An Otaku died in a car accident and woke up inside body of a teenager called William inside One Oiece world..
A system was bound with his soul which would help him master skills much easily compared to others and it also had shop function where he could buy stuff from Naruto world like bloodlines ,seals etc.
This story is about him starting from a pirate hunter and becoming a pirate later , journey filled with adventure and combat. He would start alone and gather his pirate crew on the way.
Jutsu from Naruto world and swordsmanship will allow him to become one of the most powerful beings in the world.
