God, dodged it. I was conflicted at first because both of them are in 1-A however when thinking about it, despite the hax of Reinhard, he is considerably inferior to Featherine. He might be comparable to the other witches. If Masadaverse had a level higher than the Throne and Reinhard is the one holding it then he might had a chance... a chance to 'see' Featherine. But that's all, Masadaverse should be just in the first layer of the Realm of Witches.
If I were to compare them then Featherine is the one for me, at least for me the depths of Umineko is deeper than Masadaverse. I have no certain info about the realms or dimensions within Masadaverse but in Umineko, there is an absolute barrier between Featherine and the other witches who can already manipulate realities and exist on different dimensions. If Hajun was the one mentioned with Tumor then it would be difficult to compare because both of them are the peak of their verses. Reinhard on the other hand is much lower because we actually have seen the supposed limit of his strength.
