No one might give a flying lemon, but I figured I would leave my review after reading up to chapter 42 and why I feel this fic might not be for everyone, might not be for lots of people really... The title is not accurate, MC does not para Shazam's powers, they are twisted and homologated into the plot. For example, the Wisdom of Solomon correlates to telekinesis, telepathy, psychometry and some sort of probability meter, and there are only glimpses of Hercules's legacy just recently, at this pace it will take past chapter 200 to have at least 4 legacies. Besides, shit hits the fan way too quickly, one moment the MC is getting ready to sleep and the next his probability meter says the chances of the world ending are over 80% and summarily Stark creates a version of Ultron that destroys the world, killing the MC whose soul is nabbed by Mephisto, and starts plotting the destruction of Asgard via Galactus. Then when Gaea, an Elder God, tries to recover the MC's soul she is stopped by Order and Chaos who apparently side with Mephisto, who stole a soul that doesn't belong to him because he probably hid it from them...? The narrative is all over the place... Sorry but not my thing, had great potential as an idea but the execution was not the best.

The author seems to spend more effort to complain more about the "wokeness" of the modern world than to properly flesh out his characters and world.

The story could be pretty good but the title is clickbait the MC doesn't become Shazam he gets a system that will slowly give him Shazam's powers

Full mark 5 star just to counter the 1 star usuall people from webnovel that expect mediocracy and not a story with a REAL development. I expect most of the 1 star gave it that because he isn't from chapter 2 one shotting galactus or having a 15+ harem from marvel. This story is a guy that get a "system" with the concept do once in a while and i mean once in while "missions" and you unlock an aspect of SHAZAM.The trick here and the best part of the story is that the MC can develop his powers instead of waiting like usual system fics to get better or stronger powers. Mc is almost like a real person with development get ting sweapt by getting evil powers and almost losing himself to him like a regular joe whould have. His power development is fast not super fast but been able kill mephisto with tricks and help makes him semi "overpowered" in the marvel universe. Most characters i have seen so far from marvel have their personaly from the comic and depending on a situation will react realisticaly to it. Mc isnt lustfull or idiotic so far in the story, read up to chapter 80+. Author keep up the good work use more other peoples perspective to descripe the situation like you started on the latest chapters and keep it a little more than 3 paragraphs to give real weight to how people see the MC would develop your story better i believe. Now i hope we dont lose the story after the confortation with galactus or a suden nerf for the MC after that. One of the best stories to read in webnovel, especially lately with such usuall consept of low quality stories with harem harem harem overpower MC with 20 chapters and been with 1k word a chapter.

I like this story but the title is very misleading. I only read till chapter 8 for now. The universe that You are presenting isn't the MCU. Harry, Mary Jane, Dr. Doom and Flash(the blod one presented different from the one from the movies) aren't part of the MCU. Since deadpool 3 will introduce woolverine and The world of mutants to The MCU, it can be understood why You put Them in the book and i respect that. The Lizard only appeared in No way home and he was cured in the movie and sent back. MC is not bad but could improve. I mean he has the wisdom of Solomon so i expected him to start learning some magic since it was said that he has all magic knowledge.Also it's a bit too slow for now(a lot of naration Little action/ dialogue) Going to continue and update this at some point .Looking forward to the next chapters.

Cons: It's the year 2015, and the chitauri invasion was already over. MC is overly stupid, hormonal, prone to rage, nothing like the chosen one of solomon. And he goes to fight the hulks for the damage of his apartment and bed, which will probably be compensated.

This ff deserves more recognition, it's a good fanfic, but because of some readers it isn't able to take off. If people were to read and accept that the shazam powers are a bit more complex, they'd be able to see that this ff is a good one. Too bad though.
This author is a very big fan of grim dark. Just bam dark world from dc destined to die from the dc because it can. It’s like a bad movie that kills off a puppy for no reason. Spending 4 chapters( at least) of it suffering before it dies. I’m sure he’ll give a great for the greater good explanation later. The characters are hallow. Many are pointless. The mc is overpowered veeeery quickly. Unless you like reading about suffering and death this story is not for you.

Too much hate coming from people that insist they got baited and aren't able to see how good the story is. Too much hate and too little recognition. Shame. The story is good, the mc progress is balanced and I like the new shazam powers. Good fic.
The first chapters were pretty good. but then it began to decline at an absurd rate. and plot is anything, and it doesn't even make sense sometimes. and then something that stepped on is the power level, where did you see a damn Skyfather who is Odin, suffer for the Silver Surfer? Reasonable writing, meaningless plot, and the characters nothing like their high egos in the comics.
