Synopsis
One must see through the deceit of one's very own truth.
Do you believe in the Old Gods?
This story follows the life of a young African boy, who was ripped from the life he had known and thrown into an unforgiving one where a single mistake could cost him everything.
Being branded a "thrall", he was to be sold but an unforeseen event swept him ashore in the heart of the Norsemen, the Vikings.
What fate has the Gods chosen for this child?
is it one of salvation or one of destruction?

Write a reviewOkay, I'm going to be completely honest here. I'm not much of a reviewer but I'll give it a try. The title attracted me here but I was skeptical after I saw the genre. I mean yeah it had the name of one of my favorite protagonists in Its title but I thought, should I read a novel like this just because it had the name, Ragnar? Then I gave the first chapter a try with the aim of leaving it once it wasn't to my taste but I was shell-shocked by the unexpected familiarity with the Vikings movie. I had to check once again to confirm if I wasn't reading fanfic but still the author was able to develop a wonderful novel that just shows how much he loves and knows about the world of Vikings. Writing quality is top much with no grammatical errors so far as I have read which is sadly 40+ when compared to the current 89 chapters it has. I've been glued to my seat ever since I started. Update stability is pretty good as it is consistent. Character development is just wonderful as we follow the growth of both Tyr and Bjorn. The novel is just spectacular as I it makes it easier for me to visualize a lot of the characters in the novel, enabling the world background to flow easily to the story. Love how you were able to give so many characters enough screen time in the novel. Even lagertha also 😍😍
I'd give it a 3/5 if it wasn't for the poor character design of the MC, and the development of the story itself lacking. I found myself skipping through paragraphs each chapter simply because they weren't entertaining and couldn't keep me focused on them. The story itself, from the 30 chapters I read, focused more on everything else than it did the MC and his own character development, which, in my opinion, destroys the entire purpose of the first bit of chapters which are typically used to introduce most characters, and show character development to the MC. The chapters themselves felt like they kept getting shorter and shorter, with like almost nothing interesting happening at all during the first 30 chapters. Overall, just a bad story, poorly thought out imo.
Solid plot.[img=recommend][img=recommend][img=recommend][img=recommend][img=recommend][img=recommend][img=recommend][img=recommend][img=recommend][img=recommend][img=recommend][img=recommend][img=recommend][img=recommend][img=recommend]
Another masterpiece he’s about to deliver once again…..Here as your biggest fan to give you all the support and encouragement you’ll need!
All in all top I’m expecting much from it. [img=recommend][img=update] If you like Norseman/viking or generally things that’re about this era than read it! [img=recommend]
So far read the first chapter and find it quite interesting. The characters' names are cool and the way the author designs them is fabulous. World development is something it makes you lost in the story..... Cheer up author .....its a good read
Love your book, I'm stacking up all the chapters so I can read it in one swoop but I see the chapter updates have decreased, I just hope you stay motivated and finish this story. GGs
I’ve read up to around 243 as of now but this arc I’m reading currently is incredibly frustrating your having people continually beating the Mc it’s too point where I’m amazed when he isn’t defeated in fight at this point
Good novel but I disagree with the fact this isn't a fan fiction, much of the lineage here is only from Vikings and in reality all of Ragnar's sons that are notable (aside from a passing mention) come from his 2nd and third wife (Ragnar met lagertha when he went to avenge his grandfather and she was key to his victory)

Comprehensive insights on what this story is about should unfold in the coming chapters , but from what I have read so far, this adventure lowkey is just beginning, reminds of Troy carnage and the likes. A decent read and would keep tabs on the progress of this. This was a good one kelvin..✍️✍️✍️✍️✍️👈✍️👈✍️✍️✍️✍️✍️✍️✍️✍️
