~Back at the University, the dorm NEXT to Easton's~

Light was blocked from the room by thick curtains. There were slender candles placed here and there, illuminating the dark room ominously.

The center of the room was the brightest.

"yaoi...yaoi...yaoi..." (I couldn't think of any cult chantings XD)

Deep chantings filled the solemn air. There was a small crowd of no more than three people. All wearing dark sheets over their heads... due to the budget of not being able to afford cultish cloaks... (you know typical college student problems -_-).

"The Unwanted one has arrived." The largest of the three said with disgust once the chanting was over.

"The Unwanted one..." The other two lackeys repeated in whispery voices.

"What do we do with the unwanted ones?" A sinister intent lay not so hidden in his voice.

"Eradicate them!" Came the simultaneous response. 

Suddenly the light switch flicked on, all three heads whipped towards the entrance to the dorm. A very much scared and traumatized freshman was awkwardly standing there on shaking legs.

"I-I seem the have gotten the wrong room... bye!" Then the door was slammed shut... only to be opened again. The same freshman forgot to turn off the lights.

"Boss... what do we do?" One of the lackeys asked. Their secret society was so secret... that neither do the three of them know the other's identities!

"Eradicate him!"

Then they each left the room one by one, just to make sure that neither sees the other. Only one returned to clean up the mess then proceeded to do the dishes. 

What? It's his dorm!

~Easton's Dorm~

So here's the gist of Easton's day so far:

Arrive to school with identification papers...check
Find dorm...check
Unpack suitcase...somewhat can be checked off
Be friends with dorm mate... OH HELL NO!

Easton flopped onto his now made bed. He only unpacked the bedding necessities... his parents were worried about the creepy crawlies and whatnot.

Let's just say that THAT made his dorm mate have worser impression of him. Oh and right! He never bothered to introduce himself. Easton only learnt his name after seeing the name tag on his side of the room.

Dolan. 

Just Dolan. Is that a first name or a last name? Easton was too tired to find out. Being the spoiled "secret love child" of the family Easton never had to a single chore in his life. 

Not something to be proud of. 

He sat up and tiredly looked at the surroundings. To the right of the door is an opening to a very small and dingy bathroom. Easton was horrified at the thought of no privacy when going to the loo, but fortunately he noticed the sliding door.

To the left of the door is the smallest kitchen Easton ever saw. Lastly, the bedroom space was made smaller by the ridiculous pink duct tape on the floor. Dolan obviously gave Easton the smaller half of the room.

"Not bad for my first day." He said aloud to no one in particular. He didn't have to worry about Dolan overhearing. The latter excused himself once he saw all of the bedding Easton brought.

A small ding from his bag caught Easton's attention. It was Donovan, telling Easton to call as soon as he sees the text message.

"That... brother of mine." He couldn't help but let out chuckle. Naturally Easton dialed his number.

"Easton!" Donovan's voice was urgent.

"What's up cousin?" 

"Have you met anybody yet?"

"Is that what you're so worried about?"

"I'm being serious here!" 

"Okay, okay. Yeah I met someone."

"Oh no I'm too late." Donovan muttered under his breath. Luckily the crappy phone microphone couldn't pick that up. 

"So would you mind telling your big bro here who?" Donovan tried to keep the panic out of his voice. He had been driving himself crazy whether or not to call Easton or not. Pacing around in his room to the point his downstairs neighbors asked him to stop. 

"He's my dorm mate. Not sure if Dolan's a first or last name."

Donovan let out a sigh of relief. Easton hasn't met Maverick yet.

"Alright you stick by me if you want to survive university, understand?"

"Eugh, I can take care of myself."

"...I doubt that very much. Remember to come to the freshmen orientation tonight." Then Donovan hung up with a click.

"The freshman... what?"

When she passed the National College Entrance Examination, she enrolled to the top notch and most expensive university in whole China. The 'Royal Academy of China' which was located in Shanghai. After passing the entrance exam, she applied for the 'Special Academic Excellence Scholarship Program'. Only ten students with a score of 95% and above in National College Entrance Examination (NCEE) + 95% of the Royal Academy of China Entrance Examination (RACEE) + 95% Average Percentage Grade of the Report Card will be accepted and the student needs to maintain his/her average percentage grade A+ or 95% and above. With SAESP, the 30 thousand Yuan fee per semester will be free.

After confirming her admission to RA, Bai Yuehan get her an apartment and paid one year of the rental fee in advance. It's thirty minutes ride from the Academy. Bai Yuehan did not let her stay in the RA Dorm as he knew his daughter preferred privacy and silent surroundings and additional rooms for her wires, other equipments and tools.

Using the key, Xiao An opened the door of the last room in the second floor. The room has a small living room and a kitchen, three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's the biggest room in the apartment building. Her parents left her a sum of 300 thousand Yuan plus 600 thousand Yuan from the Death Insurance and another 100 thousand Yuan from another life insurances. 

Xiao An did a little cleaning before arranging her luggage. After she settled, she opened her laptop and visited an online shopping site. After ordering her necessities, she took a nap.

She was awakened by the sound of the door bell. Her groceries has arrived. The next day, her appliances were delivered one after another.

One week later,,,

A figure in a white sneakers with a loose long white sleeve collared blouse with small slit in the arms, slightly fitted blue jeans, a braided black hair with a big frame eye wear, was standing in front of a gigantic white gate with a big wordings of 'WELCOME TO ROYAL ACADEMY' engraved above in the gate's arch.

Xiao An was looking in the big gate in a dazed while many students were rustling in the first day of school year.

'Mom, Dad...Did you see me now in heaven? I'm starting my 1st day in college now. My 1st day in RA....'

Xiao An took a deep breath, 'I can do this,Fighting!'

RA was covered by greens and the buildings were all painted in white. The students were passing by and walking through in solo, pair and by group. All with aristocratic auras in the air. Even though she looked a little bit different, it does not change her mood. This is one of her dreams. To be one of the students in RA, to make millions on her own and to travel around the world...'Sigh'

As she was walking, other students were also curiously looking at her. Xiao An did not mind them and walked straight to Electronic Engineering Department.

She's just a normal college student. A genius on her own. When her parents died, she has no others to depend on but only her ownself.

He's the King of Underworld. The Lord among the Lords. The Devil among devils. He has no fear as he is the Fear.

Fate played a big role and interlaced their path. What would happen if a sudden genius beat a certain King in his own game?

When the day of the final Assessment came for Xintong there was little surprise to her results. Out of the people who got accepted she ranked 34th which was a huge surprise for Jun. While its not top 10 it was still really good. 

The other surprising thing was Chancellor Ning made her a direct disciple of her's even through she come in 34th place along with the first place winner Dai Lang.

There was a bunch of ceremonies and other celebrations before  they finally gathered everyone into a square building before separating them into different classes. Jun was in the earth class but it was technically speaking Lin that was in the earth class. This has never happened before as no one has ever done a double admission therefore they would never expect that Lin and Jun were the same person especially since Jun was in the Pill Division while Lin was in the Martial Combat division.

Xiao Mei was also in the Earth's division along with her brother. Right now about 80% of the students in the Heaven's division were either half step King's realm or first stage King's realm. They had a look of superiority that low key pissed off Jun. At the same time it ignited his competitive spirit.

An Elderly man full of vitality took the stage.

"For those of you who have made it this far it means you are all exceptionally talented individuals. While that may be true in the outside world in here you will eventually become cannon fodders, and stepping stones for the point one percenters. As for those that got into the Heaven's class. Don't be complacent as those that are currently in the Earth class only lack resources and opportunity. Over the 100 years that I have been principle here I have seen the fall of many Heaven class students due to their arrogance and thinking they can rely and talent forever. For the Earth class students your goal should be to enter the Heaven's class. While for Heaven's class your goal should be to the Divinity class. In the past 100 years only 2 students have ascended to that class and they are now peak Heaven's realm," said the Principle in one breath. "In this world resources are limited and are only given to the strong. Study hard, practice hard, cultivate hard and one day you may stand where I am today. Now I will explain the structure of my school. Each year there will be a test to move up a great. It will be based on comprehension, and cultivation. Resources will be given base on rank and that will not be the only way to gain resources. There are missions, record breakers, competitions, and duals where you can earn Ziren Points. These points can be used to buy cultivation manuals, pills, weapons and etc. Those are options provided by the school but there are other options out there that you will eventually learn about. The principle left the stage just like that and another person took over. He began to separate everyone into their dorms and provide their daily necessities and used some kind of device to leave an imprint spiritual code on the student's emblem.

Jun didn't end up Dorming with anyone from the WL pill shop group since Xiao Mei was a girl and was therefore in the girl's dorm. Xiao Hui was in the formation dorm. San Ti and Ziju were both their seniors in the school therefore at a higher dorm. 

Xintong was a Heaven's class student and a direct disciple of the Chancellor therefore she has a special dorm too.

Leaving Lin to live in a room of 4 people.

Sigh. Please don't let my roommates be idiots.

Wait. I don't even have to dorm with them… I got a special dorm too. Then again its in repair due to the explosion and should be done by tomorrow. Jun thought.

There wasn't much to settle into as Jun just went to his room and lied down on the bed. He then brought out a pair of contact lens from his inter spacial ring and puts it on. From there a screen appeared in front of him and using his soul he began to enter the Ziren college website.

He scrolled through the entire thing and found that the place sold a lot of stuff. From mystic art manuals, all the way to blood essence. If the price is right even essence fire but the amount is astronomical through.

While scroll through he saw that there were about a hundred items that were locked and he couldn't get access too. With a slight grin he had the urge to hack the system. After a couple probes he found that unless he used the Quantum reality computers he will have to expand a lot of energy to do so. So currently for him its not worth it. Therefore he continue to scroll through the website.

On one of the pages he found something very interesting. It was a mission. The principle's life companion the Sky Phoenix is currently sick. It won't eat and drink. The phoenix is currently getting sicker and sicker each day. None of the Beast tamers, or beast doctors know what is wrong with it. The principle even invited many well known pill doctors and beast researchers to no avail. 

The reward is a little ambiguous as it only states a favor from the principle. It just so happens that in Xintong's brother's book that he left to him had a section for the Sky Phoenix who currently possess the purest phoenix bloodline in this era. Therefore it also wield's the strongest fire essence known on this continent. Due to that the book it states some of the pills that require its' fire essence for refinement. There were also the 2nd, 3rd and 4th best solutions. 

The bad part is that the book isn't comprehensive enough as it only states habitat, migration habits, favorite food, habits, and birthing cycles. 

Xintong's birthday is still another month or two away. I'll see what I can do. But first things first I need to hit up their library to look at all the sword manuals they have. Jun thought with a creepily giddy smile.

He walks into the bathroom and took off his disguise and reverted back to the cold and serious Xing Jun with his hair combed back. He walks out of the dorm and with a cursory glance found the combat library.

As he walks through the campus at a leisure pace a sudden shout interrupted his thought process.

"HEY XING JUN YOU SON OF B!" an young man's voice shouted  across the field. A whole bunch of students looks at him in annoyance.

Jun turns around with cold glare. He saw a young man near his age with dirty brown hair, with bright brown eyes. He could be considered above above average in looks with his chiseled chin.

Jun's eyes brighten up in surprise as smirk spread across his face. He knew he saw someone familiar during the testing stage before.

"Hey Noyt," Jun replied still with that expressionless face.

"I feel like you're staring me to a court room," Noyt joked. "This is crazy. What did I do?"

"I feel like you're going to come over and snuff me," Noyt continued jokingly as he walks closer to Jun. "What, you're not allowed to talk?"

"Snuff you? Maybe if you keeping talking."

"I see. So it's personal?"

Jun crackles his fist.

"Good God! Chill I was joking."

"Hahaha it's been a while how have you been?" Jun asks.

"If you don't put alway those weapons. It wouldn't be well." Noyt said. "Lets go somewhere else and catch up."

They eventually ended up at a hotpot restaurant. 

"How's your dad doing?" Jun asks. Remembering how sick he was back then.

"That asshole? Knocked the wood already."

"I'm sorry."

"Don't feel bad. He was an asshole to me anyway. Can never please him no matter what I do."

"I know that feeling," Jun grumbles and the waitress arrives.

"How's your father doing?"

"On the way to knocking the wood too," Jun answered still with a blank face.

"Hey I'd apologize but isn't that what we are going for here? Plus you're poker face makes it really hard."

"You're cultivation? Why is it peak nascent realm?" Exclaimed Noyt in surprise.

"Some stuff happened. I'm actually stronger now than before," Jun answered with a bragging tone.

"Cocky as always, hahaha."

It might have been their discontent for their fathers, that they became such great friends as they both have something in common. They both felt the under appreciation of their fathers. they both felt that they can never get their father's approval.

For Noyt he won his town's and state's construct competition for his age group and 10 years older group too but still his father was like you can do better.

As for Jun, he won the entire younger generation's pre college's pill competitions from locals to outer states one but still his father continues to push him further and could never gain his approval.

"So how do you really feel about your father's ya know?" Jun asks while dipping a piece of fatty beef into the pot.

"Honestly? I was pretty devastated that year but I moved passed that." Noyt sighed. Then his face turned completely serious. "But he left me his legacy and its time I complete it. Can you set up an isolation formation in this room?"

"Give me a sec." Jun said as he toss out some seals. Along with some formation flags. "Done."

"Still astonish how you set things up in less than a couple seconds."

Jun gave shrug. "Not as impressive as when you build an entire construct out of scrap in a couple seconds."

Noyt then brought out a uniquely marked box. From a glance Jun can tell this box was like a ghost box as Jun can see it but can't detect it with his spiritual sense.

Feeling bored and stressed Xing Jun escapes during a conference meeting for his Pill company.

I remember noong elementary years namin, uso ang slumbook, iikot yun sa buong klase at sasagutan mo. Isa sa tanong na paborito kong sagutin ay ang "What is your ideal guy/man?" Tapos excited akong isulat doon yung ideal man ko na "maputi, matangkad, smiling eyes, singkit na mata na kapag ngumiti wala ng makitang mata, killer smile, matalino, gwapo, mabait, at higit sa lahat maka-Diyos." Tapos lahat ng classmates ko alam agad sino crush ko kasi meron kaming classmate na lahat ng gusto ko sa guy ay andun sa katangian nya.

Nung nasa high school naman ako, same lang, uso pa rin ang slumbook, kaya pareho lang ng sinusulat ko dun, pero dahil nagdadalaga na ako noon, may isang guy na school heartthrob ang nahagip ng mata ko. Sa apat na taon ko sa high school, sya ung ultimate crush ko na naging first heart ache ko. Sobrang sakit nya. Hindi ko sya boyfriend pero sya naging unang heartaches ko, bakit? Kasi ang gusto nya ay ung close friend kong babae. Sakit no!

​So ayun nga, dahil naheartbroken, sinabi ko na "Cut" yung para akong director na gumawa ng script, akala ko ako at sya ang bida, pero ako pa pala naging kontrabida, kaya ayun, tinapos ko ung script sabay sigaw sa puso ko ng "Cut, move on."

​Hanggang sa graduation, then move to college, excited ako kasi malaking university, makakamove on ako, at nangyari nga, ginusto ko mag excel sa lahat ng bagay at dahil gusto ko ung course ko sa college, inenjoy ko, hindi ko namamalayan, andyan na naman si kupido. Ang makulit na pana.

​At first, natuwa ako sa guy, pareho kami ng hilig ang film, cinematography kaya naman sya ang partner ko at nagtuturo sa akin ng techniques sa filmmaking. Ahead sya ng batch pero naging close friend ko sya, pero dahil nahuhulog na puso ko sa kanya, bigla ko agad naisip ung heartbreaks ko noong high school kaya naman, bago pa ako tuluyang mahulog sa taong ito, tinawag ko na syang "kuya". Kuya ang naiisip kong itawag sa mga guys na nagugustuhan ko para maprotect ko ang heart ko sa upcoming dangers of heartaches. Hanggang isang araw, bigla syang nagtapat na he likes me raw, sa sobrang takot ko masaktan, pinanindigan ko ung tawag kong kuya sa kanya. Sabi nga nya "Kuya ba ung magic word mo sa pambabasted ng guy?"

​Then one day, I saw him with someone and introduced to me as his girlfriend. Ouch! Ang sakit beshy. Pero kailangan panindigan na kuya ko sya kasi hindi pwede ang pakikipagrelasyon noon dahil nag aaral pa ako.

​Many girls will probably relate to my stories while studying. Hindi naman kasi namimili ang pana ni kupido at ang pagiging broken hearted, kahit wala kang boyfriend o girlfriend, pwede tayo maheartbroken. Ang tanong lang eh kung kailan tayo pwede sumigaw ng "Cut"!

​Ang magmahal ay hindi masama, pero dapat alam natin yung boundaries para maiwasan ang broken hearted. Tayong mga girls, may mga standards, packages tayo na naiisip para sa relationships natin, even sa paghanap ng friends may package deal madalas. Pero ano nga ba ang mga package deals na ito? Eto kasi yung parang script guide natin sa relasyon. Alamin natin kung ano nga ba ang mga ito.

PACKAGE DEAL:  MY OWN IDEAL STANDARDS

​When I was young, I remember doing check list for my ideal man. May paborito akong kanta dati yung "Stay Forever" ni Joey Lawrence na lyrics na "I wanna stay forever with you, Feeling every heartbeat so close to mine, I wanna stay forever with you, Holding on to every breath, Stay forever with you" (grabe ang old na ng kanta, '90's song) pero yung kantang ito ung pinaghugutan ng standard ko sa quest for love.

​Isa sa standard or ideal character ko sa isang guy ay ung hindi ako iiwanan kahit ano mangyari. Sa kanta na iyan, feeling ko super kilig ako na para bang may prinsipeng hindi ako iiwan kailanman. Feeling ko lang naman na ganun dapat ang relationship, walang iwanan ika nga ng marami. Even sa mga friends ko, ayoko na may nawawala sa circle of friends ko. Ewan ko ba pero dahil siguro takot ako mapag isa. Ayoko ng walang group, I fear being alone. I'm scared of being left behind. So ang tendency, gusto ko nasa paligid ko lang sila. Ang selfish di ba?

Checklist #1: The Stay Forever Package

​Sino ba ang ayaw sa perfect relationship? Wala naman di ba? Ang gusto ko lang naman ay walang iwanan pero bakit kabaligtaran nangyayari. Marahil totoo ang kasabihan na "people come and go." Pero bakit nga ba? Siguro kasi need natin mag grow as an individual human being, hindi natin pwede ikahon sa mundo natin ang isang tao kasi may buhay silang dapat harapin din tulad natin.

​Madalas natin sinasabi "walang forever" pero sa totoo lang, hindi naman talaga nawawala ung mga taong minahal natin, nandyan lang sila, in fact, sa liit nga ng mundo, pwedeng nasa kabilang dulo lang pala sya. Nasasabi natin na walang forever everytime we broke up with someone, pero sa totoo lang, need lang naman huminga para makita ang iba pang ganda ng mundo. Ang forever kasi ay yung mga memories na nasa puso at isip natin.

​Hindi man sila bumalik sa atin after break up, yung memories na iniwan nila ang magsisilbing lesson natin para tayo maggrow pa. At yung memories un ang nag-sstay forever sa puso at isipan natin. Minsan may mga masasakit na memories pero anuman yan, sigurado, naging matatag tayo after. Mahirap minsan maintindihan kung bakit kailangan natin umasa tayo sa staying forever idea nay an pero ganoon ang buhay, sabi nga dapat may pinanghahawakan tayo.

​Naalala ko may isang guy ang lagi nyang sinasabi sa akin na "I will be with you forever." Nakakakilig marinig pero eto ung isang line ng lalaki na hindi ko pinaniniwalaan kasi meron at meron time sa life natin ang need natin maging mag-isa kasi need natin maggrow, madevelop sa iba pang aspeto ng buhay. Madalas nga may nauuna pa sa death di ba? Tulad ng guy na nagsabi sa akin nyan, ayun nauna pa syang bumitiw kasi nauna syang mahanap ung right one for him and I'm happy for him, imagine close friend ko pa sya ngayon. Pero yung memories na nabuo, minsan matatawa na lang kami kasi minsan sa buhay namin, pinangarap buuin yung forever.

A Danish philosopher Soren Kierkegaard once said; "Life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards."  

It is true enough that we can only understand things after it happened like sa nangyari, minsan after break up, saka natin marerealized na tama lang na bumitiw kasi kung hindi, wala tayo sa journey na meron ang present life natin.

Checklist #2: The Bestfriend Package

​'When you need a friend, that you can depend, you can count on me because, you're my best friend." One of my favorite songs about friendship. It's actually my song for my bestfriend. After my first heartbreaks, naisip ko ishield at protektahan ung heart ko, para bang ayaw ko nang masaktan. Kaya naman sa bawat crush ko na guy, kapag nahuhulog na loob ko, tatawagin ko na syang kuya. Malaki respeto ko sa kuya, kasi wala ako nun, naging panganay ako at walang kuyang kinagisnan kasi maaga sila kinuha ni God so ang tendency, I wanted to have an older brother. I longed to have someone na magtatanggol sa akin kapag inaway ako. A brother that can be a bestfriend to me.

​Noong college ako, may isang guy na sobrang close kami, as in walang araw na hindi kami nag usap, we treat each other as bestfriend, minsan, may report ako gagawin sa Philosophy class, habang nagrereport dumugo ilong ko, (well normal naman na nagdurugo ilong ko lalo kapag mainit), so my classmates were worried, at dahil kilala ng isang classmate si guy, nagdrop call sila (uso ang drop call dati sa cellphone). Yung comfortable tayo na iexpress ang sarili natin sa kung anuman ang sitwasyon. Hindi tayo nahihiya sa harap nya. Tulad sa magbestfriend, Malaya kang maging ikaw kasi tanggap ka nya.
​Sa paghahanap ng makakasama habambuhay, kailangan natin maging bestfriend sa partner natin. We should learn that we can be a friend to him or her. Sabi nga di ba, special friend mo dapat yung taong mahal mo.

​Ang bestfriend hindi ka iiwanan nyan. My favorite classic author William Shakespeare once said, "A friend is one that knows you as you are, understands where you have been, accepts what you have become, and still, gently allows you to grow." So same thing with partner, someone who accepts me, understands me, knows me well, and allows me to grow individually. Parang hashtag sweetheart ko, bestfriend ko.
Speaking of having a bestfriend and being with forever idea, it means there is an unspoken bond with the person who knows us better than anyone in the world. The one you call on the phone at 3AM during a crisis; someone who knows what we are thinking before we say it; the only person who really, truly, 'gets' us. Everyone hears what you say. Friends listen to what you say. Best friends listen to what you don't say.

Checklist #3: The Prince Package

​As I said earlier, I grew up na ang idea about relationships ay malafairy tales. Yung ideal man ko since elementary ako until now na nasa late 30's na ako, yun pa rin sa checklist ko. Ewan ko kung weird ba yun?

​Bago pa man ako nahilig sa mga Korean drama at KPop, espesyal na sa puso ko ang mga may smiling eyes o chinito eyes, gusting gusto ko yung mata na nakangiti kahit hindi pa ngumiti ang tao. Yung mga killer smile na kapag ngumiti wala ng mata at super sweet ang ngiti, pati na rin ung kapag matalino at talented ung tao.  Mabilis makakuha ng attention ko ang mga guys na smart, matalino at super talented lalo sa music and arts plus factor kapag smiling eyes at may killer smile. Lalo na kung ang ugali ay malaprinsipe pa.

​Madalas sabihin sa akin, mahirap mahanap ung ganyan. I remember, may nagtanong sa Facebook ko kung sino ang guy na hanap ko. Sa sobrang kababawan, sinagot ko sya ng "utak ni Albert Einstein, tangkad at katawan ni Paul Walker, smiling eyes ni Song Joong Ki, killer smile ni Kim Rae Won, talented like Vincent Willem van Gogh and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart at ung faith like David and Peter sa Bible." After I posted that, bigla trending ng comment na 'mahirap hanapin un at pagsama-samahin sa iisang tao, clone ba gusto mo?" Natawa ako at oo nga mahirap hanapin pero napaisip ako ng mahirap ba talaga hanapin at kung may nageexist ba talaga na ganung tao?

​Minsan nakakahon tayo sa idea na gusto natin pero paano kung hindi nageexist yung ideal na ganun kasi di ba nga may kasabihan "Nobody is perfect." Eh sabi ng iba, napakaperpekto naman ng hanap mo. Weh di nga? Perfect na ba un?

​May takot tuloy ako na parang what if hindi sya nageexist? Ano na mangyayari beshies?

At my age of 38 years old, most of my batchmates are all married and have their families na, dakilang ninang na nga ako ng iba sa mga anak nila. Madalas ayoko na tuloy pumunta sa mga okasyon kasi iisa ang tanong nila, "kailan k aba mag-aasawa?" "Wala ka bang boyfriend?" At madalas ko lang sagutin ng "Wait lang, darating din 'yan."


​Minsan tuloy napapaisip ako ng "Nasaan na nga ba si Mr. Right?" "Sobrang traffic na ba at hindi ako makita?" Pero kung nakita mo nga pero hindi naman pwede maging kami.


Being single is sometimes a controversial issue in our young professional society. Always remember that true love waits. Every woman is worth the wait. We don't need to rush things. It will come. Everything has its own perfect time.

Jo is working as an event coordinator, in a Commercial and Advertising Company. I: LOCATION - where to find Mr. RIGHT?



1. The GYM - before anything else lets begin with the OPLAN BALIK ALINDOG paano ka makakahanap ng ka-date kung walang alindog? At habang abala ka magpa-sexy at magpaganda samantalahing ang pagkakataon na maghanap ng potential boyfriend. Kung hindi niyo naitatanong madami ang naglipanang Fafa sa GYM. Malaking ang chance at possibility na makita si Mr. RIGHT.  Aside from physically fit, eh health conscious pa. Oha! Double purpose.



2. DATING Applications - with the modern age and new technology lahat pwede mo makuha online, trending ang social media nowadays. 3. The BAR - a classic way in meeting someone is by going to the bar, coffee shop or any crowded places. You'd be surprise kung gaano karami ang katulad mo na naghahanap ng forever in those kind of places. Just sitting and waiting.. literally FOREVER..



4. OUTDOOR activities - theme park, malls, camping, sports complex, beach and ressort at kung saan-saan ewan ko na lang kung hindi ka pa naman makahanap ng ka-date.



5. ARRANGED MARRIAGE and blind dates - kung desperado ka nang talaga at kapit na sa patalim. Ito na ang last resort, kung hindi makuha sa santong dasalan daanin na lang sa santong paspasan. Classic pero still applicable pa rin naman ang ganitong style.



Habang abalang-abala sa  paggawa ng checklist si Jo, little did she know that Alex was behind her. He is watching her the entire time, curious and wondering why she is so fixated and focused on what she is doing.



Alex was a close friend of Jo since college. They graduated in the same school and now working in the same company. Dahil dala ng sobrang ka-chismosohan hindi niya maiwasan ang hindi magtanong kung ano ba talaga ang pinagkakaabalahan ng kaibigan.

"Anong  list iyong Big"O", bagong event ba natin 'yan?" kunot noong nagtanong si Alex habang pilit pa rin sinisilip ang tinagong notebook.



"Bagong project ko," iritang sagot ni Jo. Mabilis naman nakahalata si Alex sa kaibigan kaya minabuti na lang niya tapusin ang usapan.



"Ayos  iyan bagong raket! Sige pagbutihan mo at  inform mo na lang ako kung kailan natin sisimulan. Let me know if you need my help, since tapos na ako sa last project assignment ko," nakangiting sinabi ni Alex sabay kindat niya kay Jo.



Then Alex left and went back to his office table. Meanwhile, back to the checklist. Since she already finished the list for the places where she can find her potential date, the first part of the plan was now completed.  She then now proceed with the next part of the checklist.



II: THE TO DO LIST.. these are the possible things you need to consider when on a DATE...

2. The Attire - next thing to consider is the attire. Of course you need to choose the appropriate clothes depending on the occasion. Mahirap naman na mag heels ka kung mag-mountain climbing ka or naka-corporate look naman kapag nasa beach.. It's a no no!



3. The Menu - while on a date, as much as possible iwasan ang pag-order ng pagkain na kinakailangang mag-kamay and avoid eating raw onions, garlic, seafood and anything with a strong smell or malalansang pagkain. You may never know when you will have your first kiss so always be prepared.



4. DATING KIT -  and speaking of being prepared, you must have a Dating Kit for dummies. It consist of toothbrush, toothpaste, lipstick and foundation for make up re-touch, brush or comb in case mahangin sa labas or mapasabak sa labanan, perfume or cologne, a box of condom. Well, it is better to be safe than sorry and emergency contact number.

mr bai took her to girls dorm  and asked warden to show her room as it's late night warden asked her to stay in her room so she can arrange her room with the senior girl.

siya said thanks to Mr bai before he left and get freshened and hit the bed.

I knew I had to since where I live is an hour away from my university and it can become a problem. I waved my dad goodbye and we drove off to university.

"WE'RE FINALLY HERE!" Laura exclaimed, I had to admit, I myself was psyched as well though I am nervous. "I know right, I'm so Glad we got into the same university and, even though we didn't get to be in a dorm together, I'm happy you're here" I said to Laura with a bright smile. We went to our dorm rooms and did some unpacking before going on a tour around the university. "Welcome all, to the Dale University! I, Simon will be taking you all on a tour around the school, feel free to ask questions if you have any and I will gladly answer it !" 

~After the tour~

"Hey, my name is James. I saw you just now and I really hope we can be friends!" He smiled nervously at me. " Sure, we can be friends. I'm Vanessa by the way." I replied calmly . We talked for awhile and Laura and I left soon after that to each lunch together since it was the first day and there was no lessons. " Vanessa, Vanessa. It's only the first day and someone likes you already!" Laura said while winking at me.  "Ouh stop it, you don't know for sure that he likes me and it's only the first day. We barely know each other!" I said . The rest of the day was just a bunch of scheduling and unpacking which ended off with me falling asleep as soon as I got into bed.

After listening, he just left. 

After college time returning to the dorm, my friend met me then I knew she was still alive. I asked her, " What happened last night?"

She only remembered that after getting drunk she returned to the dorm by a taxi. She forgot about me.

I still didn't remember what happened to me that night.

I was tired that day. When I went to bed to get some sleep, I remembered.

That night while I was drinking the juice I got drunk at first. Then the guy that was talking to me started to touch my body. I pushed him but he didn't stop then that guy who slept with me came and he took me.

" hi girls I am Rosaleen from oil painting and this is Linda from traditional arts", Rosaleen.

            " hai Rose I am Aaroya from CS dept and this is Eva from literature dept", Aaroya. " I heard that the noodles shop was really good!" Aaroya. " sounds good!", rose. " let me treat the dinner tonight!", Aaroya. She send off her parents.

             They went to the noodles shop for the dinner. And had their dinner. They enjoyed the view and while they are about to return to the dorm it started to rain. so moved to the nearby bus stop. They enjoyed the rain and have some fun by shedding the water on one another. Then they went to their dorm.

             The next day Aaroya and Eva went to the univ.
" hey Aaroya!", Eric. Eric is Aaroya's cousin and her best friend.he is same department as Eva." hi Eric this is Eva. Eva this my cousin Eric. she is your dept Eric", Aaroya. then they went to their class. 

              The girls are excited and said ," Today Aiden is coming  to the univ". " after a long time we had a chance to meet him". Aiden is the top student of the college, he is from CS dept, talented and very handsome guy . Girls always very eager to meet him. But he never had any interested in those stuff. After the morning session Aaroya went to had lunch with Eva and Eric. After queued for few minutes she got her food she bombarded with Aiden.
            " I am sorry. I am sorry....ah", Aaroya. When she saw him they were stunned and started to stare each other.[ oh my God! he is really handsome but I can't keep staring him like this.              Finally she found her friends." do you know that today Aiden came to college to handover his project to the professor",Eva . " yeah I heard about that but I never had a chance to meet him. I don't know how he looks like", Aaroya. " he just left the canteen few minutes ago",Eric. " what? we missed that chance Aaroya",Eva . " it's ok Eva I am really impressed with his works", Aaroya." then let's meet at the dorm"Eva . "ok then bye", Aaroya. 
            
               They return to the dorm. " Aaroya we heard that you bombarded with Aiden during lunch",Linda. "what?...", Aaroya. Is that guy is the legendary Aiden?...[to be continued]
