I had a thought what if I made random titles and/or intros that people can use to make fun novels.
I was thinking of making novels but thought to myself that I don't really have the talent to make novels to the end or realy capture the audience attention. I could capture the attention for a short while but not for the whole novel.
I just hope one of my ideas can become a good novel.

* JAPANESE FANTASY NOVELS

Japanese Fantasy novels have made extensive exploration of the Western Fantasy concepts. Japanese people are constantly being outsourced into various fantasy worlds, and the average Japanese wouldn't be surprised to one day wake up and find himself in a different world or in a room with white walls and white tiles.

They have also spread the notion that being squashed by a big, heavy truck is perhaps, not necessarily a bad thing !

These are some of the popular novels which we know. Each of them is very unique in it's own way and have become popular in it's own right. It would be incorrect to call them a failure, as they have correctly captured their intended audience – the Japanese teenage audience. However, when thinking about a broad perspective, these novel become obsolete when it competes on a global level with other web novels, and the majority of the reason for their deficiency is simple – the Protagonist in these novels is a typical Japanese light novel protagonist, who is naïve and a dumb virgin idiot. It is as if he has never received any sex education, and would always talk some naïve things which do not match with his current situation. Their behavior is somewhat correct given that these protagonists are usually high school kids, but the readers have difficulty accepting such an immature protagonist.

Web novels are about accumulating wealth, women and power. So when a reader reads the protagonist behaving like a dumb virgin when a girl approaches him, or when he does not actively seek wealth and power, the reader is bound to get angry and disappointed.

A good example can be found in the following example :

In Tsuki ga Michibiku, the Protagonist Makoto establishes a business half-heartedly, and his business is more like charity to the hyumans, the same hyumans the majority of whom treat him like sh*t and had killed his subordinates. Instead of developing his Asora realm, where we might have enjoyed him developing a realm and being a king or even god, he keeps roaming throughout the world unnecessarily.

Also, he had two beautiful subordinates who are eager to have sex with him, but apparently he sees them as 'sisters' or 'family', so he cannot do that. (Perhaps he has not read any incest hentai, or heard of Kiss X Sis)

Note that this is not just about sex, as there was a very broad scope for plot development in Tsuki ga Michibiku. For example, Makoto could have properly developed the Asora realm, showing us some world building and kingdom building. He could even have married Tomoe and Mio and their kids would have been demi gods who would do various mischiefs in the hyuman realm. There might have even been wars of Asora vs hyumans.

In short, the Japanese protagonists have disappointing characteristics on a global scale, and are not entertaining to read.

* SOLUTION FOR ALL THIS…

Japanese isekai novels have good would building (from light novel and web novel perspective), and this fact cannot be ignored.

My idea is simple, that is to write a fan fiction of a pre-existing light novel or use the basic ideas and rewrite the novel, the only change being the utterly virgin protagonist. The protagonist would simply be 'de-virginized' and re-introduced. This change might seem small but actually opens up a lot of routes for novel writing. (as in Tsuki ga Michibiku example)

The protagonists in these isekai novels are already powerful, and if they are re-written of as being mature, smart and driven by ambition, then they would become warlords, making the story even more interesting to read.

Then he ordered the dinner and before the order arrives he went for a shower. He started singing songs loudly. 
Meanwhile, Sam was still sitting on the sofa he was not getting disturbed by Marco but his loud voice was reaching to him and Marco also left the door little bit opened he want his sing should reach to Sam's ears. Sam was familiar with all these types of trick always conducted by him. He was not getting angry on him now but when he just overdo it Sam always used to shout on him or scold him every time.
Marco's mischievous mind always thinking about how to irritate Sam when he has nothing work to do. When they were kids they always played together Sam was never interested in play game, he generally used to read a book on serious topics at his early age he never liked fantasy.
Marco always loves to play games and he always involved Sam with him. His effort was too strong and effective that just under six months Marco was able to create interest of games in Sam's heart.
But every reaction has the equal and opposite reaction, Marco then also able to had got the interest in reading books. As Marco childish heart he learned to read novels his first priority was to a romantic novel. He only read the books which Sam like because of the high recommendation of Sam.
 At begging it was too difficult for Marco to read a book properly so Sam was one only in the entire school who used to read them for him. It was because of Marco's mind who always used to create so many questions for the read and others always believed that if the author of the novel himself answer him will get confused and dumbstruck.
Sam has good knowledge to reply to Marco's logical questions. So he recommended Books to Marco for reading them and on the guidance of Sam and books, Marco became clever enough like Sam. And after then, Sam gets too much exotic he read the novel he was advised by his student Marco.
Their friendship was just too strong due to sacrifices by both of them like for Marco, Sam adopted games in his life and for Sam, Marco adopted books in his life. They have many reasons for their true friendship. Sam was one who used to be quiet and not even laugh much. But due to Marco's behavior, he always used to have a smile to his face and his all joke and trick was the enjoyment for Sam.
And Marco never opened himself that much towards someone except Sam.

He was just stuck within a nightmare someone else imagined and Marco was only one who knew the complete story of that unwanted event. That event stole his majority of Sam's happiness and enjoyment.

Lucas who was falling high from the sky along with James found his eyesight full of white light, for a second he thought it was the famous thing that people see in the movies before their dramatic death which was light. 
But no, the light suddenly vanished and Lucas found himself standing in a vast dark space. 


'What the heck, Did I even hit the ground' he looked in front of him then he looked down to his feet, there was no ground to stand on, but only the endless void. And actually, he wasn't standing but floating.

 he heard a voice coming from the side, so he turned to the source to see a man standing. 


That man was wearing a long black coat, he had long smooth golden hair that reaches his back and two blue eyes.

'wait, paradise has beautiful women, and if I died, this must be the hell, otherwise, why I'm seeing a beautiful man in front of me and smiling at me' Lucas sweat up seeing this scene, for a second he thought this was an afterlife and his punishment would be something he won't dare to think of. 


"Hell no, and this isn't the hell" the other blond man could hear his thought and replied with a cringed expression.


"Then may I ask,  who you are and why I'm here," Lucas said curiously, this doesn't seem like a dream, and the last thing he remembers was him falling from a high building, so this can be something that happened after the fall, maybe he went to the hospital and now he is in front of this blonde man, and this is only a dark room. 


The blond guy flicked his fingers and a chair appeared from nowhere, then he sat down and started talking "I'm what you call, a supreme being" 


"Sorry, I'm not that religious," Lucas said with his usual relaxed tone and looked around for the hidden cameras, maybe this is a joke and this guy is playing some trick on him, supreme being, he saw weirder tricks on TV magic shows, and he never called someone a supreme being.

The Supreme being looked at this mortal with a confused expression not knowing to laugh or not on this realistic joke.

Lucas thought a bit about it, a fantasy life may not be bad, but it may not be good, it goes along with the price he has to pay "Hmm, so what is the price ".

Lucas seemed to lost in his thought, sometimes and only sometimes, he would give some homeless guys and orphan kids some money and help, but he wasn't a good person to a degree that allows him to have so many points. 


"what gave you the karma Point, was actually because you saved the world " Siad the supreme being as Lucas did something he is unaware of. 


"Saved the world?" Lucas puzzled, since when he did that. 


"Do you remember, James and his wife "

" Said Lucas, he still not trusting this supreme being, if he only said that he just wanted to do this for fun, he may believe him, but saying that I'm a good person who saved the world, my ass, I know myself better than anyone.


" you are right, I'm doing this to entertain myself, but let me correct you, your intent wasn't to save the world, but you took James down with the intent to set his wife free, which was good did with a good intent that saved billions of lives, and eventually, you gained a lot of Karma points," Said the supreme being, some people would do great things out of luck.


Someone like Lucas shouldn't be reincarnated even when he has so many Karma points, l but this supreme being here was feeling interested in this guy as he was observing the mortal world.

"Sigh, I know about it, so where will I go " Lucas once tried to read these Chinese novels for changing, but he dropped them in the middle of the way when the number Chinese names would increase to the degree that he couldn't handle them.

The place where Feng would be was the Warriors Arena- The most visited place on the continent.
The Wasteland; this was where species like dwarves who loved seclusion would gather. This place also had some of the most extreme environments in the fantasy dimension.
The lands of the elves and dryads the name was self-explanatory. And last of all The Continent of the Evil gods; This continent is the dark continent that came from novels and a place where evil immortals roamed around preying on each other before devouring.
This place was lawless and without sufficient strength, they would beat you down; it was like the beast continent, but evil beings inhabited this place.
Feng looked over the information that the WI gave him and sauntered to the Demon Beast Mountain Range where the closest portal to the other dimensions lay.

The so-called flame sovereign sensed his killing intent and squinted his eyes in scrutinization when looking at him, scrunching his nose a bit he concluded that the boy who looked at him was only a brat in his eyes.
Torch had a face of contemplation, and only those who knew him on a very personal level could tell that he was picking between his best friend and power.
'Damon, what did you warn me about when we talked about the gene dimension'

Looking at the closing portal Feng looked at his portal and put a leg forward while walking towards it, just as he reached the portal he heard a loud noise and saw a golden Xiang dragon beast running towards him

The duo walked to the 2nd floor, then to the attic where there was a passage that led to the roof. Frank opened the window and went out followed by Amelia. It was already night but because of the full moon, the neighborhood was well illuminated. 

"What a coincidence." Jerry smiled. "Is everything alright?"

The two kids nodded. 

"Good. Come with us, we have secured a safe place. Our mission was a success and we saved everyone from the school. They are in a house just a couple of blocks away from here. Ah! Of course we can just do it tomorrow since it's already dark." 

"Mr. Jerry, I think we won't be able to come with you even tomorrow." Amelia shook her head.

"And why is that?" Ryan asked.

"Food! We will be competing with food with you if we went there." 

"Us soldiers will be in charge of getting food. Besides, your stock here isn't going to last."

"You have a point but what about the possibility of an attack from the zombies?"

"We chose a house that had a strong gate just like yours. If it wasn't that this house was a bit small and that other survivors were already tired, we would have went here. Anyway, we will be leaving for headquarters soon. They would have more weapons there to protect us." Jerry reaffirmed the kids.

As a reader of apocalyptic novels, Amelia had another question. "Have you ever had contact with your headquarters."

"This..." Jerry scratched his head. "No. They have not contacted us since yesterday."

"Why do you think so?" Amelia followed up with a thought provoking question.

"Either there is something wrong with the communication or they have been..."

"Yes. There is a possibility that they have been overrun. We're lucky if the first reason turns out to be correct." 

"How come you know all of this? Did you not say you were 16?" Ryan laughed it out. They were adults but were kind of unreliable.

"There are really things that adults would not know." Amelia smiled. 

Frank just kept quiet by the side after all, he was also a 30 year old adult. It was just that he was stuck in a child's body.

"Ryan, stay here for the night and protect the kids. I'll be going back to the others and tell my brothers." With that, Jerry left. Ryan, Amelia and Frank went back inside to eat then to sleep. 

Mendez was sitting on the roof when Jerry arrived. 

"How did it go?" Mendez asked.

"We may have to cancel our plan to go back to the headquarters." Jerry answered.

"I thought so as well. It was really weird that we have never been in contact with them since Day Zero. Besides, I've checked the map. It's a long distance from here. If ever we have to go there, we still have to pack some punch. Go back to our camp, grab weapons and get the other riot vehicle. Oh and I've drawn a sketch of the person who saved us." 

Mendez took a piece of folded paper from his pocket. Aside from being an excellent sniper, he also had a great memory and was blessed in the field of arts. Under the well-lit night, Jerry looked at the piece of paper. His eyes widened, then squinted, then tilted to the left then to the right then widened back again. 

A few hours ago.

"Use the cars as a cover and try your best not to make any sounds. I'm going to guide you through the bridge." A whisper was heard through the radio. It was Mendez. "Good luck."

Jerry raised his thumb up. He had long known Mendez and trusted this man's capabilities. Ryan on the other hand only heard about the legendary 'Eagle Eye' Mendez. 

"Move behind the red car. Zombies to your 3 o'clock. Move to the left side of the car when I say so then run towards the black van..." Mendez was able to bring the duo safely until they reached 90% of the bridge."

"Listen to me boys. There's a large group of zombies up ahead. About 18 in total. There's a zombie to your six moving slowly towards you. Don't worry it hasn't seen you yet."

"One of you will have to distract the pack while the other will run to get the objective. The one will be the distraction who may possibly die, nod your head." 

Ryan and Jerry looked each other in the eye before Ryan nodded. He knew that his superior had a greater chance of getting to the objective. 

"Here's what you will do. Get their attention then jump from the bridge. I don't know if zombies can swim but that's your only hope of living. There's a pink apartment across the bridge. If you see it nod your head."

Ryan nodded his head.

"That will be your extraction point. Use the emergency stairs of that apartment to climb up. Remember, don't use the door since we don't know if there are zombies in that apartment. Nod your head if everything is clear."

Ryan once again, nodded his head.

"Good. Jerry, you go get that riot vehicle, grab Ryan and get us out of this shit hole. Gosh, it's really a good thing that our engineers invested in anti-EMP vehicles. The bridge was lined up with useless vehicles because of the EMP explosion. 

"Go when you're ready. May the good Lord bless us." 

Mendez knew that the next part can only be accomplished by his comrades. While waiting tensely, he heard roaring sounds from the school grounds. It was unimaginable how many zombies there were. Basing on his memory of a zombie roar, he could estimate that there were more than a hundred zombies on the school grounds.

Suddenly, he felt like his eyes was burning. When he opened his eyes, he saw that  on the drivers' seat was a humanoid figure that was emitting a black aura. Jerry on the other hand was also emitting one but his was white. 

Ryan was also shrouded in white while the zombies chasing him also had black. He looked at the people around him and they were also emitting a white aura. 

He looked at the direction of the loud roars and saw a black cloud and a whitr speck that was moving like a fly within the cloud of black. He turned around and saw Jerry who was about to open the door. 

"Don't open the door!"

Of course, "shamelessly advertising"? No! You are just providing a source of entertainment for anyone who is interested...

Maybe a young daoist like you has never heard of the term "advertising"? It's a quite simple and easy task, but getting people to actually read your story is something else. Here's a few tips on how to provide a source of entertainment for anyone interested.

1. Comments

Let's say you're on a story like "Transcending The Nine Heavens" and see a few comments enjoying the story. You should comment something like this:

"I like Transcending The Nine Heavens too! The update per week is soo slow though. I'm working on a similar story called "Insert Cool Xianxia Name" with a chapter per (you choose) and it currently has (please don't advertise with 5 chapters). See you later, fellow daoist. 

With this comment, you have indirectly said 'Come to my story, add to your library and give me power stones.' without actually saying that! Foolproof technique.

2. Social Media/Discord

If you haven't joined Discord, I recommend you do! You should then join the official Webnovel server and Inkstone Writing server. Using a legendary technique crafted by me, you will be able to get more viewers.

Open Discord > Webnovel > Start Interacting

This one requires a lot of skill, as not every starving daoist can actually communicate well. Fear not! This will hone your skills, give you an idea of what authors and readers are like and open new gateways to creating your own server for your novel. 

So basically, don't shamelessly advertise to advertise on Discord! Only do it when the moment is right and casually mention your novel. 
TLDR: Don't be so pushy! A man just wants to read..
3. Is this the real life? Is this just fantasy?

This is only for the most desperate and starving daoists. It is seriously not recommended to torture yourself like this unless absolutely necessary. After all, who would want to let the world know they write on Webnovel? Just one look at it gives a 'weaboo' vibe and will scare most narrow-minded people off. But, if you have willingly chose this path, it is expected you know what judgement stems from it. 

You should casually mention you write something and have a friend check it out. Make sure you're not writing a scene where the MC gets his head chopped off on the first chapter or that will scare some people away. Here's a good way of saying this to your real life friends:

"I've been thinking of getting into writing, and I'm writing on a website called Webnovel. My story is called 'The Dao of Filler' you should check it out! I think you'll like it."

If you were not profusely sweating while saying that sentence, good on you. Let's just hope your friend won't be absolutely shocked when they read the absurd titles of popular novels and quickly close the tab...

First of all, I would like to thank you. Thanks to the readers, who read my lack of writing; I have finished my fourth book! I'll always remember that.

As I said earlier, this is my fourth book, and I still don't think writing a novel is easy. I always feel this. Personally, I started to feel weak around the 150th chapter. It has not been easy to write since then. I thought it would be better to take six books from the beginning or divide them into two parts and take a break. 

This time, I wrote a series, but I couldn't handle it in the second half. I'm sorry about that. I used to post it on the day I finished my epilogue, but this work has been so hard that I had to take a day off.

It has been the most popular piece of my writing, and at the same time, it was the most regretful piece of work. After writing and posting, I always thought 'I should write something like this,' or 'I should try to develop something like this,' or 'I could write something more specifically here,' or 'I'd like to reduce that a little bit.' 

I work for a company, but I've tried to write, edit, and post it on the Munpia. It has not been easy. When I was writing my previous Master Hunter K, it was really easy to write because I had no job then. I think it was difficult this time because I was always running out of time.

The future news of this article I originally thought of about a year ago. When I wrote my previous novels, I used a theme of going back to the past, a time shift, but I've never written about a future foreseeing, so I made a decision to write this genre if I could. We had a contest in April in Munpia, so I participated in it with this novel.

The motive was a horror cartoon based on future news, which I saw when I was in elementary school. My memory was dim, but in the animation, the main character had a paper newspaper every day, and it had the future news. I decided to convert it into something that would be in line with the Internet news standard.

As you can see, I took the League of Legends rating except for the last two, and Editor and Publisher. I thought they were the sources that I'd take to the end. As the abilities grew, I conceived the idea of the character's power and assets growing together, and I wrote it on the basis of that, before the last two grades.

The last two rating scenarios, the U.S.-China nuclear war, and the rare cancer of his son, were actually must-not subjects in web fiction writing, but I chose them as subjects to showcase the power of the last two parts. In the first place, the main character was so strong that I couldn't pull the story out unless it was that special. It was not bad to finish at around a hundred eighty episodes, but I still had leftover material. So I tried to use it without paying any attention to my grades, since it was material that I would like to release, and a scenario that I wanted to use. I am satisfied, but I'm a little sorry to those of you who have dropped out on the way. 

By getting the last two ratings, the main character has a pure divine ability. Some of you worry about chaos or confusion at the end of the story, but it's just a part that I put in as a cautionary note that the power of this kind of manipulation is so strong that it could destabilize the world if he mismanages it. If the probability is not limited, he can pop his fingers a few times and destroy the world. The main character, Han Sang-hoon, has a pretty wife, a daughter and a son, so he will use it carefully.

From April to November... I feel relieved but sorry to have finished the series after more than half a year. I think I wrote it in my previous reviews that when I was in middle school and high school, I used to read genre novels, but I haven't read any genre novels in the ten years since then. A few years ago, when web novels appeared, I thought there was this new kind of novel, and I became a reader, and a writer, and then wrote four books.

I'm sure many of you remember the genre novels of ten years ago, but there weren't many contemporary fantasies of this kind at that time. Most of the time, I read pure fantasies, martial arts novels, and so on. So, I was going to write that kind of pure fantasy. It's been ten years since I came to the web fiction world, and I found that all the pure fantasies were dead, and there were only a fusion or a modern fantasy. Since the pure fantasy was not popular at all, I tried to write a modern fantasy to see if my writing would work or not.

That's how I have written three novels so far. Except for Master Hunter K, there has been a reversal of the order of host and guest. So, the next novel will go back to its original version, and even if I can't write a pure fantasy, it will go toward a fusion fantasy. Originally, I announced that I would release my next novel as a game fantasy. Due to the nature of the genre novel, I don't think I need to use the game format. So, I'm going to go to a fusion fantasy similar to the previous Master Hunter K.

Now, when I think about it, I think it's a personal achievement and a lucrative hobby. But now I've won a big prize after writing this novel, and I've changed my mind a little bit after getting too much love from you. It is no longer right to write with such amateurish ideas. I will reduce my stubbornness a little bit, and get closer to my readers with a little more professional writing, for the fun of my readers.

So, I'll return to you with the next novel, which reflects that aspect. It's something that readers might like more. In a month or two, after recovering my physical and mental strength, I'll be back after I'm finished with the idea of my next novel.
