except! if you want to actually shows that they call them differently. like when Emilia called mayonnaise 'mayonaize?' but even then she start calling it mayonnaise later on because that's how language works. you don't just call someone's name wrong and keep doing it forever. and if Orion's name is actually Orionza, and he believe that it is Orionza. then write it Orionza, even in his internal speech and narrative that would actually be better then going on and off like this.

I know. but there is a reason why if you go and read the actual light novel of the story, Subaru called Garfield 'Garfield' when it was in English and not 'Garfiele' because even though they are japanese or Russians or stuff like that. it is better to stick to the proper pronounciation of the language you are writing in. otherwise it looked weird
