The fanfic started nice however somehow the MC felt he is obligated to serve the Viltrumite Empire and conquer Earth for them. He went on to become a villain and impregnate thousands of women and having countless children, and all that on the first 10 chapters... So I lost interest.
Would’ve been a 5 star review unfortunately with the update it couldn’t be, now where to get started because boy am I excited. First off as of chapter 17 I can say with great confidence, that this fic wasn’t what I expected it to be. Now it’s a bit of a crack fic, that blends action with comedy and yet gives us an undertone of seriousness and emotional vulnerability explored by the characters through which the author has written beautifully. I say this with all seriousness, I did not expect to be reading this masterpiece when I decided to pick it up today, i was bored looking for something and decided “oh well hopefully it’s good” needless to say my opinion did a full 180 within 2 chapters. I write this review even though this story is dropped (I think) as a show of support to the author and his writing skills, huge props to you, keep up the great work.😁
Could be better but not bad felt like the ending was kind of abrupt but it was a good read.

Gotta say the early few chapters we're the hardest to get by as I actually dropped it a couple time to come back and try it again afterward. Later on it improves much more especially the Empire building. Best is the universe traveling
I like OP, writing quality is good but I would have like more details ( in regards to the World and MC's decisions, motivations, ambitions ) and a more serious MC and more immersive writing (less 4th wall-breaking jokes). But that's just my preference it is a Fanfic after all.

I currently reading through the sixteen chapter and it certainly delivers on the premise of overpowered character. Considering all his knowledge of the canon, our main character exploiting so much of it it's natural and anything less would be stupid. This could be too much too quick and we still lack some conflict, otherwise you get what you came for and this is nice for once.
What can I say, a good novel, I love it so far, as you mentioned in your self-review it was quite the shock not being able to know what's the main character thinking but I adapted pretty quick due to your writing style
It's just tedious. As I read more and more, I get more and more enjoyment with each paragraph. This story clearly does not claim to be the story of the year, but it is worth the time spent. Thanks to the author for my good mood.

man once again I am blown away by the entertainment factor of your stories, they just keep getting more and more ridiculous. I love it, keep on keeping on. The world needs more entertainment like this.

It's a pretty good overall, can't see anything wrong about it. It's basically a high octane power fantasy. It does make the story suffer for some character development, but it's an expected conclusion so I knew from the get go what I would get reading this. Into the nerding part, WH40K when???!!!

I literally know nothing about the "Invincible" setting and characters and besides a little initial confusion about who's who and why/what's happening in the very first paragraphs I loved every second of this book. Truly a masterpiece in the OP MC Antihero protagonist genre, lengthy chapters full of unexpected yet welcome surprises, developments you won't ever see coming but can't help but gush about and an MC that keeps on giving. Just go read it already and thank me later! ;)

yeah, I'm tired and it's only morning so I won't explain anything or write a long one. this story is good, all those other reviews are apparently just people b*tching about author writing a story he likes instead of what they want, uuhh.... oh! right!, all the guys that like this story apparently are too lazy to review and author wants constructive criticism so just wanted to say that for me everything is good except that your mcs like women with short hair and I like those with long hair and that's it
I don't usually do reviews but... I like this story so much that I have to say that if you like Si-self insert-(giggidy novels at all then you should read this as it's definitely worth the time and doesn't feel like you're actually becoming less intelligent trying to read it, if you don't like harems you still may have issues with it but that's because the MC is a rampant manslut in the early book. The fighting is fun and doesn't feel like either the MC is just a punching bag or a just 1 punch man-ing his way through life, he actually has to try to get stronger, granted he's smart enough to make it look easy while not looking forced by plot. TLDR read it

i like this guys work and anything new he makes i read just wished he updated the other books but whatever he'll get to them in due time anyway this book is good you should read it.
This author and book are of a much higher quality then most things on this platform. beyond that the story feels like it is moving to fast. perfectly followable mind you just that it feels like the author took a draft and condensed it when they probably expanded upon it. other then that niggle very good very high quality.
I don't normally review my own stories, but I can't seem to get any reviews that provide more insight into the story than they provide insight into the preferences of the person writing it. First off, it's not my problem if you are disappointed that my writing is so high quality yet I don't write stories that caiter to your precise tastes. That right there addresses the majority of my negative reviews. Content wise, you need to read up to chapter seven to understand the character and why he does what he does. It may come as a shock, but Mark neither apologizes nor rationalizes for his actions both to himself and others. Wild take on a first person story, I know, but you can only understand the character as he acts and interacts with others. A real show don't tell situation that seems to have gone right over a lot of people's heads. And I don't mean to say that I write in such a way that is too difficult to understand for the ungifted mind, not at all. It's just some people have refused to engage enough to look at context clues and foreshadowing and this makes them very angry. One thing to note is that I do not do a great job with the world background situation. I personally don't read fics outside of fandoms I am not a part of, so I was unaware how many people do just that. As such physical descriptions of the characters and settings tend to be sparse and bland. I assumed incorrectly that anyone who didn't remember a specific character would Google him or her, but that would require people to meet me half way, and how dare I assume that people would do that. I am so silly. Last up is an important thing to note, I write with the express purpose to entertain. I think logically about the characters and setting to an almost deconstruction level, and then put my Main Characters through that world with as much good cheer as I can manage. My MC's don't complain and aren't lazy. They engage the setting in pursuit of their goals come what may.
