He was afraid of this place, after all the people here were so strong that they even stole his shadow and he could do nothing about it. On an impulse of instinct, he simply acted scared and irrationally. "We have to run!" he shouted, leaving Laboon aside and jumping into the water, starting to run on the sea due to his lightness from being just bones, while moving away from the coast and the ship.

If you get an 800, you could only answer the most basic questions that freshman would be answering, like very few colleges would be willing to accept someone with an 800 on their SAT

That would only be true if the Land of Tea was bordering both Konoha and another great country. Or even if it was in the direction of another country. But if you look at the Naruto world map, the Land of Tea is essentially isolated out in a corner, it’s nowhere near the other four major villages. Konoha setting up a base in the Land of Tea is much farther away from the other four villages than if they just set up another base on the border of the Land of Fire, so it’s unlikely that the other major villages will care
So my request is for you to establish a small military outpost in the Land of Tea. At least until the chaos caused by the Civil War in the Land of Water is settled."
