waiter sa pina-reserve nilang seats at nagtaka siya nang mapagtantong may nakaupo roon.

     "May nakaupo yata," sabi niya sa waiter.

     "Halos kadarating lang po niya, Ma'am," sagot nito. Napatango siya nang maisip na iyon na nga ang kikitain niya.

     Nang makalapit siya ay agad siyang bumati. "Hi, I'm Cherie Lyn Song, the Interior Designer. Sorry kung na-late ako," nahihiyang untag niya at pilit na ngumiti.

     Tumabingi ang ngiti niya nang makilala ang taong iyon.

     "Stone?!" bulalas niya.

     Presko siya nitong nginitian. "Kumusta ka na?"

     "Ano'ng...?" Hindi siya makaapuhap ng salita sa sobrang pagkabigla.

     Nang maka-order na ng pagkain ay hindi siya agad nakahuma. "Let's drop the formalities, Chel."

     "I just can't believe na ikaw ang client ko. How did you know I'm designing?" she asked. Napangiti siya nang magtama ang mga mata nila. It's been years!

     "I asked Brianna."

     Close sila ni Brianna?

     "I just bumped into her at a party then I remember you two are friends. Nabanggit niya sa akin na Interior Designer ka na kaya naisip kong kunin ka para i-design ang bahay," sagot nito sa paraang nagkukwento lamang.

"Urgh" Azul groaned was all he let out. Had to play the part or he was done for. He moved his biotics at his leg the moment the needle was pulled out. 'Mental cleasning.' It burned instead of giving a soothing feeling like it normally does.

The agent grabbed him by the back of the neck and tried to attach the device. As soon as a buzzing noise was heard Azul made his move. "Buurrmm" The machine hummed to life. He could feel the first cut it made into me. It wasn't deep it was a very thin cut. It was definitely set to do this as neatly as possible.

'Schlup' The incision was made and a small sucking noise could be heard as well. he could feel a little liquid was applied after each cut.

Health -1

'Lv4 Flame Fist Activate' Azul made for a straight jab at the doctor's stomach. Mid movement he turned to a flat entry.

"Fwoosh'" his hand went through partially up to past his wrist. Turning his hand sideways he could feel the guts touch his hands. It was warm but slippery like jello.

"You bastard how can you still move?" The operative looked at him wide-eyed. He tried to pulled Azul in close but was kicked away. "Schlk," Azul pulled his hand free and grabbed the side of the bed. When the doctor came over he gave him a kick to the side and sent him flying over the medical trays to the side.

"Crash," The operative fell down limp. One of the doctor had walked over and tried to help Azul. But something was weird, he had a syringe in his hand.

'Lv3 Biotic Shielding activate' Azul's shield flung up knocking him off. 

The syringe he had flew into the light fixture. Sparking the room up and flashing light sparks around the area.

'Clank' The device fell off Azul's neck, onto to the table. It looked like a mechanical hand with blades and 3 different needles attached in the center.

"Cough cough" The agent coughed up some blood on the floor. He started struggling to get up. Grabbing countertops as he lifted up and throwing whatever he could in Azul's direction with biotics. 

'Bwoom, Bwoom'The shield took in the damage. As soon as put the device away and gather his breath, he started limping to the doors. Seeing the people to scared to move he turned his shield to lift and pushed them out.

"Thump," a bunch of bodies fell into the hallway.

"Holy Shitstorms this place is getting wrecked!" Yelling this out wasn't the smartest of moves but It drew attention. The other operatives looked at him. "So.. run people yes." Turning to the closes operative he was already attacking him. A clean chop to the throat and a well place knee in the side killed the man.

"Thump," his body dropped. That is when Azul saw the Heavy pistol. Pulling it with his biotics just in time as a smarter operative fired at him.

"Pow," the shot went past his ear. The slight ringing gave him a headache. Getting into cover he watched as the people scrambled into another room. 'There has got to be some security left.'

The hospital lobby area was a mess. Only one or two Doctor's dead. The emergency lights were on, the main lights all seemed to be busted. On a closer look, they were overloaded. The bulbs were either solid black or cracked open with burn marks at the openings. 'How the hell did they do all this without alerting C-Sec. 

Popping out a little he fired at the closes operative that moved up. He caught him mid-movement to the next location to get behind. "Pow," the headshot went right through the man. His body dropped and his blood was already staining the hallway floor.

Dipping back into a room, he was surprised to find himself in a supply closet. While searching around the room he came to the conclusion. 'Galtea I didnt use the pull's yet did i?'

"Bam," the door blew opened an operative was already coming in. He assumed Azul was injured so his guard was down. It was going to cost him dearly. "Pow," the pistol rang out and shot right though the man's heart.

"Thump," his body dropped in front the door entrance.

Azul could see the next guy coming in. "Hup," the guy managed to get behind one of the counters by throwing himself to the side after he entered. The smoke giving him some cover. Or so he thought. He moved aroung the side trying to get the drop on Azul. He felt a tap on his shoulder and thought one of the other's had came in to help. "Just go around I will.." was all he maged to say.

"Pow," Aul was right there against the wall and shot him in the head.

'Freaking hell just my luck. Where in the hell is C-sec when you need them.' Azul grabbed the medical pack and applied it.

System: Medical Check 22 Pass Status effect removed.

'Damn that is so much better.' Azul thought about it and realized he still needed to kill the blasted doctor. Then again the wounds would take care of him.

"Tshh" A door a little down the way opens up.  Stepping out the hall another door opened in font to his left. It was a few of the patients.

"You think the guy left." Unknown patient.

"Don't know don't care we need to get out of here. I don't wanna die in this place." Unknown patient 2

"Let's get to the emergency exit, go!" Unknown patient 3 says. The others remained quiet and just followed.

'Shit following them out is the best bet I have. I have  know idea how to get out of this place.' Right before Azul gets out to follow after them, hehears another door open.

"Tshh" Out steps the operative. 

'Well hell this guy is a bloody monster.' Azul eyes went wide from his peeking spot around the corner. He moved back and got behind the counter. The good news the started to limp a little when he walked out the door after looking around. The bad news he had a heavy pistol. His arms were fine. 'Man those burns should have killed..' Azul thought's went away when he saw the man's inisdes. Mostly synthetic. He wasn't a converted just a lot of upgrades.

"Subject 21 get out here now!" The operative bellowed in the hall. "I have enough money to pay the right C-sec personnel to get out of this. Killing you and taking the implant will be well worth it. The money I will receive afterward will make me a king. The admirality board will have no choice but to listen to me." As the operative began to rant Azul checked to make sure his Omni-tool was recording. It was. He would not get arrested when this was over. He didn't just stay idle as he crawled around to the back side and started making his way to behing the guy. 


'God dangit, why did he kill all these doctors? Just for this implant that's just wrong.' Reaching out he tried to syphon the biotic energy with there psych impressions. He had to be careful with this being a hospital and all. 'Come on, no way I forgot Slannesh teachings after all the time I spent studying and usuing that ability.'

Six minutes later he had the information he needed. The ones that were dead knew of the going on's of the guy and threaten to blow the whistle unless they recieved more money. Outing himself was the first plan instead he wrapped his biotics around one of the corpse and made it move to an adjacent room. The operative took the bait and made his move.

"Push!" The agent barked out. The biotic powered smacked into the back of the corpse sending it flying.

"Thump" the body slams into the wall at the other end of the hall. "Thanks," Azul says to the fool at the other end. The Omni-tool did anyway.

Appearing behind him he paused for a second. The original plan was to take him in for questioning. He couldnt do that after the strands. This guy was pretty sick. And sick puppies need to be put down. 

Azul watched as the fire configured into a little rocket and flew across the short distance catching him right in the back. "Boom," something in the guy exploded. His fake flesh was comepltely exposed and only showed a mechnical and synthetic parts. He stumbled forward. Azul grabb a computer terminal and bashed the man's head in. It splintered and went everywhere.

"Urgh, your gonna pay for that whelp." The agent looked absolutely wrecked and bleeding around his jaw. Turning around his exposed mouth looked to be repairing. He took a swing at Azul missing blindly hitting the side wall. "Argh" His hand was bent back, in an awkward manner. Definitely broken.

Grabbing another terminal, Azul wind up for the hit. The terminal smacked into his face dazing him a little. About the time he got back on his feet Azul was right in front of him. Putting both his flaming hands togethor and smacked downward on his back causing him to buckle down onto his knees. Stepping inward he swung upward with all his might hitting him in the jaw cutting through the lower half of his mouth. 

"Blargh, Arrrgh " The agent coughed up some more blood and looked at Azul crazily. "Shred for me boy!" The agent shot out a purple biotic blast. It looked like a giant buzzsaw cutting through the air. Azul popped up his biotic shielding on reflex. 

"There are people over here, apprehend them now!"  Azul could hear voices not too far away. "Damn they better be the good guys. This guy just won't go down." The agent raises his hand to get ready to fire another biotic blast at Azul. 

That's what he intended it to look like. He aimed at the ground blasting it. He hoped Azul would jump away back some." Heh it's the best you got yah poozer?" Azul said. In his hand were to haeavy pistol's. 'The bastard was making a run for it! Same as last time.'

"Over here!" One could hear coming around the way, sounds like a lot of boots on the floor. Azul ran after the agent but couldn't keep up. No matter how much damage he put on him, he just shrugged it off and after each time he was able to make the gap wider each time. 'Damn it, is he baiting me into following him?' Stopping he used lift on the guy.

"Squeelch," the arm came off as the body kept running.

Rembering what happened last time, Azul tap away at his omni-tool. He sent the file to Chari, Lluvia, as well Jane and Miranda. A few C-sec officer said coming in.

"Hand's where we can see them. Don't make any funny moves." The one in the front says after stepping out. They were all dressed in blue, with pistols drawn and pointing at Azul. 

AzulI could feel a rage building inside. The gun's right in my face were not helping his mood. He did his best to calm down.

System: Willpower Check 24 Pass

"You people took forever to get here you know."  Then it clicked in his head. He knew this guy. Well other him knew this guy. 

"Lunastrider what's a bastard like you doing on the Citadel? Riffraff like you don't deserve to be off planetside. You belong in the muck, not with civilized people." The Officer arrogantly talks down to Azul as he moves around checking up and down. Smirking when he sees the marks on his clothes. 

Another officer pats him down a little. Finding nothing.

"Well answer..suspect." He stops right in front and yells right in Azul's face. Their noses were almost touching he was so close. His breath smelled of old cheese and stale bread.

"Here to get medical treatment.. officer..." Azul manage to answer off before he interrupts.

"Medical treatment.. they can't fix stupid. Your better off heading back home. Or wasting away in a cell if I find out you have anything to do with this." He spits these words out in Azul's face. As he walks past he says "Cuff him and bring him in. We will interrogate him in the cell for what he knows and his involvement in this." 

"What the hell are you even gonna hear me out before you start to .." Before Azul can continue he was hit in the gut. Fake buckleing his knees as they give out and he hits the floor.

While on the floor I could see a  mini tablet to my left and a memo taker to my right. The mini tablet had a blue glow and the memo taker was in red. 'Screw it renegade hasn't failed me yet. Wait no! Have to do Paragon.' Taking a step forward and collapseing again. When he hits the floor he managed to put the memo tablet in his clothes. As he look to the right he notices a officer crushed the tablet somehow smashing it. 'Guess only allowed the one option this time.'

"Shut the hell up." The Officer yells out. "What are you idiot's standing around for. Get him out of here and get this placed cleaned out and secured!" 

"Yes, sir" The C-sec officer's reply at once. "Sir we can't find the material. The contact did not leave it where he was supposed to."  

Azul was barely able to hear this while he was being dragged away. "Keep searching it has to be here." He caught sight of one of the doctor's placing the arm behind them as they helped clean up.

Galtea: Quest escape the Doctor without using System abilities. Completed Reward choice of Upgrading Implant to Leavithon node, Alliance node or Reaper node.

'Give me details this seems dangerous.' Azul said through the link as he allowed himself to be carried off.

Galtea: Of course User. The nodes have different functions and capabilities and will also help you with technological advancement. The node you choose will impact the scenario hear for you and your future locations. This mission was given to evolve the implant that is damaging your body and to give you a helping hand for your upcoming missions.
Leviathan Node: Bonus to Intelligence and Ingenuity. Blueprints for technological marvels are easier to understand and implement. Interstellar travel and mapping is easier. 
Alliance Node: Bonus to Strength and Willpower. Weapon, Armor, and Tech equipment and survival abilities are easier to accomplish. Reverse Engineering is easier.
Reaper Node: Bonus to Charisma and Cunning. Companion threshold doubles. Seduction, intimidation, persuasion, and converting is easier.

'Leviathan is a no, not enough is known about them except that they made the Reaper's, and Reaper tech is always gonna be a no. I already experienced the Cerebus version so the Aliiance is not that different right?' He asked Galtea.

Galtea: More or less the same.... I say go with the Reaper node.

'Why that one? Is it because it will give us the chance to understand the virus even more so I take it?'

Galtea: Correct. I also believe we will be able to make you completely immune to it. Considering how you were killing all geth the other time it may be wothwile this time.

After he bade Doctor Morris farewell, Ling Ran immediately opened the two Basic Treasure Chests he just obtained.
As he watched the colorful light, which the chests emitted as they flipped open, Ling Ran thought with full anticipation, 'If I get two more experience books that would give me one hundred times more experience in anatomical foot dissection. My Achilles tendon repair skills would probably elevate to the next level.'
Compared with the complicated anatomical structure of the hand, one did not need much anatomical dissection experience when it came to the foot.
For example, three thousand cases of experience in anatomical lower limb dissection would be pretty useful. There were quite a lot of details to be studied from the calf to the knee to the hip joint. For surgeries performed to treat conditions related to the calcaneus itself, one could make a medial incision, tarsal sinus incision, posterolateral longitudinal incision, V-shaped incision, extensive L-shaped incision, and many other types of incisions. There were even researchers who specialized in studying operative approaches.
A typical research on operative approaches would be so detailed that it included a first reporter, pioneer, main contributor, operative approach reformers, operative approach objectors, and many more. 
Ling Ran had written a few research papers before, and now that he had reformed the operative approach for Achilles tendon repair surgery, he would naturally not let it disappear into the wind. No matter what benefits and downsides the operative approach had, it would not do anyone any harm for him to record it down for the other doctors' information.
Right now, even though Plan A was the result of Academician Zhu Tongyi's research, Ling Ran had reformed the operative approach by making a posterolateral incision.
He could choose to write a research paper by himself or conduct further research with Academician Zhu Tongyi before jointly publishing a research paper.
Ling Ran thought about it as he wrote the medical record. He did not change his sitting position at all even after more than one hour. Time passed so quickly for him that it was as if he was eating hot pot.
"Doctor Ling…" Yu Yuan opened the door and entered the office. She was practically skipping towards Ling Ran. It looked like there were springs beneath her feet.
"What's up?" Ling Ran raised his head.
"Another doctor has referred a patient to you."
"A foreigner?"
"A Chinese. His Achilles tendon is completely ruptured. He's an athlete, a long jumper." Yu Yuan tried her best to provide more details. She raised her hands as she spoke and made gestures in front of her chest. "His legs are really long."
Ling Ran watched Yu Yuan as she moved about. He then nodded and asked, "Has the doctor passed the patient to us yet?"
"Yes. The doctor specifically asked for you." As Yu Yuan spoke, she glanced at Ling Ran and said, "Doctor Ling, I… I want to learn Achilles tendon repair surgery from you."
"Oh?"
"I want to become a surgical specialist too!" Yu Yuan braved herself and said, "I know that my surgical skills aren't good enough, but I'll try my best to improve. I've always wanted to be a surgeon since I was young. When I was a child—"
"All right, I'll let you participate in more Achilles tendon repair surgeries in the future." Ling Ran agreed as he made some changes to the medical record he was writing.

If they did a good job, others would naturally comment that they were highly skilled. If said patient was a renowned athlete, the doctor would also rise to fame. 
On the contrary, if they did a bad job, they would naturally receive unfavorable comments.
Even though some orthopedists who needed to branch out into sports medicine were willing to operate on athletes, sports medicine was never a mainstream choice for orthopedists.
For those doctors, if they could properly arrange for the patients to be transferred to a reliable doctor, it would also count as a pretty good choice.
That was especially so for doctors from local hospitals. Even though they were qualified to participate in the International Sports Orthopedics Research Conference, they did not necessarily have exceptional skills in the fields of sports medicine and orthopedics. They may have been exceptional when compared with other doctors in their area, but now that they were in Shanghai, they no longer stood out as much.
Many of those doctors thrived pretty well in their respective local hospitals and were in no way lacking patients. Besides, local hospitals were not equipped for sports medicine. After participating in the conference, they were even more willing to refer their patients to the Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Center. They could also watch surgeries performed by Ling Ran while they were at it.
Ling Ran naturally did not reject any of the patients.
As long as Academician Zhu Tongyi was willing to let Ling Ran use the hospital beds in the center, Ling Ran was always ready to work with the scalpel and needle holder.
As a matter of fact, he was pretty reluctant to leave the Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Center. Even though the research center had one hundred and eighty authorized beds, as of then, less than fifty beds were occupied. Ling Ran could not stand such extremely wasteful behavior.
Two hours later...
Ling Ran successfully operated on the long jumper.
He did not have time to talk to the long jumper's family members, who wanted to express their gratitude, because another patient, who was a basketball player, had already arrived at the center. Ling Ran went back into the operating theater again. 
He even ate his dinner in the operating theater. For some reason, even though he ordered meat dumplings from Meituan, he received a large and luxurious sushi bento instead. Ling Ran did not have time to look into it. He could only fill the packaging box with yogurt and packets of nuts before he returned it to the delivery man.
Ling Ran performed another Achilles tendon repair surgery before dawn. He then made a booking on Didi, got a Maybach as his ride, and returned to the hotel to rest.

Ling Ran received six patients with ruptured Achilles tendons one after another. Two of them were foreigners.
The patient intake even astonished Zhu Tongyi, especially since they managed to attract foreign patients.
He also agreed immediately when Ling Ran requested for six more hospital beds.
Ling Ran operated on all the patients using the reformed Plan A. He worked till nighttime and drank a bottle of Energy Serum before he operated on the rest of the patients.
The passionate Yu Yuan felt extremely tired after the fourth surgery and had no choice but to hand over her task to the doctors from the Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Center, who had been glancing covetously at the operating table all day. She then went to an on-call room to catch up on some sleep.
Unlike Yun Hua Hospital, where each department was equipped with first-string on-call rooms and second-string on-call rooms, the Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Center itself was a gigantic department that rarely received emergency patients. Hence, it only had three on-call rooms, and they were not divided into first-string or second-string on-call rooms. Two women were already sound asleep in the on-call room specifically reserved for female doctors. There were also piles of items on the two remaining beds.
Yu Yuan did not care. She chose the bed that looked cleaner and moved the pile of items to one side of the bed. She lay on the other side and immediately fell asleep after she made sure that she could straighten her legs even though she was in a diagonal position.
She was woken up by passionate screams that were echoing outside the room.
"Liu Weichen, you can do it!"
"Liu Weichen, come on!"
"You can do it!"
Yu Yuan woke up with a start. When she walked out of the door, she saw a group of doctors screaming loudly. They had their heads raised in the lounge, which had a television in it.
"Liu Weichen's competing?" For a moment, Yu Yuan's brain stopped functioning.
"The International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) Indoor Championship!" The doctor next to Yu Yuan did not know her and was just taking the opportunity to scream out loud. It was followed by a cacophony of cheers.
Yu Yuan looked at the television screen again and saw that Liu Weichen was already standing on the track. He was slowly jumping up and down to keep his body warmed up.
The commentator also seemed to be in high spirits. "Liu Weichen's decision to continue participating in the IAAF Indoor Championship has made the track and field competition a hot topic in our country this year. According to reports, the progress of Liu Weichen's recovery has exceeded expectations, and after this championship, Liu Weichen will be participating in the IAAF Diamond League…"
It was still dark outside the window, and Yu Yuan did not know whether it was night or dawn.
The money plants in the lounge looked dull, and their stems were hooked around the spider ivy. The stems were so tangled to the point that they formed an embarrassing shape. 
The white walls were still as white as ever, and they served as a contrast to the flying insects in the lounge, making them very distinct. 
The scent of instant noodles combined with the strange odor of takeout food made the Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Center, which was known for being clean, smell like university hostels during World Cup season.
In her dazed state, Yu Yuan felt like she could even smell formalin.

Ling Ran, a med school senior, begins to see the world like a game UI. He uses it to pave his way towards graduation, a residency, becoming the greatest doctor in the world... And finally getting a Transformer from his newbie packs? Maybe. We don't know yet.

Entering Haven was greeted by a lively blossoming city. All the citizens looked so full of life, in the background at the edge of the city was a 5 meters thick 15 meters tall wall. In the sky floating mountains drifted without colliding with each other.

 Carved into the wall's gate was a symbol of two wings overlapping each other. The symbol looked like a more detailed version of the Scouting Regiment symbol from Attack on Titan. A little while ago while the yokai that migrated to Haven, were constructing the city they saw this symbol on the necklace I gave Kuroka and Shirone many years ago. 

 After the girls told them it was something I personally made for them the yokai came to the conclusion that the symbol meant something to me. It didn't I just liked the design.

 Since I wasn't there to correct the misunderstanding the yokai somehow came to a conclusion with the help of the girls to make the symbol the emblem of Haven since we didn't have one.  When I found out about this I was exasperated since no one told me this, but in the end, I accepted it since I didn't hate the symbol.

 Taking in this view for a moment I turned around and entered the newly finished castle behind me. Walking through the halls I passed a couple Nekoshou who have become the castle's maids. After a short 5 minute walk, I entered a wide room on the second floor.

 Throughout the room, there were many workers working in desks or running around holding stacks of paper. At the center of the table were 24 black dressed Nekoshous, and sitting next to the big chair at the head of the table were Kuroka and Shirone.

 This was the base of operations for Haven's counterintelligence department. Here we keep in contact with all of our operatives out there in the world. Currently, there are only 30 operatives in this department that have the all clear to come and go.

 There would be more but this department is only 3-4 months old so we haven't had enough time to gather more fighters. These operatives have one task and that was to gather information on the other faction in the world. However, things weren't as simple as that, no sane person would allow others to get information on them so easily. To cover for that I made use of connections in the supernatural world with the help of the Yokai Faction to have them take on mercenary work for other factions. 

 These jobs were mostly assassinations. Before long they made a name for themselves for never failing a job and gathered the attention of the bigger factions in the world. Within a matter of months, most factions knew about a faction named [Haven].

 Some believed us to be a band of terrorist, while others, though we were simple guns for hire. Eventually, some factions tried to track down the location of our base but would always have the trail run cold when the Nekoshou would use a consumable transportation formation I made to escape back to Haven.

 We didn't have to be worried about the formations being stolen because they only allowed to, transport pre-registered users which were the operatives and no one else. Since they couldn't track us we soon became known as an enigma of the world and caused many to wonder who we really were and what was our purpose.

 Unfortunately, just a couple of minutes ago I got a message saying that we lost contact with one of our scouts when they were on their way to complete a job in Romania. Something like this hadn't happened before and what made things worse was that soon after we lost contact we got an S.O.S signal coming from their previous location before the signal was destroyed.

 Romania has been one of the hardest places to get information on and now this happened.  I couldn't be depressed at a moment like this so I temporarily put the matter with Irina aside and called for a meeting at the castle.

Counterintelligence Operative - Milord! You came.

Yu - Stop the formalities I got a report saying we lost contact with a team in Romania. Give me a full report I want to hear it all.

 Giving out an order that was heard by everyone I walked to the table at the center of the room and sat down in the big chair at the head of the table. After I sat down one of the operatives I gave the order to came up to me with a small stack of papers.

 Placing the stack on the table I motioned to her and she started to speak.

Counterintelligence Operative - Reporting, as of 30 minutes ago we lost track of one of our teams in Romania. We continued to try and reestablish contact but we alarmed when 15 minutes later they released their emergency S.O.S signal. Approximately 30 seconds afterward the signal was lost and we have had no further contact with the team in Romania. Since this is the first time this has happened we had to inform Milord and await further orders before proceeding.

Yu - Why were they in Romania? How many operatives took part in the operation?

Counterintelligence Operative - We received a job to take out a rogue band of vampires that were causing trouble for the Tepes Faction. The job didn't seem to have too high a difficulty so only 6 members who were proficient in holy magic were deployed.

Yu - Tepes Faction Huh?...

Counterintelligence Operative - Yes! They were the one who made the request. Also, it is believed that with there strength dark arts it is most likely them who ambushed us. It is hypothesized that they may want to use the operatives to gain information on Haven.

Yu - Hm...

 Processing all this information I put down the paper I had in my hand I started to tap my finger on the granite table. After thinking for a while I asked one more question.

Yu - Which individual issued the order?

Counterintelligence Operative - It was the second son of the 4th King of Tepes, Marius Tepes.

Yu - Do we have any gates close to Romania?

 Gates they were a one-way transportation formation that leads out of Haven but not into it. The only way into Haven was through an operative's consumable formation or my direct entry. Gates had a fail safe that if anyone tried to tamper with a gate then it would self destruct instantly.
