Anthony took this into consideration and after a lot of thinking he didn't want to be super overpowered to the point he wouldn't need to work hard he came to a final decision he would choose to have perfect chakra control and the ability to copy people's Kekkei Genkai only cause he has always wanted to have the sharingan. He also told him he wanted to be in the same class as Naruto while also living in the Hidden leaf village.
