Asger, the forgotten warrior was what stood between Lagertha and a miserable fate.

Asger had a long grey beard that reached his lower chest; and his hair a mess.

It was clear that he had abandoned taking care of himself but what was he doing here?

It's been years since anyone has heard anything from him and like a phantom, he emerged out of thin air.

"I won't ask again…" Gudleif muttered; it was a miracle that Lagertha could recognize him because he looked a lot different from how he did years ago.

Asger looked at Lagertha and began walking towards her, completely ignoring Gudleif's existence.

Gudleif didn't know what he was thinking but judging from his look, this was clearly a madman.

"You asked for it…!" Gudleif exclaimed, reaching to unsheathe his sword but the moment his hand made contact with the hilt.
