Yu Mei is a recently deceased soul given the option to either move onto the afterlife or participate as a Wish Granter, souls who complete the wishes of their clients for a chance at reincarnation after they've fulfilled enough stories.

The library was at the center of the School of the Afterlife. After Chen Ge left the mirror in the library, he was given a glimpse of the real School of the Afterlife. But as he walked toward the edge of the school, more strange things started to appear around him. The school was huge, but the students and staff mostly gathered at the center of the school; the classrooms and rooms at outer edges of the school were mostly empty.
If they were just empty rooms, it would have been fine, but upon a closer inspection, Chen Ge realized that there were various stains left in those classrooms. Some of the classrooms appeared to have been soaked in water. The wooden tables and chairs were sodden, and they gave off a strange smell. Some of the classrooms were barred with wooden boards. Looking through the gaps, he saw that all the drawers were pinned down with nails as if someone was afraid that the things inside the drawers might escape.
That was not the strangest part. When Chen Ge walked down a corridor that was far away from the center of the school, he saw an abandoned hall. The decoration of the hall was similar to the hall that he had seen when he went to challenge Xin Hai's Haunted House. The Haunted House in Xin Hai was replicated according to the diary, so the real owner of the diary had spent their life at this hall before.
Chen Ge had read the diary himself, but he realized that the description inside the diary and the real School of the Afterlife did not match up. A banner that welcomed new students hung on the wall, and several mannequins stood on the cement stage. They had cheery expressions, and stuck on their backs were pieces of paper with various negative emotions like anger and envy written on them.
These mannequins are smiling so happily when facing the students, but the words on their backs are negative emotions. Is this some kind of hint?
When Chen Ge passed the hall, he clearly saw the mannequins on stage moved their heads toward him, and the expressions on their faces changed. There was something special about this hall—a scary presence should preside there.
"What are you looking at? Look some more and I'll consume all of you."
Through the window, Chen Ge yelled threats at the mannequins like a big bully. The mannequins reacted cleverly. They swiftly turned their heads back as if everything that Chen Ge had seen earlier was just an illusion.
"If I was not in a hurry to find the old headmaster, do you think I would let you go so easily?" Chen Ge stared at the mannequin that had glanced at him earlier. "It's pointless to hide. I've remembered you."
There were many strange rooms at the School of the Afterlife. It was like a box of chocolate with different flavors for Chen Ge; he had no idea what he would encounter next.
I've only checked the western side of the school. If the other parts of the school are also like this, then this scenario is enormous.
The thought that he had a chance to move such a scenario to his Haunted House caused Chen Ge's eyes to turn red. To be able to possess such a large, complicated, and scary scenario should be the life-long dream of every Haunted House owner.
Just the School of the Afterlife alone covers all the scary scenarios related to schools. There are numerous classrooms and rooms for me to transform. I can even replicate all the stories I heard at the Ghost Stories Society here!
Unfortunately, the scenario unlocked by the black phone is only a shell. I will need to find the employees and stories to fill it up myself.
The thought of the black phone made Chen Ge calm down again. It was as if he was being splashed by a pail of cold water while standing next to a fireplace in winter. The backpack had been found, and everything but the black phone had been there. Based on current information, the most likely scenario was that it had been taken away by Chang Wenyu.
I was too careless. I shan't let this happen again.
Chen Ge was good at analyzing the situation. He would take note of everything that he had experienced so that he could correct issues little by little. Finally, he would burn the records. It was this caution that allowed him to survive until now.
After leaving this place, I should make a few customized phones that looks similar to the black phone and hide a Specter inside each of them.
A while of running later, the white painted walls started to have the doodling of children. The amount of litter on the ground increased, and trash appeared around the corner. The stench of blood in the air lightened, and in its place was the smell of burning. "We're almost there. Be careful of the surroundings."
Chen Ge opened the comic to release the smelly boy from Western Jiujiang Private Academy. He was a special Specter. He had no shape or form and was made up of a bad smell. That meant that he was not easily injured and could protect his teammates from a large area. Walking forward, the paint on the wall started to peel to reveal the black and red bricks behind it. Signs of a fire started to appear.
"This should be the place." Chen Ge got Yin Bai to stand beside him. "Your grandfather is in a dangerous situation now. Someone is trying to harm him, and only we can save him."
Yin Bai's only family was the old headmaster. Hearing the stern warning from Chen Ge, she was rightfully frightened.
"Are you sure he hasn't told you any other information?"
"Yes, there's nothing else."
"Then, we'll have to look through the place ourselves." Chen Ge tried to see things from the old headmaster's perspective. Both Yin Hong and Yin Bai were part of Lee Xueyin. He would not just escape with Yin Hong and abandon Yin Bai. Chen Ge had no idea what was at the end of the School of the Afterlife. The closer he was to the edge, the greater the anxiety in his heart. After walking down two corridors, the scene before him changed completely. Signs of a fire were all over the walls, and rubble littered the ground.
"This place looks familiar." Chen Ge walked to one of the classrooms. He pushed lightly on the charred wooden door, and it collapsed easily. He looked at the tables and chairs in the rooms. His fingers touched them gingerly. "I've seen these arrangements in Mu Yang High School before. This classroom…"
A pinprick of pain came from his fingertip. Chen Ge then noticed that there were lines of words carved into the surface of the table, and he had seen the exact writing when he first explored Mu Yang High School.
Why would Mu Yang High School's classroom appear in the old section of the School of the Afterlife? Is this just a coincidence, or is the entire School of the Afterlife made up of various abandoned schools?
Chen Ge wanted to confirm the thought, so he hurried to the last classroom of the corridor. Walking down the corridor, when Chen Ge pushed open the door of the last classroom, he was baffled.
Each of the chairs in the classrooms had a burned school uniform on it, and in the middle of the room sat a cute, obedient girl. She looked eighty percent identical to Yin Bai.
Just across the girl stood a rotund old man. He was facing away from Chen Ge, but even from the back, Chen Ge felt he looked very familiar.


The hearse with the weird odor slowed to a stop before the entrance. The sound of pebbles could be heard bouncing on the ceiling. There were footsteps coming from the corridor, and there seemed to be someone sawing next door. The door knob to the room rattled slightly, and the faucet in the bathroom kept dripping even though it had been screwed shut. There was a rubber ball that rolled on its own underneath the bed. Wet footsteps started to surface one after another on the floor. 
At 3 am, Chen Ge held a cleaver in his hand as he hid beside the room heater. The call he was trying to make was finally answered. "Landlord, is this what you meant by 'the house can be a little crowded at night'‽"

A woman sat on a tree branch with her flowing, black hair spilling down to her slender waist like an inky-black waterfall.
Her disposition was as soft and gentle as the moon, and she supported her chin on one hand as she held a newspaper in the other. Her eyes lingered on the image on the newspaper, and her intricate brows furrowed with a hint of distress and exasperation.
There was a bold caption on the newspaper:
[Shock! A man did something like this to the daughter of the Pill Sage following the Rookie Pill Refinement Competition!]
This was, of course, referring to An Lin's feats at Pill City. Not only had he won the championship title, but he had also used a bet to set up a relationship between his own disciple and the daughter of the Pill Sage, Fanny! And he succeeded!
The woman then pulled out another newspaper with another massive headline: 
[Shock! On the sect leader inauguration ceremony of the Xuan Qing Sect, a man stomped the new sect leader to the ground and did this to his willy!]
Of course, the protagonist of this story was also An Lin. This article detailed how he razed the Xuan Qing Sect to the ground through his own power. This was quite a huge story even across the entire continent and was quickly making its rounds.
"Moonlit Night… You really are an idiot…
"Don't even think about making An Lin use his mystic technique now. You probably can't even do anything to him before he uses his mystic technique…"
The woman's voice sounded with a hint of self-pity and resentment.

The Xuan Qing Sect event of the Bai Hua State sent a wave of shock running throughout the entire Kingdom of the Nine States.
Many people were against An Lin's violent ways. However, the topic of their discussion was the two deceased sect leaders. Never would they have thought that a fairly renowned sect of justice in the Kingdom of the Nine States would give rise to such putrid sect leaders.
Both of these sect leaders were exceptional Oscar-winning level actors.
The young one played the role of a hypocrite to perfection, only to have the old sect leader outdo him in a spectacular display in the same acting role!
If An Lin did not forcefully reveal the truth to the world, everyone would still be in the dark.

Many cultivators saw hope and immediately clambered to tell their stories.
"An Lin, there are many cultivators coming to our Four Nine Immortal Sect, requesting for us to uphold justice for them," Liu Qianhuan said to An Lin over the voice transmission talisman.
"Then send disciples to verify their claims. If there's concrete evidence, then f*ck them up no matter what sect it is!" An Lin's reply was extremely straightforward.
The Four Nine Immortal Sect wasn't some justice-upholding sect.
But An Lin wanted to continue in this.
He wanted to create a sect that would be a beacon of hope to all those helpless people in the darkness. He wanted to provide a place where they could go to when they were in despair and ready to give up on this world.

A colorful butterfly fluttered through the air, over a lush lawn, before flying over to the other side of the mountain, where it was attracted by the scent of flowers and landed on a small white flower.
Footsteps sounded, gradually drawing closer.
Surprisingly, the colorful butterfly was not scared off by the intruder. Instead, it flew into the air and began to flutter around the man, as if it was welcoming a guest.

An Lin walked alone past a lush lawn before arriving at a small grave.
He looked at the beautiful flowers growing around the grave, and a small smile appeared on his face.
At this moment, a colorful butterfly suddenly flew into the air.
It fluttered its beautiful wings under the sun in a bewitching display.
An Lin smiled and waved at the beautiful butterfly.
He then turned his eyes toward the small grave.
"Sorry, Kong Zuixiang, I looked through your diary.
"But I'm sure a kindhearted person like you wouldn't mind, right?"
He slowly sat down, and a photographic crystal appeared before the grave, broadcasting the footage from his trip to the Xuan Qing Sect.
From Duan Yong's dismemberment to his admission of his crimes before everyone, and finally, to his soul being incinerated into dust.
Everything was broadcasted by An Lin.
After the image disappeared, the small mountain fell silent again.
An Lin sat silently for a long time before pulling out a dish from his storage ring.
He took the lid off, and a revered light erupted as a phenomenon appeared between heaven and earth.
This was a paradise where two innocent little girls grew up without a care in the world. The four seasons cycled one after the other, creating a marvelous spectacle to behold.
The two little girls let loose peals of tender laughter. They grew up to be gorgeous beauties, but time continued to pass by, and in the end, the two of them left this world in each other's arms as two smiling old women.
Everything was so simple but so pure and wholesome.
It was as simple as a blank piece of paper, but it was just as simple as the happiness Kong Zuixiang was pursuing.
The revered light slowly dissipated, and an alluring scent wafted throughout the entire mountain.
"I call this dish the Life of Zuixiang. You're such a foodie, so you must be ecstatic to be able to eat something so delicious, right?"

The only response to his words was a light breeze, which swayed the vibrant flowers growing around the grave.
An Lin placed the book with no title in front of the grave before unleashing a ball of flames to incinerate it. This diary was a record of Kong Zuixiang's life. It was the proof of her existence in this world.
But An Lin felt like Kong Zuixiang would still need to use this diary in the other world, so he burned it for her.[1]
The pages were slowly incinerated as sparks danced in the air.
The wind on the mountain picked up and flicked open the diary, revealing page upon page of elegant text, as if it were telling a story.
In the end, the book stopped at the final entry.
This was an entry written in a different style of handwriting.

[Your friend, An Lin, has exacted revenge for you.
[I hope you live a happy life on the other side.

She shrugged, pulling out the cherry lollipop she was sucking on. She even seemed to make that look sensual, which was all the more disturbing when the face was my own. I supposed I could understand Daniel's forced bonding with me as a mate. How that would make Alex look like me. It was kind of sweet to have someone's greatest desire to be me. Well, it would be me if I got a tummy tuck, a facelift, a new nose, and a boob job.  

"Are you feeling comfortable?" I looked down at Alex's clothing.  

Alex had been fidgeting and twisting a lot since we had gone shopping the previous day. Right now she wore a white shirt and pink jeans. I didn't even know jeans came in pink, but she found a pair. Her dark brown hair was dolled up into elaborate curls. It looked beautiful like she had just come from a hairdresser. That wasn't the case of course; how dare she have the ability to make her hair look however she wanted it to on a whim.  

"The underwear is too much; I feel so constricted in these clothes," Alex complained.  

"Would you rather walk around naked like Daniel? If you had your way, it would have been nothing but tube tops, miniskirts, and thongs."  

"What's wrong with thongs?"  

"Besides the fact that there is no way that is comfortable, my mom would start to ask questions. She gave us money to buy your outfits. No chance you're going to come home looking like a… like a…"  

"Like a what?" Alex asked, seeming generally curious.  

I sighed, "Never mind. Are you sure this is where we are supposed to meet up?"  

"You already asked that. This is where Stephan said to come," Alex reassured me in a sisterly voice.

I shivered; it was entirely too easy to see Alex like a big sister. I was only just starting to get used to her being around. The other guys had complained about it religiously when they found out until I had to put my foot down. I didn't like it any more than any of them, but it was my mom's decision; not mine. Besides, I couldn't just let her stay out in the cold and, somehow, sending her back to Daniel's cave seemed cruel. Now, I wasn't so sure.

Alex perked up and pointed down the street. "Look, there they are now." 

Stephan was walking with Andrew and Rune was a few dozen steps behind them. When Andrew saw me, he gave me a dazzling smile. Stephan waved with a grin. Meanwhile, Rune pretended he'd rather be any place other than there. I was beginning to suspect that a lot of his behavior was an act. It was hard to believe he was some kind of demon. For some reason, with the minion he had summoned and stuff, I had the impression they were wizards or something. Perhaps, I had been reading too many books. Samantha's 'Harry Potter and the Rippling Abs' was a hot seller at our school right now.  

"Where's Daniel?" Alex asked cautiously.  

Stephan shrugged. "He didn't show up."  

"I'm present," Daniel said, standing up from behind a nearby trashcan.  

"How long have you been there?" I asked in shock.  

"I arrived first; wanted to make sure you would be safe; checking for tracks." Daniel waved his hands defensively.  

"That's the question you asked?" Andrew wondered out loud. "He's not wearing any clothing!" 

Of course he wasn't wearing any clothing; it would rip up in his wolf form. I barely stopped myself from saying that. I was apparently getting a tad too familiar with Daniel's habits. Daniel shrugged, seemingly unfazed by the group of people around him. His sweaty muscular chest was flexing just by him standing there. He turned around and bent over. I looked away. I was right; there was a tattoo on his butt. It was a rose. The guys also made noises of protest.  

"Come on man." Rune shook his head in disgust.  

Alex merely looked on curiously; perhaps a little too curiously. I had an inclination to cover her eyes, even though I was the younger sister. Wait a second; I'm not younger. I'm not even her sister! I closed my eyes. The lines between reality and this supernatural world were getting harder and harder to distinguish. Daniel finally found his clothing and redressed.  

"So, the reason I brought you here is because of that large mansion we are standing in front of," Stephan said, pointing to a large gated doorway. 

A long path shot off into a semi-forested front yard. The yard was larger than some parks. Barely peaking above the trees was the roof of a massive mansion. The Richfire mansion was a famous one. Everyone knew the stories about it. It was supposedly haunted by many different spirits and harbored serial killers and transients. On Halloween, kids would dare each other to go up to the front door. Teens would dare each other to sneak in and stay the night. Some never returned, as the story went.  

"You expect us to go into a haunted house?" Andrew questioned.  

"Rumors of people going in and never returning? Stories of serial killers and various monsters? If someone was up to no good, what would be a better place to hide?" 

"This doesn't sound safe for Jane," Andrew explained.  

"I'll keep her safe." Daniel thumped his chest.  

"What am I, chopped liver?" Alex looked irritated.  

"I'll be fine," I responded with an edge to my voice. "I can handle this."  

Andrew looked at each of the guys for support. Finally, he sighed, letting his large muscular shoulders slack just a bit.  

"Well, that's settled. Let's get going," Stephan piped in, smiling.  

The group opened the large iron gates and moved up the long pathway to the massive home. It was derelict and was condemned and considered dangerous for no other reason than that. I felt a tingle at the back of my neck, almost like I was being watched through one of the many windows on the four-story tall home. The house was once white, but years of disrepair had left brown marks, cracks, and peeling paint on every surface.  

Andrew walked up to the front door, knocking. Rune pushed past him, grabbing the doorknob and pushing the door open.  

"It's abandoned; means no one's home," Rune sneered as he went through.  

Andrew looked around, brushed his hands off on his pants, then followed Rune inside. Two hands suddenly wrapped around my arm. Alex was grabbing on to me tightly. Apparently, this must have been very scary to her. I never let things like this scare me too much; the curiosity always got the better of me. I guided her through the front door behind Stephan.  

The main hall was absolutely massive. A sudden switch and a buzzing sound and several lights turned on. Rune was at a light switch nearby.  

"Looks like the place still gets power," Alex chattered with nervousness in her words.  

"It's supposed to be dead; that's why I brought everyone flashlights," Stephan frowned, opening up a bag at his side. "I suppose you should each take one anyway, just in case."  

I grabbed my flashlight; a nice heavy maglight. Worst case scenario, it was heavy enough I could smash a head in if I needed to. Alex let go of me when I handed her a light. Perhaps it made her feel a little better too.  

"Well, we're here; now what?" Rune asked impatiently.  

"We're looking for anything suspicious. We should break up into groups. Daniel and Andrew can take the fourth floor, Alex and Rune the third, Jane and I take the second, and we can all meet back on the first when we are done."  

Rune looked around confused for a second. "That's funny; where is Alex?"  

I looked behind me and stopped cold. Alex wasn't there. She was just there holding my arm. Wasn't she just there? I looked around, a sudden panic sinking in.  

"Alex!" I shouted, joined in by Andrew and Stephan. 

"Relax," Rune interrupted. "She probably just ran out the front door; you saw how scared she was."  

Stephan thought about it for a second and then nodded, "You're probably right. Either way, we plan to search this place head to toe so, if she is here, we'll find her. Rune, are you good by yourself?"  

Rune laughed. "You think this place is scary? The scary thing would have been having to deal with that frightened succubus. I'm glad she took off."  

I looked over at Stephan. There was worry in Rune's voice. It was reflected in Stephan's eyes as well. It looked like they did care more about the disappearance than they were letting on. Rune began moving up the stairs, Daniel and Andrew moving closely behind him.  

I looked over at Stephan. "You ready for this?"  

Stephan gave me a calming smile. "Ladies first."  

The lighting was fairly inconsistent. Every other light bulb was out, making the hallways full of creepy dark spots. I eventually turned on my flashlight to deal with my nerves, if nothing else. We walked in perpetual silence. The feeling of being watched still didn't seem to go away.  

"Do you believe in an afterlife?" Stephan suddenly spoke up.  

I looked over at him, the expressions on his face hidden by the shadows of the darkened hallway.  

"What brings that question on?" I asked.  

Stephan shook his head, as if to himself. "I don't know. It's just that, given my situation, I never gave it a whole lot of thought. But just above us is a demon named Rune, and Andrew's an angel …"  

"They said they come from alternate worlds that happen to be constantly in conflict. They both are here to help humans, but angels freely give and teach, whereas demons create contracts and bribe. Different philosophies on how to help us. Nothing about the afterlife."  

"I know that's what they say, but still. It gets you thinking." 

We walked in silence for a few minutes. The feeling of eyes watching me continued to persist. I had to say something to break the feeling.  

"What was your death like?"  

Stephan stayed silent for some time. I almost assumed he hadn't heard me when he finally spoke. "Nothing… I don't remember much from when I was so young. I remember nothing at all about my death. You'd think if there was an afterlife, I'd remember it." 

"Maybe you weren't meant to remember it," I offered.  

He smiled at me, "Thanks, I appreciate…"  

A loud creak and then a resounding crack and I was falling. My body hit something hard and then I fell again. This time I smacked into something colder and harder. My ankle twisted and I let out a yell. Debris fell on top of me, dust rose everywhere and then I was in complete darkness.

When people started to know how precious the knowledge passed by those immortal was, they started hiding it, as they wanted to rule the remaining peoples.
And what was that knowledge passed by those immortals? Cultivation methods

Cheng Qiang, is 17 years old, is also one of those kids, who wanted to be a martial artist or immortal. And for that very reason, he joined a sect 'Immortal Courage Sect' but more than 2 years has passed by and he is still an outer disciple.
Becoming an immortal is not something easy, which he learned on the very first day.
He is from a poor family so, he cants afford that expensive elixir or herbs, so all he could do is wait and try hard.
Today, Cheng Qiang has been ordered to gather woods for inner disciples.
So he is out of the sect place, near his home town/city, Ikwon, and is roaming inside a forest.
"Fuck those, inner disciples. Cant them even chop woods?" Cheng Qiang cursed inner disciple as he chopped wood from trees.
Cheng Qiang has a good build and has brown hair.

After cutting down some wood he sat down on the ground to rest.
 "Just because those kids are rich and can get herbs and other medicines to boost the cultivation speed, they are an inner disciple. Just why is god so harsh or good people? Does he like to tease good people?" He asked while looking up.
He knew that he won't get an answer but still he wanted to ask the heavens just to soothe his heart.
Cheng Qiang stood up and collected all those chopped woods and he was about to leave, suddenly he heard a voice

Mo Yuanjun opens his eyes only to find himself in an unknown dark place.
"Is this afterlife?" He asked as he looked around himself, only to see waster around him, no matter how far he tried to see.
Then he noticed that he is floating in water, rather than sinking
"What the fish" Mo Yuanjun was shocked to see this, as right now he was going against the law of science.
Suddenly he remembers something, his crash with the truck
"Now it makes sense" he said.
Mo Yuanjun understood that he is dead right now, so it's his soul and he most probably is in the middle of the afterlife.
"Never thought those fantasy stories would be this useful," he said with a smiling face as he looked around him.
Now that he knew that he has to in-between afterlife and death. He thought to just walk around and see if he finds someone who has recently died or maybe someone who would give him some instruction
With that in mind, he stood up and was about to leave, suddenly
*water drop noise*
A noise came behind him
All muscles of Mo Yuanjun became stiff
*gulp*
With hesitation and curiosity, he looked behind him
*stunned*
At that time, Mo Yuanjun's eyes were on the verge of popping out, as he saw a person in front of him. Who is very familiar to a person he uses to see in his dream
"Who?" he asked the female in front of him
Mo Yuanjun was really scared right now, as not only a girl from his dream is standing in front of him, but he can't see her face even though there is nothing in front o her face.
"Finally you are back" she said in a voice filled with sadness and love.
The moment Mo Yuanjun heard those words, tears started coming out of his eyes. And then those tears fall on the water below him.
Mo Yuanjun didn't know why he is crying.
He looked at her and asked, "Do I know you?"
The girl didn't say anything to him. She just stood silent
Mo Yuanjun knew was now sure that he knew her, but can't remember her.
"Please tell me who am I? I always had this strange dream where I see you. I always thought that I am mad or just weird, but now that I see you, I am sure. I am not weird. Please tell me, just who am I?" He asked her again and again
In his whole life, Mo Yuanjun always had these dreams, after his parent's death. It was as if something has awakened inside him.
This caused him to be a loner and some time, when he remembered those dreams, he started crying no matter where he was.
This caused him to be tagged as a psycho or mad guy.
And now that a person from his dream is here in front of him, he wants to know all those answers which he always wanted to ask.
"The time hasn't come yet. Please become strong, I'll wait patiently for that time. I have waited for an eternity and finally, I could see you" She said to Mo Yuanjun
Then she lifted her hands and tried to touch him, but suddenly stops herself.
In a painful voice, she said, "Our time ends here, allow me to leave now". And then she started disappearing
Seeing her disappear, Mo Yuanjun shouted "WAIT, Answer my question first" but no matter how much he tried to know he couldn't get any answer from her.
But before she disappears, she called out a name. A name that trembled the heart of Mo Yuanjun and she said "Wake up"

Mo Yuanjun opens his eyes, only to see some weird face in front of him.
And when he focused a bit, he comes to know that it's a monkey that is trying to kiss him
"FUUUUUUUUUUCK"
Mo Yuanjun cursed the monkey and got up. Seeing him awake, the monkey ran away while laughing at him

And from his right side, a guy appeared from the bush.
Cheng Qiang, following the voice, reaches to the person in front of him (our mc).
He saw Mo Yuanjun, in a black dress, and above it, he wore a white robe.
He saw the person in front of him had a long black hair where there were three headpieces at top and two at his sides.
It was something new for Cheng Qiang, as even rich people among his village or even in those elders inside his sect won't wear that type of dress.
But one thing was sure, no matter what, the person in front of Cheng Qiang, looked like a person from a big, really big noble family.
Mo Yuanjun looked at around him and found himself in a forest. He was shocked as he was just a moment before in a city (Tokyo) and out of nowhere; he is now in a forest.
Then suddenly he remembers something. He looked at his body, which was fine, and sighed.
Then he looked at the person, Cheng Qiang, and asked "Dear friend, do you know where am I right now?"
Cheng Qiang felt awkward. As from his point of view, Mo Yuanjun is a rich noble, so he didn't think of him to be so polite.
Still, he was happy
With a confident voice, Cheng Qiang said "Right now you are in a forest near Ikown city"
'Was there a place like this in Tokyo?' Mu Yuanjun asked himself in his heart.
Cheng Qiang, with a smile, asked "by the way sir, can I know your name?"
To Cheng Qiang, it was his first time meeting someone so big, so surely he had to know his name so that he could show off in front of village kids. After all, even in the whole city or other cities, there won't be someone as noble-looking as him (Mo Yuanjun)
"My name is-" Suddenly Mu Yuanjun paused and then continued
"Qin Shi Huang, that's my name"
Mo Yuanjun, don't know why or to whom this name belong but he himself didn't know why he said that name
Hearing that name, Cheng Qiang felt pressure, as if he wanted to bow his head but somehow he maintained himself.
"Cheng Qiang is my name" Cheng Qiang said with a big smile
"So, Cheng Qiang, can you please take me out of this forest?" Mo Yuanjun asked him
With a smile, Cheng Qiang said "Off-course, follow me"
And then both started walking out of the forest
On the way, Mo Yuanjun comes to know that he no longer had his bag or his phone. He was just with his clothes alone. And also, he was really irritated about the fact that he told Cheng Qiang his wrong name.
On the other hand, Cheng Qiang felt like he had hit a jackpot.
Form his talk with his new friend, he comes to know that he (mc) has forgotten his memory for sure and if he helps him in getting his memory back or maybe get him back to his family, the for sure he will be rewarded with some big amount. Some really big amount, as to him, Mo Yuanjun is from a rich noble family

The moment Mo Yuanjun got out of the forest; he was shocked to see something in the sky.
It was a person on a sword flying at a high speed.
And he also knew that he is not dreaming as on his way out of the forest, there were many times when he falls or got hurt here and there. And from all the pain he received. It was clear that he is not dreaming
"Did I got teleported?" He asked himself in a low tone with a wry smile

Koren stood in the vast nothingness. There was no light, yet he could see his hands clearly. He looked at his body and he was wearing some strange clothing that he had never seen.
"Am I in the afterlife" said Koren with surprise. His voice was just like it was before the attack. He touched his face and could feel the soft and supple skin of his cheeks.
"I must be dead, there is no other explanation, will I see father, grandpa and all the other uncles" said Koren with some anticipation.
"Afterlife, oh no, I'm afraid you have it all wrong, this is just the virtual space, we still need to bring you up to speed after all. "suddenly a voice came from behind Koren.
Koren turned around, but there was no one there. 'I must be hearing things' thought Koren.
"No, I'm right here, well not here, but everywhere. You should be able to see me. Huh, this is strange, you're not networked yet." Said the mysterious voice.
Koren kept turning to see where the person talking was, but each time he turned around the voice would just drift elsewhere. He was starting to get scared, even though he had been through hell, he was still a child. 
"Ahh, your still too young, this is a good thing, but also a bad thing since it means you can't properly network with me, so I can't help you at all. Then again, you are young, so the modifications should work better as you are in your growing phase." Said the voice with some frustration.
Koren was confused and scared. He did not know what the voice was talking about, what network, and what modifications. He had heard his grandfather talk about how the Draconian's perform cruel experiments on humans, turning them into mutants. He started to wonder if this was a prison. Had he been captured, was this a cage.
"Ahh, I'm not a bad person." This time the voice seemed stressed and offended. "Look Koren, I know you can't see me, but I want you to know that I am a human being just like you, well in the principle of soul at least." Said the voice with confidence.
"If you're not a bad person then show yourself" said Koren with some courage. 
"I'm not trying to hide from you, it's you Koren, you're too young, I can't network with you, you need to be…ahhh" the voice suddenly screamed.
"Ah, Koren I don't have much time, I'm going to leave a basic command sequence to help you out till you are old enough to network with me properly. Remember Koren, My name is Hope, and we, are bonded, forever." said the voice with assertion. This time the voice was very clear, and Koren could tell that the voice, was of a woman. The voice was warm, yet fierce, it reminded him of his mother. He couldn't explain it, but he felt that he could trust this voice, that he could trust 'Hope'.
Koren was about to say something, but before he could even open his mouth, he felt a force pull him from behind.

The desert is an unforgiving place, its days are blazing hot, and its nights, chilling cold. The mighty sun had finally set, making way for the moon. When the moonlight shone on the desert, it made the sand grains glow with a blue hue. However, today in a particular region, the entire desert was reflecting the moon. This was no lake In the middle of the desert, it was glass. The whole surface had turned into glass, and it went on for hundreds of kilometers. 
In the very center of this glass moon was a figure, lying flat, eyes closed,  as if sleeping. This figure was a boy, a very young and cute boy. The sleeping boy had jet black hair and golden tan skin, his eyebrows were slanted like swords and his face was picturesque.
Koren finally opened his eyes, only to see the moon above him. He panicked and quickly got up. The desert night is the domain of the sand beasts, they are creatures that even his father never dared to underestimate. He looked at his clothes, and they were what he always wore, not the ones he saw in that strange place. As Koren was making sure he had all his belongings he finally noticed the shiny surface he was standing on. The first thing he noticed was his own face. Koren was gobsmacked. He touched his face to make sure it was real, tears started to flow from his eyes. These tears were for his family, and for himself, tears long overdue.
Koren looked at the moon, hanging in the sky, and then rubbed the tears away with the sleeves of his robes. He knew, that he had to go now.
"Mother you were right, Hope found me." said Koren as he took his first step.
As Koren stepped forth, the wind reacted intensely, and pushed him forward without much resistance. Koren was, for the second time shocked. He could tell that he was no longer only a level 1 spiritualist. 'what level is this, grandpa said each level can only control 1 meter, and the rest comes from harmonization. But I just turned 9 a few days ago, I can't harmonize unless I turn 10.' Though Koren as he sped across the shiny surface of the desert glass.
Koren quickly crossed the entire glossy surface and was now on regular sand, suddenly he felt a presence, a big object directly ahead. 
'It's a sand beast, 10 meters ahead, right under the sand, if I had stepped on it, I would have ended up in its belly. 10 meters is my limit, does this mean I'm level 10 now, but how is that even possible. Did Hope do this.' Thought Koren as he stopped.
Koren had never seen a sand beast before, he had heard stories, but that's all they were to him, stories. But now he had the opportunity to see one up-close.
'I want to see if I am really level 10. Anyways, I'm a wind spiritualist, so I can out run it.' Thought Koren as he finally stepped forward.
1 step, 2, 3, 4 steps, Koren kept moving forward till the sand beast was only a single step away.
As Koren moved, the whole sand dune exploded, and a huge crocodile like creature came out, the creature had scales like glass, and teeth like sharp crooked twigs. Its huge mouth lunged for Koren's legs.
Just as Koren was about to use his wind to jump back, a voice suddenly sounded from inside him.
…Beep…Threat detected, Spiritual reserve 10 percent 'wind', 3 percent 'fire', 3 percent 'water', 3 percent 'earth'…beep…
…activating Armor …beep
Koren could feel something taking over his body, it was a metallic liquid like substance that started to pour out from inside of him, this substance quickly covered his whole body and solidified, it had turned into a shiny metallic Armor. Koren who had coagulated the wind power around his legs was about to jump back but the beast was faster and bit down on him hard.
Koren's leg was now in the beasts mouth, but it was not bitten off, instead it was the beast who had lost a few of its teeth.  Instead of continuing to bite Koren's leg the beast let go and lunged back in pain. It roared, and smashed back and forth on the sand.
Koren, who was in no pain, was stunned. He just didn't know what to make of this. The voice was not Hope.
Koren suddenly realized that the world around him was a bit low, he looked at his own body only to realize he was taller.
"No, not just my height, my whole body has grown, it's this Armor, it made me 'grow up', but how do I go back to normal." Said Koren as he stared at himself in the shiny Armor.
It wasn't only Koren who was dazed, but the sand beast as well. It wasn't as smart as a human but it still had some intelligence, it knew that the being in front of him was not the man cub from before. The beast thought that it was a rival that had gotten to its prey before it did, and this made the beast furious. 
However, the beast had learnt from its past mistakes, this time it didn't go in for the attack headstrong, instead it controlled the sand, to create a sand well, sucking in the Armor, and applying pressure from all directions to directly crush it's enemy.
Koren was completely safe inside the Armor, even though the pressure around him was intense, he didn't feel a thing. Koren had already realized that he was sinking into the sand, if this went on, things would be problematic, but this wasn't important right now. That's right, impending doom had to take a back seat. Every time Koren was sure that something was shocking, a new thing came along and widened his horizons. Koren was once again utterly flabbergasted by what he was seeing in front of him. The Armor was displaying information directly in front of him. Even though Koren never learned to read, he could still understand this strange language. 
The thing that caught his eye the most was the level displayed directly above the beast's head.
Name: Sand Crocodile, Type: Earth, Level:9, Harmonization Level:3
'By the Ancestors, harmonization level of 3, if it hadn't been for this Armor, I would have been dead already.' Thought Koren before looking at his own information in the display.
The beast had already pulled Koren all the way into the sand, and was preparing to attack with its final move since its opponent had been immobilized.

I woke up from a dream, it was beautiful, sweet and bitter. A sweaty pajamas, and a slight fever. I'm back in my world. It was just a little fever, that I could manage to go to school. With that in mind, I washed myself, and changed into my uniform. I headed down to greet my parents. Mom was serving porridge, dad was sitting in the dining room, reading news while waiting for breakfast.
"Rika? Are you going to school today? You have a fever did you know that?" My mother said.
"It's fine mom. I can still manage to go to school." I replied, with a smile. My parents looked at me with surprise. Perhaps they were worried about me because I was very depressed with Yuuma's death. 
"Rika, if you have any problems you can talk with us. No matter how, we will try our best to share the pain with you." My mother said, with a worried face.
"Ah... Mom, I'm really fine! Yuuma... I just met him in a dream, I said my goodbyes to him, I'm... All right..." I said, with tears gradually filling up my eyes. My parents came to me, they held me tightly, it feels like months ago since someone held me like this, so warm, so comforting. We had a lively breakfast after that. With the time of a meal, we talked about memories we had with Yuuma's family next door. I swore to myself to cherish these memories forever.
It was time to head out. I put on my shoes and walked out of the house. On the nameplate that writes 'Tachibana', it is Yuuma's house, next to my house. I saw his mother outside, with some cardboard boxes placed outside, I wonder what happened, so I asked.
"Yuuma's mother, what's with the boxes out here?" I asked.
"Ah... Rika-chan, you see... With our only son gone, my husband and I were thinking of moving away to a quiet place. A place where Yuuma liked since he was a kid. Time sure flies, you two were very close when you were young. Yuuma's father and I even thought of a future where he took you in as his bride... Ah, dear me... Rika-chan, I'm sorry for saying such things. Are you fine?" Yuuma's mother said a lot, with all those hopeful words, I found the strength in me to smile, smiling to the brightest as I could.
"Rika-chan, you never know how much it brings me back to see that smile from you... I'm glad that you are now in high spirits again. Please take care from now on." Yuuma's mother said. I nodded and started walking to the school. To think that Ame's method of granting my wish this way were unexpected, for me to be able to let go all those guilt that were crushing me, I'm relieved. I was never as positive like this before. I returned to my original world, remembering all the dreams that I had last night. Every part of them felt real to me. An adventure of clearing a trial from Ame, in which I barely passed. With all those whimsical abilities I had back in the dream, if it was limited, I hope that I could meet with at least a person from the dream...
"Thud!" Someone passed by without me noticing, and we bumped into each other.
"Ah... I'm sorry! Are you okay?" I glanced the person I bumped into. He wore a detective hat, with a weird getup, is he...?
"Jun...?" I asked.
"So, you saw the rainbow huh? A person's death couldn't be reversed. However, cheer up!" Jun said as he walked away.
"Jun! I've been waiting for you! Where have you been for these six hours?!" A blonde girl who clung on Jun said.
"Charlotte, I told you not to do this... It hurts." Jun, who is unable to move said. Charlotte fixed her scabbard, where she kept a sword on her waist. Jun sighed.
"I worked with Ame, it was tiring, I guess I'm going to skip school for today, but for some reason, I felt refreshed. Sleeping in school wouldn't be a bad idea either." Jun said, as he fixed his outfit and turned out that it was his school uniform under the cloak.
"I totally agree! Let's go to school together!" Charlotte said cheerfully.
I smiled and kept on walking. At the traffic light, cars passed, people walked by. To think that people work and think by their own, it eases my mind a little. I raised my head and looked at the morning sky, there is a rainbow over the sky. It's colours were briliant, as if it was a special effect from a movie. It must be Ame's signal to those who receives her blessings.
To think that what Haruko said about the people were actually connected into the dream world, they should be able to remember them. Sometimes, forgetting is the best way of living on, but being able to face them head on is a better way. I took a deep breath, and crossed the road for the first time, since Yuuma's death.
On my way to the school's gate, the girls who I befriended with back in the world came over.
"Rika-chan, were we friends beofre?" One of them asked, apparently remembering whay she had dreamt yesterday.
"It's fine if you don't remember... We can just start over, can't we?" I said. They smiled and agreed. We walked together, my class is in 1-C, while some of them were in the same class as mine, we talked a bit longer. I walked to Yuuma's seat in class 1-B, with a flower I brought along to school and placed it on his desk, along with those flowers which supposedly placed by his fangirls way earlier.
"Yuuma, may you find peace in the afterlife." I whispered.
"You too... May you find happiness." Something whispered to me. I flinched and looked around. Who was that...? Could it be Yuuma? I smiled and nodded. I'll, please don't worry about it. I headed out of the class, apparently I saw Haruno peeking into the class. Following her gaze, I can only see Hikaru. I headed to Haruno's back and decided to surpriced her.
"Guess who's here, Harukon!" I slapped her back.
"Gyaaaaaa!" She cried.
"Ricchan! What were you doing!" Haruno exclaimed.
"Interested in Hikaru huh?" I asked.
"Y-Yes... He was so kind I kinda like him..." Haruno said in an embarrassed tone. She's in the same class as mine, so I dragged her back while sharing stories with her. We became so close since we were technically love rivals before. Yuuma liked me, while she liked Yuuma. I didn't intend to accept him, but now, he's mine. I might sounded crazy saying this, but we were actually together in the dream world. Reminding myself of his true final words gave me a bitter yet sweet sensation, yet the only expression I could make is smile.
Ruri and Haruko walked over.
"Good morning, Rika-san the trials went smoothly. Yuuma will be everyone's heart from now on." Haruko said. I agreed with her, while there is a shaking figure next to her.
"Do you know Kaito much?!" Ruri asked, while shaking.
"Huh, why?" I asked.
"Apparently, she is interested in him now." Haruko said.
"Kyaaaaaaa!!!!" Ruri screamed out of embarrassment. We shared a good laugh, I patted on her shoulder.
"I'm sure things will work out, please don't be worry!" I said. Before heading back to class.
Classes went on, and years moved on. Time over time, we would gather together to reminiscence the good time together. We often hang out all day, eventually, Haruno confessed to Hikaru, and the two started going out. Same goes to Ruri, but it's the opposite. Kaito confessed first, and the only one who is single is me. Upon graduation, we parted our ways, telling each other to gather again and share bits of their life stories to each other in the future, in which we did.
Being 24 years old, Rika lived her life filled with content, found her happiness in her life, married with a normal man when she is 26 years old. The two bore a daughter and lived a moderate life. One day, she stood in front of the grave of her past lover, Yuuma. A promise she finally fulfilled, she answers him what happened over these years.
"Yuuma, I'm fine now. Over these years, I've found my happiness. He's a salaryman, we lived in a moderate lifestyle. He's always busy, but he is always caring towards his family. We had a daughter too. She reminded me a lot of myself. Apparently, there is also a boy next door. They seem to get along... Just like us before huh? I wonder if they will be together in the future? Ah... I felt old saying that. But who knows, I might see you again. Just like what I wished for years ago, to see you again." Yamamoto Rika said, as she walked away, I see a rainbow in a distance. 
"Humans were such strongly willed." I lamented... No, it's me, Ryutenji, the head priest in Touna's shrine lamented. Rika lived on over the years, with her daughter and the kid next door wed, she cried out her heart, somehow mentioning something she failed to accomplish in her life, were accomplished by her children. 50 years later, as Rika lying on a hospital bed, she is constantly seen raising her hand to the ceiling, which obviously she couldn't. But this day, she reached something. That is, Yuuma. The two is said to live happily after in the afterlife, with their wish fulfilled by Ame, the Rain Goddess.

My mother told me stories about how my father was a shinobi that fought for the Hidden Leaf, and that he was the reason we moved out of Konoha. My mother decided to move back to the Konoha so we can get better living conditions, and so I could be enrolled in the Academy to make friends. After we arrived, we soon came to realize that what was left of the Hatake clan, was only Kakashi Hatake.

We were given a humble house to live in peace feeling safe inside Konoha's walls. Now, it is the day before the Academy, I don't know what to expect so I'm quite nervous.
