Afterwards war and ruin ravaged the world and they were caught in an explosion.
Miraculously they not only survived the explosion but were not injured at all, instead they had fallen into a hibernating state which lasted 2000 years. They wake up to find that the world has changed, technology was destroyed, monsters that only appeared in movies were everywhere, the total world population had decreased more than a half of what it was like in the present and that there were special humans called “Gifted” who had special powers. What, the Bangtang boys also have superpowers? And they may be the only hope for humans?

It's Time for the Magic knight tournament, many things happened in the past but Zeno didn't interfere as his main goal is to wait till the Resurrection.

He just want to beat the shit out of the eye of the midnight, and the Wizard king has been on zeno,s ass to see his magic but, zeno rarely show him.

Everyone is in teams and zeno asked the Instructor for being solo.

The tournament was for the selection of Royal knight's.

Zeno teleported near wizard king and said:
'Is there anything I can do to avoid these tests I don't want someone to accidentally die by my hands'

'Haha kid, If you want than show me something that  deserves to be a royal knight' said wizard king.

' Really?? Thanks I can skip this boring test' said zeno as created a black hole above everyone, which started sucking and it became night for some few seconds as light was not able to escape.

'Stop it! Stop it! I get it now! ' Said wizard king to prevent chaos.

' What is that?? ' Asked extremely excited Wizard king as he was a magic maniac.

' Black hole, It sucks everything up into nothingness even you cannot escape if I was a little more Powerful' Said zeno.

' Ok everyone! As you all saw this level of magic and performance is perfect for a Royal knight so the first selected is Zeno! And that's final ' announced Wizard king.

Zeno just then watched the matched which were Pretty fun to watch and in between the fight of Finral and his brother things got pretty heated.

Zeno teleported after Asta and the other's and looked at Finral's brother:

'It won't even take me time to kill you but you are Finral's brother, next time you try this shit you'll not even know where you're head went ' said Zeno while looking at him with his cold eyes.

' Now now don't fight between each other, next time it won't happen ' Said the Wizard king while locking Zeno and Langris in his time ball thingy.

Zeno ripped the space inside the ball and got out which made Wizard king shook .

'Hey hey how did you do it??' Said wizard king with his magic maniac eyes .

'Maybe later' said zeno and vanished.


 After the battle Zeno went to Asta who was shouting while talking making people's ear bleed.

' Hey shut up and come with me' said zeno as he wanted to test a theory.

' Now try to cut me with your sword ' said zeno.

' You said it, don't blame me afterwards' said Asta while swung his sword.

Zeno caught it easily with 2 fingers.

'Just as I predicted due to my divine mana, Antimagic or anything that affects magic can't do anything to me as the composition is entirely different' thought 
Zeno.

Zeno then went and practiced his magic for some hours.

After practice Zeno went to hot bath where Yami was and they started chatting for a while.

Zeno then asked Yami to have a 1v1 After few days And Yami agreed.

Zeno started walking towards the Bar to eat something when he saw Vengeance walking around.

'Ay captain, I wanted to have a 1v1 but I'm sure we will have our chance in the future ' Said Zeno with a smile.

' I Don't know what are you saying, but if you want to practice sure but u need to be near my level for it ' said Vengeance.

'Don't worry you will know soon ' said zeno while walking towards the bar.

Vengeance became a little suspicious of him but Zeno didn't care as he was close to break some seals.

Zeno then went were Asta was and saw he was with Zora, Noell and the captain of the Crimson lions.

He was arguing with Zora when Zeno said ' Captain do you mind if I join you too'

' No, as you are the first member of Royal knight' Said the Captain while Throwing some flames at zeno.

' Hmm , the fire power is good but the quality of the fire is weak ' said zeno which made the captain more wary about him.

There were rest of Royal knight's there too who were just flaunting their robes.

After a while the King and the Silver Captain came .

The king who's face looked like a Meth addict came to wish good luck but was ignored by the speech of the Crimson captain.

For last 5 year i have level up myself and my skill levels.
I level 948 and basically most of my skill level are max now.
I am currently looking myself at the mirror i have grown a lot.
My height is now around 185 cm.
I am all so decadently muscular for my age.
Around 3 year ago i told to my parent that for some reason in my stat screen my race is shown is human/Primordial Ancient Devil(Primordial Ancient Devil Veins) instead of simply human.
They where quite sub praised.
My mother was specially worried, but my father calmed her down simply saying that its probably some ancient, dormant gene resurfacing in my bloodline.
He all so said that its not all bad. 
With devils bloodline fused with my bloodline, my body is stronger than normal human body.
He all so asked if i have any wing or if i have gained evil pieces.
I had 96 wings that where blood red with little tinges of purplish black on the wings edges.
My parents where quite startled at first, but quickly calmed down about it.
My father was worried and said that devils should have only max 12 wings.
Yet i have 96 wings, what does that represents?
But when they saw evil pieces they where quite interested.
Reading from library they known what the pieces where.
They where most concerned about devils finding about it, they asked me to be very careful about. 
I need to be careful who i will turn in to devil or who i tell about my evil pieces.
Because if i turned person who is evil and later he/she offends or angers them for no reason, then it may lead back to me as i was the one who give him/her evil peace.
Or even worst case is if other factions find out about it.

It had been an hour; Link floated in the air using a levitation spell. He had been slowly descending and was now at an altitude of 6000 feet. He had also recollected himself in this period.　
Although the Mana disturbance effect had not completely worn off, his spellcasting speed was now back to its original state. The only side effect left was the inevitable flaws that would appear in his spells due to the status he was afflicted with. It would be fine to use such spells on ordinary people. However, it would be disastrous to have such a flaw when dealing with Nana.　　
If he did not have the Prophet's White Stone in his hand, he would not have even had the slightest chance of escape, much less turn the tables around.　　　
Nana was designed to calculate every detail of a battle down to the specifics. She was so perfectly created that even a combat master like Link felt pressurized and shackled.
Four hundred years of battle experience is really a force to be reckoned with. Link did not feel defeated, though. He believed that given enough battle experience, he too would have the same impeccable knowledge of combat as Nana.
The sounds of flapping wings could be heard. Link looked behind him and saw Nana on another Griffin. She was hovering at a distance 600 feet away, staring at him in waiting. Link was highly focused, though he stayed still the entire time. He displayed a relaxed and calm demeanor as he floated down slowly.　
Nana also kept her distance and lowered her altitude slowly, matching Link's movement.
The previous two battles that happened mid-air ended in her failure. This meant that the odds of her defeating Link in the air were not high. She would thus wait for Link to land before making her move. The land was her home ground. She could kill her target in just a single strike.　
"Target is locked in. Target is currently landing…1900…1800…1700…" the crisp voice constantly rang from Nana as her clear eyes were fixated on Link. It seemed pure and innocent enough, though it would probably feel like the reaper's incarnate if one was the target.　　
After half an hour, Link's altitude and been reduced by another 3000 feet. The islands beneath him had become clear. He could see the flora and faunas on the island clearly. Furthermore, he was pleasantly surprised to find that his landing spot would be right on the black-colored island.
How coincidental. Link smiled. He had around 1900 Mana Points and could probably maintain the Titan's Hand for 20 seconds. This should be enough to deal with Nana.
At that moment, the subtle howling sounds of wind appeared again. Link then felt a familiar magic fluctuation. As he turned his head, he saw Celine and Vance returning from their mission. Vance held a staff with a black skull perched at its tip. It was none other than the Dark Arbiter. This was good news. If they could make it through the day, this would be the key to their success. However, the plan now had to change.　　
"Link, how are you?" Celine whispered as she stared at Link's pale face with a worried expression.　　
"Just some minor injuries," Link answered.
Nana had also noticed their arrival and immediately adjusted her position to ensure her safety. On the other side, Link made use of this chance to cast the Clear Thoughts effect on the Flame Controller's Robe. The Clear Thoughts effect would recover 2000 Mana Points. In this battle where a split second could determine life and death, more Mana Points was always useful. 　　
After activating the special effect, a pale heat wave enveloped the robe. It was as though Link's body temperature suddenly rose to an insane level, making it slightly intimidating.　
Nana had never seen such a phenomenon before. She expected Link to release a strong spell. She immediately retreated 300 feet behind her.
She is, after all, just a magic puppet. Although her battle experience is useful, there is a limit to her knowledge. Link felt that his chances were getting better.　
Taking advantage of this, Celine successfully reached Link's side.　　
Vance then cast a levitation spell on everyone so that Link could focus his attention on Nana. They then floated down slowly.
"Link, what is the plan now?" Vance stared at Nana, who was currently riding a Griffin. The Flame of the Soul in her eyes jumped around actively. This puppet was too intelligent; they were even losing their air-borne advantage.　
Link had decided, "Once we land, I will release a Level-9 spell."　
Although he was relieved that Vance and Celine were back to support him, it had been proven that their combined power was still not enough to deal with Nana. Now that he was injured, it was impossible to delay the battle until the Dark Arbiter's effect reset the next day.
A Level-9 spell was the only course of action.
Celine interrupted, "Perhaps we can kill her Griffin."　
Link smiled bitterly, "I've tried. She is very protective of it. No matter what I did, I was not successful. Furthermore, I am now under a Mana disturbance status. The strength of my low-level spells is reduced by at least 50%."
Upon hearing those words, Celine gave up on her idea.　　　　
Vance was speechless as well. He had heard rumors about Link when he was at his full power. It was said that the scene was akin to a storm of low-level spells mercilessly raining on his opponents. To think that Nana was able to defend against this ferocious magic storm! He probably would not be of much help even if he were to be present in that battle.
Vance was still bitter that they had to waste a level-9 spell on a puppet. He said reluctantly, "We can just let Celine bring us on the run."　　
Before Link could speak, Celine shook her head and answered, "My speed will be much slower than the Griffin if I had to carry two people with me. This applies to my endurance as well."　
Vance then laid out his hands helplessly, "I guess we have no choice."
The three of them kept silent as they slowly descended.
Ever since Nana got a Griffin as her aid, they lost their airborne advantage. They even lost their advantage to cast the first attack as there was a limit to their spellcasting range. Nana was extremely cautious and would retreat the moment she felt something was amiss. She would not give them the opportunity to release any spells.　
Hence, both parties were merely waiting to land before engaging in a fierce battle.　
Time passed quickly, and before long, they were only 300 feet above the ground. Under them was a bizarre looking black-colored island.　　　　
Suddenly, Link felt that something was amiss. His hand seemed to feel heavy. More accurately, it was his fingers that were feeling the weight. It was as though something was pulling on it. Link was confused. He quickly realized that this pulling sensation came from the Baron's seal on his hand.　
Link's instinct was to immediately observe his Baron's seal. However, the moment he moved, he felt a subtle tingling feeling coming from the ring. He also felt the same sensation coming from the defensive ring he wore. This would not have been possible without Link's sensitivity. It felt as though a mini electric current was running through them.　
But why would there be a current in mid-air?
As they continued on their descent, Link felt the pull on his Baron's seal becoming more prominent. This ring was not made from a good material, merely from cheap iron.
Wait a minute…Iron?
This downward force was almost similar to the attraction forces from a magnet. Is this really a magnetic force?
Link then looked at the black colored island. He observed that the island was in fact a huge, black, rocky reef that was around 900 feet in diameter. There was some scattered gravel on the surface of the island which looked extremely strange. Link saw that one of them seemed to be hanging precariously from a cliff without any form of external help. This was a violation of the rules of physics.　
Link was suddenly inspired. "Could this be an Ever-Magnetic Island?"　
They were merely 150 feet above ground level and the attraction forces pulling on the Baron's seal were getting stronger by the minute. Link had to put the ring away into the dimensional pendant as it was becoming too much to bear. He then tried to raise the Starcatcher wand in his hand.
The Starcatcher's main body was made almost entirely of premium Gold and Thorium, both of which were metallic substances. The moment he moved the wand, he felt that the surface temperature of the wand would experience a slight increase.
When metallic substances cut through magnetic lines, electric pressure resulting in voltage will be produced. If a loop is created, then a current would be produced. As the wand is irregular in shape, there could be a vortex that forms in its inner structure, causing the temperature to rise. I merely made a slight movement with the wand and such obvious temperature difference could be felt. Just how strong is the magnetic field on this island to have such a powerful current conversion rate?
This was the theory of using magnetic forces to generate electricity on earth. Although the exact specifics might be slightly different in Firuman, the general theory was the same. In fact, this was the theoretical basis for most lightning elemental spells.　　
Link was then struck by an idea. He stared at Nana 600 feet away and realized that she was made entirely of metallic materials. This island would be where she would meet her demise!
Link was excited and immediately said, "Did both of you feel it? This island is special.　
Celine felt nothing but a slight headache. This was a normal physical abnormality under the presence of a strong magnetic field.
Vance, on the other hand, was slightly more sensitive and gasped, "How interesting! This island is a mine for extremely strong magnetic materials!"　
"Perhaps we have a chance against Nana here." Link turned to Celine and asked, "Do you have any spare swords?"　
"Of course." Celine took out a one-handed sword made of gold.　
"That would be fine. We will commence our battle against Nana right here," Link's eyes glowed as he declared.　　　
This island was extremely special, and Nana would certainly have no experience in dealing with magnetic fields. The lack of any battle experience on Nana's side would be their greatest advantage. Furthermore, even if she had the relevant battle experience, it would be futile. The fact that her whole body was composed of metallic materials would mean that her movements would be limited on the island!


Link was the top Archmage in the entire server. He had just defeated the strongest boss, the Lord of The Deep, Nozama with his party. However, instead of going back to town, he was transported to a secret location with pixelated CG. 

It sort of felt like a vacuum, and within it came a glorious and commanding voice that calls himself the God of Light. 

"Link, would you be willing to be the saviour who will pull the World of Firuman out from the churning abyss?"

What a huge mission! If it was in the real world, Link would have rejected it immediately. However, he was bent on being the hero in game.

"Bring it on!" Link answered confidently.

"Then, best of luck." 

And so begin Link's journey of magic, friendship, betrayal, love and despair in the ever changing World of Firuman.

Hammer first presented to Huang Xuan the masterpiece of Aivazovsky, "Ice on the Dnieper". This was a Russian artist that the Americans liked, but in Russia, this painter was known by almost everyone. Unfortunately, this painting already had an owner back in his own plane. If he brought this painting back home, then there would be two copies of "Ice on the Dnieper".
Seeing Huang Xuan shake his head, Hammer took out another painting without changing his expression. This time, it was "Picking Apples" by Natalia Goncharova painted in 1909. Again, this painting was already owned by someone else. Seeing this, Huang Xuan decided to directly name some painters and asked: "Mr. Hammer, do you have any paintings by Oleg Vassiliev?"
"Yes. Let me find it for you." Hammer was a little surprised. This name was unfamiliar to non-Russians.
"How about this 'Before the Sunset'?" Huang Xuan nodded gladly, this was a contemporary oil painting, which Rolin estimated to be worth 500,000 pounds. Transporting this painting back, would require no more than $5000 USD worth of energy since it weighed less than 500g.
"Put it away for me," Huang Xuan said to Hans. He didn't even ask about the price.
The old soldier went over to pickup the painting directly, but a distressed hammer stopped him at once. He called over an attendant to pickup the painting and said, "Mr. Huang, this painting is priced at $3800 USD, of course..."
"Do I need to pay right now?" Huang Xuan interrupted him.
"Certainly not." Hammer had the sense of a businessman, he took one look at Huang Xuan and said: "You can keep on picking."
Huang Xuan laughed and said: "I heard that you brought over some Tsar Imperial Easter Eggs?" Among the art works that Hammer brought from Russia, the Faberge Imperial Easter Eggs would be the most valuable. Starting from 1886, the royal jeweller Faberge would make a easter egg for the Tsarina every year. This unique egg was made with various precious gemstones embedded it in. These eggs would be praised by many people in the future. However, at the beginning, the price of these eggs would only be around $400 USD to $500 USD. Seventy years later though, the price of these eggs would be at least $3,000,000 USD.
Hammer quickly brought out ten more eggs from the storage room. Although these classic Imperial Easter eggs had been seen by the public during the world expo in 1900, but the American's during the great depression were skeptical of how well these eggs could retain its value. It wasn't until several years later, that the value of these eggs were finally recognized.
Huang Xuan was disappointed, among these eggs, only three of them had never been seen before, that means he could only bring three of them back home. Of course, this disappointment was only temporary. He only needed to use 14 banknotes that he printed and he would earn at least $10,000,000 USD. Also, the energy required to transport these eggs back wouldn't exceed five million units of energy, was there a better deal than this?
With Rolin's help, Huang Xuan spoke one name after another. Very quickly, the number of attendants beside him went from 1, to 2, and then to 4...
By the time it got dark, Huang Xuan had picked out around 400 paintings and 70 pieces of jewelry. The criteria he used to choose were simple. First the item can't exists back in P112, his home plane, or at least there can't be any records of ownership. Second, the cost of transporting the item needed to be much lower than its value. The second point was important, since there was usually a lot of silver and gold on the jewelry, Huang Xuan couldn't help but give up on these items. Silver and gold required a lot of energy to transport back, so most of the time, it really wasn't worth it. Small amounts of gemstones and pearls won't increase the cost in this area. For this reason, Huang Xuan really liked Faberge's works. His extensive use of ceramics and precious stones greatly reduced the amount of energy required.
As for those extremely valuable duplicate art works, Huang Xuan was really tempted to bring some back for his private collection, but he needed to consider the fact that it might reduce the energy in the buffer zone, even if its just a small chance. So, Huang Xuan decided to give up on the idea. Instead of keeping these things that he didn't really understand, it was better to take the safer path.
After he chose the last item, Huang Xuan smiled and let out a smile of relief. He then turned to the tense Hammer and asked: "How much?" His tone of void was as if he had just finished eating a bowl of noodles at a restaurant.
"The total is $7,800,680 USD." answered the accountant as the side. The most expensive items were the jewelry, compared to the works of unknown artists, the items in the Russian Royal collection had much more investment potential. Hammer's eyes sparkled as he looked at Huang Xuan and thought, "If this guy can't afford..."
"So much!" Huang Xuan really couldn't afford it, he only had $3,000,000 USD in the bank and it wasn't convenient to take out the cash from the plane passage right now. He took a look at the visibly upset Hammer and said: "I don't have enough money on me right now. How about I pay a deposit first?"
"The company's rules requires a deposit of 40%." The accountant made the number 40% loud and clear.
Huang Xuan laughed awkwardly, he took out the bank book from Chase Manhattan Bank and said: "I only have 2.6 million, I don't think its enough..."
"It's enough." Seeing the bank book, Hammer let out a sigh of relief then hurriedly said: "A $2,000,000 USD deposit is enough. Mr. Huang, when do you want to pick up these works?"
Hearing Hammer's words, Huang Xuan was flabbergasted, that meant he couldn't take these works now. He didn't mind though, he tossed his bank book over to Hammer and said: "Let's go to the bank together to transfer the money, I'll leave the stuff here for now."
"OK." Hammer agreed readily. Only now, did he start to relax. It was 1931, an income of 7.8 million in one day could only be achieved in either the art or arms industry.
At Chase Manhattan Bank, Joseph helped transfer the money to Hammer. After Hammer left, Huang Xuan brought three more bags into the office, each one carrying 30kg of green bills.
Although Chase Manhattan Bank was known as the "Capital Whole-seller", Joseph had never seen so much cash before. As a comparison, before the Silver Purchase Act in 1934, one silver dollar from China was only worth $0.26 USD, while 100 kg of 100 dollar bills was equivalent to 38.46 million silver coins, that was equal to three quarters of China's trade surplus that year. Due to the fact that all the countries experiencing economic crisis were all using a gold standard, the surplus experienced by the silver standard using China surpassed previous years.
Hans was already becoming resistant to these banknotes. Back then, when Huang Xuan gave him $2000 USD, he was excited for a long time, but now seeing these bundles of green bills, the feeling was completely different.
A few bank attendants gruellingly counted this enormous amount of bills. At that time, Rockefeller came from upstairs and shook hand with Huang Xuan. "Mr. Huang, I was just thinking of looking for you."
"Oh?" Huang Xuan certainly knew the reason, so he gestured for Hans to come over and said, "Go get the designs from the car."
Rockefeller grinned, the design for an airplane required almost 10,000 pages, a car wouldn't be able to fit them all, so he coughed and asked: "Mr. Huang, how much is this design?"
"Not very expensive." said Huang Xuan while smiling. "I've prepared 200 pages of design. You can get someone to go over the designs first, we can talk about the price then if you're still interested." Huang Xuan drank some coffee and thought: "I should already be home by then."
Rockefeller made a few polite remarks and left. Joseph then handed the new deposit receipt to Huang Xuan and said, "Mr. Huang, the total is $9,807,400 USD." 
"Thank you."

Fireworks rocketed into the skies above Heartland Island, signalling the start the second round. The duos duel disks bleeped, click and clacked as they unlocked. Their boxy forms expanding out into new more interesting shapes exposing bands of neon blue light within. Charles duel disk now faintly resembled a shield while Drakes reminded him of the Dragon Head Mark of the Crimson Dragon.

"Lets Duel!" they cried together.

A projected notice appeared before each duellist, detailing the duel rules that they would be operating under.

The Toon Kingdom Zone rule was applied to any duel within the zone while the other two were specific to their current location, Drake wondered if Charles had intel about these rules when he led Drake into the Armoury. If he did then Drake was sure that would mean that his deck would be strongest here but that was fine, he enjoyed a challenge when nothing life changing was at stake.

Drake let Charles take the first turn.

[Turn 1 – Charles LP:4000 Hand:5, Drake LP:4000 Hand:5]

Before drawing Charles lifted his duel disk above his head.
"Skill! March of the Army, activate!" he cried. His duel disk projecting a phantom image of a row of warriors behind him.

A skill Drake hadn't seen yet from the vendors he had casually passed on the way over, and it was so interesting. Maybe Charles would tell him where he got it from after the duel was over.

"Draw!"

With a swipe of Charles hand a holographic card was generate over the duel disk, it was a crystal blue construct that then expanded and then moved to join the cards floating in front of Charles. Drake saw the confidence in Charles face. As someone who was prepared to duel against the 5th ranked duellist of the WDC, how could he not be prepared? 

"Lets get started shall we. I activate <Graceful Charity> to draw three before I then discard two."

Touching the spell card in front of him he moved it down into projected duel disk area The two cards his discards shattered into light motes as he swiped them away, like closing a app on a pad. But the movements seemed awkward to Drakes eyes.

"Get ready to face the most sacred of knights, the champions that wield the holy blades, I summon <Noble Knight Medraut> to the field."

[Noble Knight Medraut – Lv4 ATK:1700 >1900/DEF:1000 > 1200]

A short blond haired knight in gleaming silver armour, wearing a crimson scarf while holding a steel short sword appeared on the field. Considering this was a virtual projection rather that an AR image displayed through a duel gazer, the quality was excellent in Drakes opinion. As a warrior it automatically received a 200 attack and defence boost because they were in the Squires Courtyard. 

"Next I equip Medraut with the blade that proclaims kings, <Noble Arms – Caliburn>!"

In front of Charles monster appeared a sword trapped in a stone. Sheathing its own blade, Charles monster reached out and pulled the sword out, holding it aloft.

"Thanks to my Noble Arms, my monster now gains 500 ATK, and due to the field rule of this Armoury it also gains another 200 ATK for a total attack of 2600! Then due to Madraut's own effect it now becomes a level 5 dark monster."

"Thanks to Caliburn's effect I can now gain 500 Life points." Charles continued as a pillar of gentle light descended on Charles and his sword wielding monster.

Iyvanne appeared on the field, a knight in green/blue armour with purple hair alongside a great golden lion as Caliburn shattered into pieces.

"With Caliburn's effect, when it is destroyed on the field, I target a warrior I control to equip it to from the graveyard. So I now Equip it to Iyvanne."

"With Iyvanne's effect, when I equip a Noble Arms to it I can special summon a <Noble Knight Token>. And while equipped with a Noble Arms, all other Noble Knight monsters I control gain 500 ATK."

"Since Caliburn has return from the graveyard I can use its effect to once more gain 500 LP."

"But why stop at one sacred blade when I can have two. I equip <Noble Arms – Arfeudutyr> to Medraut. Arfeudutyr may not give my monster an attack boost of its own, but the Armoury field rule still does."

"In myths the strongest of blades was gifted to the king by the Lady, so now I special summon the <Lady of the Lake> that I sent to the graveyard with my Graceful Charity, back to the field with its effect by reducing Medraut's level by 1"

A pool of water formed on the floor between the duellists, from its depths rose a pale beauty holding a pronged sword to her chest, her eyes half closed in sorrow.

"I now special summon <Noble Knight Custennin> to the field."

This could be special summoned from the hand so long as Charles controlled a Noble Arms equip spell. Its white and gold full armour suit sparkled as it ready itself on the field in defence.

[Noble Knight Custennin – Lv4 ATK:1000 > 1700/DEF:2000 > 2200]

"And the Lady of the Lake is a Tuner monster, so now gather the sacred lights and open the ignoble path of power. I tune my level 1 Lady with my level 4 Nobel Knight Token to Synchro Summon <Ignoble Knight of High Laudsallyn>."

Unlike Charles previous knights, the Ignoble knight looked more like a cursed knight clad in its black armour from which purple mist seeped from its edges.

"With High Laudsallyn's effect, when it is Synchro summoned I can equip it with a Noble Arms equip spell from my deck, so behold the sword of the king. <Noble Arms – Excaliburn>! So long as this spell is equipped to a monster that monster cannot be targeted by my opponents card effects. And don't forget the Armoury rule giving it another 200 ATK."

"And that's just the start! With my level 4 Nobel Knight Custennin and Nobel Knight Medraut I form the Overlay Network to Xyz summon the holy king, <Artorigus, King of the Nobel Knights>."

"Using Artorigus effect, when it is XYZ summoned I can equip the <Noble Arms – Arfeudutyr> and <Nobel Arms – Clarent> in my grave to it. With two equip spells on it gain 400 ATK."

Arfeudutyr was sent to the grave when Medraut was used as a Xyz material and Clarent had been placed there due to Charles' previous Graceful Charity along side the Lady of the Lake.

"Because I used Noble Knight Custennin for an Xyz summon, its effect allows me to normal summon an addition Noble Knight monster this turn, and along with the skill I activated at the start of my turn (March of the Army), that means I can still summon two more monsters this turn, so I summon <Noble Knight Borz> and <Nobel Knight Artorigus> to the field."

Now Charles field had four monsters in play, an effect monster, two Xyz monsters and a synchro monster.

"I end my turn, now make your move White Dragon so i can slay you!"

[Turn 2 – Drake LP:4000 Hand:5, Charles LP:5000 Hand:0]

Drake was impressed, Charles had depleted his hand to nothing in one of the longest first turns Drake had experienced since coming to this world, but in exchange he had a practical army of monsters ready to take on Drake. This was the kind of challenge Drake found fun. No other motives, no world shaking consequences, just the challenge of the duel.
 
"Draw!"

Ugh, now Drake knew why Charles seemed so awkward duelling in his turn. The feel of working with purely holographic cards was terrible. No substance, no weight. Looks like he had one more reason to hate this duel disk they had provided.

"I play <One for One>, with this spell by discarding my <Heliosphere Dragon> I can special summon my level 1 <Blue-Eyes Kuriboh> from my deck."

[Blue-Eyes Kuriboh – Lv1 ATK:300/DEF:200]

"Kuri!" Drakes monster scream as its bounced onto the field flapping its cardboard wings.

"Next I summon <The White Stone of Legend> to the field."

The large white egg appeared as Drakes Kuriboh danced around it in joy. 

"Now it's time to introduce you to one of the latest additions to my deck. With these two monster I build the Overlay Network to Xyz summon the third stone of the White Dragon, <The White Stone of Power>!"

[The White Stone of Power – Rank 1 ATK:300/DEF:200 OU:2]

A new white egg appeared on the field from the Overlay vortex, its shell marked with neon blue magical runes as its overlay units circled around it.

"I activate my Stone of Power's effect, by using one Overlay unit I can add a spell or trap that includes 'Blue-Eyes' in its text, like this <Burst Stream of Destruction> to my hand. And because I sent The White Stone of Legend to the grave for this effect, its effect lets me add a Blue-Eyes White Dragon to my hand."

One of Drakes monsters Overlay Units was absorbed by one of the mystical runes on the egg shell, transforming into a light that pulled a card from out of Drakes deck to join the cards floating in front of him before the rune went dark.

"I then use White Stone of Powers effect again, but this time its ability will allow me to special summon the Blue-Eyes White Dragon I just added to my hand to the field."

The second Overlay Unit was absorb a different rune before the egg seemingly cracked open to allow Drakes signiture monster to emerge and take flight.

"Now I activate <Burst Stream of Destruction> to destroy all your monsters on the field, in exchange Blue-Eyes White Dragons I control cannot attack this turn."

White lighting blasted out from Drakes Blue-Eyes as it swept across the field destroying everything in its path. The proud knights Charles had gather were helpless against Blue-Eyes unstoppable might and even their sacred blades could not save them. But one blade remained sticking out from the ground, faint trails of smoke twirling around it. 

"When Sacred Noble Knight of King Custennin is destroyed, its effect allows me to special summon <Sacred Noble Knight of King Artorigus> from my extra deck in defence mode and attach Knight of King Custennin to it as an Overlay Unit." Charles declared as his new knight marched onto the battlefield and put up the fallen sword in its hands.

"Now I use the spell <dragonic tactics>, by tributing Blue-Eyes White Dragon and The White Stone of Power I can special summon another Blue-Eyes White Dragon from my deck."

"Why would you do that? Thanks to your Burst Stream of Destruction Blue-Eyes can't attack this turn." Charles wondered.

"Because I have this, go <Ultimate Cosplay>! With this spell I can target my Blue-Eyes and then reveal a fusion monster from my extra deck that lists it as a fusion material. So I reveal <Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon>. Then thanks to Ultimate Cosplay my Blue-Eyes name and effects change to match those of the fusion monster I just revealed."

[Blue-Eyes White Dragon > Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon]

The illusionary image of Drakes Neo Ultimate Dragon appeared around the Blue-Eyes White Dragon before transforming into a bright white light that blocked the dragon from view. A flash of white light pulsed to reveal Drakes monster now clad in its cosplay costume in the form of two cardboard ultimate dragon heads, glittering blue sticker markings were stuck across its body and a crown crest adorned its true head. 

"Since my Blue-Eyes name has changed, it is no longer prevented from attacking. Go and attack Knight of King Artorigus with Neo Imitation Burst!"

The two imitation heads opened their jaws to reveal laser cannons that began to charge their power as the true head gathered its own energy before being unleashed. Twin beams of blue energy spiralled around a ball of white lightning as it smashed into Charles guarding knight.

As the smoke cleared another familiar knight was revealed to have take the destroyed monsters place.

"When my Knight is destroyed I can special summon a level 4 or high Noble Knight from my Graveyard, so appear once more <Nobel Knight Medraut> in defence mode." Charles explained.

[Nobel Knight Medraut – Lv4 ATK:1700 > 1900/DEF:1000 > 1200]

"I have studied you and your monsters and I know a Neo Ultimate dragon can attack multiple times so long as its your only face up card on the field, but with Medraut protecting my life points you don't have enough power to finish me this turn." Charles continued.

"Not bad, but not good enough. I activate the quickplay spell <Dragon's Fighting Spirit> targeting my Blue-Eyes, allowing me to attack you again!"

Dragons Fighting Spirt targeted a dragon that was special summoned this turn and then granted it an additional attack for each monster the opponent currently controls which was special summoned this turn. Meaning Drakes Blue-Eyes could make an additional attack this turn even before using its effect.

Drakes Blue-Eyes annihilated Charles last line of defence in a blaze of light and lightning. Charles expression turned grim, he could do the maths and knew how things were going to end now.

"That not all, as you know my dragon not only has Neo Blue-Eyes name but its effects as well, so by sending a Blue-Eyes fusion monster from my extra deck to the grave, my monster can attack again! So I send the true Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon to the Grave, go direct attack! Neo Imitation Burst!"

*ZAP*

"Arrgh!"

Light blasted into Charles as he lost over half of his life points in single attack and it was not over.

"And this effect can be used twice per turn, so I send my Blue-Eyes Twin Burst Dragon to the grave to attack you directly and end this duel!"

Charles Duel disk dimmed and locked itself back up like it was before the round had started, signalling Charles elimination from the WDC. Even now his duel disk would be sending a location signal to patrol bots that would arrive in half an hour to escort the fallen duellist off the island.

"Oh well, guess this is what I get for challenging a top 10 contender." Charles sighed, knowing that he had blown his only chance at fame.

"Sorry, but it was a good duel. Better luck next time." Said Drake honestly praised as he took the opportunity to leave and look for the reason he had come to Squire court in the first place, the Trial of the Six.

"And not just that, you had the GALL to declare HIS betrothed the Queen of Love and Beauty, WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?!" She screamed, throwing more books at me. "Seven above, calm down woman!" I yelled as she held firm, though obviously close to shirking back.

"I didn't intend to kill that boy, It was an accident!" I said, rather angry, slowly walking over to her as she calmed down some. "That still doesn't explain why you took your lecherous gaze to your son's betrothed." She said as I hugged her, with my hands on the small of her back. "I don't plan on cuckolding my own son if that's what you're worried about..." I said, before groping her ass. "Besides, you love it when I bring other women to our bed." I said as she moaned. "Dae-Daemon, he's just in the other room!" she said, fighting back a moan. "He's old enough to know to fuck off when the time is right... Now C'mere" I smirked, ripping open her blouse.

It was good enough that they kept it up until just after the industrial revolution and all, but It's mostly focused against people who aren't wearing steel plating. Each Dungeon is foolproof, if you die in the Dungeon, you won't die in real life, though it will be immensely painful, whilst in a Dungeon, time in the real world does not continue, so no-one will think something is amiss. Once in a dungeon, you will be given armor and a weapon of your choice depending on your level if you do not have one. You can do three Dungeons in a row before you pass out from exhaustion. 

The Blank Dungeon is as it is named, It is an entirely blank void with nothing in it, excluding the floor. It's the perfect place to train skills. 

The Wight Dungeon is a low-grade dungeon (1-15). Each Wight has a chance to drop a Silver Stag, various pelts, and a bronze sword, with the rare chance for one to drop a bronze ingot. You get between 25-65 XP per kill, depending on the level of the wight, which come in twenty-one different waves (each containing between 150-300 Wights, excluding the final one), the last being the Wight King, a Level 15 Boss which drops a Gold Dragon and an iron ingot, with 100 XP once killed. After the Dungeon is beat, there will be a chest for you to open, which will carry between 200 Silver Stags to 30 Gold Dragons, with the occasional Customization Token tossed in. (0.5% chance)

The Orc Dungeon is an Easy to Medium Dungeon (10-25) It is large, a three leveled tower with waves, ten per level (100-350), with the final level having 11, with the Orc Chieftan being the final boss. Each orc can drop various bones, deer jerky, and a barbaric iron sword, with the rare chance to drop a Gold Dragon, each containing between 150-300 XP per kill. The Orc Chieftan is a Level 25 Boss which drops anywhere from 10 Gold Dragons to 20 Gold Dragons, with the chance to drop a steel sword. Killing it will get you 500 XP. Once the Dungeon is completed, a chest will await you with anywhere from 15 Gold Dragons to 50 Gold Dragons, with the occasional Customization Token tossed in. (1%)

Holy shit! Like, seriously, at this rate, I'll be LIVING off of Customization tokens. They seem to be the ONLY thing keeping me alive... or at least with proper equipment. I guess I should explain the level's in this world, hmm?

Children are always level 1, no matter their age or race, until they are ten years old, then, and only then, can they level up. Gaemon is the only occurrence of this not working out.

The smallfolk are usually levels 1-5, with a few that are level 20, though you could count that number per generation on your fingers and toes.

Animals are between 1-40, being of course, animals.

The Nobility, namely the lords are level 1-50, the best example of this is Eddard Stark, who reached level 50 in the Ironborn's attempted revolt. 

Royalty can be between 1-150, though mostly they stay under 50, due to not having as much free time as everyone else.

Dragon's have the highest starting point at 25-300, they are the strongest starting point, but can be felled if they aren't paying attention, by another dragon, or by a damn good shot.

White Walkers have the highest level, however, being 10-500, with the Night King sitting up at that glorious 500 mark, who knows, I may involve the Night Queen if you wish. The only way to kill them is with a levelless blade, which is only created from obsidian or Valyrian Steel.

The only way to surpass the given level of your species is to have a System, oh our lucky protagonist~

This world boasted a few advanced technologies, but Yin's abode made it hard for Nik to digest the fact that this plane was an ancient one in its architectural concepts. Xue Yin's home looked like modern apartments with quilted couches in the living room and an open kitchen with a dishwasher and whatnot. It was only the lack of modern electrical appliances such as oven and television that reminded Nik that this house merely resembled his home. 

"Too surprised to enter?" Yin inquired while standing behind Nik. While she misunderstood the cause of Nik's stupor, he was in a daze nonetheless, and her voice broke him out of his reverie. Nik's gaze retook the scene, and finally, he stepped into Yin's home. He was definitely astonished by the change in the space, but the architectural design tugged on his attention. With Nik stepping in, Yin finally had the room to enter her own house and gestured towards the light green couches flanking a table constructed from a translucent crystal that imprisoned a stream of Kaleidoscopic gas that twisted within. 

"Please, take a seat while I prepare tea," Yin moved towards the open kitchen while Nik took a seat on the couch. Now he felt slightly embarrassed. When Ye Sheng visited his room, he should have offered the man something. Well, it was the Institute's fault for not providing him with a kitchen, too. Not that he can cook incredibly delicious meals or anything. Nik sat on the couch to face the kitchen and openly observed Yin brewing a pot of tea and preparing a tray of snacks. Instead of his teacher, Yin acted like a peer. She was done within minutes and gestured Nik to sit when he stood up to help her place the utensils on the table.

"I find it slightly hard to believe that a member of Gin Family does not even know the basics of inscriptions," Yin began as she walked closer to Nik and bent slightly to place a cup in front of him and pour a bluish-tea. Her disbelief was not unfounded. The Gin Family utilized the art of inscription patterns to temper their prized wine through multiple situations and pull the taste that no ordinary vintner could even hope to match. She took a seat opposite to Nik and served herself a cup of tea before looking at Nik and finally sizing him in scrutiny.

"So?" She inquired and picked her cup and brought it closer to her lips as her lips parted slightly and Yin blew softly, "If you are naturally untalented in the art of inscription, please inform me now. You are Yun'er's master, and I will do everything in my power to make sure that you don't face any disrespect for your inability to form inscriptions." In all honesty, Yin felt that she was right on the spot, but a spiritual existence fumed within Nik, "Don't hear that stuck up bitch's words! Untalented? Me? I freaking invented inscriptions and other art styles!" Asmodeus' angry voice rang into Nik's mind as he struggled to drink the delicious tea without spitting it out and muttered darkly, "Will you shut it with your drama? I get it. You are a talented painter. But you don't have your memories! So, don't you dare shout in my head, missy!"

"... fine, geez, what a dominatrix," Her words made it harder for Nik to even think of learning from Asmodeus, but he focused on the real world and shook his head, "Talent, I have plenty. It is the lack of an appropriate master that could make me focus on the art that has stunned my growth in this aspect." Nik's words made Yin raise her eyebrow in amusement, "You think I am that master?" Nik placed the cup on the table and picked the soft-pink jelly-type sweet and took a small bite before shaking his head, "You are a teacher. Your compatibility still needs to be tested before I can make some sort of decision."

"I see," Yin smiled while she sneered internally. Baseless roosters heightening their egos were the type of crowd Yin was familiar with, and the Nik seemed to have clicked into the category entirely. Still, she decided to give Nik the benefit of the doubt due to his earlier achievements. "Then, let us see that if I am a compatible teacher and if you are as good in the art of inscriptions as you are in martial arts."

After the snacks, Yin led Nik to her work area filled with stacks of worn-out papers with inscriptions scribbled onto their surfaces; both sides. In the next hour, Yin patiently explained the theory of the inscriptions and classified it based on the intent behind the inscription patterns and its elements. Inscription patterns could range from steaming rice to warping space. Yin's hut was inscribed with such a formation, but she informed that she wasn't the owner of the inscription pattern and merely encountered one during a fortuitous adventure. She brought the inscription pattern back to study its mysteries and heighten her own understanding of the art.

Next, she detailed the items used to construct inscription patterns. The material of each inscription pattern depended on the effects that the Inscription Master desires. If the creator of the inscription pattern wishes to create a ball of fire that could move at the user's will, then he must use a parchment formed from the hide of a fire-elemental spirit beast and utilize the ink formed from the blood of a psychic spirit beast or spirit herbs. This was just one of many examples. She then explained how she has concluded the inscription pattern of her hut that resembles the spatial rings must have used the materials from one of the Void spirit beasts of the legends.

"So? This is all pretty basic. Now is the moment of truth!" Yin exclaimed as she picked one of the newer parchments out of her stock and placed it on her working table before opening a small tube filled with greenish liquid and drained its content within a small bowl. This seemed all new and exciting to Nik, but the moment she picked a paintbrush, Nik's expression turned slightly sour, and when she drew an inscription pattern on the parchment, Nik couldn't help but ask Asmodeus, "Can you learn all of this? This inscription looks pretty complicated."

To Nik's question, Asmodeus' smug tone rang, "Heh~ amateurs. I can quickly get this done. And that space inscription she showed us, easy peasy. I just need to try it out in here for a moment and then tell you how to draw it." Nik felt gratified, an emotion he felt for Asmodeus for the first time in forever as he exhaled, "Ah, I see. So, I don't need to learn all of this, after all."

"Lazy bum," Asmodeus muttered as Nik was far from getting offended. If he had to paint, he would happily paint a nubile lady on the canvas. The moment the thought crossed his mind, he hastily inquired Asmodeus, "What will happen if I somehow become able to turn inscription patterns into a human?" Asmodeus felt slightly intrigued, but when she thought of the gift Lady Mirage left to Nik, her eyes brightened, and she smiled, "Well, you'll get another onahole for yourself. It is a good thing that we have a few experiments to test this upon."

Even Nik seemed to have understood something, and he nodded secretly while Yin was already done with her inscription pattern and showed it to Nik, "This is a lower-tier air conditioning inscription pattern. The entire mansion is inscribed with one to provide cleaner and refreshing air. If I slowly fill the pattern with my spirit power," Yin spoke as her spirit energy gushed into the pattern as it glowed in a greenish light, Nik felt the temperature around him turn slightly low while he felt somewhat refreshed. He nodded, and Yin stopped the pattern, "The frequency of the uses of the inscription patterns depend on the quality of the pattern and the materials. This one can be used five times."

She then placed the parchment back and observed Nik. Usually, the first reaction of the person towards the inscription patterns is unconcealed curiosity. Most of these people could barely focus on the art the moment their interest settles. Alas, instead of curiosity, unveiled disinterest flashed on Nik's face as he inquired, "Is that it?" Seeing this, Yin frowned and advised, "I understand that this seems slightly difficult—"

"You misunderstand me, Yin," Nik smiled. Even if he did not feel like diving deep into the subject, he could show interest and talent in the department to create conversational topics with beauty. Becoming a master Inscriptionist requires a lot of training? Easy, Nik can grind it out.

With a smile, Nik asked for the study material so that he can share it with his new study buddy— Asmodeus.

a few minutes later Mars reached his target, the air still smelt rather burnt and part of the desert sand was turned to glass, there was rotting body parts and bodies all over the place but most importantly there was mana stones all over the place

Mars reached down and pulled a mana stone out the dismembered chest of a dead class 1 golem before he activated his [Energy: basic drain touch] and drained the energy units out of the mana stone until it turned to dust moments later

Mars petted Victoria on the head as he himself calmed down for a moment until something else caught his attention, it was like a small orb of energy buried under the sand a few meters away from him, crawling over and digging for a few seconds Mars uncovered a mana stone
"this is weird...but so pretty"
when Mars looked at the mana stone it was the same dull blue glass like stone as always, but when he felt though his new sense the mana stone 'glowed' in a soft blue light, Mars began absorbing the energy inside it and gradually the light dimmed and went out just before the mana stone turned to dust
"this is... neat, yep neat"
Mars nodded to himself, finding his new sense well worth the pain and went back to finding more mana stones with renewed fever only stopping when he had nearly filled his storage again
"let's stop here... Victoria let's head back to the camp before the sun rises"
"okay..."
heading back to camp Mars and Victoria avoided the guards and easily slipped into the camp and soon got back to squad 7's tent were Mars sneaked in and got into bed without waking any of the others
'today's harvest was rather good... I wonder what higher class golems are like and how much energy there is in they mana stones...'
Mars laid in his bed and felt the energy around himself, form Victoria next to his bed, to Nicole that was sprawled out on her bed a few meters away

Mars found himself drawn to gray energy that was circulating around Nicole's body, but soon found it rude to 'stare' and pulled his focus away and slowly fell asleep...

Mars awoke late he felt a little groggy form his late night treasure hunt nut he still felt fine as he rose and sat up in the bed and looked around, the tent was almost empty except from Nicole that was tinkering with her armor suit and Vanessa that looked like she was about to head out carrying a wooden sword but stopped when she saw Mars was awake and gave him a smile
"good morning"
"morning, are you heading out to train?"

"mind if I join you?"

Mars quickly got up and grabbed his sword and got clothed before he followed after Vanessa out of the tent on the way to the training field Vanessa asked Mars

Mars could feel a sense of competitiveness form Vanessa but gave a light smile before he spoke

they soon arrived at the training field were Vanessa grabbed a wooden sword and threw it to Mars before she gave a light smile and said

Mars decided to smash her confidence and activated [Instant movement] as soon as he caught the wooden sword and arrived in front of her before he slowly swung down

Mars walked back a few steps and raised his wooden sword stood ready

Vanessa kicked off the ground and swung down towards Mars only to have her wooden sword blocked by Mars that raised his free hand to cover his mouth and yawned before he asked

Vanessa quickly took some distance and stared at Mars for some time before she asked

shock covered Vanessa's face

Vanessa gritted her teeth for some time before she asked

Mars closed his eyes and relied on his new energy sense to fight off Vanessa's attacks for a while until she began to let her guard down and he suddenly attacked and lightly boinked her on the head with his wooden sword

Mars pulled back his sword and Vanessa attacked again, the whole process repeated itself for sometime with Mars only attacking when she let her guard down and after some time she was out of breath and Mars opened his eyes again and asked
"should we stop here for today?"
"yes... I... think... that's... for...  the... best"
Vanessa looked slightly down so Mars gave a sigh and walked up to her and patted her on the shoulder
"don't worry about it, you will improve fast under my guide"
