I'm re-writing the story with much better plot. I'm sorry for the reader who want to read this novel now. I realised that I need to improve my writing quality first before publishing it. Thank you for your understanding.

Royalty, Action, Mythical Creatures, End of the World. This is work in progress that I'm almost positive with hook, line, and sinker any reader that begins it. This is my first book and I'm hoping to turn this into book 1 of 5.

A young prince who is sheltered his entire life must bear the fate of the human race. Growing up, he only knew training and studying. His bloodline allowed for improved abilities compared to others, so this was easy. But now that hell on Earth breaks loose, how will he restore balance and not give into his own temptations?

After making love with each other, we fall asleep. 4 hours later, we wake up, my girls find out that their belly is bulging, all is my fault haha, I kiss them and continue to have sex with them and telling them they are sexy..., 

 OK this, this is not funny, haha I smile 

As Junias come to me with a big stomach, she complains that I am cheating on her and I find out that Junias just almost going to give birth and I am going to be a father. I just hug her and kiss her to join the team.

After 3 hours of non-stop sex and pleasure, I unknowing start to have the interest of drinking their milk, it is kinda of fun on licking and sucking their breast. Out of the sudden, Junias waterbag broke down, I panic that I don't know what to do, so I pray to god that Junias will be alright, then the 4 ladies have the same condition with Junias. I really am shocked and stunned at the moment. Junias and rest told me to go outside as they do the rest. I go outside the mating room. I relax for a while and start to pray even though I am not a religious person. 

The door open, and they come to me with each person with a baby on their arms. They manage to give birth, I just simplify the list on the following:

Tiera give birth to a girl 
Wanda give birth to a girl

The girls...no, I should call my wives, I hug all of them to feel each other warm and kiss them.



Junias's view

Junias could only helplessly look at her boyfriend/husband and fall for him even more. Lordol was hopeless in love and no good despite having no leadership and overpowering qualities even so he began to look more handsome in her eyes. She hated to admit it but they were definitely into the guy like Lordol who has recused her from the zombies by providing the safe zone.

MC so-called dated them actually is just having sex with them, then make them give birth to babies. If it is normal girls, they confirm cant take the stress of that type of playboy, it is even stranger that he called them toys once after she got the ticket to the inn for no reason.

Look how happy lordol is when he sees that he is going to be a daddy, they together feel happy as the babies are bond between them and lordol, even though she has to share it with 4 women. She prays to the god that no one will get into the way of her love.



After a lot of kissing and affections, we go back to the temple for the blessing on our babies then food court to have a dinner. I understand it takes a lot of resources to produce a baby so to reward my wives I specially order a feast for 90 coins as they are very hungry after giving birth. 
Of course that the blessing works as I could see some women have something bulging of their stomach, they are pretty through but not as beautiful as my wives. After eating dinner and my wives finish breastfeeding their babies, finally, we manage to be back to our room.

To the rest of my wives other than Junias, they have given sleeping on the floor, now they have to sleep on at least the bed. At least the bed is softer than the hard floor. Today I tell my wives that we stop having sex for tonight and explore on the rewards. My wives sigh as they think I am too eager to open the boxes or packs like a big baby.

After a few minutes to get things settled down, it sounds like I am the one eager to open the packs, well I spilt them up to see what those items that could give our child an edge in this world.

Baby raising pack contains 20 packs of milk powder, 5 sets of diapers and baby milk bottle

Basic repair sets contain a set of equipment which is a hammer and anvil, a sewing kit and 10 pieces of sandpaper 

Basic weapon is a tier that crappier than starter weapon that comes with 1-2 damage with no effect which is nearly the same stats as knives that obtained that is not either loot drop or items for sale. 

Skill improve the book is one item that enables the reader to improve his or her skill which is 100% for the common grade, 70% for the lower to middle uncommon grade, 60% for the upper uncommon grade and 30% for the lower rare grade.



Therefore it is interesting to unbox the packs as this is my first time see a pack that can squeeze in 20 packs of milk powder in a box which also includes a milk bottle and a few diapers. Basic repair sets are really for people who want to repair their equipment without the vending machine. It makes sense that not everyone has a vending machine safe zone, as safe zone are expensive. The rest of the items are self-explanatory. 

After looking at the baby raising pack, it makes me wonder what do the normal birth speed compare to the time before the update. I calculate how many time faster than normal birth rate do the human achieved this time around. 9 months is 9 x 30 days which is 270 days, 270 days of labour can be achieved by 10 days, that is 27 times of speed. I improve it through the blessing of my god to 6 days which is 45x of the normal speed but 4 to 6 hours to make a newborn baby looks to me, it is just not really possible at counting the slowest speed of 6 hours. As it is way too fast at the speed, for a normal woman to make the baby from start to end. As it is 1080 times the normal speed of a normal human birth rate. Maybe raise the child for around 8.1 days to be one year old. But it is really expensive on the food required to do that. I tell my wives that it is possible that our safe zone has one of the fastest birth rates ever. It does not see to surprise them when I say it to them.

Meanwhile, they are talking to themselves while breastfeeding the babies, I can't seem to break into their chat, so I begin to think what to give them as a gift. After an hour of thinking, I really have no idea on what to give them and they are happy chit-chatting. 

I look at my inventory, the most items I have is zombies loot drops, why not use them to fuse with the pack which make boost its effectiveness. Since I have 5 set of it, so I try a few combinations of it which of the following:

Baby raising pack + Basic weapon = Baby food pack (contains 10 packs of milk powder extra, 3 diapers, a enlarge milk bottle (from 100ml to 200ml)

Baby food pack + baby food pack = Baby food pack (extra) (contains 15 packs of milk powder extra boosted (10% chance of getting 1 random stat when consumed by a baby), 5 padded diapers which increase a point of defence, a enlarge milk bottle (200ml to 250ml)

Basic weapon + Skill improve the book  = Weapon improve book which is the same as skill improve book but if it is used on a weapon skill, increase another 20% chance of success

Basic repair sets + Basic weapon = Basic weapon repair sets which increase 10% chance of success on repairing a weapon

Basic repair sets + Basic repair sets = Repair sets which increase 10% chance of success on repairing any item

Repair sets + Basic weapon  = Weapon repair sets increase 15% chance of success on repairing any weapons and 5% on any items

Weapon repair sets + Baby food pack = Can not be fused

2 x Basic repair sets + 5x zombie skin and fangs or Repair set + 5x zombie skin and fangs = Zombie Repair set which only can repair zombie theme equipment and 5% chance of having a minor alt of stats

Well for the first time, there is such thing as it cannot be fused. I refuse to fuse zombie items with the food to prevent mistaking feeding my babies with them. 

I approached my wives and give them 1/5 of the Baby food pack and Baby food pack (extra) and leave the 2 bottles to them as the backup and decide that the next day. We will go to the newly opened training room for some sparing and skills learning. As for babies are useless in fighting plus zombies can target them easily, having them to watch and sparing may make them develop the interest to learn more skills in combat, which means more options to choose from when facing the enemies. Therefore increase the chance of survival.

One fine day, lordol have a dream on preregistered of the certain event, on the next day, he suddenly noticed that his world took a drastic change.

From its earlier peacefulness, he found himself in a world that seemed a dungeon with no escape, where everyone seeks for a safe zone, either by paying, stealing, or building one by using hunt materials earned through their fight for survival.

Xiaxia rushed to take a bath and make her burning cheek subside. She quickly fixed herself and got dressed with the parcel that was deliver in her door.


When she checked herself on the ceiling to floor mirror in the walk-in closet, she was amazed how she looked like a highschooler from an aged doctor.

It was a white A-line long sleeve dress with golden embroideries of vines and flowers at its skirt. Those embroideries were golden and shining under the light. It produces a cute elegant vibe especially when it was partnered with the ballet-like flats with golden embroderies of the same style.

She applied light make up for her not to look pale and just a spray of perfume. Her long black hair flowed at her back which is tied into a half bun.

When she got out of her room, what surprised her is the sea of golden daffodils from the staircase down to the wide lounge 

In the middle of it is the back of the most familiar built she hasn't seen for the past days. The emptiness inside was suddenly filled with something so warm.

"Brother Shan..."

He turned around and what greeted her is a warm smile on his lips. He is just wearing a white shirt topped with diamond shaped golden stripes. His usually neat combed hair is now messy. He looked so dashing yet mischeivous in this look.

"Let's go." He said and held her hand, leading her to the car waiting outside.

They had a simple breakfast at a resto nearby and after that they went to a carnival which has been a two hour drive from the resto.

It was a bright sunny day and it was not that populated since it's still on weekdays. They ride all types of rides, from the cutest to the most extreme, screaming out their lungs and laughing til they can't breath. They did every single thing that they dreamed on doing since they were young. What a great holiday!

When the sun is about to set, they headed in the Merman's Palace where Mo Zhaoshan owns a villa, the one they used before.

They sat at the same sand where Mo Zhaoshan confessed who he is as they watched how the sun sets over the horizon.

They were enjoying a bottle of 'Mermaid's Bubbles' which is delicacy of the Merman's Palace. It is said to be a drink that came from the sweat of mermaids, collected and fermented for decades.

They sat there quietly as smiles hung on their lips. The wind started to chill and the tide is rising bit by bit.

Mo Zhaoshan unfolded a bandana and covered it on Xiaxia's shoulders.

"Thank you." 

Mo Zhaoshan smiled and nodded lightly.

After being silent for a while, there is a sudden fluctuation of the air from joyous to somehow a melancholic vibes. Xiaxia heard how Mo Zhaoshan breathed deeply and sighed heavily.

"Little Xia..." he said.

"Hmm?" She raised her brows and looked at the side profile of the god. He swirled his wine glass and weakly turned his head towards her.

"Tell me..."

"...what do you think...about us?"

Lub...dub...lub...dub..

Her heart slowed down by million times and her ears seems to be deaf by that sudden wave.

"U-us?" She asked.

"Mmm..." he gently nodded while still looking at her with his deep emerald eyes.

Her heart begins to tremble. What does he mean by us? Is it because Mo Li Hua doesn't want me to be near big brother?

However, there is a pich of ache deep within her soul that can't be explained. A feeling of suppressed agony, confusion and fear. She don't want to lose him as her bestfriend, but they're bound to drift away when her big brother marries the mistress and take over the two independent houses.

She sighed and turned her eyes into the horizon as the sun is setting slowly.

"Us? We're like a reader and a new chapter of the book."

"I'm the reader who knows you're the next page. Some would be excited to turn the page and see how the story develops. But I'm the other kind of reader. I'm still hooked with the past chapters, where I'm deeply hurt of what happened...and I'm afraid that if I read you, I'll get hurt even more, so I decided to close the book for now..."

They moved to the front of the library. Juliza stopped them both, "This is our library. The one in the Emperor's city is much, much bigger, but we do have a decent stock of information…If I do say so myself. Now you have three chances make the most of it."
"My first objective would be to learn the runes…all of it."
"You do know there are about thirty-five thousand runes in existence and that it changes every year. Sorry, there is a book that covers all that but I am not going to allow you to read it."
"Why not?"
"It would take weeks."
He flipped out his monocle, "Not with this bad boy."
"A monocle? What is that going to do?"
"Give me the encyclopedia of the runes and I will show you."
She scoffed at it but went to where it was. It was a massive book. She struggled with it a bit and placed it on a table, "People don't read the full encyclopedia. There are better books to learn that divided it into manageable pieces."
Annixon opened the hardcover and suddenly the pages started turning themselves rapidly.
Juliza raised an eyebrow, "An advanced reader? How rare, pity those things don't let you memorize all too well."
After ten minutes he was done with the massive book. He scratched his beard for a second, "Interesting, I think I might have something. I just need to confirm it. My next request in on the fundamentals of magic and flow arts."
"Easy enough."
The walked a few rows over and come across a row of books that were significantly smaller than the rest. She shuffles a bit then produced a book. She gave it to Annixon.
This time Annixon finished in two minutes rather than ten, "Interesting, that confirms it."

"What confirms what?"
"The secret of magic. People really do think on the wrong lines. I really am starting to wonder if it is possible for any person to wield every type of magic."
There was a moment of silence between the two, as Juliza finally spoke up, "Okay, I'll bite. What? You figured out magic to the point where you think every person can use every element?"
"Perhaps I am stretching it a bit, but I still think it's possible. While a person's affinity for an element will play a factor in how quickly he can learn a said art, I think it's still well within the realm of possibility."
"Okay, this I gotta hear. Okay, so what is this so-called secret?"
"Think of it in terms doors or a simple yes, no argument, or as my people would call it the I-O function on computers."
"Computers what is that/"
"Irrelevant, for now. So I will use a door as an example. Simply put, is the door open or is it closed? This I believe is the secret to magic, and the symbols that appear on the tool or person define what the spell can do in the form of a series of arguments. Let me explain in more laments terms. You walk to a door, but you can't open it, so you will go to another one and see if you can open the one. Each door sets up a condition of sorts. A tool acts as the catalyst and depending on the series of doors that were opened it produces a different effect. Truth be told somebody would have figured it out somewhere along the line, maybe someone even has figured it out. I am just saying what I know."
Juliza looked at him in utter bewilderment. It made such simple sense, but how on earth did a simple man just figure it out from reading two books? Is this man a god or something?
Annixon answered as if he was reading her mind, "Before you think I am someone special, I am not. I just used a bit of knowledge and logic to figure it out. That simple."
"That simple he says. It's clear that no everyone has your train of thought."

Annixon waved it off, "Semantics. Okay, so my next request will be on storage items for magic."
 She found the one-eighty a bit strange but still complied. She eventually found the book and gave it to him. Same thing, it was a small book and he scanned through it in record time. He rubbed his chin and pondered, "So, where can I find magite. Who would sell this kind of thing? From what I can figure out is I need a rather large piece to boot?"
Juliza suddenly got excited, "Ah, wait I can help you with that!"
He turned to face her, "Really now. I need a rather large piece to store lightning in it."
"Yes, I can offer it to you in exchange."
Annixon got defensively cautious, "How much or what is it you want?"
"I want you to teach me. Your mind is remarkable. You think differently from most people I ever met. Heck, you make us look stupid."
The idea of teaching her wasn't a bad idea. She could become a future teacher. He is planning to implement a school system based on the technology and wisdom from his world, "Yeah okay. I really don't have a problem with that. In fact, I think that is a great idea. Usually, I wouldn't want something for it, but I really need a solidly large piece of Magite."
She started getting all giddy. She was excited about this opportunity.
Annixon raised an eyebrow, "So, what are you waiting for. Go get your things we are leaving right now."
"Oh, right now? Okay! Just give me a little bit of time then I will join you outside."
He nodded and left.
The scholar at the door saw him and replied, "Good riddance for filth."
He went to the table the scholar was sitting at and bowed so his face was merely a minute distance from the scholar's face, smiled and said, "In due time I will make you eat those words."
He straightened himself and walked towards the door. The scholar could feel a sliver of sweat forming on his brow.

Weapons not related to magic. Think of Annixon as a cross between Sherlock Holmes, Iron Man and Sun Tzu in an old age.

Jiang Cheng's father, Jiang Dejun, was a very traditional man especially when it came to his work. He always considered himself a traditional scholar and held himself to old traditional ideas. 

So when Jiang Cheng applied to Shanghai Drama Academy, although Jiang Dejun eventually nodded his agreement, he still held some reservations.

Jiang Dejun had always wanted Jiang Cheng to inherit his so-called traditional culture and ideas, so he always wanted him to become something along the lines of a literary major or a history major, he didn't expect Jiang Cheng to choose the performing arts.

He had always held a biased opinion against actors and the entertainment industry and though acting was considered part of the arts he viewed it as something of lower rank. 

In the past, Jiang Cheng always wanted to prove to his father that even if he became an actor in the future, he wouldn't forget the culture, traditions, and ideas inherited from Chinese civilization and would instead strive to promote them.

The old Jiang Cheng thought of writing a book. He thought if he could write a book that could gain Jiang Dejun's admiration and respect, he would have no objections.

It was a pity that although he was very smart and held outstanding academic achievements since childhood, engaging in book publishing and editing work since childhood, his fondness of literature and writing alone wasn't enough when it actually came down to it.

Writing a book was very difficult.

After all, writing one wasn't just writing whatever came to mind but the long-term accumulation of skill and writing material.

Therefore, although the original Jiang Cheng always held such an idea it unfortunately never came to fruition.

But there was no such problem now. Jiang Cheng had a lifetime of memories and experiences. Not to mention Jiang Cheng himself was a screenwriter, a master of storytelling. In his memories there were a huge number of best-selling books, more than a decade's worth. 

However, considering his current age and identity, Jiang Cheng decided to plagiarize the future historical book: 'Stories About The Ming Dynasty' that would become popular in the south and the north.

In the past, when it came to history, the first thing people thought of was the rigid records of history textbooks. Rarely did anyone except those studying the subject deliberately consult those history books. It was because the books were truly unsightly!

Except for those without much choice or the truly enthusiastic no one else would be willing to troll through thick chunks of information filled with nothing but facts and dates. 

But the emergence of "Stories About The Ming Dynasty" had broken those previous conventions, letting people realize for the first time that history could be written like this.

Although it delivered the same information, the writing method used by the author was different. It was a kind of fresh brushwork full of vitality, the characters seemed like they were all about to jump out of the book.

With his pen, the historical figures were no longer rigid names you had to memorize for an exam but real people. As the Ming Dynasty experienced its ups and downs, you couldn't stop reading. 

True to the opening words of the book: [History should be fun to read]. The author did his best to make learning about the Ming Dynasty enjoyable.

As a screenwriter, Jiang Cheng knew that the success of a good book was one that allowed the reader to have a strong sense of substitution when reading it. If there was a sense of substitution, the reader would unconsciously fall into the world of the book and would read on not wanting to stop; on the contrary, if there was no sense of substitution, the reader would just place the book down and move on.

Undoubtedly, the previous rigid history books wouldn't give anyone a sense of substitution. 

Especially now so, as technology developed and people became less and less interested in researching the past and reading ancient texts. With less and less need in real life, there were fewer and fewer people who studied history.

"Stories About The Ming Dynasty" was different. The author Mingyue used humorous language to narrate those historical events like they were telling a story. The historical characters were given humanity and character, this made them feel more like humans with flesh and blood, people that had actually lived once upon a time. 

The reader discovered over time that the emperors and princes in history too were ordinary people, they too had joys and sorrows, as well as worries and fears. As if passing through space and time, the reader felt a strong resonance and those historical figures and historical events seemed to be within reach.

This book successfully increased interest in history. Showing that history wasn't something only for professors but something that everyone could touch.

Therefore, writing this book could not only cope with Jiang Dejun's complaints, but also indirectly ignite his fame, killing two birds with one stone, especially since he was most in need of fame now, why not?

Getting excited as he thought of his plan, Jiang Cheng immediately acted.

First of all, he found lots of books about the Ming Dynasty. After all, it was a thing of his previous life. Jiang Cheng's memory of the book was only an approximation, he only remembered the language style, as well as the overarching plot. 

Moreover, Jiang Cheng didn't intend to copy Mingyue word for word, it would only be a loose frame, he wanted to write something that was his own.

Fortunately, his father had a plethora of history books if nothing else.

After selecting a couple of relevant ones, Jiang Cheng turned on the desktop again and opened up Word.

The first input was a huge title- [Stories About The Ming Dynasty]

Then the famous sentence under the title: [History should be fun to read] 

The title of the first chapter "Emperor Hongwu" followed and as the story of the legendary emperor Zhu Zhongba slowly unfolded, the book also began to take shape little by little....

Jiang Cheng a screenwriter is reincarnated to 2001, into the seventeen-year-old body of another Jiang Cheng. 

Clutching onto the dreams of his previous life he attempts to succeed where he previously failed. 

He starts from scratch, as a small-time screenwriter writing television shows and movie scripts.

Hong Dali said without hesitation, "I can't!"

On July 24, 2014, an ongoing fantasy novel on Feng Yun website, "Martial Spirit," had updated another chapter. After more than 10 hours, it stopped updating on July 25. Just as the readers were anxiously waiting for the next chapter, "Martial Spirit" updated a single chapter.
The title of the chapter was: "A fantasy dream abruptly stopped, author Luo Xue's sudden death." 
And its content only contained one sentence: "On July 25, 2014, author Luo Xue dies suddenly in front of the computer."
In the group chats for Feng Yun website authors—
Author One: "Have you all heard of it? An author on our website, Luo Xue, has suddenly died in front of the computer. So tragic!"
Author Two: "I've heard of it, sigh. Who would have thought that this person would die just like that? So fragile." 
Author Three: "Speaking of which, I have had some encounters with Luo Xue before. He's quite nice. "He's just an author. If he's dead, then let it be. His fees are not low." Ko Gohon casually placed the document aside. "He doesn't have many subscriptions. We'd previously offered him such a high fee because we'd taken his experience into account. He doesn't belong to our Jaban Empire, so it doesn't matter that he's dead. I don't plan to waste money on him again."
"Mm, a discarded chess piece." Shiroishi Kazuma nodded. "I can only express my condolences."
GM Liu of Feng Yun website stood in front of the two of them in trepidation as he carefully asked, "Then, may I know your opinions about this matter…"
"Deal with it subtly." Shiroishi Kazuma slowly said, "Cancel all the upcoming recommendations for his books. I believe that not long later, this matter will be forgotten by everyone. Remember, we want to earn profits from now on. Now that we've already invested a lot of capital, we can't go on like this."

"Martial Spirit," which was currently on the recommendation lists, had silently been replaced by another book. There was completely no news about this throughout the entire process, and it didn't attract anyone's attention.

A loyal reader of "Martial Spirit," as usual, wanted to read the book through the recommendation slot. Alas, he found that that book that was initially on the recommendation slot had been replaced by another book. This reader searched for it for a long while, and after confirming that it couldn't be found, he could only go to the bookshelf to read it—not all readers would update their books on the bookshelf. Evidently, this reader was one of them.
Then, very soon, he discovered that he couldn't find "Martial Spirit" on the bookshelf as well.
In the readers' group chat—
Reader: "Does anyone know what happened with 'Martial Spirit'? Why has it disappeared from the recommendation slot and it can't even be found in the bookshelf? What exactly happened to it?"
Reader One: "Martial Spirit? The author is already dead. It's quite a pity. I heard that he died all of a sudden at the keyboard due to over-exhaustion, sigh."
Reader Two: "Yes, what a pity. I was still planning to subscribe to his book to express my condolences, but now I can't even find it."
Reader: "What is the website doing? It isn't doing anything about it?"
Reader Three: "They should be playing the matter down. Probably, not long later, everyone will completely forget about it. There aren't many people reading it in the first place. It's just that their behavior is really cold, sigh…"

Author One: "Have you guys discovered? 'Martial Spirit' is gone, it can't be found anymore."

"The writer suddenly passed away?" Zhang Wenyang touched his chin. "This is truly tragic. Go and ask Young Master about it. He should have some ideas. Our Young Master is very kind, I believe he'll do something about it. Let's not intervene in this."
"OK."

Chenhui Building, ninth floor, Caiwei Entertainment.
"Oh? You're saying that an author has suddenly passed away? This is truly a sad thing." Hong Dali touched his chin. "Can you contact this author's family?"
The secretary shook his head and said, "Only Feng Yun website has his contact details. We can't contact them at the moment."
"Is that so…" Hong Dali thought for a while, then he took out his smartphone. "I'll go and ask!"
Very soon, the call had gotten through. Hong Dali asked, "Young Master Gohon, hello. Hehe. I want to ask whether you've got the contact number of that Luo Xue?"
"Oh? Young Master Dali, do you have any ideas about it?" Ko Gohon sniggered. "I do have the contact details."
"That's good. How about this, I'll buy all the copyrights of his book. State your price." Hong Dali said.
"Young Master Dali wants to buy the copyrights of his book?" Ko Gohon was elated. This prodigal Hong Dali had come to him on his own accord. Of course he had to seize this opportunity to get some money from him. Thus, he directly demanded an exorbitant price. "One million."
Alas, Hong Dali directly agreed without even thinking. "OK!"


"I have to squander; otherwise, won't it be a waste of my parent's talent at earning money?" Hong Dali answers a reporter's question matter-of-factly. 

Just after the interview ends, Hong Dali opens the Great Prodigal System's interface and looks at the various good stuff displayed in it. Stroking his chin, he mumbles to himself, "I just need to squander 200 billion yuan more to exchange for the blueprint of the core technology, Engine Destruction, found in the strongest humanoid mecha weapon, Neo Granzon. Looks like I'll have to work harder!"

Uhhh.... This won't be much of a chapter but this is where I set the ground rules and everything. It's not optional to read it but this is just me putting out a disclaimer about how I operate. 

First thing to know is that I'm still a student so I will have problems trying to consistently release chapters so uhhh I suggest that maybe you wait until I complete volume 1 before reading otherwise you'll probably beat your head against the wall in frustration.( hah haven't even started writing and already shamelessly saying that this will be a good novel) I'll aim for a release rate of 15 chapters per month but I'm not sure if that's gonna happen but I'll try 

Uh second thing to note is that anyone planning to write a book is free to borrow ideas from my novel if that helps. The reason why I have written this novel is cause of the amount of shitty novels floating around in this website so I aim to make this the best I can produce and if you are going to borrow my ideas you have at least try to make it a good novel I don't want my ideas to be used badly making them trash so if you gonna use my ideas make it a good novel if you're not going to use my ideas make it a good novel. To anyone wanting to write a novel I sincerely wish you luck and please don't make it premium. It sucks how all the good novels have to be paid for. 


Third is that I hope that the ones commenting will be respectful and blah blah blah. If you all are reading such novels I'm assuming you guys are mature. Don't turn the comments section into your personal battle ground. While you are welcome to criticise my work please don't go overboard. Suggestions on the story are also welcomed.

Last one I promise. This will be a list of promises I wish to keep and something I hope you reader will hold me accountable for. 

1. Never turn this book into a premium pay to read book. While early releases may be charged ,the basic rate of 15 chapters ( no promises but it will probably increase) per month will be free of charge 

2. Never give this book up. Even if turns out shitty I will never stop stop this book half way. If this book turns out to be bad give me suggestions on how to improve it. I promise that I will finish this book.

3. Well.... since I've made two promises it's only fair that you give me one promise. I hope that you as a reader can be what I call a good reader. That is one that criticises the work instead for the author, one that corrects others instead of putting them down and calling them stupid and since I'm giving my all to this book I hope that you will consider voting with your power stones.

Many see only his present self, and often forget that Aron has only risen to power after countless struggles which tempered his mind and soul. With his own efforts he rose, from a lowly peasant to the king that he is. This is his story.






This is my first novel, just giving writing a try. Updates may be inconsistent but if this book makes it big I will never put it on premium. The only reason why I’m writing a novel now is because I’m frustrated with the amount of good premium-less novels. So uh gonna give writing a try. Maybe something nice will come out of this, who knows ?

Looking at the map at a low angle of about 30 degrees from the direction of the employee's building, the words "Mbmstlib13" appeared when lining up the gaps in the shading of the map.

Dividing up the words, he got M, bmst, lib, and 13. The only text that had some semblance of a clue was "lib", which likely meant that the location is somewhere in the library. As for M, bmst and 13, he had a feeling he would understand when he arrives at the library. 

He went to the dining area, grabbed several pieces of flavored bread and headed to the library.

Everything in the library looked like before; a long wooden table split the library into two sections. In the two sections, there was a table in each corner. There were three floors, and one can look down from the second and third floors to the central area. All the walls were filled with books, parchments, and scrolls of various materials,  shapes and sizes. Some of them even had chains that bound them to the shelves. 

Xylos had some suspicions that the steganography might be pointing to one of those books. From the memory he received, the library had a variety of books many were magical in nature only readable to those that have a matching core; some are even antagonistic causing harm to those of the opposing magic system; some could even pull in a reader (both figuratively and literally) into the book and try to convert or scare them.

Xylos really hoped that the thing he was looking for isn't one of those. He felt that the words "bmst" was an abbreviation for a book. He searched the library for most of the afternoon. Whenever he felt hungry, he would eat half of the bread and keep going.

At the end of the day,  he found three potential books. The first one was a book called "Bryant's mystical spectral tarots", the second was a hardcover book with the words "bmst" written on all surfaces with a keyhole illustrated on the front cover, and the third was a chained book called "Beryl's musical scores and travels."

The only reason he recalled those books was that the authors seem to have tried really hard to come up with meaningful names using B, M, S, and T as the letters for starting a word.

He went through the first book and it was a personal illustration of all the major and minor arcana of what looked like a tarot deck each depicting a personification of worldly constants such as Death, Stars, Sun, Moon, Key, Mana, and Life.

It was a beautiful art book that seemed to encompass all aspects of life. Each card also had a rune near the bottom of the page. When he touched an image, it had a texture relative to what was drawn. For example, the moon would feel cool and solid to the touch, grass can either feel rough as if they are drying up or flexible as if it was fresh and vibrant. For a moment, Xylos even felt that he smelled something from one of the images. He even had a moment, where he could swear that he saw one of the more provocative female personifications winked at him as he was flipping through the pages. 

He was completely engrossed in the artbook; drawn in by the texture and the feeling that the image is alive.  He didn't notice that every time he flipped a page, the rune on the back page would fade out for a moment before appearing again slightly dimmer than before.

When he finished reading the book, he felt a rush of heat flow from his chest. It surprised him at first but on further inspection, nothing seems to have changed about his state. It felt similar to a rush that happened when a person pulled themselves out of a state of concentration and just realized that the room was hotter than before.

He put the artbook aside and opened the book titled "bmst," the moment he touched it he felt mana flow into him and reflect back after reaching his core. As it happened, he almost threw away the book out of fear. This was one of the magic books that checked if the reader had a matching magic system before it would show its contents. Luckily, it wasn't one of those books that attacked the reader if he or she wasn't.

As he expected, when he opened the book every page either had a single word "bmst" on it or was blank. The illustrated keyhole on the page looked suspicious and a thought came to his mind that maybe if he drew a "key" rune depicted in the previous book and pressed it against the lock the contents would appear or something would happen.

Thus, he took a piece of rune paper, folded it four times so it could fit in the palm of his hand and then drew the "key" rune from the artbook on it. Sadly,  he didn't feel anything when the rune was drawn. Regardless, he pressed the piece of paper at the keyhole hoping for something to happen. He waited for a few minutes...

and then some more...

but as he somewhat expected...

nothing happened...without a second thought, he drew the words "Key" vertically on another folded piece of rune paper. The moment he compiled the spell using his system, the piece of paper started glowing; at the same time, the "bmst" book seems to glow with the same color. 

Xylos cautiously pushed the glowing "key" rune into the illustrated keyhole. It went right in and created an audible click before the paper dissipated into the air.

Xylos watched the book for a moment before hesitantly opened the book. He flipped to a random page noticed a blank page, however this time something that looked like an ink figurine appeared on the page. It performed a series of eloquent movements; some looked like a dance; some looked like a stage performance, and some even looked like fighting and grappling moves. Each action caused the page to fill up with various things such as fire, stars, spirits of various colors and shapes, plants, and small to large animals. Once the page was filled with things the page would automatically flip over. 

The ink figurine performed from page to page, creating all sorts of things until it stopped unwillingly at the final page before it looked up and looked at Xylos with an abstract smile...then it abruptly jumped out of the page toward his face. Xylos reeled back in surprise only to see the figurine vanish before reaching him. He immediately inspected himself to make sure that nothing happened to his body or core. To his relief, everything was the same.

It didn't seem like a coincidence that both books were magical in one way or another. He promptly put the "bmst" book away; he had a feeling it was like those mischevious books that liked surprising incompatible readers. 

He made his way to the chained book titled "Beryl's musical scores and travels" on the second floor of the library. Standing some distance away, he inspected the book. Slowly but surely, some sort of music started coming out of the book. It started with a slow flute melody before the sound of a piano, a trumpet, and a violin joined in and built a fast-paced epic; it sounded like a person setting out for a grand adventure for the first time. 

The longer he listened to it,  the louder the music became until it drowned out everything in the library. He tried to pull away but the felt the music resonate comfortably inside his body and he closed his eyes to take in the feeling. He only did so because he felt his body rejuvenating with each beat, tone, and rhythm from the music. Finally, it seemed to evoke the image of rhythmically dancing figures and calm shifting landscapes in his mind-eye. He felt powerful and unrestrained, indulging in a feeling of comfort and boundlessness. 

He didn't know how much time passed but when the music faded he opened his eyes, he found himself standing in the center of a large clearing surrounded by tall trees on all sides.

"Where am I now...?"

Xylos was copied from another universe into another with all his memories intact into the body of an "Artificial Human" at an experimental facility. It was a world of magic with a familiar system, but alas, as a failed product with an incomplete core, he only has a month to live. How will he survive?
