I've always thought that the world would be a better place if Germany won WWI so this has been a super fun alternate history to read. The writing as always is great, Zentmeister does kingdom building better than any other author. I'm hoping he continues his Roman story. German and Roman kingdom building stories just hit the martial spirit spot. Mediterranean Hegemon of Ancient Greece is similar. Keep it up Zent!

Incredibly based. He kills every Marxist and makes Europe Christian. He is also faithful to his wife who has a personality other than being beautiful. Author also knows his history and is very knoelwedgeable about guns. Extremely well written.

Amazing worldbuilding, great character development, and a whole lot of historical references. A must read for every alt history fan!
The quotation in chapter 1 is somehow similar to Jagged Germany (idk if it is the right translation since its MTL), with a similar plot having 1,700 chapters.
Love this story. Never read anything like it before. Gives a new outlook on the isekai / reincarnation genre. I am currently also reading Tyranny of Steel (a previous work) and I can tell that the author has improved greatly. Author is very educated on the subject, which has also educated me on historical contexts. Very recommended
Please don’t rush Bruno’s age too much (or make him younger). This is currently my absolute favorite novel, and I’m sure I’m not alone in saying it deserves to continue for another 1,000+ chapters!

This redeems the ugliness displayed in Tyrant of Steel. Well written and realized. MC wants to save the beauty of Christendom, not smash it. 10/10. Read for war and war industry porn.
this is in top 10 of my favorite story so far, i really like the world background, the way mc think, and finally this shi does not have harem like TOS. so far so good author kudos to you, keep up the good work.

This Sh*t is Peak I tell you! if you are into War and History, then this is for you, it shows what could have happened or what if in the WW1. another is that the update is regular which is a plus I highly recommend it
This story is about an ex german soldier who transmigrated from modernity to the start of the 20th century. Mc is a nationalistic patriot who loves his country and wants to lead Germany to a bright future unlike how in our timeline it lost ww1 and became no-no Germany and then lost again and became cuck Germany. Mc is ambitious, monogamous, and someone who rises through the military ranks and status of the high society. It has kingdom-building aspects, where you follow his dynasty and his achievements in preparing Germany for WWI. One negative about this story is mc somehow being able to remember all the technical inventions from our timeline like WW2-level guns, tanks, and even damn submarines. It's a pure parody that completely removes immersion from the story. I think such concepts should have been integrated differently if the author wanted for the Reich to have such tech. No one person without the forcefulness of the author would have such know-how.
Author, I understand that this is prolly unlikely to happen after you complete this fantastic novel in regards to Germany’s history, however could you potentially do another alt history for things such as the Mongols or perhaps the Tibetan Empire? I personally am not that well-versed in writing history novels but if would be great if you could consider it! TY AND EVERYONE RATE THIS NOVEL A 10/10!

Awesome content. It really is great writing . The storyline, the background, the plot, the twist, amazing writing! Takes readers to amazing levels of thrill. An absolute page Turner. If only they would be a sequel or sequels, I will be first in line LoL. Highly recommend it for anyone who really appreciates good and intriguing storytelling
I really like the novel but there is a lot of Islamaphobia in it. I don’t get why do people have to be racist towards religion while writing a novel. It’s just stupid as I feel like they would lose a certain audience when they do this.
I thoroughly enjoy this novel. I like the premise, the characters are unique, and there's a decent amount of spicy chapters.

Honestly, the novel is very well written, way better than tyranny of steel. However this novel has WAY too many filler chapters, it could tell the story the same if not better with 1/4 of its chapters removed.
This novel is amazing, I can only recommend to everyone who reads this to give it a try. Despite it, I would have liked to have a few more free chapters, I think getting hooked can be quite hard when around chapter 20 is locked,
Zentmeister did a great job with historical research for Tyranny of Steel and that commitment to accuracy also shines through in this novel. The power fantasy of jumping back in history and leveraging all of the knowledge from the modern world is extremely enticing while also being much more believable and relatable than magic powers. Historical events in the novel end up being things I want to read more about. Various tactics and weapons you learn about are also interesting. On this point, I wish the main character would leverage his knowledge for developments in other areas like agriculture (Haber process). This process actually ties to development of explosives as well and Haber is German. Things like this would elevate the story. I like learning about development of things not directly tied to war. If you're familiar with his other work, it's important to note that there is no horniness in this one. (wider reach, but I preferred getting all the experiences of life) If there is a single point of criticism, it would be that (as of ch 41) there hasn't been enough high stakes situations and the story isn't dark enough for my personal taste. I would have liked to see more geopolitical drama (German and international). Would also like more dark themes like annexation, prisoners of war, and sl*ves. Since these concerns are only about my personal taste, I can't find a reason to deduct any points. Truly hit it out of the park once again. Can recommend a read.
