I'd love if you share a couple reliable sources to find more information because I've been studying as I go and besides creation myths, It's been difficult to find cryptozoology documentation.

Thank you! I'm trying my best not to make the story too convoluted, but I've been dropping some references to hint at the underlying political situation of the world.
Now that the three factions were reunited outside city walls it was of the utmost importance to keep things cordial, especially considering that if a fight broke out it wouldn't be good for any of them. Thankfully, the horde of beasts that pursued them served as a reminder that while inside the city they belonged opposing interests and grudges to hold, out in the wilderness they were all 'team humanity' and their very survival was on the line.

I've been thinking about Atomic's death a lot, we assumed it was killed by the skinwalker but none of us actually saw it happen."
