The story of a Comic Book Collector who is brought to a world where he finds out that he is one of the special people who can earn experience and level up to become a superhero.

It was a sunny day in the small town of Whicker Vill , yet though it was bright and happy the people seemed to act as if it was Rainey and gloomy. On a the little block called Partridge Street sat a Comic Book shop in Which nobody visited, accept a young boy named Dusty. Now Dusty was just like his father because he loved to read comic book's, why he loved them so much that he bought comics with his lunch money on his way home from school.  Now there was an old man that ran the comic book shop and he kept that shop opened for many years. Now we follow dusty on his way to the comic book shop to his surprise will find a book that will change his life...

Chapter one
 "YAWN' I wake up in my bed feeling tired and stressed out. I look around for some reason in my head. I'm like " I don't want to start my day. I want to be in bed" but I guess this is the last thing I want to do is WORK but I have to or else I'm going to get bad grades. I try my best to get good grades but the only thing is that even though no matter how much I study i don't get anything.
Hi there my name is I'm JuGyung  and I'm a high schooler. People say i'm ugly and bully me until i saw a post in social media of makeup i tried it and i looked completely different i couldn't believe myself i thought this was a dream. When I went to school with makeup everyone stared at me like for one in my life. I didn't feel invisible when I arrived at my class. All the girls were looking at me and all the boys. I heard whispers that Jugyung they were all surprised i feel uncomfortable and weird for some reason a girl named sua came up to me and said " wow are you really Jugyung the one we know " as time passed time i got used to people asking me for my phone number but i didn't want to be rude and i just said " no " in a nice way and for sure they said it's " okay".

        My mom works and comes late and does dinner. Sometimes I feel lonely and when I try talking to my mom she gets mad or says no to everything I say or doesn't agree with me. Sometimes I burst into tears and rush to my room and jump in bed and start crying feeling that pain in my heart. At night i go to the comic shop when i'm done with dinner it's down the street but at that time i don't wear makeup as i walked in i search for the other series of my book until i found it as i was going to reach out i felt a hand also reaching out i jumped into scared and there was a angry boy with a angry face he took the book that i've been waiting for days well, it always been there but i needed to finish the other book.

       I wake up and the first thing is do my makeup since I started using it it bringed life to my life. It never has been like this. I feel for once I got the opportunity to feel welcome in this world. In the time that i did not know about makeup i saw happy and beautiful women and i will always wonder how it would be i bring up those memories the ones who always make me sad but, i made a decision from now on i'm going to be brave no matter what. I had to get ready for school. I did my makeup fast and put on my uniform " were ready" I said in my head. I saw sua i hugged her when i got to class omg i saw the kid i saw in the comic shop. I was scared in my head there were a lot of questions " What if he recognizes me?" or " if he does then is he going to tell people my real identity?" But, my real question out of all of them is what is he doing with here?. 
      I acted normal. My heart was beating so fast that I couldn't stop. It felt like an alarm that couldn't control itself and ringing all the places it could. I took a deep breath and said " control yourself get it together" I said it in my head so no one can hear me. I was in shock. I thought I was dreaming. Is this a joke? I thought to myself I HAD TO DO A WORK WITH HIM well, thank goodness i had sua and a classmate i acted normal and tried being nice but, he just stared at me with her serious face and i just kept smiling. I knew and I felt something wasn't right.

                I went down the street to the comic shop and then i saw the dude again my heart was beating so fast i ignore him then he picked a book that i didn't liked so i opened my mouth and told him that the book he picked was boring and he just stared at me with his weird and angry face. In my head i was worried and my thoughts were going like crazy but i was like why did i open my big mouth. Then I explained how at first it started good but then it got boring. Then he looked at me with an attitude like I was just saying how it was then he asked me for a suggestion which book he should read. Then i suggest him a book and i hopped he liked it i arrived home and took a shower. I wake up and hear the birds sing with its melody i saw the sunny bright sun shine in my face and seeing trees it feels like nature. I stand up get dressed and do my make up i wish i always had days like this.
     I arrived to school i saw sua i hugged her so tight then i saw suho ( the boy with the angry face that was in the comic shop). My day was normal but just seeing his angry face just looking at me makes it weird and awkward. I went to the comic shop and i saw him like usually and unexpectedly he comes up to me and thanks me for the book and he said it was good i was so shock. But i just said " i knew you will like it" i recommend him another book and he left off. But, then i wonder at school he is just a angry boy with and angry face and in the comic shop he is just nice and kind?? whats going on.

The love comes from the heart not because of someones appearance out side true love comes from who you really are who u really are inside and because of your love everything is possible.

"What's wrong with it? There're true feelings and love everywhere in this world. It's fine as long as you love each other," Xiao Xiao turned the pages of the comic book with gleaming eyes and asked, "But the situation at the moment is that your dad doesn't like you. Don't you worry, you can't imagine how big the army behind you is."
"Army? What army?" Bai Wu asked puzzledly. 'Could it be that there are other followers of mine in this world?' He thought.
"Uhm… Forget about it. You just have to know that your master is amazing," Xiao Xiao waved her hand impatiently because Bai Wu was bombarding her with questions when she was at the climax of the comic.
"Hmm… What are you reading?" Bai Wu nodded his head after giving a thought. He was quite interested when he saw Xiao Xiao looking at colorful pictures.
"Oh, this? Comics. Do you want to see it? You can use it as a reference and put it to practice in the future," Xiao Xiao took one of the BL comic books[1] and passed it to Bai Wu.
Bai Wu immediately shut the book closed after turning to the first page. He glared Xiao Xiao with a flushed face and asked, "You… How can you look at these things?"
"What? You don't want it? Then return to me." Xiao Xiao did not anticipate Bai Wu's reaction and reached out to take it back.
Bai Wu hid the book behind his back with a reddened face and said softly with his head lowered, "I want!"
"If you have any queries, just search it online. They have very detailed explanations."
"Uhm," Bai Wu answered softly, where his ears were so red that as if it was gonna bleed.
"He he! Don't need to be so shy okay? If you're this shy, how will you make me feel, as a girl? Don't you think I need face too?" Xiao Xiao reacted as if she was going to snatch the comic book away. Bai Wu quickly protected it by hugging it between his arms.
"You said that it's for me!" Bai Wu said loudly with a reddened face.
"I can give you this, but you'll need to send a photo of you two after you succeed, deal?" Xiao Xiao used this opportunity to get welfare for the fellow comrades who contributed the ideas and suggestions.
"What photo?" Bai Wu asked.
"How about something like the one you saw on the first page just now?"
"No!" Bai Wu rejected sternly!
"Such a scrooge. What about just a photo of you guys holding hands, surely this can be done?" Xiao Xiao curled her lips and said miserably.
"What are you guys doing!" Xu Lan stood at the door and stared at both of them with a blackened face. He was standing there since Xiao Xiao reached out to snatch the thing behind Bai Wu's back. Bai Wu did not notice him even after such a long time!
Xu Lan was suppressing his anger, but he did not even know why he was angry.
"Papa!" Bai Wu tossed the comic book to Xiao Xiao as if it was a hot potato and ran towards Xu Lan's arms joyously, "Papa, you're back."
Xu Lan looked at Bai Wu coldly while he hugged him coquettishly. He remained silent with a long face, as he recalled that Bai Wu threw something towards Xiao Xiao just now.
"My father will be back at night, you don't have to cook dinner for me, Bai Wu," Xiao Xiao pretended to say pitifully, ignoring Xu Lan's surprised expression.
"Okay. Papa, let's go home. I cooked mung bean porridge today, cause Xiao Xiao mentioned that Papa's quite heaty, this can cool you down," Bai Wu said pamperingly while he reached out to hold Xu Lan's hand.
"Walk by yourself! You're a grown person!" Who knew that Xu Lan immediately flung his hand away and strutted his way upstairs.
"Why don't you go to the cafe anymore? You were hanging out with Xiao Xiao from downstairs throughout the day?" Xu Lan could not suppress his anger. He deliberately inquired about him from the surrounding neighbors that were managing the place when he came home.

"Annie! Is nice to see you. You look even better than the last time we met" A middle aged guy greeted my mother once we entered his office.  

"Oh Clark stop with your lies" My mother replied playfully. It was clear that the both of them were friends, or in really good terms at the very least. 

"And you must be the young genius I been hearing about... Mister Sam Bane" He said amicably, and then he offered me his hand to shake "I'm Clarke Cook, it's a pleasure to meet you" 

"Good day to you sir" I shook his hand firmly. Or with the most strength my seven year old self could muster. 

After the short interaction, I finally could relax a bit. For some reason, ever since yesterday night I was really nervous about this reunion. I guess that I really wanted for it to work out. 

"Take a sit please" He said after a while, with a never ending smile on his face. 

His office was a mess. I could tell that he worked hard, if the multiple papers all over his desk, and the big bags under his eyes were any indication. Still, it didn't gave much confidence on his organizational skills. 

"Thanks Clark" My mother replied. And before I could notice the mood changed. It was like the both of them went from normal mode to business mode, in just second. 

Before coming here, my mother just told me to let her negotiate in my behalf. And I planned to do exactly that, especially now with the professional aura she inspires. 

"Well, let's start with the book composition first" said Clark, "Annie, like you already know, I like the three stories you've sent me last week. They appeal to a younger demographic, which is  a group that is gaining traction lately. Although I have to say that these stories are too short to be released as books on their own. So, I propose to compile them. I think five stories could make a good sized book" 

It was reasonable. My stories were a little too short. I could've done them longer, but I wanted to keep them simple, considering that the target readers would be mostly kids. 

"That's a good idea. Although I think that the stories should have a common theme between them. For example, a book collection could be about princesses. Sam here has written about ten stories about princesses, so it shouldn't be a problem, right Sam?" My mother said, and tactfully helped me to get into the conversation. 

"Yes, there's no problem with that" I said calmly. Mr. Clark finally looked at me after that. He looked interested with that bit of news. 

"That sounds good to me. I'll need to read the five stories you plan to publish, so we can progress any further... But in an act of good faith of Sam's work, we can talk about the details of the deal we will be making" 

"What do you propose then?" Mother asked. 

He looked at me for a second before concentrating on my mother once again. Then, he brought up a paper he had at the only clear zone of his desktop, and passed it out to my mom. 

The contract I assume. I planned to read it on my own when my mother finishes it, but I couldn't help to look at her to see if I could get any information from her face expressions. Which ended up being a pointless endeavor. 

"Ha!" She exclaimed "I see your intentions Clark. If this is how it will be, let's stop here. We'll take our leave" My mother finally said. And then stood up from her seat and walked to the exit. 

I could only guess what unreasonable things were written on there. So for now I just followed her up. Although for some reason I felt that this wasn't the end of the discussion. 

"Wait!" Clark finally said, "I admit the contract may be a little unfair, but we can discuss it, no need to go away just like that" 

My mother turned back with a smirk on her face, "I'm surprised, I've heard a little about your situation Clark. But now with you flinching so quick, I'm wondering of how bad it really is" 

To my surprise it seems that we were not in the losing end of the negotiations to begin with. My mother really played him hard. Clark's face said all I wanted to know. He was mad, but he still stayed quiet about it. 

"Yeah, it's true. We are in need of a success, and that's the principal reason to even consider to publish a kid's book, besides the publicity within itself that it could generate" He admitted. 

"I've heard that all the upcoming writers choose to go with other companies, after all you've had a bad record in the last five years" My mother added while the both of us took a seat once again. 

"You really did your research, huh?" he said with a defeated look. "... I wanted to start my own comic book company, but at the end all the good artists preferred to go with either 'power comics' or 'marvelous', and before I realized, the book company I had spent so many years to build up, was on his way to bankruptcy" 

It was kind of a sad story, but also an amazing opportunity. If I played my cards right, maybe making my own comics wasn't impossible for me in the near future. 

"So, in your times of need you thought on cheating your good friend of so many years" Mother said while making 'tsk' noises, pointing the bad deed Clark has made, "Sam is young, so there will be no problem if he waits a couple of years to get published... So now I wonder, what deal could you offer us, so we can even consider making a deal with you" 

Clark clenched his jaw at that, and had a serious expression on his face. He kept quiet though, it seemed that he was seriously considering the matter. 

"What do you want?" He finally asked. 

"Twenty percent, and the rights will belong to him completely" Mother demanded. 

That was a extremely good deal, especially for a newcomer like me, asking for that much was out of my expectations.

"That's... acceptable. But Sam will have to publish at least four books with us" He countered. 

"Are you joking? Two is the most we are going to concede" Mother said with displeasure. 

That was something we had talked about before. If I was successful enough, I could go with a bigger publishing company in the future. And my mother had a high faith on my success for some reason. 

Now there was a clear disagreement between them. I honestly couldn't care less if I had to write four books for this company, with the new deal offered I would have no complaints. But I knew what I wanted. 

"How about I do publish four books, but you'll have to publish a comicbook of mine... With the same conditions as the one with the books" I interrupted them. 

The both of them stared at me with surprised faces. "What do you mean?" Clark asked after a while. 

"Well... I have this idea for a comic, and I felt compelled to do it after I heard that you own a comic company" I explained. 

"Are you talking about the one you've made with Hanna?" Mother asked me with a worried face. It was clear that she thought that it wasn't that great. 

It wasn't a bad comic per se, but I do agree that it isn't the kind of comic that sells well with the masses, nor profesional enough to be a comic on his own. But I'm aware which comics are the best sellers at this era, compared to my old reality.   

"No" I said, before Clark could have asked about it, "I have an idea for a superhero comic, but I don't have the talent to draw. So I thought it was a good compromise that if my books are successful enough, Mister Clark will hire an artist to draw my comic, and then he'll publish it" 

"That's interesting. What do you think Clark?" Mother asked with a simple smile on her face.  

This wasn't something we had discussed before, so I was relieved that she just went along with the idea. 

Clark just sighed and nodded with a smile of his own. Even if he tried to hide it, I could see that he was happy about the deal. In the end, he wanted both of his companies to succeed, and now there was a chance for it to be possible.

Samuel Bane, a guy who was just a normal 23 year old in another life, was living in a new world with his memory intact. 

The new world is almost exactly the same as the one he lived before, except that the period of time was similar to the mid 80's that he knew by the movies and tv shows he watched.

This story will focus on how Sam enters the entertainment business. Getting his works published and meeting new people on his way towards an unheard level of success. 

The concept of the story has inspiration in "I'm really a super star", but it's nothing alike.

(the girl who tried to attack me is called Alis-Kensae I've known her all my life)
Alis: earth to kai hellooooo….
Kai: Sorry I've got to go (I get up and walk off)

Nero: I don't know he is always been like that.
Alis- I hope he is okay.
(as im walking around other students bump into me and both look at me like WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE WALKING INTO)
Kai: WHO DO YOU THINK I'AM ASSHOLES!!!!!
(Both of them run away from me)
(I put my headphones in Im walking around the college think to myself why did I come here I hate this place I go and sit in the comic book shop as im walking in the shop I see some new stuff and I see Zeke in the shop to )
Zeke: Yo kai you here again instead of being in college
Kai: Yeah forget college everyone keeps looking at me like a freak of nature so yeah.
Zeke: Well I've got a copy of Tenzeno Vol 10 if you want to read it.
Kai: What no way Tenzeno Vol 10 you sure that I can read it now before it comes out tomorrow.
Zeke: yeah, no problem dude
(Oh, if you're wondering Zeke is one of my comic book friends' but we don't really hang out, but we talk on skype but zeke spends most of his time working but he is a cool guy)
(well I didn't realise that time went past till alis came to find me)
Alis: Kai earth to Kai
(She hit's me on the head then I look up)
Kai: Oh, Alis what you are doing here Oh shit
(Alis looks at me with the eyes of a killer) 
Kai: ALIS NO NO NO NOOOOOO DON'T HIT MEEEE
Alis: I should hit you but also why didn't you even bother coming to college why.
Kai: well everyone pisses me off so much I left also why you here for.
Alis: whyyyy I'm here looking for you.
Kai: well im here so you can leave me alone now.
Alis: Kai you need to start coming to college more or you'll never pass it okay.
Kai: Sigh fine all be there tomorrow okay now can you leave me alone please
Alis: NO, I shall not you need to get some food okay.
Zeke: Alis its okay im working late again so kai can eat here with me, so you don't need to worry about it alis.
Alis: Okay then I'll see you at college.

Zeke: So, Kai what's up you haven't been on skype and Xbox to.
Kai: I'm Fine.
Zeke: you sure dude.
Kai: Zeke am a guy with white hair and who can't do the one thing that I want to do anymore.

(As im walking home I didn't realise that my life would change when you came into my life so why now)
Next Day:
Kai: Crap Crap Crap am going to be late for college am leaving now (wait I live alone)
(I walk out of my house and alis is already waiting for me)
Kai: Moring Alis how was your night?
Alis: It was good what about your night??
Kai: Same old stuff.
(we walk to college as we both live 15 minutes away from college)
Kai: Oh, its Nero
Alis: Nero why Didn't come home last night.
Nero: well I thought you were having Kai over for the night
Alis: Wait Wait Wait I never said that.
Kai ALIS YOU TRYING TO PLAY ME FOR A FOUL AGAIN YOUUUU.
(Alis runs off with her brother Nero)
Alis- See you in class Kaiiii.
Nero: Yeah see you later Kai
Kai: Yeahhhh see you later
(so, as im walking to classroom I see a girl with pink hair who walks past me and she looked at me with a nice smile and I turn around and looked at her like who is she. I open the classroom door, and everyone looks at me)
Kai: Grrrrrr WHO ARE YOU LOOK AT!!!
Nero: Yo Kai over here.
Alis: Kai Kai Over Here.
(I go and sit next to the window and I started to look out the window)
Teacher: Hey Class today we have a new student with us would you like to come in and interested yourself to us.
(Next Minute a girl walks in the room and are eyes meet each other)
Girl- Hi there everyone my name is Kara Reno
Nice to meet you all.
Teacher: well there is an empty seat next to jack if you want to sit… mis
(the girl walks over to where I am and sits next to me)
(I look at Nero and alis are both are like at me and are saying talk to her and im looking like what are they talking about next minute I get a text saying talk to her your asshole)
Kai:  but instead of talking to her I started drawing.
(My Hand starts to shake, and everyone notice the new girl called Kara asked if I was okay)
Kai Yeah, I'm okay (I continue drawing but my hand is still starting)
Alis: (Grabs my hand) kai stop you don't need to prove it to anyone okay.
(I get up and walk out of the class and everyone looks at me again)
Kai: stop looking at me
(and guess where I walk to comic book shop and I walk in the shop and there is no zeke, but I see his mother miss Kento at the counter)
Kai: Hi Miss Kento Where is Zeke today
Miss Kento: Hello their Kai Zeke is at the Doctors so don't worry about it.
(So, I go and sit next to the one of the tables and start reading and eating my food next minute the new girl comes looking for me)
Kara: You Okay.
Kai: Wait minute you're the new girl right.
Kara Yeah name is Kara and why did you leave the class for.
Kai: that is none of your business.
Kara: also, what's with the hat.
Kai: None of your business.
Kara: so, you like coming here.
Kai: Yeah, I know the people who own this place, so I come here all the time so yeah…. WAIT Minute its none of your business.
Kara: so, what you are reading then.
Kai: it's called Tenzeno Vol 10 why
Kara: wait your reading Tenzeno vol 10 this place sale it here.
Kai: Yeah it came out today, but I read it yesterday so here you can read it.
Kara: you read it yesterday that's not fair but is it good to read.
Kai: yeah, it's good to read.
Kai: so, do you want some food.
Kara: Yes please.
Kai: What type of food you want Kara.
Kara: well a chicken sandwich please.
Kai: Okay I'll Be back.
(She looks at me with smile  on her face and my face goes redish so I look away and walk off to get food as I came back Kara is fast a sleep with her head in the book so I put my hoodie over her and leave her food and a note)
Kara: Kai you back yet…t where did he go.
Miss Kento: oh, you're awake if you're looking for kai, he left but he left a note for you here.
Kara: A note.
(Kara looks at the note and starts reading the note)
Yo Kara
I Came back with the food but you were fast asleep so I give you my hoodie to keep you warm and also I left you the food I got you and also don't worry about giving me the money for the food and also I don't normally  say this to anyone but thanks for keeping me company.

(Kara's face goes red-ish from readying the note)
(So, I go back home, and I sat on my computer and just listen to music and played a  carded games)
Next Day:
Kai- Crap Crap Crap Going to be late again.
(As am Walking to college a car stops next to me and Kara gets out of the car)
Kai- Kara Morning
Kara- Morning Kai
Kai- how was your Night?
Kara- it was good what about you?
Kai- It was okay just listen to music and played some cared games on my computer. OH, Its alis and Nero. Yo Guys.
Alis/Nero- Yo/Hi Kai, wait wait wait what is Kara doing with Kai?
Kai- ITS NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE GUY'S!!!!
Alis- Reallllyyyyyyy Kai Then why is she… wait where did sheee go. (she turns around and am gone to) and Kai is gone to.
Alis- KAI GET BACK HERE YOU ASSHOLE.
(Alis walks into the classroom and see me in the room before her)
Alis- Kai you're here what is going on today?
Kai- Nothing is going on (Kara walks in after alis and sit's next to me)
Kara- Hi Everyone what are we doing in art class today?
Kai- did you bring my hoodie today??
Kara- No sorry I forgot
Kai- Its okay just bring it in tomorrow then.
(after the lesson end's I get up and walk to the lunch hall to find Nero to see if he has this new game that he was telling me about.)
Kai- Yo Nero you here... I guess not
(I wonder where he went)
Kai- well I'll go to the comic book shop then.
(I walk into the comic book shop and see that zeke has banish up his arm)
Kai- Zeke what happen to your arm??
Zeke- Don't worry dude just cut my arm open so I had to go to the hospital about it just have to change it every two hours to keep it clean.
(about four hours went past and guess who come's looking for me Alis of Couse)
Alis- Kai do you want to walk home with me and Nero.
Kai- yeah why not. Yo zeke I'll see you on Xbox later dude.
Zeke- Yeah dude.
(as me and the others walking home. my head start to feel funny. So, I stop for a minute to catch my breath.)
Alis- KAI YOU OKAY!!?
Kai- Am okay I just need some water.
Nero- Here you go Kai.
(I take a drink and I start to feel a lot better)
Kai-Thanks Nero
Nero- No Problem
(We walk for about 10 minutes)
Kai- well Guys I'll be going this way to the shop to get food.
Alis- No you will be going to our house for food. I've already told my mam that you are coming with us.
Kai- You sure Alis?
Alis- Yeah, No Problem
(So, we walk to alis house)
Alis- Mam we are home and Kai is with us to.
Miss Kensae- Welcome home Everyone.
Kai- Hello Ms K
Miss Kensae- Hello Kai you grown up a lot since that day and you look a lot like him you know kai.
Kai- You mean my dad and I know I should of came around a lot more when my parents died. Im sorry I didn't. (I bow my head down to show that I was sorry.)
Miss Kensae- Oh don't worry about it everyone needs time when stuff like that happens (ms K pats me on the head) you are always welcome here my boy.

(well after we eater food alis and Nero were playing that carded game that I make from like 3 years go)
Kai- you guys still have that cared game I made.
Both of them- Yeah, we do because it's a good game to play.
Alis- I really think you should try and make an updated version of the game with new monster and etc
Nero- I agree with alis and make legendary cards to.

(well we played this game for hours then I realised what time it was)

Six Days Go By:
Alis- Morning Kara
Kara- Morning Alis you hear that Kai is getting discharge from the hospital  today.
Alis- I Know I can't wait to see him. Do you think he'll come to college today?
Kara- I think he might go to the comic book shop instead of college.
(everyone goes to the class room and as everyone walks in to the class room they notice Kai is not there)
Kara- it looks like I was right Kai is at the comic book shop.
Alis- well I've texted Zeke to see if Kai is there.
(Lunch Time)
Alis- Kara you want to come with me to see if Kai is at the comic book shop?
Kara- Yeah I'll come with you.
(Kara and alis head to the comic book shop to see if kai is there but what they find instead is a lot different)
Alis- Zeke have you seen Kai today.
Zeke- Oh I guess the hospital  didn't ring you then.
Alis- why what's happen to kai?
Zeke- He got rust in the surgery.
Both of them- WHAT WHAT DO YOU MEAN???
Zeke- Kai had to get surgery on his lower back as the doctor found out that his spine is  a little bit damaged but they said don't worry he should be okay.
Alis- Kai I Hope you are okay.
(next minute Kara runs out of the comic book shop with tears in her eyes what is she think right now)
Doctor- okay Kai you ready to begin the surgery??
Kai-(Takes in deep breath) Yeah Doctor  I'm ready now.
(I feel the anaesthesia working  and everything starts to go black. I wonder if the others will be mad at me because I didn't tell them about this.)
End of Chapter One 

This story is something I did when I was bored

After class, the math teacher flew into a rage in the office and yelled at Bai Ziyue, "The students in your class are incorrigible! There's nothing I can do about them!"
Bai Ziyue didn't know whether to laugh or cry. Next to her, Tang Yijun chuckled. "If I remember it right, both Su Xiaomo and He Jiayu have good grades, right?"
"Yes."
"Let them sit together, then. He Jiayu will be able to keep an eye on Su Xiaomo," Tang Yijun suggested.
"Good idea!" Bai Ziyue clapped her hands.
Even the math teacher's beard was shaking with anger now.
That was outrageous! Aww!
Bai Ziyue went to the classroom to tell them about the change in seating. He Jiayu switched places with Kang Jian as arranged, but Su Xiaomo had been reading a comic book under the desk. She didn't even notice Bai Ziyue come in, let alone the fact that she had a new deskmate.
She cried out in excitement at a twist in the plot. "Aah! They're finally sleeping together! I'm so content! I can relive that moment for ten years!"
He Jiayu took a look and blushed.
Was she reading… an X-rated comic… 
"Tsk, tsk, tsk. The top has an Apollo's belt and abs. One, two, three, four, five… all eight of them! I'd like to feel them myself! Come over here. Let me feel yours." Su Xiaomo was as unrestrained as ever. Her gaze still on the page, she reached out her hand to her left… 
As an athletic student, Kang Jian had well-toned muscles. Since he wasn't her match in a fight, Su Xiaomo had her way with him all the time.
He Jiayu pursed his lips and stopped her hand.
"Why, you're shy now? We used to take baths together when we were little!" Su Xiaomo grinned. "Kang Jian, have you lost your abs from eating too much lately?"
When she turned around and met He Jiayu's gaze, the look on her face turned very interesting.

"Ahem! Sorry, I thought you were someone else…" Su Xiaomo chuckled awkwardly and tried to free herself from He Jiayu's grip. "Dude, we can talk about this. There's no need to get physical!"
He Jiayu blushed and let go of her hand.
"The next class is starting soon," he reminded her.
"I see." Su Xiaomo nodded awkwardly. "Aren't you going back to your seat?"
He Jiayu raised an eyebrow. "Going back where?"

Su Xiaomo turned around and saw that Kang Jian was sitting in He Jiayu's former seat and was having fun playing five-in-a-row with Chi Yuanfeng.

"Yes." He Jiayu smiled. "What were you doing? Didn't you hear when Miss Bai came in to announce that?"
Su Xiaomo chuckled in embarrassment, putting her comic book out of sight.
"Well… it's time for class, let's study!" Su Xiaomo made a show of getting out her textbook, but her drawer was way too messy and it took her forever to find the book she needed for the next class. With a tug, a stack of colorful comic books fell out in a cascade.

She went to pick them up in a hurry. A pair of slender, nice-looking hands reached out and helped her to pick up every single one of them.
He Jiayu sounded rather helpless. "What can I say… You're so clumsy."
He then rubbed her head. "Be a smart girl and hide your comics better next time. The dean will probably have a stroke if he sees them."
Su Xiaomo's heart raced; she had butterflies in her stomach, and her face turned scarlet…

Si  Dianne  ay 18 years old, and ready to step forward sa college. Since childhood nakasanayan  na  nya magbasa ng mga libro at nobela, it was supposed to be na pang-palipas oras  lamang niya iyon, everytime na wala syang magawa. Till' then naging hobby na niya ito hanggang mapadpad siya sa mga comics and manga noong Highschool.  

She was fairly attractive, at ang kanyang pamilya ay abot kaya-lamang,  Her father was actually a novelist, and just as she open her eyes into the books of paradise, her father eyes were already closed. Not too long her father died, due to cancer. Hindi agad ito na-aagapan or na detect agad ng machine when it's just in a stagnant level. After his Death, she started visiting her Father's Study room, from time  to time. Until she came across to a book, written on his name, Binasa nya agad ito, dahil gusto nya malaman kung anong nakasaad sa libro nang kanyang tatay. Days passed and she finished the first book written by his father, she was brought to tears, how nostalgic the feeling was. Years came she finishes all the book, until she stumble upon one comic book that was illustrated and also written by his father, it was quite old but it's still appealing. Binasa na nya ito and for the first time, she saw that type of book, It's like a drawing with text as her first impression just like the children's book.

Neither less, tungkol ito sa isang babaeng commoner, that fell inlove sa isang Royalty in disguised. The commoner was one of the thousands mere people in the area. But then there Kingdom was attacked, and it was now in the hands of the crowned Prince of the Azzelea Kingdom. The commoner was one of the many people who loses there most of their belongings and loved ones. Nakita syang palaboy laboy after war the slave trader came across her and captured her-  imprisoned her until someone will bought her,  As the Crowned Prince stumble upoon sa lugar ng mga slaves, he was disheartend and was a little angry giving a fierce look to the Slave trader who owns the Slave. Not only that, the slaves have admired how the Crowned Prince acknowlege them, even what kind of status you have in life, and soon left the area. The young female Commoner soon find a way as he meet the Crowned Prince once again, and at the end facing many hardships in different circumstances. they eventually fell in love together, and I actually didn't know what happen  in the ending, halos lahat kasi ng mga pages sa last part nito were torn apart or gibbeish na di mo maintindihan, there's a lot happening in the end but I was sure the last page was the scence of the Crowned Prince and the commoner kissed, I wonder how it actually turn out.. bago pa man nangyari ang ending nato.


After that, kina-hiligan ko na tuloy magbasa at bumuli ng mga ganong libro sa bookstore, Nagandahan ako kung pano nila pinakita ang mga "scence" and "characters" and into some point na it becames realistic and changes into a new world, parang mas lalo mong mas-naiintindihan at mas-close up ka pa sa kanila. I know na writtien books can also take you there in to far heights, para sakin kaya karin dalin ng mga gantong libro sa taas.

Pag-alala ng nakaraan na-alala ko pa kung pano ako na fall in love sa crowned prince, minsan childish- seryoso,mabait at kagalang-galang, yung tipong hanggang panaginip mo lang sya nakikita at sa libro na babasa.. Sometimes iniisip ko nalang na nag switch roles kami ng bida at ako ang kasama ng prinsipe, how charming right? Alam mo yung tulad ng feeling na hanggang tingin ka nalang kay crush tapos hanggang tingin ka na rin na makita mo sya ma fall sa iba? Sakto sa puso.. Hanggang ngayon binabalik-balikan ko parin basahin ang comic book nayon, kahit may old copy naman ako nang novel na iyon, na sanay na akong unahin munang basahin ang comic book/ or manga actually... lagi nalang ako na lo-love struck.. 


Ikaw ba? what if ma suck in ka sa loob ng libro? would you be happy, suprised, sad- ano ba kaya ang mararamdaman mo sa kalagayang iyon..

I always fantasize na what if I fall inlove and met my beloved? But him as a Fictional Character is such a bazarre Fantasy.

Dianne was always intrigued to a comic book/manga that her father made back then as she find that mysterious book out of curiosity in his father's bookshelf.
As Dianne read the book she was intrigued and come into the liking of manga and comics. 

Remembering back of the old days, where she remember the book her father made him that never cross off her mind was the man of her dreams, Lalaking nagpatibok ng kangyang puso sa relasyong hindi naman magkakatotoo.

Pero one day , she wakes up in a seemingly different world, from what she saw' was not that ordinary... no high-tech stuff, cars, or to be exact hindi na ito ang modern world na kinabibilangan ni Dianne.

It's a world that she always dreamed off back then that it comes to reality! Yes, the world of his beloved Fictional Character, shocking at the first look, but how would she react in this new world she sucked into?

Would she find the love of her Fictional lover and have a new life in the new world, or try to find a way to go back to his reality by exploring to the unkown and mischiefs of the new world?

Halina't tunghayan natin ang kwento ni Dianne na- na-fall sa isang Fictional Character at ma-expirience ang makabagong pamumuhay ng ating bida sa kwentong "Fictionally Yours".

Who would thought that getting so much money in so little time was gonna be so fucking tiring? Next time I should put a clause over there to have a maximum set of money. But that would not work because that would destroy my god impostor disguised that I really liked. Since when a god cared about the money being asked right? Shit. Well, I would think a solution on the way. If the deal was too absurd I could simply cancel the <Life Dealer World> before signing it and make the client forget and search for a less demanding client.

I woke up in the morning. Dressed with the same cloths as yesterday. But since I'm on a 5-star casino, is like you live in your own little world. You have anything you would ever want, to make you stay longer and spend more money. Gyms, barbershops, spa, coffeehouse, and even a small mall. I went to the said mall and bought 5 pairs of good looking clothes and a thick black hoodie and a pair a cheap black sunglasses. Of course, I bought a travel bag to carry all of this to my room. I spent almost $800 dollars on this. Shit, I'm almost at my limit of the budget. I can't get lower of $10.000 to join the second floor. I currently had $10.140, yes I counted all on my bedroom and rolled on the bed with money like in the movies and had to gather them again. But...WORTH IT! 

Luckily if I join the second floor they have a free buffet bar. YAY! Free food 4 life son!

But before all that I left the $10.000 in the safe of my room, yes I know the cleaning staff has a master key to all of this safes but I couldn't carry $10k to the place I was going.

Yes, you guessed right. I was going back to get my driver license back! And not from the government again! I already past that stupid test! I mean for that stupid pawn shop.

I arrived at the shop and asked for my license back, they smiled and made me pay $60 dollars and gave them to me and polite bide me out of the store.

Well, that was anticlimactic. I was prepared to go on a full head-on verbal and curse war to only receive professionalism. Jesus fuck, maybe my luck was acting again. I remember when I was a teen I pawned my favorite comic book for $15 to go to the movies with my bros and kept my lunch money for a week eating only cafeteria free bread to exchange for the comic book without my parents noticing it. The perfect crime.

The problem was that the comic book was pretty rare and I got scammed pretty bad. They asked me the retail value of the comic book, not the amount of I pawned it from. Since It was mine but I was a minor we were both at wrong but they have the upper ground. 

So I grinded my teeth and begged my parents. After a huge beat up they bought my comic book at the inflated price while remaining me to stay away from those places.

Oh, sweet summer beating memories. Wonder where that bastard father is up now? Maybe enjoying his parent free responsibilities on the Caribbean sea making that fake pirate accent that he used to make.

I returned to my temporal home, the mighty Pegasus Casino. I went to my room, counted the money, checking that it was all there and thanking the cleaning ladies didn't even bother to check the safety of the cheapest safe of the casino. I was feeling pretty lucky already and went on my way to my free lunch. I mean my free money. I mean my fierce competition yet!

I arrived with my black-hood and cheap sunglasses and looked like one of the other guys. Yes! Nailed it! I was going to go to the table when a security guy stopped me and derived me to the nearest cash chip stations. Oh silly me, they don't handle real money on the table, this was not a dramatic TV show! So after I exchanged $10.000 dollars worth of chip to a slutty cashier giving me wicks per word I said, I rushed to the free buffet while holding my bag of chips.

Sure it doesn't look good to see a guy carrying $10k of chips refilling 3 times his plate. But in my defense, I didn't had dinner last night, didn't had breakfast and didn't have lunch. So...that makes 3, totally making sense to eat I kept nodding to myself, praising me for being so intelligent. Maybe I would even gain one Int stat thinking like this?

I was joking checking my [Stats] while I said that. But my intelligence did actually go up! Obviously not for that terrible excuse to eat 3 free plates of food... I mean a genius idea! Anyhow this is a good discovery. Yesterday I spent almost 12 hours of hard use of my brain to try to beat my opponents. Maybe that's why the intelligent rose. 

If this doesn't have a limit and I gain sufficient years I could possibly be the smartest guy on Earth!

No, this system can't be that broken. From the golden coin quest, it seems that I'm currently LV1 so it most possible means that I have a cap of growing stats per level. Like 5 or 10 per level. That would be the correct assumption.

Quickly checking if I gained a stat for that hypothesis I became frustrated when It didn't.

They day after The Colonel's Convoy settled into the university. A blizzard of an unworldly making set in. Gathered on the main floor, Bayek addressed the convoy once more before taking on his scientific endeavors for the winter. "We made it, Ladies and gentlemen, we made it. This will be the first winters of many. All of us here are mostly military, other civilians before this all started. With that being said. I want everyone to get with Emma, April, and Miranda. Tell them your job, any skills you feel will be beneficial to this company. From their duties will be assigned. 

You can eat, drink, and kickback all you want. But you will carry your weight. All children of school age will continue their schooling. At least things that will need to be learned in order to keep us going. They will spend each day of the week except weekends, learning about the different jobs assigned around the company.  "

Bayek took a long breath and looked over the company observing their reactions. Everyone seemed intent on pulling their weight. And showed expressions of conviction. Nodding his in approval Bayek continued 

"Evolved people will spend this winter with me on the top floor, for research. After jobs are assigned, we will start forming teams and then everyone will be subject to more physical training.  PT or die. But I won't be the one to kill you, those walkers outside will. Finally. Every Monday will be posting task on the board in the main hall. It will have things that the company needs, and things that are needed to prepare for departure in spring, today is now November 13, 2010. So, relax, do your jobs and enjoy your stay at the University resort" 

Finished with his address the building echoed with shouts "Kill! Rah!" civilians gave a round of applause with smiles on their faces. They could be in worse situations. But the Colonel made sure they had shelter before they froze to death. It was the third time head saved their necks and the people appreciated it.

The company began forming to lines. One for military personal and another full of civilians, to report their occupations and skills. Bayek and April took a walk through the building. It had three floors all together. The first floor consisted of 6 lecture halls and 4 small classrooms; the first floor was also attached to a Starbucks. The second floor had a common area, 6 laboratories and 2 chemical and equipment lockups, along with the staff offices.  It was an identical set up on the third floor as it was on the second. More than enough supplies for Bayek to conduct research. 

During their stroll, April and Bayek talked about their food supply, Medicine, ammunition, clothes, and more.  They decided to wait until the blizzard killed over and to ration supplies for the time being. Looking at a map of the surrounding area. 
"So how do you want to handle this?" April asked him




"I'm going to leave it up to you, just make sure you check that Starbucks for coffee. I 'll call for you when I'm ready for the evolved. Make sure that the power is directed towards the heater and light out at 9 to save fuel. You got this?" Bayek asked

"Of course, you just find a way to kill those things."


The winter went buy in relative peace, Teams went out and gathered supplies from the surrounding are to prepare for war season. Most of the walkers were frozen stiff during the winter. And the world had shown another face. The harshest winter anyone had experienced was upon them. It was like the Siberian tundra outside , But the company soldiered on. 

Archery and hand to hand combat was taught to everyone. Civilians had to become fighters. And the kids were taught to load magazine, engineering, first aid, and other things that were crucial to the survival of the entire company. With a routine in place, everyone started to feel a lot more comfortable in the university.

Bayek him self like the change, the company was turning into 100 percent fighting force. And the best part was that the more they trained the more their bodily limits increased making it hard to achieve evolution, but when they did, it would produce phenomenal results.

Bayek spent his days in the lab, Reading and studying. Testing the evolved and normal humans. With the body of a variant and the cocoon of an evolved. Bayek pretty much had all he need for his initial research. Days turned to weeks and weeks to months. Bayek spent his time shut in the lab. He had come to the conclusion that the suppressed DNA activated after the sudden increase of environmental pressure. It was like, evolution on steroids. The next question was how to induce the DNA activation without the need to fight a horde.

In mid-March, Bayek had saw a school student reading a comic book. It was none other than captain America Volume 5. Bayek laughed to himself. In his past life, Marvel had made a Captain America movie. Steve Rodgers was a slim and sickly man in the beginning. That is until he was injected with a serum and but in some type of incubator. In that moment, Bayek had came up with the craziest fucking Idea of the century. 

Snatching the comic book from the kid's hands, Bayek went straight to Starbucks. It had been turned into a kitchen for the company. The team leaders always ate last and liked to conduct their morning meetings while they ate

Rushing through the door. Bayek slapped the comic book on the table. "If I didn't know you in Atlanta, get out." Bayek ordered in a stern commanding voice. When the room was finally cleared of untrusted personnel Bayek looked at everyone with a childish grin

"When you have nothing to lose, risk it all" They group looked at each other a little confused. "Remember the memo I sent to you about the confirmed trigger that causes onset evolution?" 

April nodded her head "well, the next question I asked my self was how to  trigger an evolution, without the need of a horde. I was completely stuck. Until I saw a kid reading Captain America…"
The group was stuck for a while, it seemed that not a lot of them were comic book fans. But in the Nadia was slacked jawed "No way?!" The group turned to look at her.

"What are you doing her, I didn't know you in Atlanta" Seiichi spoke
"Leave em alone Bayek, they're Cesar's family and they've been a big help this winter" April intervened

"Oh well. By sound of your little outburst. You know what I'm thinking. Care to share with the Group?" Bayek asked with an amused smile

"The point is, Captain America wasn't always Captain America. He was an average joe like the rest of us, until he was injected by an experimental Serum."

In that moment, it dawned on them. Bayek was finally going full Dred Doctor.
"That's the craziest fucking Idea, I've ever heard. We can't inject people with magic serums" Em was the first to voice her disagreement

"The Serum will induce pain. Extreme pain. The Incubator is the difficult part" Bayek went on to explain his entire plan with everyone. From the purpose of the serum, the construction and purpose of the incubator. And what he hoped to accomplish if everything went right.

"We need to risk it all. By this time next year, who knows how many variant will be hunting humans. And what if that variant, evolves.  Our only choice is to get stronger. Guns can put them down. But we can't shoot what we can't see. And when those bullets are all gone, then what?" Bayek said his closing argument and watched the changing expressions of the group.

That meeting, in a run-down Starbucks, would change the course of humanity in ways that Bayek would have never imagined. Marking the era of a battle against an enemy far beyond any of their comprehension. The meeting will become known as the first gathering of the Genesis Council.



In the following days. The company spent their time hunting down parts to build the incubator.  While Bayek meditated and cultivated his Qi. One night in the middle of deep meditation. Bayek had saw images of the Goddess Hecate in his mind's eyes. She said no words and only sent him pictures. These pictures were messages left in him, when Hecate had given Bayek his last gift, for the mistake of dropping him in The Walking Dead world.

When Bayek opened his eyes. The layer of impurities flaked off of his body and his eyes shined with a profound light
"So that's how it is."

The message was stopped after that. It was the stages of cultivation that Bayek could ascend. According to his personally examination. He was nearing the peak of body condition.
