John Harker had a very bad day, now he is in a world filled with insanely powerful aliens, paranoid humans with too much skill and way too much money, people with superpowers and a debatable morality and then there's the Joker...Yeah, he aien't getting close to that one.
Not to mention the unbearable hunger and the need to act like a constipated buffoon...yep he's a vampire.
At least there's many a comely lady with lovely necks...and thighs.
And he doesn't sparkle.

This is the best interpretation of a vampire I have seen in fanfiction. He actually needs to drink blood and isn't extremely angsty or overly evil. The MC is fun and doesn't seem to have a God complex that 90% of vampire SIs seem to develop. I love it. I hope you keep posting. It doesn't matter how long it takes between chapters as long as you finish this. Also, the world-building is extremely interesting. I enjoyed reading about the more rotten side of Gotham, as well as how the city functions in general. Thanks 😊

It is written well. The hero is a kind of positive vampire. He drinks without killing, but rather debauching, corrupting. But the dynamics of the story are rather slow, dry and boring. The hero's story lacks challenges, difficulties, surprises, external events, interpersonal relationships (what is are one-sided). There are no competitors, worthy opponents, insurmountable threats either. Of course, it may still appear, but the given pace/motive does not encourage it. The characters that are there are not bad, but they are terribly secondary (they are just a background for the hero). The entire known world is one part of Gotham, abandoned by everyone and were is nothing happens.

Awesome Story! Do tone down the whole bad language thing though, it's not so nice, but I think the author learned to mind his language....usually, hahaha

love the character and story but what I don't like about this is how the author feels the need to insert the hard r and the n word for no reason??? I'm no some snowflake but I just wanna read my story without reading racial slurs it isn't like the author is black but his only excuses is the character race like sure bubbles is black he still isn't about to say NI**ER for no reason lmao and yes I'm black
hey man, I've literally read merely the first chapter and the quality is sooo good. Love it. hopefully will be consistent and hope to see you book in the top 20 consistently.
Chapters are decently long (at least the first 3 are), so don't get discouraged because of the chapter numbers. It's worth a try.
hope this does not get dropped. really like this one and eager to see where it goes from here.

Great story so far. I have enjoyed the character interactions. The author is very interactive in the progress of the story. I'm looking forward to more.
