I'm sorry if you dont enjoy it, but if i really followed your advice this story would be over with just 10 chapters. Its fanfiction after all, and with an overpowered mc who knows almost everything about the world, this is the only way i found to keep the story going without turning to slice of life and errand running every chapter. Still, thank you for your input.

No, biut i do love it that your mind went there. I was actually originally planning on having MC sealed in some dimension and saying Hastur's name, luring him to break into the dimension and duke it out with him for centuries while his mind broke and he continuously evolved grabbing little by little Hastur's powers before both retreated. Sadly i do not know anywhere near enough their capabilities, level of power, or lore to try and include them in my story. I dont want to ruin them or the story for someone by being too uninformed, even though i was attracted by their ability to sense when someone mentioned their name. Great way to traverse the mutiverse right there... especially if someone from Naruto... reincarnated somewhere else

That might be so for normal genins, but even Hiruzen knows thsi is only formality for Kei. Whatever time is left will not let Neji catch up to him but in Hiruzen's view, it might improve future relations between the clans, however small these improvements might be.
Moving outside the village was easy enough, all I needed to do was inform the Hokage, and as long as I said it was for training everything would be well… or so I thought. I didn't count on was Hiruzen sticking me with one of the Rookie 9 to train.

made up. though u can probably find somebody who used Kuro as a name for their reincarnator, it means black in english so there's a fair chance.
But this was fine… after all, I was just born today and I already was a borderline genin. The memories of Kuro, the reincarnator were the real treasure, a trove of information… Kaguya, the Rinne-Sharingan, its offsprings, the bloodlines and the troublesome ones… the chakra beasts… I couldn't consume them as they were made of energy, I couldn't kill them as I would only be exposing my hand to any potential onlooker and the beast's future hosts.

He does, but Obito has no talent towards Space/Time, its just a specific ability that manifested in his eyes. If Obito lost his eyes that ability will be gone, like a weapon that losses a specific ability cause the gem holding that ability was replaced (Path of Exile). If Kei loses it though, he can just recreate it.

when a clone is destroyed, the chakra and memories are transferred back to the original. At least this is what tge internet says, regardless if it was the original dispelling them or someone else destroying them. Kei destroying/dispelling Naruto's clones lets Naruto get back the chakra they still had.

Yes, resistance towards large amounts of concentrated chakra can come quite in handy in naruto world. After all, the strongest creatures in here only use chakra this way. While it is slightly different, as it doesnt use yin and yang chakra specifically, it is still useful towards building resistance.
It wasn't by choice though, the amount of pressure of compressed chakra making me unable to flicker out of the blast once it enveloped me.
