DanMachi: The Dragon's Return

Hey, everyone! First off, I hope you all are doing well. With the epidemic going around, I can only hope and pray that each of you are as healthy as you can be. And if you have happened to catch corona, I can only hope and pray that you make a speedy and full recovery. Please, if you are able, stay home and watch TV, read, and do whatever you do at home to your hearts' content!

Second, for those who have observed this story's attributing to the style of Tolkien's mythology, I appreciate your keen eyes! Yes, there is a lot of Tolkien's influence here, as that was the writing style I first fell in love with while trying to make my own style. That being said, despite how easy it is Tolkien-ize DanMachi, and it's almost painfully easy given how the author's mythology is set up, that is not my intention. My intention is to attempt to build upon world mythologies that DanMachi's author has used as well as could be done up until this point. Tolkien is just a beautiful bonus! I will admit that Michael is as close to Gandalf as I am willing to allow to simply amuse myself, but that is done more in the sense that Gandalf is a character that represents figures in many mythologies, solely as a lone wanderer that acts as a messenger of hope in the darkest of times.

In either case, on to the story! I hope you enjoy!

Chapter 15

Origins

"What's wrong?" Tiona heard a familiar masculine voice over her. She slowly opened her eyes and blinked away the weariness she had been feeling. Her vision came into focus and she herself laying her head on a lap clothed with dark pants. She lifted her head and to find crimson eyes staring at her paired with a kind smile.

"Bell," the Amazon breathed, her own smile painting her face. She leaned up and wrapped her arms around his shoulders, clutching him tightly. This was only a vision of him, a dream, but the spirit readings that connected them felt too real for her to think of it as such.

"What's wrong?" the white-haired boy asked again, returning the embrace. His voice was muffled in her shoulder and his breath tickled her skin. Tiona felt shivers run up and down her body.

"I'm not sure yet," Tiona shut her eyes and tightened her grip. "But I know I'm afraid. Haruhime is in a danger I don't know, and I'm afraid that I can't protect her from that danger. I'm afraid I can't protect anyone."

Bell held the Amazon quietly. He gently slid his fingers up and down her back, causing Tiona to whimper softly under his touch. Tears filled her eyes and stained her cheeks. They had barely been apart for two months and the young Amazon was starting to doubt whether or not she would see the people she cared for again.

"I'm afraid, too," Bell said softly. "I have been brought somewhere far away, and every step I take hides the road before me. I feel lost."

The Amazon opened her eyes once again and pulled back to look at his face. He had a far off look about him that reminded her of herself when she was a young child. He had the look of loneliness and despair around him. The Amazon frowned worriedly and closed the distance between them, pressing her lips gently to his.

"You have to stay strong," Tiona whispered. "We both do. Being a hero means being afraid and conquering that fear."

"They never really conquer it," Bell smiled sadly, thinking of their mutual love for hero stories. "Heroes simply remember what is more important. They sacrifice themselves to their fear, and that fear is either blown away or becomes a devourer. Being a hero means putting your fear and your life aside for the greater good."

"You won't die!" Tiona kissed him again and took his hand to place upon her belly. "You're not allowed to die. Besides, Ais and I trained you ourselves. No one with our training can go down easy!"

Bell's eyes wandered down to where Tiona had placed his hand. A small blush accompanied her smile and tears. Gently, he grazed his thumb over her smooth skin. Tears formed in his own eyes as Tiona watched the aura of loneliness and despair dissipate from him.

"Tiona?" Bell whispered. The Amazon could only smile in response.

"Now you have another reason why you're not allowed to die," she said softly, resting her forehead against his. "We have a reason why none of us are allowed to die."

The boy closed his eyes, brushing his nose gently to hers. They stayed quiet in each other arms, and Tiona was unsure how long. Some of her connections with Bell felt for only a few minutes what was actually hours. Some connections felt as if hours had passed, but the reality was maybe a few minutes. But this time her time felt shorter than usual.

"You have to go?" Tiona asked, expecting him give her the answer she hated.

"Yes," Bell whispered. "Where I am is dangerous. I can't afford to rest long here."

"Don't loose sight of the road you tread," the Amazon warned. "It's easy to give up when you don't know where you're going."

Bell kissed her a final time before he disappeared from her arms. The memory of his warmth tingled upon Tiona's skin, but the cold quickly began to envelope her. When the young Amazon opened her eyes at last to the starry night above her. When she turned on her side, she found Haruhime opposite of her, sitting in front of the fire. The Renard smiled shyly at the Amazon.

"Your watch doesn't start for another hour," Haruhime said softly.

"No," the Amazon muttered tiredly, "but I guess I just wanted to wake up. Want to sleep now?"

"I'm fine to keep you company for another hour," the Renard turned her eyes to the fire. "I'm not exactly eager to see whatever dreams will fill my head."

Tiona frowned. It had been a week since the group's incident with the destroyed town and Haruhime's vision. A couple days after the incident, they women found themselves in town that, thankfully, wasn't destroyed. While they were there, the women were able to resupply and gather information. Hestia's suspicions were confirmed on the Empire making a move of conquest. Banners bearing the symbol of an eagle over a golden sun upon a crimson field in the town confirmed Hestia's suspicion, but the rumors of the townsfolk only worked make the goddess consider the women's next move more carefully.

After talking with Tione, the elder Amazon sister and the goddess agreed that while it was unclear whether or not the Empire could be considered a threat to their mission, they ought to be more cautious about coming to future towns. Tione suggested that she and Mikoto be the ones to gather supplies from now on while the rest stay off a mile from the town. Hestia agreed to the conditions and cautioned Tione against making herself known. They were still a little over four months from Telskyura, and Tiona was beginning to vomit every other day. Hestia grew concerned if Tiona's pregnancy would slow them down, but Tione assured the goddess that Amazon stamina lasted longer than any other race. Still, a mid-term pregnant Tiona would be of little to no use against the Kalif sisters. Tione and Mikoto would have to fight them themselves, and that was already a problem with Mikoto's level. Riveria was right, Hestia had guessed, that their power would have to lie in Haruhime.

The problem, however, was that Haruhime was becoming increasingly unfocused in the training of her magic. Whatever visions she had been having or whatever voices she had been hearing disrupted her concentration when suing her magic. Hestia had suggested to the Renard that she ought to try meditation whenever she could, and the best time would have been during her night watches, as her hopefully quieted mind would be easily disturbed by whatever might be sneaking up on the group of women. Tione guessed, however, that Haruhime's mind was not as successfully quieted as the goddess had hoped.

"What have you been seeing?" the young Amazon asked and sat next to the Renard.

"Gods," Haruhime muttered in curiosity and in slight pain, her hands shooting up to her head. "I saw gods. I think they were smithy gods, but I didn't see lady Hephaestus amongst them. They were talking with one of the greater gods. I think his name was Brahma." (1)

"Did you hear what they said?" Tiona watched Haruhime closely. The Renard seemed troubled by the vision, as if some unseen fear was gnawing at her that she was doubting was even something to fear.

"The name, for one," the Renard winced in the pain of her headache. "And something about the order of a Seraph."

"That doesn't sound a like a Seraph I would want to be caught doing business with," the pair heard Hestia's voice to their fight. The goddess sat up and rubbed the sleep from her eyes.

"Ah, l-lady Hestia!" Haruhime folded her ears in distress. "I'm sorry if we woke you!"

"You didn't," the goddess smiled after a yawn. "Though I guess you say the flow of your power did."

"My power?" Haruhime asked with confusion. "What do you mean?"

"I told you before that you wield the power of a god," the goddess yawned again before gazing into Haruhime's eyes. "It's hard for a god to not sense the power you have. There are gods who might even covet such power."

"I'm sorry I cause you so much trouble!" the Renard grumbled with embarrassment.

"You're fine!" Hestia giggled softly before her face turned serious. "Now, what did you say about an order from a Seraph?"

Haruhime gulped before relaying her vision to Hestia. The goddess sat quietly and nodded often to encourage the Renard. When Haruhime finished her odd tale, the goddess brought her knees to chest and gazed into the fire. She stayed quiet for a few minutes and her blue eyes almost seemed purple under the reflection of the red flames.

"How big is this web?" the goddess finally muttered, her eyes filled with fear. "Where does it start and where does it end? And for the love of all that is holy and sacred, why are we stuck in the dead center?!"

"Lady Hestia?" Tiona eyed the goddess worriedly under her scared look.

"Huh?" the goddess blinked before her mind came back her. "It's… It's nothing. Just thoughts."

"Considering you said lord Michael is you friend, and how much he knows, I doubt that it's nothing," Tiona folded her arms across her chest.

"I guess he causes quite the loophole for secret worries," the goddess smiled weakly. "Very well. This isn't a story I enjoy thinking about, but I will tell it as best I can."

Hestia sighed and took a large stick to poke at the burning logs of the fire. Embers leapt into the air and danced upon a breeze that caught them. The fire sprang to a ferocious new life that only intensified with the two logs Hestia placed upon the fire. The goddess then lifted her eyes to the stars and took a deep breath along with a slow exhale.

"In the beginning, the High God created thirteen beings that we gods call the Seraphim, the Burning Ones, who are the guardians of the throne of the High God. Like the Titans and the gods, they are offspring of the High God's thought, but they were closest in knowing the mind of the High God, who personally taught them. They were made the lords and ladies of space and time, and there were seven male and six female. The first born of the Seraphim was beautiful beyond description; the first Seraph, whose name is unknown to the gods, and the Titans do not speak of it. He had a share of all the gifts of his brothers and sisters, but he envied the gifts that they had made them separate from him.

After the High God made the Seraphim, the High God made the Titans. The High God made the Seraphim adults in thought, but the Titans were made children for the Seraphim to teach. For a time, the Titans grew under the Seraphim, but the First Seraph only saw the Titans for him to lord over, and grew to anger for the gifts that even the Titans had that he did not possess. Even more so, his anger grew to hatred for his fellow Seraphim, for he desired to rule over them and not with them, and he called himself the strongest of all beings.

He then abandoned those Titans under his tutelage, desiring to wander the dark places he supposed the High God had not given thought to inside the endless void of the universe. There he tried there to design his own works, but though thoughts came to his mind, he could not give shape to his thoughts, and he began to hate the envy and hate the High God power over him. He made himself alone in the discontent of his heart, and the Titans that were under him were taken in by his brothers and sisters. He was chastised by his fellow Seraphim, and his shame only fueled his hatred for all things. He went again into the void and hid himself there from the eyes of the Seraphim and the Titans. He studied his powers there and tried to grow strong.

Eventually there came a day when, at last, the High God's attention was turned to the void and was filled. The world, too, was made in this manner. And when the First Seraph saw the universe filled and the world made, his desire to create and rule filled his heart all the more. The High God made the gods, who were made of and bound to the universe and made infants that the Titans would teach. The First Seraph saw this as an opportunity, for he conceived in his heart that the gods, being made of the elements of the universe, would rule over the natural design of universe. But the High God then made the mortal races after filling the universe and the world, and the First Seraph, though his heart would have rejoiced over dominating them as subjects, was enraged for the High God made their bodies of the natural world but their spirits were made even more beautiful than the Seraphim. Yet the gods, the Titans, and the Twelve Seraphim rejoiced at their making and worshiped the High God. Many Titans then took on a raiment of the universe and clothed themselves with bodies as the gods and mortals were clothed.

Now there was a certain Titan named Harmonia was well loved by her brothers and sisters for her wisdom in grace. She was given council by the Seraph Sola, who was graced with the element of light as her power over time. From Sola, Harmonia learned wisdom and grace, and she loved best the beauty of all things working together as a whole. She took it upon herself to teach the gods of their gifts and to work together for the sake of the beauty of universe. Such was her love for the friendship between the gods.

But the First Seraph saw his opportunity in Harmonia and wished to rule over the world and all the natures of the universe through her. He clothed himself and when he revealed himself to her, she fell in love with his beauty. But the First Seraph took her and bound her and forced her to watch as he brought countless gods and goddesses before her and slaughtered them before her. He made her drink of their blood and he abused her day and night. Sometimes he would **** her, and other times he would skin her or cut out her organs and feast upon them only to force them to grow back inside her body. He rejoiced in her screams and pleas and mocked her often for her cries to stop his abuse of her.

And when he had finished abusing her body, he turned to break her already fragile mind. So deep and terrible was the affliction he unleashed upon her that, when he unbound her, she took part in the slaughtering gods and goddesses if only to ensure he would not abuse her. But, with the more life she took, she found herself no longer taking life out of fear but rather enjoyment. However, when she was completely broken, the Twelve Seraphim finally found them and slew the mortal raiment of the First Seraph. They then took the spirit of the First Seraph and cast it into prison beyond the confines of the universe, but all too late, for Harmonia was no longer who they knew. She lied to the Seraphim, and falsely repented of the slaying of the gods and goddesses that the First Seraph had her partake in. And when the Seraphim ordered her to return to her fellow Titans, she fled into dark places beyond the sight of the Seraphim. When she returned to the Titans, she was came back changed, and called herself Enyo Eris, and sowed discord amongst the Titans and amongst the gods. She became a liar and a murderer without shame, and from her discord came the tree that led to the curse upon the mortal races. From her came the hate of Sheol and pouring out of monsters. She is the start of the war amongst the gods."

When Hestia finished her tale, she fell back into silence and gazed once more into the fire before her. Haruhime and Tiona merely watched Hestia, stunned by the horrors of a past no had ever talked about to a mortal before. The silence between the three continued for some time until Haruhime broke the silence and Hestia's thoughts.

"What does any of this have to do with my vision?" the Renard asked.

"Everything," Hestia muttered. "Lord Brahma is a greater god who has never stepped foot in the lower world. The smiths who spoke with him are clearly lied to, and it seems your voices have confirmed that. I suspect that who they spoke to was Enyo Eris, and it was only for her to continue what she loves most, death and chaos. She was once good, but her very definitions of harmony and chaos have been switched. If she had been around smithy gods, then she may have created a weapon that lord Brahma never intended to ever be used."

"What weapon?" Tiona frowned.

"A weapon capable of turning everything its power touches into a barren and poisoned wasteland where nothing could ever survive," Hestia's eyes turned towards the Renard and Tiona. "A weapon that would only need a fraction of the world for its fire and ash to cover the whole world. 'The gods' exploding star,' the Brahmastra." (2)

In Hindu mythology, the "Brahmastra" is a set of five arrows that, considering the descriptions of the destructive power of the Brahmastra, is closely related to the modern description of the destructive power of a nuclear bomb. The arrows were never intended to be used openly, but rather as a last resort. There are religious texts that make at least a minor reference to nuclear destruction via fires that can end the world, but none of them are quite as descriptive of the concept as Hindu mythology, Norse mythology, and Christian tradition. The only difference is that Norse mythology and Christian tradition describes the usage as an "end times" event, unless one makes reference to Judeo-Christianity's "destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah" event. That, or the events described are meteors that end everything.

Orario is not the only city to stand facing the threat of monsters. Alongside the caravan, one child was looking at all sides while walking with his mom
"Mom, what is this place?" Asked the child.
The mother was a not so young woman, she had about thirty years old, she wasn't that much of stunning beauty, however, she had a mature aura, she had a black short hair and a pair of green eyes, she was slightly slim and a worn-out dress. However, what actually stands out on this woman was the sad look on her eyes.
"Mommy?" Asked the little child.
"Oh, ah, sorry dear, I was lost in my thoughts, this will be our new home, it's quite pretty, right?" Said the woman with a smile.
"Is Papa here?" Asked the child.
This wasn't the first time that this child asked this question, however, every time he asked, the woman would feel a sting on her heart. His husband was one of the casualties in the fight against Arcadia.
History always tells us the general explanation of war and how this affects in the big picture to the culture, the people and so on; however, the small histories always remains in the dark, after all…
Who would tell the history of a small soldier that die without grief or glory.

Listening to the conversation between this woman and his child, the nearby people could empathy.
Some of them lowered their heads.
Some of them were lost in thoughts.
Some of them even cried a little.
All of them had their own history as to why they came here after all.

After walking for around twenty minutes, the soldiers, as well as the rest, finally arrived at the main plaza.
However, it was totally different as to what it was five months ago.
For instances, there were at least two times the number of houses, and every chain of houses formed a semi-circle and the center of that circle was the main plaza.
When the caravan got there, the first thing they notice was that two huge women were at the main plaza, these women were tan skinned and had a beautiful face, however, they also had this kind of wild aura.
""Miss Demeter, welcome back"" Said both women with a salute.
"Don't be so stiff~ Where is Antiope?" Asked Demeter.
"She is currently with everyone in the main plaza for the welcome banquet" Said of the Amazons.
"Good" Said Demeter.
For the first time, Demeter turned around and looked at everyone with her characteristic sweet smile.
This made men and women be hypnotize by her beauty once again, she didn't do it on purpose though.
"Attention everyone, we are about to enter the commoner's main plaza, there, his highness will welcome you with a huge banquet, so, look forward to it" Said Demeter.
"WOOOAH!" A small clamor could be heard.
They have traveled more than a week to get here, they haven't had a decent meal all this time, so the notice of a banquet lifted the mood of everyone.
"However, before that, let's make some introductions first, these two women are part of the Amazon tribe, they are allies of Wasteland Valley as well as honored guesses of his highness, don't be scared of her appearance, they are actually very nice people, they are all woman and use this kind of outfit so you will recognize them immediately… a piece of advice for married woman, be careful, the Amazons are quite the sex predators, so, they will go after every man that meets their conditions, you have been warned~" Said Demeter.

"Actually, they are quite pretty, maybe if we ask one of her to join us…"
"I wonder if they would also go for boyish woman?"
The females also voiced their opinion.
The Amazons listened to what Demeter said and didn't deny it, however, one of them said
"We won't go for married man, unless the woman in question agreed to, however, for single ones, hell we would, that's why, miss Demeter, you should guard your man with more caution, after all, there are a lot of people who want to 'eat' your prey, hehe" Said one of the Amazons.
After that, she quickly disappeared using Oversoul.
"Hey! Tebe you little- ah"

The other Amazon didn't have the time for complaining when she received a huge smack on the rear.
"OWWWWW, MY BUTT!" Cried the Amazon while grabbing her rear.
"Hmph! See what happens if you touch little Al" Said Demeter.
"But I wasn't the one who said it! In fact, his highness isn't even my type, guuhh! Tebe you bitch, wait until I catch you" Said the Amazon in tears.

Bard creates two chairs and a table and they sit down and Bard says, "You just need to help Luffy survive the Marine and Pirate war that will happen when Ace is going to be executed. My father might kill me for taking you away but something unexpected happened and he isn't ready yet for it." 

"What happened?" asks Logan and Bard says, "I forgot to weaken the Yami-Yami fruit and Blackbeard will become extremely strong so no one will be able to stop him. And we gods have rules that we can't involve ourselves in our worlds why do you think Andraste asked you to help Anders before. The only persons who can bypass those rules are Shura and Lorena. Now I will send you to Kuja Island and a little warning you will arrive there before Luffy by a week. I want you to protect him and kill Blackbeard he will become a real problem if he keeps in living. Those are the two mission I want you to accomplish for me."

"I should be able to handle it just don't tell my wife about it or I will be on her blacklist. While you are 6 meters under the ground after that," says Logan and Bard says, "Here is your first part of the deal the haki scrolls. The fruit you will get once everything is over." "Nothing to say about that. It is a fair deal just make sure he appears in a week I will be training until then. Also, it would be nice if you inform him will he comes over or he might not trust me," says Logan and Bard says, "Really Luffy is the most open person in this world. He trusts anyone as long as they don't harm innocent people or his friends."

"See you then," says Logan and stands up and Bard says, "Thank you for helping me out." And Bard sends Logan to Amazon Lily. Logan lands in the jungle and looks around finding only animals around and then he looks at the scrolls and says to himself, "Time to learn haki I will need it since it's better than to use something I have to explain to the people on this world." And Logan reads the scrolls and creates clones of himself and they begin to train.

Three days after Logan arrived on the island he felt that he was been spied on by some amazons that wanted to attack but didn't out of fear from seeing a thousand men using conqueror's haki while fighting each other while one man was only meditating in front of them all. Two days later more of the amazons arrived only to watch them. And then finally two days later Luffy arrived and crashed into the ground. Logan goes towards the site he saw Luffy and the paw crush into and find Luffy talking to boar and taking a piece of paper out of his straw head and begins to run in the direction the paper signaled him to go.

Logan followed him quietly like a shadow until they arrive at a little mountain where Luffy used Gigantic Pistols against it making only a small hole in it but nothing else and falls to the ground exhausted. Logan sees that and begins to laugh silently to not be caught by Luffy then he sees Luffy killing the boar and eating it while Logan thinks, 'Only the animals in this world can be so stupid and follow a predator.' Then he sees Luffy taking mushrooms from the ground and eating them and suddenly mushrooms began to grow all over his head and upper body.

'What survival training did he get that he eats everything he finds without knowing if it is edible. Anyway, the three amazons should arrive soon. I hope they will treat him and not feel suspicious of him since they were already quite suspicious about me and my clones. Ah, there they are. Well, they look innocent enough to help him,' thinks Logan and watches as the amazons drag Luffy to their Village. Logan follows them without been noticed and arrived at the village. Once there he looked how they burned and washed Luffy's body until Elder Nyon arrived and revealed that he was a man. And took him as a prisoner thinking that Luffy was with Logan and his clones.

After they put Luffy in a cell Logan followed Elder Nyon until she arrived at her home and then Logan appears in her living room and says, "Hello Elder Nyon. Or should I better call you Gloriosa former Empress of Amazon Lily." "Who are you and how comes that men entered this Island. One is a casualty but two isn't. Nyow answer my question," says Nyon and Logan says, "Now now, how about a civil talk and I can explain why I'm here." "I said, nyow man, answer me," says Nyon and Logan says, "Sit down or you might fall from the shock it will give you."

She sits down and Logan says, "I was sent here by a being that could destroy your universe just like this." Logan snaps his fingers and continues, "With a mission to look that the person that he is watching survives and to kill a person at the same time. The person that I have to protect is the boy you have in a cell while the person I have t kill you might know as Blackbeard." Nyon was looking serious at Logan and says, "And why should someone with so much power not do the job himself."

"There are rules a God has to follow not like you mortals who can do whatever you want. But they can only create and not interfere with its creation most of the time. They can but create tournaments to see the people that come from those world like Zeno one of my sons who lives to hide his real appearance to not look scary to his people. Also, one of my children will be punished for what he did by bringing this person here. But he had his reason to do it so and you should believe him since I'm the Godking I'm the exception if the rules created to bind gods from doing foolish things. My wife is the judge in those matters but I'm the punisher who deal with their punishment," says Shura who appears in the room out of nowhere and Logan says, "I expected you earlier." 

"I had to make sure that no elf enters my throne room again. So I went to their Universe to warn them that they have made someone very powerful angry and that their punishment will be arriving when the swallow returns to Kaer Morhen," says Shura and Logan says, "So once I'm there you want me to kill them all of are you serious." "No not all just those that are in the Wild Hunt. They shouldn't be allowed to live the rest can live in peace knowing that if they do something like this again they will remember what their punishment will be. Now back to the topic about Luffy and Blackbeard. Bard informed me after I punished him and said he forgot to weaken the fruit in this reality," says Shura and Nyon still shocked asks, "What do you mean with reality?" 

Both Logan and Shura begin to laugh and Shura says, "There are many realities in a universe you could call them multiverse were in one world this Island is only men territory or even an Island were men and women live together. There are even some in which you all are slaves or revolutionist fighting against the World Government. Now let's get back. Blackbeard will be easy to find and kill. Defending Luffy too so I will give you a bonus mission. Humiliate the Marine and the three Admirals. As well as Whitebeard for grooming to long a threat like Blackbeard under him. If you do that it will count as a world you completed for me."

"See it as completed. I just hope they are a challenge for me or I will get bored," says Logan and Shura looks at Nyon who was scared by the conversation they had that Shura says, "One more thing. I want you to destroy the World Government since you are already here. I want to see what happens to a world when it's lost its head. Will Dragon go for it or will he be scared by the force that destroyed it without a sweat. That will be fun to watch don't you think so."

"For you maybe I still need to return to watch over the others," says Logan and Shura says, "Your clones can deal with it. Just concentrate on your mission. Also, Boa Hancock should be arriving soon. If I were you, I would worry about Luffy's safety." "Don't worry he should be able to escape. I just need to talk to the Empress before something serious happens," says Logan and looks at Nyon and says, "If not Nyon here will be able to convince her that fighting against me would result in a defeat and dead to all amazons." A cold shiver passed Nyon's back and Shura says, "Ruthless when it has to be that's what I like about you. Now then I will leave before Lorena tracks me here and punishes me thinking I was cheating on her or Jeanne. See you and keep that snake under control."

Shura disappears and Nyon asks, "Are you really going to kill us all if Hebihime doesn't listen to you?" "He was talking with sarcasm when he began with the ruthless part. I don't kill because I want but only if I have to so don't worry but once she returns I need to talk to her. She will even like that I will blow away the World Government who enslaved her before," says Logan and Nyon ask, "Just a question are you a god too?" "Well theoretical I share the blood of Shura since he is Forefather but he was In disguise in a mortal body when he met his mortal wife Jeanne. And had kids and almost 500 years later I popped out and died in an accident by the hands of his first wife Lorena. And he gave me a chance to live again with the goal to defeat him at the end of my journey to take his place as Godking," says Logan and Nyon says, "I just hope she will listen to you."

"Trust me she will I can be pretty convincing sometimes," says Logan with a smile on his face while making Nyon back away in fear. "When will she return?" asks Logan and Nyon says, "Tomorrow I think." Then they heard a commotion outside and Logan says, "I think she will arrive today. Be ready I need to talk to her." "Alright let's go then to meet her. But how are you goi-," says Nyon when she sees Logan transform into a woman with amazon clothes on and Logan says in a feminine voice, "This should work." And both leave the house when they heard, "Hebihime is about to return we need to kill the man and bring back Margaret before she suspects something."

"Aren't you worried about the boy dying?" asks Nyon and Logan says, "I could just bring him back from the dead if I really needed to but he should survive it also you amazons aren't that bad they know when someone wants to harm you and when not since you never attacked me while I was training the last week." "It was you but there were like over a hundred persons there training," says Nyon and Logan says, "Just me and my clones. I use them to train faster since their memories flow inside my head and I can perfect the technique like this too."

"You aren't young right. Because you don't behave like a young person but more like someone my age," says Nyon and Logan says, "Aye, I'm old and maybe older than you since I'm reaching the 90 soon." "You win in this competition since I don't want to reveal my real age," says Nyon as they arrive the place where the people we're receiving the Kuja Pirates in almost a Parade for them and Logan says, "Isn't that too much just for returning home." "It is a tradition to so that since they bring everything that our island doesn't provide," says Nyon as they wait until everyone goes from board Nyon wants to talk to Boa Hancock but couldn't since she got ignored by Boa Hancock who was rushing for the castle in her carriage and Logan pats Nyon's shoulder and says, "We will try again in the castle. But first, let's get the newspaper since we will need it later on." 

Logan point to the newspaper that the short-haired woman was carrying and Nyon says, "Lan can I have the newspaper." "Of course Granny Nyon. But it's rare that you didn't asks about a book first," says Lan and Nyon says, "I have driven down my expectations for hoping for you bringing me a book back." Nyon then walks over to Logan and both walk towards the castle on the way Nyon asks, "For what do we need the newspaper? Isn't everything written to make propaganda for the World Government?" "Look at page one and you will see," says Logan and she looks at the title and says, "What does Portgas D. Ace to do with you being here." 

"He is the brother of Luffy once he finds out he will try everything to get him out before he gets executed. And all Shichibukai must be present when that happens and Blackbeard has to be there too when the war between Whitebeard Pirates and the Marine happens since his goal is Whitebeard," says Logan and Nyon says, "So the Marine ship outside is here to get Hebihime." "That's right. And I will need her to train Luffy a bit," says Logan with a smile that made Nyon sweat.

They arrived at the castle just the moment Boa Hancock was about to destroy the statue the kids made for her when Logan catches it and says, "Now now don't be too hasty. The kids must really like you to make something like that you don't want to crush their dreams." "Who are you I have never seen you before," says Boa Hancock and Nyon says, "She is with me can you talk for a moment we have something urgent to discuss." Boa Hancock sees how serious Nyon was taking the matter and she says, "All leave." Everyone leaves except for Nyon, Logan, and Boa Hancock and she says to Logan, "I meant you too." "Sorry but I can't do that," says Logan in his real voice while he transforms back into his real form and Boa Hancock asks, "What is a man doing in Amazon Lily? And why did you bring him to the Palace?" "Now now chill a bit if you don't want me to destroy the whole island and make it disappear from the map," says Logan in a relaxed voice while Nyon says, "Please relax Logan we don't want to offend you." 

"As I said before as long as I don't have to kill I won't but how about we make a bet," says Logan and Boa Hancock says, "Speak before I kill you myself." "Is she always that tense? Well anyway, the bet is about the other man that is on the island I'm his protector but he doesn't know it yet the only ones knowing it is you, Nyon and me. I want you to let him fight in the arena against your sisters and it would be more fun if you turn the three amazons that found him to stone that will motivate him a little more to fight against your sisters. If he wins you will do as I say. If you win I will remove the mark on your back as well as your sisters. What do you say," says Logan and Boa Hancock look angry at Nyon and says, "You even told him about the mark I and my sisters are bearing."

"Oh, she didn't," says a male voice that appears behind Boa Hancock and Logan says, "Do you have anything else to tell me Shura." "No, I just wanted to make sure she doesn't try anything funny that could make you kill her. And girl you are standing in front of a godkiller show him some respect. Anyway, my name is Shura the Godking. I already talked to Nyon put Logan can be really cold sometimes, even more, when he has to be safe not to be near women or his wife will grind him. But he is pretty warm on the inside. Also, his mission is to destroy the World Government," says Shura and Boa Hancock asks, "Why should I be-." 

Logan puts his hand on her mouth and whispers, "It is not wise to anger a being that could snap us out of existing." "See he is caring as always," says Shura and disappears again while his voice says, "Your guest is about to arrive." Boa Hancock was a little red in the face and wanted to say something but Logan says, "We will talk about what happened later. Luffy is about to arrive and he shouldn't know that I'm his protector for now."

They hear the ceiling break and someone scream, "I'm gonna die. I'm gonna drown." Logan facepalm and said, "Just call your sisters and the other I will catch him for you. And don't forget to turn the others to stone." Logan transforms into a woman again and enters the bathroom and knocks Luffy out with Haki.

I don't typically follow Wonder Woman Comics and I didn't even watch the movie so this whole day was just me researching like hell. I watched a lot of movie clips and read a few chapters of the new 52 comics. I'm trying to portray the best Wonder Woman I can but it will definitely not be perfect.

Hi there fellow perverts that's only here because they saw the cover and the promise of Harem.

Last time, I finished my training. Now it's time to get down to business, my style. I bought a black Trench coat anime style coz I gotta look cool while doing shit and sets of clothing to wear under it. I gotta say it's like a weabs dream coming true in the best way possible. 

I put Zangetsu on my back like Ichigo does in the anime. I got an inventory but I need to look like a badass anime character  so that's how it is. I bought two hand guns model Jericho 941 (Cowboy Bebop reference but that is a real gun so I can buy it).

Main reason is to look like a badass but also because I learned Amazons are strong against blunt force but they are vulnerable to any kind of piercing attacks.
(So when fighting an Amazon no punchy go pointy). I had to buy gun holsters for the guns as well, I put them around my waist. 

Everytime I look at my reflection, it feels like I am having a seizure coz of the awesomeness. It's okay Krius, you did a good job.

I got a bit of background knowledge about this universe. It's similar to the New 52 reboot universe but a lot of things are different as well. For example :

Diana in this world is the daughter of Zeus and Queen Hippolyta. Her mother told her she was made of clay and brought to life by the gods. She grew up and trained their but a lot of the other girls there ridiculed her for by calling her 'Clay' and she felt like an outsider. 

Her talents were seen by Ares the God of war and her brother (A/N: Researching their origins gave me a headache) and he trained her in the arts of war, she didn't know Ares was related to her at that time.

After a while the goddess Athena met Diana and gave her some life advice. At the same time Steve Trevor was flying over the Bermuda Triangle and crashed at the island of Themiscyra. There he became an advocate for the Amazons, having lobbied the U.S. government for peace with the Amazons and that was Diana's ticket to the modern world. 

In the New 52 Steve meets Diana in the modern time but here she meets him during the World War II. 

There are differences like those all over the timeline but I will mention them when I need to.

In the modern time of this world, where I am suppose to land normally, Superman is a bit inexperienced and apparently dated Wonder Woman. (Though that's never gonna happen anymore lol)

I don't think I have enough power to oppose the Olympians Magic yet though if we are fighting on firepower alone I'm pretty confident. I don't think I can match Superman on a contest of strength though, the new 52 version lifted a machine that duplicated the weight of the Earth for 5 days, he also ripped doomsday in half. The same Doomsday that broke Diana's hands with one punch.

I can only think that he is going to get stronger from that point on. I'm going to have to Level up quite a bit after my first mission, maybe even get Kryptonian DNA if I could. I do have speed force powers but they aren't at the level of The Flash. The Speed force I connect to and the Speed force the Flash connects to are entirely different. Mine was created by the system for my own use so it's likely to evolve in the future.

Alright I am prepared now. It's time to start my mission. I turned off my regenerative abilities then summoned a few clones.

I decided to land a bit early so I can be the first man Diana meets who she can see as a love interest. I will teach her about the outside world personally. I will be staying with her until World War II. Besides she isn't the only Amazon I wanna take. The Queen herself turns out to be pretty hot. Then there are other sexy amazons. A man's gotta enjoy himself.

I walk through with my clones as we create a Reishi platform to stand on. I haven't learned any flying techniques yet but this works just as well. I check where Diana was standing and take a stance accordingly.

I face the clones defenceless as they charge up their own attacks. Some using magic and some using jutsus.

"ALRIGHT NOW!!"

As I shout they all release all their attacks at once.

"Big ball Rasengan!!"
"Fire Dragon's Claw!!"
"Lightning Style Purple Lightning!!"
"Iron Dragon's Club!!"
"Fire style Great fire ball Technique!!"
"Lightning Dragon's Charging bolt!!"

I was hit with all of their attacks. I was sent rocketing towards the ocean. My clones' attack directed me on a path close to Diana's. I'm betting on the fact that she would save me after seeing me fall from the sky. 

Fuck that hurt like hell.  I am seriously injured right now, pretty sure they broke most of my bones with those attacks. The only way for me to get out of the water is with Diana's help. If she doesn't save me than the system will automatically activate my high speed regeneration so I can get healed enough to get to the shore. Let's see what happens now.


■Wonder Woman/Diana's Perspective■

My name Diana, Princess of Themyscara. Daughter of Hypoleta, Queen of the Amazons. My mother made me out of clay and the gods gave me life.

I grew up with the other daughters of the Amazons. I grew up with them but they didn't seem to like me very much. I was mocked for being "Clay" but I understood how they felt.

They said I wasn't one of them because I was made of "Clay" and dreamed of going to the outside world.

I was talented among the other girls but that didn't help me very much as that only gave them another excuse for them to not like me. 


There was one time when, I got mad at Aleka, someone who always wanted to best me. She called me clay after I beat her. I was enraged and lashed out. My anger scared the surrounding people. They looked at me with scorn. I couldn't take it anymore so I ran out into the forest.

While crying there in sorrow I was confronted with an Olympian called War. ( A/N: That was Ares btw if you didn't know that's what he was known as in new 52 ).

He told me he saw potential in me. He trained me in the ways of war. I trained under him for a year while advancing faster than all the other girls. However, at the end War saw me as a failure.

I was in a fight against a Minataur but after beating it I couldn't kill it. I saw its pleading eyes and I couldn't bring myself to kill it. War didn't like me showing mercy. He said, "The purpose of war was to end conflict." But I refused to kill it. Being dissatisfied with me he left. 

After that the Minataur got up and loomed over me then left. I believe it was a show of respect but I will never know for sure.

Right know I'm standing on a cliff watching the vast ocean. It's place where I come to relax. To not pay attention to my daily life and just take a breather. 

However, it seems the gods do not want me to have any self time today. Suddenly thunder crackled in the sky the clouds turned red and purple. Then seconds later the clouds cleared up in a circle and someone shot through the sky to the ocean.

I waited to see if the person would emerge from the water but after a minute of no response I dived into the water. I swiftly swam through the water and dragged the person out of the water. 

I finally got a good look. It was a man. Even though this island is only consisted of warrior women only, we do learn a lot of common knowledge from the books brought to us by the gods.

He looked extremely injured. He had silver hair and seemed quite young. In his 20s maybe? Same as my looks. He was wearing some strange clothing. He also had a strange Blade strapped to his back. He was carrying guns as well. He was definitely a fighter. ( A/N: Ares had weapons in his Arsenal from all across time. If it was meant for war he had it. I think, probably, you know what just go with it.)

He wasn't breathing. I pressed onto his chest repeatedly to make his heart beat again. He suddenly coughed up water. I was startled and backed away quickly.

He opened his eyes to see me. I was surprised as his eyes were red. I didn't expect that, I have never seen anyone with red pupil. He looked at me and opened his mouth to say,

"Tha...*cough*...thank...you." He thanked me then passed out again immediately.

He did not bother about the corpse on the ground.
Soran walked unsteadily out of the alley, not looking at the potential legendary trophies on the corpse. His vision was blurry and everything he saw seemed to be shaking. There seemed to be some data flashing in front of him, but due to the excessive blood loss, his consciousness was somewhat unclear. Soran's breathing became more and more difficult, and the Strength in his body was gradually losing. If there was not a strong will to survive, he would have fallen.
A row of data appeared:
"Your health points are below 90%!"

What Soran saw became more and more blurry.
His Life Force was gradually passing, but he was not willing to die like this. He could not die, nor would he allow himself to die in the hands of such an enemy. How many gods came into the world during the Avatar Crisis? He had so many life and death experiences; he had even battled with gods twice. Thus how would he allow himself to be killed by a mere legendary Assassin!
The injuries to his heart were taking away his Life Force.
Even with his Minor Divinity, he could not slow down this injury. That was because this type of injury was deadly even to a high-grade Demon.
Unless his divinity could overcome his flesh, the flesh was still fatal. Soran's Life Force was close to the edge of death, his strength was getting weaker and weaker; he got more and more tired, collapsing at any moment. But he was still slowly moving forward, his experience, walking barefoot for thousands of miles to train his will; his concern for Vivian, kept him walking forward.
Then out of nowhere, he heard someone.
Soran suddenly opened his eyes, his pupils bleeding red; in front of him was a woman. Soran couldn't see her clearly, but he could feel the worry of the woman. This woman seemed to be an Amazon female warrior. She was very alert and was ready to pull out her weapon. However, Soran suddenly sped up his steps and rushed toward her.
As if using his last strength, Soran, after squeezing all his potential, said "I'm sorry" softly. Then touched the Amazon woman with his finger.
"Vampiric Touch!"
With Soran's fingers touched her body, a vigorous Life Force was transferred from the Amazon woman's body to Soran's body. The wound on his back seemed to have healed a lot, even the injury on his heart had somewhat healed. This effect was due to the spell [Spell Control]; Soran controlled the flow of Life Force and transferred it to his heart.
Soran's breathing became stronger and his vision became clearer.
A trace of life even appeared on his previously pale face. Soran who was close to death, was now back in the state of severe injury because of this spell; even though his pierced heart was still bleeding.

Any enemy directly touched by you would lose HP of (divinity point + Spellcasting Score) times 3; maximum absorption of 60 HP. This Life Force would be transferred to you, and your injury will be treated. If the HP absorbed exceeds your maximum HP, your maximum HP would be extended for an hour. The effect of this spell could not be stacked. The opponent may die directly due to the complete consumption of Life Force. This ability will become stronger with higher divinity! " [Spell available once a day. ]

A cold corpse fell to the ground.
With the healing of some of the injuries on Soran, the Amazon woman in front of him became weaker and weaker. Soon, her whole face seemed to lose luster, her skin became pale and dim, and finally, she stopped breathing completely. [Vampiric Touch] a Necromancer spell and also one of the spells a wizard could use to heal themselves.
Using his current divinity to cast this spell could almost achieve the maximum effect, while the Amazon woman in front of him did not seem to have more than 60 HP.
That was why she died.
Soran said sorry before he touched her because he knew that she would not survive after having her Life Force taken away.
But he did not regret it.
This also seemed to be the first time he killed someone innocent for his survival.
There was no time for him to think so much, Soran's heart injuries had not fully healed; as long as it was not healed, his Life Force would continue to drain. Soran did not look at the fallen body on the ground and quickly rushed toward the direction of the Sea temple.
