well technically the chances of the sun going up or down while it is exactly in the west or east from you are pretty slim, so chances are you don’t see the sun in the exactly the east or west at all. If you allow imprecision in your definition of the east or west, then the whole argument falls apart.
(Fun Fact: The sun only rises from the east and sets in the west on 2 days of the year. Although that doesn't really apply here because this isn't Earth xD).

I like how edward is following his own path, which is inspired by cultivation in a world that is dominated by people that are normally just powerfull from birth or are that way from an experiment. Pls dont listen to those webnovel trolls who think they know everything better or at least know there are also a lot of people who enjoy and appreciate your story as it is.

I think it is awesome, that he is going his own way and doesnt just take every possible powerup he can get. I also think his power level at the moment is realistic at the moment, since it is basicaly the absolute limit of human potential.

Well there arent that many underaged students in Hogwarts and we dont know what methods there are to monitor magic and how ressource intensive they are. Also the monitoring would only restrict wizards in the muggle world so purebloods shouldnt have any complaints. So as far as I can see there is still more than 2 options of how the trace works
