With the characterization of Nadia, the author was successful in making it shine. The author was able to highlight her resilience and internal conflict. Her struggle with the inner voice puts a question on her autonomy tho. The setting is a bit sparse but still effective. it was able to amplify the suspenseful and eerie ambiance of the story. As aforementioned, the narrative is a strong part of the story, but there are instances when it becomes a limitation. Still too early for me to tell, but since it is a fast-paced type of story, some elements perhaps become underdeveloped. A good read!

Still, I love several aspects of this story, especially the 1st person POV which allows the readers to look deeply into the feelings and thoughts of the character. The exploration of the conflicts and the mental health of the character is done with raw intensity. This is not the usual story that you will encounter here on this platform, but I suggest you give it a chance.

For instance, readers may not necessarily be clearly aware of what is at stake during the first few chapters. Still, the way that the author creates a sense of mystery and anticipation is very effective. It's just that there might be some moments when the narrative will benefit more from direct narration rather than being atmospheric or descriptive. Overall, this is a great story.

But as I went further, the first few chapters felt like Attack on Titan married Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekai Saikyou and had a child. The premise of the novel is good. Although I have encountered most of the elements in popular light novels today, the author's narration makes it quite different. I appreciate how the author thought of giving the characters personality through their dialogues. Bell has this innocence that provides much-needed comedic relief. Some readers might not appreciate the long descriptions of the setting, but not me; I love those parts. They give me a chance to be completely enveloped by the world created by the book. Dialogue tags could be improved, but who cares about those—we care more about the story.

There's a lot of room for improvement regarding storytelling; nonetheless, it still suits my taste. The fight scenes are just wild and beyond what you can imagine. MC was an ahole for sacrificing a lot of things just for the ressurection of a kingdom, and I don't understand why since the kingdom has given him nothing and took everything away from him. If you love the manga Kingdom, this might appeal to you.

The story looks promising. I love the character's dark bacground, hopefully it will lead to different possibilities in the future chapters. I don't quite understand why he is deeply fascinated on movies and how he managed to acquire those skills, is acting an innate abillity? Adding this on my collection.
