Writing whatever comes to mind. I originally wanted to do an eastern fantasy based vr novel, but I know nothing about aastern fantasy or writing vr novels. So instead, I'll just write about some cliche genres I enjoy reading.

Abby went through the next year in a blur. She forced herself to keep studying because it was the only thing that kept her going. She stopped spending time with her friends and spent way too much time looking through old memories of her sister. 
Photo albums. Home videos. Katie's diaries and social media accounts. It was impossible to accept that she was truly gone even though Abby didn't get her daily random texts anymore. 
Graduation was especially hard. A few of her aunts and uncles had come out for the occasion but it wasn't the same. Her parents should have been there. Katie should have been there. 
Losing her parents had been horrible but at least she had Katie to hold her together. Who was supposed to hold her together now that she had lost her best friend? 
Abby got a well-paid graphic design job right off the bat and buried herself in her work. But when she wasn't able to do that, she decided to finally get to the list of things Katie had always bugged her about watching and reading that she never had time for. 
Comics. Novels. TV shows. She spent several months consuming all that media and frequenting stopping to sob as she wondered which parts her sister had wanted her to see the most. She only recommended things she was certain Abby would like. 
 Once that list was complete, Abby felt like she had lost her sister all over again. There was nothing left that Katie was telling her to do. 
That was how she ended up desperately checking her sister's old Goodreads account for every book she had ever bothered to post a review for, both good and bad. She found herself frequently agreeing with the reviews Katie had left behind. 
Even though not all of the books were her cup of tea, Abby felt a little closer to her sister again. She was a bit confused when she got to From Pastry Chef to Princess though. For the first time, she didn't agree with Katie's review. 
'If you're looking for a cute, cliché fantasy love story with 2-D characters and minimal world-building this is the book for you. (I literally only read it because someone left it behind at the doctor's office and I was stuck waiting for three hours)'
What about these characters was 2-D in her mind? Sure, Prince Alpheus had been pretty boring at first but Catherine du Pont was a riot. Watching him fall for her had actually been pretty fun even though she was frustratingly resistant to him. 
The book was in his point of view, which didn't make a lot of sense. It seemed more like Catherine, who preferred to be called Katie, was the main character. But the synopsis on the back of the novel had clearly indicated this book was about Marcy. 
Abby's heart ached as she read because this Katie reminded her so much of her own. Tears ran down her face as she laughed at some of the things this girl said and did. It was a fantasy novel but she didn't act like she belonged in it at all. 
She was surprised that things like pizza and doughnuts were included in the book, especially since none of the other characters seemed to know anything about them. There were a lot of inconsistencies like that. 
The book's Katie was a know-it-all bookworm with a weird sense of humor just like her sister. And she seemed oddly like one of those transmigrated characters in the comics from the list Katie gave her even though everyone else truly believed she was Catherine du Pont. 
Abby became more and more confused as the story went on. The only reason she hadn't stopped reading at all was because she felt oddly drawn to this character and what she was dealing with. 
More than halfway through the book, she read something so shocking that she dropped it slipped right through her fingers and onto the ground.  
"My name was Katrina Pullman but I had gone by Katie my entire life. I am not from Annalaias or any of the surrounding nations. I am from another world in a place called Arizona. Everything I ever said was from the country…was actually from my home.
"All of my knowledge came from things I learned back home. Jellyfish…politics…card games…hat looms….I want to be a librarian because that was my job before. I died in a carriage accident and somehow woke up in Catherine du Pont's body."
All of the odd things about Katie finally fit together in her husband's mind as she continued to speak but Abby felt like she might pass out after checking the next several pages multiple times to be sure she wasn't hallucinating. 
Was this some kind of sick joke? How would this author have even known that Katrina Pullman died in a car accident? Let alone that she had lived in Arizona and had a sister named Abby? 
There were too many specific details from Katie's life in this book. The author had to have known her but that didn't make sense either. Katie had been such a private person. She spent all of her free time alone or video chatting with her little sister when Abby wasn't swamped with homework or had other plans. 
She frantically flipped the book over to check who the author was. Janine Everett. Abby had never heard of her. She wanted to angrily demand how her sister had ended up inside this author's story—was there no respect for the dead anymore?—but she was compelled to finish it first to see if there were any more weird facts about Katie in there. 
Abby ended up rereading the entire book twice, skipping over unimportant parts that didn't specifically mention anything weird or different about Katie. She wrote down every single instance in a notebook, with page and paragraph numbers for reference. 
The next thing she did was track that author down. She had a website—apparently this wasn't the only book she had ever published—and on it was an email address for fans to contact her through. 
She sent a very strongly worded message demanding to know what was going on with this book. To her surprise, the author wanted to meet with her face to face so they set up a time to video chat.

Katie Pullman, a chronically ill girl who spends her life immersed in fiction, suddenly finds herself inside a novel she has read. Thrown right into the thick of things, she desperately tries to keep the plot intact but happy endings aren't always as they seem...

Hey guys, so I have some stuff to talk about with y'all. 

Don't worry, I'm still writing. In fact, I'm 85% done with Volume 3 right now. 

However, I'm sure some of you are wondering why I haven't put up any chapters here (though Patron is actively updated and each full Volume is still sold on Amazon after extensive editing (My Amazon author name is L M Kerr)). 

And that's a discussion I do need to share, so let's jump into it. 

I have yet to make any final decision on this topic. 

Over time, I've noticed something rather disheartening that's happened on the main site where I sell my finished, edited, and restructured novels. 

I've been receiving negative or critical reviews on Amazon, Goodreads, etc. for things that do not exist in the Amazon version of the book.

Instead, those reviews are referring to things present only on the WebNovel versions. 

What I post here on WebNovel is my rough draft, lightly edited. 

What I post on Amazon is heavily edited and more polished. The story plots are the same, but I go over the story several times and edit before I put it up on Amazon. 

Now, some of you may be thinking: Wiz, why does that matter? Don't you take the WebNovel versions down, anyway, once you are done?

That is correct, I don't think any of you, my WN readers, are the ones leaving unrepresentative reviews on Amazon. 

However, there is a second, bigger issue that frustrates me...

Piracy. 

My books are pirated when I post them here. 

There are dozens of piracy sites out that that strip my chapters from WebNovel and host them online. 

When I post something here, it stays up online, forever.

First of all, I would like to thank you. Thanks to the readers, who read my lack of writing; I have finished my fourth book! I'll always remember that.

As I said earlier, this is my fourth book, and I still don't think writing a novel is easy. I always feel this. Personally, I started to feel weak around the 150th chapter. It has not been easy to write since then. I thought it would be better to take six books from the beginning or divide them into two parts and take a break. 

This time, I wrote a series, but I couldn't handle it in the second half. I'm sorry about that. I used to post it on the day I finished my epilogue, but this work has been so hard that I had to take a day off.

It has been the most popular piece of my writing, and at the same time, it was the most regretful piece of work. After writing and posting, I always thought 'I should write something like this,' or 'I should try to develop something like this,' or 'I could write something more specifically here,' or 'I'd like to reduce that a little bit.' 

I work for a company, but I've tried to write, edit, and post it on the Munpia. It has not been easy. When I was writing my previous Master Hunter K, it was really easy to write because I had no job then. I think it was difficult this time because I was always running out of time.

The future news of this article I originally thought of about a year ago. When I wrote my previous novels, I used a theme of going back to the past, a time shift, but I've never written about a future foreseeing, so I made a decision to write this genre if I could. We had a contest in April in Munpia, so I participated in it with this novel.

The motive was a horror cartoon based on future news, which I saw when I was in elementary school. My memory was dim, but in the animation, the main character had a paper newspaper every day, and it had the future news. I decided to convert it into something that would be in line with the Internet news standard.

As you can see, I took the League of Legends rating except for the last two, and Editor and Publisher. I thought they were the sources that I'd take to the end. As the abilities grew, I conceived the idea of the character's power and assets growing together, and I wrote it on the basis of that, before the last two grades.

The last two rating scenarios, the U.S.-China nuclear war, and the rare cancer of his son, were actually must-not subjects in web fiction writing, but I chose them as subjects to showcase the power of the last two parts. In the first place, the main character was so strong that I couldn't pull the story out unless it was that special. It was not bad to finish at around a hundred eighty episodes, but I still had leftover material. So I tried to use it without paying any attention to my grades, since it was material that I would like to release, and a scenario that I wanted to use. I am satisfied, but I'm a little sorry to those of you who have dropped out on the way. 

By getting the last two ratings, the main character has a pure divine ability. Some of you worry about chaos or confusion at the end of the story, but it's just a part that I put in as a cautionary note that the power of this kind of manipulation is so strong that it could destabilize the world if he mismanages it. If the probability is not limited, he can pop his fingers a few times and destroy the world. The main character, Han Sang-hoon, has a pretty wife, a daughter and a son, so he will use it carefully.

From April to November... I feel relieved but sorry to have finished the series after more than half a year. I think I wrote it in my previous reviews that when I was in middle school and high school, I used to read genre novels, but I haven't read any genre novels in the ten years since then. A few years ago, when web novels appeared, I thought there was this new kind of novel, and I became a reader, and a writer, and then wrote four books.

I'm sure many of you remember the genre novels of ten years ago, but there weren't many contemporary fantasies of this kind at that time. Most of the time, I read pure fantasies, martial arts novels, and so on. So, I was going to write that kind of pure fantasy. It's been ten years since I came to the web fiction world, and I found that all the pure fantasies were dead, and there were only a fusion or a modern fantasy. Since the pure fantasy was not popular at all, I tried to write a modern fantasy to see if my writing would work or not.

That's how I have written three novels so far. Except for Master Hunter K, there has been a reversal of the order of host and guest. So, the next novel will go back to its original version, and even if I can't write a pure fantasy, it will go toward a fusion fantasy. Originally, I announced that I would release my next novel as a game fantasy. Due to the nature of the genre novel, I don't think I need to use the game format. So, I'm going to go to a fusion fantasy similar to the previous Master Hunter K.

Now, when I think about it, I think it's a personal achievement and a lucrative hobby. But now I've won a big prize after writing this novel, and I've changed my mind a little bit after getting too much love from you. It is no longer right to write with such amateurish ideas. I will reduce my stubbornness a little bit, and get closer to my readers with a little more professional writing, for the fun of my readers.

So, I'll return to you with the next novel, which reflects that aspect. It's something that readers might like more. In a month or two, after recovering my physical and mental strength, I'll be back after I'm finished with the idea of my next novel.

Japanese Fantasy novels have made extensive exploration of the Western Fantasy concepts. They have also spread the notion that being squashed by a big, heavy truck is perhaps, not necessarily a bad thing !

These are some of the popular novels which we know. Each of them is very unique in it's own way and have become popular in it's own right. It would be incorrect to call them a failure, as they have correctly captured their intended audience – the Japanese teenage audience. However, when thinking about a broad perspective, these novel become obsolete when it competes on a global level with other web novels, and the majority of the reason for their deficiency is simple – the Protagonist in these novels is a typical Japanese light novel protagonist, who is naïve and a dumb virgin idiot. It is as if he has never received any sex education, and would always talk some naïve things which do not match with his current situation. Their behavior is somewhat correct given that these protagonists are usually high school kids, but the readers have difficulty accepting such an immature protagonist.

Web novels are about accumulating wealth, women and power. So when a reader reads the protagonist behaving like a dumb virgin when a girl approaches him, or when he does not actively seek wealth and power, the reader is bound to get angry and disappointed.

A good example can be found in the following example :

In Tsuki ga Michibiku, the Protagonist Makoto establishes a business half-heartedly, and his business is more like charity to the hyumans, the same hyumans the majority of whom treat him like sh*t and had killed his subordinates. Instead of developing his Asora realm, where we might have enjoyed him developing a realm and being a king or even god, he keeps roaming throughout the world unnecessarily.

Also, he had two beautiful subordinates who are eager to have sex with him, but apparently he sees them as 'sisters' or 'family', so he cannot do that. (Perhaps he has not read any incest hentai, or heard of Kiss X Sis)

Note that this is not just about sex, as there was a very broad scope for plot development in Tsuki ga Michibiku. For example, Makoto could have properly developed the Asora realm, showing us some world building and kingdom building. He could even have married Tomoe and Mio and their kids would have been demi gods who would do various mischiefs in the hyuman realm. There might have even been wars of Asora vs hyumans.

In short, the Japanese protagonists have disappointing characteristics on a global scale, and are not entertaining to read.

* SOLUTION FOR ALL THIS…

Japanese isekai novels have good would building (from light novel and web novel perspective), and this fact cannot be ignored.

My idea is simple, that is to write a fan fiction of a pre-existing light novel or use the basic ideas and rewrite the novel, the only change being the utterly virgin protagonist. The protagonist would simply be 'de-virginized' and re-introduced. This change might seem small but actually opens up a lot of routes for novel writing. (as in Tsuki ga Michibiku example)

The protagonists in these isekai novels are already powerful, and if they are re-written of as being mature, smart and driven by ambition, then they would become warlords, making the story even more interesting to read.

Elyon knew that "Romance" is not his strong point. He writes a fantasy story with romance, but he can't tell if the romance will be able to attract female readers. Out of curiosity, he asked some of his fellow authors the question "Why do you read romance stories?"

Here are their answers…

Reili: To fill my empty void of a love life.

Minrei: Because romance let you feel what is to be loved, plus it is universal you dont need to learn magic or cultivation in order to read.

Murakami: I read because I enjoy the friction and conflict between the FL and ML. The insistence vs resistance is naisu.

Qin: I reads romance only for ideas and info.

The first question is… Why did you choose to write Romance Stories?

Anjeeriku: I'm comfortable writing romance stories compared to other genres. I'm a helpless romantic person and I like novels that can invoke other people's feelings.

Bajj: First of all, I like reading romance story. It was the reason why I read books before and reading other genres comes after. All in all, due to these romance fiction books, I got the opportunity to read more great books with different genre.

MishaK: That's what I read, so write that too.

Zehell2218: Because as reader, I want to read romance novel so when I write, I write romance since my motto is I write what I want to read.

Ikazainudin: The easiest genre. Everyone can relate.

End_of_Era: It wasn't a full on Romance, it was slice of life with romance which I feel was necessary with progression of the characters.

The second question… When you were making your ML and FL, did you imagine yourself as the lead of your story at any given point in time?

Anjeeriku: I would be a liar if I said no. There were instances that I'd put myself in my FL's shoes. Whenever that happens, my writing feels more passionate and truthful that sometimes it was hard to know where my fl starts and where I end. 

Shen Yi, LMD's ML was based on a person I've lost, The One That Got Away so it was sometimes hard not to self-insert whenever there were scenes that need to invoke feelings from readers. 

Bajj: I believe that every character the author was making and breathing life into it, a part of him/her is added to its character. But me imagining of being the ML/FL, never. I'm too pure for that. Kek

MishaK: Yes I did but sometimes. Otherwise you can't infuse emotions in your characters. It is important to understand your characters.

Zehell2218: Yes, I imagine myself as the lead. Of course, I tweak it a bit, such as in age and appearance. But mostly, the characteristics is similar to me.

Ikazainudin: FL and ML character based on what I want to be irl. Yup. I imagine that will be my love story.

End_of_Era: Yes, my leads had some ocassional self insertion.

The third question… If you were to choose some other genre aside from romance, what would you pick?

Anjeeriku: Fantasy. I always look up to those authors who can write fantasy stories/novels well. I believe writing a fantasy novel is harder than writing romance.

Hello Guys! I hope you enjoyed this chapter of WWCG. Personally, I've read a few CEO novels myself. I also read some FL stories like A Slight Smile Is Devastating (Love O2O), Hidden Marriage, Doomed to be Cannon Fodder, Transmigrator meets Reincarnator, A Mistaken Marriage Match: A Generation of Military Counselor, There Is an Angel in That Church (short story), Eight Treasures Trousseau, Grabbing Your Hand, Dragging you Away, A Mistaken Marriage Match: Record of Washed Grievances…

Ai~ there's a few more that I won't add to the list because it will create a wall of text. Well anyways, the reason why I read these stories is to get an idea on "WHY" the ladies love to read them.

Let's just say that it's a unique way to see a world in the eye of a lady (if you are a man of course). When done properly, the execution of the story can capture the hearts of anyone, even male readers. I believe that no matter what gender you are, as long as you find the story interesting then it doesn't matter whether you are a guy or a gal no?

Perhaps, when I'm not too busy to write my stories, I'll once again pick a romance novel to read. Hopefully, I will find another hidden gem that will bring unexpected surprises to anyone who are lucky enough to find them.

One of the things I like to do is to share novels that I enjoy reading. 
However, I only share those that are free so as to help (a little bit) of such a wonderful book not get lost in the thousands of novels out there in webnovel.
For convenience's sake, I will also put them here from now on.
This is the list as from 1 December 2019, and whatever titles I remember from previous recommendations. I will upload the earlier recommendations when I have the time (and amidst editing after the novel ends).
Below includes free and those that became contracted after it had been recommended (note, it wasn't because I recommended it, okay). heh. 
Also, note. At the time I recommend, I try to choose novels that will continue. However, whether it does, or not, is beyond my control. I bear no responsibility if the Author disappears, or if they do dro the novel (I don't like when that happens either, so I know the feeling).  
So any novels that I did recommend before, but hasn't updated for more than two months, I will not put in this list.
Free Novels (Alphabetical Order)
1. Immaculate Spirit by Newbiel (Magical Realism), Ongoing - Nathaniel, a teenage artistic genius in a coma for four years. Reawakened with another soul attached (Marc, CIA agent extraordinaire). It has music, action (spy and terrorist stuff). No regular updates, grammar is not perfect but in later chapters, there are editors (on and off). 
2. No Matter How Long Time Passes, I still Love you by Sweetflowlips (Romance), Ongoing - This is a refreshing take on the usual 'marry cold man - divorce' novels. First off, FL doesn't end up with the useless ex-husband and secondly, she's not such a wimp or flopping fish. /heh
3. Perfect match, Secret Marriage by caremel (Romance), Completed - 420 Chapters. 
4. The Prodigy: I Was Reborn And To Become A Saintess by _AngelGrace_(Fantasy Romance), Ongoing - A prodigy was reborn in a world of magic, into the body of a 'useless' Saintess - or so everyone thought. See how she overcomes the plots against her, makes herself powerful and collects men to her like bees to honey. Looks like reverse harem at the moment, but may be just one ML. There's magic, a bit of nation-building. Updates unstable but Author says will not drop.
5. TheUnion by CreamAndCookies (Fantasy), Completed -291 Chapters. It is fantasy medieval. Has romance, kingdom building and all the political intrigues. 
6. The Witch CEO is NOT a Demoness by SayuriHyuuga (Romance), Completed - 146 Chapters. FengJui, CEO and known to be like a dragon. Gets drunk, finds herself having a one-night stand (this may be viewed as r*pe since she was drunk) with a 'vagabond' (who is actually another CEO) that won't leave her alone now. R18.

Hi. Thanks for dropping by. Please bear in mind that I am a new author, and English is not my first language. I am writing because I find it enjoyable, and am only now finding the courage to actually pen it out for others to read.

This is a rebirth story of a girl who had lived one life, and will experience another. Follow her along her journey of discovery: of herself, as she walks an entirely new path. Yet, at the same time, she seeks to find closure from her old life. 

World background: Current Earth, with names of countries being just Country J, Country SA etc. 

First, the MC is the typical OP character. Second, it's a slice of life story mixed with OPness of MC. If you don't like Gary Sue / OP characters, with a slow story pace, then this is not for you. 

There are elements of adventure/action, romance, some comedy and a little bit of mystery.  It is also a story about friendship and the bonds we make as we grow up.

The rating is due to certain scenes and sensitive issues from Volume 3 onwards.

The book is ready! At last! It was rather a difficult way. And I am happy, that the first step is done!

The date of release is 22.Mar. So, in three days you will be able to read the end of the 1st book on Amazon.

I failed to gather the required amount of the pre-orders, that's why the Kindle Unlimited will be opened. Here is not the question of the money, but the rating is important. When the book is on the bottom - no one will buy it. Unfortunately, translating and money are inseparable things.

Anyway, additional thanks for those who had bought the book, was giving feedbacks and rating to the book here: "Guys! You are real friends! Thank you very much!" I hope you will find a couple of minutes and leave a short review on Amazon or Goodreads after the reading. It's very very important for me.

For the no-name author, it's rather difficult to start a book on Amazon or somewhere else. However, I am full of enthusiasm and believe, that the sales will cover the translation.

Even though i knew my mother will easily win and was not worried at all I was still in awe of the way my mom easily killed those people from hyena tribe.She truly looked like a goddess when she fights this is why  in this world i truly most

All i had was novels as my friend and both pasttime in the dimly light underground so i always slept in library, language was never a problem for me even as a baby i learned pretty much everything fast. When i told my mom that she said(as expected from your father child)i didn't know what to say at that time.

As a child who lived all his life underground all day reading fantasy novels only. I used to imagine that the outside world was one where you can go anywhere you want to there are no limits, making new true comrades through duels and battles, fall in love and most importantly learn extraordinary magic and become strong enough to battle gods.

And so I asked my father and mother that i also wanted to go outside and explore the world with them though i didn't tell them my reason or imagination though but my mother told me that only when i become strong enough that i can go outside world, so at the age of 6 i asked my mom to train me as she is the strongest one. She looked both happy and worried at the same time.

After making sure i was serious and not just playing around she warned me that her training is really hard. I  told her with childish confidence that i can handle it and oh boy i still regret that confident word as i was thrown into a nightmare since day 1 i have never known but always somehow managing to survive at the end of the day.

Time passed by with allday only doing training everyday and no time to read novels feeling barely alive at night but finally when i was nearly at the age of 8, my mother told me i was ready to go outside and experience the world with them. I was so excited even the usual nightmare training didnt make me feel sleepy in nighttime with all my expectations running wild.

  Morning came and me and my family got ready with our weapons and a tight full body cover cloth though i don't know why but only that they told me its dangerous outside .

While feeling both anticipation and excited i took my first step out of bunker and into the outside world but the moment i did that i felt something inside me breaking maybe it was my dreams or childhood.My secret dreams that i kept inside my heart.

Because the real world was not beautiful like i imagined at all.The sky were all brown the ground was sandy there were no beautiful green forest even the air looked dirty.

Reality was so frustrating and harsh that i just broke down into tears in that moment.I was just  dreaming all day and my parents were just risking their lives for our survival in this reality i didn't know what to do, they did tell me it was harsh outside but i didn't know it was this harsh.

My parents just let me cry alone first and after a while they came to hug me.At the time they just said it was better for me to experience the reality rather than telling just by mouth. While i was crying in my fathers embrace.

My mother with a stern face said:Son sometimes people will try to push you down,sometimes life or heck sometimes even the world or reality will be harsh and  push you down,what matters is that you will not let them break you down and have the courage to stand up again.
 So what are you going to do then lumin?are you going to just give up lying down as a coward or are you going to stand up again as a tougher man?!.

For a child those were some harsh words but it was exactly those words that somehow cheered me and gave me courage to stand up again. I stopped my crying tears and stand up. I looked at my mother and said: MOM you are right im your son so what if the people push me down i will destroy those people,even the life and world will not be spared if it try to block my way i will become stronger in this world no matter what it doesn't matter if the reality is not as i dreamed but i will not quit, i will always stand tall till death never giving up to the end.

My mother looked at me and smiled: that's my son alright.

We just laughed and that day i experienced my first hunt although it was scary at first i got used to it soon after few hunts.infact you could say i even started to enjoyed it.

Two different worlds two differents person two different names yet the same soul. 5 elements to form a universe yet all worlds only know of 4 different elements. A legend of unique person chosen by both fate & circumstances.


p.s its my first time writing a novel with English not being my main language and its just something i did in my random free time so updates are not fixed yet
