Her skin was flawless just like a piece of jade. Her body had also turned out very well. She also maintained it by going to the gym and working out at home. 
As for her team, they were at her new apartment in California itself. She was all alone in Japan. That's what she thought. Her mother never called her. She would just call her once a month, probably to tell her that she was still alive. 

She had only one friend in college called Mimi. She was the only one she would talk to. Kate had become an introvert. She barely spoke. Most of the times, she would listen to Mimi speaking for hours. For Mimi never minded it. She had gotten used to Kate and her habits. She liked Kate as she was simple and quite straightforward and not like other bitches and gossip monger's. 

In the college Kate used to sleep the entire day. The college demanded mandatory attendance, so she had to attend it. At night she would perfect the codes in a program she and her team were developing. She would also do part time jobs at several places to hide the actual source of money in her account. Her main source was - the black market. On weekends, she would go to have lunch with Mimi. 
Mimi knew Kate was busy and hence aloof but she also felt quite bad for her. She had no one in her life. Her house also looked as if no one lived there. Only the bare minimum's like a refrigerator, a washing machine, a dish washer, some cutlery and other basic kitchen things were present.The only thing that kept that place alive was Moon - Kate's cat. The one thing that surprised Mimi the most when she came to Kate's house for the first time was the number of books she had. She had a hall full of books. She had converted it to a library. There were books of every genre... except romance. When Susie asked Kate the reason, she simply said she didn't believe in love.
Kate had changed a lot after Susie's death. No one had ever seen her crying, even in the toughest of situations. She had kept her promise to Susie. She wanted to focus on completing her and Susie's dreams. And she would do anything to achieve them.

Kate Brooke, now 21, having an IQ Of 165 and the youngest woman to be the CEO in her country.

Darby's dad (Sark) "She's just worried another bird is leaving the nest, first your two brothers and now you. Few more years and our only girl will be following suit. So far away 'sigh'" Darby and Sark laugh as Mary playfully hits Sark's shoulder. Darby yells "Is little Marcy (his younger sister) still on her tablet ignoring her older brother as he goes off to college?!" Marcy replies quickly "You're only going to be around an hour away anyway as you get your bachelor's so you'll come home alot anyway ... gosh not like your gonna miss moms Pho because of school!" They have a nice family group hug, and Darb gets in his car and sets off towards this new life awaiting him. 

Around an hour later he turns off the highway and sees his campus in the distance. Lots of people roaming around and even more cars. Darby's thoughts "Ugh ... parking may be OH RIGHT THERE!" Darby quickly swerves into a parking space and collects himself. Internal thoughts "You got this man, you GOT THIS none of your friends came to college with you, but I can make new friends and have a grand college experience. I only need one year for my bachelor's anyway then I can transfer to State or Birch to be with my best buds!" Darby gets out of his car and heads towards his dorm building. Inside are two fold-out tables with R.As at them helping people fill out forms and handing out dorm keys. R.A 1 "Hello! and Welcome to Borks! Here are a few forms that you should read over and sign." Darby like most justs signs the papers without reading them. R.A 2 " Thank you! I'll take those papers." The R.A checks the papers then hands Darby a set of keys. Darby walks down a hall towards room 104. He opens the door and finds a room with 3 doors on his left, a bed directly to his right and one exactly like it against the opposite wall with desks between them and a sink embedded into the wall. Darby "Guess my roommate isn't here yet, so I get to claim stuff first!" He sets down his bag on the bed near the window by the sink and goes out to his car for the rest of his stuff. It took him 5 trips to get his belongings in but in the middle of his 3rd trip he ignored a phone call and only looked at it after he was done putting everything up/away. Mary bombarded him "Why didn't you pick up earlier?! Are you okay?! Did you get in a car acc-" Darby "Mom, Ma I'm fine. I'm sorry I forgot to call you when I got here but I wanted to make sure I put everything away first." Mary "Okay, so are you all moved in? Yes, then send me some pictures! Ooh it looks much nicer than when your brother was going there." Darby "Yeah, that's because he was stuck in the sports dorms for that tennis scholarship he got. Well ma, I love you but I gotta go get my books, parking permits, and see where my classes are I'll see you on the weekend."

Darby's inner thoughts "soo many people .. aaaahhh. No you got this let's just get stuff done." He follows signs and some of the crowd towards the student center building and sees multiple lines. He gets his parking permit and books and heads back to his dorms. The door is wide open and he sees a behemoth of a math in the doorway. Darby "Ke.. Kevin! Yo wassup man I didnt know you were going to Bork!" Kevin "Oh hey wassup man!" They fistbump.

The morning sun shined on Qingzhou Academy, giving the historic academy a golden glow. Outside the academy, a crowd began forming again. There were even more people today than there had been yesterday.
The Fall Quarter Examination was separated into two sections; one day for the written test, and the next day for the debate.
The written test examined the students' knowledge learned over the past year, while the debate tested their talents and planes. There would also be combat to evaluate their cultivation status. Although knowledge was essential for cultivators, power would be the primary texting criteria. Therefore, people considered the debate more crucial than the written test.
Boom, Boom… The ground outside the academy suddenly began to shake as a group of knights began approaching.

"That's our champion of the written test. His taste is so distinguished." Some began to laugh with Ling Xiao. Students in both the College of Martial Arts and the College of Sorcery all sneered when they heard the names of these books. It would be impossible for Ye Futian to learn such profound material. What a fool!

Well, let's start from the beginning then.
My name is Thomas moore, I'm 23 years old. Although I'm this old, I'm still studying in college, it's not my fault, as I study medicine, and studying medicine takes time. 
In my country, which is a poor country like myself, studying medicine takes about 7 years, of which 3 years normal study, and other 3 years clinical study, and the last year is the internship year, where we go to hospitals and train to be the future doctors.
Looking back to my past, I didn't excel at anything except studying, no sports achievements, no hobbies, no talents… no wait, there is one, which is the ability to notice every single little detail in front of me.
