~Back at the University, the dorm NEXT to Easton's~

Light was blocked from the room by thick curtains. There were slender candles placed here and there, illuminating the dark room ominously.

The center of the room was the brightest.

"yaoi...yaoi...yaoi..." (I couldn't think of any cult chantings XD)

Deep chantings filled the solemn air. There was a small crowd of no more than three people. All wearing dark sheets over their heads... due to the budget of not being able to afford cultish cloaks... (you know typical college student problems -_-).

"The Unwanted one has arrived." The largest of the three said with disgust once the chanting was over.

"The Unwanted one..." The other two lackeys repeated in whispery voices.

"What do we do with the unwanted ones?" A sinister intent lay not so hidden in his voice.

"Eradicate them!" Came the simultaneous response. 

Suddenly the light switch flicked on, all three heads whipped towards the entrance to the dorm. A very much scared and traumatized freshman was awkwardly standing there on shaking legs.

"I-I seem the have gotten the wrong room... bye!" Then the door was slammed shut... only to be opened again. The same freshman forgot to turn off the lights.

"Boss... what do we do?" One of the lackeys asked. Their secret society was so secret... that neither do the three of them know the other's identities!

"Eradicate him!"

Then they each left the room one by one, just to make sure that neither sees the other. Only one returned to clean up the mess then proceeded to do the dishes. 

What? It's his dorm!

~Easton's Dorm~

So here's the gist of Easton's day so far:

Arrive to school with identification papers...check
Find dorm...check
Unpack suitcase...somewhat can be checked off
Be friends with dorm mate... OH HELL NO!

Easton flopped onto his now made bed. He only unpacked the bedding necessities... his parents were worried about the creepy crawlies and whatnot.

Let's just say that THAT made his dorm mate have worser impression of him. Oh and right! He never bothered to introduce himself. Easton only learnt his name after seeing the name tag on his side of the room.

Dolan. 

Just Dolan. Is that a first name or a last name? Easton was too tired to find out. Being the spoiled "secret love child" of the family Easton never had to a single chore in his life. 

Not something to be proud of. 

He sat up and tiredly looked at the surroundings. To the right of the door is an opening to a very small and dingy bathroom. Easton was horrified at the thought of no privacy when going to the loo, but fortunately he noticed the sliding door.

To the left of the door is the smallest kitchen Easton ever saw. Lastly, the bedroom space was made smaller by the ridiculous pink duct tape on the floor. Dolan obviously gave Easton the smaller half of the room.

"Not bad for my first day." He said aloud to no one in particular. He didn't have to worry about Dolan overhearing. The latter excused himself once he saw all of the bedding Easton brought.

A small ding from his bag caught Easton's attention. It was Donovan, telling Easton to call as soon as he sees the text message.

"That... brother of mine." He couldn't help but let out chuckle. Naturally Easton dialed his number.

"Easton!" Donovan's voice was urgent.

"What's up cousin?" 

"Have you met anybody yet?"

"Is that what you're so worried about?"

"I'm being serious here!" 

"Okay, okay. Yeah I met someone."

"Oh no I'm too late." Donovan muttered under his breath. Luckily the crappy phone microphone couldn't pick that up. 

"So would you mind telling your big bro here who?" Donovan tried to keep the panic out of his voice. He had been driving himself crazy whether or not to call Easton or not. Pacing around in his room to the point his downstairs neighbors asked him to stop. 

"He's my dorm mate. Not sure if Dolan's a first or last name."

Donovan let out a sigh of relief. Easton hasn't met Maverick yet.

"Alright you stick by me if you want to survive university, understand?"

"Eugh, I can take care of myself."

"...I doubt that very much. Remember to come to the freshmen orientation tonight." Then Donovan hung up with a click.

"The freshman... what?"

With SAESP, the 30 thousand Yuan fee per semester will be free.

After confirming her admission to RA, Bai Yuehan get her an apartment and paid one year of the rental fee in advance. It's thirty minutes ride from the Academy. Using the key, Xiao An opened the door of the last room in the second floor. The room has a small living room and a kitchen, three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's the biggest room in the apartment building. Xiao An was looking in the big gate in a dazed while many students were rustling in the first day of school year.

'Mom, Dad...Did you see me now in heaven? I'm starting my 1st day in college now. My 1st day in RA....'

RA was covered by greens and the buildings were all painted in white. The students were passing by and walking through in solo, pair and by group. All with aristocratic auras in the air. The other surprising thing was Chancellor Ning made her a direct disciple of her's even through she come in 34th place along with the first place winner Dai Lang.

There was a bunch of ceremonies and other celebrations before  they finally gathered everyone into a square building before separating them into different classes. Jun was in the earth class but it was technically speaking Lin that was in the earth class. This has never happened before as no one has ever done a double admission therefore they would never expect that Lin and Jun were the same person especially since Jun was in the Pill Division while Lin was in the Martial Combat division.

Xiao Mei was also in the Earth's division along with her brother. Right now about 80% of the students in the Heaven's division were either half step King's realm or first stage King's realm. They had a look of superiority that low key pissed off Jun. At the same time it ignited his competitive spirit.

An Elderly man full of vitality took the stage.

"For those of you who have made it this far it means you are all exceptionally talented individuals. While that may be true in the outside world in here you will eventually become cannon fodders, and stepping stones for the point one percenters. As for those that got into the Heaven's class. The principle left the stage just like that and another person took over. He began to separate everyone into their dorms and provide their daily necessities and used some kind of device to leave an imprint spiritual code on the student's emblem.

Jun didn't end up Dorming with anyone from the WL pill shop group since Xiao Mei was a girl and was therefore in the girl's dorm. Xiao Hui was in the formation dorm. San Ti and Ziju were both their seniors in the school therefore at a higher dorm. 

Xintong was a Heaven's class student and a direct disciple of the Chancellor therefore she has a special dorm too.

Leaving Lin to live in a room of 4 people.

Sigh. Please don't let my roommates be idiots.

Wait. I don't even have to dorm with them… I got a special dorm too. Then again its in repair due to the explosion and should be done by tomorrow. Jun thought.

There wasn't much to settle into as Jun just went to his room and lied down on the bed. He then brought out a pair of contact lens from his inter spacial ring and puts it on. From there a screen appeared in front of him and using his soul he began to enter the Ziren college website.

He scrolled through the entire thing and found that the place sold a lot of stuff. From mystic art manuals, all the way to blood essence. If the price is right even essence fire but the amount is astronomical through.

While scroll through he saw that there were about a hundred items that were locked and he couldn't get access too. With a slight grin he had the urge to hack the system. After a couple probes he found that unless he used the Quantum reality computers he will have to expand a lot of energy to do so. So currently for him its not worth it. Therefore he continue to scroll through the website.

On one of the pages he found something very interesting. It was a mission. The principle's life companion the Sky Phoenix is currently sick. It won't eat and drink. The phoenix is currently getting sicker and sicker each day. None of the Beast tamers, or beast doctors know what is wrong with it. The principle even invited many well known pill doctors and beast researchers to no avail. 

The reward is a little ambiguous as it only states a favor from the principle. It just so happens that in Xintong's brother's book that he left to him had a section for the Sky Phoenix who currently possess the purest phoenix bloodline in this era. Therefore it also wield's the strongest fire essence known on this continent. Due to that the book it states some of the pills that require its' fire essence for refinement. There were also the 2nd, 3rd and 4th best solutions. 

The bad part is that the book isn't comprehensive enough as it only states habitat, migration habits, favorite food, habits, and birthing cycles. 

Xintong's birthday is still another month or two away. I'll see what I can do. But first things first I need to hit up their library to look at all the sword manuals they have. Jun thought with a creepily giddy smile.

He walks into the bathroom and took off his disguise and reverted back to the cold and serious Xing Jun with his hair combed back. He walks out of the dorm and with a cursory glance found the combat library.

As he walks through the campus at a leisure pace a sudden shout interrupted his thought process.

"HEY XING JUN YOU SON OF B!" an young man's voice shouted  across the field. A whole bunch of students looks at him in annoyance.

Jun turns around with cold glare. He saw a young man near his age with dirty brown hair, with bright brown eyes. He could be considered above above average in looks with his chiseled chin.

Jun's eyes brighten up in surprise as smirk spread across his face. He knew he saw someone familiar during the testing stage before.

"Hey Noyt," Jun replied still with that expressionless face.

"I feel like you're staring me to a court room," Noyt joked. "This is crazy. What did I do?"

"I feel like you're going to come over and snuff me," Noyt continued jokingly as he walks closer to Jun. "What, you're not allowed to talk?"

"Snuff you? Maybe if you keeping talking."

"I see. So it's personal?"

Jun crackles his fist.

"Good God! Chill I was joking."

"Hahaha it's been a while how have you been?" Jun asks.

"If you don't put alway those weapons. It wouldn't be well." Noyt said. "Lets go somewhere else and catch up."

They eventually ended up at a hotpot restaurant. 

"How's your dad doing?" Jun asks. Remembering how sick he was back then.

"That asshole? Knocked the wood already."

"I'm sorry."

"Don't feel bad. He was an asshole to me anyway. Can never please him no matter what I do."

"I know that feeling," Jun grumbles and the waitress arrives.

"How's your father doing?"

"On the way to knocking the wood too," Jun answered still with a blank face.

"Hey I'd apologize but isn't that what we are going for here? Plus you're poker face makes it really hard."

"You're cultivation? Why is it peak nascent realm?" Exclaimed Noyt in surprise.

"Some stuff happened. I'm actually stronger now than before," Jun answered with a bragging tone.

"Cocky as always, hahaha."

It might have been their discontent for their fathers, that they became such great friends as they both have something in common. They both felt the under appreciation of their fathers. they both felt that they can never get their father's approval.

For Noyt he won his town's and state's construct competition for his age group and 10 years older group too but still his father was like you can do better.

As for Jun, he won the entire younger generation's pre college's pill competitions from locals to outer states one but still his father continues to push him further and could never gain his approval.

"So how do you really feel about your father's ya know?" Jun asks while dipping a piece of fatty beef into the pot.

"Honestly? I was pretty devastated that year but I moved passed that." Noyt sighed. Then his face turned completely serious. "But he left me his legacy and its time I complete it. Can you set up an isolation formation in this room?"

"Give me a sec." Jun said as he toss out some seals. Along with some formation flags. "Done."

"Still astonish how you set things up in less than a couple seconds."

Jun gave shrug. "Not as impressive as when you build an entire construct out of scrap in a couple seconds."

Noyt then brought out a uniquely marked box. From a glance Jun can tell this box was like a ghost box as Jun can see it but can't detect it with his spiritual sense.

I knew I had to since where I live is an hour away from my university and it can become a problem. I waved my dad goodbye and we drove off to university. 

~ an hour later~

"WE'RE FINALLY HERE!" Laura exclaimed, I had to admit, I myself was psyched as well though I am nervous. "I know right, I'm so Glad we got into the same university and, even though we didn't get to be in a dorm together, I'm happy you're here" I said to Laura with a bright smile. We went to our dorm rooms and did some unpacking before going on a tour around the university. "Welcome all, to the Dale University! I, Simon will be taking you all on a tour around the school, feel free to ask questions if you have any and I will gladly answer it !" 

~After the tour~

"Hey, my name is James. I saw you just now and I really hope we can be friends!" He smiled nervously at me. " Sure, we can be friends. I'm Vanessa by the way." I replied calmly . We talked for awhile and Laura and I left soon after that to each lunch together since it was the first day and there was no lessons. " Vanessa, Vanessa. It's only the first day and someone likes you already!" Laura said while winking at me.  "Ouh stop it, you don't know for sure that he likes me and it's only the first day. We barely know each other!" I said . The rest of the day was just a bunch of scheduling and unpacking which ended off with me falling asleep as soon as I got into bed.

I was afraid and felt emptiness on my body then I looked my body under the blanket. I discovered that I was nude.

It wasn't good. I felt too much nervous. I wanted to confirm if something happened last night or not.

After listening, he just left. 

After college time returning to the dorm, my friend met me then I knew she was still alive. I asked her, " What happened last night?"

She only remembered that after getting drunk she returned to the dorm by a taxi. She forgot about me.

I still didn't remember what happened to me that night.

I was tired that day. When I went to bed to get some sleep, I remembered.

            " hai Rose I am Aaroya from CS dept and this is Eva from literature dept", Aaroya. " I heard that the noodles shop was really good!" Aaroya. " sounds good!", rose. " let me treat the dinner tonight!", Aaroya. She send off her parents.

             They went to the noodles shop for the dinner. And had their dinner. They enjoyed the view and while they are about to return to the dorm it started to rain. so moved to the nearby bus stop. They enjoyed the rain and have some fun by shedding the water on one another. Then they went to their dorm.

             The next day Aaroya and Eva went to the univ.
" hey Aaroya!", Eric. Eric is Aaroya's cousin and her best friend.he is same department as Eva." hi Eric this is Eva. Eva this my cousin Eric. she is your dept Eric", Aaroya. then they went to their class. 

              The girls are excited and said ," Today Aiden is coming  to the univ". " after a long time we had a chance to meet him". Aiden is the top student of the college, he is from CS dept, talented and very handsome guy . Girls always very eager to meet him. But he never had any interested in those stuff. After the morning session Aaroya went to had lunch with Eva and Eric. After queued for few minutes she got her food she bombarded with Aiden.
            " I am sorry. I am sorry....ah", Aaroya. When she saw him they were stunned and started to stare each other.[ oh my God! he is really handsome but I can't keep staring him like this. Why my face became so hot? who he is?.No I just have to control my self]. He just gave a little smile then he moved to his friends. 
             Finally she found her friends." do you know that today Aiden came to college to handover his project to the professor",Eva . " yeah I heard about that but I never had a chance to meet him. I don't know how he looks like", Aaroya. " he just left the canteen few minutes ago",Eric. " what? we missed that chance Aaroya",Eva . " it's ok Eva I am really impressed with his works", Aaroya." then let's meet at the dorm"Eva . "ok then bye", Aaroya. 
            
               They return to the dorm. " Aaroya we heard that you bombarded with Aiden during lunch",Linda. "what?...", Aaroya. Is that guy is the legendary Aiden?...[to be continued]

Only when Gu Dian put the kitten aside did Zhou Wen see another three cats on the grass patch to the side. Two of them were kittens and one of them was an adult. Clearly, this group of four was a family. The mother cat was sunbathing in the sun with her three kittens.
By the side of the grass patch were two bowls. One of them had water in it and the other had cat food. It was obvious that they had been prepared by Gu Dian.

After taking a few steps, Gu Dian stopped and said without turning his head. "Also, don't you attempt to harm them; otherwise, you're dead."
After saying that, Gu Dian took huge strides and left.
Li Xuan said that not only does Gu Dian look fierce, but that he's extremely bad. It's said that he's willing to do anything awful as long as he's paid. Now from the looks of it, he might not be as bad as the rumors say. To be so close to cats which are naturally wary of others, to the point of letting him get so close to the kittens, he's probably not as evil as the rumors say. Zhou Wen glanced at the four cats and thought to himself.
In present times, animals like dogs and cats were no longer as cherished as in the past. After all, they were only for aesthetics. In contrast, Companion Beasts had magical powers. People were more willing to spend money on them.
In the past, all kinds of valuable pet cats and dogs had mostly turned into strays. They were no longer doted on by humans.
With the time changing, many things changed as well. In the past, figures who could fly or have tremendous strength were extolled for being capable of becoming Legendaries. Their tales were spread to this day because few humans in the past had such powers.
But in this day and age, it wasn't difficult to have tremendous strength if one could advance to the Legendary stage. Now, almost everyone could become as legendary as those people from the past since the Legendary stage was no longer rare. As long as one cultivated hard, they would definitely advance to the Legendary stage as long as they weren't without any aptitude.
However, to advance from the Legendary stage to the Epic stage wasn't simple. This required talent, Primordial Energy Arts, resources, and the combination of all kinds of factors. It wasn't achievable simply through hard work.
After all, those people who had their names put into the annals of history to be extolled in poems and songs were basically close to mythical existences.
Back when Zhou Wen cultivated Ascetic Meditation, he had planned on advancing to the Legendary stage during college. Such a speed made him a genius among humans.
However, his Ascetic Meditation had already been replaced by the Legendary stage. To advance to the Legendary stage with the Lost Immortal Sutra wasn't a simple endeavor to begin with.
Zhou Wen had been repeatedly studying Lost Immortal Sutra recently and he discovered that it was very different from the typical Primordial Energy Art.
In typical Primordial Energy Arts like Ascetic Meditation, advancement was in fact breaking one's shackles. Humans had the limits of their Strength, Speed, Constitution, and Primordial Energy shackled, so consuming no amount of supplements was of any use. The stats just wouldn't continue rising.
Only after breaking those shackles would a human's upper limits be unlocked. While being able to continue raising one's stats, one would also obtain a Life Providence that was related to one's aptitude. It was commonly known as Legendary Life Providence.
However, after Zhou Wen's repeated studies of the Lost Immortal Sutra, he didn't see any descriptions regarding the breaking of those shackles.
Therefore, Zhou Wen still hadn't figured out how he could use the Lost Immortal Sutra to advance to the Legendary stage.
After going through quite a hassle to find the on-campus supermarket and buying the daily necessities he needed, he returned to his dorm to unpack it. Once he was done with all of that, he then began grinding.
Since it was unlikely for him to have any progress with Ant Nest any time soon, Zhou Wen chose to enter the Underground Buddha City.
He spent some time grinding the Buddha Heart Lotuses at the lotus pond, but not a single Companion Beast dropped. Instead, his Mutated Skeleton Ant was devoured by the gargantuan blood-colored Buddha Heart Lotus.
Zhou Wen then controlled the blood-colored avatar to Small Buddha Temple. Before climbing up the stone steps, Zhou Wen got the blood-colored avatar to activate his Primordial Energy Skill—Heart Meditation.
The stretch of road in front of Small Buddha Temple was extremely bizarre. Death seemed to be the only outcome no matter how he traversed it. He still hadn't found the reason why that was the case.
Using Heart Meditation was a last-ditch effort. He felt that since Heart Meditation came from the Buddha Heart Lotus, it was possible that using it worked.
To Zhou Wen's surprise, the blood-colored avatar, which would usually die once it arrived at a spot where it could see the Small Buddha Temple's signboard, didn't die this time. It could still move higher and progress forward.
Does Heart Meditation really work? Even Zhou Wen was surprised.
He made the blood-colored avatar proceed forward and indeed, nothing happened the entire way. However, Heart Meditation was a Primordial Energy Skill which expended Primordial Energy while it was in use, at a rate of two points a minute.
By climbing up the stone steps in such a way, there was still quite a distance from Small Buddha Temple before his Primordial Energy was completely drained.
The moment Heart Meditation wasn't in effect, the blood-colored avatar collapsed to the ground and the game's screen went black.
Since he knew that Heart Meditation worked, Zhou Wen eagerly revived the blood-colored avatar and made it come in front of the Small Buddha Temple's stone passageway.
Zhou Wen activated Heart Meditation and made the blood-colored avatar run towards the Small Buddha Temple at full speed. However, it died once again when its Primordial Energy was drained about ten meters away from its destination.
With my present speed, the time Heart Meditation can be in effect isn't enough for me to rush into Small Buddha Temple. Do I have to wait until I've advanced to the Legendary stage and have plenty of Primordial Energy before I can rush in with Heart Meditation? But I've no idea how long it will take before I advance to the Legendary stage…
Primordial Energy Skills like Heart Meditation that continuously expend Primordial Energy expend less Primordial Energy at higher ranks. I wonder if it's the same with Heart Meditation? Currently, Heart Meditation is at Rank 7. If I can grind a Rank 8 or Rank 9 Heart Meditation, perhaps I might have a chance of entering Small Buddha Temple.
Since he had nothing else to do, Zhou Wen continued grinding Buddha Heart Lotuses with a try-and-see attitude, hoping to receive something.
After repeated grinding, Zhou Wen realized a pattern. The blood-colored Buddha Heart Lotus was always submerged underwater in the beginning. Only after Zhou Wen cleaved some of the Buddha Heart Lotuses around the middle of the lotus pond would the blood-colored Buddha Heart Lotus rise above the water surface in rage.

Ever since the dimensional storms descended upon Earth, numerous dimensional zones have appeared, bringing with them all kinds of dimensional creatures—Immortals, Buddhas, Devils, Angels, Elves, etc.
Yet, all these strange dimensional zones can turn into dungeon instances on my phone. Other people risk their lives adventuring, I spend all my time gaming.
Monsters drop dimensional crystals that boost stats, imbue new skills, and join me as Companion Beasts. These Companion Beasts fight alongside me or alone, augmenting me with their skills and strength. Rare monsters in real life? I'll just restart the game with a drop of blood to grind it.
I really need a blood transfusion.

Malapit na naman magpasukan, marami na namang bagong estudyante ang papasok sa dormitory na tinutuluyan ko. Kung praktikal ang hanap mo ay talagang ang Co-Educational Dormitory ng university ang pupuntahan mo. Marming estudyante na ang tumingin nito na nakikita ko 'nung nakaraan. Alam ko na marami na sila dahil dito halos dito na ako tumira simula ng mag-college ako.

Linggo ngayon at sa Wednesday na ang pasukan kaya marami nang mga students ang nagbabalik at nagpupunta na nang dorm para maglagay ng kanilang mga gamit. Hindi ko maintindihan kung bakit palaging Wednesday ang simula ng classes sa university namin.

Nasa terrace ako ng men's building kaya nakikita ko sa baba ang mga abalang mga bagong dating na estudyante. May mga masasayang nagkukuwentuhan at mga mukhang nawawala pa. Ganitong-ganito din ako 'nung first year pa lang ako. Napatigil ako sa pagrereminisce ng isang pick-up ang huminto sa baba. Bumaba ang isang payat na bata, magulang niya siguro ang kasama. Nakasuot siya ng jogging pants na may pangalan ng isang state college sa Ilocos Sur at nakasuot ng gray hoodie. Malamig ba? 

Natatakang tanong ko sa sarili. Tinawag na ako ni Justin, kaklase ko at roommate ko dito sa dorm na naging kaibigan ko na rin.

"Dre, tara miki tayo." Sabi niya.

Tumango na lang ako at naglakad na pababa. Paglabas namin ng building ay nakita ko ang bata na hinihintay ang magulang niyang nakikipag-usap sa guard ng dormitory. Lalabas na sana ako pero nakita ako nang guard at sinita dahil hindi ako nagsulat sa logbook. Napakamot na lang ako sa ulo. Nakatitig na 'yung bata sa akin.

"Laxamana, logbook." Turo ng guard "Kung ganyan ang makikita ng mga bago sa inyo baka ganyan din gagawin kapag nagsimula ang pasukan." Panenermon ne'to sa akin.

Nagsulat na lang ako. Inaasar pa ako ni Justin dahil bad shot na naman ako sa guard ng dorm. Nakita kong nakatingin pa rin 'yung bata sa akin. Tinitigan ko na rin siya. Morena siya, hanggang balikat ang straight niyang buhok, medyo makapal ang kilay ne'to na mukhang never been touched, medyo matangos ang ilong at full ang kanyang labi. Tinawag na siya ng magulang niya at sumunod na rin siya. 

Nagsimula na ang pasukan palagi ko siyang nakikita, nakakasalubong. Minsan nakakasabay ko pang siyang lumabas sa dorm at sa tricycle. Napag-alaman kong taga-College of Business, Economics and Accountancy siya dahil suot niyang uniform. Pansin kong tahimik alng siya palagi, nakikisali lang sa kulitan sa dalawa niyang kasama kapag siguro trip niya. Maingay 'yung maliit na palagi niyang kasama kaya lagi silang napapansin dahil kahit tahimik sila 'nung isa pa nilang kasama, iyon namang lakas ng boses at ingay ng kasama nila.

Nagkaroon ng meeting sa lahat ng resident ng dormitory. Lahat ay required umattend para sa briefing. Okay lang naman na ma-late doon kasi simula first year lagi naman nangyayari 'yun. Halos lahat naroon na, nagroroll call na ang dormitory manager per room ng napansin kong kadadating lang 'nung bata at ang mga lagi niyang kasama. Sakto namang roon na nila ang tinawag kaya nagtaas din sila ng kamay kasama rin 'yung isang tahimik. Taga-Engineering halos lahat ng mga ka-room niya kaya naisapan kong mas madali ko lang malalaman ang pangalan niya. Nagulat ako sa inisip ko, bat ko naman tatanungin ang pangalan niya? Lahat kami ay required magpakilala.

"Hello everyone, I am Reanne Joyce Somera. Ilocos Sur." Tipid niyang pakilala.

Napangiti ako dahil nahihiya pa siya, masasanay din sila sa dorm na'to.  Lumipas ang mga buwan, palagi ko pa rin siyang nakikita mas nagiging comfortable na din siya tignan. Nakikita ko na hindi na lang 'yung dalawa ang nagiging kasama niya kapag lumalabas or ano man. Nakikipagsabayan na rin siya sa kaingayan 'nung maliit. Naging hobby ko na yata ang panoorin siya kapag may pagkakataon. 

"Kinakabahan ako, bakit ba nila tayo sinasabak dito e wala naman tayong statistics na subject." 
Napalingon ako nang narinig ang nagsalita dahil familiar ito. Nagpatuloy pa siya sa pagra-rant sa mga kasama niya. Nakapila sila sa mga nagpapalista para sa mga sasali sa quiz.

"Nakakahiyang sumabak ng walang review. Hindi madali ang statistics e." 

"Kayo natin 'to. Nandyan ka naman e. Laboratorian ka nga sa inyo." Pagkomento nung isa pa niyang kasama.

Hindi ko na natiis kaya lumapit na ako sa kanila. Sasali din kami sa contest na sasalihan nila. Statistic Quiz 'yun.

"Here, you can review bukas pa naman 'yung quiz show."

"Huh?" Tumingin pa siya sa mga kasama niya kung sino ang kinakausap ko sa kanila. Nagkibit balikat ang dalawang kasama niya.

"I'm talking to you, Reanne." Sabi ko

Nagulat siya na parang iniisip niya kung saan niya ako nakita. Tokneneng! Hindi niya ako kilala. Palagi kaming nagkakasalubong sa dorm. Nagpapapansin pa ako minsan kapag nagsasabay kami sa guard house or sa parking area ng mga tricycle. Wtf!

"Dorm." Tipid na sinabi ko na lang.

"Ah yes. Ikaw 'yung friend ng pinsan nila ate Chiena, diba kuya? Sabi niya. Wow kuya-zoned agad mga erp. Galing.

"So, we can borrow your reviewer po?" tanong niya ulit sa akin.

"Sure, balik mo na lang sa dorm. Room 106." Sabi ko na lang.

"Yay! Thank you kuya. Ipapa-photocopy na lang namin. Pwede ba?"

"Sure. See you sa dorm." Ngaumiti ako.
She smiled back. She fucking smiled back. Alam ko na sa sarili ko na crush ko siya simula 'nung nakita ko siyang nakahoodie kahit sobrang init naman ng panahon ng dumating siya sa dorm. I rarely had a crush but if I did, iba!

"Sir, room 206 daw po. I don't know his name e. Basta 'yung friend 'nung cousin nila ate Chiena. Civil Engineering din yata." 

Nasa may tapat na ako ng store sa dorm nang makita ko si Reanne na nakikipag-usap sa guard na hawak 'yung reviewer na pinahiram ko sa kanya.

"Basta matangkad po siya tapos medyo singkit 'yung mata niya. Medyo curly din yung buhok." Sabi niya ulit sa guard. 

Natatawa ako hirap na hirap niya akong i-describe. Pwede naman niya sabihin na yung gwapo sa room 206, ako lang naman 'yun. Naghintay pa ako ng ilang minuto para panoorin siya pero nang makita niya lumabas si Justin ay tinuro niya.

"Kuya diba ikaw 'yung friend 'nung matangkad na medyo may curly hair. Room 206 daw e. From 206 ka ba?" Nagulat si Justin nang nakita niya ang hawak ni Reanne. Kailan ko nang magpakita, epal pa naman si Justin.

"Hoy Laxamana, ikaw yata hanap." Nang makita niya akong nasa logbook area na. 

"Magpakilala ka na kasi para madali ka na niyang hanapin." Makahulugan sinabi pa niya sa akin bago mag-logbook para umalis.

Lumapit naman si Reanne sa akin at binigay yung reviewer. Nahihiya pa siyang iabot 'yung sa akin.

"Uh! Thank you kuya ha. We owe you big time."Nakangiting sabi niya. Hulog na ang koya niyo sa ngiti niya palang.

"You can pay me!" Nakangiti ring sinabi ko sa kanya.

"Ha? Hindi ako mayaman pero I'll see if kasya sa allowance ko." Natatarantang sagot niya.
Tumawa ako at pinigilang ang sarili na pisilin ang pisngi niya. Sobrang cute niya. Kainis.

"Hindi pera." 

"Ha?"

"Your number."

"Bakit?" Gulat pa rin niyang tanong

"Laxamana, bata 'yan!" Natatawang tapik sa akin ni Ron. Isa ring resident sa dormitory.
Tumawa lang ako at humarap ulit kay Reanne.

"Number mo. Cellphone number." Ulit ko at klinaro pa ang sasabihin.

"May ballpen at paper ka po dyan. I'll just write."

"No need. Here." Binigay ko na sa kanya ang phone ko. 

She type her digits there. Pagkabigay niya tinawagan ko agad ang number niya at tumunog ang  hawak niyang phone.

"Save my number. It's Nigel Paul Laxamana pero pwede rin Love na lang." tawa ko at pumasok na sa men's building.

She was the dream but how can I reach her when she don't want to be fulfilled.
